Dog Sitters in Mount Plymouth, FL

We have been bringing our dog, Raydar, to the Green K9 daycare and boarding for 10 years. We moved out of the area in 2019, but still traveled from out of town to bring Raydar to them for their excellent and loving care. We now live 3.5 hours away and have not been able to find the same level of care in our new area, so we travel 3.5 hours each way to drop Raydar off for boarding while we are on vacation. We can't say enough about the love, care and concern that Paul, Marnie and their staff exude. Even when Raydar hasn't been there for a long time, they remember him and he is always excited to be in their care. We are thankful to the Green K9 and recommend them for all their services.

Very impressed and highly recommend. This place is well well staffed, organized, and clean. It is managed by a knowledgeable, disciplined team. After receiving all the necessary health records including vaccines & recent fecal test, my medium size, rambunctious pup was scheduled for boarding for a few days. At arrival, they did a once over of his condition and asked questions about my care preferences. This does take a few minutes so plan ahead. Pups have a required 2 hour trial period with a slow, methodical introduction to a dog group. Very sensible and safe!! It was explained in advance that I needed to stay in town until this step was successfully achieved. I assume this is a one time thing for new comers. During boarding, they follow an active schedule with inside and outside play with human supervision. It is amazing to watch the pups play on their webcams. Very impressed with the interactions between the dogs in a play area and their ever-present, thoughtful, gentle, watchful human leader. I am truly grateful GreenK9! Thank you.

The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable. They took such great care of my pup. Their facilities are really nice and clean. Love the little shop. Honestly it’s just a great place where I know my pup will have fun, be safe and get cleaned up.

The Green K9 is a terrific facility that focuses on dog enrichment through supervised play and rest time. The dogs are always monitored, and the outdoor play areas are kept clean and poop-free. Indoor play areas are kept pristine as well, with resting beds around the rooms. In addition to daycare and overnight boarding, Green K9 offers grooming and other services. Make sure your pooch is current on all vaccines before you go. Lulu loves Green K9.

I absolutely love this place they take such good care of my puppy Freya. She has so much fun being able to socialize with the other dogs and being able to play all day and get her energy out which is much needed. We are leaving her today for our second vacation and she did great the first time so I'm sure she'll do great this time as well!

The green k9 was highly recommended to me by SEVERAL members of the community I live in when I inquired about a safe, comfortable place to board my precious fur baby. There's soooooo many reasons why I love this place, but I will only cover a few. First off, the boarding facilities are very clean and the dogs are NOT kept in kennels! More like doggy suites. They have daycare, which allows Bubbles to go and have playtime with her doggy friends when I have errands to run. CAMERAS!!! I love that I'm able to check in on my fur baby while she's there. I sometimes sit and just watch her with the other dogs and staff. She loves it there. The staff is very friendly and reassuring (I was very nervous to leave her as that was the first time she had been away from us). But a very special reason why I love this place is because they saved my Bubbles life. We were bringing Bubbles by for playtime with her doggy friends while I ran a few errands. When we were taking her out of the van, she broke loose from my son and headed straight for traffic. I was screaming for her to come back and truly thought I was going to witness her get hit by a car. The staff ran outside when they noticed what was happening and immediately went to work luring my Bubbles calmly and safely inside. I am in tears writing this portion because I was so shaken up by this and am so very thankful for the staff jumping in and making sure Bubbles was able to see another day. We will be clients of the green k9 and refer them to whomever inquires! As far as I'm concerned, they are the best.

100% recommend the Green K9 to anyone. The prices are VERY reasonable, they have cameras so you can watch your fur baby enjoying their day, and all of the staff are SO wonderful and amazing with dogs. They’re so knowledgeable, twice I have gotten more helpful advice from the K9 than I did at my vet. They also carry a really good variety of specialty dog food for allergies (yay!).

Absolutely wonderful, caring people. I have a very skittish dog and he does wonderfully at doggy daycare. It’s due to the people. I won’t take my pups anywhere else.

Today I stopped in for dog food. Today is the first day of the tax free for hurricane preparedness which includes collars, leashes, pet foods, pet pads, bed etc. I went to pay for the 3 small bags of food and was told they don’t do the tax free. I said it’s a law that starts today. She asked for proof. I had to walk to my car and get my phone and show her from the state website and multiple news source outlets the food is tax free. After she made numerous calls I’m assuming to managers she reluctantly did it. This is twice a year. Get your act together. I had this problem here last year as well.

Megan and her team were absolutely amazing for us! Not only did they care so much about our pets needs but they go as far as taking in any packages we had, cleaning up any mess that was made, you name it and they did it. We cannot recommend them enough! Every visit was documented amazingly. They will be our go to for everything animal related in the future!

We are so grateful to have found Perfect Paws. We have 5 dogs and have to keep 2 separated. From the first meet and greet I felt very comfortable that our babies would be taken care of. We get pictures and a report after each visit which is great especially when traveling. I have usually always boarded our pets but with 5 that can be very costly, so I feel their rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Perfect Paws

This facility, and all it encompasses (including the staff) has played such an important role in the health and safety of my kids. I bring them in almost everyday, and every morning they run I’m excited to see their friends and play. When I pick them up they are happy, and worn out. One of my dogs has unfortunately had two medical emergencies, and I couldn’t ask for a better response. Without asking, I was offered help to better support my puppy and her needs. The results have been amazing, it has really been a team effort. I truly feel they are loved and well cared for. This place gives me such a piece of mind, and I don’t feel guilty for having to leave them so frequently. Hands down the best group of dog people around.

My three pups love Pet Play Town! Beth and the staff are really knowledgeable dog people. I trust them with my pack. I really like that I can ask questions about all things dog, even nutrition, grooming, etc, and they can give me answers or point me in the right direction. The enrichment activities are so fun! Bowling, water play, hamburger day, and so many more. I use them for grooming, daycare and boarding.

We had our first day at Pet Play Town and my Golden Retriever loved it! She was so happy when I picked her up and she slept so hard when we got home; just what we wanted! We use to have a yard, but we don’t anymore after moving to this area. PPT has a HUGE backyard with little doggie pools and toys for them to play with. There is also a large indoor area for when it is hot or rainy out. Everything I saw on my tour of the building was very clean, and all of the dogs were energetic and happy. We were going to another daycare in the area, but Pet Play Town is better quality at a better price. We will most certainly be taking our dog here from now on!

My dog has been going to pet play town since we got her at 7 weeks old. The facility USED to be friendly, family oriented and welcoming and my dog was eager to go now it’s a different vibe so unwelcoming, no loyalty to their regular customers like u and your dog are just a number and a profit to them they blocked off all visual to the back so you can’t see how your dog is living while there. They have increased their prices astronomically and the vibe of the personnel is terrible. My dog used to be in day care, would be boarded there when out of town also got all her grooming there I will now look for a new place that doesn’t look at my dog like a profit but rather like their own dog like it used to be. Do better pet play town you lost a long time customer who has spent thousandsssssssss $$$$$$$$$ of dollars but I will now take my dog and businesses to a better place.

As a new dog owner with a full time job and a puppy full of energy, I needed a good place to take Parker some weekdays so that he could play while I was at work. D Dogs Lodge had been recommended to me by a few of my friends of mine and it does not disappoint! Their screening process and playtime group organization reassured me as an owner that my dog was going to be happy and healthy when staying at D Dogs Lodge. The staff is very friendly and the owner Katia goes above and beyond to get to know each and every dog individually, she knows every dogs names, play style, and personality making for a great daycare host. I would say my favorite thing about keeping Parker at D Dogs Lodge are the live cameras and daily Facebook pictures of playtime.

I was recommended to D Dog Lodge and boarded my two dogs this past week. Found them to be professional, organized and caring. Loved the owners kindness and patience toward my babies…and found her staff to be the same. So glad I found them.

We LOVE D Dogs! We have 2 small dogs that have been going to D Dogs for 2 years and when we turn onto their street they get so excited! They love everyone who works there! Every employee is kind, sweet and loves animals! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My husband and i moved to winter park and a week later our jobs sent us to Texas for training. We had no idea what we wanted to do with the dogs. They have never been on a plane before so we didn’t want to go that route and unfortunately we have no family here. Our best option was to have them boarded. Katia and her wonderful staff took great care of them. Since this was their first time being boarded I called a few times everyday to check on them. Every time I called the front desk girl greeted me with such kindness, she could tell I was worried about them. I thank her for her wonderful updates. I will definitely be using them again.

Gretchen has grown up at DDogs since she was just a nippy puppy without a backyard fence. Although she is now an extra big girl & the fence is installed, Wednesday is her day to ride in the truck to go to her favorite place to be with friends. She gives it 4-paws + 1-tail up = 5-stars.

I have been a regular here for daycare and boarding. I truly cannot say enough good things about D Dogs lodge, all of the staff, and of course Katya. She has been so kind, considerate, and truly caring with my pup as if she were her own. She has been flexible with me working with me with my work hours and post op periods for my dog. She has gone above and beyond and has shown the highest moral character. I would recommend D dogs lodge to anyone. The staff are amazing too. You can tell they all love dogs and I know my dog loves it there because within a few weeks of going to daycare she was wagging her tail and so excited to go in.

What a wonderful place for my pups!!! The staff are amazing; they love our dogs like they were their own. The facility is very nice and well equipped. The baths there are amazing; my puppies are both so clean and smell so good. We love D dogs!

My husband and I love D Dog's Lodge. We've have only used them for boarding so far, but they are amazing. We love that we get to see Jigsaw on the cameras when they take him out to play. They are also good with keeping up with medication if needed. We do recommend them to anyone who is nervous about boarding, because we do care about the health and care of our pup and you can tell they do as well. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had for my two dogs. They were taken care of so intentionally and thoroughly from the moment they got there til I picked them up. The entire staff is an absolute delight, providing excellent customer service and the peace of mind every pet owner should have when trusting someone with their animals. The owner does a phenomenal job at making sure every dog is given the same upstanding care and comfort. One of my two babies has a seizure disorder and a very anxious, timid girl. When I picked her up she was a totally different dog than when i dropped her off. SO happy and excited, tail wagging and all. I’m so happy to have found such a wonderful place to trust when I need a place for them to stay!

We’ve been loyal clients at PetSuites Winter Springs since our dog was a puppy. However, our experience today was extremely disappointing and disheartening. Yesterday, my husband called to make a reservation and informed the staff member that our dog requires medication for epilepsy. She assured him this was fine and booked our day boarding without hesitation. But when we arrived this afternoon with detailed feeding and medication instructions, the front desk staff seemed confused. When I mentioned "medication for epilepsy," she clarified, “You mean for seizures?” She then informed me she needed to speak to her manager. To my surprise, I was told a new policy had been implemented that very morning: they would no longer service dogs with epilepsy. Despite the fact that they we boarded him four times in the last two weeks. Not only was I shocked by this sudden change, but I was also appalled by the lack of communication. We had driven all the way from Lake Mary, and yet no one had the courtesy to notify us about the policy beforehand. The manager I spoke with was dismissive, interruptive, and unhelpful. While they agreed to watch our dog for one last time, the experience left us feeling discriminated against because of our dog’s condition. His seizures are controlled, and his care doesn’t require extraordinary effort — just basic attentiveness. PetSuites has not only lost a loyal client but has shown an alarming lack of compassion and professionalism. If you’re going to implement a policy like this, ensure your communication and customer service are up to par. Our dog’s condition is not a burden; it’s part of who he is. Discriminating against pets with disabilities is unacceptable. I hope management reconsiders how they handle situations like this in the future. Until then, I would not recommend PetSuites Winter Springs to anyone seeking understanding and reliable care for their pets.

It’s great that we love this place, but it’s becoming a problem that our Frenchie (Gizmo) Really Really loves this place. We send him a couple times a week, but now, every morning he sits at the door to the garage and cries to leave the house and go to doggy day care. We can’t leave in the morning without him trying to run out and jump in the car. Thanks a lot PetSuites, now our dog loves you more than us. *shrug*

This was my first experience leaving my frenchie at a kennel or overnight boarding and I have to say it has been the best experience ever. I was afraid that my dog would not do well in this environment but my husband and I received pictures of him at doggy playtime and truly felt good about our choice to leave him to interact with other dogs while we were away. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be bringing back my dog, Maxi.

If found Pet Suites right before hurricane and they accommodated us with no problems whatsoever. The staff were all very, very helpful. They took good care of my rather difficult cats and gave the best customer service possible. I would use them again and I recommend them highly.

I did some research on this place to ensure my german shepherd would receive the best care possible, but after hearing of an animal abuse accusation of one of your staff, I believe my service would be appreciated elsewhere. As much as I would've loved to do business with this place, I can't risk the safety of my fur baby. Please ensure this is dealt with accordingly and ASAP! Who knows if this person has done anything to anyone's poor fur baby/babies.

We took our 4 year old Buster to stay for the first time and the staff were amazing. They were so understanding when we were reluctant to leave since it’s the first time since we adopted him that he was being boarded. We even called while we were away and they were kind enough to give us and update and put our minds at ease. We will definitely board Buster again at Pet Suites, we have the utmost trust in the staff to keep our baby safe and happy.

I was in there for a moment, one of the staff members called Maddie or Madison I think was being incredibly rude to one of the staff members, along with that it turns out that there's also been reports that she abuses her own animals. I've never walked out of somewhere so fast in my life. Genuinely concerning for the animals in there.

PetSuites is great place to leave you your furbaby. Our Ella is only a puppy. I was concerned about boarding her. My concerns were quickly laid to rest after I took a tour at the Oviedo location. The staff was friendly and answered ALL my questions. They staff is organized, which is of utmost importance to me. The staff was kind and the facility was CLEAN!! It feels good to know our furbaby was well taken care of!! Big THANK YOU to the PetSuites in Oviedo ♥️

I took my 3 year old kitty to Pet Suites for the first time ever being away from home. She was a bit scared but the staff took excellent care with her. I called any time I wanted and they would go back and check on her for me. They fed her as I requested and made her feel safe and secure. They also helped with my anxiety of leaving her for the first time. I will always take her to Pet Suites they did a wonderful job. They also sent me a picture I have to admit it was not ger happy face but that was meant for her mama.

Doggos always excited to come to Rocky’s! They are loving and thoughtful from mashing sardines into food if they are reluctant to eat to considering the need for speakers in the suites to offset upsetting noises. Love the photo updates (per pics attached) and postcards for how the day went! All folks there show their love for animals!

The staff at Rocky’s Retreat took very good care of our Ellie. We had to board her for a couple of days while we had some work done at our house. She was able to socialize with dogs her size and the staff sent us pictures and videos of her stay each day. They also sent a report card of what she did during her stay and just loved and cuddled her. Ellie and us were very happy with her care. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

I am very happy that I found Rocky’s Retreat in Orlando, FL to do the Hydroterapy treatment in my dog Fouad, the staff is very friendly and the instructor EVA is amazing, she perform her job with care, patient and she is very knowledgeable. They offer a tour of the facility(something not offered at our previous daycare) and they were thorough when explaining the pricing, packages, and how the day is structured for your doggo. Joy (their dog trainer) is amazing. She listens carefully to what you'd like your dog to be working on and I'm already seeing improvement after 2 visits You'll get notes and a report card on how your fur baby is doing and cute pics of them w/ their new friends too!

Rocky’s Retreat is great! I’ve been taking my dogs here for years, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. With 3 high energy cattle dogs, one of them being special needs, it can be hard to find sitters that I trust to meet their needs. I know my dogs love their time here though! I also appreciate the daily report cards and photos.

Rocky’s Retreat is the best! Our rescue dog, Winnie, is very shy, fearful of other dogs, and anxious due to her previous owners. The staff at Rocky’s make sure she is still given lots of love and kept separated from dogs as requested! They give us peace of mind with the daily report cards and you can tell they all truly care and love the animals that stay with them. April and Billy are amazing and have gone out of their way to make sure that Winnie is comfortable during her stay!

I absolutely love Rocky’s retreat! We have a pit bull (Duke) when our family needed to travel I was so hesitant on boarding him. Trying to find a nice place and I also ran into all the restrictions other places had for pit bulls. It’s been 2 years since and Rocky’s Retreat has far exceeded my expectations. Duke loves to go! They treat him so well I have no worries when I need to send him for days. I appreciate Ms. April and her staff for always treating Duke like family!

We have used Biscuit Time for years for our cats. Great service! We love Frank. I also like their software, which makes it super easy to pay and to view the upcoming visits.

An honest business. We have used the walking services for daily walks and out of towns visit for our Aussie for the past 7 years. Our pup is very particular and the walkers are perfect. They are respectful of our home and our pup looks forward to her walkers every day! Biscuittime uses an app to update us about visits and send pics. We have no hesitation in our recommendation.

We have used Biscuit Time for a couple years now. Our cat, Oscar the Grouch, adores Frank and Glenn, especially when Elvis is played for him 😆 We were so lucky to find out about their services. Oscar can have his temperamental moments so to not worry about taking him somewhere unknown and scary has been GREAT! We plan to use them again very soon for an upcoming trip. We love Biscuit Time almost as much as our dog and cats. They are professional, caring and convenient. Before discovering them we significantly reduced our travel as it was so difficult herding the cats to take to the kennel as well as traumatic for the animals being away from home. Christine is so fantastic! I have 5 cats and a parrot- a house full! The two boy cats are very skiddish. She was able to give the boy who needs medication to him daily. I've been using Gotta go for years. They take exceptional care of my 4 fur babies. 2 of my babies don't really warm up to people but they love gotta go staff. I always feel comfortable leaving for a few days knowing my babies are in great hands.

we met Marianne through another pet sitter who was retiring. She came to the house and met Kevin (our fully energized Aussie) and Jake (our no energy rescue something). She was great from the start. She loves our pups and treats them like they're her own. She is always on time and send a report with pics immediately after her visit. We could not recommend her any higher!

Caiti went above and beyond taking care of my golden girl on the day of my wedding. She was excellent with communication, coordination and loving my pup. I would recommend her services 100%. I’m very guarded with who I allow to watch over my girl and I would trust Caiti any day!

Would not recommend as this provider is quite willing to cancel on you last minute and then blame you rather than discuss professionally. Misunderstandings occur but how you handle it says a lot about who you are professionally. Have a backup if engaging Caiti’s services. 🤞🏼 You may have good luck with Caiti, as I am sure she is a great caretaker, but she has not taken responsibility for booking what was a prerequisite meet and greet with me and before holding the meet and greet booking over top of my requested dates. There was no checking with me prior to booking another customer (yet she remembered to reach out to me to tell me that she was booked - hmm). Good business would be to come to an agreement and accept fault and make your business better thereafter instead of offering constant excuses (over and over). Since Caiti still doesn't understand what she did wrong, I would presume this same misfortunate event will happen to others in the future so I am posting this review.

Interviewed a few different people to pet sit my two cats. Knew instantly that Ana was the one I would go with because she asked good questions and took notes of everything we discussed. My cats fell in love with her instantly and one of my cats is very scared normally but Ana won her over very quickly. Will definitely be using her more in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter.

Ana and Julian have been taking care of my puppy for months now. They came by about a month and a half before I even started work, because I wanted to have someone lined up. They then went out of their way to stop by again when we finally got close to needing them daily to check in on my pup! My pup LOVES Ana. She takes such good care of him - she asks questions about my training with him so she can continue it when she is here. She always sends me photos and videos so I know he's happy - it brightens my day to see him so happy! I recommend Ana and Julian 100%!!! They will help you with whatever your pet sitting needs are! I cannot recommend Like your Pet enough! As a pet owner we always worry about leaving our 2 babies when we have to travel and cant take them but since we met Ana and Juliana we know they are in good hands and are getting lots of love. Whenever we are away we get lots of pictures and our dogs absolutely LOVE them!! Like Your Pet did such an incredible job with my pet. I can’t recommend them enough! They came to my home daily while I was on vacation and everything was seamless. They texted me daily with updates and pictures of how my pet was doing and when I returned home, my pet was happy and healthy. Ana and Juliano are excellent caregivers and I will definitely utilize their services again!

I have a special need senior dog and two cats and I gotta say, Ana took such good care of them that I had a slight feeling they didn’t like seeing us when we came back from our trip 🤣🤣. Like Your Pet has done an incredible job watching our pets while we are away. They are dependable and always send pictures and updates on our cats and our home. They followed specific instructions for our high maintenance kitties and were amazing with our cat that is hesitant with strangers. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of a pet sitter! I had to leave my fur child home for 5 days while I went out of town and was so worried and stressed about it, that's way too long to let friends watch him and between the horror stories you read on the boarding facilities, then enter Ana and the meet and greet. My pup immediately liked her and I felt at ease that he would be well taken care of. After I returned he was like "oh good youre back." Which only means he was getting lots of love and attention and didn't mind chilling at the house with Ana stopping by for walks and bathroom breaks!! She sent me pics and videos for his walks. I come home from my trip and my pup is happy and relaxed and not giving me then stink eye for leaving him behind. Highly recommend using the services and will exclusively use Like Your Pet any time I go out of town in the future. Thank you Ana!!
