We had the pleasure of having Maggie (for the second time) to take care of our home and beloved dog Frida while we were away for 2 weeks. 
We couldn’t be happier! Neither could Frida!
Our big dog is sometimes a bit stubborn and Maggie managed amazingly. 
We had daily photos and video, and Frida was clearly very happy, comfortable and very well looked after.

We initially accepted Deirdre and Jason for a long stay to look after our dogs.  We were very happy they accepted.  A few weeks later we realized we needed another sitter for another trip we had planned.  So, we posted more dates on zeewoi.  To our happy surprise,  Deirdre and Jason reached out to us saying they could also look after our dogs and home with the new dates we posted.   This made our life much easier and we were very confident to have Deirdre and Jason stay longer with us and care for our dogs.

We were definitely right!! D&J have countless experiences on zeewoi with very good reviews from all of their previous sits.  They are very experienced with all aspects of a house/pet sitting.  D&J are very self-sufficient, have the background knowledge and education of pet care, and most importantly a genuine love for all animals.  This is most important for my wife and I.  We knew from the first meeting with our pups they loved animals.  

Communication was excellent.  The process before and during our sit was stress-free for us.  We were given daily updates on our dogs including photos and videos.  Any concerns D&J had were vocalized to us.  D&J are also problem solvers and know how to react many challenging situations.  Our routine for our pets was followed immaculately and all dogs were very happy and connected with them.  Even our female dog Kinki grew close so quickly with D&J which is very rare.  We had ZERO issues while we were gone and we were able to really enjoy our trip while we were away.  The dogs definitely love being around D&J.


Homecare:  We are very pleased with the condition of our home when we returned.  It was clean, free of clutter, and exactly how we had left it for them, if not even better!  D&J even mowed our grass and took care of our yard! Our yard is not a small garden.  It is very big and takes hours to mow.  So we were very surprised and excited to know they did that for us even though it's not expected of our sitters!! They definitely went above and beyond what is expected. 

Our dogs are so very important to us.  When we know we can trust our sitters it's the best feeling in the world.  We definitely trust Deirdre and Jason with our most prized possessions and we look forward to the next sit with them in a few days!!! We can't thank them enough for giving our dogs the love and attention they deserve.

Lisa and Matt were absolutely fantastic sitters for us and our dog, Moose.  
Not only were they flexible when our flight was changed last minute, they also were able to stay an extra day to accommodate the changes.  They communicated with us promptly during the scheduling and planning process for the housesit.  They arrived on time on the (re)scheduled day.  They acclimated to our dog very quickly and gave us piece of mind as we left by taking him on a walk to avoid his separation anxiety.  We chatted every day and exchanged photos of Moose playing at the beach and in the yard.  He was so happy!  No problems were encountered with the house.  Even our neighbors commented on how friendly and kind Lisa and Matt both were and how they really cared for Moose.  
The house was spotless when we returned.  Everything in proper order, better than we left it.  
We can't thank them enough for the excellent experience!

Amara was a WONDERFUL sitter for our home and our dogs for the weekend. We were so comfortable with her being in our home, and she provided regular updates and photos of our babies. Mikayla was a superb house/dog sitter for us for one full week. She was an excellent communicator, very quiet and tidy (respectful of the space) and best of all she quickly bonded with our big dog Mouse. Nicole and Gabriel were excellent house sitters and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Our dog absolutely loved them and she was spoilt rotten. The house, pool and yard were kept clean and well looked after. On a personal note we also found both of them interesting and great conversationists.

This was our first experience with TH and we are very pleased. From the moment Rose arrived we knew she was the right sitter for our “kids”. Communication while we were away was great with pics of the dogs as well as text messages. Rose cared for our home and our “kids” with great care, she is very conscientious of your space. Extremely pleased with the care she provided to our “kids” and our home. We have another trip planned in a couple of weeks and are happy Rose will be staying in our home again. Jim sat for my extremely shy rescue pup and new kitten for two weeks -- my pup struggles with new people, and is very fearful of men in particular. And yet, Jim was more successful with her than any sitter I've ever had: I can't recommend him highly enough. He has wonderful patience, a calm energy, and is a great communicator. He consistently updated me with photos and videos of my sweet girls enjoying the world with him, taking my dog on hikes and adventures to her favorite streams. He went above and beyond both for her (in meeting her needs and taking the time to get to know her personality), and also in caring for my home. I returned to such a cozy environment, a repaired wood stove, an organized wood pile and an at-peace dog and cat. Choosing Jim as a sitter is ensuring that your pets and home are getting the best of care, and his actions exemplify his kindness, generosity and thought taken in consideration of others. I hope to have him return many times in the future; the experience was a privilege both for myself and my pets.

Oh my Goodness!  Where to begin.  Linda was the perfect house sitter for us and the perfect pet sitter for Olivia!  She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.  When we returned from out two week vacation all our plants were alive, the garden was alive, the birds and fish had been fed regularly, and the dog was alive and happy!  What more can you ask for, right?  Well with Linda you get all that and more.  Updates as you request - even videos of her morning walks with Olivia.  The house as spotless as we left it, maybe even better! Even the porches were clean!  Linda is a genuine treasure and our recommendation would be 10 stars if there were that many!!
