Started well, the people seemed kind and nice. Our dog has allergies and needs daily medication and special food. They assured us they can handle it. Upon picking up our dog they said she is a bit red and said they felt bad about it. Having a dog that flares up easily it was not unexpected so we said it happens. When we got home I unpacked her belongings and noticed that she had 3 days worth of left over meds which means she didn't have her daily meds 3 times in a week's stay. I know because I rationed it out as it is very expensive meds. Her dogfood bag was heavy and again, I did ration it out, so I know she either did not get fed enough or was not given her special diet as supplied by us. Will not be back. Do not recommend for dogs with special needs.

First time my golden retriever have been apart. I left her for a day to test how she went before I leave for holidays overseas. She absolutely loved her day there. I know she will be well looked after while I'm away .

This family are really incredible at what they do. They cared for my dog so well, and I could tell upon pick up that they had got to know him and spent time with him. I received sms updates as I felt anxious to leave my dog. Can’t rate highly enough!

We had our cat Frankie stay with Valley Views over Christmas and couldn’t be happier. She was well cared for, fed and loved while we were away & most importantly we knew she was safe. Thanks for having her! Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to book her in again if needed.

My dog was there for 2 weeks with his friend. They had a ball and took a couple of days to re-energise himself. The staff were wonderful in providing separation when it was required as my dog likes his alone time. When leaving, he was sad to go and kept going back to staff member for pats and scratches. Highly recommended

We have been taking our dogs here for over 20 years now and this is the best kennel! They have looked after our border collies previously Jemma our black and white who is now passed away and now Red our chocolate and white and they do an amazing job! They also helped Red with a really dry and bad nose and put some proper cream on every day to help him and he’s a lot better now thank you so much guys really appreciate it!!

I've heard mixed reviews about this kennel, both positive and negative. Despite this, I decided to reach out via email to learn more about their boarding process and to arrange a visit, as we are new to Melbourne and are searching for a reliable option near us. The response I received was rather cold, and the numerous questions seemed more suited for an in-person conversation. The final sentence of their reply was particularly off-putting: "Please note that we do not board pets who are aggressive towards strangers/us." I would like to say no dogs are aggressive; rather, they may be reactive and simply need some time and space to acclimate. My personal belief is that a kennel should be prepared to handle all types of dogs, but I do understand the importance of staff and facility safety. The fact that they preemptively categorized my dog as aggressive, based solely on my mention of needing some adjustment time, was disheartening. I chose not to respond to their email but wanted to share my experience here for those considering this kennel, especially newcomers. From my perspective, there seems to be a lack of empathy and genuine care for dogs.

I left my Labrador there for 10 nights. When I picked him up he was very well cared for. The staff were friendly and the price very good. Buddy has stayed in the past at some very flashy pet resorts but seemed just as well cared for. Will definitely use them again. Thank you.

We have used diamond kennels a few times but never again! We went overseas and therefore were gone for 5 1/2 weeks. When we dropped our Labrador off to the kennels we provided glucosamine to be administered daily. This was recommended by our vet after a previous health check showed a little bit of arthritis. On collecting our dog this morning we noted her limping badly and in obvious pain. The kennel person told us that she had been given pain killers and that we did leave her for 2 months (untrue)! This should not negate good care! On arrival home we checked the glucosamine medication and found it hardly used! Three issues here first, it shouldn’t matter how long you leave your animal at a kennel - good care should be paramount! Secondly if the owner asks for medications to be given then that expectation should be fulfilled! Thirdly we paid for care half of which was paid up front when you pay for something you expect to receive the service you pay for! Once again I will not leave my dog or cat at this kennel again or recommend it to any of my friends!

Our two dogs, Molly and Tully have just returned from a 2 week stay with the team at Diamond and we could not be happier with how well they were looked after. It can be a worrying time leaving your fur babies when on holidays but the guys here are just fantastic. This is our second time leaving them here and we would not hesitate in returning again. They truly are animal people. Highly recommend Diamond Kennels for both their service and pricing. Well done team and thank you for looking after our dogs.

I was very anxious on going away overseas but Mimmi was very well taken care of at Diamond Boarding Kennel. I can tell in her behaviour once we got home! She was a relaxed dog and seemed not to lack socialising! I will use this place again for my next annual leave ^_^. Thank you for looking after my furry baby :D.

Left my 1 year old fussy cat here during our holidays. He was looked after so well. The booking process was easy and well explained. I got to tour the place prior to booking in. During my holiday I could call in to check in on him and he was happy and healthy on pick up. Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Beaconsfield-Berwick Pet Resort! They took good care of my Fiona for 16 days while I was overseas, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly and responsive, always keeping me updated with photos and messages. When I picked up my dog, she seemed so happy and even went to say goodbye to one of the staff members, Jamie. It's clear she received love n care and even enjoyed a wonderful bath! Knowing that my baby was safe and well-cared for made my trip stress-free. Beaconsfield Pet Resort is now my go-to place whenever I need to travel. Highly recommend it to all pet parents out there!

Have heard lots of amazing things about this kennel so thought I’d give it a go. This has been the first kennel experience I have had and I am beyond disappointed with it. Thought it might have just been a once off occasion so have tried agian and each experience just gets worse. Poor communication, personal items getting lost, personal items getting destroyed and no communication about this. And to top of off my puppy was bitten/scratched by another dog and there was a lack of care from the employee when she brought him out to me on collection. I was covered in my puppy’s blood as his nose wouldn’t stop bleeding and there was no offer to get something to clean it up, no check in to see how he is. Just a sorry, should probably move that dog I am extremely disappointed about every interaction and experience I have had this far. Will not be going back and using this service..

I can't speak highly enough about the pet resort. We have boarded our dog on numerous occasions now, and she attends day care at least once a week. The girls all treat her like she's part of the family, and she goes crazy with excitement whenever we pull up. We feel so lucky to have found this place. Thank you for loving Betty as much as we do!

We left our Alaskan Malamute for 2 weeks here and the staff were so amazing. Our dog looks happy during the time that we were far from her for sometime.

Maggie, my nervous dog, boarded with Beaconsfield Berwick Pet Resort for 10 days, I was nervous too about leaving her but my nerves were soon settled. She had a ball, she was well looked after, lots of cuddles & play time. She looked happy so I was happy. I would absolutely recommend this kennel & will definitely use them again!!

Cannot recommend this place enough! I bring my two dogs for daycare every week! Every time we go in they drag me in to great the staff, the girls are absolutely amazing with both of my dogs and the manager Jaime is always fantastic with giving me advice when it comes to training, I always know my dogs are safe and loved when they board and it gives me a peace of mind knowing I can leave them in there care when I go away :)

My husband and I have been using BB Pet Resort for many years and they have been always friendly, professional and our dogs were well looked (freshly bathed as well!) after when we picked them up after our overseas trips. Thanks to Kayla, Jamie and the girls!

Peppa loves going to DayCare! She races through the door and doesn't look back. Tara and her family treat her like their own and she's matched with dogs that suit her temperament. I could not be happier with the service we receive.

Our pup Kira has been going to CYT since she was 20wks old and has loved every second of her time with Tara and her CYT friends. She has her gal pals and boyfriend & lives her best life on the days she’s in care. Tara takes amazing care of the pups and treats them like they’re part of her own family. We couldn’t speak more highly of CYT & Tara herself.

Peppa loves visiting Tara’s house. She’s matched with dogs of similar temperament and she always comes home happy but exhausted after a day of play, snoozes and walks.

We were worried about Prince doing daycare, as the last time he did at another place, he got super stressed and had to be picked up early. This place was incredible! We did the daycare/training. They said Prince did great and they used treats to reward him being calm. We'll be coming here for every boarding. We got a video and report card for Prince as well!

We booked our 3 year old Mini Dachshund in for a 3 week train and stay experience and I couldn’t recommend KIP more. He has some complex issues and behaviours but nothing felt like too much for any of the team to handle. We were assigned Megan as our trainer and she is greatly educated in how she trains both the dogs and us as the owners. We could really see she has a passion for her work and an immense care for our boys needs. He came home with more confidence and a much more relaxed demeanour and we now have the skills shown by Megan to carry on his training at home.

Our dogs, Leni and Bobbi, absolutely love their time at Kip! It gives us peace of mind knowing that while we're on holiday, our fur babies are not only safe and well cared for, but they’re also enjoying a little getaway of their own.

Recently had our senior 9 year old Samoyed Meeko at Kips for 2 and a half weeks with trainer Megan. We were provided almost daily updates of her progress as well as a comprehensive handover after picking her up. Her behaviour has improved dramatically and Megan has steered us in the right direction. The training is worth every penny and I highly encourage anyone give it a go if your furry one isn’t the most obedient.

I sent my seventeen month Golden Retriever to Kip as he was reacting to other dogs and pulling on leash. I have noticed a big change when i picked him up. The trainers are fantastic, they send videos and photos every day, and give a lesson when you pick them up. I highly recommend Kip. Special thanks to Alex.

I can not fault Kip south east from the enquiry process to the handover. I was skeptical to put my 14 month old German Shepherd in for a long stay. After the inquiry process, the head trainer contacted me for a lengthy conversation to suggest the best program based around my needs and expectations. We committed to the three weeks Board and train and The process has exceeded my expectations. As a first time puppy owner of a large breeder, especially, I probably needed more training than my dog. Through this service kip covers all bases to ensure success. Shout out to all the team working so hard. Thank you.

Our 11 month old German Shepherd absolutely loves attending the Daycare & Train. The staff are all wonderful and welcoming . He has thrived on the training, as he is very energetic it's been a godsend to discover this place. Highly recommend!

I have had my boys stay in Kip Melbourne South East a couple of time in the last 4 months and cannot fault their service. I receive daily updates with photos and videos of them playing with the carers and other dogs and they always look like they are having a blast. They are always so happy to go back again that they pull me through the door. It’s very reassuring to know that they are being well taken care of when I am away.

We had both our dogs stay here whilst we were on holidays for three weeks and they both had a great time. One dog was in for boarding, and our energetic Border Collie for board and train. Megan was AMAZING with her and they formed such an amazing bond. The daily updates were so great and made us feel comfortable they were happy and not missing us too much. And their follow up with the training has been so helpful and appreciated. Both came home happy, healthy and well cared for. Thank you team!

This was our first time using Kip Kennels, and wow, what an amazing experience! Our dogs usually experience kennel stress for at least three days after returning from other kennels, but not this time. Kip Kennels provided daily photos and playtime, which were absolute winners. Arche stayed at Wellington Park for over month, and after all this time he was in perfect condition and very happy. Staff at Wellington Park is very friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend Wellington Park to anyone for short or long stay.

Charlie, our rescue dog, has been with us for just over 2 years. He is a very anxious and impulsive dog and needs to be on daily medication so he can be his real happy self. We were very concerned about leaving him at a kennels and Wellington Park Kennels have shown great care and sensitivity with him. They suggested that we leave him for a few single nights at first, which worked well. He has since stayed with them a few more times for longer periods. He is always very happy to go with the staff and well and happy to see us at the other end. They have been very caring.

Dreadful customer service and poor people skills. Demand respect and offer none and as soon as you start asking questions they blow a fuse. Stay away from these guys....that's free advice

Our dog Shadow loves staying at Wellington Park. He walks away from us without looking back and is always clean and happy when we return. The staff are so caring and can never do enough for us. During his last stay he required daily medicine and the staff took this on without any concerns. We drive over half an hour to come to Wellington Park, but it’s certainly worth it!

I've been using Wellington Park's services for many years. My first dog went there all his life, and now my current dog is a frequent visitor. He's always so excited to see the lovely staff and literally bounds out of the car when we arrive! It's such a comfort for me to know that he's being well cared for, and I think it's like a holiday for him! I happily recommend Wellington Park to other dog owners I meet. Whenever we have gone on holidays over the past 7 years, Wellington Park have cared for my dog. The staff genuinely care for and show love to my dog. My dog is always happy to go into their care, tail always wagging and when we pick her up she is always happy and in the best of health. My dog is a very much loved family member and Wellington Park have my utmost trust in looking after her.

Both Hilary and Jan from Harmony Hounds are both amazing! The care and love that they show to our furry children, it is like they are their own. Our boy Baxter gets excited when he knows they are close by which is a clear sign that he likes them as he barks and growls at all other visitors. Just recently, we were away for a month and Hilary and Jan took great care of the animals. They went over and above and out of their way to make sure they were taken care of and had the attention they needed. Unfortuately one of our pups got sick and was required to go to the vet for a few days and if Hilary and Jan hadn't been there we would of definitely lost her. Their experience and knowledge meant that she is still with us today. We are forever grateful. There is nothing better than being able to leave your pets at home in the environment they know with such amazing care rather than dropping them off at kennel where they are not really taken care off. It is with great pleasure I recommend the services of Harmony Hounds. We were fortunate to make the friendship of Hillary and Jan three years ago when they came to look after our two beloved furry family members, Napoleon a 12 yo golden Labrador and Yogie a very cheeky 2 year old Chow Chow/Samoyed. We had always had our family look after our boys and were very hesitant to leave them in someone else's care. Those fears were put aside as soon as we met Hillary and Jan. Their very obvious love of animals showed as soon as we met them. Our boys fell in love with the girls, they jump and bark whenever Hillary or Jan come over they show genuine delight. Weather its for a weekend or a month away our boys are always well looked after and loved. The girls also tend our garden, watering our pot plants, collect the mail and put out the bins so it always looks like someone is home. Any pet that is looked after by Harmony Hounds is loved just as if they were their own. After 11 days staying with Kim and her dog Rocky, my cavoodle came home happy to see me, but definitely much more settled and happier than our other boarding kennel experiences. I knew he was well looked after. In all of the other kennel experiences he had, as soon as he got in the car, he would tell me about it in his own way, he would usually be hoarse from all the barking often experienced in those places, and very nervous days after. Going on a longer holiday than usual, I wanted to make sure my furbaby was going to be well looked after. I chose Pets N Paws because Kim provides daily playtime and walks, she gives treats which is lovely, as my dog loves that and treats are not usually offered in kennels, she has a big fully enclosed backyard with a huge covered area so I could feel secure knowing he couldn't escape, and I had peace of mind that he would be indoors at night. When I met Kim and Rocky, I felt at ease to leave my boy in her care. Bringing him home, I'm glad we did. Thanks Kim

Chloe has been pet sitting for me over 3 years now! She is fantastic and always goes the extra mile on things that was not required. She sends me daily photos and always shows up on time. Both of my dogs love her and are well looked after while I’m away.

Chloe took exceptional care of my dog Scruffy while I travelled overseas for three weeks. She frequently kept me up to date on how he was doing, with photos and messages, and ensured he was well-pampered and looked after at PawBeansNPads. The home was perfect for Scruffy, with a large enclosed back garden and plenty of indoor space for him to roam around and rest in. Scruffy was very fond of Chloe thanks to her warm, caring and patient nature, and he was even sent home with a little gift which was a lovely, thoughtful touch. I’d highly recommend PawBeansNPads and am glad to have found the perfect place for comfortable, safe and reliable boarding.

Chloe has been walking my dog Roxy for 2 years now. Chloe is really friendly all the time and has dog sit for me as well. Roxy feels really comfortable with Chloe and is happy to go for walks with her. Chloe has been eager to adjust her schedule to suit me and my preferred time and when I moved Chloes continued to walk Roxy which I have really appreciated. I highly recommend Chloe as a dog walker 🙂

Chloe has been walking my boxer, Vespa, for about 18 months. Vespa has behavioural issues that require extra attention and Chloe handles her so well. Would recommend always.

We have used the Hallam Pet Resort on two occasions. The staff were very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the welfare of our Millie. Millie stayed in the cabin with one other dog of similar size and temperament. Millie was well cared for and seemed quite comfortable with the accommodation. Will definitely use this accommodation for our pooch when we are on holidays.

very Disappointed with care. I was shocked to see my Dog condition, can't even walk when I pick him. When I questioned them no explanation given and even they didn't notice he was limping. He lost quite bit weight and limping for 10 Days. He went twice to vet after and billed me $200+. Don't take your dog there, not recommended. Waste of money,

I rent looked at this place for our fur babies was quiet horrified we were showed the sleeping area and were told they would be locked in their from roughly 3pm until the next morn @8am it was like a tiny jail cell This to me is animal cruelty & should not be allowed at all & im will further an investigation about this

Dog loves it, price is competitive, they include food for overnight and don't let the dog get away with his excited jumping behaviour. Staff are always friendly and love the dogs.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend, took my dog there and that was the last I saw of her. Poor communication from the management & staff a lengthy delay in getting her treated meant she was unable to be saved. They then denied all accountability and refused to acknowledge they’d neglected her. The end result was my vet reported them to the RSPCA unfortunately they’re a toothless tiger so this place remains operating.

My dog absolutely loves it here! His tail always wags the hardest when he realizes that we’re going to HPPR. I have a husky mix who can be timid around strangers, but he instantly warms up to all the employees here. All the staff also remember him by name, which is a really nice touch. They’ve also been really accommodating in the past with homemade food/meals. Would definitely recommend.

My dog stayed there for two nights, I had to walk her out the back to her enclosure as she is very shy, and I noticed that none of the enclosures have beds the dogs just sleep on concrete. when I got her home after her stay she ran through the house to her water bowel and drank the entire bowel and once I filled it up again she drank another half. she also had trouble going to the toilet for a couple of days was very constipated. also very over priced! more expensive then most kennels and I was informed when leaving that they are going to raise the prices even higher. would not recommend
