We love Country Canines! Our pup Tilly is a qwerky girlie, Helen has brilliantly caterered to her individually but also made her feel part of the pack! Tilly loves getting dropped off, and always comes home in a great mood!

I cannot recommend Country Canines highly enough! Helen is superb, the set up is excellent and my pup absolutely loves her visits there!

Helen and Simon could not make a more welcoming and caring environment for our 2 dogs. It is a true home-from-home for them.

My dog Oreo, who is more than a dog to me, he is my baby..😁I was looking for a nice loving home for him during the times I was away. Luckily, I got Alice and when I had to leave the country in few hours as there was a bereavement in the family, she took Oreo on the spot and looked after Oreo so well while we were away. She kept on sending me his lovely playful videos and pictures. It was so relieving that my dog was so happy. She took him to the vets as well as I wasn’t available. All in all I love dog heaven. I think my Oreo is always happy to go there. 😁Thank you so much Alice xxx

After a family member passed away, who always looked after Honey our Cockapoo at home, I was very anxious at the thought of going away on holiday. Honey had never spent a night away and the thought of putting her in kennels was a no no for me. So, I did an online search, just to see what options were out there and came across Dog Heaven (on earth) in East Horsley, it's a home environment, it sounded perfect and sat well with me. On the website it said that Alice wasn't taking on any new clients but I messaged anyway as I hadn't seen anywhere else online that I got such a good feeling about. Thankfully, Alice agreed to meet us and we arranged a trial 'sleepover'... Fast forward and Honey has just come home from a 10 night holiday at Dog Heaven and she loved it. We enjoyed our holiday because we were sent regular photos, videos and messages letting us know how happy she was. We really felt that she was in the best hands for any physical or emotional needs that may have arisen. The garden alone is Doggy Heaven. Suffice to say our next holiday is already booked!

Alice is amazing! My dog is in the best hands, I totally switch off and enjoy my holiday. Her location on the edge of a forest is perfect for adventurous walks and she treats all dogs as family. Alice is a true dog whisperer!!

Poppy is our first family dog and as such I was nervous about leaving her with anyone. I needn’t have worried as she had an amazing time at Alice’s. Alice takes full details about your dog to make sure she is fully informed and well prepared. As Poppy was very young on her first visit she had her own “puppy” bedroom. Alice regularly sent updates and super photographs of Poppy exploring and playing with Alice’s own dog. Poppy has since stayed with Alice again and she is booked in for a weekend over the summer. I know Poppy will enjoy her holiday with Alice as much as we enjoy our break! I also know she is in great and very safe hands.

Alice provides an excellent home boarding service, giving our two border collies all the exercise and love they need. We look forward to our daily photo updates of their interactions with her pack.

My 7 month old Cavapoochon has stayed at Dog Heaven Horsley twice and clearly had such a wonderful time because he didn’t want to leave on both occasions! Alice makes sure she knows as much as possible about your dog before they go and stay and asks for any updates/changes on subsequent visits. Her attention to detail in ensuring her guests’ needs are all catered for is second to none. I trust her entirely. Backing onto the most incredible woodland is why this place is dog heaven - the perfect playground for any treasured pet. Thanks Alice for creating this safe and happy place!

Alice looked after our 9 month old Great Dane puppy, Mabel for three weeks whilst we were on a long family holiday over Christmas. We couldn't have asked for a better home for her whilst we were gone. This was the first time she had boarded with someone and Mabel was so immensely happy on her holidays. Alice sent regular pictures of Mabel on her walks with her new four-legged friends and kept us updated with how she was doing, advising us on the best food for her sensitive tummy too. Alice even took her to the vet whilst we were gone to have them look at her foot which was concerning her and updated us with feedback. Alice provided Mabel with a wonderful home from home whilst we were away eliminating any worries we had of leaving her. We would highly recommend Dog Heaven Horsley and Mabel will be thrilled to stay there again in future!

Our 2 dogs have had a few holidays now with Alice and Bodhi (and the dear departed Hugo). Alice always takes great care of the girls and they come back happy and healthy. Alice and Bodhi treat the girls to long enjoyable walks through the forest every day whatever the weather and give regular photo updates both privately and on social media. I would have no hesitation in recommending to other dog owners!

Alice has been an absolutely exceptional caretaker for our cockapoo on numerous stays over the past three years. She has been diligent in ensuring our dog received her vet medication on time as it came due (flea treatments, worming) as well as ad hoc visits to the vets when any concerns arose, such as a sore paw or upset tummy. Alice would take our dog on daily long walks and couple it with behavioural training, would provide us with daily updates of our dog’s walks and activities including beautiful snapshots. Alice has also on numerous occasions taken our dog to her local groomer for upkeep, and has maintained the grooming routine throughout her stays. We would highly recommend her service to anyone who loves their pet, and will be returning time and time again ourselves!

Chester has had several stays with Alice, the most recent was for 2 weeks in August. I have never left a dog with someone other than family before so was a little anxious. Alice was totally amazing. She loved Chester like her own and he had a fantastic holiday. Wonderful walks twice a day, fun time and down time, everything a young dog needs. Loads of love and cuddles and training along the way. Alice sent regular updates of Chester with his friends which we loved seeing. I couldn't have asked for a more loving home for him whilst we were away. We have used Whiskers Pet Care for a few years now to look after our bunny & recently our cat. Knowing that our beloved pets are well cared for while we are away is so important & means we can relax & enjoy our holiday. Liz sends regular updates & the odd photo, she is completely trust worthy & really cares about the pets she looks after, we wouldn’t use anyone else to look after our pets, thanks Liz for doing such a great job.

Liz is fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She is extremely flexible in terms of looking after our cat (Mia), has great communication providing updates and even pictures whilst we are away and even puts our bins out and waters our garden for us. Liz has looked after my cat for some time both for holidays but also the odd occasion when I’m away or late. Liz genuinely cares about my Tiger (who’s a sensitive sole!) and therefore provides that all important confidence that he’s being looked after not just fed and watered!! Dependable, reliable and safe,what else can I ask for!!

Liz was awesome...and so caring, despite that it was just our old and frail pet rat...she sent daily reports and pics and was very amenable to our fussy feeding and handling needs! So grateful, thank you Liz...definitely going to contact you again...sorry about that! ;)

Liz looked after our cat, Pepper, whilst we were away. It was our first holiday away from Pepper, but from the initial meeting with Liz it was clear that Pepper was in safe hands. Throughout our time away we received regular updates on how Pepper was doing, as well as photos. It was a great comfort knowing that Pepper was safe and well. Would recommend!

Moogles have done a fantastic job of walking and looking after our dog, Molly, over the last 6 months. She clearly adores both the dogs she walks with and the people who walk her. What has been invaluable to us is that Moogles are so flexible, able to fit in with my varying work schedule. They provide a fantastic service at a reasonable cost - we love them!

Moogles are fantastic. They've done a wonderful job settling my dog - who can sometimes be a bit of a handful - and they've been flexible and helpful, fitting around my schedule, which is sometimes unpredictable. They've also taken my dog to the vet a couple of times when I wasn't able to go and that's been a great help. I can't wait for them to start doing boarding too! Highly recommended.

Moogles provide a great service - reliable as well as flexible. All the dog walkers are friendly and clearly love dogs! Marley loves his walks with Moogles, and I am always reassured that they will look after him as if he were their own.

I have two dogs, Dave and Hamish, who had the pleasure of being walked by Moogles recently. They were gone for some time and came back exhausted and happy. What more can you want for your dogs?! The service was caring and professional with a friendly face to add to the package. The team at Moogles have been looking after Crumble since we got him at 10 weeks, at first they came for 'puppy pop in's' getting to know him and doing some basic training, then he progressed to the 'big boy' walks, socialising with other dogs and having lots of fun. Crumble loves his Moogles time, you can see how excited he is when they arrive to pick him up and he is worn out when he gets back :-). Moogles are part of Crumbles family 😀

Would just like to say I am over the moon with the service from all at moogles. My dog belle can be a bit of a handful and a bit moody at times but they totally understand her and will work with her as opposed to against her. She literally bounces at the door when she can hear them. I have been using moogles for 14 months and would highly recommend

Kate and Rose are great and provide extra enrichment activities to keep the dogs occupied and happy while the are there and we love seeing what they are up to with videos and pictures posted on social media. We couldn’t cope without them. They are genuine heroes and it’s clear how much the dogs love them, and how well cared for all of the doggies are. Brian is a rescue and has lots of quirks and sensitivities but they are always looking out for him and making sure he’s happy. We wouldn’t feel comfortable using anyone else! We have often sprung last minute requests which they go out of their way to support. We have a very content, sleepy dog when he comes home after a day with the WillyBobs team!

We have been using WillyBobs for a couple of years and Nala loves her days at doggy daycare. The team are amazing and will try to accommodate any changes you might have with your days or very last minute home visits that are needed! Very much recommend, your dogs will have an amazing time!!

Our dog Murphy has been with this amazing team for 2 years now. We cannot fault them. We have used group walks, day care, house sitting and stay at theirs. Each service is so accommodating. They’re very receptive to last minute requests and fitting Murphy in quickly if needed. They take brilliant care of him, love him like their own. The team use both mental stimulation and physical work to tire the dogs out during the day. Best dog pet service around - recommend to anyone! Even added touches of Christmas biscuits 🩷

Fantastic and knowledgeable team! My dog can be tricky with other dogs and they managed introductions to the group of dogs he walks with amazingly. Having a qualified trainer on the staff makes such a difference. Pick up and drop off is smooth and hassle free, previous walkers always caused a hassle but Rose and team always follow entry instructions and have never left the back gate open!

Our dog Rufus has been going to WillyBobs Dogs for over 2 years and absolutely loves it! Kate, Rose and the team are great and are always reliable and quick to respond to any queries. I would definitely recommend to anyone and we always know Rufus is being looked after!

All the staff obviously adore dogs which is a great start when entrusting your dog to someone else. My dog is always happy to jump in the van for a day of fun and always comes home clean and obviously well cared for. We have used another doggy daycare in the area which fell very short of the care given at willybobs dogs.

Frank has been doing doggy daycare with these guys for 3 years and he loves it. He's so excited when the puppy bus arrives in the morning and arrives home happy in the evening. He also stays with Rose for sleep overs and they take great care of him.

My active (maybe boisterous) lab has been looked after these guys now for a couple of years. Day care and holiday overnights. She loves it. Always has loads of fun and the team clearly love dogs. Wholeheartedly recommend them.

Our fur-baby Rocky recently stayed here for 17 days. We'd 100% use again! From drop off to updates, photos and collection, their service was flawless. He's a one and a half year old intact male American Akita. Rocky's booking was refused at a few other local kennels due to his breed, but Gay Dog were confident and capable of looking after him! It was his first stay in kennels and away from home. They ensured he settled in straight away and thrived throughout his stay. The moment we left Rocky in their care we knew he'd be safe. The updates we received were heart warming and reassuring. Plus lovely to see photos of their walkies! We were very impressed during collection, the team were lovely and Rocky was immaculate! We expected him to smell of dog and be a bit grubby but he clean and tidy! We will definitely be using Gay Dog again when going away. P.s. My beautiful dog Lazaro and I have just moved to East Hampshire a few weeks ago. I travel a lot for work and cannot always bring him with me - sometimes I need him to be looked after for a day, sometimes a few days. I drive 35 minutes to get to the kennels and it is worth it every time - it's easy to find and has good parking. The reviews online is what encouraged me to try them having had a negative experience further down South. From the first trial visit I have been very impressed with the staff - everyone who I have met has a genuine love for dogs, they take very good care of him and already knew his name on his second visit. The booking process online is very convenient, the check-in process is very thorough each time regardless how many times you've already been and you get lovely, thorough updates. You're welcome to bring your own food and they stick strictly to your preferences, e.g. my dog is a large breed and at risk of stomach bloat, which has happened to us recently somewhere else! I shared this concern with the staff and was taken very seriously. It is also very well priced and cheaper than some surrounding kennels. Lazaro always comes back very happy AND very clean which I am always impressed by. We will be using the kennels going forward having had several one day stays and nearly a week long stay now as well. 10/5 service!

Absolutely brilliant kennels! Have used them on a number of occasions for our two Japanese Akita Inus. Our male can be very wary around strangers so we were a bit worried the first time we dropped them off but not only did he take a particular liking to Cody, one of the male staff members, but in later visits he now loves all of the staff members. They are always super friendly and helpful and gave us updates and pictures to help reassure us the first time we used them. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a dog kennel and very reasonably priced for the level of service they provide.

Our dog Monty enjoys his stays at Gay Dog Kennels. The staff are always cheerful and look after Monty really well.

We were recommended gay dog boarding kennels from a few friends. We felt at ease from dropping Bruce off to collecting Bruce a few days later. We got an update reassuring us that Bruce was having a good time and getting lots of loves! Will definitely be using these again. Thank you for taking such good care of him. =)

We drive our dog up from Cornwall and drop her here on the way to Heathrow because they take such great care of her. The groomer is great too. We really trust and are grateful for Gay Dog Boarding Kennels. Peace of mind is priceless!

First time using Gay Dogs. They seemed to love it, came back really happy.

I visited this Kennels as it has a 5 star rating and is closer to home than the one I currently use. Upon arrival and outside the main entrance, the noise from the dogs barking was extreme and before I'd even stepped into the main reception the very strong smell of doggy wee took my breath away. I observed a chocolate lab being exercised in an outside area which was full of poo, I mean at least 10 piles of it. Obviously these areas are not cleaned out between dogs exercising and this has the massive potential of spreading infection to other dogs and humans. The kennels looks tired, in need of a good clean and redecoration and the individual kennel areas have a concrete floor which didn't seem to slope to allow for any accidents to drain to one area. I realise the weather wasn't great, raining but there was no excuse for the smell or poo and won't be entrusting them with my dog.

Great staff, very caring & extremely knowledgeable, made us feel at ease,Knowing our pain of a Chow Chow was being given the best care.

Simon is Great!! Looks after our Vizsla Dave like his own. Dave loves going there and hanging out with his little doggie buddies and always comes back happy and well exercised. Simon is really flexible and accommodating and a super nice guy. We couldn’t recommend K9smart any higher.... JUST AWESOME!!

Simon is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about everything to do with dogs. Our dog loves her day care days and comes back exhausted. Highly recommended.

Star dog sitter - loving, reliable and understanding with my active breed puppy! I have a (now 7 month) toller puppy Ruby, and sara has been like a second dogmum to ruby since I got her, helping with daycare, drop ins, and sitting her overnights here and there and even whilst i went on holiday! She has been absolutely invaluable - always reliable yet flexible, patient and kind towards little rubes through various stages of her puppyhood. Her love and kindness towards dogs is unmatched and you can tell because ruby was always soo excited to see her - she even ran across the park when she spotted her in the distance when she was out with another dog (and she never bolts off!). i also get adorable photos and videos throughout the day and rubes always comes home from daycare sleepy and happy after a fun time, lots of time in the park and mental enrichment (perfect as tollers need this to tire out) Sara was also was great at asking what we were working on at the moment and any rules we were sticking to which was soo helpful, and happy to stick to rubys routine. - sara i can’t thank you will be sorely missed and will 100% struggle to find a replacement half as good!

Sara is a wonderful human who radiates calm. She can soothe the most nervous or excited doggie or in our case, engage a ‘busy’ Jack Russell, and our Petal absolutely adored her. We can highly recommend Sunrise Wiggles and are so sorry she is moving away.

The only dog sitter we trust with our boy! She treats our dog Brodie with such genuine care and love and keeps us updated for peace of mind. Thank you Sara for all your help, we are so thankful to have you!

Sara is the best dog sitter we have found. We used her services with our dog that is a rescue and has some behavioural issues. She handles him extremely well and gives him so much love every time she is with him. She has every tool to make your dog feel at home and while Dublin is with her he has the best time. Walks in the country side, games to play around, and wonderful tratas every day. And what is best is her updates, she sends pictures and videos and makes a summary of every days activities which is just the cherry on top of the cake. I recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced and loving dog carer. You truly can’t go wrong with her.

Sara is a delight - our puppy, Olive, absolutely loves going to her for the day. She Provides a wonderful service and I feel very confident leaving my dog with her. Only 2 dogs at a time, lots of walks, games, attention and training. I highly recommend.

Sara is awesome! Honey, a rescue, immediately took to her due to her calm, caring and friendly persona. We felt very comfortable leaving Honey in Sara’s care and could see she was having a great time from the regular picture and video updates. We were just glad Honey wanted to come home when we picked her up! Would highly recommend :)

Sara walked my cocker spaniel Harry and would definitely recommend her. She was reliable, great with Harry and also did additional training on the walks. Very sorry she’s moved away!

So happy I found Sara. She clearly loves animals and is a very kind and conscientious sitter. I can now enjoy the odd day without Bentley happy in the knowledge that she is being well cared for and enjoying her social life!

Mark has been walking my dog Teddy (large toy poodle) for over 3 years now and he is absolutely brilliant. As a puppy Teddy was initially a little wary of going out with a new person but Mark was fantastic with him. In no time Teddy was bouncing out of the door and he still gets VERY excited when he hears Mark’s van. Mark takes care to consider which dogs’ personalities and energy levels would fit best on their walks and takes them to an amazing variety of places - lucky dogs! He takes such good care of them and always has water etc on hand. On top of that, Mark sends great photos - it’s a lovely bonus to be able to see Teddy having a great time. I feel so lucky that we found Mark and really can’t recommend him highly enough.

Mark has walked my dog for a few years now and you get so much more than just a “normal” walk. He takes Wilbur all over the place, not always just a boring stomp around a local park, and I know my beloved hound is really looked after. My dog is always brought back clean (and tired!), despite being an absolute bog hunter! Cannot recommend Mark enough, his enthusiasm for ensuring the dogs have an enjoyable time is fabulous.

Highly recommended for cat sitting. It was lovely to go away for a week & not worry about our 2 cats knowing that Mark was in twice a day to feed them & ensure they were safe & well. We were sent pictures & updates which was great. We have used pet sitters before & Mark is without doubt the best we have had & it's great to have a pet sitter we can trust for when we go away again.

Mark is our dog's favourite person. Since Murphy was 3 months, Mark has been helping us look after him when we're at work. When we go on holiday, Murphy looks forward to being at Mark's for a few days. He and Klaudia are lifesavers, and we would be lost without them. We cannot recommend them enough

I can thoroughly recommend Mark Bissett of Furry Tails Walks after he looked after my Cavapoo Tilly for 2 weeks whilst I was away. She enjoyed herself so much and is looking forward to her next Doggy Day Care. He cared for her within his family home and for those two weeks she became a contented member of his family. She met many other furry friends and had countless adventures during their daily walks. He sent me photos of her on a daily basis which greatly put my mind at ease whilst I was away. Thank you so much for looking after her and for taking away any concerns I had for her during this time. This was her first time away from me since I brought her home as a puppy at 8 weeks old. I'm surprised she was happy to see me, thankfully she has settled in back home and is dreaming of her next adventures with Mark.

My cockapoo has been with Mark since he was 6 months old and he absolutely adores his weekly walks with him. Can’t recommend Mark highly enough.
