Kathleen was a fantastic sitter and Olive and Noodle miss her already. She was great about sending pictures and updates - never had to ask anything, she always beat us to it. She didn't assume anything that wasn't clearly stated - always asked us beforehand. She was great with our dogs - they immediately bonded with her and didn't want to leave her side. We really appreciated being able to go away and not worry about our pets' welfare, we knew immediately they were being so well taken care of. We hope to host Kathleen again soon!!

Maryna was an excellent pet sitter and houseguest! Communicating with her was easy, and she always responded to my messages quickly. She was also incredibly self-sufficient! Moreover, Maryna graciously agreed to check on my neighbor's cat for a couple of days as well. My dog bonded with her quickly and was happy and healthy when I returned. The house was also spotless. She is kind, personable, organized, responsible communicative and more...She read all of our instructions before arriving and asked lots of questions about our pups to make sure she understood their personalities and schedules. Alexandria was by far our best sitter yet (and we've had excellent zeewoi sitters)! She was responsible, self sufficient and very responsive. She took the time to come meet our dog ahead of time and to run through the routine before our trip. She was communicative and sent great pics of her adventures with Rupee while we were away. She was extremely clean and followed our household routine. And to top it al off, she left us with a homemade vegetable soup for our jet lagged return home from Europe! First things first, Linda is awesome! If she applies for one of your sits, you have to accept! This was our first time using zeewoi and is also the first time we have left our dog since we got him. Obviously, we were nervous at the beginning, but Linda removed all aspects of that. She is honestly one of the nicest, kindest, most polite people you will meet. From our first initial meeting, we knew that she was the sitter for us, and for Archie. The day that we left, Archie let out a little cry as we said goodbye. This was the first time he had done this (it broke our heart), but we knew he was in great hands! Throughout the week, Linda was extremely communicative. She would send us daily updates, share videos of their walks together, and send pictures of the two of them having fun. She spoiled Archie with love, attention, and a couple of new toys! When we returned, the house was in the exact same condition as we had left it, and was very clean and tidy. When Linda left, Archie ran to the door, started to cry, and sat/laid there for some time - And we think that this alone is a great reflection of the kind of person that Linda is. Linda – It was an absolute pleasure to host you in our home, thank you for everything that you did for us and Archie, and for making our first experience a positive and memorable one. Archie misses you! We hope you get the chance to do it again for us in the future.

Stephanie, Brian and baby Martin took fabulous care of our home and pets for two weeks. From the outset, communication was quick, smooth and friendly and it was clear that both Stephanie and Brian are reliable, professional and warm sitters who take all the various elements of a sit seriously. They kept us up to date with photos and messages, dealt proactively and competently with any unexpected issues that popped up, and most importantly showered our dogs and gerbils with attention and care throughout the time we were away. We returned to a spotlessly clean home (with thoughtful touches of fresh milk, bacon and bread waiting for us) and happy, settled pets. I cannot thank Jenny and Geoff enough for stepping in at the last minute after the original sitter cancelled. They are a great couple, friendly , organised and extremely capable. Also they LOVE animals. My dog and cat have clearly been given a great deal of care and attention in my absence. Jenny kept in touch with notes and lovely photos, Geoff cut my grass and I came home to a spotlessly sparkling house ! Thank you so much! Today I picked up my Sam and he was smelling good and was ready for his pup whip cup… from the looks of it since he was being such a good boy Auntie Chelle’s Pet Care treated Sam to an early birthday gift before sending him home and his whip was all over his face and since the one I bought was in the car it was double trouble thank you for having the big heart that you do for our pets and caring for Sam when I’m away on business I really appreciate it. Where do I begin….? I never had a dog before and at the start of this year I made the choice to add to my family a GSD. I wanted to do everything for my fur baby but had no clue where to start. I was scouring the internet for resources and ‘what to do ….’ type information which quickly became overwhelming. I have spoken to many people during my search for a Doggy Day Care and was thankfully met with Lachelle. I was ultimately searching for a place where my pup would be able to get socializing time while I am at work; a place to be safe and play with other pups/dogs. To my surprise Lachelle offered that and much more!!!! Such as plenty of information, suggestions, unique approaches to training, exposure with children/kitties/adults and always communicates about progress (daily updates). She has provided more than just a day care but peace of mind!! I can easily tell she is the whole deal because of two things - that auntie family like feel/trust and how excited my pup always is to meet her and her family! If your looking for a place for your fur baby where they are given plenty of play time / attention and structure then Auntie Chelle is your place! My favorite things are the daily reports she provides (its the cutest and informative), if she notices anything she will always make me aware and the pictures/videos she send me which (always) cheers me up! -Thank you Lachelle for everything-

Took our Golden to the splash pad night. They had the nicest facility!! So much room for the dogs to run around in, very clean and no broken toys/furniture. My golden had so much fun and I will definitely be signing her up for a day care session.
Great place to take your dog for day care or swim fun. I've taken my bullmastiff to day care and open swim. She lived both and came home tired and happy. Bit expensive buy you're paying for good care of your dog. I really appreciate that they screen your pet and have separation of different temperaments. Open swim in wknds is great and pretty cheap at $10 per dog. I highly recommend and will be back often. They have boarding service too, but I've never used it.
We rented the pool with some dog park friends and had a blast. The staff are very friendly and the pool was ready to have our pack of dogs rage. Some seating provided, bring a towel for yourself and wear clothes you don't mind getting soaked because the dogs will shake all over you!

The staff here is great! Our pup had an amazing day swimming here, we are planning on coming back for daycare :) (And I must say... It's so refreshing to find a place where pitbulls are treated equally!)
I took my dog, Huffy, to the Animal Den for their open swim. She had a blast! All the doggies loved the pool and I got to enjoy some wine while she played. It was a win all around! My only gripe is the admission fee is $10. The fee is reasonable but it does keep us from going as frequently as we would like!
My dog has been going here for daycare 4 days a week for the last year and is so happy and excited whenever we arrive. Previous places we went for daycare I could see him on camera just sitting by the gate wanting to leave, and he was never eager to walk through the door. I think the staff here have gotten to know him and what makes him happy to be there so he feels much more comfortable. They also do cute holiday activities and dogs of the week which are adorable extra touches. Overall it’s been a great experience!
Such nice and caring individuals! They can accommodate almost anything! Very patient and compassionate for not only the fur babies but the fur parents as well! As for my Meeko he is having the time of his life for his first time. He is literally smiling. Great decision to board him here. I would high recommend this place!
They have been taking care of my loved ones for nearly 40 years. I've never boarded my dogs anywhere else and hope I never have to. They give great care and love and my dogs have fun there. And I have peace of mind.

Was assured by owner that staff would respect and secure my home and they did not. Front door was left unlocked while walker was out with my dog and back door left unlocked and open when they left. Staff also forced my fearful dog into a harness before earning their trust, sent me a report photo of her looking extremely uncomfortable in my kitchen. I let them go after four days and would not recommend them to anyone
I have trusted the care of my furry friends to Janet and her team for 16 years now. They have been through a lot with me and my cat crew - saying hello to new furry faces and some goodbyes too. I realize as I begin to think about traveling again, that using Janet and Lucky Buddy to take care of Finn while I am away is critical to me feeling comfortable. When it comes to the pets who depend on me, I have a hard time assuming that "no news is good news", so I really love the daily photos and updates. The staff is really proactive about the pet's comfort, and I know I could count on Janet to do anything needed. That's really important to me when I am out of town and sometimes very far away.
I’ve been having Janet and her team care for my sweet dog Diamond for years. I enjoy the updates they give me via email each time they visit her and I’m away, along with a sweet photo of my dog. I can tell they are people who truly care for animals and I like when they bring attention to any concerns they’ve noticed with her. They have always been accommodating to the schedule that I have and I truly appreciate them.

Janet and her team are really in love with animals. I’ve petsat for friends and colleagues and the overall vibe from this small group of dedicated part-timers is an appreciation of your home and your animals’ comfort in it. They also are mindful of bro gong in packages/mail and watering plants, so bonus. Also, they include pictures and little fun reports on the pets’ “state of mind” Worth it every time.

My dogs are my children, and they are the biggest part of my family, they are my best friends. So, I couldn’t just trust anyone to fully take care of my girls, love them and snuggle them the way I would. When I found Dash Hounds and met with Sarah, I was blown away with her compassion and commitment. She assured me that she would treat my girls as if they were her own, which put my mind at ease. I travel a lot for work, and am gone on overnight trips. It is so comforting knowing that I can focus on my work all while knowing Brenda and Olivia (my girls) are taken care of the way I would do so. Karla’s Pet Care does such a fantastic job! Our pets were frankly a nightmare while we were gone, the cat refused the litter box, the dog kept getting in the pantry and gave herself diarrhea. On top of that we had to keep changing our schedule and they rolled with all of it. They did a great job of keeping us informed while not stressing me out about my pets while I was on vacation. 10/10 highly recommend!
I loved this!! I'm always nervous about people being in my house when I'm not there but after the pre-visit my nerves were put to ease. Karla and Kayla are so nice and professional. Kayla is the one that took care of my fur babies when I was gone. She kept me updated with detailed daily check ins and pictures of them. I loved it and it made me feel so good that they were in great care. On top of all that she brought in my mail and took my garbage cans to the curb! It made a HUGE difference coming home late from a long trip and and not having to clean up cat litter, clean cat barf, or take the cans out etc. Thank you ladies for everything!!!

March 2021 update- Karla and her team continue to provide wonderful care. We started their new poop pickup service and it has been so helpful and convenient. Joe goes above and beyond and has communicated with us actively to address any concerns. I highly recommend! Karla and her team have been caring for our pets whenever we go out of town for over a year. They are easy to work with, friendly, and affordable. My favorite part is receiving an update and pictures of our pups each day during their care, so fun and comforting!

Chelsea knows everything there is to know about dogs. She’s been a trainer, a vet tech and more. She’s truly passionate about animals, especially dogs, and it shows. When your pet stays with Chelsea she treats it like her own. She’s been helping watch and train my Boxer Blu since we got him as a puppy. He’s aggressive around other dogs with me but not with Chelsea — he’s perfectly behaved because she knows dogs personalities and what to watch for. She’s not only watched him when we were out of town (sending pictures of him playing with other dogs, water play on hot days, sleeping on her bed with her dogs), but she’s offered me training and veterinary tips for free! His excitement when we see her says it all — I love not having to worry when we’re out of town because he’s in the best care. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chelsea for anyone who wants quiet care for their pet. It’s definitely worth the drive to her place.

My big boy Bengal, Dezi had a great time here. The facility was very nice and clean too. He got his own two room suite! The staff made him feel safe and loved and he wasn’t stressed when I picked him up. This was his first time away from home and I wasn’t sure how it would go. He will be coming back to visit again.
I have used Best Friends since 2002. All of my dogs have done great and I had a dog with some “issues” and she was handled well. There were never any problems after their visit at the “spa” as we referred to it. My two small dogs just returned from their spa visit and Max was on medication and he did great and our Gracie was happy too. Highly recommend!! 🐾🐾

We brought our Golden, Lola, here for the first time for a full grooming experience. She is terrified of loud noises--the girl who met us at check-in was extremely gentle with our dog, calming, and got her to settle down. We knew immediately that Lola was in good hands. They brought Lola out looking better than she ever has at any other grooming appointment--complete with a fresh bandana and bow. We loved our experience here!
First time with Best Friends over the Christmas holiday. She was pretty excited to go with the staff and seemed great when we picked up. We had a long delay on our return train ride and the staff was very understanding. I felt very comfortable with her accommodations and would definitely use them again next time we travel.
