Amazing service and love for my pets. I look forward to the daily updates when out of town. And as an added bonus, they check in with my MIL who stays the night with the dogs.

So happy with this service! Easy to schedule and team is very responsive! Able to get the times that work best with my work schedule is so nice and appreciated! Love getting the updates and pictures from the visit - Ace (my dog) always looks so happy!! It’s clear the walkers care a lot and spend a lot of time with him! Amanda's Best Friend took care of my cat in June for a week, and they were fantastic! They took such good care of my kitty Mickey, and it was such a joy to get a write-up of his status, what she did, and several cute pictures of him every day. Taylor was awesome. Prices are great, scheduling is easy (they were able to add another day for me at the last minute!). Really can't say enough good things about this company and will hire them any time I need a pet sitter in the triangle :) they really love animals and the service feels above and beyond.

Amanda's best friend take amazingly great care of my fur child! They love him almost as much as I do! My dog is a little high maintenance and they help provide the extra care he needs. Amanda’s services are above and beyond! Our dog loves her and her staff so much and gets so excited every time he sees them. We never have to worry about him if we’re leaving town. One of the best parts is the visit updates they send, we love receiving them when we’re away! (They send detailed emails of activity, feeding, etc with pictures when you’re away!) Amanda's Best Friend has been a life saver! My work schedule has been very sporadic and Amanda and her team have been very accommodating. The communication is great. My favorite part (other than knowing my dog is getting taken care of) is getting the email updates from Katie with how the appointment went with pictures of my dog!

You know what’s wonderful? Being able to go out of town and completely trust that your furbaby will be perfectly taken care of. This company does such a great job of keeping pets safe and happy, while also providing thorough communication that you can access as you’d like to be assured your little loved one is doing well. I’m so impressed with the owner, Amanda, as well as one of her employees, Jessica (these are the two that have taken care of our pet. I’m sure all the employees are awesome!). They are simply the best!

Absolutely amazing! Customer service is the best- very prompt with inquiries and questions, excellent daily communication thru email updates, walkers communicate via text for prompt communication. Ine time my dog was found to be ill when the walker arrived she contacted me, helped coordinate care and sat with my dog till the issue was resolved. It's been 2 years and I can't say enough good things about this company!

We love Hooman on Demand. Steele looks forward to her daily walks. They do an awesome job providing feedback on her walks and photos throughout. I love not worrying about her during the day when I'm working. I know they will take good care of her. App is super is easy to use and convenient.

I can’t say enough good things about the service Harley provides. I think a Blue and Gold Macaw provides a fairly challenging and maybe even scary experience for any pet sitter. Harley takes such good care of him when I’m gone. Not only can I tell by the wonderful pictures and reports she sends me, but also from his behavior when I return. He is truly happy when I come home and not just to see me. If he was not completely spoiled while I was away, when I I did get home, he would be angry and he would let me know it. Aside from how well she cares for my pet, she is also very reliable. Has never let me down yet! It has been a long time since I left the above review and Harley has taken care of my Macaw several times since then, as well as my dogs on occasion. My opinion of Harley and the service that she provides has only been reinforced by those experiences.

I am so thankful for this wonderful service! I go out of town frequently and it’s very tough leaving my fur babies behind. It gives me great comfort knowing that they will be taken good care of by the loving staff of Hooman on Demand, Michael went above and beyond during his last visit when my air went out during the heat advisory. Not only did he try to troubleshoot for me , he completely set up a mobile air unit that I had delivered. This is the next best thing to having them with me, I never worry that they won’t be loved while I’m gone. Thank you 🙏🐶

This service has been great. Our girl never did well in boarding and when we heard about HoD we figured we would try them. We got daily updates and photos at every appointment, they took her for walks, played with her in the yard and in the house, gave her whatever supplements we left and gave her treats. They also respected our home and our pup, made sure doors were locked and alarm was on after every appointment. We have cameras and were able to see them treating our pup so well. We will be using them again and we will surely be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you to all the walker’s (Jillian, Kiki, Lizzie, Rae, Karolyne, and a gentleman whose name is unknown to me) who gave our girl love while we were away. Money well spent for peace of mind.

My Dog Zoey loves Harley, she gets so excited when it's walking time with Hooman on Demand. The hoomans are very responsible, on time and always respond quickly whenever there are any changes in the reservation.

I know my dog is in great hands with Hooman on Demand. My dog is soooo incredibly happy to see them. This is the only place I trust to take care of my dog. They give immediate feedback of how the visit went, feed her and give her tons of pets. They also take adorable, high quality pictures of my dog during the visit which is automatically posted to the app after. It’s so nice to go on a vacation with peace of mind knowing the puppers is in excellent hands.

We were in Raleigh for a wedding and needed someone to come to our hotel for a few nights to walk and feed our dog, Lulu. Anna accommodated us, came over beforehand to meet her, and gave her great love and attention, updating us the entire time and sending pics. Highly recommend them!

We used Fetch to watch our dogs while we were doing some traveling. It was just the service we have been looking for! Anna came over about a week before we left and met our pups. She took diligent notes on their routine and got to know our dogs a bit before actually caring for them. We chose to use the ‘Almost Overnight’ service and the week we were gone went so smoothly. Anna and her colleague, Chelsea, did an amazing job. They were always on time, super communicative and sent us great updates, including lots of pictures! It really allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our trip knowing our pups were in such good hands. We will certainly be using Fetch in the future and look forward to having Anna and her team care for our dogs.

We recently left town to visit family and used Fetch! to care for our two needy cats. Usually, we take the cats with us, but decided to try a sitter this time to reduce the cats' (and our) stress. The staff at Fetch were very helpful and assisted us in finding the best options for coverage for our cats. Our sitter, Hazel, was wonderful! She took excellent care of the cats while also sending photo and text updates at each visit. We are very thankful for their services and will absolutely use Fetch! again for future travels!

Fetch provides a fabulous service. Everything from scheduling to billing is as easy as can be. Our petsitter (Jennifer) takes great care of our dogs and house while we're away and always goes the extra mile - like being sure I leave out towels if it's going to rain so she can clean the dogs' feet before they come inside. I also really appreciate that she messages me while we're away so I know how things are going. You can tell she really loves our dogs, and they love her too!

I needed a sitter to check in on my kitty while I was on an away rotation in September. Emily and Mary took such great care of my cat! They sent me updates when they visited my place and I knew he was very well cared for. Fetch was very easy to schedule and they accommodated an extra date when I had to stay away from home unexpectedly. I loved Fetch and would certainly use again!

Our experience with Fetch was great. The only concern we had was, this was our first time with Fetch. But with that quickly settled, Jennifer James was wonderful, the dogs took to her very quickly. I've used Fetch! Roughly 5-7 times in the last 1.5 yrs. First at our rental home, and now at our new home. Almost every time I've booked, it's been last minute, including the first time. The owner was extremely accommodating and kind, ensuring the sitter met with us ahead of time and we felt comfortable. I've been impressed every time since. Both sitters have been so sweet and made me feel awesome leaving our girls home. I've done the pet resorts in the past. Not only are they twice as expensive, but my girls were not happy there. They are comfortable hanging on the couch at home. The sitters have all given updates and pictures with each visit. I feel 100% comfortable with them in my home. I don't hesitate to leave them at all anymore, makes it easier to visit family on a whim overnight!

Coco and Max had the pleasure of spending time with Kayley while we were out to town and she was AMAZING. We have one dog that is kind of skittish and one that can be a little aggressive. She quickly mastered both personalities and was able to provide great care for each which I’m sure was not easy! She sent pictures after each visit which put our minds and hearts at ease. She recognized other needs and , without being asked, brought in the mail and took the garbage to the curb. I would recommend her 1000 times over and over. She went above and beyond to meet the needs of each dog and those of the humans as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Fetch Pet Care really came through for me when I needed a sitter around the holidays on short notice. I got a great sitter who took my dog out not only for a short walk around the block, but played fetch with him and gave him the attention he needed. She sent me an update every time she visited him, telling me how everything went, and did exactly what I had asked. I was really happy with the service. I will definitely recommend Fetch! I almost forgot to add that they were very quick and responsive via email to set things up and answer my questions. I didn't wait forever to get a response. A+ customer service.

This was my first time hiring a pet sitter that wasn’t just a friend doing us a favor. I was anxious leaving my cats with a stranger, but it ended up being one of the best decisions I made for my trip. They scheduled a meet and greet consultation before I left and that’s how I met Savannah. She was absolutely incredible with my kitties. She sent daily updates via email with a detailed report that included tons of pictures and videos, managed to tackle the unique and challenging feeding needs for each of the cats, give my asthmatic kitty his inhaler, play with the cats, clean the litter, water my plants, and she even checked my mailbox and brought my packages upstairs. I have cameras in my home to keep an eye on the cats when I’m away, so I was able to see how great she was with the kitties and how much the cats enjoyed seeing her when she was around. Savannah brought me so much comfort knowing my cats had a friend to care for them while I was on vacation. I will be using this service for all of my future pet-sitting needs!!

Raleigh Pet Sitters is very organized and do a good job. They have been in business a long time which is why I don't worry about them entering my home when I'm away. I use them for vacation pet sitting, and they will do house-sitting tasks as well like watering plants, bringing in mail, and rotating lights. We have been boarding with Lynn for over a year and are so fortunate to have found her! Our fur baby comes home after spending time with Lynn and it’s like she was never away from home. Lynn had been supporting our family for over 5 years and has taken care of 3 of our 4 legged golden retriever children. Although a long-time Raleigh resident and dog owner, until May, 2023 I had never used a pet sitter, and it took me a considerable amount of time, online research, and several extensive interviews before I was fortunate to find Lynn's Compassionate Pet Care. And while my pet care needs were not for the typical reason of vacation travel, but rather due to a scheduled surgical procedure and post-op recovery at home, my experience offers an especially accurate assessment of this professional's level of expertise, since I was present during all of her visits! Moreover, having two adult Salukis not at ease with unknown humans and requiring considerably more daily exercise than the average family pet (they are known as THE athletes of the canine world), I had ruled out several perspective pet-sitting companies before interviewing Lynn, who was the only candidate who understood that if a sighthound manages to get loose, chances are slim that it will survive automobile traffic due to its speed and desire to chase small wildlife. Her rapport with my two aloof girls was miraculous, and there was never any doubt that they were safe in her care. It is no exaggeration to say that I would have cancelled my surgery if not for Lynn's Compassionate Care!

We have had Lynn care for our three cats several times. She is professional, trustworthy, caring, and goes above and beyond. We were able to be away from home without worry. Lynn spent time playing with and grooming them. We received updates and photos every visit. Lynn also was able to give our diabetic cat insulin injections. We couldn’t be happier with her services, and highly recommend her.

I have two dogs, one of which is a chihuahua who can be very nervous with new people/unfamiliar surroundings. They have stayed with Lynn multiple times and she is top notch. Safe to say he does not do well in boarding at the vet or pet hotel. I trust her with my dogs 100%. My chi does great with her, She goes above and beyond - they get loved on and played with the whole time, after drop off she sits with them/loves on them to help them get comfortable after you leave, I get picture updates this whole time. It’s so worth it knowing they are well taken care of in a loving home while I’m gone and she does and amazing job. 100% recommend!

Lynn has been my beloved pet sitter for two years, but she is so much more than a pet sitter to me and my cherished Australian Cattle Dog, Arwen. She is a true friend and beautiful person in all ways. (Lynn came to comfort me the night I had to say goodbye to my best boy Merlin, my once-in-a-lifetime Australian Cattle Dog she also cared for until his death.) Lynn makes communication a priority, and her pictures and updates really ease my mind when I have to be away from my dear girl. Lynn helped raise and train Arwen as a puppy and continues to love her through daycare services and boarding on the rare occasions I can bring myself to be away from her. 😆 I can't imagine trusting my girl with anyone else.

Kato and her team did a very thorough job learning about our cat's needs and preferences before our trip. This attention to detail paid off, as our pet sitters Ginny and Becca both went above and beyond in taking care of our little Hazel. They sent us a detailed summary of their visits twice daily, including several photos and amusing anecdotes. In addition, they took care of our home while we were away, took out trash, collected mail, etc. We would not hesitate in recommending Bone-A-Fide to any pet owner!

If I could give them ten stars, I would! Kato and the team helped take care of my cat during many trips over a span of three years, and I can say with confidence they are the best of the best! We have been using Bone-A-Fide Pet Care for overnight pet sitting and daily care for over a year now. Our fur baby, Lucy, is 14 years old and the care given to her has far exceeded our expectations. We have used Bone-A-Fide for bi-weekly dog walks for 7+ years. First for one dog, then with several fosters, and finally with the addition of our 2nd dog. They have always been very responsive and attentive to our dogs’ needs. They have worked with us through training challenges, occasional illness, extreme weather and even the pandemic! After each walk, we always get a full report – with photos, and it’s obvious that the dog walkers really care. Our dogs LOVE their dog walker – and we trust her implicitly. Highly recommend!

I am new to BoneAFide and a new cat person. They took wonderful care of Taco Cat while we were away! The daily update with pictures was perfect and Taco was happy as can be when we returned. BoneAFide pet care is perfect for the week long pet care with easy scheduling online. Hillary easily won over Taco’s heart and they were playing together in no time. Bone A Fide was amazing. They did a great job of giving us daily updates as well as pics. The portal and app they use are fairly easy to use as well. Each of our pets (4 bunnies) was just as healthy and happy as we had left the. I really appreciate the care that was taken of our pets, our property, and the pet's areas. I wish my dog was as happy to see me when I get home from work as he is to walk in the door here for daycare! His his excitement when he arrives says it all; this place is great! They know my dog by name, and he always leave a happy, tired boy at the end of the day. Highly recommend! My only wish is that they opened a little earlier, like 7:30a, and had weekend hours, because sometimes my husband and I both work on the weekends. But hey, as long as this place keeps my dog happy, we will keep bringing him!

I have been taking my 8-year-old greyhound mix Harry to PDO for almost his entire life. We had a few breaks because I moved but then moved back to Raleigh. This place is amazing. He gets excited every time we arrive at the location and cannot wait to go in and hang out with the staff. Some of the staff has watched my dog, Harry grow up. They treat my dog like their own. I am so grateful to have a safe place to take my best friend when I need help. PDO has helped me so much in caring for my dog, Harry over the years. highly recommend!

We put our puppy in Pup's Day Out for daycare when she was six months old because we wanted her to be properly socialized. She loves going so much that we've kept taking her to daycare for the past 3 years! Our dog loves the staff, and the owner and manager are always super helpful and friendly. They go to great lengths to make sure all the dogs are up to date on shots and and it's a safe, clean environment. Our dog is totally exhausted when we pick her up. It's the best doggie daycare in the triangle and we 100% recommend!!!

Absolutely awesome doggy day care! They best part of Pup's Day Out is they DO NOT have a crate policy. It is very hard to find a day care in this area that does not crate/kennel your dog for 2 hours a day. If I wanted my dogs crated I would have left them home! The staff are always very pleasant and my girls are good and tired when I pick them up. This is the only doggy day care I trust to take care of my girls while I am away. Keep up the good work!

I've been taking my older bully breed to this location for grooming the last 3 years. I've never had a bad experience and I've always been impressed with the staff's sincerity and kindness. My dog didn't pass the temper test for doggy day care (aggressive play), but the manner in which they informed me was very professional. I wasn't 'put off' and inquired on other services. I didn't know they had grooming. After his first visit I realized his previous groomer was not as good as I thought. I do see very happy dog owners picking up their dogs every time I visit.

We love Pup's Day Out. My Shar Pei has been going there on a daily basis (mid week) for 3 years and we've used their boarding services and grooming services on and off during that time too. So in the 1,000+ days she's been there, we've never had any issues or incidents. I have a few friends that also use the facility with no issues whatsoever. I like that the dogs have their own stalls and are not crated for boarding. I really love the staff there and they treat my dog as their own. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for dog care or boarding. I'm very surprised to see any negative reviews here, they seem to stem predominately from users who have dogs with behavioral issues.

the first time that I went to this place, the services were good. I had my dogs groomed and they did a good job. The last time I brought my dogs in to be groomed I got them back and noticed that the next day there was blood all over the floor that looked like my dog paw prints. I discovered that both dogs had raw and bloody skin in between their pads and all over both feet. It is now a week later and one of my dogs still has this issue. The other issue I have is that one of the dogs also broke out with a huge, pusy sore on the side of her neck, face and ear. She is at the vet today; I tried over the counter medications and apparently it will need antibiotics and needs medication that is stronger than I can purchase. These issues didn't happen until I brought my dogs to this facility this time and I have had luck in the past. Maybe I got a bad person? Not sure, I just wanted to put my bad experience out there as far as grooming goes. They could be great when it comes to the daycare option. I have emailed the company to let them know in hopes that they will take care of these issues for their other clients. As a side note, I emailed Pup's Day Out personally before posting this review to let them know about the services received and I guess hoped they would make it right however they didn't bother to respond.

The crew at Pup's Day Out always do such a nice job with grooming and my pup comes out so happy and looking great! By far the best value and quality services when it comes to bathing and nail clipping. The staff is also so friendly and I know my dog is well taken care of while he's there. Thank you!

I knew this was a good place as soon as I saw my dog's reaction the second time I left him for boarding. My dog has never liked staying at boarding places. He would always try to follow me out the door when I left and would never want to go with staff. The first time I left him at pups day out he acted the same way. Which I figured he would since he had never been there. However, the second time I left him there he immediately went to the staff, tail wagging, and didn't even look back at me! I knew then I found a great place. The staff are incredibly friendly and you can tell that they care for the dogs as if they were family. I would definitely recommend this place.

The groomer here is amazing! She really makes the best out of any condition you bring your pet in or request for style. When I pick my pups up, they’re excited but not anxious, and that gives us a huge piece of mind. Highly recommend.

I took my small dog to the dog park on a Monday and there were more medium/large dogs than small dogs. However, all of the dogs are gentle and I did not see any aggression at all. Although my dog didn’t play much but it was still nice to expose him to all this environment. They have WiFi and I worked a bit while my pup being distracted, it was a win/win situation. Love the bartender there! I will definitely come again.

The experience provided by West Street is unmatched by any other doggie spot. I absolutely love taking my yellow lab to West Street. The staff are all extremely kind and polite. They treat your animal like its their own. They go above and beyond to make sure you and your pet are happy with their services. I love the bar on the dog park side, the drinks are excellent and it's a really friendly environment where everyone knows everyones name. I even brought my mom, and we sat and had coffee on our once a week coffee meet-up. It's a great place , and even though I moved out of he neighborhood , I still travel to West Park. My Bennett absolutely loves the friends he's made.

I loved this place more than my dog— he was a little shy and the space to run around is a little on the small side, so he Mostly hung around the tables and chairs with me, while I enjoyed whatever drinks were on special that night and watched dogs frolic and play. If we had one of these in my town I’d be there every day. Very clean, well run, and great vaccine/safety policies. I loved our visits!

This place is excellent, staff is so friendly, helpful and really helps the dogs and owners while at the park. Would highly recommend.

Have been here for non-private events and a bunch of private events. Great time, always. Fantastic place to let your dogs have a good time around other well-behaved and vaccinated dogs. Drinks are priced well for downtown Raleigh. Can't go wrong with the daily specials.

This is a great concept! They had some good craft cocktail options and the staff was really friendly. We brought our dog with us but stayed in the front bar with her. We were informed that she would hand to become a West Street Dog member in order to play in the back. To be honest, we really didn't like that she couldn't go back and play in the open area because we didn't have a ton of paperwork for her. Probably great for people who live downtown and don't have access to the many open dog parks that we do without all the required paperwork.

Update Always had a good time while visiting the dog park but recently tried boarding my pup for the first time. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience and due to (admitted) negligence my pup didn't use the bathroom for 24 hours and ended up with a UTI and a vet bill. Original Review Great place for pups and humans alike! Great staff, reasonably priced drinks (full bar), and the pup has a blast. Especially great on cold or rainy days as it's fully inside and climate controlled. They always have attendants on duty helping owners keep an eye on the pups. We've been coming here regularly since it opened and have never seen or had any issues.

This place is amazing and so needed in Raleigh! The place space is relatively small, but for being an indoor space that is very air conditioned, it's everything even my large 90 pound dog needs! It's worth reading through the website to be clear on everything you need to start, like uploading immunization records, general agreements, and rules. Everything including payment can be done through the app. I expected it to smell, but I was surprised that it was just a mild 'dogs are playing in here' smell, and I still happily sipped my cider while watching my dog play. They have a staff member watching at all times, immediately hosing down any spot that was soiled, and that helps a ton. They have games at the bar, cocktails, beer, soda, and non alcoholic mocktails. There are tables and chairs surrounding the green play area that are actually comfortable, and high bar tables where some people were on their laptops. This place is great for socializing or even getting work done while your dog plays and gets tired out. I'm so excited it's here and I'll be back a ton, especially during summer!!

West Street is absolutely AMAZING. My dog was so nervous when we first started going but the staff has been wonderful and loving. They helped her come out of her shell and now she has so much fun during park hours and at daycare. The staff knows and loves every dog that walks through the doors. When I go out of town, I will board her with no hesitation. We both love it here.

We’ve been coming here since it opened and we LOVE IT! The whole concept of an indoor dog park/bar is amazing! The “bouncers” (that’s what we call the staff who make sure the pups are playing nicely) do an awesome job! You can tell they really love dogs. We hope West Street Dog stays open furever (you see what I did there? ;)

Immediate response from the owner when we inquired about pet sitting. Very evident that they love animals. Easy to set up an account for their many services. Ark Angels treat your family as their own. Also provide medication administration if your pet requires it. Highly recommend.

I have been using Ark Angels pet care services for a few months now and it has been wonderful. Nadia and our dog walker Michele are very responsive and listened/met to our needs. I can easily contact them and get a quick response. As for Michele, she is absolutely the best. I have complete piece of mind knowing she will take great care of our pups. She is very considerate, and always keeps us updated.

I have always had a great experience with Ark Angels! They respond to my requests immediately and I feel at ease being away from home when they are watching my pets. I love that they will bring in my mail & water plants as well! They take the time to not only clean up after and feed my two cats and dog, but they spend time with them so they're not so lonely when I'm away! Highly recommend Ark Angels Pet Care for your pet-sitting needs! We have 2 cats and have used the service on multiple occasions, with one of the fantastic pet-sitters, Jennifer, coming to our home to take care of our fur babies. They are trustworthy, our cats LOVED Jennifer, she always provided us with daily updates via text so we knew how the cats were doing, and provided an information sheet for when we arrived home with detail from each day we were away. She spent time with our cats ensuring they not only were fed and litter boxes cleaned, but she played with them, brushed them, gave them treats... some nice TLC they needed while we were away. I never felt concerned when Jennifer was watching our cats. Ark Angels Pet Care is professional, caring, punctual, and I have absolutely zero complaints! Nancy, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and super responsive, as well!

I love Ark Angels Pet Care ! My sitter is so good with our pets ! She even spends extra time with our older dog who needs a little help getting up and down the stairs. She sends us pictures and text updates to let us know how they're all doing . And when we got delayed on our return she responded immediately to our request to add on visits. These folks are professional and our pets adore our sitter!

Our experience with Ark Angels Pet Care was great and our two kitties were taken care of very well. The process was smooth and their staff was very prompt with scheduling and organizing around our ten-day vacation. While on vacation, they sent daily pictures and videos of our cats which we looked forward to every day. When we came back the litter was cleaned, water was full, and food bowls were clean too. For two cats it came out to ~$20/day which I thought was reasonable. While I can't speak re: dog-sitting, we would definitely recommend this pet sitting service for any cat-owner. In fact, we will be using their service again for an upcoming 5-day camping trip.

A great service! I recently had Holly look over my four rats while I was out of town. Holly provided me with daily updates and was excellent at following the care instructions I provided. Very professional service. We were referred by a coworker of mine to take care of our cats and they went above and beyond to follow all of our detailed instructions and even send me updates and pictures of our cats every visit! They also kept our apartment clean from litter and did some extra things to make our cats as comfortable as possible.

This is the second time they commit a “human error” for scheduling and even had the audacity to still want to charge me for THEIR error both times! I scheduled my dog for grooming 4 days prior to her scheduled day. They weren’t able to pull up my account profile but that employee stated that they remembered who my dog was and they claimed they would ensure my dog was in the books for grooming. When I arrive for drop off, I spoke with an associate named Ashley and specified that I am here to drop off my dog for GROOMING. She said “ok, we will be right out.” There wasn’t any communication on their part that my dog was in the system as daycare. So to my surprise when I go pick her up and call the curbside number they tell me “will will just be charging you for a half day.” And I’m confused at that point, knowing that I specifically said grooming services both when I called to make the appointment AND at drop off. A manager—the owners daughter, then comes out and seems apologetic about the situation but still wanted to charge me for the service my dog received. She goes back and forth about the charges and I state, “how does this fall on me when you claim it’s a mistake on y’all’s system? That doesn’t make any sense and I shouldn’t be charged for a service I didn’t consent to.” She then stated that she never said it fell on me but still implied that I would be charged for the service. I stood my ground and reiterated as the client that I shouldn’t be made responsible for THEIR error. The manager, stated “I won’t charge you this time but if this happens again I will have to charge you. We have a lot of new people who aren’t the best communicators. I’m sorry but this is a human error. I’m sorry if you’re upset but I will make it right for you this time.” That whole interaction felt borderline apologetic and hostile. Will not be taking my dog back here for any further services. I really liked this place for my pet but the last few interactions have not been focused on customer satisfaction— poor communication between staff/clients, poor conflict resolution with word choices (making customers feel like they should still pay for a service they didn’t agree to), etc. Serving customers is one of the most important aspects of running a business because customers help keep a business operating. A dedication to serving customers can help establish trust and loyalty, which may increase profitability and brand awareness.

I can’t say enough good things about Dog Gone Happy! The staff is amazing!! Every single person that works there is a phenomenal human being that truly loves the doggos in their care. Our German Shepherd, Levi, has been going to doggy daycare at DGH a few times a week for almost a year. He’s anxious and a bit reactive with other dogs so he doesn’t do group play but the staff does individual play with him. Levi gets so much attention and love from everyone there. Levi gets boarded at DGH too; he was just there for 9 days while we were out of town. I didn’t worry about him while we were gone because I knew he was well taken care of. We also utilize DGH’s spa services. It saves us so much time booking him for a bath and nail trim while he’s already there for daycare or boarding and their prices are competitive. We love getting the occasional photo of him; you can see how much he is enjoying himself.

This is the kindest and most wonderful place to bring your pup for unconditional love! Every team member is so knowledgeable, attentive, and treats my boy Hank with such care and affection. Hank would leap out of the car with his tail wagging as soon as I parked in their parking lot! They are experts in my dog's anxious temperament and give him individual attention since he was too nervous to play with other dogs. This type of dedicated care for nervous dogs is, understandably, pretty difficult to find. I've been a customer here for years but had to pause after being laid off from my job in Raleigh. The owners brought me to tears with their kindness and understanding, and I can't wait to bring him back. (Hank can't wait either!) Do yourself and your pups a favor and bring them to the most nurturing environment with the best staff you could ever ask for. We miss you, Dog Gone Happy Team, and we'll see you soon!

I absolutely love dog gone happy. My dog is a very anxious dog and sadly can’t be around other big puppies but he gets lots of love from everybody there. I found this place at the last minute when my old boarding place couldn’t take my Pluto boy in. Pluto is definitely my heart/soul dog I got him when I was 19 and they put up with me when I call to check up on him, I am definitely becoming a helicopter dog mom🤦‍♀️.

Best daycare ever!!! Kodi has been going here since he was 3 months old. He is the happiest dog when he knows he's going to "school". He knows exactly where he's going right when we get off the exit. The employees all love him like their own. He doesn't even want to leave when I get there to pick him up. The reviews (1 star) are all written on the same day and they try to say the facility is dirty and smells. Those reviews are all LIES. They clean non-stop. If it smells like anything, it smells like cleaner. The boarding suites are wonderful. If the pictures below don't show how much my boy loves this place I don't know what will convince you. He is 2 and 1/2 years old and he cannot imagine not going to see all his dog friends every week (at least 2 times a week). Thank you for always taking such great care of my Bear!

10 STARS!!! Incredible staff always go above and beyond for your furry friend. My dog absolutely loves it and can’t get enough- starts barking when I pull into the parking lot! We’ve used DGH for both doggie daycare and boarding and I can promise you that you can leave your doggos in the care of these wonderful people and not have to worry about a thing.

Best dog daycare and boarding available in Raleigh!! Staff is wonderful!!! They are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I love getting updates while I am away! LuLu is loved and well taken care of without a worry at all. The staff spend time with LuLu and love her very much. They are extremely kind and always have amazing customer service. We used Peak City Puppy during a recent family trip to the beach. Heather took wonderful care of our dogs and cat and provided photos and recaps after each visit. One of our dogs is very nervous when meeting new people but Heather gave her time and space to feel comfortable and gained her trust. Knowing that our fur babies were happy and in great care allowed to have a wonderful and stress-free vacation. We will definitely use Peak City again!

We just used Peak City Puppy for the second time and had another amazing experience. Lauren took care of our 4 year old Golden Retriever and 2 cats… one being an energetic and mischievous kitten. We were gone for 8 days and didn’t have service some of the time, so when we were able we had lovely updates and pics of our pets to catch up on. Lauren not only took care of our pets, but took out the trash and recycling! While we were gone Hurricane Debby came through and Lauren didn’t skip a beat. She had Willow out on her walks and also dried her off (and wasn’t annoyed when she got all goofy during this process lol) It has been so wonderful to have a great person watching our pets while we are gone. Lauren goes above and beyond and makes leaving town much less stressful. I’m also pretty sure Willow was a little depressed when we returned and Lauren wouldn’t be back!

We've been using dog walking services with Peak City Puppy for about a month now 3 days per week and are SO impressed and highly recommend them. We have have two young, large puppies and they love our dog walker, Courtney! One of our dogs is really shy and she's been so wonderful and patient with him and they are now besties :) The whole team is professional, their online portal for scheduling and payment and communication is so easy to use! We couldn't recommend them enough!

I used Peak City Puppy for the first time 2 weeks ago. They were phenomenal! Jenna and Jess were the ladies that took care of my 4 fur babies. From the "meet and greet" to each visit, they were very caring and professional. They let me know when they arrived, when they left, and sent me pictures with updates during each visit. I used the 30 minute visit and the 12 hour overnight since I have a senior dog who needs more care. Jess and Jenna provided the type of excellent care that gave me piece of mind on my trip. I would definitely use them again!

Peak City Puppy did an amazing job caring for our Boston Terrier and 2 cats for 5 days while we were out of town recently. Dwayne, Kristin and Erin treated our fur babies like they were their own. I was so impressed by the detailed updates, messages and pictures that I received after every visit. I love that PCP allows you to customize the timing and duration of visits. It helped our dog tremendously to have Kristin here for a full 2 hours each evening. I will definitely be using PCP for our future animals care needs, I recommend them wholeheartedly!!

We had such a great experience with Peak City Puppy! We were out of town for 2 weeks and needed care for our 2 labs. Angela immediately made us feel comfortable! Our older lab has anxiety issues and had to have unplanned abdominal surgery 2 weeks prior to our trip. Angela was very accommodating and made us feel at ease about leaving her. She sent pictures and videos everyday and it was obvious our puppies were very happy and very well taken care of. We were able to enjoy our trip without one bit of worry! We will definitely use Peak City and Angela again. I would highly recommend for any pet owner!

My first experience with Peak City puppy could not have been any better! I had just rescued a 6 year old American Bulldog when I was called into in-person work for several days. On very short notice, Peak City Puppy was able to match me with an in-their-home pet sitter for those days with morning drop-off and evening pick-up. I offered to pay the overnight rate since this was a custom request. My new pup got along great with the sitter’s other two dogs and didn’t want to leave each evening. They took such good care of him and provided updated with pictures throughout each day. It was just a wonderful experience and they alleviated any anxiety I had about leaving a dog who was just beginning to adjust to a new life outside of the rescue environment. They will be my choice next time, no question. I highly recommend Peak City Puppy and their pet sitting services!
