Just trashy and a horrible neighbor, it should be a indicator of how your pet will be taken care of. Steven takes ZERO pride in this community by never cleaning up and maintaining his property. His latest is hauling in red clay fill dirt but not topping it with a gravel base to keep his fleet of trucks from tracking it across the public sidewalk, street and highway. Also, he constantly drives his trucks over the public sidewalk causing the concrete to crack and break away. The county has been called in several times to fix his damages. He never accepts accountability or even attempts to cleanup his own mess. He lets the taxpayers deal with it. Our neighborhood fought hard to have public sidewalks installed and this is what we get. And I am not sure what is going on with the growing homeless camp on his property. Be a BETTER neighbor, we are sick of you, Steven!

I set up a reservation for 7/31/24@5am. The office closed at 3:30pm on 7/30/24 so I figured that the employees left the truck setup for 5:00am. I wanted to get a start early and figured it would all be there for me to pickup at 6:30pm on 7/30/24. If it was left the day before for early the next morning, then you would think it would be there this evening. Nope. Show up and go through the whole self checkout process and when it comes to truck and keys, no truck and no keys. I called the sheriff’s office to report it stolen because there was a lady at the business sitting there when I showed up and I thought she stole it to drive yet still make me look like I had the truck. Which I don’t have the truck. She may have removed the keys. Sheriff’s Deputy shows up and I told him the situation. I was on hold for over an hour on the phone explaining that the app shows me driving a truck and charged my credit card $240.54 with no truck for me to drive. I did find the truck, it was a number on the side of the truck and not the license plate, but the box number and combination code did not have a key inside to drive it. Me and the deputy checked the truck for the keys, they keep them unlocked, but still no keys. The deputy drove me and my autistic son home because we took an Uber to pick it up. So I have to move out tomorrow to be in my new house on the 1st with no truck and $240.54 pending on my credit card. So when I go to rent another truck I’m less $240.54 and crunched for time and money. Horrible experience and customer service. Do not use the self service checkout if possible. I made a reservation from a different location nearby so let’s see how this goes. I made it for when the business is open so I can address the issue right away if there is a problem. No truck and it shows active. New reservation.

Friendly, fast, reliable service. I have been doing business with these folks since 2007 and they will always be my go to for all my hauling needs.

DO NOT RENT UHAUL from here. They TAKE ADVANTAGE of Customers. Made UHaul reservation online. Went to pick up truck. Owner at Crossbones would not honor reservation made online. Instead, canceled that reservation and insisted on having to make a new reservation to wit he tried to charge me an additional 125.00 for mileage, 100 miles, on a 6 mile move. The total amount he tried to charge me was 180.00. This is against UHaul corporate policy. Went to location in Gulf Breeze, rented same size truck for 80.00, mileage included. Have filed complaint with UHaul corporate. Please do not fall victim to his excessive charges and fees.

Wow! Amazing customer service. Will rent from them again if I need a UHAL in the future. This was the most pleasant UHAL experience I have had. The owner was so kind helpful and took time teaching me how to drive with the trailer. He also hooked up the ball to my hitch and made sure everything worked properly. He had the most happy positive attitude that was very contagious. Highly recommend Crossbones!

I was given permission by the operator at another location down the road to return my rental here because his parking lot was apparently full, even though the uhaul website stated it was okay to drop off there and allowed me to select it as a return location. I arrived a few minutes before 8 am, his door was open but outer metal screen door locked. I knocked on the door, no one came. There was a sign stating not to drop off equipment there, but I had been given "verified" permission from Roger, the operator at another location. I unloaded the rental there and was called 10 minutes later and an extremely rude voice-mail was left on my phone from the operator here, stating that he had a sign and I left equipment there that was blocking his door. I called him back once I arrived to work within a few minutes and explained to him that Roger from the other location had called and verified that it was okay for me to drop the rental off there, which apparently turned out to be a lie from Roger. He still continued to fuss that they weren't a drop off location and he had a sign. I told him to speak to Roger about it because I was not responsible for it. Terrible communication between these two locations and a complete lack of professionalism from both sides. I use uhaul frequently, but will not be in the future because of this.

I own a Remodel business partnered with a decent sized Real Estate Business in the area, we flip houses together and are always using uhaul to move certain things left but homeowner when they fail to clear the property out. I rented a uhaul for 24 hours picked it up at 12 and returned it at 1:30. I called them 2 times during operating hours to let them know, no response. I thought to myself only a little late like all the other uhaul company’s I’ve used it won’t be an issue, boy was I wrong. So I went ahead and returned it 1:30ish a gentleman was there I told him I called and said sorry it was late, he replied no problem it happens all the time. Not to mention they had about 8 trucks sitting there so it wasn’t like I was holding them up. So anyways I said alright thank you sir. I wake up to find an invoice sent to my phone saying I returned it the 3rd day at 8:45 in the morning. Really!!! I go ahead and call respectfully the guy tells me rudely that my prior experiences with other uhaul places wasn’t accurate, then tells me how to rent a car and how it works. Insulting my intelligence on top of penny pinching an extra day off me i can tell anyone reading this review that this company lost lots of future business wit me and my partner. It’s not about the money it is about respect and professionalism.

I needed to rent a UHaul truck on short notice. Even though I called ten minutes after the store closed, the owner and his wife both came back up and reopened the store. They were both super nice, extremely helpful, and never once made me feel like it was a bother for them to come in after hours. The guy even went out and washed the truck windows before I drove off, to make sure I could see out of them. It was obvious that they both cared about taking care of their customers, no matter what it took. The world needs more folks like them. If you have a choice of where to rent a UHaul, give them a call first. You won't be sorry!

The goner is very nice caring and professional. The truck was in great shape was clean and smelled good. We left our hitch on the truck by accident and the owner notified me and took it off and held it for me. He is very trustworthy and cares about his customers.

The staff at Cains took excellent care of my Trixie. It was her first time away from home/family and they made her feel very welcomed and comfortable. Thank you to everyone at Cains. This pup granny was really nervous...for no reason it turned out.

We were referred to Cains by Pet Smart to groom our senior dog Sadie. They do a great job of grooming both of our pups. We used them for boarding recently when our regular boarding facility was full and couldn’t take our dogs. They were reliable and took good care of our dogs. When I emailed to check on them they responded right away and sent pictures of my pups. I recommend Cains for grooming and boarding.

Cain’s did a decent job grooming; however, if you have a somewhat anxious dog I would not recommend. They consistently told me how difficult and bad my dog was and you could tell my dog HATED going here. Took her to Cozy Corner in Molino today to try something new. They said she was perfect and had no issues only required some patience and sweet talk. No muzzle even thought of when doing her nails, unlike at Cains. Wish I had switched earlier! My dog was HAPPY today when I picked her up instead of seeming like she had just gone through a traumatic experience.

We love Cain's Dog House! We have been to many different pampered puppy parlors, and when Jax comes home from here, he's always happy to go. He's not timid or scared, just lots of tail wagging and tongue lapping kisses to whoever is meeting him. 🐾💙 #HappyPup #DogLover #FurBaby …

Tobi got an amazing cut at Cains! We’ve struggled finding a groove that gives a good groom and doesn’t hurt his ears in the process. Cains did a great job and we will definitely be going back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our normal boarding place was fully booked so we needed another place to board that could administer Vetsulin injections for our dog who has diabetes. Cain’s Dog House came in clutch. Check-in was smooth since we completed the forms at home and brought them with us. Everyone seemed really nice and the price wasn’t bad either. We may have found our new go-to boarding facility.

I felt as if service was rushed and not the love of an animal but more of just trying to rush and finish. Whomever was at the front desk was nice however other staff members were distant. My Yorkie doesn't have a very clean smell to only be 9 weeks. Maybe its my fault as I felt they were in a rush because they had a lot of dogs present... I arrived at 12:30 and she was ready at 1(pretty fast for hand drying)!

Indie always comes back so soft! She has a show dog look to her each and every time. The price is worth it for all the Golden hair that follows when we clean her ourselves! Everyone is friendly and it smells wonderful when you walk in. Our favorite part is the cute bandanna they give her each time she visits.

I took my Golden to Cain’s for the first time recently. I had been looking for somewhere to do regular sanitary and grooming. They went above and beyond and Swinney looks and smells amazing! Definitely recommend if you’re looking, also they board!

Wonderful experience with Cain's Dog House! The person I talked to initially by phone to find out information was well informed and polite. When I arrived for my pet's appointment the facility was very clean and everyone was kind. Excellent customer service. My pet was groomed exactly as requested and even had a cute little bandana on when I picked her up. Pricing is very reasonable for the area. I would highly recommend this facility for grooming. Will return for our diva's next trim!

We used Paws N' Claws Pet Service for our 3 cats when we went on vacation. I highly recommend Stephanie and her company. She was very attentive to my messages and addressed all of my concerns. I have an elderly cat with medical issues, and she has to have steroids twice a day. Stephanie was very reliable, and she promptly sent me an update each time she visited my home and included photos and/or videos. She sent several videos, and I could hear all the cat purrs! After meeting Stephanie, I felt extremely comfortable with allowing her to come into our home to take care of my fur babies. Not only is Stephanie a professional but she is also an animal lover. I will be using her services again. Thank you, Stephanie, for taking such good care of my kitties!!!

Stephanie is amazing! She shows up at the time she said she would! Plays ball with my babies, makes sure they are feed and well cared for! Stephanie is reliable from house sittings or drop ins, I never have to worry with her. Thank you for providing amazing services ❤️

Grace was the sitter for my 3 dogs for 12 days and I was so thankful for the updates and photos that I received by text and through the website each time she came over. She went above and beyond to take excellent care of them, and play with them during each visit. Leaving animals is hard but it was a great relief to know they are in the care of someone who truly wants to take such good loving care of them!

This was my first time hiring a pet sitter and Stephanie was super quick at responding to every email/question I had and was an overall an amazing pet sitter for our kitten! I was given a pet report card with photos during every one of her drop in visits and it gave me so much relief that our cat was in good hands! I will be booking again in the future👍

This is the second time I used Stephanie to watch my house for 10 days. When I got home, it was like I never left. She was flexible with my erratic flight schedule, sent updates every day, and handled everything brilliantly. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

My pup loves Camp Bow Wow! She always looks forward to going and gets very excited when she sees the building. I love that I can watch her on the camera throughout the day and I know she’s being taken care of.

We love Camp Bow Wow Pensacola! During the interview process, they gradually introduce your dog to the staff as well as the other dogs at the camp to make sure they play well with others. The staff is always friendly and really seem to love dogs. They monitor the dogs the entire time they are in the play yards. My favorite thing is the cameras. I am able to see how Rupert is doing at any time by logging into the app! The grooming services are exceptional! I love that I am able to leave a member of the family in the hands of people I can trust.

It's pretty easy to get a booking and the kids all seem to enjoy being with the dogs. They're good about making sure that the dogs are dog friendly before adding them to the "pile" so to speak. My dog has black nails which are more difficult to trim, but they do a great job with them!

Camp Bow Wow is amazing! It’s clean and all the staff love their job and it shows. As soon as I walked in I got greeted and they did a good job explaining everything to me. You can tell all the staff are animal lovers and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in their care!

We've had our pit bill mix at this place multiple times with no incident. Last weekend, Jethro spent the night at this place. A few hours later, we received a call that Jethro was involved in 3 different incidents with different dogs. Eventually, they told us they had to pen Jethro due to his violent behavior. We picked him up the next morning and spent the following week inquiring about the incidents to see what happened. It took over a week to get a call back. We finally get to talk to the owner and she only provides one video of Jethro and another dog. Both dogs were waiving their tails as if they were being more playful for 2 bigger dogs. When asked about the other incidents, the OWNER said she didn't have access to the other videos and didn't provide them. Dishonest and unprofessional!

Buddy attended Camp Bow Wow while on vacation and had a great time. They might have smaller yards than other camps but he had a good time and enjoyed checking on him when I could (service issues when at the air show).

I’ve been taking my Pitbull mix here for a year and a half. I always get great reviews about how good and sweet he is. This dog has NEVER been aggressive I recently took him here for an overnight stay and I was called that evening and told he had attacked 3 dogs on 3 occasions and was penned and wrote up for it. For over a week I requested to see the video and got no contact. Finally a week later one of the owners contacted me and said I could come in and view the footage. I went in and was provided with footage that included about a 3 second interaction with my dog and ONE other dog where they were both wagging their tails and biting at each other’s faces like big dogs do. No injuries and when they were sprayed they parted and that was it. There was no way to tell in the video who the initiator was…I watched it 4 times. My dog was continually blamed as the initiator and when I asked to see the footage of the 3 incidents with 3 dogs multiple times I was told it most likely existed but she didn’t have access to it. I will never take my dog back and would leave zero stars if it were possible.

Love this place! I dropped off my dog for his first interview and I knew he would be safe and loved while he was there! The staff are so friendly and the facility is very clean and cozy!

My 3 star review has more to do with what kind of facility this is (and it’s handlers) than my dogs’ treatment - which was fine with one exception. See below. If you’re looking for a place to exercise (wear out) your dogs with indoor continuous walking in circles for hours with little unstructured socialization or outside play, this is the place for you. If you have a big dog who likes to rough house and there are no other comparable sized dogs present, this is not the place for you. If your dogs are tired due to early morning run and just need a quiet place to crash (for day care), this is not the place for you. I also recommend handlers be trained or made aware of when a dog is extremely thirsty. While I have no concrete evidence of this, I think my big dog was denied admission because he’s an American Bully. From the online reviews re injured dogs, I think the philosophy here is to not admit Bullies or dogs that “appear” intimidating. If you have one, this may not be the place for you.

Camp Bow Wow has been the only place we’ve ever boarded our American Eskimo who is now 5 1/2 years old. I called to schedule boarding for our dog Labor Day weekend because we were going out of town for my son‘s wedding. I spoke with Tyler on the Saturday before our trip and was informed that we would have to go through the entire process of the interview and five hour visit again because it had been over a year since we had had her boarded with them, but they had the space to board her that weekend. While I found that frustrating (and seemingly unnecessary since they know my dog & have boarded her 3-4x already), I said I would call back when I spoke to my husband to check his availability. I called back on Sunday, and spoke to Tyler again. I made an appointment for the Wednesday before our trip at 8:30. He informed me I also needed to send an email with copies of my dog’s vaccinations, which I promptly did Sunday night. My husband arranged his work schedule to take her to the appointment at 8:30 Wednesday morning . To his surprise when he arrived, he was told we did not have a scheduled appointment, and that they never received the email. They asked him who he spoke with. He was unaware because I’m the one who made the appointment. They refused to take my husband in for the 8:30 appointment we had made the Sunday before, and said he would have to come back at 10:30. Unfortunately, his work schedule did not allow that. So he had to drive back to Milton with our dog, and we had nowhere to board our dog for our son’s wedding. He told me this and I was upset, So I called Camp Bow Wow from work and had to leave a message- no answer. They called me back as students were entering my classroom. I think his name was Michael. I told him I made the 8:30 appt with Tyler that Sunday before but they turned my husband and dog away,, that I would send screenshots of the 2 phone calls with their establishment on Saturday and Sunday, and would resend the email with her shot records because they claimed they never got it. it. I texted them the screenshots and forwarded them the previous email with shot records and asked if they received the information, and they never responded. They ignored the communication. We will not be bringing our dog in the future. I supported this business whole heartedly, recommended family members to them that are on $500 daycare plan locally and our son who uses the Mobile location, but I will not be coming back. The left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing, and they make appointments but don’t communicate with other staff members and “double book” having to turn people away.. It was a very frustrating situation the day prior to us leaving for a wedding and added a lot of stress to a busy time in our lives. The wedding was in GA & we didn’t have time to find another boarding facility. Thank God a family member came through who couldn’t attend the wedding because Camp Bow Wow was NOT there for us!!! This was a complete scheduling failure on their part and they didn’t offer an apology or take responsibility. Natalie Lackey

I left my cat, Hazel, with them for the week as my normal boarder had a waitlist for the holidays and my trip was very last minute. I can tell there’s a love and passion for these pets and I’m so glad I went with them! I didn’t have to worry about my baby at all my entire trip and I even got pictures and was told how good she was being! My cat was definitely spoiled while she was here and got one on one attention. This is a place where your pets are treated like family and I fully recommend boarding them here. It does NOT disappoint.

My wife and I was driving to Destin from Ohio and searched for a place to take our dog Remi on our way down and stumbled upon this place by searching google. I am glad I found them as this place is amazing. They truly treated Remi as if she was one of their children and they were very perticular about the care they gave to all of the animals there. You can tell they truly enjoy running the place. We will definitely go out of our way in the future to make sure they are the ones keeping Remi while we vacation in Florida. Also, the cost was very cheap and Remi left with a goodie bag that definitely helped on our trip home.

I love bringing my girls here, and they love it too! Teresa is wonderful and I can tell she is a dog lover just like me. She takes excellent care of them and will sit with them in the kennel to watch and keep them company. We have left our two girls with her twice already and if we ever travel without them again we will definitely come back. I won’t even bother trying another boarding service!

I was desperate when I contacted Teresa, I have a 9 month old lab that went into her first heat, I also have an 11 year old Saint Bernard, Mastiff mix that is not neutered. My old boy was about to go bonkers. Howling and crying constantly. Teresa took my puppy, in heat, and took care of her very last minute. I was so grateful. I think Maggie had a great time and Teresa always responded when I would check on her. Hands down best boarding experience ever!

I love Lucy place in in the middle of my daily route at work. Though I've never used there service there are many good things i can say about these folks. Everytime i come through here they are always so friendly and caring. They make sure i jave something to drink or just a short conversation. Either way they are so involved. I personally would trust them with my animals safe and well being.

This is my mother's place of business. Or what she would consider her time with the pals. She is such an animal lover you can instantly tell where her heart is. This woman is far most the best I've ever met and if I'm half the woman she is today when I grow up I will be satisfied. I love you, Mom. Need anything painted??

Best dog kennel ever! Our dogs were taken great care of. Actually, I think they got spoiled. Lol. I highly recommend this kennel.

Extremely flexible and professional care! My wife and I had were searching for a kennel when our little guy decided he was ready to come into the world. We have a cat and lab that we were calling all over trying to find somewhere for them to stay during our hospital visit. We found Savannah and Bone-A-Fide Pet Care on Facebook the day prior to us leaving. When being turned away by 15+ kennels Savannah’s at home care was a welcome but new service style to us. She would come and hangout with the pets while feeding and playing with them for a while each day. Our stay was extended and Savannah was able to be flexible for a few last minute additional days. She provided picture updates each day which helped us confirm that our pets were in good hands. Highly professional and trustworthy service, above and beyond our expectations.

Savannah was absolutely amazing! It was really convenient to leave our dog at home where she is comfortable, she doesn't get boarded and we never leave her. But Savannah made it go soo smoothly. She sent updates and took great care of our baby. We came home to a super happy dog! Thank you Savannah!

Savannah has watched my animals once but she will be watching them again!!! I was a little thrown off that she likes payment before the actual service but she did amazing. All kids were in good spirits when we got home and I LOVED all the pictures she sent throughout our trip!

Our 2 dogs and 3 cats were cared for like family. I had an emergency and wondered if our watch would be extended by a day and our request was granted! Huge relief to be able to leave the babies home and know they were cared for like family. I will call on you again!!! Oh and we loved the pics twice a day and updates. I felt so relieved knowing you were watching them!!!

Savannah was amazing! She was so kind and caring to our dogs. She also calmed the human’s worries! We will be using her every time we go out of town!

Savannah has been good with my pups since we moved here over a year ago. Very nice to have her come in to watch the girls.

When I picked Luna up in April 2024 after her overnight stay, I was disappointed with her condition. It was strange for her to be gasping for breath and eager to make her exit. As we were on our way home, she had a persistent cough. I stop and observe her carefully. Her ability to breathe was being constricted because the leg portion of her body harness was forcefully placed over her neck in the wrong position. I had to undo all the remaining loops in order to take off the harness. The treatment of my dog Luna, is unacceptable. Despite years of going there and recommending their service, I am now extremely reluctant to even think about returning.

Very disappointing....I have never been able to get a return phone call from anyone there.....I just keep calling back to make my reservation or inquiry. I have used them for a year now and boarded our cat maybe 6 times.....never thrilled but she seemed fine staying there until this last visit. It was evident she got very little attention. Came home smelling like urine and felt filthy. Our cat carrier came home with what appeared to be paint on it and it too was filthy. Bottom line: it didn't go there in the condition it came home - we literally threw it away. I called to relay my disappointment. The manager was fine and understanding. They did decide to offer a portion of the stay and comp it. However, I have yet to see the credit. It's been over a month now. Again, trying to track it down and have left 3 messages now. This will be the last I do business theres.

Had a great experience with the staff. My dog is older and is quite anxious, but the staff was very accommodating to my old pup during his stay. I recommend this place to anyone who's nervous about leaving their fur baby for an extended time and want a peace in mind.

Walked in unannounced and they showed us around. What a great doggie day care and the boarding room is adorable. Dogs have stayed now a couple three times. Always happy to go in and happy to come out!

When I got my dog he had zero social skills he was a 4 month old Pomeranian that was so hyper and a little crazy. We began dropping little Sunny off 6 days a week for the next 2 years. He loved it so much and loved all his fur friends. Great people, great grooming and the Vets office is on the same property. Great place

First of all we do not have a dog but we had to go there with our friends to drop their dog off for her stay before our trip. I was so impressed that I had to get out of the car to see the place! It was amazing to see the facility and watch how they treat their guests (dogs)!! They have private rooms with full length windows to look outdoors! Who has that? They have outdoor safe playtime ! They can even take their own beds and treats!! What a place!!!

The Play n Stay is always a great place for our little one to stay at. We trust her with them to be played with and cared for during her stay. They do an excellent job with letting us know how she is each day with a daily report card. We also utilize the groomer during our stays which is also excellent! Great place!

Terrible. I would not bring my pet back here and I would not recommend others board their pets here either. Three main complaints. 1. I was entitled to a discount from a promotion (15% off), and the front desk worker didn’t credit this to me when it was in writing to him that I was eligible. When I brought it up to him, he denied knowing, and stated that he couldn’t possibly refund the entitled amount. 2. Very rough while handling my pet. My pet has a “safe” collar that will snap off if he gets caught somewhere. It requires considerable force to remove and would naturally come off only if he was hanging from a tree by his collar. When the same front desk employee was placing my pet in his carrier, he was so rough that he forcibly snapped off his collar and was oblivious to the mistreatment. 3. Prices unclear on site. The ~half price for a second pet at the boarding is advertised as though it’s an option for a less luxurious boarding experience. This was not explained until the front desk employee “couldn’t possibly issue a refund.”

Jeff and Donna are the best! We have used them several times for week long vacations and always pleased. I am very picky and protective of who I trust with my 3 dogs but also to stay in my home. My 3 dogs are so comfortable with Jeff and love when he comes to stay! :) I always get pictures while I'm away which I love - puts my heart at ease! If you are in need of a pet sitter I would definitely recommend reaching out to Paws N Claws Pet Sitters!

Jeff stayed at our home to care for our 3 dogs, during a recent vacation. We loved the updates on our pups while we were out. Also, one of our dogs was not so into eating and Jeff went above and beyond to get him to have his meals. We highly recommend Jeff and Donna and have plans to use them again!

Jeff and Donna have been our go to pet sitters in Richardson Texas and now in Florida. We trust them completely with our two dogs. We just got back from ten days out of state, and when we walked in, we found our dogs were happy and healthy and excited to see us. They quickly calmed down and treated us like we hadn't been away! Clearly, they received great care. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough about the quality of their work. Jeff and Donna both came to visit prior to us using them the first time for an overnight sitting. Our dog had no issues with them and that is always a good sign. They are very quick to respond, thorough, and easy to work with. They were very attentive to our pets needs (which aren't much) but still no issues. We have recently used their services again on a multi day trip. Zero issues, good communication, updates multiple times per day. They will continue to be our "go to" folks when we need someone to step in and take care of our dog when we cannot take him along.
