Sarah has done a great job looking after Reggie our house rabbit whilst we were away for a few days. We were sitting having our tea and "ping" our phone went - Sarah had sent us a video of Reggie enjoying himself and some lovely photos of him really chilled and relaxed. A weight off our shoulders and we felt reassured he was being looked after and loved whilst we were away. So happy we've asked Sarah to look after Reggie again later this year :)

We've used Sarah many times to look after our cats in our home. We can thoroughly recommend her. Totally trustworthy, the cats love her and she copes with our cat with renal issues. We never worry about Mikey and Mavis when we go away.

I’ve been using Chris and Mel for a few weeks and they’ve been really knowledgeable and patient with my difficult and reactive dog Mason. They tailored the sessions to gain his trust and can even let him off lead now! Definitely recommend We Love Pets.

Our two large dogs don't have much experience with being looked after by anyone else but Chris and Mel were complete professionals from start to finish. They took our Apollo's excitement and energy levels in their stride and were able to keep Luna company through her anxiety of us not being around. Our dogs are very different in personality so to know that each would be catered for was very reassuring. We certainly recommend We Love Pets services and we will definitely be using them again when we next visit the area.

We have used Chris and Mel twice now to look after our two dogs. They were looked after so well and it was great to be away with no concerns over our dogs well being. The house was immaculate when we got home and the dogs looked great too. We would definitely use them in the future and would advise anyone to use them too. It so nice to know your animals are being so well loved and cared for.

Chris at We Love Pets Stowmarket has recently looked after our 2 large and extremely energetic dogs, house sitting both during the day, and also for several nights whilst we have been away. We cannot recommmend Chris highly enough, he has cared for the dogs, and our home (plus 2 cats and a goldfish!) with great care and attention. Chris took the dogs on extensive walks and they were very settled and calm when we returned home, allowing us to feel completely confident about leaving them in his capable and experienced hands in the future. We have already booked further dates with Chris and Mel who have been very responsive and helpful in fitting us in, despite being very busy.

We've had a great experience with Chris, Mel & the team popping in to our dog Reggie. They've been so flexible and accommodating working around our changeable work schedules and Reg loves a lunchtime visit and walk. We always look forward to getting the picture updates about what they've managed to persuade a stubborn Basset to do each time and will definitely keep working with the team!

We had been struggling to find someone who was able to look after our mix of pets (rabbits, gerbils, gecko and fish) whilst we were away. We came across Mel and Chris who were able to fit us in at short notice and arranged to visit our house daily to feed all of our animals. We received daily updates and photos/videos which was great to see whilst we were away. All our animals were very well looked after, had cuddles and were very happy. We would recommend Mel and Chris to anyone who needs their animals looked after 🐾

Chris and Mel came to look after our pets with twice daily pop in visits. This was for our three cats and one house rabbit and our first booking. Two of my cats are on regular medications and they were able to administer these on initial visit which I was so pleased about. My cats are quite wary of new people but they must have have been relaxed in their company to allow them to do so. I had regular detailed updates at every visit and clearly they had followed all instructions to the letter. Photos demonstrated how thorough and conscientious they had been, everything was neat and tidy and it was clear how much care and attention they put into their work. I can honestly say it’s worth every penny - having peace of mind knowing your pets are happy and your home is secure while on holiday is SO important. Thank you Chris and Mel, you’re far and away the best pet sitting company we’ve ever come across and I will definitely be recommending you to family and friends.

I have been super impressed with We Love Pets Stowmarket. From our first interaction, there has been great communication throughout, from an initial call, through to an overnight trial where we received pictures and updates of how our pups were doing. Really reassured to know that our dogs are being well looked after and loved as if they were at home. Thank you ❤️

We've used Chris & Mel on a couple of occasions. They always go out of their way to help and they love spending quality time with the dogs. Chris & Mel sent regular updates, pics & videos of our dogs and you can be rest assured your pets will be looked after as if they were their own.

Amazing staff, really care and look after your pooch as if they were their own. They play with them,have themed weeks for the dogs to get involved with if they wish, and they even have nap time in the afternoon. My pooch loves it here, and we don't hear a thing from him all evening as he is exhausted 😊 Keep up the great work Lisa and team

Fantastic place for our new puppy. Its always a good sign when her tail is wagging and she cant wait to go in when she gets there! She has lots of fun, positive socialisation with other dogs and is knackered when she gets home! Lisa and the others are absolutely brilliant and have helped settle Daphne into creche life and she has built so much confidence. I feel very lucky to have them so close by and so does Daphne too! Thanks Lisa and everybody at St Mary's creche 🐶

Our puppy Winnie has been going to the crèche since she was 12 weeks old, and it’s the best thing we’ve ever done! All of the staff are incredible, so knowledgable, they love your dogs as much as you do! They have themed weeks and have so much fun, they make sure dogs are well hydrated, shaded, and resting enough in the summer so it’s perfect for the hot weather! Our pup loves it there so much, she never wants to come home at pick up time! It’s been amazing for socialising our pup and has helped her become such a playful, independent, friendly girl! We couldn’t recommend the crèche enough! Thank you to Lisa and her wonderful team!

Our Daxxi puppy recently started at St Mary’s Canine Creche, not only was the settling in period really easy and smooth they have been so accommodating and lovely. She’s now done a few full days and absolutely loves it, she looks happy when she leaves and loves being dropped off in the morning. 10/10 recommend, we looked at a few other places but they didn’t seem interested in the dog whereas here we know she is playing and looked after all day long whilst making new doggy & human friends, I love the fact that they share pictures of the dogs regularly so you can always see what fun you dog/pup is up to whilst they are there.

Crèche or what we call “school” has been a life saver for me & our pup Grace. With me working long days & my other half in the military, having the crèche means Grace can have a fun day too! Grace has loved school from 14 weeks, she is so well socialised now & behaves so lovely around other dogs we meet! “School” has helped grace learn the important doggy social cues, how to be independent, how to enjoy herself (and how to bark ha ha!). The team are so friendly & understanding, they get that they’re your family & they care (even when you are an overbearing dog mum lol) ! Grace cannot wait to get in, in the morning, she has made so many new friends and always comes out so happy (and sleepy!) I would deffo recommend you taking your dog / puppy along it does them wonders and helps them to be happy, social, confident puppers

We only need to use the creche occasionally but whenever we do send Griou here he also has a great time charging around with the other dogs. He's well looked after, the team love Griou and as an added bonus he also returns sleepy!

Brilliant canine crèche to make sure my dog has had lots of contact with other dogs as he joined us during the pandemic. Couldn't recommend more - very friendly and the dog loves it there!
