My rabbits April, Milo and Bertie have stayed with Jo several times and we have always been very happy with the service. Jo has a large set up for the rabbits with access inside and outside (inc grass) all day which suits their needs for all weathers. Value for money! Highly recommend!

Well what can I say - this place is unbelievably fantastic - our 2 dogs Toby & Jess have been going for a year & a half & have loved every minute of it. I think they get withdrawal symptoms if they don't go for a few days! The staff there are amazing - they know the individual dogs & appreciate their individual needs & accommodate accordingly. The days are structured & dogs get free play, rest , agility excercises & mind games. They have weekly themes which look great fun. Finally, they always post hundreds of photos every Sunday to show what the pooches get up to in the previous week & boy do they look like they have soooo much fun🐕

We absolutely love this daycare, we bring our dogs here every week and the staff are always so friendly and kind. The dogs always so excited to get out of the car and will run straight in. Julie the owner is Fantastic and cannot do enough for you! 100% recommend this day care.

Honey absolutely loved her time here, so nice to find a day care center that cares so much about it's guests.

Jake aka Tank loves his time spent at the Creche, he goes in wagging his tail and when he's picked up the tail is still wagging. The Creche is very accommodating to each dog and owners requests. The staff are very attentive and highly trained.

Julie and her staff are amazing and our dog loves this place and apparently just plays all day! With our work commitments we would be really stuck without Julie.

The crèche is absolutely fantastic, I was so happy to see that they had opened one in Needham Market as it’s so handy to get to! My pup Albie literally loves this place and whilst he is still a very excitable young doggy, we have noticed a change in his behavior since coming here – he plays so nicely with other dogs and has a lovely well-rounded character which I’m sure his attendance at the crèche has played a part in. Arrin and Julie are both amazing with the dogs (an owners) and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommended the Needham Canine Creche to any dog owner.

Excellent for dog or puppy socialising. Lots for them to do and be entertained by the lovely staff there. To top it also an amazing Groomer onsite to pamper your dog Chelsea Newland. Lili loves it here .

An amazing place, dogs are well looked after and cared for. Dogs are happy and tired by the end of the day. Staff are fantastic, knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend them.

We have a very energetic Puggle who we needed looking after every other week and when we go away, as hes so energetic and playful we were quite worried he wouldn't fit in anywhere, oh were we wrong! The daycare love him, all the staff are lovely, he loves it and runs in without looking back, hes paired with other dogs on his energy level so there is no worry about older dogs not liking the attention and we love seeing all the pictures the center post! Would easily recommend!

Where do I start! We found this place after being recommended by our neighbour and we were certainly not disappointed, staff are so friendly and genuinely care. They remember all the pets and owners names by heart. More importantly my dog can't wait to go, we put his collar on and he knows what it means and he's by the door waiting to go, best review possible. They play games with them all day she he is utterly worn out even with a half day there! Could not recommend enough!

Our Marcy clearly had a marvellous time with Michael. She was so excited to see him when he popped round to us more recently, so she must have great memories. We're already booked in for 2022! Michael recently texted to update his records on her vaccinations, so he is also super organised. Also, kudos to Michael for sorting things out when we left for the airport without feeding the cats the night before he was officially due to start (yes, we are terrible parents, and are so very lucky to have Michael nearby). Can't rate him highly enough!

Micheal @ Pawfect Pets is genuinely the only person we would leave our beloved dog Benji with. He treats him like his own and Benji always has a blast on every visit! Long walks and lots of friends to play with, to be honest I think Benji slightly hates us when we return from our holidays as he has to leave Pawfect Pets! 10/10 Highly Recommended

Amazing match was found for my dog while we were away in Asia. And am now about to book another pet stay . Fantastic service. You can completely relax it is extremely well run.

Am yet to use the service, however communication excellent, immediate response to email, most helpful and good advice. I contacted them because of good recommendations.

Wasn't interested in looking after our dog, after we enquired about dates they were already busy on they said they were busy and couldn't help, when asked about other dates they didn't respond to messages.

I’ve been using Chris and Mel for a few weeks and they’ve been really knowledgeable and patient with my difficult and reactive dog Mason. They tailored the sessions to gain his trust and can even let him off lead now! Definitely recommend We Love Pets.

Our two large dogs don't have much experience with being looked after by anyone else but Chris and Mel were complete professionals from start to finish. They took our Apollo's excitement and energy levels in their stride and were able to keep Luna company through her anxiety of us not being around. Our dogs are very different in personality so to know that each would be catered for was very reassuring. We certainly recommend We Love Pets services and we will definitely be using them again when we next visit the area.

We have used Chris and Mel twice now to look after our two dogs. They were looked after so well and it was great to be away with no concerns over our dogs well being. The house was immaculate when we got home and the dogs looked great too. We would definitely use them in the future and would advise anyone to use them too. It so nice to know your animals are being so well loved and cared for.

Chris at We Love Pets Stowmarket has recently looked after our 2 large and extremely energetic dogs, house sitting both during the day, and also for several nights whilst we have been away. We cannot recommmend Chris highly enough, he has cared for the dogs, and our home (plus 2 cats and a goldfish!) with great care and attention. Chris took the dogs on extensive walks and they were very settled and calm when we returned home, allowing us to feel completely confident about leaving them in his capable and experienced hands in the future. We have already booked further dates with Chris and Mel who have been very responsive and helpful in fitting us in, despite being very busy.

We've had a great experience with Chris, Mel & the team popping in to our dog Reggie. They've been so flexible and accommodating working around our changeable work schedules and Reg loves a lunchtime visit and walk. We always look forward to getting the picture updates about what they've managed to persuade a stubborn Basset to do each time and will definitely keep working with the team!

We had been struggling to find someone who was able to look after our mix of pets (rabbits, gerbils, gecko and fish) whilst we were away. We came across Mel and Chris who were able to fit us in at short notice and arranged to visit our house daily to feed all of our animals. We received daily updates and photos/videos which was great to see whilst we were away. All our animals were very well looked after, had cuddles and were very happy. We would recommend Mel and Chris to anyone who needs their animals looked after 🐾

We've used Chris & Mel on a couple of occasions. They always go out of their way to help and they love spending quality time with the dogs. Chris & Mel sent regular updates, pics & videos of our dogs and you can be rest assured your pets will be looked after as if they were their own.

Chris & Mel came to our rescue when our previous dog walker abruptly gave notice, & we were struggling to find another dog walker(s) to take Rufus out on a regular basis. From the very beginning, Chris & Mel have proven to be extremely accommodating, reliable & professional. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided so far. It has been so reassuring knowing that Rufus is receiving such great care, & we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending their pet care services😊🐶🐾

Chris and Mel came to look after our pets with twice daily pop in visits. This was for our three cats and one house rabbit and our first booking. Two of my cats are on regular medications and they were able to administer these on initial visit which I was so pleased about. My cats are quite wary of new people but they must have have been relaxed in their company to allow them to do so. I had regular detailed updates at every visit and clearly they had followed all instructions to the letter. Photos demonstrated how thorough and conscientious they had been, everything was neat and tidy and it was clear how much care and attention they put into their work. I can honestly say it’s worth every penny - having peace of mind knowing your pets are happy and your home is secure while on holiday is SO important. Thank you Chris and Mel, you’re far and away the best pet sitting company we’ve ever come across and I will definitely be recommending you to family and friends.

I left my two rats whilst on holiday for 3 Weeks. They were so well looked after, frozen strawberries and ice cubes when it was hot and a fan to keep them cool! 5 Star service 👍 …

What a brilliant find. Ryan was very responsive and looked after our birds for a couple of days in May. They both seem happy with their stay and have been well looked after. Ryan used my food and fed the fresh food I brought. Would highly recommend crime pet care for your small animals. Most excellent and would highly recommend. Will be back in June thanks Ryan

Ryan took very good care of our pet Senegal Parrot "Foggy" whilst we holidayed at Center Parcs. We could tell that Foggy had enjoyed his time and didn't want to leave which is testament to the care and attention that Foggy had received during his week with Ryan. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ryan to look after your small pets as they will be cared for and attended to with the same care and attention as you give to your little friend. Ryan looked after our two bunnies while we were on holiday. He gave us regular updates which was really appreciated. One of our rabbits wasn’t eating on the second day, Ryan contacted us and knew what to do as he has his own rabbits. You can tell Ryan really cares and is knowledgeable about animals. I felt our bunnies were in safe hands and would leave them with Ryan again.

Ryan once again looked after our Budgie Bo while we were away on holiday, Bo was well looked after when we came to pick him up he looked happy and was tucking into his food, would highly recommend crown pet care, Ryan really takes pride in looking after the animals

I hand used Lilly’s services several times now over the past 6 months to visit my home and undergo welfare checks for my two chihuahuas. Lily was always punctual and stayed the full duration of the visit. Lily listened & adhered to instructions given for my dogs routine and always kept my informed of how the visit went! Overall, I was extremely happy with Lily’s service and my dogs grew to love her. ... Will definitely continue to use Lily in future !!

Lily is an animal whisperer! She is comfortable around all types of animals and uses her experience from working at a pet store and animal rescue to ensure our dog and cats were treated better than we could have imagined. Absolutely fantastic. Tom has walked my dog on a few occasions for a week at a time. As I was recovering from an operations. My dog got to the point where she saw Tom coming to my door she would drag me to the door once the lead was on as she was so excited to go! She came back happy and happily snoozed the rest of the day away. I cannot recommend higher absolutely fantastic. Thank you!

Our little lab attends Happi Days every work day and absolutely loves it. They celebrate the dog's birthdays and always have themed events depending on the time of year. They also offer a discount if your dog attends more than a certain number of days a month. As of September we won't need daily day care for our pup but we'll still take him in on the odd occasion to see his pals.

So, so happy with the discovery of Happi Days! I thought it was just day care, I wasn't aware of the grooming service, a friend recommended them. We had Sophie as our groomer, the whole experience is a good one. You can feel the lovely atmosphere the second you walk into the place. Never been so impressed with a groomers, can't recommend them enough. I'd also like to point out the value for money. The amount of "extras" you get as the standard package is brilliant. For example, Pets At Home would charge extra for the nails cutting, Happy Days don't, that's just a standard thing they do.

Seems like a lovely place: we were looking for options on day time care from a surprise dog arrival. However, the cost was too much. I must specify that this is not a reflection on this company specifically. Dog daycare in general is an expensive cost which was something we cannot afford. This looked like the best in the area!

We take our dog to happi days and as soon as we mention the word she gets really excited. They do so much with her from partues to agility, walking in woods.

Plenty for dogs to do. They offer extras too for busy owners, like wash, groom, woodland walks. They take photos every day so you can see what your pooch got up to. Our dog has been for two half day sessions and comes home whacked but happy. Opens early and finishes late to fit in and the offer over night stays too.

Our dog goes to Happi Days Dog Day Care every week day and comes back home very tired so she must definitely enjoy her time there! They put daily pictures on facebook so that we can see what our dog has been up to. Staff are friendly. They also offer wood walks and other treatments but we have not tried them. I would definitely recommend them if you have got a high energy dog like ours (she's a beagle!). The price is also competitive in comparison to other creches.
