Olya is by far the best cat sitter Violet and I have ever had. She clearly loves cats, and my very picky cat loves her. She is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and I get plenty of pics of Violet playing, being bridge, and snoozing so I never have to worry about Violet when I am away.

Olya takes the best care of my gorgeous young Holly and sends me photos of how she’s doing and the walks she’s enjoying in her care. I couldn’t be happier with the service Olya provides and I’ve never had to use a kennel since getting her at 8 weeks old. Holly is always excited to go and stay with Olya and pulls to her door without hesitation or crying at being left which makes me very happy. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Can’t rate this service highly enough. This was the first time we had left our dog anywhere and we were anxious about doing it but Treacle loved every minute. We were sent regular updates with pictures which we really appreciated. So happy to have found a safe and caring environment and will definitely use this service again.

Olya at Fluffy Paws has looked after our pets several times over the years and she is amazing. From a few days break to a week away I always know I can trust her to love and care for our cats and dogs. It's not an easy job with older pets and young nervous ones but Olya is thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable which means the pets have a great stress free time whilst we are away. She will adapt her care to their differing needs, give medication where needed and sends lots of updates- this helps so much and allows you to enjoy your time away with peace of mind. I can't recommend Fluffy Paws enough

Olya, is very accommodating with meeting the owners needs, and the dogs. Jazz took to Olya straight away, and responded to her instructions well, firm but fair. Her love of animals was obvious, and appreciated by Jazz who loves being stroked and having tummy rubs. I would certainly use Olya again.

Olya came to the rescue when another sitter cancelled on me last minute. She was very gracious and stopped by the same evening I contacted her! She is a pro -- she provided wonderful care for all 5 of my cats, sent lots of pics and communicated regularly, and can even tell my three black cats apart! They all adored her and you can tell she truly knows how to understand and handle their distinct personalities. She has really put my mind at ease -- she is reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend her and would not hesitate to book her again and again to care for my babies!

Olya was absolutely brilliant looking after my 3 cats. She sent videos and photos of them when she visited. I would definitely use her services again in the future.

I've booked fluffy paws a couple of times when I've been away and my cat needed someone to give him his meals and, very importantly, spend some time playing or just hanging out. He usuehas outdoor access but when we are away he needs to be locked in so some company and activity is really important. Fluffy paws was brilliant and I would recommend to anyone. Also great at sending lots of pics and videos, which I always value greatly.

My dog Molly had a fabulous time. She was well looked after and we loved getting updates about her day. Would definitely recommend.

Diane has boarded our chocolate Labrador, Bentley, on a number of occasions now and he absolutely loves his holiday. We always know that he is in safe hands when we leave him and Diane keeps us updated with photos. She also provides home visits for our cats to feed them and spend time with them so that they don't have to go into a cattery. Would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Diane and family highly enough both for dog walking and boarding. Sadie loves her yearly 'holiday' where she is treated as one of the family. We have no worries leaving her, safe in the knowledge she will be well walked, looked after and cuddled! The regular updates whilst we are away reassure us she is having a fantastic time.

I Have been taking my springer spaniel dog Cooper here from been a puppy he has always settled in well and when we go to pick him up he cant make his mind up if he wants to stay or come home with us they treat him like there own dog it's well run business and keeps everything up to date we can go away with piece of mind knowing he will be safe and loved in home surroundings not in kennels. .

Probably best pet service I’ve used. Anita is a lovely lady & definitely knows her stuff! She was keen to know what training we had been doing with our pup so she could continue with it and keep his structure. Our pup definitely enjoys his time with her & she wears him out! Our dog Ozzie has boarded with Sandra and her family on 2 occasions now and will be making a third visit. He love it there getting to play with all the other dogs. We received daily Facebook videos and information txts when needed. A invaluable service to any dog owner.

Treats all the dogs like members of their family, nothing is too much trouble. Secure environment with plenty of room for play. My pup was there for over 18 months for doggy day care and absolutely loved it. Highly recommended.

Shocking company, they don’t walk your dog, they park up near a dog walking area and stay in the van drinking tea and reading a book while the dogs are locked in cages in the back of the van. I have witnessed this several times over the last few weeks, poor dogs.

K9s and Posh Paws - Wakefield. The lady who ‘walks’ these poor dogs, does not walk them. We see her almost every day parked up in a local car park for well over an hour, sat eating and reading a book. She is always parked here, you can hear the sounds of the poor dogs barking in the back of her van. She even does this on hot days when the conditions inside the van will definitely not be suitable for the dogs. This lady does not care for your dogs, she does not walk them. Please please stop leaving your dogs with her because they are not getting walked, please save your money and use another business, for the sake of your poor dogs. It has been months now we have observed her doing this and quite frankly it’s disgusting.

K9s & Posh Paws Pet Care is the most sincere and thoughtful dog service within West Yorkshire! When you know that the owner of the business has four of her own pampered poodles, that speaks volumes to me! You know you can trust your loved pet within in the care of Glenis, if you're planning a holiday, shes a dog lover through and through, so why trust anyone else? Also her dog training classes are well executed and well thought out, its also a good reason to partake as all dogs need to socialise with other dogs - happy life for your pet and a happy life for you! Only one word for K9s and Posh Paws Pet Care - fantastic! I cannot rate Glenis highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble. We use her for home boarding for our dogs. Each time we arrive outside Glenis' house, our dogs get out of the car with wagging tails as they are happy to be there. That says it all... if our dogs are happy when we are away, we are happy!

Old School Barbarism. I took a week off work to train our new puppy when we got him at 8 weeks. In a couple of days he had totally got sit, stand and wait using positive reinforcement, no pushing prodding forcing training and just words/food/hand actions. We just followed videos on the web 4 times a day for 2-3 minutes at a time (you soon know when). After 5 months we opted for proper training as we have specific issues we needed to iron out and got in touch with k9s and posh paws in Wakefield. So we paid 100 gbp (seemed too cheap) for 'personal training over 5 weeks'. 'Personal training' consisted of 5 other dog owners there as well (that was a shock) and just doing basics with no personal training. If a dog barks Glenis yanks the dogs lead upwards to startle the dog. To sit, she pushes down on the dogs bottom. To lay down similar unneeded manhandling. We previously followed Victoria Stillwell's videos that taught in a loving way with no pushing, proding etc and the dog learnt to do what was needed and was rewarded when he got it right. This 'Training' is really going back 30 years to Barbara Woodhouse. We have seen owners almost in tears as their dogs are yanked/pulled/pushed. The days of fear training should be over but seemingly not. We certainly would not let our dog board there. Now it is over, we feel we have learned very little as we had the basics and needed 'Personal Training' for specific issues which we have NOT got. The training with others is good training with many distractions and shows what it is like in the real world rather than 1 to 1. So that is useful as is the use of a dog whistle for recall! Avoid unless you like old school which may be fine for some.

I cannot be anymore grateful for the quality of service I received after taking my two rabbits for some much needed grooming. The knowledge, professionalism and care shown was 11/10. I wish to say a personal thankyou, both from me and my partner and I will definitely be re-booking in due course.

This is the 3rd time Jane has looked after my hamster Bertie and the first two times seem to have been fine but I cannot even describe how upset and angry I am when I have returned home with him this time after leaving him for just over 2 weeks. There was mountains of wee in the corners and his litter tray, his bed was dirty and all wet with mould at the bottom. The water was stagnant and had scum in it. My poor baby has been living in these conditions. I wouldn’t normally do this but this is a living creature who needs and deserves the best care and this was not it.

My treasured pet rabbits have stayed here on numerous occasions. I know while they are there they are in extremely safe hands with masses of rabbit knowledge and experience.

Absolutely fantastic service, Louise is a natural with dogs and will tailor to your specific needs. I am always happy to leave my 2 dogs with her and enjoy my holiday. She will send pics and updates throughout. She has occasionally walked them from time to time and they always come back shattered, very reasonable rates as well. Would 100% recommend.

Buddy loves his visits, rushes in the house as fast as he can when we arrive and doesn’t want to leave! Excellent service and updates / photos provided throughout the day. Highly recommended!

I sent an email regarding dog sitting for our honeymoon for two weeks and also popping to look after our cats with home visits which I received a reply a day later to say yes she was free for them dates which was brilliant so I sent an email back saying to book us in and I would pop through with the deposit and never got any reply! So I gave her a ring and nobody answered so I left a voice mail saying I had sent an email and to give me a ring back please. . . And never heard anything back so I rang the next day and no answer I tried once more the day after and nothing again! I give up! I know people live busy lives but how some people manage to run a business is beyond me.

Louise is so good with my Japanese akita willow.,Always able to fit her in for my weekends away. Willow always comes home very happy and I'm sure she cannot wait for her next visit.I would be lost with out you Louise. You are a top lady who I so trust with my furbaby. 100 percent. So relieved that after years of looking I have finally found someone I can trust to care for my dogs when I'm away other than burdening family and friends! I have recently been abroad and left our 2 lurchers with Emily and was thrilled with the service. Emily is really interested in the individual needs of each dog and runs her business very professionally. When I went to collect my dogs they were happy and well cared for and I will definitely be using Emily again. I think our dogs are missing Emily's dog Archie now they're home - he's a lovely natured dog that got on really well with ours. Highly recommended!!!

The test of a good dog service is the manner in which your dog greets you when you return. My dog is so happy, I wonder she doesn’t wag her tail right off. Emily is totally reliable, very efficient (she has a key and picks up), and at the end of a day with her, I am returned a very happy dog. What more could an owner wish? Carey is very accommodating, understanding and flexible when it came to pet sitting my dog and my parents dog. She was thorough with paperwork which helped ease my anxiety of other dogs passing on illnesses so I knew all vaccinations were up to date. When my dog fell gravely ill, she was very thoughtful and kept checking in with us. Lola loved her time with lead the way, and hopefully one day when she recovers she can return. Thanks Carey.
