Due to a family emergency, I had to leave the country earlier than I had planned, and needed a sitter to fill in the gap between my departure and another sitter. Michele responded within minutes of my posting the sit, and then we spoke and confirmed the sit within hours. Her husband, Israel, was coming from Mexico to France, while she and her kids were to come from Sweden. When Michele’s travel plans changed, and she wouldn’t be able to come with her children, she assured me that Israel would still come to look after the house and dogs. To do this, for a stay of only five days, he flew to Paris, and then to the south of France, where he rented a car and drove the rest of the way to my place. As I was already traveling, the previous sitters filled him in on the various things that needed to be tended to: caring for two dogs, tending to hens, watering 90 young olive trees daily, as well as other things. The place is big and it took me 3-4 weeks when I first moved in to figure out where things were and what to do. Israel mastered everything upon his arrival, sent me daily updates with photos of my two VERY happy dogs. In addition to all the upkeep, he managed to hike with the dogs daily. I arrived home to find everything perfectly maintained, two fit and and Israel’s guest house cleaner than it was when he arrived. Immaculate. I cannot even express my gratitude for to both Michele and Israel for such a sacrifice and commitment to do that for me. It was a very difficult time, as I was dealing with the loss of both my son and my mother. I did not worry for one second while my dogs and home were in Israel’s hands. Thank you both, so, so much. You’re welcome back anytime, with the entire family, even just for a visit, maybe just a well-deserved holiday, with no dog- or house- sitting!

Maryna was an excellent pet sitter and houseguest! Communicating with her was easy, and she always responded to my messages quickly. She was also incredibly self-sufficient! Moreover, Maryna graciously agreed to check on my neighbor's cat for a couple of days as well. My dog bonded with her quickly and was happy and healthy when I returned. The house was also spotless. I would happily have Maryna sit for me again!

I was very happy with the love and affection that was very apparent when Travis and Shannon met the pups. I received one picture on my trip and was happy to see Shannon cuddled under a doggie pile. Nothing like seeing your dogs being loved by others as their own. Every thing was in its place when I return which was nice. I also received a welcome home gift handmade by them which was very lovely and made my day. I highly recommend them as trustworthy and reliable pet sitters to anyone.

Kelly was an excellent sitter for us. She communicated well, before the sit and during the sit. When we got home, the dogs and our guinea pig were happy and well. Jo & David were absolutely amazing sitters for our house and dog Rosie while we were out of town for 2 1/2 weeks. They are the best! Jo was super communicative and responsive at all times. She and David bonded with our dog, who grew very attached to them. They left our house super clean (and there were even chocolate chip cookies for us on our return)! We initially accepted Deirdre and Jason for a long stay to look after our dogs. We were very happy they accepted. A few weeks later we realized we needed another sitter for another trip we had planned. So, we posted more dates on zeewoi. To our happy surprise, Deirdre and Jason reached out to us saying they could also look after our dogs and home with the new dates we posted. This made our life much easier and we were very confident to have Deirdre and Jason stay longer with us and care for our dogs. We were definitely right!! D&J have countless experiences on zeewoi with very good reviews from all of their previous sits. They are very experienced with all aspects of a house/pet sitting. D&J are very self-sufficient, have the background knowledge and education of pet care, and most importantly a genuine love for all animals. This is most important for my wife and I. We knew from the first meeting with our pups they loved animals. Communication was excellent. The process before and during our sit was stress-free for us. We were given daily updates on our dogs including photos and videos. Any concerns D&J had were vocalized to us. D&J are also problem solvers and know how to react many challenging situations. Our routine for our pets was followed immaculately and all dogs were very happy and connected with them. Even our female dog Kinki grew close so quickly with D&J which is very rare. We had ZERO issues while we were gone and we were able to really enjoy our trip while we were away. The dogs definitely love being around D&J. Homecare: We are very pleased with the condition of our home when we returned. It was clean, free of clutter, and exactly how we had left it for them, if not even better! D&J even mowed our grass and took care of our yard! Our yard is not a small garden. It is very big and takes hours to mow. So we were very surprised and excited to know they did that for us even though it's not expected of our sitters!! They definitely went above and beyond what is expected. Our dogs are so very important to us. When we know we can trust our sitters it's the best feeling in the world. We definitely trust Deirdre and Jason with our most prized possessions and we look forward to the next sit with them in a few days!!! We can't thank them enough for giving our dogs the love and attention they deserve. Care and compassion for my dogs was at the top of the list of John's attributes. He was the first sitter I have used through zeewoi that was close enough to come meet the dogs before the sit. John not only came for an initial meet and greet, but he made time to meet the pups a second time prior to my departure to better familiarize himself with both the dogs and my home. Having put the fear of God in him about Penny's reactivity (I might have been a bit over the top, but better more attentive than less!), he was cautious with her in the beginning. Later in the sit, they trooped off to the beach on multiple occasions - all good! My 10-yr-old was on some meds for a serious battle with arthritis, and John managed Cooper's needs beautifully. John even made a call and a trip to the vet to re-up Coop's prescription when it was clear he needed to continue the protocol. I received daily updates by text, including photos and video; communication is hugely important to me. I feel blessed to have had John care for my fur-babies.

If you need a sitter don’t hesitate to pick Vanessa, I highly recommend her. She cared for our fur baby for two weeks and received the care and attention she needed. We came back to a very happy pup and clean home which is awesome after coming back from a long trip. I received texts and pictures of our dog while we were gone which gave us peace of mind. You could tell right from the start that she genuinely loves animals and will care for them as if they are hers. I will continue to use her as my pet sitter if she’s available. All I can say is she is a wonderful person!!

I cannot thank Jenny and Geoff enough for stepping in at the last minute after the original sitter cancelled. They are a great couple, friendly , organised and extremely capable. Also they LOVE animals. My dog and cat have clearly been given a great deal of care and attention in my absence. Jenny kept in touch with notes and lovely photos, Geoff cut my grass and I came home to a spotlessly sparkling house ! Thank you so much! I dropped off my two cats in the morning and they were so well taken care of and were in no distress when i picked them up. Very minimal charge for amazing work that these guys are doing. I was late to pick them up at night and the owners were so nice to look after them for that long. I am really grateful to them for taking care of my fur babies. It was my first time leaving my pet Doberman in boarding and Ravi (and team) took real good care of him. My pet felt very comfortable and did not feel home sick. Photos/videos were sent regularly and my pet connected instantly with Ravi! For me it was a very comforting and great experience. Would recommend their services to other pet parents.
This is the best place for keeping your pets, family is very friendly and caring, they provide home-like environment for our pets. The best part is they do not keep the our pets in cages. I left my 6 year old at their place for 3 days, they took very nice care of my pet like there own. This is the first time i sent my pet and seriously guys i didn't regret to keep my baby with them. I left my two cats for three days with them. I absolutely loved the service they provided. They took great care of my kitties. They did not cage them at all. I had a terrible experience with this pet boarding service. We confirmed our booking two weeks in advance for a 3-day stay, with everything documented and written. But when I arrived to drop off my dog, they suddenly refused to take him, saying, “Oh we have other dogs as well.” This was despite us being assured earlier that they only take in one dog at a time. Clearly, it was all lies. My dog, a Golden Retriever, is naturally friendly but was a little scared because there were two other dogs present. Instead of handling it professionally, the owner hid behind his wife, who was extremely rude and dismissive. She flat-out denied taking our dog and showed no empathy. The man didn’t even have the decency to come out and speak to us himself; he stopped answering our calls altogether. This all happened at 10 PM, and I had a flight at 5 AM. Imagine the stress and panic of a pet parent at the last minute. Their behavior was nothing short of unprofessional and heartless. They told us, “If we can’t manage him, you’ll have to come back and pick him up,” leaving us with no choice but to look for another solution hours before my flight. To anyone looking for reliable pet boarding, feel free to reach out to me for recommendations. But whatever you do, avoid this place. They play with people’s emotions, and for us, our dog isn’t just a pet, he’s our baby. The entire ordeal was too draining, and I wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy. May God bless these boarding owners with compassion, professionalism, and basic manners. People like this should not be in a business that involves caring for others’ loved ones.

A major relief for a pet parent to have their pets onboarded here. Our pet is not at all social and does not stay away from us but the way Prateek and Kamakshi has given him the most comfortable and warm environment for him to feel like home is incredible. I had to leave my beagle on a very short notice for 3 days, they happily accepted and have taken great care with regular videos of him playing with other dogs. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend it to be the best place for our furry babies. Sakshi (the owner) is very well spoken and very friendly with all the babies.
I left my 4 years old Beagle for the first time ever. I was very very anxious. But I made the best decision choosing The Dog Mumma. Sakshi takes care of them like her own babies. She is very responsive to all our needs which is very rare to find. I am very relieved to have found such a place. My dog has also become comfortable with her and the environment in which it is being kept. Sakshi also provided videos of my dog during all the meal times and in between as well which pacified me a lot as I was fully aware what my dog was doing throughout the day and if it had eaten properly.
It was an amazing experience for me to leave my dog with the dog mumma-sakshi. She has been really amazing for all 3 days that I left my dog with her and sent me a lot of videos of my fur baby and was available all the time when I called. I would also like to thank Varun for picking, dropping and taking care of my joey. One of the best humans I know who understands the language of your dog/pets and who values dogs more than humans in her life. I boarded my dog here for 4 days, he is having ticks now and hundreds of mosquito bites; the entire body is covered in rashes. Didn't take any care of my pet. Won't recommend, find some other place.

Stay at the boarding- My doll went to tails ke tale home boarding. She loved her stay. She is a picky eater but she loved Shruti's personalized meals.She smelled so nice after the stay. They gave her spa as well. Her nails were trimmed and ears were properly cleaned. Her weight was well maintained after her 22 days stay. Boarding - Overall, I found the boarding clean and affordable. My dog loved her meals (I know because she doesn't hesitates her stays at the boardings). Infact she gets along with Shruti really well and would happily go there. She will send you pictures of your fur baby daily and even during walks. Staff- Also, her staff is well trained, by her, with every type of breeds big or small. They are well trained and knows breed specific meals and training tips. They are extremely friendly with dogs and treat them very well.
If you hate your pet than please leave here for some days. They don’t provide good food, walks. Just they will leave your pet in a single small room with 8-9 dogs and will forget it. I had Horrible experience with this. And owner has no manner to talk. When my pet came back from here he went ill for 5 days with high fever and infection.
Very nice boarding and day care for my pet. I am not tensed when I leav my pet for a substantial amount of time under the care of Tails ki Tale. The owner herself loves and takes good care towards the wellbeing of the all the occupants of the faculty.
We had a wonderful experience. My fur baby had a beautiful 8 days stay and he was taken care like one of their own. My Noddy will definitely re visit them.
If you love your dog then don’t ever leave your dog here. When first time we left our puppy (6 months old) they welcomed us at a fully furnished flat where the owner lives when we asked where out pet will stay they said they will be staying in this flat and the flat opposite which also owned by them when we asked can we look at that flat they denied saying they are dog there so it wont be possible. So we left our dog there for 3 days initially the owner of the boarding said they will send 3 videos and will video call daily but instead to send videos or call they don’t respond to any calls and whatsapp messages. The next day when again we called them for videos they sent us the videos all taken at the same time in which its was clear that our dog was frightened and was looking weak. After 3 days when we picked our puppy he was soo weak his ribs were visible and frightened when we took him home we noticed he was slightly bleeding from his private parts opon noticing this we rushed to the vet after examining bleeding he concluded that it was from physical abuse he lost around 2 kg in 3 days there and it took my puppy around 2 weeks to recover from the mental agony he had gone through in this boarding. We chose this boarding by looking at the ratings in google but after my experience from this boarding it should be rated 0.
We had a very bad experience..due to the very rude owner and neglectful staff. Everything seems to be left on the staff. Despite numerous requests, they did not allow us to see the place where they keep the pets. Our baby stayed for 5-6 days there and fell ill. He was severely dehydrated..it seemed he hadn't been given water at all. He appeared extremely frightened as if he had been tortured. Rashes covered his entire body, and he had a high fever. After returning back we got to know he had contracted tick fever during his stay, despite the owner falsely claiming to have taken him to our vet. We verified with the same vet upon our return, and they confirmed that no one had brought our pet in. Not only did they fail to provide him with proper food, but we also observed through videos that the place was unhygienic, with water and mud on the floor where they were feeding the pets. We were constantly worried about our baby. Upon returning, we sought immediate medical attention, and fortunately he recovered. I strongly advise against choosing this boarding facility for anyone's pets!!

I recently used this dog boarding facility and was utterly disappointed with the service, mainly because of the staff's rude behavior. From the moment I dropped off my beloved furry friend, I encountered unfriendly and unhelpful staff members. During check-in, I had questions about my dog's stay, and when I asked for assistance, the staff member was dismissive and impatient, making me feel like a burden.I won't be returning to this place, and I strongly discourage others from using their services, unless they value their pets' happiness and their own peace of mind. Rude staff can turn what should be a positive experience into a stressful and regretful one.

Our shih tzu always has a great time while staying here. He has friends to play with and as he likes to sleep on the bed and not in cages the boarders accommodate him! Easy access by auto and there is a park across the house. Very few stray dogs nearby and they are not dangerous.

Hi everyone. I left my 9+ years old pet at Paws Day Outing for 7 days, which owned by a young couple. They have kept my pet like i would have kept. They have been in touch every day, sending his daily activities, Sumit n Sarita are not only loving but are well versed with pets and has knowledge to understand their needs. My pet hasn't shown any sign of loneliness or dejection eversince he's back with us. I wish this couple all the best for their future endeavours. God bless them.
Paws Day Outing has been an absolute blessing for my 3-month-old kitten, Maya! The entire Paws Day Outing fam is simply amazing! They treat Maya with so much love and care that it feels like a second home for her. One of the things I appreciate the most is how interactive they are. They send me videos and adorable pictures of Maya throughout the day, which always bring a smile to my face. It's reassuring to see her having a great time and being so well looked after. Their attention to detail extends to her meals as well. They handle her feeding schedule impeccably, ensuring she gets the right food at the right time. Maya has become so comfortable there that I no longer worry when I'm at work. I know she's in safe hands and receiving the best care. Maya and I couldn't be happier!

Paws day outing is a home away from home for your pets and Sarita and Sumit are like their parents to them. I had my inhibitions when I first met Sarita as my Oreo was blind and was really looking for somebody who can look after him like me in my absence and they both really made Oreo so comfortable that he never resisted going there.Sumit and Sarita really took good care of Oreo whether it was giving him medicines and taking care of his food and walks.Thank you so much for all the support. I visited this place on my friend's suggestion as I was looking for a boarding home for my little Golden Retriever pup. Their staffs is well trained and courteous. Seeing how my dog got comfortable with them them almost instantly gave me a confidence that these guys can take care of him nicely in my absence. It's a nice, cosy, hygienic place with reasonable price. I am definitely coming back here whenever I'll need grooming or boarding services for my dog.

The add on is they provide you with 24 x 7 medical aids and specially customised meal plans for your pooch. My doggo went all hand in glove with their team and they regularly followed up with me while I was on the go by sharing his videos. Looking forward to avail their service on my next trip.

I left my lebra dog 1.5 year old to dipti for 4 to 5 days and i had no regret after coming back , she took care of him just like me , she loves animal and specially dog as a mother . She sent me my dog's video and picture everytime i ask and also video call us without asking , even she update me 3 times a day abt his meal and i was Satisfied and not worried at all during holiday plus she reply fast which was major liking . I had left my dog to other boarding before but she was best bcoz she knew more abt dog breed like lebra and what to feed what to not . She take care of my dog like home , he didnt feel like any boading it felt like house for him and me too , even my dog was angry after i took him , coz at dupti place my dog had other dog company which is mandtory for lebra . At first i was worried but when i get my dog back he gain little weight which is so satisfied as pet parent , Im surelly gonna give my dog to her next time too ..

We are working professionals . Due to our work schedules, our 11-year old Inde dog needed day care for about five months. The dog received excellent treatment from MS. Dipti. She never voiced grievances about anything. We occasionally arrived late from our offices but she never once voiced her displeasure,instead, she made adjustments to accommodate our schedules. Our dog received a minor dog bite during the initial days of boarding. She looked after the dog's wounds every day in addition to helping us. On the whole,during our course of 4 to 5 months it was a 5 star experience. We never had any problem regarding our dog's health, no problem in timing management, and no problem in the price. I totally recommend Ms. Dipti's boarding to people who want their dogs to be taken care of, even for a long duration.

I was skeptical at first as this was my furst time keeping my cat for boarding but it was surprisingly swift. The process was easy and convenient. Throughtout my vacation i got pictures and videos of my cat. I'm very pleased with the service and will surely get back here again for next time

We had a great experience. Our 11 year old dog, Monu, needed daycare for a couple of months. Dipti took care of Monu as one of her own, feeding her well beyond what we may have given, understanding her nature to let her have freer movement at the place, and looking out for any signs of sickness. Dipti has also been flexible with us as a working couple, keeping Monu for extended hours late into to the evening or over the weekend at an affordable rate. Dipti and her husband were particularly supportive in an incident when Monu got hurt outside on the street. They didn't leave our side, called a vet they are familiar with, and gave her the necessary medications in the course of treatment during daycare. All in all, Dipti had been a warm professional who runs her business singlehandedly with passion.
We kept our dog at this place for 5 days , he is just 6 months old , golden retriever. We were told that he will be kept in ac room , I don't think it happened .second thing is we found him so week after 5 days , third he came back with disease as well doctor told us he is suffering from an allergy called eczema. He literally asked us that how did that happen so we told him everything . Shocking thing is he was'nt surprised at all . As if he knew it . Or its common . I took a wrong decision but I would like to request you not to do this with your lovely pets . Only thing you will get from such places is fake promises and fake concern . Rest it's your choice .
