CocoMutt is AMAZING! We used their kennel services for 9 days and we were nervous leaving our girl that long but with the secure facility, loving staff and photo updates on Facebook we felt like we could trust them and check in and the best part was our pup LOVED her time there. They take the time to know the pets personality which is great! If she's happy, I'm happy! We will 100% recommend and be back.

Our 18 year old cat had never been in a kennel before, and we were worried about leaving her during our holiday. To say we are impressed with Cocomutt Hut is an understatement! They took such amazing care of her, ensured her daily medication was administered, and posted pictures of her daily activities so we felt connected. We were so happy with the level of care she received!

I recently boarded my 2 dogs at CocoMutt and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The owners/staff were friendly and professional, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I could tell that my pups were very well taken care of during their stay. They came home very happy and with no signs of stress. I also appreciated how CocoMutt posts pictures daily on Facebook, and also took the time to send me updates while we were away. I will definitely be using this kennel again in the future and would highly recommend it to other pet owners.

We are in the Medicine Hat area for work and came across Cocomutt for dog daycare services! Well I’m so glad we did because they have been absolutely fabulous from the start. They offer a superior pick up and drop off service (which is amazing due to my early work hours) and my golden retriever has the best time!!! Dealing with Bobby over the phone for quick check ups on the dog or booking him in for daycare is an absolute breeze and I’m super grateful. Highly recommend this place. It’s been a full 10/10!!!

What a great place to take your pet. Bobbie and Mikayla are amazing happy, energetic, and totally interested in your pets well being. Whether its for a drop off daycare or a weeks stay it is our go to place when we need a Gus vacation.

We were past customers of CocoMutt Hutt but have recently went back. We changed to a different daycare for selfish reasons (on my part) and didn’t consider how our girl Bella felt. Since we have added a second dog to our family named Finn and have switched back with Bobby and Mikayla. Best decision I have made for them both because they are so much happier….. in fact they are super crazy happy. I use the pick up and drop-off with Bobby and it’s an awesome perk with this daycare. I love it and the convenience. As soon as I bring the leashes out in the mornings to put on my kiddos they are just crazy excited because they know Bobby is coming to get them. Bobby is like a grandpa who shows so much love to the animals. He is trustworthy, dependable and so friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Reuben James loves his Cocomutt Hut visits. In fact he knows the days he is going to play with his buddies and sits at the front door until I take him. Cocomutt is very clean and the staff are very cognizant of how the dogs interact with each other. A great place to take your dog for a break & socializing.

Gus loves them! We chose them because you can see the dogs on camera when you come in. Great prices, too, and flexible drop-off. Very cool that we have this option, especially in winter.

Our Sadie girl loves going to play at CocoMutt! She gets so excited when we pull in, I can't get her out of the car and to her puppy friends fast enough! She also enjoyed her overnight stay in the bunkhouse last weekend while mom and dad went on a little getaway. The staff are so great with her and she is always coming home with a smile on her face (and ready for a good sleep) ...I think that says it all!! 🐶 A wonderful place for your fur baby to get some energy out and socialize with some other puppies.

My dog absolutely loves it here and the staff are great! He always gets so excited when we pull into the driveway and he’s always tired when I pick him up, I’m assuming from all the fun he has. They’ve always been very accommodating to my changing schedule and can usually fit Zack in short notice. A great spot to bring your pet and have piece of mind they’ll be happy and taken care of.

My dogs just got home from a week stay at Animal House, I’ve been here before and I always loved the option of your dogs being able to go outside and have alone time if needed! My two dogs have social anxiety and this is the only kennel that can accommodate their needs properly! My dogs were so happy to be there and came back in top condition! They were totally tuckered out from 7 days of play, which was nice after a long, much needed vacation! Thank you animal house for being so accommodating and getting my two dogs in! You’re the best.

We love Animal House! Our dog gets so excited to go, and is treated with so much love! Her absence was noticed when she had some health problems, and came back healthy to a lovely present from the owners and staff. This place is a gem and truly loves and cares for animals.

Staff are great and their facilities are awesome. Cat boarding is hard to come by but this boarding house was a great experience. During our relocation, our two cats spent nearly two months here. The communication was great and our cats felt at home. We got to visit them occasionally, which was nice. They allow texting to check in and they will also send you pictures when you’re feeling lonely. Would highly recommend this boarding house if you’re around Medicine Hat. It’s a bit out of the way, but well worth it.

They always take great care of my dog. Send me photos of him so I can see him when I am away.

I phoned to see if I could have my dogs boarded there for 2 days. The first question asked was, "what kind of dogs do you have?" I mentioned that I had a 5 month Pitbull, and was turned away immediately. Why? They said it was because they had not met my animals before, yet I was not asked if they had been there before? Discrimination against breed. He is a 5 month old Pitbull cross. I will never recommend this place. I took my dogs to Pet Park a couple weekends ago, and they gladly accepted my dogs-no meet n greet needed, and would gladly accept them back if they werent full. I will be passing my gross experience on to everyone I know. Surely you would hate to be discriminated against for the color of your skin, or your nationality. I am disgusted you would do that to an innocent animal.

Fab staff. Attention to detail. My dogs love going here always happy when they are there as they send photos and video clips. Nothing is a problem. Staff are always happy.

If anyone is looking for a place to take there dog for the day, to kennel over night or just for some pampering LOOK NO FURTHER !!! ... your pups will love it here 🐶 My dog Gracie goes to doggie day care 2 to 3 times a week and loves it ... she has really come out of her shell and become a social butterfly of the dog world since going. The girls have been so super awesome with Gracie. She love all of them and is super happy to see them every time she goes. Wish I could give you more that 5 stars ladys you really deserve it !!!

I've been bringing my dog here for about a year now for nail trims. I have a smaller dog, a Chihuahua-Dachshund cross, and he's quite the anxious little guy, especially when it comes to getting his nails trimmed. It's like a brand new experience for him every single time. He howls with a shrill that's hard on the ears, making it quite stressful for the poor gal trimming his nails. One day, I found out from a coworker that she had a headache, yet she still came out and trimmed his nails. She always greets me warmly (probably hiding her oh no not him agains) LOL - and takes care of Thor quickly generally right when I come in. I want to thank the whole team for their kind and courteous service every time we visit. And Thor, well, he says after all that "torture," there should be a better selection of toys! I think he makes it look worse than it is just so Dad will buy him a new toy each time! 😉

Just took my dog in for a nail trim which he absolutely hates. The lady at the front was super friendly and welcoming. She quickly took him inside and he was done in 3 mins. My pup was bit stressed when he came out but his nails were perfectly clipped and I could not be happier. I would highly recommended this place!

The girls are great and super accomodatung, the cuts they performed on our pups looked fantastic! They must treat them gently and amazing when rhey are on the table as this is the ONLY groomer we have used (there have been a few 🙄) where our female pup is happy to go and has no hesitation, unlike other groomers. Highly recommend them 5 ⭐️'s !

I take my dog here for daycare 3-4 days a week. They have great rates and if you plan, they can also groom your pupper same day. My dog loves coming here and the ladies the run the place are awesome!

Took our cat Leo in and Britt did an awesome job with the cut and nail caps! Best groomers in the city, very friendly!

Amazing and very accomodating people! My cat Corey had a stitched wound that was healing and a cone of shame, and I had other obligations where I unfortunately could not stay home to take care of him. Taylor and the rest of the crew were extremely helpful and accomodating. They were willing to give him his daily antibiotics, gave him plenty of extra love and attention, and made sure him and his wound were looked after and safe. Very friendly staff, extremely clean and welcoming facility, and VERY reasonable pricing. They even updated me throughout his stay with pictures and videos, so I knew he was doing ok. Took a huge weight off my shoulders, and I am extremely thankful for all the staff's genuine love and care for animals. Very honest people, I would highly recommend choosing these guys if you need your pet looked after for any reason! Corey will definitely be coming back, hopefully in full health next time though!

Pet Park is amazing!!! We have been bringing our dog Jax to Pet Park for years. Why? Because the staff are awesome and they love my crazy dog. Jax is well taken care of, and comes home happy and exhausted.

This is our go to boarding facility for our Siberian Husky and Bernese Mountain Dog! We happily drive all the way from the Brooks area to have them stay with the lovely team at Pet Park and they always have a blast! I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone. Two thumbs and four paws way, way up!

Khan LOVES Taylor and her staff. As often as possible we give plenty of notice, but when our schedule changes she is so understanding. I give her mega prop for bed side manner with pet parents. Taylor lets me know about all the friends he makes on his visits. I've loved any of the staff I've dealt with, on the phone or in person. It makes pet care less stressful. The location, for us, makes it feel secure. 24 CCTV in the kennels. It is clean and cleaned all the time. Khan comes home happy and exhausted, but always says goodbye to anyone who sees him off. This is his favorite place to go, when he has to be away from home.

We decided that our purebred Bernadoodle Ophila would like going to daycare once a week to interact with other dogs. She has extreme severe anxiety. This is the pic after her 2nd visit. They had great reviews and now I can see why. We love taking Ophie there, and she loves to go there.

Sophie has always been happy to stay there. The staff are so awesome & take great care of her.

Excellent experience. Brought in 2 timid dogs for the first time and we were able to make arrangements to have them kenneled together and exercised separately from other dogs. We received updates and pics on how the dogs were doing. It's clear the staff care about the animals. Drop off/pick up is a smooth process as it's one vehicle at a time while others wait until you leave. We will book again.

We’ve brought our dog Juno there lots and she absolutely loves being there. She knows where we are as soon as we pull up and I can’t get her out of the car fast enough. When I pick her up she always wants to stay there and play. Everyone there is so good with Juno, they give her lots of love and attention. She plays all day and they send me pictures and videos and keep me updated throughout the day. She’s always tuckered out after she comes home. I highly recommend Pet Park. It’s an awesome facility and everyone there will love your fur baby just as much as you do!

My two dogs just had a wonderful stay at Pet Park Boarding. They are both a bit fussy and have some special medical needs that I was worried about when leaving them for 10 days. Pet park took great care of both of them and made me feel very comfortable about leaving them. They used superb common sense in making both dogs comfortable for their entire stay and took care of the medical needs perfectly. I would recommend to anyone who needs a place for their dogs to stay. I have used Pet Park several times over the past few years, and have always been very happy. I appreciate that the staff remember little details about my dog (like whether she still requires eye drops) and Ella is always excited when we pull up to the building. Without fail, Ella comes home tired. I previously had an elderly dog, and I was always very pleased with how they would bring him in for extra rests and make sure he was comfortable and babied. I have recommended Pet Park to a few people as well, who have also had positive experiences there with their dogs.

Our boyz have had several "overnight" short term experiences(all positive) and just last month we utilized the boarding services for a 10 day vacation! We sure appreciated the peace of mind & knowing the boyz were so well taken care of☺️Huge thank you to Brigit for checking in with us about our Leo's eye issue and getting him to the vet and a head start on the required meds prior to our arrival home!

Highly recommend Rocking K9 Ranch!! The facility is spotless with many activities for the dogs to enjoy and the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Check in and out was so easy. Online booking process is very convenient and thorough. I truly believe my fur baby is in the best hands when he is at Rocking K9 Ranch!! I cant recommend them enough.

We have been taking our dog here for over a year. The staff are wonderful and we always feel better knowing our dog is safe and having fun while we are away. I would recommend anyone to take their dog here.

We and our dog had a great experience at Sit Stay, Come & Play. Classes are fun and instruction is clear and easy to follow. Instructors are very personable, patient and willing to provide extra assistance as needed. They clearly love what they do. Highly recommend!

I'm apprenticing through sit stay come and play, and these are the most fun classes I've ever been a part of. While learning positive methods to help your dog, we let the dogs make all their own choices, so they always love coming back to class!! I'd recommend this facility to anyone with a pet.

I've taken a couple of different classes and my dogs loved going!!! It's great for them to learn how to focus on you while there are other dogs and distractions around. The instructors believe in teaching the dogs by positive methods.

We attended puppy pre-school and it was a young puppy safe environment to learn those important early fundamentals like socialization, bite inhibition and a few learning cues. It was a wonderful bonding beginning to our training together!

Excellent facility and training staff, I sought out guidance after my dog had been attacked. Not only did they teach me to read his body language, they gave me back my confidence and taught us new cues and games! We will definitely be back to continue Odins training. Needs to work on Accountability. I made an appointment for a meet and greet. Just prior to the meeting the owner let me know she was sick, which was no problem. I asked for her to let me know when she felt better and we could do it then. The issue is it is now 6 weeks later and still no call from Critter Sitter. This leads me to believe I can not count on this service and with something as precious as my pets I can not take the chance with anyone who is not meticulous about every detail of their business.

The staff are very nice and welcoming. My pup loves going there, as soon as I maintain "Daycare" he bolts to the door and he is ready to go!! Thank you for providing our dogs a safe environment to play!

Excellent staff. Our dogs hair cuts look amazing. Very nice atmosphere. They took Christmas photos and posted them to FB for no additional charge (with permission of course) ❤️. Decent prices. Fantastic with the dogs! The tie and hair bows were a nice touch.

Jaylene did a wonderful poodle cut on my toy. Full service, reasonable price. I"m always going back there.

First grooming for my 5 month old Caucasian Ovcharka, she is over 60lbs, Jaylene greeted us and Karen seemed happy to go with her. When I picked her up I was amazed at how great she looked with at least 85% of the horrible puppy fluff was gone, she seemed to really like all the staff and was in no hurry to leave.

This was our second time for Bella to come for grooming. She looked so great both times!! We will be back. Thank you so much!

Brought my teacup yorkie there to groom!!! Went to pick her up. Just to grab her with a "little" knick according to the groomers.. this is by no means a little knick. Granted didn't get charged for the groom. But still. That's a big cut for a little dog. (2 pounds)

I was very impressed with Lexi’s pet care as they came into my home on short notice & looked after my two dogs for a few days. Lexi & Jamie are both very fun & compassionate pet carers & my dogs just loved them! Jamie looked after them very well & went above & beyond of what was expected. We can go away now with peace of mind knowing that they’re well looked after. Will definitely use them again! Thanks ladies!

First time leaving our dog with anyone but family and we were very nervous and didn’t want to drop her off at a kennel. Lexi came and held a thorough meet and greet to get to know all the things about the house and our dogs routine and habits. I felt instantly at ease when I met Lexie, she is very kind and our dog loved her instantly. Lexie sent us pictures and updates and when we got home the house was in order and our dog was super happy! We will use Lexie again

Lexie put my mind at ease immediately while caring for my senior cats. She always communicated with me upon every visit and shared photos. Her love and knowledge of animals truly reflects in the amazing job she does. Lexie is dependable, trustworthy and I would highly recommend her to look after your furbabies.

Lexie has been doing twice weekly one-hour visits with our 6-year old doodle since the end of August. Gimli (our dog) is pretty lazy, but Lexie makes sure he’s engaged by teaching him tricks, hiding treats for him to find, letting him outside, and and keeping him company. We appreciate the updates, photos and videos that she shares with us about Gimli’s day. We have no concerns or complaints about the care our beloved pooch receives from Lexie. She is organized, communicative, and trustworthy.

Lexie looked after our dog in our home when we were away, and will do so in the future as well. Our dog is reactive to other dogs, which Lexie has experience in. I’m grateful to not worry about her when we have to leave her! As someone who worked in Veterinary clinics, for 25 years, 16 of those as a Veterinary Technologist, I would, honestly, have a high standard of care. I really need to feel my dog is being cared for and is safe and happy. I would highly recommend her.

Lexie and her staff are amazing!! We were looking for someone to come stay with our pup who is timid around new people and places. Lexie came and did a meet and greet with us. She was amazing with Maddie and instantly put our minds at ease!! We have used Lexie’s services a few times for overnight stays and dog walking. Lexie has been accommodating, punctual, great with Maddie, and has given us suggestions on how to deal with Maddie’s anxiety. We will continue to use her services for our dog:)

Lexie is a wonderful pet caregiver. We had her come numerous times to deal with our very spicy diabetic cat and she was amazing. She’s passionate, caring, kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and just fantastic. Highly highly recommend her.

My husband and I moved from Ontario 4 months ago with our two aging dogs, one of which has a history of trauma. We had used a kennel in the past and were unhappy with the service and therefore started using an in home pet care service. We were so fortunate to find Lexi. She and her team have been very reliable. The dogs are happy and well cared for. She has purchased toys and dropped by with treats on her own time. The house is always left clean and tidy. We check in daily by text to confirm there are no issues. It has been a great comfort knowing our dogs are in excellent hands in their own safe space.

Lexie is awesome I would give her more stars if I could! I have a young German shepherd and a cat and she did great dealing with their craziness and the unique challenges of getting my puppy outside in a wagon I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an alternative to kenneling their animals!
