The staff at bark is always great. They send daily pictures of your pup to you and even give them report cards. Our pup almost didn’t want to come home after his great time. These are two of the photos they sent while we were on vacation.

Bark is a wonderful facility with well trained and caring staff. They take excellent care of all the pups and keep them engaged, stimulated and safe. My dog loves it there and comes home tired and smiling every time.

Such a great staff. Bends over backwards to accommodate your needs. We were leaving town and house sitter doesn’t drive or have car. So they picked up our dog and took her back home so she could play with her puppy friends. You don’t find that kind of service anywhere anymore. But you will there.

Third Post for Saturday 11/16/2024 This time both my boys (Westies) Squid and Wally went for daycare for a fun day. Once again they had a great time especially Wally. Anyone interested in joining the Bark Club should not hesitate. Staff is wonderful and your baby or babies will love it, and beg for more play dates. Well worth the money spent as you will also see how much they will enjoy spending time playing with their furry peers. Second Post as of today 07/16/2024 As usual, my Westie Wally just loves going to Bark. The staff always engages with him and he truly loves playing with them and all of his canine friends. Highly recommend as the owner and the staff's kindness and love towards our beloved babies, is genuine. First Post, If you need a great, safe and fun place to take you dog/dogs for daycare or boarding go to Bark. The staff and owners are terrific. Every time I tell my fur babies that they are going to Bark, the excitement is unbelievable. They are all over me to get out of the car and run, if I let them, right through the front door. You will not regret taking your fur babies there. A truly wonderful place.

We have used Bark twice now for our two dogs. They stayed for four nights and 5 days while we went to disneyland. Bark has a live video camera so you can see your fur babies anytime you want to. They also send you a daily picture of them and a report card of how their day went. Every night when we would hobble back to the hotel after walking the park for 12 hours tired and hurting lol, we would get to read their report cards and it made us feel better. We also would turn on the live feed and see our babies when we would stop and rest at the park. You can call them anytime and they will gladly talk to you. I only got one recording to leave a message and that was because it was dinner time and they were making sure all dogs got fed. They returned my call the moment after all dogs were fed. You can leave specific instructions about feedings or special needs and they follow it. They made it so we didn't have to stress or worry if our babies were ok. We highly recommend Bark.

Great place for your dog to play while running errands. 4hr-8hr or overnight. 24hr supervision. Plus Maggie luvs going to Bark to see her Doggie friends new or old.

We unexpectedly received a rescue dog 3 weeks before we were due to travel. Susan and her staff were advised of his background and they could not have been more loving and patient with him. I was worried about causing him more trauma by leaving him so soon but I now believe it was the best thing that could have happened. He came back with more confidence and I know he enjoyed his time there by checking on him on their live stream cameras. Bark is the best!

Absolutely the best! Benny was safe, happy and unstressed. The best part was that we were. Love you guys. Great staff, great place.

We left our13 year old shitzu, Louie, while we went out of town for 5 days, they were absolutely wonderful. They kept us up to date daily with messages/email, along with photos and information on how his days were going. Made our vacation enjoyable knowing he was in good hands. Thank you Bark for taking such great care of our little old pup!

We were just visiting town & needed to get our dogs furmintated after the winter & after calling every other place in town Desert Dogs was able to get us in. They were very kind & our corgi & basset hound looked great after! We really appreciate their work & highly recommend.

I have been going to Desert Dog Day Spa for over a year. My dog is my baby and I am very picky about how I want her groomed. I have never been disappointed and my little girl loves them. I recommend them to all my friends and now they go there as well. Great people and very good with the babies.

The actual groomer does a great job a grooming BUT the lady who answers the phone and is up front is by far the rudest person I’ve dealt with. Always yells on the phone and when I said something about being rude she came out after me and yelled in my face. So while the groomer is great we won’t be going back.

Wonderful experience!!! Our dog looks so cute. She was so fast and so professional. We are from Utah and couldn’t believe how much better this experience was than others we have had. Our dog was happy afterwards and you could tell she had been treated kindly. I highly recommend this place.

They do an AMAZING job! My little Bella look cute as EVER!! It was her first time getting groomed and Lets just say I know where I am taking my dog for the next time and all the time!

They were very polite, patient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. So glad we took our golden retriever here to have his hair cut. Will defintely be back. We paid at least $20 less than other places quoted.

Just moved here from Utah. Desert Dogs is the best groomer Ive had my 10 year old dog, Conan the Golden Doodle groomed at. Great place to have your dog groomed.

Took my Aussie in for grooming. I wrote down everything I wanted done and they shoved it back to me and said they know how to groom Aussies. I should have walked out the door at that point .. came back 2 hours later and it's the worst cut I have ever seen. Charged me $50 and blamed it on my dog. I will never go there again 😡 …

My little boy loves the groomer. She's so sweet and good with him, cuz he can be a brat most times but She's got the touch!!!! And the price is well worth it.

Unfortunately I can't review their grooming skills, but I can give a positive note that they require vaccination records, and will call around to see if your pet has been to the local veterinary clinics (ours was recently adopted so we weren't sure who did the original vaccines). While disappointed that we didn't get the grooming we needed, it is nice to know that when we do get the records and take our pup back, that she'll be in a safe place without much risk of being exposed to illnesses. The ladies running the place seemed genuinely kind to the animals and were very kind to not charge us for the missed appointment. So, I'd recommend them, you bet I would!

Wonderful staff. They do a great job. They are very busy so always make follow up appointments after each grooming.

Took my dog there for grooming. Asked the groomer what she would recommend for a hair cut. She said she didn't care because it's not her dog. I thought she was being funny at first. But she wasn't. She cut his private parts so bad. They are bright red and swollen. He's acting scared and hiding. I wouldn't even give one stair.

Took my cat today for the first time. The lady at reception was curt boarding on rude. He's unfortunately not very dry however that can be difficult with cats so i dont blame the groomer. Nails so short he struggled climbing his cat tree. It's challenging to find groomers that truly "get" cats. As there isn't many cat grooming options in Mesquite I may try again but not likely as st george has options. I understand everyone can have a bad day but I asked her right before we left " how did he do?" She said "ok" as she showed me the door. So if you don't mind all busines and zero customer service I'd say this place is "ok". Perhaps they prefer pooches to felines? The first thing she said to me upon check in when I asked if his nails could be trimmed? was "yes, well do that first and I'd cut their teeth if I could" such a inappropriate strange comment! Obviously not a cat person. Still I'm at a loss to understand the no feedback on my cat and absolutely no manners from the staff member. He's been groomed many many times and always done well. It's important to me to know how he did. I paid in cash and left a tip for the groomer I hope she got it, as I never got to meet her. Very cold unfriendly experience.

This is the best place in Mesquite for boarding, daycare, and grooming. They love your pets!! They are professionals with lots of experience and knowledge. I feel very comfortable leaving my doggie with them. Thanks, Pampered Pooches. We love you 💙 🐕 💙. …

I was impressed by how clean everything is. My 2 cats were boarded in a very large floor-to-ceiling kennel with 2 cat trees and a nice, big window. One needs meds twice a day and they were happy to take care of that. The other is a very long haired Persian. I asked if they could clip her since it's shedding season and I was having trouble keeping her groomed. She looks so cute. They really did a nice job. Everyone I've come in contact with is friendly. I was comfortable leaving my cats there. I was also pleasantly surprised by the bill. Very reasonable. They have all my business from now on.

Had a little emergency. Originally, daycare turned into 2 overnight stays. They always enjoy going there

Took our cocker spaniel in for a groom. I called the day before to schedule an appointment and even though they had no time available, they squeezed us in. They did a great job and was very pleased. Really nice people!

Best place in town for your pets needs including boarding. We got a tour and the boarding are is amazing! There is always someone on property so I feel even more at ease when my babies are there.

My dog looked great when we got her back and they did what we asked, however I found multiple spots where it looked like she was cut and bled a little. I know she is a hard dog to cut, but they did not inform me of this when I picked her up. I will not be going back.
