I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Joe and Casey were very easy going and reliable. We organised the sit way in advance with a video chat and we had adequate communication leading up to the sit. We handed over the house and animals after a fairly swift explanation of everything. Being experienced sitters Joe and Casey didn't need us to over explain anything (hopefully they felt the same) and we could see very quickly that they were animal lovers. They asked us how much communication we needed whilst away and we said "no news is good news". So we received just the right amount of updates along with the most adorable photos and reassuring words about all the animals. It was clear that they quickly understood the character of each of the animals. We forgot to mention that Tipper likes to dig dirt beds around the garden which creates quite a mess and it was obvious that these were kept under control. The garden and pool were well cared for. We enjoyed a relaxing couple of weeks away knowing that the animals were being loved and the dogs definitely looked for Joe and Casey when we arrived home. Our pets, home and garden were well respected and cared for and we would not hesitate to invite Joe and Casey to sit for us again.

Anita was a wonderful dog sitter for Balto! They were super tentative, made sure to ask any and all questions before we went away, and they sent the best updates about Balto while we were gone. I felt so much better knowing my dog was in great hands, and I could not recommend Anita enough! Quality care, and our apartment was spotless when we returned home.

Such a great family! George, Larissa and their crew were a fantastic bunch. Our large senior dog got an eye infection right before we left for our trip and so we had to ask them to do some extra eye care. When it was clear that it wasn’t getting better they were willing to load up Lorax and take him to a vet appointment and then apply the prescribed ointment for the next week and a half. Definitely above and beyond care that we really appreciated! Our house was left in great shape, our pets were super well cared for, and George and Larissa were great communicators. We have had many many sitters over the past 3 years but this was the first family. Nothing to worry about, they were terrific and we would happily have them back again. Thanks for taking such good care of our fury family and our home!

Shannon and Travis stepped up at the last minute when an earlier sitter canceled. Shannon and Travis took care our our large brood of animals for two weeks while we were out of the country over the Christmas holiday. They kept us informed about what was happening with the animals and our home. Our dog Pepper doesn’t like most people, but loved Travis and Shannon immediately. I would not hesitate to welcome Shannon and Travis back for another sit. They are very honest and friendly people. Their dog Dime is also awesome.

They took very good care of my pets which involved feeding cats twice daily, fish once or twice a day and filling up fountain for birds. Animals were healthy and happy when I returned. Nothing was lost or broken, and Diane even found a lost grinder part that had fallen into the cats food while I was using it. They are a pleasant couple. They were invited from Wednesday to Sunday. They arrived on Monday so had 3 days instead of one to learn the pets routine. They also informed me that they wouldn't be leaving until Monday morning, but that worked out well since I was mistaken about the end date of my cruise and couldn't get home until Monday. Everything was left neat, but I had minor housekeeping to do (clean sink, fingerprints off glass table, sweep floor). They are older than stated on the profile, which they said only allows 65 as a top age. 68 and 73. Bruce has health problems that requires he sleeps sitting up in a chair that has a leg lift, which luckily I had, so he slept in my living room. They are fine caring for cats, but my friend with a dog decided to find another sitter rather than leave him with them (she was going to pay) because they seem somewhat frail.

Jim sat for my extremely shy rescue pup and new kitten for two weeks -- my pup struggles with new people, and is very fearful of men in particular. And yet, Jim was more successful with her than any sitter I've ever had: I can't recommend him highly enough. He has wonderful patience, a calm energy, and is a great communicator. He consistently updated me with photos and videos of my sweet girls enjoying the world with him, taking my dog on hikes and adventures to her favorite streams. He went above and beyond both for her (in meeting her needs and taking the time to get to know her personality), and also in caring for my home. I returned to such a cozy environment, a repaired wood stove, an organized wood pile and an at-peace dog and cat. Choosing Jim as a sitter is ensuring that your pets and home are getting the best of care, and his actions exemplify his kindness, generosity and thought taken in consideration of others. I hope to have him return many times in the future; the experience was a privilege both for myself and my pets.

Oh my Goodness! Where to begin. Linda was the perfect house sitter for us and the perfect pet sitter for Olivia! She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. When we returned from out two week vacation all our plants were alive, the garden was alive, the birds and fish had been fed regularly, and the dog was alive and happy! What more can you ask for, right? Well with Linda you get all that and more. Updates as you request - even videos of her morning walks with Olivia. The house as spotless as we left it, maybe even better! Even the porches were clean! Linda is a genuine treasure and our recommendation would be 10 stars if there were that many!!

I’m giving this place a 5-star rating mainly because the handlers are exceptional. They demonstrate incredible love and care for the dogs, often working with minimal support. I truly hope management can enhance their support for these dedicated staff members. When I raised my concerns, they seemed to be misunderstood rather than seen as constructive feedback from a loyal client who wants to see the daycare flourish. The daycare has a tremendous opportunity, given the surrounding Midstream area with around 10,000 homes and no competitors in sight. However, I’ve witnessed two handlers managing over 50 dogs at times, which raises safety concerns. There’s often no one available to assist at the office when clients arrive to pick up their dogs, leaving one handler inside with all those dogs. Additionally, the high turnover among handlers was not communicated to us, and while it may not seem critical, it becomes a safety issue when we notice there are only two staff members on duty. Overworked and underpaid handlers are not conducive to the company’s growth, and we can see when they are exhausted from extra shifts. I’m hopeful that the recent addition of a third person will lead to improvements. I genuinely wish the best for this company and its employees; we in Midstream would truly miss them if they weren’t here.
Located in the Midstream Estate. The off leash day park is free and a great place to play with the dogs. They also offer day care kennels which have a spacious fenced off play area and a care taker.
Very frustrating organization - Have to beg them for information and communication - communication doesn’t exist, I have noted many times to the handlers that my dog had a broken leg, or that she needed to take it easy - handlers don’t talk to each other and don’t fulfill instructions. My dog bit another dog at the park due to being over excited and ball crazed since she was herding - the handlers didn’t observe the behavior , take her out of the situation, nor communicated to me what had happened. This never occurred at my previous day care which I went to for 6 years. Very disappointing. This institution is very formal, cold, and doesn’t take their own responsibility and I do not trust them to take care of my dogs.
Do not send your dogs here if you want them to be in a safe environment. They don't communicate if there are incidences and the handlers are just bodies that have no idea how to control dog behaviour. Do you want to risk your dogs' wellbeing?
Awesome place if you want your doggies to run around off the leash. The fully enclosed area, which is a beautiful walk around the park with beautiful lawns and massive trees for shade. I always enjoy going there and the dogs have an absolute ball. Highly recommend.

we came there with another people for birthday party, in 15 min all of our dogs get very bad allergy,between paws, foots swell up and start bleeding 3 dogs out 4 , never will go there again,I guess they spray some heavy chemical on the fake grass.Since then one of our frenchie have problem between her toes

Mignon, the pet sitter who stayed in to look after our pets was great. I'll recommend her at any time to anybody. Pets well cared for, house well kept. But, If you ask for really honest feedback, i must say that Waggly tail's admin in general needs serious attention. I really battled to get a response from someone upon my initial enquiries regarding availability etc. Quite a frustrating process. You guys offer such a valueable service, but really need to sharpen the admin pencils!

Very happy with their daycare! Our boy Dash has been going there on Saturdays since last year and he loves it! Always excited to go (which obviously means he’s enjoying it and well taken care of) They send picture updates of him playing with his buddies and they are also quick with their communication. Their facilities are safe and trustworthy and they have a large play area for the doggies plus a pool and a good amount of shade for the sun warmer days.

My 3 dogs get treated daily to visit Playful Houndy, where they are treated to all-day-play with their fellow hounds accompanied 24/7 by the very friendly, passionate staff members who learn the dogs to socialise, behavioural training and lots of love. Best of all is they have a taxi service that pick up and drop off my 'kids' when it suits me! Would recommend this to any busy 'parent' who doesn't always have the time and attention to give to their pets.
Only take your dog here if you want them to be cared for and have fun, otherwise keep them home. Such an awesome and caring place. Even though the staff has changed a few times it has never been an issue, always a friendly face. Playful Houndy team need a big pat on the back.

My doggy have been going to Playful Houndy for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are amazing and we can see they love dogs very much! They have regular activities. And they take yearly school photos!
Extremely disappointed. Playful houndy indicated availability from July onwards. I completed stacks of forms, got all my dog's vaccinations up to date, completed both an evaluation as well as a trial day in person, only to be told that I will be put on an indefinite waiting list.😢 Now I have to start the process all over with another day care centre. Would have really appreciated upfront honesty around availability.

This was our 3 Dachshunds, our fur babies, first boarding with Tammy and family. She really cares and her passion to do what is best for those in her care is visible. She kept me informed and sent photos and video clips throughout their stay. They looked very happy and busy. She even arranged a Christmas party for all her boarders, pup cakes, bandanas and gifts that we took with. I don't leave my pet's at kennels at all. Tammy's house was their home away from home. We appreciate you Tammy. Keep up the great work. It's not an easy thing to do, but you do it with passion.

The best place ever! Julie is surely a dog whisperer. She handles the dogs with such care and devotion. They run around freely in a large and very secure area. She makes them part if the family, are allowed in her home and my dog even slept in her bed. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the love and care my dog received. She also gave daily updates on my dog and even sent videos. Highly recommended.

Eileen and the team helped to host my puppy Pepper at short notice. I was so nervous as he had never slept away from home since he was born. He loved it so much. She sent videos of him playing with the other dogs and I felt reassured that he was being well cared for. Thank you and Pepper will be back again soon.
My December holiday was unexpectedly extended and Shaggy Chic accommodated me for a longer than expected stay. Lots of space to run, play and my doggo was well taken care of. Facility is clean, safe and the staff are animal lovers. Received daily updates and photos of my doggo. Highly recommend.

Very Happy with this beautiful home away from home, my little whippet had the most amazing time and the best part i got updated very frequently on how she was doing. Eileen and her team are wonderful! They did an incredible job of dealing with our two difficult rescue doggies. The grounds are beautiful and the enclosures have lush grass and cozy little huts. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is anxious about leaving their pups behind - Shaggy Chic will put your mind at ease. The regular communication is a huge plus!

Shaggy Chic is one of the best dog hotels/Day care/Grooming Service we have ever used. Dogs are kept in large open fields and not caged up like with your typical kennel service. The service is fantastic and they even provide daily pictures and videos of what your beloved dog is doing. My Beagle puppy spends 1 to 2 days per week here for the socializing experience and also has a holiday here when we go on holiday. The facility also has a training ground with a proper obstacle course that you can use to train your dog for competitions or just for obedience and fun. The owner is really friendly and helpful and most importantly has a real passion for animals! I highly recommend Shaggy Chic for your pets hotel, day care and grooming needs!

Honestly Jonathan is amazing! I have been struggling for over a year to get my dog to use the doggy door and within 30 minutes he has managed to teach her to use it. She was terrified of it before. He is so kind and gentle in his approach and his love for animals is apparent in his training methods. Thank you Your Hound!
The YourHound team is absolutely amazing!! They helped us out at the last minute, and were so friendly and professional. The daily updates from the team assured us that our cat was happy and very well looked after, so we could relax and enjoy our holiday!
The team at Your Hound are very professional from the get go, including the meet-up, the booking and looking after our cat. Kelsey was looking after our pet and went the extra mile, befriending her, playing and grooming her, as well as giving her fresh food and water every day etc. We received daily photos and could see that they took good care of our kitsy. I was tremendously impressed by the services I've received from Your Hound. Jono took care of my dog over the weekend and he really made the experience of leaving my dog at home stress free and a lot easier than I thought it would be. He stayed in touch with me the entire time and when I got back home, my pooch was so happy and seemed as though he never even realized we were gone. Donna handled all the paper work seemlessly. Such friendly, kind people and it was just an absolute pleasure to have found them. I have to recommend Your Hound to anyone going away and in need of someone to take care of your pets. We were absolutely delighted with the service rendered by Kayleigh. She notified us in advance of the time she would be visiting and followed up with photos of each pet at every visit. We had absolute peace of mind while we were away knowing that our babies were in such good hands.

Having moved to a cluster house in October, I had a problem with my dogs. They were used to big grounds & I was struggling to walk them on my own. “Your Hound” have been walking them for me since December and the change in Ruffian & Jess is astonishing – both on walks and in our home. I am REALLY grateful to "Your Hound" for solving a big problem in my life!!
Johnothan helped Max our moster Boerboel to walk on leash without pulling. Max thoughly enjoyed his walks with Johnothan and the rest of the pack. As a result we are now able to take Max for walks and both owner and dog get to enjoy the walks. All very worth while. Thanks Jono. Highly recommended.

The team at pin oaks kennels are true stars. They are extremely loving, caring and dedicated to making your fur baby feel like they are at a 2nd home. At first Khloe was reserved and afraid but after the last & longest stay with pin oaks of 12 days she was loving the space, attention and yummy food. To Michael, Joann & team thank you sincerely for making our fur baby comfortable and feel loved while we were away. We are so glad we found her a 2nd home when she is not with us. The best place to take your doggies when you go on safari. Large lawned luxury kennels with underfloor heating. Daily pic updates and long walks. Reasonably priced and they really care well for the furbabies. My bully and staffie LOVE it. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend Pin Oaks Kennels to anyone looking into boarding for their dogs! They were recommended through word-of-mouth and they lived up to every word of it. - A team that live for animals - it shows in the care - Daily pictures & updates, as well as exercise - Plenty of space for movement and lazing around within the private kennel for my year old pup, while having access to ample water & shade when unattended and just chilling about his lot. Michael and his team were very accommodating to my dog's individual needs and went the extra mile whenever needed. Upon collection, my dog, Samson, was relaxed, comfortable in his surroundings and more than at ease with his guardians. Joy and Michael was amazing. They took our dog Midas to the vet for us when we could not and took very good care of him for more than a month. Communicating regularly with us and sending us photos and went out of their way to exercise him regularly. We can highly recommend Villa Siesta Pet Retreat for your cats and dogs as a home away from home.

We have been taking our dogs to Joy for many years and they are taken care of so well, they run to her when they see her. We have and will recommend her at any time.
My pup swas a long-term boarder. She loved it! Joy made sure her medications were given on time and even taught me a new trick to help get my pup to take her pills. This place is a gem!
