My dog Coconut absolutely loves going to daycare every week. She loves all the staff and gets so excited every time we arrive she basically drags me through the doors. I love seeing all the cute pictures of her playing with other pups!

My dog comes home happy and tired every time! The staff is fantastic, and the fun activities they plan are the best. I drop my boy off knowing he's in good hands and never have to worry "what if". Highly recommend Paws at Play!

I've been very impressed with Paws at Play. The staff are friendly, attentive (My dog has medicine she has to take with food at noon and it is always given to her), and are always thrilled to see Ginger. The location is clean and staff also seem to take care to keep the location in pristine condition. Ginger always comes home happy and exhausted. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a reliable, caring facility for your fur babies.

Triangle Pet Sitters did a great job in taking care of our 2 cats during a vacation. Melissa was friendly and professional during the meet and greet and my cats took to her right away. I received lots of pictures and it was evident that she spent time playing with them on top of taking care of all the food/water/litter essentials. Will definitely continue using their services for to cover future trips.

Triangle Pet Sitters came to my home to stay with my boxer kid for a weekend. I was sent texts with pictures and videos of my boy. I’m pretty sure he loved his vacation as much as we did. Great communication and you can see the love for animals!

Triangle Pet Sitters is an excellent dog sitter. In addition to being very professional, they take personal care of your pets. While my husband and I went to Ashville they sent us at least 10 photos and 2 videos. My pups looked so happy. They have a fenced-in yard and a screened porch that my pets loved sitting and playing in. They have kept our dogs several times and will stay with them in the future.

Our family has used Triangle Pet Sitters twice for overnight stays while we traveled. I feel comfortable leaving my pet knowing that they have years of experience especially with rescue beagles. I can relax on my trip knowing that my dog is being cared for and loved on in a family setting where she can nap on the couch and run in the fenced-in yard, just like at home. I also appreciate that Triangle Beagle Rescue sends me daily updates including pictures.

I highly recommend Triangle Pet Sitters! My dog, Chloe loves to go there and is always so excited to see Melissa and Jason. (Plus, their beagles, Dash and Woody) There is plenty of couch space/dog beds to nap or cuddle and a fenced in backyard to run and play. Melissa has 25+ years of experience In fostering and boarding and has literally fostered and help find homes for hundreds of dogs. They all adore her. She just has ‘the touch’ 🐶🐾

I have a super senior dachshund with special needs and he’s my world. He’s 14, has had IVDD surgery, epilepsy, and is deaf. He takes medication daily and has to be carried up all stairs, etc. Needless to say I’m very particular about his care and usually only have family members or close friends watch my little dude since he has so many quirks. I had to take a 5 day trip and was agonizing about finding a good pet sitter for this extended time away. I called my vet for recommendations, scoured Google, and was freaking out. My husband found Melissa and called her, and after meeting we felt comfortable with choosing her services. Let me say that Melissa is AMAZING! She sent so many pics and video updates and I could tell my boy was having a blast. My dog ended up chewing his feet because of seasonal allergies, and she sent me pics and videos of his paws and washed his feet and applied medication after we talked about it. She also noticed my dogs IVDD was acting up and kept an eye on it (it ended up being OK he was just tired). Melissa absolutely went above and beyond, and did so much more than was originally anticipated as far as medication and care. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about animals. I cannot thank her enough and we have officially found our pet sitter!

During my travels, Melissa & Jason have taken great care of my dog many times over the years. They always treat my dog with lots of love and pampering. And they text me updates and videos on his activities & welfare. Most importantly they are dependable, reliable, and very caring.

Melissa and Jason are great! They have watched our beagle twice so far. They send frequent updates, pictures, and videos. Since we have found them I never worry about our dog when we go away because I know he is being well cared for!

Melissa and Jason have watched our lab mix Arbor for over a year. I appreciate how much they love and understand dogs. Arbor regularly goes to doggy daycare at their house and also boards with them when we are out of town. They send me videos and photos during her stay and I love to see her playing with other dogs or just chilling with their family. It's nice to know that when I can't be with her she is in good hands.

Melissa is a gem! The most caring animal lover I’ve ever met. She sends photos, updates and loves on our cats and dog like their are hers. Not sure any of them wanted us back after vacation!

I cant say enough great things about Dog Gone Happy! The staff to start with is exceptional! Savanna, Michelle, Kendall, Jordan to name a few are all so welcoming and they truly love your pet as it is their own! My dog Adeya has her friends now that she cant wait to see and what could typically be stressful for our pooches is something she leaps out of the car with joy for! Dog Gone Happy cares about keeping their facility clean, keeping your pet cared for, healthy and safe! They take their time to assess your dogs needs and if there are any behaviors that need tending to. They are on your side ready and willing to make your experience BEST IN CLASS! This is the second time they commit a “human error” for scheduling and even had the audacity to still want to charge me for THEIR error both times! I scheduled my dog for grooming 4 days prior to her scheduled day. They weren’t able to pull up my account profile but that employee stated that they remembered who my dog was and they claimed they would ensure my dog was in the books for grooming. When I arrive for drop off, I spoke with an associate named Ashley and specified that I am here to drop off my dog for GROOMING. She said “ok, we will be right out.” There wasn’t any communication on their part that my dog was in the system as daycare. So to my surprise when I go pick her up and call the curbside number they tell me “will will just be charging you for a half day.” And I’m confused at that point, knowing that I specifically said grooming services both when I called to make the appointment AND at drop off. A manager—the owners daughter, then comes out and seems apologetic about the situation but still wanted to charge me for the service my dog received. She goes back and forth about the charges and I state, “how does this fall on me when you claim it’s a mistake on y’all’s system? That doesn’t make any sense and I shouldn’t be charged for a service I didn’t consent to.” She then stated that she never said it fell on me but still implied that I would be charged for the service. I stood my ground and reiterated as the client that I shouldn’t be made responsible for THEIR error. The manager, stated “I won’t charge you this time but if this happens again I will have to charge you. We have a lot of new people who aren’t the best communicators. I’m sorry but this is a human error. I’m sorry if you’re upset but I will make it right for you this time.” That whole interaction felt borderline apologetic and hostile. Will not be taking my dog back here for any further services. I really liked this place for my pet but the last few interactions have not been focused on customer satisfaction— poor communication between staff/clients, poor conflict resolution with word choices (making customers feel like they should still pay for a service they didn’t agree to), etc. Serving customers is one of the most important aspects of running a business because customers help keep a business operating. A dedication to serving customers can help establish trust and loyalty, which may increase profitability and brand awareness.

We have been taking our dog here for years for boarding. I can tell that the staff cares about him. He is excited to go and we pick him up happy and healthy. Thank you for taking such good care of our Beau 🖤 …

I can’t say enough good things about Dog Gone Happy! The staff is amazing!! Every single person that works there is a phenomenal human being that truly loves the doggos in their care. Our German Shepherd, Levi, has been going to doggy daycare at DGH a few times a week for almost a year. He’s anxious and a bit reactive with other dogs so he doesn’t do group play but the staff does individual play with him. Levi gets so much attention and love from everyone there. Levi gets boarded at DGH too; he was just there for 9 days while we were out of town. I didn’t worry about him while we were gone because I knew he was well taken care of. We also utilize DGH’s spa services. It saves us so much time booking him for a bath and nail trim while he’s already there for daycare or boarding and their prices are competitive. We love getting the occasional photo of him; you can see how much he is enjoying himself.

This is the kindest and most wonderful place to bring your pup for unconditional love! Every team member is so knowledgeable, attentive, and treats my boy Hank with such care and affection. Hank would leap out of the car with his tail wagging as soon as I parked in their parking lot! They are experts in my dog's anxious temperament and give him individual attention since he was too nervous to play with other dogs. This type of dedicated care for nervous dogs is, understandably, pretty difficult to find. I've been a customer here for years but had to pause after being laid off from my job in Raleigh. The owners brought me to tears with their kindness and understanding, and I can't wait to bring him back. (Hank can't wait either!) Do yourself and your pups a favor and bring them to the most nurturing environment with the best staff you could ever ask for. We miss you, Dog Gone Happy Team, and we'll see you soon!

I absolutely love dog gone happy. My dog is a very anxious dog and sadly can’t be around other big puppies but he gets lots of love from everybody there. I found this place at the last minute when my old boarding place couldn’t take my Pluto boy in. Pluto is definitely my heart/soul dog I got him when I was 19 and they put up with me when I call to check up on him, I am definitely becoming a helicopter dog mom🤦‍♀️.

Best daycare ever!!! Kodi has been going here since he was 3 months old. He is the happiest dog when he knows he's going to "school". He knows exactly where he's going right when we get off the exit. The employees all love him like their own. He doesn't even want to leave when I get there to pick him up. The reviews (1 star) are all written on the same day and they try to say the facility is dirty and smells. Those reviews are all LIES. They clean non-stop. If it smells like anything, it smells like cleaner. The boarding suites are wonderful. If the pictures below don't show how much my boy loves this place I don't know what will convince you. He is 2 and 1/2 years old and he cannot imagine not going to see all his dog friends every week (at least 2 times a week). Thank you for always taking such great care of my Bear!

10 STARS!!! Incredible staff always go above and beyond for your furry friend. My dog absolutely loves it and can’t get enough- starts barking when I pull into the parking lot! We’ve used DGH for both doggie daycare and boarding and I can promise you that you can leave your doggos in the care of these wonderful people and not have to worry about a thing.

LuLu is loved and well taken care of without a worry at all. The staff spend time with LuLu and love her very much. They are extremely kind and always have amazing customer service. We’ve brought our dog to Wag n Tails more times than I can count and he always comes home happy and worn out from playing with the other pups! The owners are super nice and treat the dogs their watching as their own. Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone with fur babies!

Our dog Buddy LOVES Wayne! He reliably walks Buddy every week and has even had some over nights with him at his house. We feel very comfortable having Wayne keep Buddy. It's like having a good friend keep our dog. I definitely recommend him as a dog walker or for boarding while you are out of town.

After years of friends and family pet sitting for us, finding a similar experience with a pro service seemed unlikely. But North Raleigh Pet Nanny delivers. We don't hesitate to travel anywhere because we know our fur babies will be well cared for. I find them to be responsive, helpful, and dedicated. If an issue comes up, it's handled. Our "kids " are happy and safe at home, our house is in good hands, and we are able to relax.

We have Pet Nanny care for the pets of our aging parent. The staff are kind and considerate and go out of their way to assist her with tasks beyond the contracted dog walking and dog care. The dogs love the staff and always have a great time. This organization is run in a very professional manner with great portal tools etc so you always know what’s going on. We would recommend this company to anyone needing to care for their pets.

I regret to say that my experience with North Raleigh Pet Nanny has been disappointing. While things started off positively when I first began using their services, the professionalism and quality have significantly declined over time. During a recent trip, I encountered unexpected extreme weather that prevented me from returning home to care for my pets. Unfortunately, there was no concern for their welfare from the service, and I found them to be rigid and inflexible in this situation. This lack of understanding and support was disheartening. This wasn't an isolated incident. On a separate occasion, after booking their services well in advance, they canceled without warning, leaving my family scrambling for alternatives. Such last-minute cancellations are unprofessional and create unnecessary stress for clients who rely on them. It's disheartening to share this, especially since I was initially pleased with their service. However, these repeated issues reflect a broader pattern of declining standards and difficult interactions with the ownership. I hope they can address these concerns to better serve future clients, but I, unfortunately, can no longer recommend their services.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Kat and North Raleigh Pet Nanny. They take such good care of our cats when we travel, and send me photos and updates with every visit. I literally couldn't travel without them - they are fantastic!

Kat and her team are AMAZING and one of the best decisions I ever made was to sign up with North Raleigh Pet Nanny. Kat has a thorough process of getting to know your home and pet(s) prior to actual visits. They are dependable with excellent daily communication (including pictures). I LOVE the app they use - it's super easy and doesn't take up much space on your phone. You can schedule new visits right on the app in less than a minute. My cat was noticeably less anxious and clingy when I returned home from a 5-day trip. I am using them again in the near future, and I would highly recommend them.

Kat and her team are the best pet sitting team in Raleigh. We have two pups that are nervous around new people and I never worry about them when NRPN is in charge. We've used them for quick drop-ins during the day and week-long vacations, and we always come home to happy and tired girls! If I could put 6 out of 5 stars I would. This team is so caring with my kids (two cats). I get pictures every time they visiting, a detailed explanation of their visit and what they did, as well as peace of mind that my kids are being well cared for. They will even curb your trash for pickup and collect mail for you while away. They play with my cats while away and the pictures indicate my cats are perfectly happy. Litter box cleanings every single day! North Raleigh Pet Nanny is more than a nanny The whole group is trustworthy, reliable, and always excited to see my kids. If I ever have questions, I post them in the app and receive a response via the app or a phone call within minutes. Kat Penny is one of the owners and she is top notch. Scheduling is easy and I know my kitties are in more than capable hands. Thank you all for such wonderful care of my feline children!

Hounds Town has been so good for my pup! She can be a bit timid and nervous around people but they make her feel so comfortable. Our pooch was welcomed and we all immediately felt comfortable with the hospitality, commitment and love for dogs hounds town (Jenny (yes, I now remember your name 😜) and staff) has shown. We are looking for boarding for the first time for our dog, I did 3 unexpected drop ins with questions (not deliberately, I happen to work down the road) and each time I was greeted by a different staff member with the same love and enthusiasm for what they do. Very comfortable leaving my dog here for the holidays, and we’ve been to a few places doing our research. I don’t think you can get better than this! They even give a free day of day camp so they can get to know your pooch and how they socialize - this shows me they have a lot of passion for what they are doing, it’s not just a business and they truly want what’s best for your pup. Now I can finally look forward to my trip without feeling guilty about my pooch.

I rarely leave reviews but my gratitude cannot be unheard. I am so happy I found hounds to care for my dog Rambo. They are very welcoming and you can feel the passion and excitement that the team has to take care of your fury animal. They provided updates of his stay with his friends. I recently started bring my anxious dog to Hounds Town in Wake Forest. I love them!! They are so caring and the place is very clean!!!! They care for your dog as if they are their own. Brady just boarded there for the first time this weekend and it was a great experience. I have booked there for all my trips because I know Brady is well loved there!

We love Hounds Town and our dog does , too. The staff is wonderful and welcoming and I feel safe leaving Patsy there. Such a clean facility. They post pictures on FB during the day so you can see how your dog is doing. 5 Stars!

My pup was greeted by two of the friendly staff members and she walked right up to them like she had known them forever. They loved on her, played with her and she was so happy to be there. The staff members were very pleasant and answered all my questions! Looking forward to taking my baby girl there to play and meet new friends, I’m comfortable that she will adjust well and have a great time!

We’ve been regular clients for two years now. Kelsey has become a part of our family - and we often joke that she is our pup’s favorite human. Our 60-pound pit mix was not thriving in a daycare setting. We were intrigued by the concept of an adventure day because it allowed for an incredible amount of physical activity and mental stimulation in a one on one setting. Brick lives for adventure day and currently goes twice a week with a long walk on another day. This has helped his overall mood and energy levels - we truly saw him come out of his shell and gain confidence once we removed him from the daycare setting. Now he swims, hikes, gets doggy ice cream, and gets to be a dog while we are home working and receiving countless photos and videos. He even gets to go on an adventure “date”, which is an adventure day alongside his girlfriend puppy. Overall, just a brilliant business model that offers genuine care for your dog and the flexibility that a large company does not offer. We are so grateful that we found Kelsey and Isabel when we moved to Raleigh.

My two Australian shepherds love Ulti-Mutt Wags and play!! They go on adventure day every Tuesday with Isabel and have the time of their like ! I get sent tons of photos and videos of their adventure. They LOVE the pup cup they get after. When they get home they are exhausted and sleep all day which is a rare sighting in our home ! So grateful for Isabel !

The girls do such an amazing job with my “difficult” husky. He looks forward to the days they come to walk him. They always send me photos, they are thoughtful and caring, and they are so trustworthy. I hadn’t left my dog with anyone outside of family in so long- but they know how to handle my escape artist who pulls like crazy 😜 100% recommend!!

Kelsey was amazing with our two cats while we were away for a week. She notified me each day when she would be over to check on them and sent SO MANY photos. She even got our shy old girlie to play and greet her at the door after only the 2nd day! Can’t recommend Ulti-Mutt enough!!

They’re the best! I seriously can’t recommend them enough. They’ve been lifesavers for those long work days so my dogs do not feel abandoned at home. They send you pictures while they’re out having the best time and it just makes your heart feel full. I feel like my dogs sometimes like them better than us. And I don’t blame them. They have so much fun every time they get to see them.

we LOVE isabel! we were in a bind trying to find something/someone for our pup since his daycare was closed and isabel fit the bill perfectly. you can tell how much she loves our dog and is attuned to his well-being. she also sends videos and photos of their walks. our boy loves isabel so much that he knows when it’s time for walkies and watches out the window for her. if you’re looking for a dogwalker or pet sitter, she’s the perfect hire.

Leaving our dog in Isabel's care was a game changer for us. We often struggle to find care for our dog because she can be unpredictable with other dogs, so boarding her is no longer an option for us. Isabel came to our house 3x times a day for an hour each time and provided lengthy walks and stimulating play/activities. Our dog was tuckered out and clearly happy in her care - evident by the photo updates we received where our dog looked like she was actually smiling! It is clear that Isabel loves animals, but she goes above and beyond through her social media channels by providing useful training information and photo updates for pet parents. We look forward to using her service again and highly recommend her to others!

We have been boarding with Lynn for over a year and are so fortunate to have found her! Our fur baby comes home after spending time with Lynn and it’s like she was never away from home. It’s hard leaving your fur baby for an extended period, but with Lynn she makes it much easier and we never worry. Lynn is an amazing, trusting, knowledgeable caregiver who puts dedication and compassion into her care.

I’m so happy that we found Lynn. She’s been extremely trustworthy and reliable for our Bernedoodle puppy and has a been a great source of knowledge for first-time dog owners as well! Lynn had been supporting our family for over 5 years and has taken care of 3 of our 4 legged golden retriever children. Lynn checks in while at our house and provides tracking of their walks with pictures. Lynn has taken care of our dogs in the house, let out for potty breaks, taken on walks and pet taxi to and from boarding. Our dogs love Lynn and are sooo excited to see her when she comes! I love Lynn! I've known her a long time and rarely have had to use her services. But last year when I had my hip replaced and was left in a real bind by another person walking my two big dogs, Lynn didn't bat an eye and fit me into her really busy schedule. And while my pet care needs were not for the typical reason of vacation travel, but rather due to a scheduled surgical procedure and post-op recovery at home, my experience offers an especially accurate assessment of this professional's level of expertise, since I was present during all of her visits! Moreover, having two adult Salukis not at ease with unknown humans and requiring considerably more daily exercise than the average family pet (they are known as THE athletes of the canine world), I had ruled out several perspective pet-sitting companies before interviewing Lynn, who was the only candidate who understood that if a sighthound manages to get loose, chances are slim that it will survive automobile traffic due to its speed and desire to chase small wildlife. Her rapport with my two aloof girls was miraculous, and there was never any doubt that they were safe in her care. It is no exaggeration to say that I would have cancelled my surgery if not for Lynn's Compassionate Care!

We have had Lynn care for our three cats several times. She is professional, trustworthy, caring, and goes above and beyond. We were able to be away from home without worry. Lynn spent time playing with and grooming them. We received updates and photos every visit. Lynn also was able to give our diabetic cat insulin injections. We couldn’t be happier with her services, and highly recommend her.

I have two dogs, one of which is a chihuahua who can be very nervous with new people/unfamiliar surroundings. They have stayed with Lynn multiple times and she is top notch. Safe to say he does not do well in boarding at the vet or pet hotel. I trust her with my dogs 100%. My chi does great with her, She goes above and beyond - they get loved on and played with the whole time, after drop off she sits with them/loves on them to help them get comfortable after you leave, I get picture updates this whole time. It’s so worth it knowing they are well taken care of in a loving home while I’m gone and she does and amazing job. 100% recommend!

Lynn has been my beloved pet sitter for two years, but she is so much more than a pet sitter to me and my cherished Australian Cattle Dog, Arwen. She is a true friend and beautiful person in all ways. (Lynn came to comfort me the night I had to say goodbye to my best boy Merlin, my once-in-a-lifetime Australian Cattle Dog she also cared for until his death.) Lynn makes communication a priority, and her pictures and updates really ease my mind when I have to be away from my dear girl. Lynn helped raise and train Arwen as a puppy and continues to love her through daycare services and boarding on the rare occasions I can bring myself to be away from her. 😆 I can't imagine trusting my girl with anyone else.

I LOVE taking my dog here for daycare. I am happy knowing that while I am at work, my dog (Dakota) has ample time outside to sniff and play with his friends, along with a comfy rest indoors on couches and soft beds. I think this type of daycare is superior to a standard large business/vet clinic/boarding facility because my dog is not kept in a loud kennel on a concrete floor with constant loud barking from other dogs- here he has a backyard to sniff with LOTS of outdoor play as opposed to boring astroturf with no trees. There is a perfect amount of other dogs for him to socialize with each time (7-10); not too many, but just enough. It's not overwhelming for him and he is always entertained. Caroline does a great job at sending me pictures of Dakota throughout the day and on rainy days she provides enrichment activities- this is something I really appreciate, as I do the same thing when I am home with him. I have referred several people to this Daycare and I will continue to do so! Thank you Caroline and Eric!

The photo says it all! Both times we’ve left our dog with Caroline and Eric for boarding we’ve had a great experience! They send pictures often and provide updates, and our boy always seems happy but exhausted after. Would recommend!

Our dog Maggie LOVES going to Caroline's! We have used Caroline and Eric for daycare and boarding and Maggie has a great time every time. I love that the dogs get to play together all day and that it's in a home environment, and Caroline and Eric couldn't be nicer.

Petcare by Caroline is great! I moved from IL where my dog had only ever been boarded at a similar business - in the homeowners home, when you know the homeowner is there through the night. We meet before my dog’s boarding appointment for a meet-and-greet where we talked about my dog and his behavior and I got to see where he would be playing with his new doggo friends! The folks at Petcare by Caroline really know what they are doing and I feel such peace of mind leaving my rescue dog with them while I’m out of town. My dog Hallie used to get overwhelmed at a traditional boarding facility, but their home environment, individualized attention, and slow introductions to the other dogs helped her to thrive here. She is pooped from all the playing but excited to go back soon!

Our 6 month old puppy Franklin absolutely loves going to daycare! Caroline creates a very home like environment for our baby. So many toys, a huge backyard to explore and lots of other dogs in his age range to play with. We know he is in good care every time we drop him off. When we pick him up, he is happy and exhausted and a dream to train because he has more manners at home. We even get updates on Instagram & text on how he is doing. We will be using pet care by Caroline as long as we live in Raleigh! She is an amazing communicator and she has a love for dogs that shows.

We’ve had great experiences with PetCare by Caroline. Our dog is very high energy, and my husband and I want to give her a chance for socialization and exercise that we can’t on our own. Caroline’s provides that. Our dog can’t wait to get to the play yard each week when we arrive. We’ve also had excellent experiences with boarding her at Caroline’s. Prices are reasonable, and she comes home happy.

Caroline and her team took exceptional care of our pets while my husband and I were away for a whopping four weeks. They sent us consistent updates, even while we were out of the country. From the photos and videos they shared, and the general demeanors of our dog and two cats upon our return, it is clear they cared for the trio as if they were their own pets. We absolutely love Pet Care By Caroline! They are super nice and make sure you they know all about your pup! Raleigh loves all her fur friends she meets at their house! Very reasonable prices and big fenced in backyard with lots of natural shade. Raleigh loves going and getting all her energy out! And I love that she will post and send you picture of your dog !!
