I came across this service while looking for local kennels on the Gold Coast, and i am so glad that i did. Pawshake is a brilliant alternative to putting your loved fur family member into kennels often with dire results. Not because they are awful but because they just dont give them the attention that they are used to, and they become distressed. I found Amelia through Pawshake and having Jack home stay with her was such a wonderful experience. She looked after Jack so well, sent photos of him in the home environment and on his walks and kept us informed of how he was doing. Jack will never be going back into kennels again. Thank you Pawshake for creating such a wonderful app.

Great App, and so far the best. Quick reply within 2 hours, really friendly people around you to take care of your Fur family, and you can only know via this App. Found a sitter located 8 min from my house, and what a great finding, Lisa is so nice and flexible with arrangements, and my little sweet Cally was so comfortable, found her laying with Lisa on her sofa, so relax and happy. Pawshake is a great service . We found Di and her wonderful family to have our very spoilt and loved sausage dog Frankie. As it was the first time leaving him I was very nervous. But di and her family treated him so well and I loved getting all the photos and updates of him . Frankie had the best time with them all and I now have no worries about ever leaving him with them again.

This is such a great app and service; can't recommend it enough. I've used it twice and the sitter I got is fantastic! I've had too many things go wrong in the past when having to take my pets to boarding accommodation. But after using this service, my pets are happier staying in their own environment and eating their own normal food and not breaking that routine. One of my pets is 17 and really cannot break that routine or switch of food because it will make him sick. The care and communication with the sitter was fabulous. The report cards are so good too. I'll be using Pawshake from now on.

Overall, we were a little hesitant to allow someone into our home to look after our Cavoodle while we were traveling. Pleasingly we found the website and overall set up quite good and though we had a few people cancel on us we did meet a lady who was lovely and did an amazing job looking after our dog. We'll be using this service again when required and that's probably the best compliment we can make for the service. It would be good if they could make a police clearance mandatory to be a sitter.

Holy Smokes Our sitter was amazing with the amount of care and effort afford to our little FurBabies, she ensured we'd recieve daily updates via text and even sent through photos of them. We will definitely be utilising these services again as the previous mob we went through completed the bare minimum as well as informing us that we would get daily updates to which none were afford and we even returned how to atleast a weeks worth of dirt litter trays. Our sitter was absolutely outstanding from PawShake, they were a local to so it made the whole ordeal so much easier on all parties, they ensured out babies were happy, well fed, entertained, and ensured they were not plotting any mischievous schemes during our departure from them. A great prompt service for finding the perfect pet sitter. We have used Don’t Fret Pet twice now for Xmas stays and it’s been so handy. We used the same minder our second time and again our sitter and dog got along great and we got updates and pictures throughout. Will use again and again!!

We had a wonderful experience with Don't Fret Pet! Our dog has separation anxiety, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving him at a kennel while we went away. Don't Fret Pet asked us detailed questions in order to find the ideal home for our dog. Pam did a perfect job looking after our dog - she took him out on walks, played with him, and sent us photos and updates each day.

Don't Fret Pets were an excellent service. They got back to me straight away after I put in my website request. Dianne kept me informed every step of the way when finding a minder for my pup. Setting up a meet and greet with Terry was smooth and Terry was a lovely man who took excellent care of my dog while I was away. Lee cared for our Elly May so well. It's a pleasure to find your pupper has had a happy experience. After a shy start day 1 with the other dogs on the afternoon walk I believe she was the life of the party after that.

This was the first time that our 11 year old Beagle Florence was left with carers. I was recommended by a friend that also have a senior dog to No Fret Pets. This was our first time leaving Salty with a petsitter. I felt reassured by the thorough vetting process Don't Fret Pet uses to select their petsitters. They called me to talk through the process, and having a meet and greet with the petsitter in advance was great. Knowing that there was a team of people behind the scenes who could assist if there was a problem was also very reassuring. Salty had an excellent time with Pam, and came home relaxed and happy. I would have no hesitation using Don't Fret Pet again, and have already pre-booked for another two upcoming holidays. I know Salty is in the best hands, with carers who love what they do.

I was very stressed about leaving my boys, let alone with a stranger, but Carol was just wonderful and spoilt them totally. Such a caring lovely lady.

highly recommend Jodie and Cameron as wonderful pet sitters and wonderful people to deal with. They looked after our nearly 4yo pug and 7 moth old golden retriever. Loved receiving photos and video updates from the pair of them as they enjoyed their stay . It was a lovely experience for our pets even though only for a short stay, the atmosphere of thier home and the happiness that our pups showed that they were comfortable in thier house as i was leaving, we would be more than happy to use there services again and highly recommend. I highly recommend Jodie as a wonderful pet sitter and fabulous person to deal with! She took care of our border collie over Christmas with up to 3 visits per day (!) and looked after the house plants/mail/bins as well. She was flexible and accomodating, beyond what I would have thought possible from such a service. Loved receiving photos and selfies from the pair of them as they enjoyed their outings together. Pretty sure that our little guy was getting even more attention and cuddles than if we were home with him! Thanks so much Jodie 😊

Jodie is amazing and did an excellent job looking after my two fur babies. We really appreciated her regular detailed updates and photos, as well as how clean she kept everything. Our two mature babies instantly took to Jodie and it gave us such peace of mind when away. Even when our boy kitty was naughty, she was so professional and patient. Highly recommended!

Jodie is an absolute angel! She is highly reliable, fantastic with Bert and deals so well with a helicopter furparent. Not only does she do a fanastic job looking after your pets while you are away, but keeps you updated with lots and lots of photos. The only thing I can fault is that Bert is sometimes disapointed to see me instead of Jodie when I return! If you are looking for peace of mind while you are away - look no futher than Jodie.

Emily is a god send. We’re excited to have found her to look after our Tilly overnight. We were booked into a two-day conference and didn’t want to leave her home alone so she overnighted with Emily and we had a great time knowing she was in Emily’s loving care. The onboarding process was easy and very thorough. Emily requested a meet and greet beforehand so we all knew what to expect and it was clear that Tilly felt right at home as soon as we dropped her off. I highly recommend Emily, her attention to detail is incredible. No question goes unanswered and she thinks of everything! We’ll be regulars!

Finding then meeting Emily from Tailored Pet Sitting meant we had someone very special to look after our precious 18 month old dachshund Missy. She was in a safe, clean and pet appropriate environment receiving the care she was used to at home. Emily treated her as if her own but respected our preferences in regards to Missy's likes, dislikes, habits and routines. Emily strived to keep Missy happy, exercised and when required, stimulated through special dog puzzles and toys. Missy slept well too. On our return, Missy was very excited to see us but still went over to Emily for a pat and cuddle. We were more than happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Tailored Pet Sitting for those who want a home away from home and individual care and attention for their precious pet. Emily from Tailored Pet Sitting is amazing! She takes wonderful care of my old boy Jasper, who has ailments in his old age. Emily goes over and above to care for him, with such attention to detail. He feels at home and is so happy. I also receive updates on his stay which is lovely and puts my mind to rest. Emily was wonderful to work with. She looked after my dog so well, sent me regular photo updates and always took him for a daily walk. Yesterday my puppy went for her first groom at the hound Hutt. I am so happy with the results! I was initially quite nervous as she has never had one done before, however the staff there reassured me and made me feel more comfortable. She looks absolutely adorable thank you so much! I would definitely be recommending to family and friends!

I had taken my mini spoodle Sheldon to several different groomers before the hound hutt, and he always came back extremely stressed and wouldn't settle for days afterwards. After grooms at the hound hutt, Sheldon has always a happy little chappy and has come home looking very handsome 😀 They even have doggy daycare, and after his first day, I received a photo and magnetic frame, a report card detailing the friends he had made and activities he participated in and a very happy VERY tired dog :) I always recommend the Hound Hutt 😀

We’ve been bringing our dogs here for 10 years. I’ve been extremely disappointed in the level of service under this new owner. I dropped in on my way past to book our 2 dogs in for a groom and the girl was so rude. It was such an inconvenience for her to come to the front desk and make a booking that she reminded me 3 times that I could book online, including passive aggressively saying “I’ll just look in the calendar for you, it’s exactly the same as if you look online yourself” after already pointing out I could book online. My answers to her were “Well I’m here now” and then “I was on my way past” and then finally “I like to speak to an actual person” Like I had to justify why it was more convenient for me in that moment to physically turn up! It was ridiculous! I asked for the next available time and aside from a 7am groom ( you know, the busiest time of the day in most households) she couldn’t get me in for several weeks. This isn’t even peak season, this is WINTER! Groomer only works Wed to Fri. She told me they were looking for another groomer. Well, you and me both because we won’t be coming back. I probably could have waited a few weeks, but she was so rude and obnoxious about booking online, I just walked out. I don’t know of any customer service protocols that include making your customer feel embarrassed about scheduling a booking in person. I got the message loud and clear, they’re too busy and important to actually speak to their clients. No matter how many years they’ve been a customer.

We have just finished the 4 week puppy school for our german shepherd puppy, she loved every class and had a great time playing with the other puppies. The staff were great to talk to and very friendly.

I'm very sorry to say that I am very unhappy with the latest groom they completed. I'm not sure what's changed as I've had her groomed at hound hut once before and there was no issue, in fact it was great, and when I booked I was assured it was the same groomer so I'm not sure what happened. At first I wasn't sure what was wrong other than they had taken way to much off her undercoat and her skin was showing through her coat, but on closer inspection it didn't look right, and not only taken too much off, but have also striped incorrectly, resulting in the broken off hair and that explains why it won't lie flat and instead sticks up in odd angles at different lengths. It also would have been EXTREMELY PAINFUL for her to have that done to her. She is also feeling itchy and uncomfortable because of what they've done and I'm having to bath her daily with aloveen to soothe her skin. She is also getting sunburnt because of how much they've taken off. I'm sure you can appreciate this is very upsetting to see my dog in this condition. I emailed them on the 1st Feb 24 to let them know I thought they should know that this is what their groomer has done and they either need more training in hand strpping a JRT or should not be doing this particular groom. However it's now 6th Feb and no response. So I'm writing this review so others' dogs don't get hurt like mine did. Very disappointed to say the least. Do not recommend.

Hound hutt are wonderful! I took my 2 little cavoodles bubble and squeak in for their first professional groom and they look and smell fantastic. The staff are so lovely and clearly love dogs. Bubble and squeak bounced out very happy. I highly recommend them

OMG what a wonderful place. I took my Shitzu there today after her having a very bad experience with her last groomer when she didn't eat or walk for a week after. Today she bounced out looking beautiful and extremely happy. The staff are excellent, the groomer is excellent and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Hound Hutt.

We started sending our young pup to The Hound HUTT for company while we were at work. Now she goes because we all love the amazing care and attention Tilly receives. Kirsten’s extensive knowledge really helped us with our dog’s reactivity issues. She showed us many positive training techniques which has really improved our dog’s behaviour. I highly recommend Kirsten’s services and would have no hesitation at using her again.

Kirstin is the dog whisperer! We reached out to Kirstin for help after adopting a senior schnoodle with reactivity issues to help her gain some confidence. After five sessions with Kirstin, Wilma went from growling in fear to sitting in her lap for treats and pats, our other dog Dash was also obsessed with her. Kirstin provided so much great advice and followed up to make sure we were sticking to the program. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Kirstin is an amazing trainer and so invested in the success of her clients. We had a reactive whippet who didn’t like meeting other dogs on walks. Kirstin not only trained our dog but us. Now we have a much happier whippet and much happier owners. Cant recommend highly enough .

We recently used Mary Puppins services to look after our two year old Italian Greyhound for 3 weeks as we were holidaying overseas. Thanks to Kirsten's guidance at Mary Puppins Dog Training, our dogs are walking much more calmly and reacting better around other dogs and people. Seeing their improvement has been incredibly rewarding. Kirsten was not only focused on training our dogs but also emphasised educating us as pet owners, ensuring we understood why the techniques we were learning were important. This really helped us to continue training our dogs at home outside of our weekly sessions. Kirsten was also very accommodating with support between sessions, checking in regularly, reviewing our training videos, providing feedback, and sending through resources. Our 15-month old Whippet was very well cared for by Mary Puppins. Mary Puppins provided daily updates and kept us informed of our Whippet’s wellbeing. We felt our pup was in very good hands and we will use Mary Puppins again.

My dog has been attending daycare at Mary Puppins since she was 6 months old (now 4). She still does her excited squeak every time we turn into the street! It has been amazing for her to have somewhere safe and consistent where she can socialise with other dogs and get a good play while I'm working. My dog has also done obedience training with Kirstin and stayed there when I've been travelling. Kirstin is incredibly dedicated to the dogs, sends regular photo updates and I would recommend Mary Puppins to anyone looking for someone who will love their dog as much as they do :) Kirstin is a wealth of knowledge of all things dog related - training, nutrition, anxiety, grooming - she will forever be my go to for anything dog related!

Kirstin has been awesome in helping me with loose leash training of my dog Toby. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to understanding dogs and their behaviours, which then allows her to train the owner on how to get the best results with their dog. We found Mary Puppins after many recommendations from other dog trainers and sitters in our area. Archie has been going to see Kirstin and her gang for daycare, weekly, for over a year and it’s easily his favourite day of the week! You can tell how much she loves the dogs and vice versa by Archie’s excitement to get up the drive to see her! Kyle and Daniel have both been amazing with teaching us behavioral lessons for our four dogs. The company we have used for dog walking, dog sitting, and dog training. Kyle and his team are incredibly professional, communicative and friendly. My dog Timmy is very friendly and social but after a few concerning run ins at local dog parks, I began to feel anxiety with socialising him but didn't want to isolate him either. MDAE really took the time to learn about Timmy and offers the opportunity for him to play in with a small group of other like minded dogs under a professionals supervision. He absolutely adores his regular walker and always comes back happy and tired. They post adorable pictures of the outing on their Instagram and it's honestly a highlight of my day to see Timmy having a fantastic time! (See below) Highly recommend!

I would be surprised if I ever saw anything less than 5 STARS for these amazing people. Kyle and Leticia have been walking Our dog every weekday for the past 4 months and we have felt very happy and comfortable with the service we receive. Often times they will go above and beyond for us providing each dog with their own individual treatment. They have even worked with us to have our pup develop better habits and also come to help us out on what I consider short notice. I really feel like I can truly rely on them and trust them immensely. Here are a few examples of the amazing pictures we receive from them on a daily basis. If you are looking for an amazing, top quality service, then look no further...you have found it.

MDAE were exceptional with me and my dog Yalla. From the first contact with Kyle they were super fast in getting back to me. Daniel was the trainer and I was impressed with the care and attention he had on explaining to us the methods and the reasons to use them. I only wished I had contacted them sooner!!! Yalla’s behaviour has improved a lot on our walks since then. Awesome work they do and I can definitely recommend!

MadDogs Brisbane (Kyle and Daniel) are GREAT! They really helped us with our doggie. He stopped pulling during walks and I can see he is excited and happy about being trained! (Ps: and you can get nice pics as bonus ☺️)

Merredith is great! We've utilised her in-home cat care service several times now while being away from the house for extended periods. She is always friendly, professional and very accommodating to our needs and requests. Our little (furry) guy Finn loves her visits and quickly connected during their first meeting. We always receive photos and reports during/after each visit for peace of mind. Merredith is very knowledgeable (and passionate) when it comes to cat care, and has shared some great tips with us. Can highly recommend her service to anyone in the Brisbane area!

Meredith is the best, she shows such care and attention to your furry friends every need. Whilst you are away Meredith sends regular updates and photos of her visits.We have noticed how much happier and relaxed the cats are when we return as opposed to cat boarding. One of our cats is particularly reserved and very nervous but Meredith has won her trust, she is the cat whisperer.

Over the past 2 years we have used Chasing Tails many times to care for Oscar & Daisy and we couldn't recommend Christine highly enough in the way she has cared for our dogs. Christine has treated them like her own & they love her to bits. From the first time we met we were impressed with Christine's professionalism. Her thorough questionnaire about their health, habits, likes & dislikes and her knowledge about pet health & caring for senior dogs made us extremely confident that our dogs would be in great hands while we were away. Christine at Chasing Tails has been coming to walk and care for my dog for more than two years, both walks during the work day and pet sitting visits if I was away. Christine is an amazing professional, has managed my boy well when he is tricky and he adores her. She is exceptionally reliable which suits our routine-loving boy and has always been flexible to help if we need to juggle work schedules. Our week is always the better for her thoughtfulness and care for Bear and our small family.

Donna was an amazing & experienced dog sitter. She was very calm & attentive to my puppy. She included fun, good care, compassion & toilet training into my puppy’s stay & followed up communications with me on a daily basis which was very reassuring to know my puppy was in good hands. Donna is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a genuine & committed person whom thoroughly enjoys taking care of your pet. Donna took caring for my puppy named Billy in her stride. I would recommend Donna due to her excellence & professionalism at all times. Thank you for ensuring my puppy was very well cared for…you certainly put us at ease. Booked 2 months in advance , the sitter cancelled 2 weeks before the due date. PetCloud kept $150 of the $530 booking for a service that we didn’t receive. So not only did we have to find a new sitter that we felt comfortable with at short notice we are $150 out of pocket for a service that we didn’t receive and they had our $530 for months. Expensive lesson learnt. Within 24 hours of posting a one star review our disputed $150 has now been refunded and Petcloud has asked that I take down this review.

I couldn't be happier to have found PetCloud! The whole experience of using PetCloud has been amazing. They really put me at ease knowing that my dog is in safe and loving hands. I was able to find a reputable sitter during the holidays when every pet resort / kennel were fully booked out. OMG Kristy is just fabulous! You can tell from the first time you meet her that dogs are her world. I felt so comfortable leaving our Scruffy with her for 12 nights. Kristy provided lots of pictures of Scruffy enjoying his time with the other dogs as well as with Kristy. Kristy provided everything that Scruffy would have had had he been home with us. Will definetly be using Kristy again.

Have used Pet Cloud on a number of occasions and have always found trustworthy sitters for our dogs and house.. To compare, I had to use another service once before because there were no sitters available at time. Pet Clouds streamline system of sending out jobs to available sitters is so easy to get responses. As the other service, I had to go through each sitter and find one, which was the worst and antagonising experience. Pet Cloud wins hands down. I can contact pet cloud and get a response, as other service it was only through delayed emailing. Thanks Pet Cloud.

Simone was a fantastic pet sitter. From the time of the booking she was very easy to deal with, super accommodating with any requests and made the effort to come out and visit prior to commencing the booking. She was a great communicator, very friendly and most importantly fantastic with our dog, even taking the time to lay with her and pat her through a late night storm (very anxious during storms). I couldn't recommend Simon more highly.

Jo-Anne M (Adelaide) was fantastic! Her love of animals, knowledge and experience stood out above other pet sitters we’d met, and we felt comfortable and confident right from the start. She treated our pets and our house as her own, and we got daily updates and photos to keep us up-to-date with how they were. They were getting their own holiday at home and were well cared for with lots of love. Our house was immaculate when we came home, and our pets relaxed. I found my pet sitter on PetCloud. Parvin was easy to communicate with and very friendly. She took great care of Audrey when we were away. I would recommend her and would book her as our sitter again when needed. PetCloud was easy to use and provided a great service.

Very lovely lady with a heart warming personality! My two dogs enjoyed so much with her, she took them out for walks and played with them in the garden. I liked that she sent me photos with their updates. Was definitely a highlight to receive those during our holiday and at the end of it to came back and see their big happy faces lol. Recommended pet sitter and will definitely go to her next time!

We really feel grateful to have Amy as our baby sitter in the last 2 years. Our son really enjoy playing with chickens, picking eggs and all the gardening activities.

My kids like to come to play and exercise with Amy. Go out to the park and library together.

My daughter likes to go to Amy and enjoy her garden and chickens, always lots of stories to tell when she comes home.
