Countryside is the BEST find we could have ever hoped for. We truly feel that they've become family. The staff is phenomenal and they are a one stop shop. My puppy goes there for daycare, grooming and we will also be using them for day board and train and boarding when we go out of state in August. The pricing is always fair and honestly I would gladly pay more than what they charge for the grooming services. I always know my boy is in the best hands when he goes to countryside and truly feel they love him like one of their own. And the awesome videos and pictures they post on FB every day are so fun to look out for! One look at all the smiling dogs in the photos says it all. BEST PLACE EVER!!!

We brought our 4 year old Pit-Mix little girl with us from NY while we visited with family. She stayed here at Countryside in daycare for 2 days, from early morning until early evening. Our dog doesn't get that much time to run around off-leash in the city, so being able to play in the sun, running free with other dogs for hours, is such a treat for her. The staff at CPR was great, very friendly and attentive. We asked for notes on her visits as, we got her from a shelter a year ago and she still has some trauma/anxiety issues when she's not with us. They kept an eye on her and made sure she adjusted well with the other dogs. Both days she was there, she came out happy and tuckered out after a full day of playing. They groomed her the second day, we asked for one of the spa treatments. She came out with a cute pink bandana and a matching pedicure that I was not expecting, she looked adorable and smelled so good! We're definitely going to bring her back whenever we come down to MD. Thanks to CPR and your wonderful staff... This will be our fur baby's new home away from home!

As far as I know, this place took excellent care of my dog. He came home at least 5lbs. Lighter and he was VERY happy. So I give this boarding house 5 stars! He was definitely well taken care of! I definitely had my concerns as I’ve never been away from my dog for more than a day in 13 years. This place put me at ease. My family was allowed to come visit (all though you have to call a day in advance.) and see my buddy while I was in Japan. I definitely recommend this place. If I leave the country again, I will definitely use this Kennel.

10/10 recommend & looking for excuses to go back! My partner and I aim to play with Zaya 1.5-3 hours daily so for overnight boarding I signed her up for 3 solo play sessions and 1 group play session. Wasn't sure how she'd be so we totally assumed she would need another good play session when we got home. We Were Wrong 😁! Zi has been tuckered out for the last couple of hours. Countryside Pet Resort truly lives up to their name and then some 💕. The services look good but the staff pals truly make the resort experience. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking to was well-informed and clearly passionate about animals. I really appreciate how they balanced being professional with pointing out a misunderstanding on my part (timeframe for a vaccine). Super appreciate their emotional intelligence 🥰 I feel confident pets are well taken care of with them.

The staff is wonderful at Countryside and they really get the know the individual dogs. We have used the doggy daycare and grooming services. We also did a day board and train program with Brian and it was the best investment ever. Brian was able to give our dog a wonderful foundation to build upon, thanks to his skills we get to enjoy taking our dog everywhere with us and he is always so wonderfully well mannered. If ever I have the need I would not hesitate to board with them. Wonderful facility and staff 5 stars is not enough.

Countryside pet resort is absolutely wonderful!! Dexter loves going there for daycare 2-3 times a week and we board there when we go away. Every employee is outstanding with him, it's like the dogs are their own family. He has also taken his 3 week training from Brian which was a huge success. We are so pleased with the resort.!!

This was the second stay for my Frenchie Pack. They enjoyed their stay. We added the services of nail trim with polish for the girls and a Woodland hike. They offer extended stay and day boarding.

Do not board your dogs here. The boarding price LITERALLY only includes allowing them to stay in their enclosed room and go potty. The staff does not play with them at all unless you pay a $15 fee per dog per play session. Every normal boarding activity has an extra charge of $10 or more per dog for each one!!! They completely price gouge. Ask for their price sheet before boarding unless you don’t care if your dog is just locked up constantly. Facility and staff were professional, just a horrible business model.

We’re very lucky to have Countryside within a reasonable distance from our house. We’ve boarded our 3 pets there for 2 longish vacations and they’ve been well taken care of by the Pet Resort staff and owners. We have a large and medium dog and they get to share the larger family room accommodation so they can keep each other company and console each other for going to doggy jail. Not really a jail, but they’re locked up instead of roaming the house, so they probably think of it as jail. On our last vacation, our cat had just been put on medication the week before we left and Countryside was so accommodating by agreeing to give her meds although it’s not their policy. They said she was very good about taking the med - hopefully they weren’t just being polite 🙂 Anyways, we feel blessed to have this nice facility run by real animal loving people available to care for our critters while we are away.

We are so thankful to live nearby 4 Pets’ Sake and to have their services available to us! After a few very bad experiences with Rover and dog boarders, we were desperate for an in-house option for our dog — someone professional, reliable, and kind. And thankfully, we found all of that with 4 Pets’ Sake! Each time we’ve contacted them, they’ve been so communicative and thorough — and they seem to understand all the concerns of a pet owner/homeowner, which is a huge relief. We really appreciated their interview process so we (and our pup) could meet the sitter and ensure we were all comfortable with each other. Also, they make scheduling and payment so easy, and their whole system is so modern and efficient. Their online dashboard is great to work with. We were so grateful to them when I went into labor with our baby. They were quick to respond and very flexible, which was such a relief in a very stressful situation. Oh! And we LOVE their email reports with photos after each visit! Such a nice touch that really makes us feel like our dog is being taken care of and loved in our absence. They are definitely our new go-to local dog sitter/walker, and we are so grateful to them! Highly recommend!

I have been using 4 Pet's Sake for a number of years now and their people are great. We have one wonderful woman, Sharon, who is the primary care taker of our cats. She is very reliable and always looks out for their health. If one of our cats is hiding, she always tracks them down to make sure all is OK. When I lived in Virginia I used another service that was not nearly as professional and responsive. These folks will call if they don't hear from you by your expected arrival time. Having 4 Pet's Sake taking care of the cats allows me to have a truly relaxing vacation.

I seriously can't say enough how wonderful everyone at 4 pets sake is. We moved here from CA and were in need of a reputable and reliable pet care service. My 3 kitties love and adore Ruth and everyone else! They make the whole process seamless and are extremely thorough and professional. Kelly is fantastic about getting back to you quickly and answering all your questions via email! They have an incredibly fair rate that covers much more than just the actual pet care! Love being able to go out of town and know that my pets and house are in great hands with 4 pets sake!

Four Pets' Sake is a wonderful service. Carol, our cat sitter, is a saint. We have too many cats, and when we go out of town she cares for them cheerfully and without complaint. She leaves us a day-to-day report on who she sees and their shenanigans. Terry in the office is a gem, very pleasant to talk to and quite efficient. They've been able to serve our needs in an emergency more than once. Making reservations on the website is very convenient. I'd recommended Four Pets' Sake to anyone.

My dog Socks has impeccable boarding care & amazing walks from special people at 4 Pets' Sake! They are attentive to details in my home, and after five years; I am still blown away at how much they care about all aspects of their visit. From pulling in trash cans, to turning on my alarm when I forget to set-it myself. It is absolutely wonderful to know people exist who really care about people & our fur babies! I do not worry about my pet at all when she is in their care. I travel with complete peace of mind. I thank the entire team & recommend them often to friends.

We are so thankful that we found 4 Pet's Sake to take care of our two puppies. The owner, Terri, is awesome to work with and she and Kelly have always come through for us on any last minute requests, no matter how short of notice. Yvonne is our primary dog walker and our puppies LOVE her. She takes very good care of them, with lots of love, walks and romps. They so look forward to her twice daily visits. We get a "report card" every day that tells us how our puppies were feeling, what they did on their walks, etc. We always refer to Yvonne as their second mother. She is the best and we are truly blessed that we found this company and Yvonne.

I have been using 4 Pet's Sake for many many years. I've also had the same sitter almost every time, which is nice because now my cats feel comfortable with her. The sitter also leaves very detailed notes of each visit, which is fun to read when I get back home. I have 7 cats and that's a lot of feeding, scooping and playing, so I think the price is very reasonable too. They are always quick to respond to my requests, even on short notice. I highly recommend them.

4 Pet's Sake has consistently provided the best care for my dog . . . and he is not the easiest dog! I know he is in good hands when 4 Pet's Sake is caring for him. This service is the best! They have taken great care of our cats and dogs for years. Last year our dog Ginger had surgery unexpectedly and needed mid-day care because we both work full-time. They took care of her with little notice. We are always confident that our dogs and cat are being well taken care of. They really care about what they do. We have used Blue Spring Kennel to board our greyhound several times over the past year and a half. Pat is wonderful with dogs. Our dog enjoyed her stay and always look great when we come pick her up. The fees are extremely reasonable. We have several reservations this year and will continue to board our greyhound with Blue Spring Kennel.

Hands down the best greyhound kennel in the region. Pat is both exceptionally caring for the animals and professional. Our greyhound is always excited to go and she always makes sure the dogs are well matched for their out of crate time. You can tell she really loves all the dogs like they are her own. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

The perfect place for Greyhounds! The owners have a true love for the breed and took excellent care of our girl during her stay. You can tell she was well cared for, and we will absolutely take her back to stay in the future.

I love knowing that when I leave town, whether it is a few days, a week or more that my Maltese Zoe is here and that’s shes going to be okay. I made a huge mistake of taking her to the humane society years ago but that’s in the past. After finding Blue Spring Kennel, LLC that was a HUGE relief and one less thing to have to figure out before vacation. They make it so easy and convenient to board! Zoe always goes into their facility happy / excited to see her cat and dog friends and comes home even happier. Thank you again!

We’ve been bringing our whippets to Pat’s since 2016 and are so lucky to have found such a great place. Pat is wonderful and it’s the only place we feel comfortable leaving them when we go away.

I brought my dog here a year ago and the owner is was so pleasant and caring. The facility almost reminds me of a preschool daycare when you first walk in, lol totally unexpected and I immediately knew my Yorkie would be well taken care of. I’m going out of town in August and I know he’ll be in great hands. Update: 08/30/2018: I had to provide an update regarding my dog's most recent stay. I'll just get to the point, my dog didn't want to leave. Ms. Pat literally had to pick him up to put his harness on and hand him to me, that speaks volumes. Brooklyn (he's a 14 year old Yorkshire Terrier) was there for a week and I didn't call not once to check on him because I knew he was in great hands. She takes great pride in what she does and has such a nice home aka kennel because that's exactly what it looks like, its almost like taking your dog to visit their "Grandmother's" lol. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

Our Minature Pincher has been housed here for at 7 years. Our dog is happy when he arrives and extremely excited to tell us about his stay when we pick him up. We have never been disappointed with his care. We tell him he’s going to stay with his 2nd Mom. No matter the length time of his stay we never worry about him, which allows us to enjoy our time.

Greyce, our greyhound, is always well cared for and even seems reluctant to leave each time she visits. Can't say enough good things about this place.

I've had a great experience with Fetch Pet Care and regularly use them to care for my cats while I'm away. They are super responsive, reliable, and professional. Robin is my regular caregiver, and he loves the cats, sends me emails everyday to confirm he was there and give an update, so I am always sure they are cared for.

My experience thus far with Fetch! has been nothing short of excellent. Their customer service is always quick, flexible, and helpful! Their GPS tracking app shows where your dog was walked, updates you on their business and even allows the walker to send pictures. You never wonder if they cut your time short because all of the information is sent to you after every walk. The best part about this service is that I lucked out with my awesome dog walker Crystal. She has been so pleasant to work with, and she always puts up with my crazy dog mom requests. Thanks Fetch!

I've used Fetch twice now, and I've been very pleased thus far. It's SUPER easy to schedule. They are great communicators before, during and after the service provided. Care giver meets up to learn the ropes prior to the scheduled visits. It's nice that you can give them instructions (such as recycling or watering plants). When we arrived home from being gone for a week, it's like our cats didn't even notice we were gone. :/ Of course, they're cats. ;) Anyway, great peace of mind knowing they were cared for during our trip. I'd def use Fetch again.

After years of elaborate arrangements to take care of our pets, my neighbor told me about Fetch. Fetch is a godsend. They responded quickly and I was able to get the exact coverage I needed when I needed it. We have used the almost overnight and overnight options. I like that I got to meet our petsitter, Kylee, and that we can ask for her again (and again!). Our dogs are getting lots of walks and personal attention. Our sitter stays in close communication with us and sends lots of pictures, along with the more official emails from Fetch. Easy to reserve, great service. I love Fetch! We have already used them twice, and have scheduled a third. Our dogs are so happy to see our sitter and sad to see her go.

We love our pet care professional Cherry! She provides timiley updates when we are away and truely loves our dog Holden. Fetch is super easy to use and very responsive to our needs, even if it's last minute. I will continue to recommend their services to friends and family.

Veronica was amazing! When she came by to get the key the cats immediately liked her. She sent very detailed texts about the cats while I was gone and also sent photos. It was really nice and made me feel like my cats were in good hands. Also, when I got home I could tell they were still happy and relaxed (they act a little whacky if they don't get enough attention when I'm gone), so I could see that Veronica spent a lot of time with them. Everything was perfect. I would definitely use Fetch again, but unfortunately I'm moving soon.

Fetch! is extremely flexible and conveniant. Every staff member is friendly, helpful and efficient. This is one the best services I have ever received from any company. Last minute plans and need to cancel a walk at 11pm the night before? No problem. I literally got a response to my email and an updated invoice after 10minutes. Even if when our dog was injured and needed specific care the walker was more than happy to help. Just outstanding service all round.

Fetch! was not only amazing with my dog, they came to my rescue in a time of need very quickly! I was out of town and the original person who planned to take my dog out cancelled the day before. I had no one else to let my dog out and a few other companies were unwilling or unable to meet my request in such short notice. Not only did Fetch! come to my rescue and let out my dog, they sent an amazing person who was able to easily coax out my extremely shy old dog and then took her on a long walk and left her with a good scratch and a treat! I will absolutely be using Fetch! again and recommend to everyone!

Sophia provided our family with a great sense of relief. Our plans to travel during the holidays were cancelled at the last minute but we kept the service anyway. Our days were very hectic and it was wonderful to know that the pets had additional love, care, no feedings and fresh litter boxes overlooked during this busy time. Our dog Lucy was a big fan and would watch/wait for her at her scheduled arrival time. Two thumbs up!

Our cat is like a child to us, so making sure someone is taking great care of him is very important to us. It's very easy to book and they're extremely prompt at emailing me back when I have questions. Stephanie took excellent care of our cat, we couldn't be happier! No complaints!

Our two dogs love coming here for boarding when we have to head out of town. The team is very friendly, and the overnight boarding area has comfy beds, couches and chairs they can sleep on together. It makes us feel better knowing someone always stays with the dogs overnight, and they get outdoor walks everyday as part of their boarding package.

I cannot recommend Linda and her Two-Way team enough. I took an assignment in the area and moved from Detroit for almost 9 months with my dog. I knew nothing about the area, but I googled daycares this business and another one came up. I love two way. They are so loving and caring. There is so much sincerity and genuine love and care for our fur babies. They are super accommodating and even opened early for me one day because of work constraints. My dog Gizmo LOVES it there. We will really miss two way as we pack up to head home to Detroit. Thanks for everything Two-Way team!

If you’re looking for pet services, look no further because Two Way and the owners + staff are absolutely amazing! They are always so kind and loving to our fur babies when they take care of them. The staff is always so helpful, leaves the sweetest messages with updates, and we ADORE the pics of our pups! We have used their services for doggy daycare, overnight boarding, and dog walking. We wouldn’t trust any other pet service provider with our pups after working with Two Way! We love the free-roam daycare, the cozy overnight space, and the love that the staff shows our pups. You can tell everyone truly cares for your pets and shows them all the love you’d show your own pets!

I cannot say enough good things about Two Way! My dog has been coming to Two Way for daycare for two years now and I couldn’t be more pleased. If you are going through the important choice of where to take your fur baby, I would wholeheartedly recommend Two Way. There are so many things I love about this group. 1. They love my dog as their own (and he is a 70 pound big boy so can be difficult to love at times). 2. They aren’t a chain. I have taken my dog to a chain that is less than a block away from Two Way - and the best thing about doing that was realizing how special Two Way is. 3. They don’t use kennels or crates which is great since my dog can get anxious and have accidents in crates. 4. They communicate! Their portal is easy to use and they respond pretty quickly. They also let you know if anything is going on with your dog or anything else and they are proactive about communication as well. 5. They are affordable! Well no dog care is as affordable as I would like, but they are the best in the area after extensive research. 6. They don’t separate the dogs by size which has helped my dog learn how to socialize with dogs of all sizes. Also the people who watch after them play with them and keep them entertained too. 7. They have cameras. So I can watch him play while I am at work. 8. They have great hours for drop off and pickup. 9. They really treat you like a person and give so much understanding to you - not just your dog. My dog is always SO excited to go here and knowing he is safe and cared for by great people makes it much easier to leave him. Please try them out - you won’t be disappointed!

I can not say enough about the TWO WAY DOG Walking family, they are amazing, where they are located at, I live in the apartment building. They are always super supportive with my dog and love on him and care for him like he is one of their own. I went through some hard family issues and situations and they not only cared for my dog but showed care and concern for trying to make it easier on me to care for my kids and keep care for my fur baby. Again I could go on about the phenomenal service and people that are employed and run TWO WAY DOG WALKING

Two-Way Dog Walking has done an amazing job with our boy Tiger. We rescued Tiger in 2019 and he had so many issues that the Doggie Care has helped Tiger work through. Linda and her staff are outstanding, we cannot praise this Team of caregivers enough.

I’ve been sending my dog (who is by no means easy to care for) to Two Way for a little less than 2 years and I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff! I appreciate the use of the online portal to ask questions, making bookings, and paying for invoices. I also love that Two Way includes a walk and medication administration in the price of the overnight bookings. Other local boarding options charge extra for these things and it makes me sad that anyone would nickle-and-dime me for the basic needs of my pet to be met. I also appreciate that their scheduling is so flexible, especially the availing to do “after hours” pick ups within reason. Other establishments in the neighborhood are super strict with their pickup timeline. Two Way has also gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my dog’s health and safety is of utmost importance in all of his stays. Long story short, my boy is leash reactive and one time ran off while in Two Way’s care. The way the owner handled the situation made me a dedicated customer with zero hesitation to bring him back after this freak accident out of anyone’s control. After I returned home from my trip, the owner personally drove me and my pet to the nearest vet to rule out any injuries and checked in so many times. It’s abundantly clear to me that Two Way’s owner truly loves the pets in their care and will go the extra mile to maintain and reassure a loyal customer. For the last year since, his caretakers always reassure me that he’s walked alone and never hesitate to give me status updates on my boy. If I could give Two Way more than 5 stars, I truly would! I hesitated to write this review because I don’t want to paint Two Way in any negative light - I just figured my story is illustrative of the fact that this boarding facility is top notch and cares so much about the pets in its care.

Two Way Dog Walking is hands down the best dog daycare in the DMV. We have been sending our dog Bear to Two Way’s daycare every week day for the last 2+ years, since he was 4.5 months old, and they’ve truly become his second family. Linda, Vernon, and the rest of the Two Way team are incredible, and love your pets as if they were their own. Two Way is great with communication in even the smallest of situations and can always be reached- the genuine care and attention they give each dog cannot be found elsewhere. During overnights the pups aren’t stuck in a kennel, which is crucial for dogs who prefer human company too! Two Way has been so amazing for Bear that we have family, friends, and neighbors that now send their dogs to Two Way too! We found Two Way Dog Walking from reviews like these, and sharing our own amazing experience with them is long overdue! Like others searching for a doggy daycare, our dog is the center of our lives. When he's not with us, we need him to be safe, happy, and loved. During the 45+ hours a week Bear spends at Two Way daycare, we know he is safe, happy, and loved.

Absolutely love Two Way Pet Services! They are flipping awesome. They have a large playroom for all the dogs. You can watch on their CCTV Webcam. They also offer OVERNIGHT stays! Your fur baby is NEVER alone. I have a VERY HYPER, 1 year old, 50 lb, Dobie mix. She has been going 2x weekly since she was about 4 months. Recently she had to be quarantined for 6 weeks. What a horrible time we had without Two Way. I saw the difference in her behavior almost immediately. They help her get rid of any pent up energy in a safe, fun environment. The dogs are NOT in kennels. They are under constant supervision. Playing and just running around, enjoying life. The staff is simply wonderful. They are also doing some renovations , so it will be even better than before. Highly, highly recommend them. Linda and Melissa, great job!

Such a great service! They send the cutest updates and admittedly I thought the cameras were an overkill, but it’s honestly so fun to check in on the pup when we’re out of town. Highly recommend!

Odrun is the best and very thorough. She was a new sitter recommended and I was nervous; however, I could not have been more pleased with the level of care provided, including all the little extra's she does. I received daily pics showing how happy my paw babes were and how comfortable they were with Odrun. She really pays attention to detail and I was totally comfortable knowing they were in good hands. 🙏😊

Ms. Brazelton is BOMB!!!-Diggity!!! She knows her dogs! She's very astute regarding proper pet care and training (we have a 3 month old puppy). I love being able to leave her cash or cashapp her for services, and she has a steady base of clients who appreciate her services as well. We have even asked her to board our dog during an upcoming trip. She's great!!! Our dog feels comfortable with her, which makes us comfortable leaving him with her when needed. A very professional pet sitting service. The owner was very helpful in an emergency situation involving a neighbors pet during the late night hours. She was able to take the animal to the animal emergency care center and treated the animal for several days after release from the emergency care.

Quality Time pet sitting cared for my indoor and outdoor cats and were wonderful! I will certainly use them again. Marie and Rob are so friendly and care deeply about animals. My indoor cat is not usually social with people she does not know but Rob was able to become her friend! He was the best! I would highly recommended them.

We hired Quality Time to take care of our retriever and cat. They offered a lot of other services, like watering plants, bringing in mail, etc. I appreciated the attention to detail for both animal care and the logistics for the house.

Even our cranky cat loves her, and she does a wonderful job caring for them and taking care of stuff around the house in our absence (getting the mail, opening and closing blinds, etc.). My dog gets beyond excited when she sees us pack up her things because she knows she’s going to stay at Kristan’s and that is her favorite thing to do. She stays excited on the ride and upon arrival. I love that she is in a great place and I love knowing she will be well taken care of. That gives me peace of mind. The cute videos and pictures they send help, too! We have been using Kristian’s Dog Care Services for the past 2 years and we love it! It is very convenient and easy to use her site. The price is affordable and worth the amount care that is given. Our 2 fur babies love their time there, sometimes we think they dont want to leave because they are having fun lol. Kristian is very professional & we love getting pictures and videos of our babies during their stay. It’s good to know that when we are away our babies are being take care of. Definitely would recommend.

Kristian Boarding has been great to my dog Pumpkin! Pumpkin sees Kristian and she lights up! Pumpkin gets so excited and cannot wait to get out of the car! That brings me great joy, because it lets me know my dog enjoys being there and is being treated well! Kristian's Boarding is great at keeping me informed of walks and play time with other dogs! I receive videos of play time and that's comforting to see while on travel!

Kristian has by far been the best experience for my 3 1/2 year old bully! She sends daily updates as well as videos. I can always tell by my dog's behavior and his appearance on how well he likes a particular sitter.. And he absolutely loves it at Kristian Boarding. And what I love most is that my guy Azore will sleep VERY GOOD after a stay at Kristian.. I highly recommend you try their services!!

Kristian's boarding is top-notch! I absolutely love this place and so does my dog, Coco. The taxi services they offer are excellent and make dropping off and picking up Coco a breeze. Every time he goes for doggy care, he comes back happy and well taken care of. The staff is responsible and even sends me updates about how he's doing, which gives me peace of mind. My little baby boy Apollo is completely obsessed with going to board at Kristian’s home. Last time I picked him up he didn’t want to come home. He absolutely adores her, and she adores him, I love that she treats my baby like her own. I will always recommend Kristian for boarding your fur baby! Hey she even got my baby boy a sweatshirt that has “mamas boy” written on it!

I have been taking my Gucci to Kristian for a litttle over 2 years now. I feel like my lil Gucci is going to his family house instead of a boarding stay. He get so excited when we pull up to Kristian’s home and when he see her he get even more excited! From the beginning when me and Gucci had our first enter action with Kristian I knew I picked a winner! Her facility for the dogs is awesome and her home is just as awesome! Kristian is very thoughtful and creative when it come to the dogs activities and she take pride in the care and love that she have for all her fury babies! She is the BEST!!!!!

I absolutely love this place. Most importantly my fur babies love it as well. I have a 1.5 yrs old pit tie and a 8 year old maltipoo and I have been bringing here for over a year. They get so excited when we are coming down the street. Once the car stops they are ready to get out and never look back. The owners are very nice and always helpful and willing to make room for my babies if they can. They have been a life saver at times.

Fetch! Has been a FABULOUS service for me and my cat, Olive. Eddie and Jayne have done such a good job with him, and they're attentive to his medication needs as well as his proclivity for eating string! Fetch is incredibly reliable, and I always feel so comfortable leaving my little guy in their care when I travel.

Fetch has been fantastic. Super reliable and send photos and comments. Rose walks my pups a lot and she is wonderful but so are the others. I had the pleasure of meeting her briefly and she is very kind. But honestly, I just don’t worry with the Fetch walkers. My dogs are quirky. One is old and has opinions “cattle dog” but they are in great hands and I can tell by the comments that they adapt to my dogs personalities and wants/needs. They are slow walkers who want to stop and sniff so you can’t rush them. And my scaredy-cat even shows herself sometimes so the animals are very relaxed and themselves which is exactly what I want for them

I'm grateful for our reliable sitter who asks good questions to make sure he understands our cats medication. I also appreciation that he caught my booking mistake or our kitties would have gone a whole day without meds! The app could use an interface update to make it easier to use but it gets the job done.

So convenient and affordable! I love the online client portal where I can add details about: my pet's daily routine, preferences, and medical needs; and the location and contact info for my upcoming trips (incase of emergency). It's super quick and easy to request, edit, and cancel service. I appreciate the free in-home consultation with my sitter before their first service appointment, so we can go over everything and make sure we both feel comfortable, and the background checks and liability insurance that's in included. The extras that make Fetch! better than others include: an emailed summary after each visit with details on services provided, how much time was spend in my home, a map of the sitter's location during the appointment, and some pictures of, and notes on, my pet's behavior. All of this makes me feel secure and reassured that my fur baby is in good hands while I'm away. I've had two sitters so far (Cathy Conger & Matthew Perigo) and both have been excellent!

I was really impressed with the level of communication I received while interacting with Fetch! From the moment I created my account to the journals sent by my pet care associate, I was always updated on the process and the services being provided. This level of communication put my mind at ease, especially the visit journals when the pet associate visited my cats. The brief summary and photos were great! It was nice to get to see my cats were receiving much needed attention while I was away!

I’m speaking on behalf of my partner G (not listing her full name for her public anonymity) who booked and cancelled services for our cats Ralphie and Moe. We’ve been loyal customers of Fetch. Our previous cat sitter Kiki has been wonderful. We recently booked cat sitting services a little last-minute but had to cancel also last-minute due to a family emergency. We expected the owner to be understanding. But the owner responded quite rudely to my partner G and showed no compassion. In our e-mail to him we mentioned a non-working Zoom link for speaking with a cat sitter prior to the cat sitting. We mentioned it being a complicated process and he responded back to us “I don’t know what’s so complicated.” We immediately noticed a $258 charge on our credit card. We did not approve this charge. That’s a lot of money! We will be contacting our credit card company. Due to the poor taste our in mouth from this experience we are tempted to contact the Better Business Bureau. I’m just writing this to make other customer aware: don’t cancel last minute unless you are prepared to pay for services not rendered in full. We have no complaints regarding the pet sitting services of Fetch. It’s just the owner we had issue with. And I’m sure he’ll be the one responding to this! This was our cancellation policy experience.

Fetch is a fantastic service--reliable, professional, easy to use, and a great price. We've had a great experience with Melissa, who convinced our shy and finicky kitties to come out and play. She checked in and sent daily updates with photos to show us how they were doing, which was very reassuring! We've used multiple pet services in the past, but this one is the clear best.

Good luck getting service. We were longtime customers from 2012-2017. We moved out of the area for two years and we just moved back. Fully expected to sign them up again. We put in a request and had to fill out a form a few days later. It took them 7 days after that to tell us that they would have no one available in our area (NW DC just outside of Georgetown) for the foreseeable future. What a waste of time. They obviously don't have enough walkers. Save your time and look elsewhere.

Fetch! Pet Care has been easier to use and more accommodating than previous services I have used in the area. I recently took a month-long, international trip and had to book with them only a couple of weeks before, due to a friend's last-minute change of plans. Fetch! was able to send someone every day, for an hour-long visit. My cat seems to love her sitters, always sitting on their laps in the pictures. The updates that follow each visit are very thorough and reassuring. For example, my sitter sent me a picture of a scratch she had noticed by her ear, as well as details about it. I always know my kitty is well taken care of!

We have used Fetch! twice now - once for a longer vacation and once for a short weekend. Both times we received excellent service from our pet sitters and great communication. We highly recommend Fetch! and intend to continue using them in the future.

We sleep tight whenever we're away because Rocky is getting the best care possible from his buddy, George. He's been our pet sitter for over 10 years, and there's no one more trustworthy or reliable.

George has always been top notch. Punctual and thorough. Our 2 dogs are happy to see him. And his availability is excellent.

Absolutely the best dog care service I’ve ever had. George is super friendly with the animals, timely and is flexible when plans change. The dogs look forward to seeing him weekly- each morning I mention “George will be by today!” And they wag their tales and get excited for a bit. Cannot recommend them enough. ❤️

I contacted Pawfessional Pet Care a few years ago to take my dogs out for a mid-day walk and they have been great! My dogs look forward to seeing George every day and he's come by a few times when I've gone out for the evening and taken them out. He and Dee have such a good understanding of dogs that comes from many years of experience working with them. My dogs, an Akita/Pit mix and a blind Malamute/Swiss Mountain dog mix, come back from their walks relaxed, smiling and happy. I know they're in good hands with George and Dee.

If I could rate 10 stars, I would. This company is the absolute best. We have 3 large dogs and 1 cat. In the past, we’ve had family and friends watch our pets while we’re out of town and something always goes wrong. This time we decided that we should hire a company and I’m so happy we did! George provided the most excellent care for them and the communication was outstanding. I was so at ease and content on our trip not worrying about the pups or kitty because I knew they were in good hands. Cleaned the food and water bowls daily, came 3 times a day, took our trash down, collected our mail, etc. If you’re looking for a company to hire, hire these guys. We’ll definitely be using them again and again!
