All Around Hound is amazing! I travel frequently for work, and they always take great care of my two energetic dogs. The staff is incredibly patient and caring, especially since my two 90-pound pups can be reactive in some situations. They go above and beyond to ensure both my dogs and I feel safe and comfortable. I can’t recommend this place and its team enough!

My dogs love being a part of the All Around Hound family!! They always come home from daycare completely tuckered out - I love reading their report cards to see how they spent their day. The groomer at All Around Hound is fantastic! She is so patient with reactive dogs, and does an amazing job even if they’re squirmy. My doodles and schnauzer mix always come home looking fabulous and smelling great! Photo of them after grooming included for cute factor.

Peanut has been going to All Around Hound for daycare, boarding, grooming and training for almost four years. Everyone there is great with her and they are great with their human clients too. She usually drags me through the door when we arrive in the morning and has her ritual seat on the green bench for a treat when I pick her up. I never worry about her when I leave her with them and she always comes home happy. Their love for animals is obvious every day and in their work with Through Your Pets Eyes Rescue.

Absolutely LOVE the staff at All Around Hound!! They have become a second family for our miniature pinscher, Hugo. We have been bringing him there since he was 10 weeks old and he is now 1.5 yrs old. I would like to especially call out Paige, she has so much patience and love for all of the dogs that enter the facility, specifically working with Hugo; he is quite shy and reactive but she works wonders with him and he is always very excited to see her in the mornings. They are a fear-free, science-based training facility that also does daycare and boarding. We've had Hugo there for daycare as well as boarding and we will always continue to send him there. We also refer any friends or family members who have dogs and are looking for wonderful care. All Around Hound also sends photo updates and readily answers any questions that you may have regarding your pet or their services. Our family loves you All Around Hound.

Amazing!!! We stumbled on All Around Hound and could not be happier. Thor absolutely loves going to daycare. He goes 2 days a week and is mad at me on the days I do not take him. You can tell the staff totally enjoy what they do. They are so good with the pups and provide a lot of personal attention. Would not even hesitate to recommend them!! Think the look on his face says it all. Wanted to add to my previous review. Still five stars, super impressed with the care and attention the pups well being. Staff is amazing. Thor has now stayed in their VIP room, amazing!! A private room with all the amenities, personal toys, couches, radio , raised dog dishes, and special treats. Best part is they still get to be a part of the daycare, but can then retire to their private place!! Well worth the little bit extra, oh and of course extra snuggles from staff who are on site 24/7!! Check it out!!

All around hound is an amazing place with amazing staff. I found my sweet little baby Kiki there, after i took her home i kept bringing her there for daycare because she loved the staff so much and they clearly loved her. My pup holds a special place in her heart for the staff, especially Sam and Paige. Sam helped my little rescue baby grow into a beautiful confident little girl, who is no longer scared of people! Kelsey the owner of the place is amazing, even though its her business shes extremely interactive with the dogs and clients. Shes always playing with the dogs there or cuddling them, shes not the typical business owner. The place is well organized, my pup always comes home with everything i drop her off with, accept for treats of course! The growth this place has given my dog i will always be appreciative for, because of all around hound i have the perfect doggo.

We have been taking our whippet Sloane to AAH for almost a year now for half day daycare 3 times a week. We love the staff and how friendly they are at drop off and pick up! They have worked with her on crate training and isolation training throughout her days with lots of treats! She always comes home clean and sleepy from lots of snuggles and playtime. We love the daily report cards and pictures that shows who her playtime pals are! We also signed up to the beginner flyball course and loved it so much we are now part of the team which is a lot of fun!

I brought my golden retriever puppy for day training with Sam, and then began doing daycare as well and I could not be more thrilled with how my puppy is doing. Sam is incredible, knowledgeable & personable. She makes you feel so comfortable and hopeful! She has laid such an amazing foundation for our puppy and we are so happy. All of the staff that I’ve met at the front desk are beyond friendly & my puppy just adores them. There isn’t a single person at this facility that isn’t lovely!

My dog absolutely loves going to All Around Hound!! I first brought Caine in for training back in October 2023. Sam was so great with both Caine and I and the results were excellent! I signed Caine up for daycare to be sure he was well socialized. Again, the results have been excellent. He loves all people and dogs. It is truly worry free bringing him because they all treat him like part of their own family. He even gets cuddle time when he needs it. I have never felt comfortable leaving my dogs with anyone but with All Around Hound I would not hesitate to utilize any of their services or to leave him over night if I needed to. I can't thank All Around Hound enough, the peace of mind when bringing him there is truly priceless ❤️ 🐾

This place is stellar! They take photos of the dogs through the day, post them on social media, and send you a report card for the end of your dog’s visit! The report card shares their bathroom etiquette, who they played with, and has a short description of their day. Also boarding here was seemless! A tired dog falls asleep on the car ride home and he does so after every stay with All Around Hound. 10/10

I can't say enough about Brigitte, Barbara, and the whole team at Steel House! The environment they have created is so warm and welcoming, and they've been so kind to us and our pup, Tidbit, that I can't imagine leaving her anywhere else. The facility is fantastic, and when she is boarded we get regular pictures to keep us connected. I know it's a great place because Tidbit is just as excited to be dropped off as she is to be picked up!

Steel House Doggie Daycare is the best around - Poppi has been going to daycare since they first opened in 2019 and she loves it there. Bridgett and Barb are the best daycare masters! Poppi can't wait to go to daycare once a week and when I drop her off she is the happiest fur-babes for the day! Thank you Steel House Doggie Daycare for looking after our fur-babes as their own. Love this daycare soooo much <3

Best doggy daycare. So much space for fun, socialization and exercise. A great group of littles. Bridget is the incredible. She loves our pups like they are her own.

I was initially hesitant to bring my two dogs to daycare strictly because they're both very nervous & required a bit more attention. But then I ran across a post on a group that I'm in recommending this daycare stating that the owner was very nice, she cared, she took time with your dogs & that it was only for small dogs. Well, it's been a few months since my dogs have attended this daycare, and I can't recommend this place enough. It's to the point where both my dogs are SO excited to go to daycare. They run in to greet Bridget and any of her other helpers. They're not so skiddish anymore. They have so much room to run around. They honestly love it there. To top it all off, to show their thanks (the daycares), they do the cutest little photoshoot of your dogs!

At the steel house They truly love all the dogs and it shows! My pup absolutely loves playing with her friends here and we are so thankful to have a fun safe place for Boo to socialize and burn some energy!!

Steel House Doggy Daycare is an amazing daycare. It has a large, spotless area inside and a huge yard for the puppies (all small breeds) to play, socialize and run around. Bridget and Barb love all the dogs like they are their own. Our Murphy cannot wait to get out of the car when we arrive. He is so happy when I say we are going to daycare. I highly recommend this doggy daycare. It's the best!!

We love this daycare! Truffles is very shy and hesitant around other dogs including her own size and coming to this daycare once a week has helped her get the socialization she needs. Bridget and Barb are amazing and are always easy to reach. We have done daycare and boarding with them and had amazing experiences!!! :) Bridget (owner) gave us amazing updates of Truffles during boarding which helped ease our worries for trying out boarding for the first time! Truffles loves coming here every week! :)

We chose Steel House Doggy Daycare to have a home away from home for our pup Beau. We never felt comfortable leaving him with anyone other than family, but Bridget and Barb are very attentive to every dog there. We know Beau is supervised at all times and he loves when he gets to spend the day there with all his furry buddies. He gets so excited when we get close to the Steel House, he can’t get in fast enough! The facility is spotless, they are immediately on top of any clean up duties! We used their boarding service as well when we went on vacation and we felt very comfortable doing so, Beau even gets to sleep in a bed which is just like home. This is the first and only doggy daycare we have used and we highly recommend it!

This is definitely the best doggy daycare out there. My dog is shy and gets nervous of new people/places. He warmed up to this daycare and Bridgette & Barb so quickly. Now he gets super excited anytime I drop him off. He loves them and all his doggy friends. I love how it’s a daycare for small dogs. They get so much space for them all and all the love!! Highly recommend.

Our Maltese puppy has been coming to the Steel House weekly for the past 6 months now. We simply cannot overstate how impressed we are with the people who own and operate this facility, as well as the facility itself. Our puppy absolutely loves coming here and has an incredible amount of fun all day long with the other dogs, which is evidenced by the fact that she sleeps all evening after being here. Brigette and Barb are amazing with all the dogs. We highly highly recommend the Steel House Doggy Daycare.

I brought my dog to Sturgeon County Kennels after having evacuated due to wildfires in the Northwest Territories. The staff was so kind and understanding. They sent me updates on how my pup was doing and I know she had a good time. It was so great knowing my giant puppy would have other large dogs to play with. I appreciate everything they did for me and my dog during an extremely stressful time.

We have used them a few times with zero issues. Our dog got sick after pick up and the staff were very helpful answered any questions the owner Mark even paid the entire vet Bill no questions asked. This is a great Kennel and the customer service top notch. They all truly cared about my dog and the experience was great we will only use this kennel. Dog is doing well sickness was not caused by anything the kennel could control.

Stacey and her team performed the impossible. They went above and beyond to help us by caring for our dogs during a family emergency. I cannot thank her and her team enough looking after our pups and taking a huge strain off our family. We are deeply appreciative (and our dogs absolutely love staying there!).

This review is solely based on the visit unrelated to pet boarding but rather an event they were hosting for animal rescue that I volunteer for. From the start to finish their staff was extremely friendly towards us and our fosters. They provided everything that made a day very enjoyable from great environment, food, drinks, snacks... Based on this, if I had to choose a kennel for the pet, SCK would definitely be on the list of favorites.

They took an order from me after an upsetting visit to the local vet. They called, like they said they would, when the order was ready. They are easy to find as there is a large blue highways sign west of Bon Accord at the turnoff. Lots of parking area and it is easy to navigate to their office. As first time pet parents (and first time going away since getting our pup) it was a little nerve-wracking to leave our pup with strangers. But the staff here made us feel warm, welcome, and soothed our anxiety about leaving. Murphy absolutely loved his time here, and even slept all the way home. They're knowledgeable about animals and the toys they sell in their shop. We and Murphy will be back again in the future. Thank you for the amazing care you gave him.

I have never left my pets with anyone before and was very leery from stories I have heard. I did a walk through with Sue and my Buddy dog fell in love. Now if I have to leave town for a day or two or even a couple weeks, I get pictures and videos and updates on my boy as much as I want. Fantastic facility I would recommend to anyone.

We absolutely love Sturgeon County Kennels. Our dog Buck has so much fun. All the staff are so friendly, and you just know your dogs are getting so much care an attention. The facility is nice, clean and spacious. Seriously the only kennel we will ever use. Love you guys!

This a great kennel, run my very nice people! We had our two dogs stay there for two weeks and not only are their rates reasonable but the facility is clean and welcoming. We got a full report on the goings on with our dogs when we picked them up (our dogs argue a little lol) and they were given all the love and attention I would wish for them to have in my absence.

Bonnie and her fam are amazing! We had to find accommodations for our Bernedoodle while we were away and Rentz and Rover came highly recommended. Our dog was well taken care of and Bonnie had amazing patience with her. Communication is top notch and I can see why it’s such a highly rated company! Bonnie is a pleasure to work with! We booked Rentz & Rover to check on our two dogs in our house while we got married. The fact that we could enjoy our day and not worry about our girls was priceless. She made sure that both dogs were comfortable with her by coming over to introduce herself before starting the check-in service, which put us at ease leading up to the day. Our dogs loved her company and she even sent us photos and updates on them! We would highly recommend Rentz & Rover and will be using them again in the future!

Bonnie at Rentz & Rover is amazing!! We had her check in on our 2 cats while we were away for 8 days. One cat is younger and a little high maintenance while the other is elderly. She checked in on them daily, fed, watered, cleaned litter and played with them. We got daily updates with photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away! She was organized and got back to us right away when I contacted her. She met with us ahead of time to ensure she could meet the needs of our furry family members. Her costs were reasonable and she is very trustworthy! I would highly recommend her services and we will definitely use her again!!

Just had a Spring Clean up done by Rentz and Rover. Beyond happy with the service I have Received. My back Yard is Spotless 100% Dog Poo free. I booked a bit late in the season and they were more than happy to accommodate us even in the peak of the season. The level of customer service and professionalism is excellent. They respond very quickly to any questions or concerns brought to them. Their rates are very reasonable, and I highly recommend them. We are so lucky to have this Gem of a business in our community. We will Definitely be returning Customers.

Bonnie has looked after out little devil of a pug a few times now. I can’t say enough good things about their services. I worried about leaving him somewhere other than his home when we go away. But Bug is always very happy to go to Bonnie’s home. He prances in tail wiggling happy to see everyone. He comes home tired from playing but happy. We also have had one of Bonnie’s workers stay at our home with him as well. That too was a huge success. I cannot recommend Bonnie and her services enough.

Excellent Care! I've used Rentz & Rover twice and absolutely love that my fur babies are well taken care of while we are gone. The daily updates are so appreciated and it allows my family peace of mind knowing all is good at home while we enjoy being away.

I have used rentz and rover now for the past year. They have come for pet check ins, we've used doggy daycare, I have a wonderful dog walker Jade whom my dog with severe anxiety absolutely loves ❤️. They did yard cleaning for me last week. Absolutely the best services ever!! Highly recommended.

We moved here a few months ago and one of our dogs is special needs( deaf/ blind). Bonnie and Jade have gone above and beyond , they are extremely accommodating. They've made this transition easier on our family as we have full confidence that our special needs dog is well taken care of and walked. Would recommend to anyone!

Let me start by saying this is such an amazing daycare and I am so happy that I was able to squeeze in and get a spot before they started getting so busy!! Which is also awesome by the way, they deserve it🤩 I actually left my former daycare for this one, my dog got sick multiple times at the old daycare with kennel cough, which is unfortunately why I had to leave. Though I will say that they were also a great daycare, they could just improve with some cleanliness procedures. Buuuttt I found this place as a result which is a gift !! The staff is awesome, the owner is very kind and always looking for ways to improve his business. They are accommodating of my crazy crackhead of a dog, and are always happy to cater to any of his needs no matter how picky (he wont eat unless a scoop of pumpkin purée is mixed into his kibble). I don’t know what I would do without them, my dog his such a high energy level that walks just don’t do it for him no matter how long. This is a welcome solution ☺️

Absolutely amazing service!!! Due to the wildfire situation in Jasper I had to find a last minute solution for dog boarding. Their team did not hesitate to help us out and take my dog Remi on board. He’s a very shy Shepard mix and I was nervous about how he would handle a new place but after seeing his daily update pictures I could tell my pup was relaxed, happy and in great hands. Thank you to all the amazing staff here. We will definitely be supporting this business moving forward and I suggest you do too!

My dog has been attending maples since she was a puppy. She goes to daily doggy daycare and sleep overs when I’m out of town. The staff are so friendly, loving and she can’t get out of the car fast enough, she knows when we pull in the parking lot. I love all the great activities they do with the dogs. There’s so much enrichment. It’s great some one is always on site for the overnights. It’s so nice to know while I’m at work she’s having fun, playing, splashing in pools and getting tummy rubs. I highly recommend maples

We've always had a great experience with Maple's, both daycare and boarding. We have never been worried about leaving our dogs. They always come home happy and tired. The staff are well trained and friendly.

My dog Lando has been going since he was 6 months old and loves it! He was a really anxious puppy and is now comfortable playing with all the staff and pups. We appreciate all the Maples staff!

My dog and I adore Maple’s Doghouse! She goes there for daycare and I always feel secure leaving her there. I absolutely love that they go above and beyond to make memories of my dog by doing “class photos” and theme day pictures. The pictures bring me so much joy! I always know the staff genuinely care about the dogs, so I know that she’s in great hands. Plus, their drop off and pick up hours are extremely reasonable! The booking system is easy to use and makes the process very seamless. The best part is my pup is tuckered out for 3-4 days after a day of playing at daycare! It makes everyone much happier in my house, especially on the really cold or really hot days when we can’t be outside as much as we would like.

Maples is such a great place for pups! Our lab absolutely loves going to daycare. She can't get out of the car fast enough when we pull up! The staff are all so lovely, it's clear they really care and enjoy what they do. I always feel confident our dog is in good hands while she's there. They have different areas for different dogs and an outdoor space! Plus, they do super cute themed photoshoots with the dogs, which is just so fun!

Love Maples doghouse!! Our dog Dill has been going there since he was a puppy and he loves it so much! You should see how excited he gets in the car when he realizes we're pulling into the parking lot. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I love how they share photos of the pups playing. Dill always comes home tired and happy. Highly recommend!

Our dog Cash money has been going to Maples for two years now. Twice a week and for overnights when we need. It’s his favourite place! The staff are so friendly and treat him like their own. My favourite is the monthly themed photos they do, we never want to miss those. The videos and pictures they share on their social media’s always brightens my day. Highly recommend this daycare!

We feel so fortunate to have found such a great place to care for our cat and dog when we leave town and can't bring them with us! If you're nervous about leaving them in boarding (as we were the first time), I'd highly recommend asking for a tour of the facilities. Seeing everything put my worry at ease, and we feel confident that they're in good hands at Sublime Cat & Canine! The staff are very friendly, attentive, and communicative. We love that you can get updates about your pet via text. The pricing seems fair, and the booking process (including modifications or cancellations) is very straightforward. Their pick-up/drop-off hours are also very reasonable and relatively flexible.

I was nervous about taking my elderly tiny dog to daycare - she's deaf, a bit frail, and doesn't handle change well. These folks completely assuaged my fears and took great care of my dog for 4 days of overnight boarding. She almost didn't want to go home with me. 😆 I especially loved that they have folks stay overnight with the dogs in the runs and give lots of cuddles, which I know made all the difference in the world to my anxious pup.

We found ourselves needing boarding for our dog for a longer duration than expected , and sublime treated Banjo as their own. We felt like they treated him just like family and we were so pleased with the level of care provided. During his stay he ended up needing a vet visit a few times, and the staff at Sublime helped us find a vet with an open appointment, and they even took him there for us! They texted us updates frequently and always answered our questions quickly. I highly recommend Sublime!! It’s so nice to know we have a second home for our dog if we need one.

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sublime Cat and Canine is Amazing!** We recently boarded both our dog and cat at Sublime Cat and Canine, and they absolutely loved their stay! Our dog is a senior and normally has anxiety, but during their stay, they didn’t show any signs of it, which was such a relief. The staff provided us with constant updates, which really put our minds at ease. Our cat was also groomed during their stay, and we’ve noticed a remarkable difference—no shedding at all! Both pets were so happy and well taken care of that they didn’t even want to leave when we came to pick them up. Our dog especially loved the walks and the fun lick mats they provided. We couldn’t be more pleased with the care they received. We highly recommend Sublime Cat and Canine to anyone looking for a top-notch boarding experience. We’ll definitely be back!

My 1.5 year old dog Gracie loves going to daycare at Sublime. When I drop her off she’s excited and when I pick her up she’s ready for a long nap. The girls who work here are so kind and I feel like they really care about Gracie. The staff are always quick to respond to any questions I have and if I email them during the day to ask how Gracie is doing, they always get back to me quickly. I highly recommend Sublime!

I can't recommend this dog boarding service enough! They took excellent care of my two dogs. I love that they are cage/kennel free and that you can buy add-ons to their services like one on one play time and extra treats. They post throughout the day on facebook so you can always check in on how your pup is doing. My dogs came back happy and well-exercised. A huge thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for them! 🐾❤️

The best care I could possibly expect for our dog Leo. He loves going there almost everyday, even gets excited as we pull up. The staff are all very kind, pleasant and willing to help. Like their tagline says, simply sublime!

I take my two boys here for grooming, and Sarah always does a fabulous job! Our biggest guy, Smokey, is quite sensitive with his nails and ears, but she always handles him with ease. I always get a great follow up from her on how their time was, and they always look adorable! Thank you!!

After - and before pics of my boy Pomeranian Theo 🩵🤍 He came out smiling and I can tell he had a really good experience compared to other groomers that hurry you out the door and meanwhile you’re pup is getting strapped down in the back scared for his life.. this place was the total opposite ! He got to walk around not be caged up , make some new friends . They have amazing services and the groomer they call him the “dog whisperer” he has been cutting for 15 years and you can see the work put in. They even give him some cologne smelling nice and a little bandana I couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to go back there. Definitely recommend ! They also have the cutest harnesses and outfits I will for sure be buying next time . Also first time in you get 10$ off !

About 2 weeks ago, I tried calling to see if I could take my dog to this daycare. Nobody was answering the phone. I tried to go into the daycare to see if I could bring my dog in for daycare, the place smelt really bad. As well as I was waiting for over 10 minutes, and ended up just leaving because I was not trusting my dog there. Edit: Of course you wouldn't have my number from my name. I'm unsure why they have said on multiple reviews questioning if people have the wrong place, there is no way multiple people have gotten the wrong place. Clearly they cannot take criticism.

I can't say enough about The Urban Dog Daycare. My pup has so much fun there and is worn out when he gets home. Friendly and welcoming you feel like family there. I especially like how they post short videos over the day on their Facebook page so you can see the fun the dogs are having. Other than day care they have training courses you can purchase to take with your dog as well as baths, brushing and nail trims you can purchase. They also have flexible packages for duration of time spent and boarding. Monthly draws are fun too. So your pup has a awesome hangout during day.

They changed their business name from Infinite Pawsabilities to Urban Dog Day Care due to negative reviews. It's still the same place and they pay for good reviews now. Look up Infinite Pawsabilities to find out what this business is actually like. They also had 2 month old dog with a 60lb+ dog. First of all, 2 months old should not be at a day care let alone shivering in a corner with a 60lb dog. They should of known this. Not to mention they have an area for hyper dogs that is a SMALL play pen. Any reputable dog day care would know hyper dogs in an enclosed area creates fights. Response to the owner: I luckily went for a tour before signing up my dog. Do you really think I'd take my dog here after what I saw. The name change due to bad reviews is on Google. Same location and everything matches.

This is the second dog that I have been brought h to The Urban Dog. The staff always have gone above to take care of my Dog. Now, I have being bring my new puppy to The Urban Dog for almost a year. We have completed the Puppy Classes and it has done a fantastic job for Cinnamon. The staff has been working with her and I have noticed a big improvement. I can not find words to thank the staff for everything. I have Boarded Cinnamon there a couple of weekends. The staff have talked very good care of her. I was dealing with another Doggy Daycare at first that was not able to handle a high energy puppy. I always was getting a phone calls to pick up my dog because she was “Having a bad day”. We all know that Boxer Dogs are very high energy for the first two years. The staff at The Urban Dog has been working with Cinnamon and I have not receive one call because of a “Bad day”. This shows that Pam and her staff know how to deal with all types of dogs personalities. Thank you everything and I look forward to dealing with The Urban Dog for years to come.

AHH. I can’t express how much gratitude I have for the Urban Dog daycare. Pam and the girls go above and beyond caring for the pups! Not to mention, it is very clean for a doggo daycare! My pup, Blue has been going here since November. Even though, he’s bigger now he’s still respected and exhausted when I pick him up! I know he’s treated well by the staff including the other pups by the excitement he displays when we arrive. I love how they post updates of the doggos on their Facebook page throughout the day. They also provide training, which has done wonders for Blue and I. Definitely recommend this place for training, boarding and daycare!

We have been bringing our pup to Urban Dog for about a year now. We could not be more pleased and impressed with Pam and her team. They treat the pups like family and we always know that our dog is in safe hands for daycare and boarding. Pam was immediately responsive to some behaviour issues we were noticing at home and got us in for training through the daycare and train program. It was amazing to see the immediate change with our pup. Pam's lessons/training sessions gave us the confidence and skills needed to reshape our relationship with our dog. Pam and the team are always there to chat and make the time to answer any questions and put you at ease. We felt incredibly overwhelmed when we adopted our puppy, but after one phone call with Pam, we immediately felt better about our situation. She assured us that there's always hope when working with a new pup, and the tips she provided us were extremely helpful. Our dog LOVES playing with her friends at the Urban Dog Daycare, and the staff there have been wonderful with her and with us. Additionally, the training classes we've taken through them have made a world of difference, and we'll be forever grateful to Pam and her staff for helping us get through this!

This is a Great place to leave your pup, videos of them playing get posted to their Facebook page during the day. You have no worries that the pup is in good hands here! Chloe enjoyed her stay as we were evacuated!

Would give zero stars if possible. My dog goes to daycare at least a couple times a week and we wanted to try this one due to location however when we walked in, there was a giant stench which other daycares we have tried have not smelt like that. we were also told it was free range but when we got there to drop off our dog, we saw into the back and it’s just 12-16 kennels with a bunch of dogs in them, we couldn’t see any dogs just roaming around. there was also a worker back there yelling at the dogs whenever one of them barked. No dogs were barking, whereas normally at other daycares the dogs are always barking. we ended up taking our dog back out after 10 minutes because we didn’t feel comfortable leaving her there. the worker in the front was not friendly and when she took our dog it seemed like she didn’t even like dogs.

Posh Pooch Hotel is truly a gem! My girlfriend recently moved our puppy Luna there, and it has been a game changer! My husky mix absolutely LOVES coming here, he whines when I don't open the door fast enough. The girls are amazing. You can tell they love what they do! My boy and the other dogs are all well cared for, the facility is HUGE, and they have consistent long term staff (i always see the same 4 girls during drop off and pick up) They offer other little services and updates. We’ve been going to Posh Pooch for a few years with our dog and two cats, either for daycare or longer term boarding when travelling, and they always take such good care of our animals. The staff is just so great, and the posted pictures daily let us know our pets are safe and having fun! Additional services like baths and trimming are always done with the utmost of care and have them looking great! Highly recommend Posh Pooch!

Our pups (3) have been attending Posh Pooch for years. They love it. Always very excited to go. The staff are incredible, friendly and very helpful. One of our pups was a senior dog with some health issues. They listened and kept an eye on him when he was there. I have always felt comfortable leaving them in their care.

The team at Posh Pooch are excellent with my Boston, letting him charm them all instead of playing with the others but he also comes home pooped. They are great with his nail trims too. When he had a muscle injury, they made sure he hung out with the calmer groups so he was bored and safe. We really appreciate the care they take, AND they are even nice to us humans (not always the case in my experience). Highly recommend!!

OMG I love this place! The ladies take great care of my baby and they post photos of them all the time. Rates are reasonable for both daycare and overnights. The place is clean and smells good. We just tried out the hotel this past weekend and my little guy did really well. Even with the separation anxiety he has at home, he seemed to do just fine with the overnights in his hotel room in his own. We will be back for sure! 😄

Had a major surgery done so had to find a place for my dog. Researched a bunch and co-workers used this place so gave it a try. Daily updates of your dog on FB, and the facility is big, open and each room for your dog is spacious and clean and the staff care for your dogs like their own. I’ve taken my Pomeranian Sophie for daycare few times now and she loves it! I am a new puppy owner and once I was really concerned about she being really thirsty after picking her up and they explained to me super nicely that it was normal and reassure me, which felt really good because as many of you I love my puppy and it just feels so good to take her to a place where I feel like she’s safe, cared for and loved. The staff is beyond kind and my puppy is always happy to see them. Another great thing is that they keep their social media really active so for someone anxious like me, to be able to see some pictures or stories of her having fun gives me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend this daycare!

Gaylene is fabulous! She is professional, thorough, and genuinely cares about the pets and homes she looks after. I can’t recommend her enough if you are travelling out of town and need someone to look after your home or pets.

This was the first time using Gaylene's services and I am super thankful for everything she did. From the first meeting, she was super professional with all of the paperwork she provided and her attention to detail. This was our first time leaving our cat by himself and Gaylene made sure he was taken care of. She also ensured that all aspects of our home were taken care of even during the coldest days of -40C. She went above and beyond by clearing our furnace exhaust of ice buildup. She was super responsive during her visits and provided us with the picture updates of our cat. I hired Take Care Home and Pet Watch for the first time while I was away in November/December 2023. Gaylene was amazing - so organized - punctual - personable. It was nice to be away on a trip worry-free knowing my home was being looked after so carefully. It was a pleasure to work with Gaylene and will definitely be using her services again in the future.

This was my first time using a service like this and Gaylene made it comfortable and stress free. She takes time to ask about the particularities with your house and makes sure she knows where everything is in case of emergencies and so she can tell if anything is out of the ordinary in her visits. I booked with Gaylene with very short notice and she was super accommodating, not only with frequency of visits I needed but also when I needed to extend. I will definitely by utilizing her services again!

Gaylene was super to work with - very professional and friendly. I liked knowing she was insured and bonded, and had a plan for any emergency that might occur - so much better than asking friends or family to give up their time. We felt very comfortable leaving our home, plants, yard and our little fish tank in Gaylene’s competent hands. Together we planned out how many home checks and what days she would come to the house, and she was very practical and careful. We will definitely use her services in the future.

It was our first time to rely on someone other than a friend to care for our house while traveling. Gaylene has been amazing, organized and punctual and took care of our house and cat as if they were her own. Very pleased with the service she provides and looking forward to dealing with her on our next trip.

Gaylene is wonderful, and I look forward to hiring her again in the future! I was just away for a week and this was my first time hiring somebody to watch my cats. This experience made me feel at ease for this trip, and future ones where I may need a pet sitter/home watch again. Gaylene came by my house to meet the cats and get the keys. She is very friendly, and showed her business license and insurance for the company. She came by, as scheduled, 3 times during the week, cleaned their litter, gave wet food and water, and topped off their dry food. She even sent me a few pictures of the kitties. She offered plant watering and mail pickup as well. When I got home, my 13 year old and 1 year old cat were both content and cared for. When Gaylene came to drop off my keys, both cats came running to the door to greet her again. I highly recommend her services! It was a fantastic experience.

I had just moved to Edmonton and was so happy to have found Take Care Home & Pet Watch! Gaylene was super kind and did so well with our 2 cats, she even let us extend our trip last minute and it was great to know they were happy and safe. I have a pretty varied schedule week to week and some days I not only have some long days outside of the house but then come home and either have more work to do or want to relax and enjoy some down time. We’ve been using Dog Jogs now for about a month and cannot emphasize enough just how amazing the team is! Staff are super friendly and responsive to any service requests or questions we have. Every week Dog Jogs takes Lizzy for a half-hour walk and playtime in the backyard. One of my favourite things to look forward to is their post-walk summary where they share photos and a brief overview of how the visit went. It always brings a big smile to my face! We're new to the area and have 2 new puppies. We didn't want them to have any separation anxiety. I did some research and didn't find any kennels locally as we are rural. Who better to ask than our local veterinarian! They all suggested Paws Inn! They all take their dogs there. What a fabulous facility!! They have separate buildings for small, medium and large dogs. Each kennel had access to outside. We left the dogs for 4 days. It's worth every time we spent! The kennels were pretty full but there was zero smell of feces. The staff was friendly and informative and they took great care of our fur babies! We will be using Paws Inn for all our future kennels needs even though it's an hour drive!

Loved using this kennel as their love for all dogs shows. Over two weeks my pup was there I got to see photo and video updates a few times. My dog was so happy when I picked her up. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I am so happy to have found Paws Inn. I have tried several kennels in Alberta and they are the best by far. My little guys are very old and require a lot of meds and special care, one of my dogs is blind and anxious, so the small kennel set up is perfect. They seem happy and excited when they arrive. They love all the special cuddles and attention. Also being able to see them on Facebook having fun outside makes me so happy! Thank you Kelly for your kindness.

My mom and sister had called and told them the dates of their vaccines and when they have to go into boarding. After saying it was okay, when they arrived they told them no they couldn’t take them. Wasted so much of our time when they could’ve denied it in the first place. They also called her a liar saying that she had told them different dates when she didn’t. This is ridiculous. Don’t recommend. Edit: I see they replied with saying that their policy is posted. That is fine, nothing to do with you saying it was alright over the phone. And you still called them liars. Denying us right away would’ve been much better.

I have left my one eyed bandit, Cinder, with Kelly and the team many times. She is always very excited and is well cared for. The on-site grooming is amazing and wonderful for a good de-shed during spring break times. I love that they post photos on Facebook so I can check on her while I am gone.

We boarded our recent SPCA rescue, Harry, last Saturday night while at a function in Westlock. Totally blown away by just the first impression from the outside. Understandably Harry put all four feet down halfway down the hallway to his kennel. We left when he found the doggy door to his own outdoor run. That's where he was when we picked him up the next morning. I was impressed that there was a note attached saying if he boards again to ask for a kennel up front as he's a very quiet guy. Will definitely use again. Great option on the way to Edmonton as well! Thanks to everyone Harry saw on his visit! An outstanding place! And excellent rates too!

A wonderful place. Kelly and Katie were so patient and kind to both Zero and I. She's a very nervous pup, and she was in good hands, lots of extra time was spent building trust with her so that she could be as comfortable as possible. Seeing pictures of her out on walks with Katie did my heart good while we were away. I'm very grateful to you all. The price is exceptional (must be a labour of love), the policies are well adhered to and keep our dogs safe, and the facilities are large, warm, bright, clean and comfortable.
