I recommend PawTastiCare 100% as Joicy took care of Mia with so much love, affection, took her for walks and played a lot with our little baby. I think Mia got better treatment than in my own place so now I have to keep the same standard as she got very used with Joicy's care. PawTastiCare has also some very cute products for dogs such as this beautiful necklace and nice treats. If you need a dog sitter, please go for it.

It was so great to find another dog lover who could look after my dog who had never been left with a professional sitter before. She was treated like a queen and got to be a taste tester for yummy homemade treats, her fav job! Tammy had a great time and even though I did worry she may cry being away from me she had a ball and was safe and cosy in a home environment which was priority for me when searching.

Joicy was amazing at looking after Arlo, as he is an anxious pup and not the easiest to mind. She sent me daily updates which put me at ease and is very understanding of any additional needs or specific requests( a fussy needy pup). Nothing was too much for her. If you are looking for a loving home away from home for you pup, don’t hesitate to book in with Joicy 🤎

I cannot recommend Joicy enough. She always caters to my dog's individual needs, and transforms each stay into a holiday for her. The depth of their bond is evident as my dog genuinely cries on departures. Joicy will even sometimes wash and blow dry her before we pick her up!! I cannot recommend Joicy enough. Joicy looked after our very needy pug Eric for a week and treated him like we would. We took our terrier Peaches to Doggy daycare 6 years ago as a pup for obedience classes. I only have praise for Howard for his love, dedication and care for the dogs. Both Peaches & Holly, our young maltichon love going there and can't get out of the car fast enough to get in.

Took my Dog lilly here ,Noticed a Nasty Burn mark on the back of her neck all her hair was completely removed like she was dragged and pulled by something,Went too bring her back in for the staff too try and explain the Burns on her neck she did want too go in and was very Reluctant, Not like her she loves other dogs and people, She was Terriefied, The guy who was supposed too be taking care of my Dog could not explain but looked really Guilty and felt very uncomfortable in he's Presence ,Took months for her injuries too Recover

Howard and his staff run an amazing dog daycare. I enrolled my puppy at 12 weeks and found huge improvements in her within a few weeks. She is no longer scared of larger dogs/dogs barking. She is very social and gets on great with other dogs, she does not bite hard when playing anymore. I can tell by her excitement before entering daycare that she loves it too!

Had a very unfortunate experience with the owner, he had the decency to apologize for wasting my time. After 3 visits without my doggo to inquire about getting assessed for daycare, and a phone call prior, I arrived into the premises to a point blank no. The reason being that they don't take in pitbulls. This would be completely fair if he was a pitbull, but he's not. He's a mild mannered XL Bully and even after offering to show the owner his passport he still refused and continued to call my dog a pitbull. If you own a smaller dog this place may be for you. But if you own a bigger dog I'd probably suggest looking at alternate daycares, as you may have a similar experience to myself. I wish the owner all the best in future endeavors, though he has made it very difficult for me to recommend this premises.

I had a bad experiences in this place of business over a year ago. I'm only writing now as I had a friend who told me they also had one. It was around Xmas time and wanted to get a standard groom for my small dog. Everywhere was booked out so I found this place. I rang and was quickly booked in. I dropped my dog down and was told it would be maybe and hour or 2. I work in the evening so I was fine. I had time to burn. My first concern was how dirty the reception area was but my dog needed a groom and I reluctantly left him in there. I'm not sure if I remember the man's name working on the counter but I do not think he should be in charge of taking care of the dogs while the owner is out. After what happened next, I felt this man was mentally not capable and instantly regretted it. Over 2 hours went by and no phone call. I drove down and went to get my dog. The same man who I left my dog with, Oliver I think his name may have been said he wasn't ready. We had a bit of back and forth disagreement and he told me the owner went to lunch. He said he would be back when he's back and this is how it is for dog haircuts. I didn't want my dog to be in this place anymore so I told him to give him to me. He went to the back and as he did all the other dogs started screeching and howling. I couldn't see what he did but all I heard was him banging or kicking something and yelling at the dogs to shut up. I got my dog who was clearly shook and scared with all his body shaved and his head not touched. I didn't care. I just wanted to leave. I said I would send my brother down later to finish the haircut. He would ring when the owner was back. Eventually after no phone call my brother went down anyway and got a hold of the owner and had to demand him to finish the hair cut and was reluctant. He described the owner as an arrogant dodgy used car salesman who has an answer for everything. I have asked around about the owner from people in the dog training community and have heard all negative feedback about this man.

Do not bring your dog here. Owner is such a bully handed me back my dog wet and her face looked like my son cut it. Did not care, did not offer to fix ! Basically kicked me out door. My dog is 19! her last Christmas probably with us and we spent €60 to get wet butchered cut back. The staff obviously leave all the time, cause there was an amazing girl working there but she left, wonder why! . So annoyed and he was shouting at me and insulted that I did not like what he did. I mean save yourself €60 and hand your five year old the scissors. Overpriced and not qualified. ….. Reply to owner who wrote underneath my review. If anyone reading this scrolls down through reviews they will see quite a lot of review reviews like mine. He is a complete liar by looks of his reply too!!! , pretty shocked reading this. I actually paid for my dog when I went to pick her up first time but I did give her back in good faith that he would fix her up!!and asked him to please dry her as she was wet and also to please shave her hair shorter as requested!!!!! Believe me in Christmas traffic it would been alot easier just to take her, but she would have been smelly and wet!!! My dog is 19 and member of our family!!!! Pity because when we brought her here first a Philippino lady did such good job, not at all like what was handed back to me by this man. Don’t think he actually cares for dogs at all! When I picked her up second time, her coat was damp and no more hair had been taken off her. So his reply is made up nonsense. Just pure lazy don’t care attitude. Not good experience will never return.

I trust my dog with Doggie Day Care on a weekly basis. It's good to know that Bess is well looked after while I'm at work. And Howard and his staff are always on hand for any advice I need on looking after Bess. Bess has also stayed with Howard at weekends when I had to go away. I wouldn't trust anyone else with her.

Terrible service and experience overall. After having my dog treated there and visiting a couple of times, we decided to book 2 weeks day/night care for our dog while we are away. The receptionist provided us 3 different prices the three different times we asked her for the 2 weeks stay. She was completely lost ! She also informed us that prior to staying there, our dog has to be neutered. We decided to book an appointment with the vet and our dog had the procedure done on the October, 10th 2022. We left our dog in daycare on Friday the October, 14th for few hours and when we picked him up the receptionist mentioned that her boss and herself decided not to take our dog for 2 weeks that we booked already because the dog is 'crying' and don't listen. He is 6 months old. This happened 4 days before our planned holidays. My question is: Are all the dogs expected to be quiet and been trained too as a essential requirement ? What kind of dog care is that? It would be similar to sending kids to kindergarten and they are sent back home for being a child and crying. Absolutely ridiculous. My kids were truly upset and we were in tears on our way home feeling sad for our dog. On top of that the receptionist was yelling at the dogs when they were barking. This is completely unacceptable. I would never leave my dog here to be looked after as everyone there seems to be extremely unprofessional and careless.

Highly recommend to let your dog experience this daycare before making assumptions based on some of the negative feedbacks. So I had experiences with the professional dog training and daycare services in Doggie daycare. My dog already had most of the training done since he was a pup, but we went to Howard mainly to ask for tips on how to manage his barking and also we are expecting a baby as well so I want to know how to prepare my dog for the newborn as well. Howard provided very structured concise trainings and it worked very well with my furbaby. Unfortunately with my nearby daycare closing down, I had to look for other daycares. I had tried daycare that has very high google rating with pretty much no negative comments at all. It was very difficult to get through to them to book for an assessment and you have to book for every single daycare visits. It's more expensive and the most important thing was that my dog did not get tired at all from being there for the whole day! (which was a total waste of money). Today I gave Doggie Daycare a try, they were very flexible to book for assessment on the same day, and I was able to leave my dog there for the rest of the day when he passed the assessment. I can definitely tell he had loads of fun, and staffs there were very friendly and gentle when welcoming him. He was sooo tired after he came back home today, even though it took me 45 minutes to go and pick him up as traffic was crazy but it was soooo worth it!

Howard's experience with dogs is unmatched. His daycare service is fantastic and his boarding offering is a life saver. I know Howard for 9 years and he has helped me overcome several issues with diet and behaviour with my dog. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!

We can't thank Simon enough for looking after our four dogs over the weekend while we were at my brothers wedding. The dogs had a blast and Simon kept us updated with photos of the gangs adventures. Nothing was too much hassle for Simon and it was wonderful knowing that the pups were having a brilliant time! Thank you 😊🐾 …

Simon is absolutely brilliant we are so happy that we found him for Mylo our 23 month old Retriever, its a fantastic service and facility, Mylo waits patiently at the window for Simon to collect him, Simon is a true dog lover and treats Mylo as if he was his own. I couldn't recommend him more.

Simon is fantastic, and I'd highly recommend him for training and boarding. We have a lovely 1 year old large dog who we had done some foundational training with at home. She recently started to show aggressive reactive behaviours while on a harness and leash that were concerning us. In one 1:1 training session with Simon he went through a series of different scenarios to better understand her behaviour, our behaviours as her owners, and how she responded to different equipment. He suggested a few small changes in terms of her lead and how we behave during walks, and had us try them out during the session in various scenarios so we could see if they were effective. The impact was immediate and she hasn't shown the negative behaviour since, so we're all much happier on walks. We were so happy with the training session we've also availed on his overnight boarding. We appreciate that Simon is selective and dogs have to go through an 'audition' to ensure they get on well with others before he agrees to take them on for several nights. Simon picked up and dropped off our dog, and he provided regular photos and updates while we're away which was a lovely gesture. We will definitely go back to Simon again.

I was recommended Simon (Fetch it) by my local vet, when I was in search for a dog behaviourist for my 10 year old dog who has aggression/ reactivity issues. It was very important for me to find someone who gives realistic approach and training, and Simon did exactly that. After just 45 minutes, I could clearly see where my dog's issues are coming from, and Simon gave me clear instructions on what should I be working on at home. Although this is a work in progress, I can see improvement in my dog, and I am now confident on the parts that I should be working on. Another thing that is very important to me is that Simon stays in touch, and quickly responds to my emails if I have any question related to my dog's case. Plus, Simon's prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Simon to anyone who is looking for a dog behaviourist. Thank you from me and Mango.

Simon is brilliant at what he does. As they say "each to their own skill". He helped me transform the behaviour of my two puppies Duke and Harley when out walking. They had decided over recent weeks to become Demon Pups when out walking, loving to bark like lunatics at any dog, cat or four legged animal they would come across 😂🤦‍♀️. As a result, walking became a stressful activity. Thankfully Simon came to the rescue and by the end of the first training session, both Duke and Harley had less reactive behaviour and successfully managed to walk by other dogs more calmly. By the second training session which was only one week later they had improved even further. I can now say that with each and every walk Duke and Harley are improving immensely and walkies are enjoyable again. I would recommend Simon to anyone looking for some help with their newest family member. Duke & Harley also loved Simon and for any doggie owner...this says it all. Thanks Simon 😊🐕🐕‍🦺

We can't recommend Simon highly enough. We adopted an adult red setter cross with some anxiety and behavioural issues. Simon spent a lot of the first lesson learning about our dog and making sure she was comfortable with him (she was, of course!). He is always very kind and gentle with the dog, never moving too fast and always doing what's best for them. He understood our dog very quickly and tailored the training appropriately. We've had great results so far and I'm looking forward to continuing the training. The training location is great - away from distractions and it has indoor and outdoor spaces where you can let a dog off-lead without them able to get out.

Our two dogs instantly took to Simon, absolute professional and made us feel so confident and at ease leaving our two pooches in his care. We came home to extremely relaxed and happy dogs. 100% will look forward to booking him again. Thanks Simon

My dog (Bainin) is an 11 month-old standard poodle. My biggest worry was her behavioural issues. She was pulling me physically hard on the lead. If she was of the lead she would gallop so fast and wouldn't come back. It was becoming unmanageable for me. Prior and post the first Covid lockdown, I had 2 trainers who came to my home. Neither commanded her respect and attention span. Then, i met Simon after being recommended by another dog owner who had appraised him. Within 4-weeks Simon innovative dog techniques and engagement has transformed Bainin's behaviourism and obedience. He tackled with sensitivity and logic each issue of concern I had with my dog. I equally learned so much from Simon. I have witnessed her enthusiasm, joy and excitement when she is with Simon and her behaviour now walking with the lead is simply magical. From my observations Simon's interest, patience and commitment in interconnecting with dogs is beyond standard dog training skills. He is truly a gifted trainer and dog walker. I believe dogs senses his genuinely loving nature. He is a (Guardian Angel) with dogs.

My experience was during Galway race week! Received independent impartial advice. 6 weeks later my dog is cured of it’s skin condition. Was recommended to get tablets from vets and they worked. Wonderful lady knew 100% what she was talking about. Just genuinely wanted to help! No agenda! Can’t recommend highly enough and I will certainly call in to say thank u next time I am in the city. Around the Christmas break we left our 2 dogs into John at The Dog Company. It was the first time we boarded them/had been away from them for any amount of time and we couldn't be happier. John was patient with us and sent us a lovely update over the weekend. Our dogs came back to us tired (because they had loads of exercise and socialisation with the other dogs), healthy and happy - we couldn't ask for more. It was an amazing service with great peace of mind knowing they were in such capable, kind and knowledgeable hands. Excellent in every way. John, is the kindest and best groomer you could ever come across...I've brought my (now) elderly dog to him for about 15 years ...even though my dog is very senior , he has done his best by him, taking into account his every need over the years...couldn't recommend him enough. And despite moving to a new home some years ago that means well over an hours drive ...it's worth it!

Starling review for this kennel! I cannot recommend this kennel highly enough. From the moment I dropped my dog off, I knew she was in great hands. Very professional and calming demeanor from Johnny, facilities are spotless, ensuring some privacy for every dog. Johnny was quick to provide me with updates which gave me peace of mind, as my dog struggles with separation anxiety. It is very obvious that staff there genuinely loves animals. We have changed few kennels over the years and this is the first time she was back after a week time in great condition, no weight loss, happy and wiggly. Definitely coming back. Thanks Johnny

Only Recently heard of Madra Motel and we are so glad we did. Our Retriever is almost a year old and he is a hairy ball of energy. He loved his weekend stay here and was 100% himself when we brought him home, he was so excited and you could tell he fully enjoyed his stay here. (we only ever had one experience of a different kennels and Kai came home cowering and took him a few days to get back to his usual crazy character) 5 stars from us and Kai for Madra Motel.

Again another amazing holiday for both Kylie and Luna (2 engergetic labradors) and my girls and I. So amazing to be able to head away knowing that they are being so well looked after by Johnny. When I always pick Kylie and Luna up they are in such good form and when the get back home it's as if they haven't been away because Madra Motel is a home from home!!! Madra Motel Boarding Kennels have been a god send to us! Johnny & Rhona really care about dogs and their facilities are second to none! Johnny is always so responsive on Whatsapp making booking so easy and quick and he regularly sends us updates on our Rocky's stay! Rocky does have a great time there and we know he is so well looked after! I would have no hesitation recommending Madra Motel and just know your dog will be looked after by Johnny & Rhona like their own dogs!

The facilities here are clean, the owners great to deal with and the dogs happy! Our dog Lola stayed for two weeks and had lots of fun playing with the other dogs there and seemed almost depressed the night she came home with us! Jonny was very responsive, and was sending us videos of playtime via WhatsApp every few days to keep us informed. Last year, Lola stayed at a different kennel and came home filthy dirty and very smelly, but not so this year. 😃👍

Best place ever for your dog. Our puppy has been a regular there since he was 3 months old. Every time we go there he just runs straight for the door and can't wait to go in. Paula, Fraser and the rest of the team are the loveliest people, they absolutely love dogs and you can see it. Good selection of dog food, equipment, treats etc as well. I don't think it can get better than this - the attached picture says it all ;)

Cannot recommend enough Bremeny School for dogs for doggy daycare. My 6 month old shih tzu Harvey absolutely loves it… cannot wait to go and play the minute we pull up. All the staff are so friendly, Fraser, Paula, Dave & Maeve … clearly all dog lovers and great for advice on training, behaviours, food etc. Great service, long opening hours and very reasonably priced. Great to follow on FB and Instagram to see pics of all the daycare dog attendees on a daily basis!

Can't recommend these guys enough. The owners and staff are absolutely brilliant. Our dog Lola absolutely loves it too. We can tell because she gets really excited in the back of the car as you drive up to Bremeny, so it's a clear sign she loves going in and that's very important to us. They have an integration process which is vital for the dogs going into the group. They are also dog trainers and we picked up so many tips along the way off them. Couldn't recommend them enough your dog will be well looked after here so don't hesitate in contacting them 🐕

My dog LOVES coming here! Paula, Fraser and all of the staff are so friendly, knowing all of the dogs on a first name basis. They also care. A LOT. It’s fantastic to hear how they went when you collect them, and if they’ve had a good day (especially when your dog is first settling in and can find it a bit daunting). We’ve been using them since they were the Urban Pup and our dog was just a puppy. I also love that they regularly upload pics on their social media sites of the dogs from each day and enjoy seeing their happy faces. I’ve heard from friends that the classes are incredibly helpful and well run, and am hoping to work one on one with them for some training in the future. They have a good range of food, treats and general dog toys and accessories in store too. It’s like heaven for dogs

Iv been bringing my Cane Corso puppy Lola to Urban Pup since she was about 3 months old and I cant explain how valuable her time there has been for socialisation and keeping her safe and amused whilst were at work. All the staff are so friendly and passionate about dogs and treat them like their own. I also did the puppy training classes with the owner Paula and we learned so much from it which has really helped Lola become a perfect puppy and I also learned so much about dogs development and behaviour which I can take forward with me. I cannot recommend Urban Pup enough for your lil doggie who will hopefully visit and meet my Lola one day ❤

Milo our puppy seems to be loving going here , recked when I pick him up, when dropping him off he would walk himself in if he could open the door, can’t wait to get out of the car in the mornings to go in. Currently all out of energy from all the playing.

Absolutely amazing team our pepper loves going here. Not only is daycare fantastic for people who are not able to be around with their dog but it's completely socialised our dog and given her another place filled with love. The training is also unparalleled Pintea and Paula are fantastic!

Would highly recommend everyone whos got a dog to bring them to bremeny school for dogs!Wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are always so nice,friendly and welcoming. Their day care and training services are exceptional. We know our doggo is always in safe hands when we drop him off day care.
