Sally comes packed with information, lots of patience and a great understanding of different breeds. We’ve worked with Dogskwot numerous times with our over reactive dog. We took on all her advice and are seeing great results. Most importantly, Sally is supportive and never judgemental. She’ll never make you feel like you're failing. Dogs certainly love her and are calm in her presence!

Would highly recommend Sally after she worked with me and Frank my bulldog on some behaviour issues. After joining us on a walk Sally gave me advice on how I could help Frank make better choices and get him to put his trust in me. Frank is so much better now and I actually enjoy our walks together. He’s almost perfect but if he does react I can now handle the situation and get his focus back on me. Thanks to Sally Frank is a more relaxed dog when he’s out and I’m definitely more confident when walking him.

Last October we welcomed a 10 month old French bulldog , Ralf, into our family who hadn’t had the best start in life. We already had three dogs, two frenchies and an English bulldog. Ralf initially settled in with no issues , however after a couple of months he began to show aggression towards our English Bulldog, Jack, this was resulting in regular fights between the boys and was very upsetting for us all. I contacted Sally and she came and offered expert advice on Ralf’s behaviour and what methods we needed to put in place to resolve the problems. After several weeks of us following Sallys advice , Ralf’s behaviour slowly improved and now the boys are totally fine together . We can’t thank Sally enough for what she did , Ralf had already been passed through four homes before he came to us and we weren’t going to give up on him . Sally has helped us make sure he has found his forever sofa xx

We've had Sally as our dog walker for over 4 and a half years, since Moby was a puppy. Moby adores Sally and his dogskwotting days with his friends. We get to see pics of him enjoying his walk, she knows him very well and will give us updates if there is anything we need to know. We've also had some one on one training, as although he walks well on the lead when he's out with Sally, he didn't used to with us. She gave us some great advice on how to improve his behaviour. She also stocks treats, which are more affordable than the usual supermarket treats and better quality. We always get him a box full for Christmas which are beautifully packaged. Above everything Sally cares and we trust her whole heartedly with Moby. She is very experienced and is truely passionate about dogskwot and her skwotters.

Sally (aka Supernanny) has helped us out massively with our stubborn Spanish street dog. He came to us two years ago and we foolishly expected him to turn into a domesticated dog, how wrong were we? Casper is a very clever intelligent dog (mixed breed GST & LAB) and with Sally's guidance we have trained him to do several things we never tried previously. He now knows his place, will sit and wait until he gets the command to move, walks nicely on the lead (most of the time), we are currently working on trying to stop him lunging for buses and HGVs as well as his recall and frightening the neighbour's to death with his loud bark when they leave the back garden. Without Supernanny I dread to think where we would be with Casper, tackling his unruly behavior is a challenge and we know it will not happen over night. If any of you are having issues with your fur babies I strongly suggest you call on Supernanny (Sally), she is PAWSOME!

We used Sally to train our 8-month-old American bulldog, Dolly, who had been deemed virtually untrainable. Walking on the lead was a nightmare due to constant pulling, making walks an awful experience. She had no engagement, didn’t know basic commands, and was an absolute handful. Sally worked with us over several sessions, helping us master loose lead walking and threshold training, ensuring Dolly wouldn’t run out when the door was open. She also helped Dolly learn how to switch off around other dogs, which meant we weren’t constantly apologising for a big boundy dog trying to play and come into another dogs space! Sally is amazing, incredibly patient, and will become your biggest cheerleader. We couldn’t have achieved these results without her. I would recommend Sally a thousand times over. She provides you with the tools to succeed and makes training fun and enjoyable for both the dog and the owner - thank you again Sally for EVERYTHING you have done, you’re the best!!

We’ve now had 2 visits with Sally, 4 weeks apart and the difference in our dogs behaviour is massive. She gave us some really simple tasks to practice which have worked wonders. She’s really understanding and her knowledge on dogs/dog training is second to none. We looked around at a few different trainers and are so happy that we came to Sally as she’s absolutely brilliant.

Sally helped me with my rescue bullie Buster who was off the scale ‘nuts’. We have changed his diet, made some changes to his routine and behaviours and he’s like a different dog. It’s so hard to see light at the end of the tunnel sometimes but sally was always on hand to give me a little reality nudge and reassure me that what I was doing was right, she’s always at the end of the phone which has been great for me 😃

Sally is amazing, has so much patience and has worked her magic with our not so small pup 🐶 Louie is an American Bulldog who we rescued about 3mths ago, at the grand age of about 6mths old. He wanted to be ‘top dog’ in the house but we knew as owners we had to get it right, 1. Because of his breed and 2. Because of his size. Sally immediately, with no hesitation, said she’d help and has worked with us for just a few sessions. This has helped us understand Louie and he’s now part of the family, listens to most commands, walks beautifully on and off lead, waits for his food and and most of the time, is less bossy 🤣 We still have work to do and we will still use Sally moving forward. Sally was recommended to us and like many of her customers she has walked our 9 year old dog since he was a puppy. In the last 3 years she has also taken on our highly energetic and enthusiastic younger dog! Do the dogs look forward to their walks? You’ll have to ask our neighbours! From the moment she pulls up on the driveway the dogs are eager and excited to meet her come rain or shine. It’s great that she films and takes pictures of the walks. The DogSwot shop is also great, especially the hypoallergenic dog treats which are great for our dog with food intolerances. Also a little secret…its better value than the big name shops. I would recommend Sally and DogSwot to anyone.

Kelly is the most dependable and professional dog walker that I know. She has walked, boarded and loved both my dogs and also fed my cat when I've been away. My dogs absolutely adore her and I feel relaxed knowing they're in her safe hands. Thoroughly recommend Kelly's Paw Pals services.

Kelly has looked after our cat Eddie a few times now whilst we have been away. We know Eddie is well looked after and his every need is catered for. With regular updates and photos, we know he is happy and Kelly loves her animals which shows in her care and attention to detail. Kelly’s paw pals have looked after our spaniel Vinnie since he was a puppy which has made him into the happy friendly and sociable dog he is today. Vinnie has a walk each week to keep up with his socialisation and it’s the best thing we did. Kelly also boards our dog when we go on holiday and we always feel comfortable leaving him knowing he is having the best time. Kelly’s paw pals is always accommodating and Vinnie loves Kelly and the team 😍

Kelly and her team have had our boy Rocco board several times and have offered excellent service everytime. She really does make it a home from home for him and considers every detail of his stay providing a welcoming, safe and living environment. We also use Kelly’s Paw Pals for their walking service which we have found to be an excellent service too. Would highly recommend using Kelly and her teams services!

Kelly’s paw pals are a fantastic home from home boarder who look after your pooches like they’re their own. One of ours was poorly when we were away and they took him to the vets and got him sorted quickly. Can’t recommend enough.

Irresponsible and Uninsured Dog Walker - A Costly Mistake! I turned to Kelly's Paw Pals, drawn by her apparent expertise with large dogs and her experience with breeds like my Belgian Malinois. My decision, however, became a costly mistake. Despite regular communication about my dogs' needs and safety, Kelly's Paw Pals demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and responsibility. The incident occurred under the watch of Kelly's inexperienced staff member, who lacked adequate training and was never introduced to my dogs. This led to a horrifying injury to my Malinois during a walk. My dog, allowed off-leash with my prior consent under safe conditions, was left to approach a stranger's Rottweiler, resulting in severe injuries, significant vet bills, and ongoing distress. The alarming thought is that if I hadn't returned early due to a pre-arranged vet appointment, my dog would have been left bleeding and unattended, in the care of an inexperienced handler who didn't even notice the injury. Just a week before the incident, I had contacted Kelly with concerns about my Malinois's recall. I explicitly requested that my dog not be let off the lead. Kelly dismissed my warning, stating it only applied to that specific day, which ultimately led to the unfortunate incident. Adding to the distress, Kelly's response to my plea for help was far from empathetic. She claimed her insurance wouldn't cover the incident because I had previously permitted off-leash walking, information never disclosed during our initial agreement. This ordeal inflicted substantial expenses, emotional turmoil, and a need to reduce my work hours to care for my injured dog. Kelly displayed no accountability, empathy, or willingness to improve her practices, leaving me deeply disappointed and concerned for others who might face similar situations. In conclusion, my experience with Kelly's Paw Pals has been a costly mistake. To protect your pets' safety and well-being, I strongly discourage entrusting them to this service. The lack of professionalism, inadequate training, and an absence of genuine care make Kelly's Paw Pals an unreliable and risky choice for any pet owner. Beware.

Kelly was so good with Ozzy, my Lhasa Apso. Ozzy loved his walks with his Paw Pals and never wanted to come home. I would not hesitate to let Kelly look after him again. Kelly was so helpful from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble! She looked after my little dog for one night and made sure I had lots of photo updates throughout. She even picked him up and dropped him off to me too! Would recommend :)

I have used Tiny Claws for boarding in the past and this year for pet sitting. What is lovely about the service is the personal touch, as Chloe gives updates via text and photos so you never have to worry about your fur babies, whch is a bonus when you are missing them! Very happy as always, and have no hesitation in recommending Tiny Claws.

Our 2 bunnies were looked after at home with daily visits from Chloé while we were away. It was great to know they were being cared for, and Chloé kept us updated with pictures and videos to reassure us all was well. We came home to 2 happy bunnies and won't hesitate to be in touch again when it's time for our next jaunt.

Becky and the family are honestly a god send. They really went the extra mile with boarding our Saint Bernard when my wife was giving birth to our daughter. I cannot rate them highly enough, our Samson really seemed to become a member of their family and I had no concerns about his wellbeing at all! Also received updates throughout the days he was there, which was a nice bonus. I genuinely think he would have rather stayed there than come back home! Went into a massive depression when he got back, and who can blame him! Thanks again for everything guys, you really are the best!

Thank you so much for looking after Milo. He did not want to come home yesterday. He's loved all the walks and places he's been to. Keeping us updated with pictures was a lovely touch. It's nice to know whilst we were away our dog was being looked after in a loving and caring home.

Thank you so much to Lucy and Elaine for taking care of Alba while I left him for the first time to go on holiday. The photos and updates were a real nice touch to see how content he was at home with you both and out on adventures/walks. I came home to one very happy boy who'd clearly been loved and cared for as much as I do. I'm sure Alba will look forward to more sleepover nights with you!

Lucy & Elaine looked after my elderly cats recently and they were fantastic. Really appreciated the photo updates and came home to 2 happy cats having received lots of cuddles and attention on their visits :) Will definitely be using them again and would 100% recommend them. We recently went away for our summer holiday and were so impressed with the care our dog Gus received from Lucy, Elaine and Janice. They did a pre visit to get to know Gus, and Janice did a fabulous job looking after him while we were away and kept us up to date the whole time. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

My daughter recommended these lovely ladies and we are delighted with their service, care and genuine cat love! Our oldies, Barney and Bruno, like a stress free life these days and we came home after a week away to two perfectly happy kitties. Would highly recommend. Amazing service, we went away for 10 days to Italy and knew our dogs would be looked after perfectly. We were kept updated by Lucy while away with messages/photos of our dogs and they looked like they were having a great time. She took them on daily walks and to dog parks off their own back. When coming home our house was left clean and in order which is great when coming back from a long holiday. Would highly recommend their service and will be using them again for sure.

We Love Pets came to the rescue when I needed some specific support for my older, sometimes grumpy dog whilst we went on hol. We are often cautious of who meets our dog as if they don’t listen to our requests when introductions take place, it could result in her being snappy. Elaine and Linda were able to come and meet our dog and 100% listened to what needed to happen for the introductions to be positive. This was then the foundation for a loving relationship with Linda to be built! Linda was calm, kind and caring and very clearly an animal lover. So very gentle with our dog and did things on her terms. When away, I felt fully assured our dog was in very safe and caring hands. They were flexible and accommodating with visit days and times. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact again and can fully recommend to anyone else who may be considering We Love Pets. Their input and care was the difference between us being able to go on a family holiday and not. Communication has been great throughout with responsive messaging. Thank you!

I’ve used them a couple of times now & im really pleased with the service. One very good cat who loves her cuddles each visit. One very shy cat who they worked with to gain her trust & get her to come out for head rubs Getting daily photos on holiday stops me missing them as much & gave me reassurance that they were happy & not missing me! Very reasonable price too.

I couldn’t recommend Hannah enough, especially if you have a nervous/reactive pup. She just gets it 🙌🏼 Hannah gave up her own time to let Odin get to know her and now they’re besties 🥺 we even did a practice walk together so she could familiarise herself with his routine and training. It’s such a relief to have found such a kind and thoughtful dog walker for Odin. THE BEST!❤️

My two dogs came home very happy from a few days staying at Crystal Springs. Charlotte and Joanne were brilliant and very reassuring when I left them there for the the first time. They were lovely with my boys so I would highly recommend them 😀 …

Visited Crystal Springs for a look around before deciding whether to book. The main reception office was so unclean and smelt of old soaked in dog urine on the link mats on the floor. On the walk around kennels were dark and dingy. Strong old urine smell in the kennels. Days old poo in one of the runs. Wasn't pleasant at all. The runs themselves were old and dated. The whole place definitely needs a refurbishment and a serious deep clean. Stated they let the dogs out singularly four times a day which was hard to believe with such a strong urine smell which smelt like days old and most likely soaked into the kennel floor. They are only open twice a day which doesn't match the four times a day let out into the run. I won't be booking or recommending.

We take our cat and dog to the kennels twice a year, they couldn't be more cared for unless they were at home. They're only a phone call away, even available on WhatsApp. Highly recommended.

As a small business ourselves we always avoid negative reviews. However, I do admit we arrived 10 minutes late (they only open 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon) we arrived, the conversation was. Sorry girls have left, ill ring them, they will be back in 5 mins, they arrived. Conversation follows: we don’t have George booked in, no you don’t it’s Albert. We can’t book him in now as we don’t have a block sorted, so it wouldn’t of been sorted at 1030, No We can’t help, if it’s urgent, come back at 430 as we don’t work until then. All I can say is, the space should of been ready and the staff aren’t on site all day, who looks after the animals? This place should be closed down

I have an extremely fearful and reactive border collie who is used to being at home with me all the time. As my son is getting married in few weeks it was necessary for me to investigate boarding kennels. I was very nervous about leaving her, but Charlotte and Joanne were wonderful, didn't dismiss my fears, reassured me even suggested a trial run. They kept me updated on how she was and I was elated to see how happy she was with the ladies and the care they provided. I have no problem now taking her to Crystal Springs and am looking to book her in for a weekend every couple of months or so, just so it remains familiar to her. I would highly recommend Crystal Springs to anyone looking for somewhere to board their dog.

Our dog is so happy when he goes here. It's like his own little holiday. He s looked after so well and any issues they ve contacted us. Have used for a lot of years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely excellent service. As a new dog owner, the ladies really put my mind at ease. My BC now stays over regularly and he is always well looked after. He's a bit of a fussy eater and they go out of their way to make sure he's eating properly. He loves going there and would definitely recommend.

My willow (a whippet) has been here a few times and has always been extremely well looked after and spoilt. The staff there are so caring and true animal lovers irrespective of wether dog cat rabbit. Our willow on her recent stay took poorly on her last day there, I would now like to say it was NOTHING to do with how she was cared for and Charlotte could not have been more caring in fact she treated her as if she was her own, a true carer. We will have no hesitation in leaving my girl there again and would recommend anytime. As for the person who said it didn’t look appealing all I can say is Yorkshire puddings don’t look appealing but taste lovely. If only you had taken time to go in you would have seen how they are spoilt. Keep up the good work girls. Geoff & Debbie

Great kennels with friendly staff who genuinely care for our dogs. Both our dogs, English Bulldogs, get very excited and can't wait to get to their kennels when we drop them off. That tells us all we need to know.
