Mini had her 1st boarding experience in her 13 years. She was treated like the princess she is with her own room, plenty of other small dogs to visit with the windowed roo off the lobby. She was groomed ($60) and a very happy girl when

Biggie loves The Grand Paw. He comes weekly for daycare and most recently was boarded for over 2 weeks. The staff know him by name and always greet him with excitement. He comes home exhausted from playing with his friends and always looks forward to returning. Thank you to all the staff for all you do.

Our Sasha loves it here and I feel comfortable sending her. They make sure every dog’s vaccines are up to date, even if coming in for grooming only. They also do a temperament test with the new dogs to test how they behave with others. We have been so happy with the level of detail and care.

Pandemic Up Date-The Grand Paw is doing a pretty good job as they work through the issues associated with the COVID Pandemic. They now pick up you dog from the car, you do not go inside at all. They bring your pet out to you in the evening, so it is more-or-less touchless. They also have both masks and sanitizer out in the parking area so that you can sanitize if you like. Good job. But I miss the little shop and talking to the folks while waiting for our dog, Bailey to drag out the poor lad that has to tear him away from his play date. This is the doggy daycare and boarding place in the East Coachella Valley. It has nice facilities and reasonably good hours. They are not real flexible on times and policies. Not a deal as far as pricing goes but seem to take reasonable care of the pets. They have a little pet gift shop, mostly dog oriented full of overpriced things you can’t live without. The grooming function is not the best or least expensive. Ask about purchasing multiple use packages. Tuesday and Thursday they have pool time for Fido if your dog is so inclined. Separate small and large dog areas. They charge $25 bucks to qualify your dog’s behavior before you can bring him. Have all your shot information ready.

What a wonderful staff. I feel so comfortable and trust them to babysit my four legged family member. When leaving pets behind when circumstances require a helping hand - This is the place!

Our dog spent 5 days a this facility and he was bitten, wounds open when we picked him up. We were not told, until we contacted the facility, and replied with a typical template to respond to a complaint. Until today not a curtesy response. Disappointed, and furious, above all the rate charged, you will think your pet will be taken care of.

Brian, Ricky, and the rest of the staff are amazing. My wife and I have a 20 year relationship with this business and Brian and Ricky. We can’t say enough good things about the customer service and how they treat our pups. I wish I could give them 10 stars

Great Facility! We went in a week prior to our pup staying there for a tour and a temperament test, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we dropped our pup off for her stay she was excited to be there again. She was happy when we picked her up and quickly fell asleep when we got home. The grand paw is reasonably priced and I highly recommend! Thank you Grand paw for taking care of Cocoa!

I was so happy with The Grand Paw and so were my two kittys. They had a comfy room with plenty of time to play and lounge in. Also they posted pictures of my babies for me to see so I could know 5hey were doing well as I missed them. I will definitely board with them again when I need to in the future.

If you have large dogs this is THE place. Our dogs are bigger and they absolutely love it here. There is plenty of space for them to run around. Any staff we’ve ever encountered is always so friendly and seems to truly love being around dogs! It definitely seems like our dogs’ happy place. Our dogs have never been sick after a boarding and they always come home clean and EXHAUSTED! It is worth every penny. We also love just dropping them off for a play day. Swim days are also awesome. They have an in the ground pool and one of our dogs absolutely loves it!

Lauren is awesome, we are lucky we found her for our two dogs. She has been fantastic with both dogs especially our highly anxious one. She has watched them for the day and boarded them over night. They cant wait to get out of the car when we drop them off.

Lauren watched my dog (Bruno) for several weeks. She kept me updated with pictures and text messages on Bruno’s daily activities and overall wellbeing. Bruno looked fantastic when I picked him up, and I will not hesitate to have Lauren watch him again. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the animals she takes care of.

I have been using Lauren for about 5 years and she is the BEST!! I just love her enthusiasm and joy that she gives to all her dogs. With two previous dogs they would spend the night and also just go to day care. With Peaches - our current Cavapoo - she can't wait to get out of the car and go into Laurens house. We've boarded her but also use the daycare for a day of golf! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

We have used Lauren multiple times to pet sit, This time we were gone quite a bit longer than the previous times and she made sure to give our dogs extra love an extra attention to fill the void of us being gone. Lauren is fantastic, she goes the extra mile with your special one. Scruffy has emotion needs and has meds and she knows how to make him feel happy. She lets him snuggle on the bed with her which he loves. She understands his needs and I know he is in loving care. She keeps me posted on how he is doing. Which is great. Lauren has taken care of our two rescued mixes for several years ( plus an extended family member’s pup. ). Sometimes it’s just an overnight or a long weekend, but we’ve used her up to a few weeks at times. We feel so comfortable knowing that she is extremely experienced and she is even helpful with solicited advice when they aren’t there and we have a training issue. She has had to give our pups medication and has no problems contacting vets if needed. Our pups might be a little spoiled by the attention they receive when they are in her care. If you were to ask our pups about their experiences, we think they would both give her two paws up!

Lauren is beyond the best! We rescued our dog, Max, as a puppy after spending over a month in a shelter. Lauren not only has given Max a safe and fun place to stay, but also has given us great advice on training him. We know Max loves Lauren as much as we do….he races to her door as soon as we pull up!

We have 2 dogs, both 8 year old Akita mixes. Lauren has been a part of their lives in one way or another since we adopted them when they were puppies. Lauren is extremely reliable, consistent and always goes above & beyond. She’s easy to communicate with and very attentive. She has tons of safety measures, plans and precautions in place to ensure any animal on her care is safe, well cared for and (most importantly) comfortable and loved. Her home and yard is always clean. She’s helped care for our dogs on many occasions, boarding them in her home or doing drop-ins at our home. Even providing behavioral help. And, we’ve witnessed her board and work with many different types of animals over the years. At some point, one of our dogs developed severe allergies. Lauren was instrumental in helping us work with a vet to diagnose the problem, better understand our dog’s illness and even create a long term treatment plan for him. She’s still attentive to his allergies and sensitivities when she cares for him. It’s not just about pet sitting. She’s extremely gifted and truly has such a passion for animals and their overall well-being. We jokingly call her Dr. Doolittle, but she really is so in tune with animals’ needs. Her knowledge and expertise cannot be matched.

Lauren has been taking care of my eighteen month old Boston Terrier twice a seek, since he was 7 months old and she has been wonderful, helping me with training and giving him plenty of play time and exercise. She is always more than happy for a drop in visit, for cats or dogs, and her boarding service is wonderful, as I never have to worry about his care. As I work fulltime, I don't know what I would do without her help and loving care of my active little dog.

The boarding facilities are clean, spacious and comfortable, providing a home-like environment with an incredible grass yard that the pups love! LOVE LOVE LOVE Fetch!!!!!! LOVE Kathleen!!!! we travel between San Diego and Palm Springs a couple times a month. We have a terrier mix and a (freak) labordoodle. Very demanding dog to care for. If you own one then you know what I mean. Put it this way......If the color of the dog food is off...the dog will loose all its hair from stress! haha maybe not that bad but both my dogs love Kathleen. Our cat caregiver is Kathleen and she is great. She sends pictures of our boys from every visit so we know she is taking good care of them. They’re quite shy so initially she had to look for them. Eventually they got to know her and now sometimes even come out to say hi on their own. Scheduling is quick and easy. Fetch was recommend to me by a neighbor and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

What a wonderful experience! We needed a half day sitter for our little 12lb pup for a day trip to the area. We were able to get a spot last minute (day before) with ease. We were in the area for a week and brought our puppy. Juliette came to our house each day to play with him and let him out and look after him. She was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. I cannot recommend her enough. Our puppy loved her and she was so sweet with him. I had such an amazing experience with Joshua Tree Pet Resort. From beginning to end, I cannot explain how seamless and convenient the process was! First of all, let’s talk about Christina! She is the sweetest, kindest person. You can tell she truly enjoys her job/life. It’s always so nice to come across good people like that, especially when you are trusting them with your pets. I have two shihpoos, Keto and Kylo. We take them with us everywhere. We plan vacations around them. However, we wanted to take a Hummer Tour around Joshua Tree - this meant our doggies couldn’t go with us. Only a week before our trip, I had to figure out a daycare thing for the dogs. I came across Joshua Tree Pet Resort and gave them a ring! Christina answered. She patiently explained the pricing and process to me and answered all my questions. She also gave impeccable directions - very detailed. I was confident in getting to her place because of how she explained everything so well and because of the overall experience I had with her over the phone and in simply viewing her website! Once we arrived to her place, another couple was picking up their dog and we were there to drop off. She has designated times for human interaction so that she can focus on our pets during the other times. We dropped them off and all was well. We came back that same day and there were no issues. Again, everything was so easy, convenient, and smooth! I can’t wait to use her services again!!! We loved visiting Joshua Tree so we know we will definitely come back. Next time, our goal is to have the dogs stay overnight at Christina’s! We definitely trust her. I can’t say enough about this place. Experiences matter nowadays and this was definitely top-notch!

I have a 4 month old corgi that I dropped off to stay with Christina for one night/ 2 full days and my goodness my puppy had a great time. Christina was quick to respond and sent us updates with pictures/videos every few hours. She was extremely kind and you could tell her and her family are huge dog lovers. She made us feel very comfortable leaving our fur friend for the night while we enjoyed the park for the weekend. He was definitely in good hands.

Joshua Tree Resort is awesome! They took our puppy for two days so we could enjoy the National Park. Daisy was happy - and exhausted - from her fun day playing with the other dogs. We appreciated the kind care they provided and for keeping Daisy safe in the hot weather! Best decision we made!

I can't say enough positive things about this place!! I have a pup who can be a bit nervous in new places. Christina completely understood and offered to do a meet and greet before the official stay -- it went great! My dog was so excited to go back there for a 3 night stay where she made lots of friends! Christina was considerate with making sure to maintain our dogs schedule/daily habits and included her in all activities throughout the day. I appreciate the VIP package offered as it allowed my dog to get the feeling of being in a home away from home. Christina is great at communicating and was open to me reaching out to check in, sharing pictures and videos when she had time. It is very clear that being with animals is Christina's passion. We will ABSOLUTELY be using her services again! A quick pic that was sent to us during her stay there, having the time of her life!

We were in need of a last minute dog sitter during our short visit to Joshua Tree National Park. I came across their info, not sure if they would be able to accommodate us on such short notice and to our delight, Christina was able to take my senior dachshund. She and her family treated my dog like their own, giving her extra attention due to her senior needs. I felt so comfortable dropping her off, which is conveniently located on the same road to one of the park entrances. I am so glad I stumbled across their info and took a chance on giving them a call less than a day before I needed their services. We were able to enjoy more of the park, which has very limited dog friendly access. And, my dog was given lots of TLC!

This place and the owner (Christina) are awesome!! We needed a place to bring our lil pup a few times a week so that he could play with other dogs and get some of that energy out. After LOTS of research, I found the perfect environment - it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I wanted a home away from home for my lil guy and they were able to provide this. I LOVE this place SO SO much and I'm so thankful that we have this amazing pet resort in Joshua Tree!!

A very good place for daycare and boarding! It was really easy to book the day with Christina. She took great care of our dog Moka while we were hiking in the park. They have a great place with a big yard for dogs. She sent us pictures of the day. We recommend!

My cockatiel Piper had a wonderful stay. Christina was extremely kind and responsive. She is obviously a true animal lover. My pet was relaxed in her care. This is truly a wonderful service.

Marlie and her family are wonderful! I must have toured 5+ places before I found a place that I really liked for my special boy. Hilariously, my dog cannot wait to leave me once I drop him off. Ramsey absolutely LOVES his stay at Pet Adventures, and it makes me feel so happy knowing he is in the best of hands.

Justin and Marlie are our pups 2nd family! We've been blessed to have them take care of our 7yr old since he was a puppy and now we've added another puppy (9 months) into the mix. We use them for both the day-care and overnight stays (weeks) and the pups come home like they've been on a vacation. One of our dogs has a lot of medical issues and medications, and it makes us feel so comfortable that Marlie was a vet tech, just in case something happens! They so kind and caring and feel like family to us. It is so reassuring to know that our dear Emma is safe, happy and so loved when we have to go out of town... we never worry about her and know that she is treated by her family like one of their own. Our dog, Steve, and our family absolutely LOVE Justin and Marlie. We’ve known Marlie since our Lab was 6 months old as she used to work at the Vet we take him to. He is now 8, so most of his life, prior to them relocating north, he spent with them playing and having sleepovers :). There were times that we would just send him overnight because we knew he missed being there and they missed seeing him. They are both extremely professional and have a true passion for animals which can be seen in all areas of their business. We love you guys! And miss you down here in San Diego.

Marlie and Justin, who own Pet Adventures, are very caring and genuine people. My dog can be somewhat shy and they made her part of their sweet family...a home away from home. Marlie has a background as a vet tech and knows a lot about dogs. I trusted her insights. Justin is so heartfelt and allowed my dog to bond with him, which helped her to feel safe and secure. Many times they came to my rescue when unforeseen things would arise and I needed help with boarding. I was so grateful for all that they did for both myself and Kioni!! I miss them as they are now in Gold Beach, Oregon. The bar has been raised and it will be difficult to find another facility as comparable. Marlie and Justin are a kind and loving gift for those lucky to have found them! 🐾💕

We can’t begin to say how happy we are with the care Marlie and Justin give our dog Beau. They are so accommodating and knowledgeable and the best part is Beau loves them and loves going there. We have boarded with them too and the feeling of knowing your animal is safe and loved is the best part! We can’t thank them enough for working with Beau, he’s a strong willed large puppy and they have really helped us with him. He comes home tired and happy and calmer! Our family has entrusted Marlie and Justin with our family dog Brody’s care many many times over during the last 5 years. Brody’s stays ranged from extended weekends to multiple weeks at a time. Each and every stay Brody was over the moon happy to go with Marlie and Justin, never looking back. When Brody returned home he was always in good spirits and well taken care of. I admit that I'm a bit of a helicopter animal guardian. The animals I share my home with mean everything to me, and it's incredibly important that they receive the love and respect they deserve. Our home has often been called a "home of misfits" because many of the animals I care for come with a little baggage. Due to this, I rarely take them anywhere other than the vet because, well... people. When my mother made an appointment for my sweet boy, Mouse, I was filled with anxiety. To say I was nervous is an understatement, I was worried for days leading up to the appointment and didn't relax until I picked him up. Mouse is a special boy. He has no eyes due to medical issues, and we adopted him that way. With his unknown history, I've always handled his grooming at home. As a full time worker and student, I thought I could manage the shedding that comes with having a husky, but it was becoming overwhelming. I tried so many tools and techniques to keep up with the fur, but it got to be too much. I don’t usually ask for help because I don’t want to be a burden, but my mother intervened, and I'm so glad she did. The team at Waggin West was incredibly understanding of my anxiety and sensitive to Mouse’s needs as a first-time grooming client. They did an amazing job, Mouse looks fantastic! His extra fur is gone, and I can tell he feels so much better because he's not panting as much indoors. I'm so relieved and grateful. Mouse will definitely be a regular at Waggin West from now on. Today was our first groom with Waggin West and I will never take him anywhere else. My 11 year old corgi looks and feels amazing. I asked them to trim his pantaloons a little and the quality of that trim is comparable to a high end Japanese style groom! I am blown away! 🍑. Everyone I interacted with seemed to love what they were doing and showered Rory with lots and lots of love. This is a fantastic local business that deserves your business.

I can’t tell you enough how fantastic it is here!! We needed to leave our little dogs for a few new hours while we dropped our daughter off at the school. I had just met them and they already made me feel like family and I knew my four legged babies would be safe and taken care of, that means more to me than anything!! I just took my goldendoodle to Waggin West for grooming. She is stunning. They groomed her just as I had asked them to. We are new here and so pleased!

My 2 girls (Labs) came out of the doggie beauty shop looking like Beauty Queens! Fabulous job! I would highly recommend this place! They are very caring and sensitive to the individual needs of each baby! Update December 23 2020 I took my 3 year old Neapolitan Mastiff, Grizzly into Wagging West Kennels & Groomers today. It was his 1st time. He came out smelling like a 🌹 Rose! He looked so handsome! I couldn't believe it was the same Dog! Merry Christmas! I will definately be taking him again!

Sherri and the staff are exceptional! They went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be more thankful. We boarded our 2 dogs for the first time and was worried about them during their stay. But when we picked them up, we could tell they were well taken care of. Thank you Waggin West!

We have boarded all 5 of our pups with Waggin West and we have been so happy with their care. The dogs always come home happy and healthy.

I initially had to board my baby Nala due to a family emergency. As this was my first time ever leaving her, I was nervous, but as soon as we walked in and I saw my usually hesitant girl relaxed and happy, I knew she was in good hands. The owners are amazing and have worked with me when I needed to unexpectedly extend. Not needing to worry about my baby during difficult times has been a true blessing.

I’ve been using this kennel for a year and a half now with outstanding results. My dogs always look great and healthy when I pick them up and the staff take every step to ensure diet, temp regulation in the heat, exercise time, and attention throughout the day is on point. Very easy to work with on drop off and pick times. Couldn’t be happier with their services and the personal touch.

I would give 20 stars if that Was an option. I can’t say enough about Colleen and Maroco Kennels. My German Shepherd Eckhoo Daisy. Loves it there. I have been bringing her there for about 4 years now and She loves it. Sometimes I feel like she likes it better there than at home 😁. I’ve dropped her off for as little as a weekend and as long as three months when I was ill. I would highly recommend Maroco Kennels If you’re looking for boarding for your Fur friends. You will be at ease knowing that they’re being well taken care of.

I would highly recommend Colleen at Maroco Kennels. I have been boarding my dog Shasta with her since moving to Yuma in 2013. I always know that Shasta will be well taken care of. The kennels are always clean. Colleen is very responsive to phone calls and text messages reassuring even the most worried pet parent.

Since the 80s, Maroco Kennel has been the answer to leaving my dogs under excellent care. Coleen is an expert trainer in obedience, hence my dogs come back to me with better manners frequently. They look forward to visiting their second “mom”. And I rest easy knowing where they are. I recommend Maroco without reservation!

We have trusted Coleen with our pups twice for 10 days at a time. She takes great care of them and we trust her completely. Kennels always clean and the pups are able be outside weather permitting. A great kennel and owner.

This was our first time ever boarding our beloved dog, and we were really nervous about it. Colleen made us feel very comfortable and helped us with every step of the process, even advising us how and where to get updated immunizations (since we are new to Yuma). Colleen deals with the animals in a really gentle but firm way I was very impressed with. The kennels are clean, spacious, and professional. Also, the price is more than fair. I really can not say enough good things about these kennels - we wouldn't have been able to take our vacation without Maroco Kennels - and will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you!

The dogs are kept in a building with no windows and minimal lighting. I assume this is to keep them cool since there is no AC. As soon as we walked in I felt like it was a very depressing setting. We were told the dog would get yard time in his own space during the early morning and evening. The owner only said “he’s doing great” When I asked for an update. When we picked up our dog he had hardly eaten at all. I’m not sure if he was not fed or if he was so stressed out that he wouldn’t eat. (He’s been boarded other places and this has never been an issue anywhere else). Upon picking our dog up my husband witnessed the owner hit the dog on the head with his bowl. Overall I would never take my dog back there. It did not feel like it was a loving environment for him to be in. My dog has not been the same since. I have heard from other people that they have had the same experience, their dogs are not eating while there and they have seen her hit the dogs with the bowl.

We have had our dogs in a few kennels and when we leave our dogs with Collen at Maroco Kennels we rest easy because we know Colleen cares about our dogs. She is also a very knowledgeable trainer.

Our experience with Morocco kennel's left us with an uneasy feeling.We don't feel our dog was treated right,in a caring way,or received any attention.Her spirit has been injured.I read Brandy William's review,and it was our feelings as well in every way.Our dog has not been the same since.She was revenous when we picked her up.We left her there a week longer than we anticipated.She acted like she hadn't been fed the whole week.She was so starved for exercise she wouldn't stop running for a couple days.We wouldn't leave our puppy there again.

I highly recommend this place if you need a place to leave your dog , the owner was very nice and very understanding of my old rascoo needs, he’s an old dog 🐶, she was able to take him in with like 2 hrs notice over the holidays, she was a blessing to me and my dog 🐕, prices are very responsible.a lot do space for the dogs to run , very clean , my dog was happy to be there, I can tell he was by the way he was behaving when I picked him up , she was acting like he own the place :) Thank you so very much for taking care of my rascoo

I was in traffic on the freeway and drove past this location. I saw cages of dogs and they all were barking and crying. Never seen anything like it. Looked horrible and broke my heart

I have a very spoiled dog and am particular about how he's handled, fed, etc and the staff here did everything I asked to a T. They let him have his favorite things from home to make him feel safe too. They always take great care of my boy every time I use them. Highly recommend.

Don't waste your time here. This location is NOT what you want your beloved pet in. Dirty, no shade for the dogs and dangerously located alongside the 10 freeway. Go to Renaissance Pet Resort. It may be in Banning but the staff and the grounds are top notch for pets.

It is a decent place, staff is very nice and loves the animals. I know, because i handle the cleaning and exercise part daily and the cages are very clean and the dogs get some exercise everyday. They also get fed well and are well taken care of. Staff is professional and the dogs safety and well being are first priority.

Our family has been loyal customers for the last few years. We loved when Cindy was the manager. She was friendly, an absolute pleasure to deal with, and her love for the animals showed in her conversations with owners and interactions with the clients and their pets. Since Cindy has left 2 months ago, management has taken a turn for the worst. We just found out that Cindy was the one who implemented and included a bath in the boarding fees before pickup. This was the perfect response for a tick infestation that occurred a few years ago due to the dogs being outdoors. This was the best solution to ensure no further negative repercussions from leaving your pet in a kennel and being around other dogs. This especially makes sense and was appreciated during this COVID pandemic. Unfortunately, we just found out today that our pet wasn’t bathed at all the last few times we brought her to board there. We asked Samantha because she was returned to us with an awful stench. This information and other new changes were not relayed to the clients. As a matter of fact when I called to book a kennel for our pet, Samantha did not inform me of the bathing option. Management gave the impression that they were unaware of this previous policy regarding bathing, but when we inquired, we were informed by volunteers that they have offered to bathe the animals, but are constantly told not to. Now, there has been an extra charge for bathing without prior notice. The kennels are outside, which already exposes the animals to fleas, ticks and other infestations. At the very least, they can wash the dog. In the “new normal” we’re living in, cleanliness is essential in every facet of our lives, including our pets. Unfortunately, at Beaumont Boarding Kennel, this is not the case.

First timers here so you dog lovers know what I’m talking about. What a great place! Kind hearted staff and owner! Clean well kept kennel area. Good shading Attentive to their customers. So nice to feel safe leaving the kids!

My dogs stay here regularly. It is a great spot. The staff takes good care of the dogs and always remembers them The dogs are fed twice a day ad are well taken care of. The pricing is also very reasonable and I can usually get a spot on short notice.

Great place in a convenient location next to freeway. Cindy was able to take our 3 dogs last minute, and was willing to wait for us to pick up if we ran late on Sunday. Dogs had a great time. Reasonable rates too.

My dog loves it at Shaden Kennels. Barbara takes great care of the dogs, and all the dogs are happy and romping around. There is plenty of space so it’s a lot like a dog park. I highly recommend them❤️

My pups love Shaden Kennels! They have had multiple stays and are always excited and eager to be there. Barbara takes exceptional care and is very aware of each dog’s individual needs and monitors closely socializing and letting the dogs interact in a safe and organized way. The runs are large and the dogs have ample room to run romp and play. I am very satisfied with Shaden Kennels.

This is a wonderful Kennel! There is plenty of room for the dogs to move around and those who choose can meet and greet and play with each other. Barbara is a wonderful caretaker and companion for the dogs and they are never ignored. Our dogs have received all the care that we would expect them to have and we highly recommend Shaden Kennel as a Great place to leave your dogs while you’re away!

Shaden Kennel is the best place for your dogs to stay in... I take my 4 dogs and they always come back happy and wanted to stay more time at Shaden Kennel..
