I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Angela Gandolfo and Erica Piazza came to stay at our house while we were away on vacation for two weeks. Our two dogs are a handful, but these two lovely women took such good care of them. They spoiled them even more than we do, which is perfect. We got photos every day, and when we came home our house was tidy and there were clean sheets on the bed. I couldn't have asked for better house and pet sitters than these two women. They communicated well with us, and if they had questions, they asked. It was a pleasure to work with both Angela and Erica. We had to cut our vacation short because of a death in the family. It was really stressful, but once again, Angela and Erica were flexible and understanding. It made a difficult time easier, knowing that things at home were being managed so well. Jo & David were absolutely amazing sitters for our house and dog Rosie while we were out of town for 2 1/2 weeks. They are the best! Jo was super communicative and responsive at all times. She and David bonded with our dog, who grew very attached to them. They left our house super clean (and there were even chocolate chip cookies for us on our return)! Jim sat for my extremely shy rescue pup and new kitten for two weeks -- my pup struggles with new people, and is very fearful of men in particular. And yet, Jim was more successful with her than any sitter I've ever had: I can't recommend him highly enough. He has wonderful patience, a calm energy, and is a great communicator. He consistently updated me with photos and videos of my sweet girls enjoying the world with him, taking my dog on hikes and adventures to her favorite streams. He went above and beyond both for her (in meeting her needs and taking the time to get to know her personality), and also in caring for my home. I returned to such a cozy environment, a repaired wood stove, an organized wood pile and an at-peace dog and cat. Choosing Jim as a sitter is ensuring that your pets and home are getting the best of care, and his actions exemplify his kindness, generosity and thought taken in consideration of others. The two-leggeds and four-legged members of this household give Tess a 5-star rating! We think she's one of the best sitters you will find - highly communicative, friendly, competent, reliable, and great with pets. Tess was also flexible about start and end dates to accomodate possible winter weather complications. For this sit, Tess was able to bring along her mom, Cathy. Tess introduced me to Cathy during one of our Skype conversations prior to the sit. It was a bonus to have her here with Tess. Their travel to Marquette was complicated by weather. A fierce winter storm swept across Michigan just before the sit. It took Tess and Cathy two days to drive here but they arrived, as promised, in time for us to fly out early the next morning. We even had time for a lovely dinner together and to introduce them to the dogs and house. We left the next day and never had a moment's worry while Tess and Cathy were caring for our pets and home. Tess sent us regular updates and photos. The dogs immediately accepted them as great new additions to their pack of friends - even our cranky, old chihuahua, Nike! We returned to happy pets and a spotlessly clean home. We plan to invite Tess (and Cathy if available) to return for future sits. Thank you, Tess and Cathy!

To this list of attributes I would add flexible, capable, sensitive, extremely good with the dogs even if one of mine is sometimes a little ornery, and just a wonderful person all around. Because of constantly changing circumstances due to a move and coronavirus, my dogs ended up spending not two weeks but a whole month with John and they were so comfortable and happy. John helped them in so many ways and coordinated shipping them overseas, he went above and beyond the wildest stretches of what a house sitter entails and did it with a smile and a laugh and reassurances that all would be well. And indeed he was absolutely right - the dogs arrived so well cared for that all my fears of them being traumatized went out the window. John’s flexibility, and his kindness as well as his impeccable maintenance of my house in my absence all make me recommend him an absolute 10 out of 10. Thank you John for all your help this summer!! I cannot thank Jenny and Geoff enough for stepping in at the last minute after the original sitter cancelled. They are a great couple, friendly , organised and extremely capable. Also they LOVE animals. My dog and cat have clearly been given a great deal of care and attention in my absence. Barbara Ann and her staff are the best! We live 2 hrs away and sent our dog for the 2 week board and train when he was 5 months old. It made such a huge difference in his behavior and we know he is safe with them. He has boarded with her twice a year for the last 2 years and we love knowing that he’s getting the stimulation he needs. Also, if a training refresh is needed, he can get that while he boards. It’s far from us but so worth it!
I just have to say how happy I am with Barbarann and her staff. My 4 month old coonhound came there very unruly. Two weeks later he is a changed pup. with our continued work he is becoming a wonderful dog. Barbarann has given us additional tips and guidance even after we brought Cooper home. Thank you! I foster dogs and my latest foster is deaf. I was having such a hard time getting her to listen and Barbara Ann was just absolutely wonderful! She helped me to be able to communicate with my foster, teach her some basic commands, and help her with nuisance behaviors such as barking and jumping. The training has definitely payed off as my foster listens to other handlers and has been complimented on her behavior at adoption events, people had no clue she was deaf! My sweet little pup is now on an even playing field with other adoptable pups and its all thanks to Barbara Ann and her training.
They did wonders with our pup. He would try to bite us when we tried to put his collar on we were at a loss...but knew we had to do something. When he returned he was the best puppy ever and never tried to do it again. They are friendly and have an open Facebook site that keeps you connected to you dog while they are there. Huge space in the countryside.
I just moved to the area and did a lot of research on line. I even brought my 2 dogs to a competitor and then found Wilford...What a difference! You can tell they all really care about their 4 legged friends and I just got a great vibe from the moment I spoke to them over the phone to meeting them in person and leaving my dogs there for a long day. They came home pooped and I am thrilled.

April 2024 was the 1st time I used Tip Top and it was because I needed a kennel last minute and my normal "go to" was booked. I found the prices very reasonable. My dog had good care for 5 days. Ashley who answered the phone was very professional and well spoken. Drop off and pick up were easy and I had no problems. I would definitely use them again!
If i could give it 0 stars i would. The 1st time my dog went here he ended up with kennel cough. The 2nd time we were told to drop him off between 9-10am. It was almost 5 1/2 hours later before he was finished. We asked that his body hair be shorter then his face hair and it was the opposite not to mention the girl at the counter had attitude. Everyone can do what they want but that is the last time i ever go there.
I cannot say enough good stuff about Pam and Rick! They are awesome animal people with a heart of gold. I have been taking my past three dogs to them for over 20 years. They hire very professional groomers, their place is extremely clean and they care for your pet like it was their own! I have used their boarding service for my dogs a number of time and the dog comes back just as they go there...only cleaner! Their name says it all! TIP TOP KENNELS!
We live around the corner and I chose this kennel as a convenience. What a great choice that was! The employees are amazing with my dog, Zion. Z for short. He is a rescue pet and was abandoned and abused. He is a little afraid of people. He loves to go there so that should say everything!! Pricing is also reasonable.
This place was recommended by the breeder that we received our Great Dane puppy from. This place is great the personal that take care of your pet are very friendly and knowledgeable they treat you and your pet like family not like a customer. My husband and I are so happy with how amazing our Australian Sheppard looks after his grooming experience today! He’s only 10 months old and super fluffy so we weren’t sure how he would do, but the staff made sure he was comfortable and did a great job! Definitely will be going back from now on!
