Just trashy and a horrible neighbor, it should be a indicator of how your pet will be taken care of. Steven takes ZERO pride in this community by never cleaning up and maintaining his property. His latest is hauling in red clay fill dirt but not topping it with a gravel base to keep his fleet of trucks from tracking it across the public sidewalk, street and highway. Also, he constantly drives his trucks over the public sidewalk causing the concrete to crack and break away. The county has been called in several times to fix his damages. He never accepts accountability or even attempts to cleanup his own mess. He lets the taxpayers deal with it. Our neighborhood fought hard to have public sidewalks installed and this is what we get. And I am not sure what is going on with the growing homeless camp on his property. Be a BETTER neighbor, we are sick of you, Steven!

I set up a reservation for 7/31/24@5am. The office closed at 3:30pm on 7/30/24 so I figured that the employees left the truck setup for 5:00am. I wanted to get a start early and figured it would all be there for me to pickup at 6:30pm on 7/30/24. If it was left the day before for early the next morning, then you would think it would be there this evening. Nope. Show up and go through the whole self checkout process and when it comes to truck and keys, no truck and no keys. I called the sheriff’s office to report it stolen because there was a lady at the business sitting there when I showed up and I thought she stole it to drive yet still make me look like I had the truck. Which I don’t have the truck. She may have removed the keys. Sheriff’s Deputy shows up and I told him the situation. I was on hold for over an hour on the phone explaining that the app shows me driving a truck and charged my credit card $240.54 with no truck for me to drive. I did find the truck, it was a number on the side of the truck and not the license plate, but the box number and combination code did not have a key inside to drive it. Me and the deputy checked the truck for the keys, they keep them unlocked, but still no keys. The deputy drove me and my autistic son home because we took an Uber to pick it up. So I have to move out tomorrow to be in my new house on the 1st with no truck and $240.54 pending on my credit card. So when I go to rent another truck I’m less $240.54 and crunched for time and money. Horrible experience and customer service. Do not use the self service checkout if possible. I made a reservation from a different location nearby so let’s see how this goes. I made it for when the business is open so I can address the issue right away if there is a problem. No truck and it shows active. New reservation.

Friendly, fast, reliable service. I have been doing business with these folks since 2007 and they will always be my go to for all my hauling needs.

We have boarded our dog with them a few times now, great service, they are always quick with communication and helpful! We appreciate Crossbones!

DO NOT RENT UHAUL from here. They TAKE ADVANTAGE of Customers. Made UHaul reservation online. Went to pick up truck. Owner at Crossbones would not honor reservation made online. Instead, canceled that reservation and insisted on having to make a new reservation to wit he tried to charge me an additional 125.00 for mileage, 100 miles, on a 6 mile move. The total amount he tried to charge me was 180.00. This is against UHaul corporate policy. Went to location in Gulf Breeze, rented same size truck for 80.00, mileage included. Have filed complaint with UHaul corporate. Please do not fall victim to his excessive charges and fees.

Wow! Amazing customer service. Will rent from them again if I need a UHAL in the future. This was the most pleasant UHAL experience I have had. The owner was so kind helpful and took time teaching me how to drive with the trailer. He also hooked up the ball to my hitch and made sure everything worked properly. He had the most happy positive attitude that was very contagious. Highly recommend Crossbones!

I was given permission by the operator at another location down the road to return my rental here because his parking lot was apparently full, even though the uhaul website stated it was okay to drop off there and allowed me to select it as a return location. I arrived a few minutes before 8 am, his door was open but outer metal screen door locked. I knocked on the door, no one came. There was a sign stating not to drop off equipment there, but I had been given "verified" permission from Roger, the operator at another location. I unloaded the rental there and was called 10 minutes later and an extremely rude voice-mail was left on my phone from the operator here, stating that he had a sign and I left equipment there that was blocking his door. I called him back once I arrived to work within a few minutes and explained to him that Roger from the other location had called and verified that it was okay for me to drop the rental off there, which apparently turned out to be a lie from Roger. He still continued to fuss that they weren't a drop off location and he had a sign. I told him to speak to Roger about it because I was not responsible for it. Terrible communication between these two locations and a complete lack of professionalism from both sides. I use uhaul frequently, but will not be in the future because of this.

I own a Remodel business partnered with a decent sized Real Estate Business in the area, we flip houses together and are always using uhaul to move certain things left but homeowner when they fail to clear the property out. I rented a uhaul for 24 hours picked it up at 12 and returned it at 1:30. I called them 2 times during operating hours to let them know, no response. I thought to myself only a little late like all the other uhaul company’s I’ve used it won’t be an issue, boy was I wrong. So I went ahead and returned it 1:30ish a gentleman was there I told him I called and said sorry it was late, he replied no problem it happens all the time. Not to mention they had about 8 trucks sitting there so it wasn’t like I was holding them up. So anyways I said alright thank you sir. I wake up to find an invoice sent to my phone saying I returned it the 3rd day at 8:45 in the morning. Really!!! I go ahead and call respectfully the guy tells me rudely that my prior experiences with other uhaul places wasn’t accurate, then tells me how to rent a car and how it works. Insulting my intelligence on top of penny pinching an extra day off me i can tell anyone reading this review that this company lost lots of future business wit me and my partner. It’s not about the money it is about respect and professionalism.

I needed to rent a UHaul truck on short notice. Even though I called ten minutes after the store closed, the owner and his wife both came back up and reopened the store. They were both super nice, extremely helpful, and never once made me feel like it was a bother for them to come in after hours. The guy even went out and washed the truck windows before I drove off, to make sure I could see out of them. It was obvious that they both cared about taking care of their customers, no matter what it took. The world needs more folks like them. If you have a choice of where to rent a UHaul, give them a call first. You won't be sorry!

The goner is very nice caring and professional. The truck was in great shape was clean and smelled good. We left our hitch on the truck by accident and the owner notified me and took it off and held it for me. He is very trustworthy and cares about his customers.

The staff at Cains took excellent care of my Trixie. It was her first time away from home/family and they made her feel very welcomed and comfortable. Thank you to everyone at Cains. This pup granny was really nervous...for no reason it turned out.

We were referred to Cains by Pet Smart to groom our senior dog Sadie. They do a great job of grooming both of our pups. We used them for boarding recently when our regular boarding facility was full and couldn’t take our dogs. They were reliable and took good care of our dogs. When I emailed to check on them they responded right away and sent pictures of my pups. I recommend Cains for grooming and boarding.

Cain’s did a decent job grooming; however, if you have a somewhat anxious dog I would not recommend. They consistently told me how difficult and bad my dog was and you could tell my dog HATED going here. Took her to Cozy Corner in Molino today to try something new. They said she was perfect and had no issues only required some patience and sweet talk. No muzzle even thought of when doing her nails, unlike at Cains. Wish I had switched earlier! My dog was HAPPY today when I picked her up instead of seeming like she had just gone through a traumatic experience.

Tobi got an amazing cut at Cains! We’ve struggled finding a groove that gives a good groom and doesn’t hurt his ears in the process. Cains did a great job and we will definitely be going back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our normal boarding place was fully booked so we needed another place to board that could administer Vetsulin injections for our dog who has diabetes. Cain’s Dog House came in clutch. Check-in was smooth since we completed the forms at home and brought them with us. Everyone seemed really nice and the price wasn’t bad either. We may have found our new go-to boarding facility.

I felt as if service was rushed and not the love of an animal but more of just trying to rush and finish. Whomever was at the front desk was nice however other staff members were distant. My Yorkie doesn't have a very clean smell to only be 9 weeks. Maybe its my fault as I felt they were in a rush because they had a lot of dogs present... I arrived at 12:30 and she was ready at 1(pretty fast for hand drying)!

Indie always comes back so soft! She has a show dog look to her each and every time. The price is worth it for all the Golden hair that follows when we clean her ourselves! Everyone is friendly and it smells wonderful when you walk in. Our favorite part is the cute bandanna they give her each time she visits.

I took my Golden to Cain’s for the first time recently. I had been looking for somewhere to do regular sanitary and grooming. They went above and beyond and Swinney looks and smells amazing! Definitely recommend if you’re looking, also they board!

Wonderful experience with Cain's Dog House! The person I talked to initially by phone to find out information was well informed and polite. When I arrived for my pet's appointment the facility was very clean and everyone was kind. Excellent customer service. My pet was groomed exactly as requested and even had a cute little bandana on when I picked her up. Pricing is very reasonable for the area. I would highly recommend this facility for grooming. Will return for our diva's next trim!

Gloria is awesome! My girls left her care looking beautiful, smelling great, and feeling as happy as can be! Gloria responded almost immediately to my messages and was flexible with her schedule. She is professional and courteous, she genuinely cares about her work and it shows. We will definitely be returning for another spa day in the future!

I was looking for a new groomer after moving, and I’m so happy I found Gloria! She was so kind and caring with my girls, and really went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer. I think my dogs are already looking forward to going back next time!

I don’t think our Luna wanted to leave! We were a little nervous due to a previous place not treating her right. But Gloria! Luna loved her instantly! Luna had no problems! Will 150% be recommending and coming back monthly!! Gloria also explained the deshedding process and at home care which was super helpful!

Today I took our 17 week old miniature schnauzer to Gloria the Groomer for her first visit to a groomer. Gloria waits until the puppy is 6 months old before full grooming. But for my little girl she bathed her, dried her, brushed her out, trimmed her nails and hair, and helped her have a good experience at the groomer. We will go back in about a month to do the same thing to prepare her for her for the future grooming sessions. Gloria is so good at what she does! I look forward to many more visits in the future!

First impressions really matter and Ms.Gloria set the bar for us. As soon as me and my fur baby walked in, she was very polite and made us feel welcomed. She is very knowable and you can really tell she loves every single one of her fur babies and what she does. I would highly recommend her to someone who is looking for a dependable and reliable groomer who also wants to make sure you get exactly what you pay for.

Bone Bangles has cared for my dogs as if they were their own. They are reasonably priced, organized, spotless, kind, and have been willing to board our dogs at the last minute. They are so flexible about drop off and pick up time. We are grateful to have found them. Great family business!

I have been using Bone Bangles around 2 years now and every experience has been phenomenal! My male dog has bad separation anxiety but LOVES coming to see Cindee! I always say “it is like going to Grandma’s house” because she spoils all of the dogs in her care! I recently adopted a female puppy that she was fostering and she has been more than willing to help me navigate the puppy stage all over again! I have seen this faculty bend over backwards to care for dogs not only in their facility but also long term shelter dogs that need a home, sick puppies that have been dumped in the woods, pregnant females who are due any day, and the puppies once they are born! Her character speaks volumes!

Called to make reservations for our 2 dogs and Cindee is rude as hell! I will never board my dogs there. In response to the owner below, You told me that y'all require bordetella every 6 months, correct? My dogs didn't need it done until August 18th and we would have been picking up on the 5th. Now, I understand that's close to the date and I would have had no problem taking them to have it done prior to booking with you. That wasn't my cause for the review. It was your rude and condescending attitude. It was completely necessary and unprofessional.

Amazing people. They treat your animals like you would treat them if not better. It was like a breath of fresh air when I found them and could go to work without any worries. My fur baby also loves going every morning I drop him off.

Just Went on a 5 day vacation, and returned to pick up my Beagle. Although it’s nerve wrecking to leave your fur baby with someone you’ve only spoken to a few times, the owner left me no doubt! She was very kind, patient and very understanding. I came back and my dog was as happy as can be! I called midweek and she gave me all the great news that my fur baby was up to! She went out of her way and even washed my dogs bedding that I left with her to make her feel at home! I will never try a different place, my dog got to play, make friends and stay with a loving owner who loves what she does.

I have never boarded my dogs before. I made a meet and greet appointment and was amazed at what I saw on her property. My 1st trip was in October for 11 days and I was a nervous wreck leaving my babies. She communicated with me often and I became relaxed. I have used Bone Bangles multiple times for my 4 furbabies. They absolutely had a great time and each time I dropped them off and they were so excited to see Cindee. She took amazing care of them which made it easy for me to enjoy my trips away. She is truly the best and I highly recommend her.

We came from Okla. to a funeral. I looked them up on line and read all the good reviews. Booked in advance. They were so wonderful! Even tried not to charge us since it was a funeral. We will always use them when we come in town as we’re there at least once a year and always bring our dog with us! They are wonderful!! They have the bet set up! I Would recommend them to ANYONE even if only through the day.

I found cindy on a last minute type of thing!! I called her and she immediately answered my call!! She answered ALL my questions and made me feel very very comfortable leaving our Mr. Finn with her!! She does an amazing job with all the dogs and cuddles the ones who are scared. She has a large property where she has three separate fenced in area for the dogs to play and have fun !! The fencing is the type where they can’t dig out!! She’s is very hands on with them and treats them like her own! My dog was a big baby at first but after his second time there her literally runs to her !! I often check in throughout the day and she is very quick to respond!! She’s not only great to the dogs but she’s just a nice caring person in general!! I have used her several times now and I TRUST no one but her with our Mr. Finn!! He comes home exhausted from all day playing.! We really lucked out finding someone who will care for our dog like we do!! I will never go anywhere else!! EVER!! Cindee was amazing with our fur baby Pretzel! Our last experience with a pet sitter wasn’t great so we haven’t left him alone in over a year. I was very nervous leaving him but Cindee was very accommodating and answered all my questions. I annoyingly asked for multiple updates in a day and she responded within minutes! We appreciate that plus all the pictures she sent. She has the perfect set up and is truly a dog lover. I highly recommend her and we will most definitely be using her in the future. I can’t recommend bed n biscuit inn enough! Taylor and Brad are so good with our two dogs! We have consistently been boarding them here since we moved to FL last November - they have watched our pups for short amounts of time and also while we were abroad for 2 weeks. They are very quick to respond and are flexible. Highly recommend if you have two spoiled dogs like ours!

My dog, Koda, LOVES staying at Bed n Biscuit Inn! Taylor provides text updates and pictures throughout his stay which eases all my worries about leaving him. There are some dogs that Koda just doesn’t get along with very well but because of both Taylor and Brad’s knowledge and experience dealing with all different types of dogs, we’ve never had any issues. Their dogs, Nala and Max are also really great with all the other dogs and give off a good pack vibe.

We were traveling and needed to board our small dog for a couple nights while we had some activities in the area that we could not take our pet to. This was the perfect place for our little Joy, and she was able to interact with big and little dogs in a safe environment. The pictures/videos we received gave us comfort that Joy was happy. We would highly recommend this place!

All Star has been grooming and boarding my pups for about 3 years now and I have never had any issues with them. My dogs get very excited when I tell them where we are going and then we get there. They never hesitate going inside.

We took our fur baby there about 3 weeks ago. We asked them to do her du claws and to get the fur off her paw pads and fanny fluff. My husband dropped her off at 7:30. She was first one to get there but they didn't do her right away. We did not pick her up till 2:00 and when we did she ran straight outside to go to the bathroom and she was dying of thirst they did not give her any water or take her out to potty for being in there for all those hours. Then we get her home and she's itching and scratching all over. We couldn't figure out what was going on. She didn't look like she had been de-shedded which is what we paid for. We decide not to take her back. We found another place. So when they called to tell us that she was ready and my husband went and picked her up they said soon as they put water on her she foamed up. So Star didn't rinse her they didn't do anything they were supposed to do to my baby. And it makes me very angry. Because we spoil our babies like our kids and for them to neglect her that way it hurts me because they hurt her. Never would we suggest anyone to go to them.

I am so pleased with how my boys were groomed! They look, smell and feel amazing! They took their time to make sure our puppy acclimated well. My boys were very happy, I could tell it was a good experience for them! Totally recommend!

A-DOR-A-BLE… I have two dogs… a miniature poodle that gets a poodle cut and a labradoodle that gets cut short all over. All Star Pet Grooming takes my shaggy pups in the morning and they’re spa is done in the early afternoon. They smell and look great. Very affordable and give a military and first responder discount. As a veteran Navy Nurse, I appreciate being recognized for my service, not expecting it but grateful. Very friendly staff and great service. Highly recommended!

Our corgi can be "difficult" to bathe. She has been kicked out of other groomers for being cranky during the nail trimming process. These folks did a great job on her the last time we went. She was well taken care of during her stay at their facility and was clean and smelled great when we picked her up. Great job guys!

I love this store. They have all natural pet food and treats. When I brought the food home my dogs ate it like they would table scraps and my dogs are picky eaters. They also loved the bones. Thank you for all your help Nancy

As a first time boarding experience we could not have asked for better! Taylor and Brad were so professional, and showed they really cared for our dogs. We boarded our dogs for 5 days while we got married and everyday we received pictures and videos of our pups! It made a super stressful time all the easier knowing our dogs were getting the best care! We are definitely customers for life!

My pup stayed with them for 12 days. Each day I got a photo or video with an update on how she was doing. She seemed happy each time. Definitely recommend!

Bonnie is so wonderful and loving, it's a great place to board dogs! She really cares for them and there's plenty of space inside and outside for them. We love her!!

I have been looking for a regular groomer for my babies for a while now. Decided to make an appointment with Ms. Bonnie after reading all the great reviews I found online. I was very impressed! You can tell she has been handling dogs for a long time. She’s very gentle with them. One of my babies tends to be a little on the nervous side, but seemed to do well with her! Her shop is very clean and smells great! She really seems to have a genuine care for the doggies and what she does . I think we’ve found our groomer!!!

I boarded my dog for 5 nights, and I really felt he would get good care. I can tell he did. He also smelled great and was so soft after his bath that was provided. Bonnie is a down to earth person who loves the dogs she services. I feel great knowing I have a safe place to board him in the future, and I will be using Bonnie's grooming services regularly.

Bonnie is amazing with animals. She took care of my three dogs for three weeks, and when we picked them up it was obvious that they adored her. My mixed shepherd was conflicted about having to come with us because of how much she loved Bonnie. When I ran out of dog food, Bonnie went, and picked up their food, now that is what I call above and beyond. Her place is so clean, well organized, and she is in her true calling of loving on your animals. I will never use anyone else! Thank you Bonnie for everything and my fur babies still miss you.

Anyone who is looking for an amazing groomer I definitely recommend her! She was great with our pit Luna and was extremely patient with her. She took the time to introduce our fur baby to all of the new smells and noises which meant a lot because I could immediately tell she’s amazing with animals and truly loves them. Not only that but the whole place was extremely clean and well organized!
