Molly has watched our two cats on a few occasions, and my wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about Molly and her care! She was super thorough in understanding our pets’ routines and needs, and Molly went above and beyond in making sure our cats were well cared for and we were kept up to date while we were away. Our two cats can be a bit challenging (one is not the nicest to new people and the other can have stress-related litter box issues), and Molly was super understanding and took steps to minimize our cats’ stress while we were away. As a bonus, she also takes great pictures (see the associated photos for examples). If you’re in the Upper Valley, do not hesitate to contact her for your pet care needs!

I have a 14 year old senior dog and dog that is unpredictable around strangers. This can make traveling away from home anxiety inducing knowing someone else will need to care from them. Having Molly stay with them in my home has decreased my fears immensely. She is trustworthy, responsive, thoughtful and cares for my dogs as if they were her own. She sends regular detailed communication with picture updates and I can fully relax while away. Beau, Niko, and I would recommend Molly over and over again to anyone with pet sitting needs.

As our summer travel calendar fills, I am reminded — once again — of how grateful I am to have found Molly O'. Leaving behind a beloved, senior cat is hard, but Bella has developed such an affection for Molly that she's completely happy and very comfortable. Molly is lovely, very experienced with animals. She's super responsible and watches out for the house to make certain all is in order. I couldn't imagine leaving Bella with anyone else. We adore her and you & your dear pet will too. I wish it was possible to give Molly 10 stars! I can't say enough good things about her both as a person and her care for our 2 dogs, Zeus and Bentley. She has done both overnight stays and let-out visits for us for several years, and I tell everyone she is the best dog sitter, hands down! She is reliable, organized, trustworthy and truly cares for our pets the way we would! Molly is great about communicating both before we leave and while we are gone, and even sends pics(like the one below). She goes above and beyond for us and our dogs and I'm so grateful she chooses to do this as her business.

Filling out this review is bittersweet, as I had to say goodbye to my longtime companion recently. I found Molly when I moved to the UV just 2 years ago, and my sweet, grumpy, senior poodle Nigel, fell in love with her. Jokingly calling her his girlfriend, I never, ever, had to worry when we went away, as Molly kept me updated, and maintained excellent lines of communication. She treated him like her own, and I know she truly loved him. Nigel was never that excited when we returned, and quite honestly, I’m pretty sure he was wondering where Molly went to. She made herself available, was reliable, and trustworthy. If a concern ever arose, she immediately contacted me. Late in my dog’s life, I trusted few people with him, and Molly was one of them. Finally, every photo or video that Molly sent, made it evident that he was happy and content. If the day comes, when I welcome another 4 legged family member into my home, and I’m still living in the UV, Molly will be one of the first people that I call. I wish her all the very best in her business, as she certainly deserves it. 🐩💕

Molly is amazing! Really have a million good things to say about her but here are a few! Our two cats and dog love her. I feel at ease knowing she’s taking care of them and I know she really does care about them. Their never stressed when we get home. She provides lots of photos and updates while we’re way so I know they are all good! She follows our schedule so everyone stays on track (important when you have a cat on meds 2x a day)!

Molly has taken care of my pack (2 dogs and a cat) on a number of occasions and is always excellent. Molly is thoughtful, polite, professional, and friendly. She leaves the house better than she finds it and cares for my pets as if they were her own! I wholeheartedly recommend Molly!

Molly is simply incredible!! Molly took care of my two cats for a week when I was out of town & it couldn't have been a better experience for me, or for the cats! It was a tremendous relief knowing they were in the best hands. Molly sent updates and pictures on the cat happenings each day, and was super responsive. She is the best. Molly’s Pet Care is an excellent option for anyone needing help with caring for their pets. Molly is easy to work with, flexible and dependable. She spent the last 7 months walking my cattle dog mix twice a week and took the most adorable photos of my dog. She always let me know how the walk went and any concerns she might have had so I knew my dog was in great hands. She even made sure the water bowl was full before she left! Highly recommended!!!

K-9 Kidz is the best doggie daycare you’ll find in the upper valley. They’ve helped me raise my 3 year old boxer since she was roughly 6 months old. They provide any service you could think of and services you can’t get anywhere else. They’re family owned and operated so the doggos are around adults and children which is great. I once received a picture of my pup jumping on a trampoline with one of the kids! My dog was trained by K-9 Kidz staff, shes groomed there and when planning trips, I board her with them. When I’m away, I have no concern for hows she’s doing because I know they treat her as if she was their own! I cannot say enough good things about K-9 Kidz and I’m so grateful for them. P.S - for my dog’s 3rd birthday I was able to schedule a birthday party for her and her friends. They made a special video posted on social media of the party that’s to die for! They’re just the best.

We love it here but our dog loves it more. They do a fantastic job of providing a great and safe experience for the dogs. There is no added flare to cater to the owners, all the focus is on the experience for the dogs. We won’t take our dogs anywhere else now.

Christina, Eric and Alexa are amazing! Such a wealth of knowledge and so incredibly helpful -not only when he’s there, but when other questions come up in between! Porter is always so happy to go right in and play with all of his buds-and to have a chance to just be a dog! I work all day and being a one year old pup, he has way too much energy to be in a crate all day. Being at “kidz” gives him a chance to socialize and learn the ropes of interacting with other dogs (and he seems to really thrive with the routine we have established going several days a week). I also love the fact that he can get groomed there (and it can happen during a planned time at daycare, so it’s not “another thing” I have to do on a day off)! We take advantage of regular baths and grooming!!!! I really can’t say enough about how much I appreciate K9 kidz for daycare, boarding and grooming!

I highly recommend Christina and K-9 Kidz for doggy daycare and boarding. I have been taking my rescue dog there for months and boarded during the holidays for a week and have only had the best experiences. I feel very confident that my dog is safe and having a great time while she is there. She loves it there so much that she is jumping out of the car and into the the daycare. 10 out of 10

Cannot say enough good things about K-9 Kidz. Our dogs have gone there for over four years now and love being there. K-9 Kidz is their second home, and the staff are their second family. Christina is so calm, accommodating, and knowledgeable, and offers helpful guidance when we've encountered behavioral or health challenges with our pups. It's been wonderful to see the business grow over the years and to make use of all of the offerings that they have, including training, grooming, boarding, and even a dog toy "library". They have even allowed our vet to see our dogs at daycare for preventive care! We take so much comfort knowing that there is such a safe, enriching, and fun place for our dogs to be when we are working or traveling, and will be eternally grateful for K-9 Kidz! One of my two dogs has been attending K-9 Kidz since its very first week open, and my other dog started attending as soon as her vaccinations allowed. Both of them are SO excited to go to daycare twice a week! They love the ample play space, the thoughtfully divided play groups, and the kind and attentive owners and staff. We use K-9 Kidz for twice weekly daycare, occasional overnight boarding, and grooming, and have been extremely happy with the attention and care our dogs are given. The owners, Christina & Eric, are often able to accommodate our flexible scheduling needs, give great advice for training and minor health concerns, and I trust them implicitly with the care of my pups. They've continually invested in the facility over the past few years, making K-9 Kidz safer, cleaner, more engaging, more accommodating for diverse needs, and more efficient. Highly recommended. I don't know what we'd do without them!

K-9 Kidz was recommended to us last year, and we are so glad we found them for our younger dog, Callie! We've tried a variety of day/overnight boarding places in the past, but none have come close to K-9 Kidz in terms of quality and care. Christina is so helpful and kind. She also has an incredibly calm demeanor which is so key when working with dogs, especially large puppies like ours. We've had to board Callie a couple of times recently, and while we are always sad to drop her off, she is bolting out of the car. When we pick her up, she is always tired and extremely happy. I haven't used their training services yet, but if our experience is any indication of what those would be like, they are top-notch. We highly recommend K-9 Kidz!

I have brought my lovely Dog Rosie to Complete Canine for Daycare/Overnight at least 3 times now. The facility is great but the Owners/Staff are truly amazing. Rosie is great with animals but sensitive and on guard with people. Having the staff giving me feedback, being careful, and working with Rosie means a lot to me. I am happy and comfortable leaving Rosie at Complete Canine.

Just had our two dogs stay here for 10 days and zero issues. They were happy and healthy when picked up. Thank you to the whole team for the quality and dependable care you give Toby and Mable. We are always able to enjoy our vacations worry free. See ya next time!

Wish we checked all of the reviews before boarding our dog here. Noticed on the day we picked her up that she had a fever and was unwell. We took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with Kennel Cough, despite an up to date vaccination and being of good health upon arrival. I emailed the owners to let them know, but their response showed no acknowledgment of fault. Our hope is that the owners have contacted the clients whose dogs overlapped with ours. I am not interested in badmouthing a small business, but feel pet owners should be aware before choosing a place that may make their pet ill and having to watch them suffer. Best of luck to the owners and clients - for us, we will not be returning. Edit to owner’s response: As Kennel Cough doesn’t just show up by immaculate conception, clearly Kennel Cough is at Complete Canine. Again, best of luck.

We’ve boarded our dog, Twig, here a few times. The owners are fantastic and took great care of him while he was recovering from a medical condition. Twig is always happy when he gets dropped off, and we never worry about him while we are away.

We dropped our dogs off for boarding/daycare this weekend and we are very happy! Our dogs Hoss and Wendy seemed to really enjoy it. The new owner/staff was very welcoming and put me at ease when I was dropping off my dogs. We will definitely book again when we go away on a weekend trip. Thanks again! Hoss and Wendy will be excited to come back again.

Both dogs were sick - vomiting - the afternoon I picked them up. They “spaced out” (their words) giving back their food bowls and chew toys. I don’t know if they were exposed to summer temperatures for too long or it was just a stressful experience for them but I won’t be back. I did call to let them know both dogs were sick and they seemed nonchalant about it.

I’ve boarded my dog Dante here a couple times. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and take great care of him. I can rest easy he is in good hands whenever I leave him there. I highly recommend Complete Canine.

We dropped our dog off for two nights of boarding while we backpacked the southern Whites. The owners were friendly and accommodating. They clearly love animals! There is a large, grassy, fenced in area for the dogs to play. Prices were very reasonable and we are glad we boarded our pup at complete canine.

My pup Ellie loves to go to Doggy Daycare, she is so excited every time we go. The staff are friendly, just a good place all around for the animals.

I groom and occasionally board my two large dogs here and have really come to trust them with my dogs over the last 6 years. Andrew is awesome with their grooming and the dogs really like him. Edit: New owners in Spring 2023 and they are just as awesome.

Fur babies quickly become the center of your world, so when you want to go away, you undoubtedly want to take them with you. Unfortunately not everyone is as accepting of fur babies and you must leave them behind. Boarding is an option, but I would wonder if it stresses them out leaving them in an unfamiliar place and left wondering if Mommy and Daddy are coming back. With Jen, you get the best of both worlds. She comes and meets your babies prior to your time away, establishing a relationship with them to ensure it is a good fit for all of you. The minute you meet Jen you notice she is truly a pet whisperer. My Ben and Jerry just love her and the fact that they can stay and be in their own home is so reassuring. She will come to your home as agreed upon and always spends a good amount of time caring and playing with them. She will also make your home lived in by picking up mail, turning on lights, etc., an added benefit. And as an added bonus, she will send you updates daily to show they are happily being tended to while you are away! Please enjoy "Pictures by Pawtastic"!

It is so great to have a dog walker option in the Claremont area! Jenna is our primary, and she is very reliable and caring for my senior dog, Ellie. The owner, Jenn, is always on top of the communication very to easy to work with when it comes to schedule changes and “extras.” I use the PAW-tastic Nanny for regular mid-day visits and for evening/morning visits when I’m away. At almost 13 years old and with a heart condition and specific preferences when it comes to dog friends (!), it’s great to not have to worry about boarding my dog! I also appreciate the app, as it’s one I’ve used previously when I lived outside of Boston. Thanks, Jenna and Jenn!

PAW-tastic Nanny provides outstanding service. I used Jenn and Jenna for my dog walking needs when I had to be away longer than usual from my puppy. They arrived on time, took Tinker for a walk, gave him belly rubs and treats before leaving. I always got an update on their visits and that put my mind at ease. I always knew Tinker was in good hands! They were professional and so kind and caring.

I can’t recommend Jenn enough! I live alone with two Great Danes, plus infant puppies for a few months per year, & the occasional visit from one or more of my sisters’ dogs. I also work nights & weekends, which has made finding a reliable dog sitter incredibly difficult. Jenn & I connected at exactly the right time, & because we did I was able to return to work much more quickly (following my recent litter) than I had expected! She has a real gift with animals & immediately charmed my furry family, even my boy, Bo, who can be very selective about trusting strangers. Jenn is highly communicative, very respectful of my space, completely trustworthy with my animals, & an overall lovely person to interact with. I highly recommend her services for anyone looking for a great local pet sitter!

I can’t say enough positive things about Jenn & Jenna. They were both professional, had excellent communication with updates following each visit that included photographs and a description of each pet. PAW-tactic Nanny uses an online platform that includes detailed questionnaires on each pet, gathering information related to behavioral habits, diet, etc. Most of all - they took wonderful care of our four Boston Terrier babies. We highly recommend the PAW-tastic Nanny!!! Jenn has helped us out and given us the ability to leave home without our pups. We have 2 Cane Corso’s and boarding is not an option for us. We needed someone we can trust to handle the extra special/demanding personalities of our Corso’s. Jenn started by helping us out with some mid day walks to get acquainted with our pups and give us confidence that all would be fine we then moved onto an overnight trip, the first time we had left together without the dogs in over 3 years. We have complete confidence in the PAW-tastic Nanny and we recently left the pups with Jenn while we took a 2 week road trip across the country. Jenn updated us regularly with pictures, videos and allowed us to not worry while we were away. Amazing service and communication=trust!!

Jenn did overnight visits and walks for us over a three day period so that we could attend our son’s wedding out of state. Our Stella is a senior dog who suffers from severe separation anxiety. The few times that we’ve had to leave her at a boarder in the past have always been heartbreaking for us. We know she’s miserable the whole time she’s there. Having Jenn come stay at our house so that Stella could stay home where she’s happy meant everything to us. We were able to fully enjoy our son’s wedding. We didn’t worry for a second that Stella was unhappy. Jenn sent us updates and photos throughout the visit. The attached photo shows Stella enjoying a bully stick while we were away. A seemingly innocent picture, but anyone who knows Stella knows that she wouldn’t touch a toy or treat if she was stressed or unhappy. Thank you, Jenn! What you provided for us was far more than pet sitting. It was the peace of mind to be able to enjoy our son’s wedding. That’s priceless.

Jen is wonderful! She is reliable and responsible. After meeting her I knew my dogs would be in good hands and that she would treat my dogs as if they were her own. I would recommend Jen to any dog owner. Jen is a sweetheart and absolutely loves her job. My girls get so excited when she comes to the house. I tell my girls in the mornings that Ms Jen will be coming, and their heads perk up. Haha

Jenn is professional and cordial. My pet was well cared for and I received regular updates and photos while away from home. Initial consultation fully covered locations of pet supplies and utilities, feeding and care schedules, and emergency scenarios.

If you love your dog, don't board them here! My dog who has been boarded elsewhere with no problems, came back from a 3 day stay at this facility traumatized and sick. I was not notified during her stay that there were any problems and didn't find out until I called because she had bloody liquid "stool" shooting out of her 15 minutes after I picked her up. I got a call back and was told that she shredded a blanket and they "think" they found it all. Leaving room for doubt that she may have eaten some. I was also told that the next time she stays there (that will not be happening) she could be in the isolation room. Had I been notified there were any issues and given that option, I would have taken it. Very irresponsible that they allow a boarder to reach this state of anxiety and not bother to call the owner or the emergency contact to try to figure out what can be done to alleviate the stress. Most irresponsible of all was not informing me of the possibility that she ate some of the shredded blanket until I called to find out what went on while she was boarded. I waited a bit as they suggested to give her time to recoup but after 24 hours of being home she was not better. She was lethargic, not drinking, and still had bloody, very soft stool. So after her 3 day stay at this facility which obviously I paid them to "care" for her, I spent another $420 at the vet for an exam, an anti nausea injection, and prescriptions for a probiotic and prebiotic mixture and sedatives to keep her calm while she healed. The stress of boarding is understandable, but allowing a dog to reach and remain in that state of anxiety and stress with no effort to contact the owner or the emergency contact to inform them of the situation and of the possibility that some shredded blanket was ingested is reprehensible. Had I been notified that she was struggling, I would have had my emergency contact pick her up if the facility was unable to take proper care of her. Saving this poor dog pain, stress and anxiety she didn't deserve and saving me $420 I could ill afford after paying the facility I had placed my trust in to care for my dog. My dog of course can't speak to me, but her behavior did and she was clearly in a very anxious and distressed state, and is still on the mend. I can't say it loudly enough, if you love your dog, do NOT board them at this facility.

I thought the vet clinic did a wonderful job of assessing my older cat. Even though they appear slightly understaffed (as does everywhere these days), they were courteous and helpful. I have patience and appreciate courteous service so I was pleased with my cat's care.

Every interaction I've had with the owner or the girls who work the desk and take care of dogs have been fantastic. they know my dog on site when he comes in and always happy to see him and tell us how he did and he always seems to come home happy and very tired. They are also aware of needs the dogs may have like being an escape artist or jumps a lot, etc. My only concern is that in the year-and-a-half that we've been going there the prices have gone up multiple times, but the quality of service to this point has made it worthwhile, at least when buying a bulk pack. If I did not work so close I might consider other options but the availability and hours and friendliness of everyone there are certainly positive points.

We’ve boarded our dog there three times now and each time they’ve been wonderful. Our dog has some issues with anxiety when he is away from us and they are super sweet and make him (and us) feel better about being separated!

I have called at least 4 times different days and times of the day. I always was greeted by a voicemail. I left a voicemail one of these times with my contact information in order to schedule a grooming appointment but have never been contacted. At this point I am not sure if they are still in business or not. I can only give a star so far given their lack of communication.

Our two dogs love going to the Dog House for daycare! They take a bounding leap out of the car when we get there and their tails don’t stop wagging. They get tons of exercise and it’s very conveniently located.

This place has potential but it seems like they’re just getting started. it’s a good size facility. Both times I went there was nobody at the front desk and as far as communication they have some issues. Even after I found the bell and rang it, it took quite a while for the one person working there to show up. It seems dreadfully understaffed. There were some dogs playing but I didn’t see anybody watching them. Perhaps they’re just figuring things out. Maybe they’ll get better, but I won’t be returning.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Had my dog boarded over the weekend and picked her up covered in dried urine and poop, looks like they paid 0 attention to her all weekend even after paying extra for individual walk time and playgroup! Absolutely awful, will never send my dog there again!

I’ve used Heidi for over 10 years for doggy daycare and boarding for three different dogs. Her and her husband are amazing. I’ve used other places in my time and no one gives you updates and pictures like they do. They are huge dog lovers themselves, and that shows in their work and their company. Pricing is fair and transparent. The facilities are in great shape. Highly recommend.

There is literally NOWHERE I trust to care for my pups than WOOF While You Walk! I have boarded my pups multiple times and they are so well taken care of. They get their own vacation! Heidi & Clayton are kind, amazing humans who truly love the pups as if they were their own! You couldn’t ask for a better place or better people to leave your fur babies with!

I have had the honor and privilege of entrusting my dog to Heidi and Clayton. I can honestly say without a doubt that they were loving, caring and beyond kind to Rufus the many times he was there. Since I used to travel several times a month, having a space where I felt comfortable leaving my dog was extremely important and I never had any reason to regret my decision. I only wished I still lived in the area so I could continue to utilize this amazing space.

Heidi and her staff are absolutely amazing and take the best care of the dogs at their facility. I would highly recommend WOOF to anyone in the area as they are so passionate about what they do and the dogs are treated so amazingly well! Heidi is also one of the most kindest and caring people I know!

Over the last six years we have used Woof While you Walk for both daycare and boarding our lab Birdie. Birdie would start barking and getting excited a mile before we got there and was always happy and to see Heidi and Clayton. She often needed coaxing to leave and was clearly well cared for and loved every time we used their services. I have many friends who use WWYW as well and all agree that we are so lucky to have Heidi and Clayton to care for our fur babies.

While visiting from out of town, Heidi came highly recommended! We were so happy with the service and the friendliness. Our sweet Nicky was well taken care of. Will definitely use again if we are traveling with our pets.

In a day when we have grown more attached to our pets, it is so difficult to trust anyone to watch them. There is a place in Windsor , VT called WOOF While you Walk owned by Heidi and Clayton Miller. They care for our pets as if they were their own. I see photos of our dogs at “recess”, having rest time, watching a movie on a cold day and I have to remind myself that these are not human children but our babies being treated so kindly and gently. It is such a relief to know our babies are in the best hands. So refreshing to find such caring humans.

We just love Woof! Both of our dogs have gone there for doggie daycare and there has been nothing but love and respect from the owners! They have a clean, well cared for place and my crazy doggo’s love getting their energy out. We literally can’t get one of our dogs to come home, he loves it so much. We highly recommend them!

We just boarded our pup for the first time at Woof While You Walk. We found the facility clean, the owners extremely respectful and knowledgeable. We knew in the first 10 minutes of our arrival this was a top notch doggie daycare. They staff treated our pup like one of theor own. We highly recommend!

Everyone says it, but this place is one of the few that I completely and totally trust with my dogs, and I can count on one hand the number of people or places I would say that about. And as the executive director of a small Humane Society in Vermont I cannot praise Heidi and Clayton enough for the amazing work they do for shelter dogs and for their clients.
