I came to pick my 8 month old puppy today and found they had bathed her without my permission. When we got home I noticed she also has an injury to her lip and black soot all over her belly. I never received any communication today that something had happened and they just handed her to me as if it was an uneventful day. There has also been a horrible smell at this location for about two weeks now. I do not recommend!! I'm pulling her out of this place immediately before something worse occurs.

My dog Rudy has been coming here for 5 years—since he was a puppy, and he’s a fan. I like that we can schedule on the app and check in on him during the day on the webcams. We have also utilized “spa” services (bath) and the fact they can get him to even get a bath is amazing to me because we have only been able to bath him in a tub once in his life when he was much smaller, and to say “able to” is an overstatement—we ended up as wet as he was. So thanks, Dogtopia for keeping our fur baby safe and clean!

I take my dog Tulip for bathing, cleaning and nail clipping. The staff is courteous, very pet friendly, they do an excellent job and reasonably priced.

My dog Autumn loves Dogtopia of White Flint. She gets so excited whenever she goes and has an awesome experience. The staff is incredibly organized and friendly. I feel safe dropping my dog off here each week knowing she will be extremely well-cared for and participate in a lot of unique activities and have fun. The staff does a great job of providing different activities for the dogs and staying organized to ensure the safety and well-being of each dog. They quickly knew my dogs name as well as mine. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Dogtopia of White Flint and Autumn will be going there as long as I'm in the area.

Amazing staff! My pup always is happy and excited when we get there and exhausted when he leaves. He not only gets to socialize but gets mentally stimulated with all the fun activities. We love this place!

I have been a loyal client of Dogtopia White Flint for nearly a decade, specifically for boarding services. However, I have noticed a consistent decline in the quality of the services during each visit. Unfortunately, my dog contracted kennel cough while being boarded at this facility. Despite being up-to-date with all his vaccinations, he is not recovering and has now developed bronchopneumonia. This is an unprecedented occurrence as my dog has never experienced such health issues before. As a result, my family and I were worried about his well-being while we are out of the country, instead of enjoying our vacation. The vet bills had been astronomical, with two visits costing over $700 within less than a week of picking him up from boarding. The cost of boarding has also been a significant burden. I sent an email but staff from Dogtopia ignored me and I haven't received any response at all. Even though my dog had previously contracted conjunctivitis after boarding in prior visits, I still chose to remain with this facility. Nonetheless, I believe that the health and safety of dogs is not getting prioritized. Dogs are getting sick and every time I watch the live camera it seems the daycare is overcrowded with too many dogs and insufficient personnel to cater to their needs. I am really disappointed on the lack of acknowledgment from the staff of this facility. We won't be returning.

My dog loves to come to Dogtopia and play with friends. I never realized how important play with other dogs is for a growing puppy. My pup pulls on his leash to go in and is always greeted so warmly. Lots of love seen by the staff for the dogs. Feels very safe and i can leave him comfortably. It really has been a great experience!!

I love that my dog has a person in the room with her at all times. The camera is great but slightly addicting/distracting while I am at work. The other doggy daycare place we used to take her, she would come home incredibly stinky, but with Dogtopia, she comes home smelling like a normal dog, because they immediately clean up after the dogs.

Holly and Felicia were friendly, welcoming, and informative. They thoroughly explained the process, everyone was very caring with the pets there, and our fur baby seemed to enjoy himself. We loved the transparency of the live video-cams. We also appreciated that there is a K-9 coach to direct traffic and provide a safe and clean environment for our pets to enjoy and for the parents to feel comfortable knowing they are well cared for. A very special touch- when we picked up our fur baby, the staff gave us a report card and a laminated certificate for his first day. Felicia also took the time to tell us about Zen’s day. We will absolutely continue to bring our fur baby for day care, boarding and grooming.

My dog, Izzy, loves going to Pupscouts. The staff treats her like one of their own and she is sad when she has to leave. Great place for an overnight also. Happy early Halloween!

My husband and I have used Pup Scouts for boarding our chihuahua mix a handful of times and have always had a great experience. We often leave and come home at odd hours when travelling to avoid traffic, so being able to do drop off and pick up whenever we need to is a huge plus! I also personally like checking the cameras whenever I start to miss our little guy, since it makes me feel better to see him happy with the other pups. Highly recommend!

Pupscouts is the BEST!! Henry and his staff are INCREDIBLE. They care and love your dog as their own and make everything so easy. Would highly recommend daycare visits or boarding with them over anywhere else!

Henry and his staff are fantastic. They took care of my doodle Nutmeg. It's so great that they are now in a new facility with spacious play areas for large and small dogs and a shaded outdoor play area. It's convenient to be able to drop off or pick up anytime, and the prices are less than other dog day cares especially when you consider that the rooms are staffed 24/7. And of course you can see how your dog is doing on the cameras.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Pup Scouts for my dog. My pup typically reacts to other dogs with barking and nervousness, but at Pup Scouts, she was completely at ease and happy. I could see her anytime on the camera and she was always playing and interacting with the other dogs with a big smile on her face. It was such a relief to see her enjoying herself so much. I highly recommend Pup Scouts to any dog owner looking for a safe and fun environment for their furry friends.

My dog has stayed at Pup Scouts and really enjoyed her time there. I like the fact that she's not in a crate, gets to interact with other dogs, and the staff is wonderful. Rates are fantastic and having 24-hour access is wonderful. The best.

Our doggo enjoys visiting PupScouts when his humans are away. Probably over a dozen visits with no issues. Can watch him on the doggie cams resting or playing, inside or out. He gets along well with the other dogs and staff. We really like the new, larger location. Recommended.

Our dog seems to really like the staff, especially Henry, and we appreciate that she’s safe and has company when we’re away. The flexible drop off and pick up hours have been really convenient, and it’s nice to be able to check the webcams if we want to see what she’s up to, even though it’s usually just napping.

Absolutely love Pup Scouts. The staff is friendly and vet the dogs that do daycare here. I love that they separate the dogs based on size because my dog is less than 6 lbs and I get worried about her getting injured accidentally by larger dogs. You also can’t beat the price here

We have been Pup Scouts customers for 4 years and love it. Our dog races in when we arrive with her tail wagging! We have used them for both day care and boarding and love that we can check on her with the webcam. Henry and staff are the best!!!

We signed our dog Rex up for social training with head trainer Matt in order for him to get more comfortable with other dogs and ultimately get him signed up for day camp. After a few short months we have noticed a huge transformation and couldn’t be more thankful for Matt and his training techniques. Rex is now in day camp 2 times a week and loves it. Old town has great facilities and offers so many services. Highly recommend!

Michael's board and train program for my dog Rosie was amazing. Rosie returned with vastly improved obedience and behavior. Michael's expertise shone through in Rosie's progress and his thorough post-training guidance. His training program was excellent, and he provided regular updates with videos and texts keeping me in the loop. Our main goal was to be harmonious with the other dogs I live with and they've been great together after a week of training. This program was a great investment that has significantly improved life with Rosie. I highly recommend Michael for professional dog training.

Our three cats did a week long boarding here while we went on vacation. I was extremely nervous, as we had never boarded them in Maryland before, but Olde Towne Pet Resort was amazing!! They were very kind, and they sent me pictures of our boys and even a video of them getting some good scratches. I truly feel like they took great care of our boys. They were returned healthy and safe. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to board their cats.

I’ve been taking my dog Bea to OTP in North Bethesda since August 2022. We adopted Bea in June and she had so much energy she didn’t know how to handle it especially socializing with other dogs. Through the work with their lead trainer Michael, Bea has a great quality of life now! We did the board and train which really cemented a good foundation of commands. What was equally beneficial is now we have a place to trust for on going training, day camp and boarding. And the staff is so friendly and great! They always recognize Bea and tell me how sweet she is and what she’s been up to. It’s wonderful to have a reliable place that both my dog and I trust!

Great local place to take your dog for a indoor swim at an affordable price. I take my golden Jake and he loves it! The water is warm, the instructors are friendly, they have life jackets to fit all size pups and they have a huge blow dryer if needed at the end. I would definitely recommend this place at the dog park or to a friend. I can vouch for the day care facilities since I don't use them but no complaints.

ALL the stars, they get all the stars. Every single person was an absolute dream to deal with and it felt like our dog was surrounded by caring people from drop off to pick up. Knowing an active puppy is safe & supervised while also getting to socialize is key. Plus the access to the webcams is great to help ease nervous new dog parent anxiety (& provide an easy access to live serotonin boost - watching a bunch of happy dogs play is bound to brighten anyone's day).

My baby boy cat so well taken care of when we were away this past week and half including Thanksgiving. And we will most definitely bring him back again for the third time next year Vacation.

There has been a change in the level of service at this business. My dogs were returned to me in bad circumstances and management did not show any regret or empathy for what they did to my dogs. I would not trust my dogs with this business anymore, to put it lightly, my dogs were shell shocked for a solid two weeks after they returned home. Lastly, the level of guilt and shame you feel when your dogs who are so loving and joyful are abused is hard to accept. I regret trusting this business with my dogs. Never again. Extremely dissapointed in mgmt and the employees.

Olde Towne's boarding facility and pet training is excellent! Our seven month old puppy stayed for 3 weeks for boarding & pet training. Lauren (trainer) kept us informed with daily updates including videos via text. The trainer was knowledgeable, calm and patient. Our puppy was extremely occupied for the 3 wks and thoroughly enjoyed her stay with play time with other pups and plenty of nature walks. Most importantly she returned well mannered having learned various essential skills. We are extremely pleased with both the trainer and boarding center and would highly recommend them for all your pet needs.

I have been employing Fetch! for my pet care needs for well over a decade now, perhaps 15 years (it's been a long time!). Without exception, the sitter (Jenny) has always gone above and beyond to satisfy every need while I'm away from home, not only for my pets, but in ensuring my home is secure during and between visits and in collecting mail and informing me of anything else that requires my attention (water leaks, flooding, etc.). In addition, the sitter has been wonderful in administering medications properly when needed and in cleaning litter boxes, food dishes, and eating/waste areas as needed. The sitter has also made time on every visit to play with my cats, which I can tell from photos that they've really enjoyed! I greatly appreciate the photographs Jenny sends after each visit, but I have always had complete peace of mind when I'm away, due to the fantastic communication she provides. Lastly, the management and staff of Fetch! have provided excellent administrative support in adjusting scheduling changes to accommodate my schedule. In my opinion, the service provided by Fetch! is worth every penny!

Silver Spring Fetch is awesome! Their sitter Dawn became a part of our family. My cats love her!! I always felt better when I know that Dawn was watching over my fur babies and appreciate the great care that she gave them.

We have been using FETCH for several years (about 6-7?). I cannot recommend this company more highly. Originally, FETCH came to our house in Kensington. When we moved further out in the county, FETCH accommodated us even though we were not in their usual walking area. Lorena has been walking our pup ever since, at least 3 years. Our pup loves Lorena who is completely focused on her care the entire time she is with her. Lorena knows exactly what our dog needs and she has special games she plays with her. (Hiding treats around the room when she leaves!). I attached one of Lorena's daily pictures of our dog. FETCH also accommodates our crazy, inconsistent work schedules. Over the years, their service has improved with digital walk diaries, online client portals and better customer service. We do not provide people with the keys to our home lightly. FETCH is licensed and bonded and they really check out their walkers thoroughly. We would not trust anyone else to care for our pup, especially now that she is aging. FETCH is a premium service, but the service and sense of trust we get from knowing they can be there for our dog is well worth it

I am new to Fetch! but have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. Their online system makes scheduling visits, paying invoices, and receiving updates very easy and organized. Jenny, in particular, is such a pleasure to work with. She is professional, punctual, and thorough. Her post-visit updates with pictures and commentary provided much peace of mind while I was away. I have a blind, senior cat who is a little needier than the average cat, but I know he's in great hands with Jenny.

Absolutely love this service! Fetch is so reliable, I love that I’m always matched with the same sitter. Shout out to Connor. Connor comes to our home every time we’re out of town, our two cats love him, and, most importantly, I always feel safe having him in my home. Connor plays with my girls, takes pictures, and leaves a diary note in the app telling me about their day. I look forward to those updates when I’m abroad! I also have the peace of mind knowing that Connor is not an independent contractor, so if he’s ever sick or unavailable, Fetch will send a new sitter out to take care of my cats. All around 5 stars. Valerie stepped in at the last minute when we became alarmed over numerous troubling incidents at our vet's boarding facility. Our little Tonkinese boy was chronically ill and received visits from Valerie three times a day. Valerie provided unparalleled care–she would rock him and sing to him! Bennie passed away in August. The following day we unexpectedly were given the opportunity to adopt two frightened rescues out of Baltimore. Although Oliver and Thea are amazing, intelligent, sweet and fully acclimated, strangers can still be a problem, so a kennel situation would be quite stressful for them. We know that we don't have to worry while vacationing when Comfy Pet Sitters is on the job. We are confident that Valerie will win them over as she is a "cat muse." (NOTE: Valerie also cares for our Sugar Glider, Hannah.) Valerie's rates are fair and affordable. Animal care is Valerie's full-time job; we don't have to worry that our kittens (who feed around 6pm) will have to wait until after 9pm to be fed. (If your pet sitter has a full-time job, your animals may not receive the care that is needed on your pets' schedules.) Needless to say, Comfy Pet Sitters is our 5-star choice for our fur babies!

Josephine and Chris are a godsend! We have a very energetic and dog reactive Pudelpointer and they have been taking great care of her off and on for the last 2 years. She gets plenty of love and has been able to socialize with many dogs which is helpful in her behavior training. Highly recommended service!

Chris and his team have been so wonderful! Chris is responsive, and works with my ever-changing schedule, and is great with my dog. I love that he uses the Pet Check technology - I get an email when they arrive, and again when they leave with a note about the walk, and sometimes a picture :) Paying invoices is smooth and easy. After using two other dog walkers, we've stuck with Chris for quite some time now and I highly recommend using him and his team.

Our dogs are French Bulldogs and they have special needs. Chris and team did a great job with them and the dogs loved them. Chris is always very responsive and helpful when I reach out to him via email about scheduling extra walks or cancelling walks. Our little dog adores his walker and looks forward to his daily afternoon walks. Our walker is diligent in checking in with us and texting us updates as needed. Lastly, the app used by Peticular Charm is very convenient--you can see when your dog was walked, what route they took, and what your dog, ahem, *did* on his walk. I really trust Peticular Charm to look after my dog and give him the walks he craves in the middle of the day.

Chris and his team of walkers are great. Mark has walked our dog for a number of months and we've been super happy (as has our puppy). Their use of the Pet Check system makes tracking and paying for service so easy and convenient. We have recommended them to several families already and will continue to do so.

I’m thrilled with the dog walking services of PETicular Charm! The owner, Chris, came by to meet our little guys, took notes on behavior and routine. Very good rates! An added plus is that Chris and his crew can board a dog at the last minute in case we have an emergency. I trust Chris and his employees explicitly with our dogs and our house! Chris is also a very well read, traveled, cultured musician with a fascinating life. My dogs are in interesting company - kinda jealous!

The team at Peticular Charm has been great! We use them for daily walks, doggy daycare once a week, and they also watched our 8 month old puppy when we were out of town for a week. They sent daily pictures and videos so that we knew our puppy was having a good time. Honestly, I think our puppy would rather live with his friends from Peticular Charm than us!

We met Chris while he was out walking one of his clients and enjoyed talking with him so much, we decided he would be our new dog walker. He is reliable and wonderful with our scaredy-pup. My Suki is a covid pup who was accustomed to having attention 24/7, so when my husband and I were both pulled back into the office I knew I had to find a reliable dog walker. I spent ages combing through all the various services and Rovers in my area, and I'm SO glad I finally found Baby Got Bark. Claire was incredibly responsive when I sent the initial interest email, and she sent our walker, Jules, out to meet us the next week. We knew it was true love when Jules walked in and said "That dog is a HYENA and hyenas are my favorite animal". Most people call her a tiger, but she is clearly a hyena. Jules has come to walk my pup three days a week for the past few months, and we couldn't be happier. Based on the photos Jules sends after every walk, it is very clear that Suki has a new best friend. Jules is quick to send an update after each walk, and is very responsive to communication in the Portal - even for unrelated tasks I forgot in the morning rush, like taking the blanket off the bed so Suki can't destroy it, as she is prone to do... Claire accepts my walk requests immediately, and the price is lower than anything else I was considering. We're so relieved to know Suki is taken care of and happy while we're at work. We love Baby Got Bark, and will be customers for many many years.

Claire and her team have been incredible! I hired Baby Got Bark (BGB) because I wanted a professional dog walker that knew dog behavior to walk my baby on a daily basis. A week after I hired BGB, I went out of the country for a vacation. I had a friend’s daughter stay with my dog during this time. However, I saw on my cameras how she was not taking care of my dog. I got in contact with Claire immediately and told her the situation. She responded to me immediately and was able to have one of her staff (Ashley) take over for overnight stays after I asked my friend’s daughter to leave my house. Claire was understanding and so responsive and immediately went over to my house the next day and changed over my apartment in preparation for Ashley to stay there (changing bed sheets, putting out fresh towels, etc.). Claire took my dog in a long walk and made sure she ate something! (My dog had not eaten in four days when my friend’s daughter as watching her.) When I returned home, I met Ashley, who is amazing! Super nice and kind! My dog LOVES Ashley and gets just as excited to see her as she is with me! Claire and her team at Baby Got Bark have been incredible! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs dog walking or overnight services. They are amazing!!!

Would highly recommend Fetch! for pet care services. My wife and I have been using them exclusively for a couple of years now to care for our two beloved cats whenever we're out of town. Jamie, the owner and Amy, our sitter are very responsive and trustworthy. Amy is always on time and does a great job caring for our cats as well as any household related tasks like mail, bringing in trash or recycling cans, or watering plants. After every visit we get a journal update that details what was done and includes pictures, usually of her playing with our cats, who clearly know her and enjoy her visits. Also the Fetch scheduling tool is very easy to use and their pricing is very reasonable. Definitely gives us peace of mind that our pets are well cared for when we travel!

A few years ago I changed jobs, shifting from a 100% remote position to a 100% in person position. I was so happy when I found Fetch to take care of my pup when I returned to the office. The owner, Jamie, worked to match me with a regular walker from his team, set a schedule that worked for me, and arranged a meet & greet beforehand so acclimate my pup. This was especially important since my dog has some anxiety issues, so meeting before and getting comfortable was critical. It gives me such peace of mind to know my dog is well taken care of when I can't be there during the day to take her on a mid-day walk. And I get notified with a journal entry and photo after each visit. Post-pandemic, I am in the office less, but I still rely on Fetch for the days I do have to go into the office 1-2 days a week. I would truly be at a loss without Fetch, Jamie, and our fantastic walker, Donna! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service for your pet care needs.

Fetch! is so worth it. Excellent service with giving wet food, having playtime, and sending us text and photo updates during each visit. We learned a new word from them: ZOOMIES. Had no idea that the frantic excitement our cat has running around the room was called that. The intro meeting was very informative and also good for our cat to see us all together beforehand. Jamie, Maggie, and the gang are the cat's meow. They're solid, reliable, and ready to save the day in the world of pet pampering.

What a fantastic experience we had with Fetch! We had been using a different service which was fine until this past July when we used them for a short trip we took out of town (three days). They did a horrible job and actually injured one of our cats. Fetch spent a lot of time getting to know us, our cats, and our expectations while we were gone. They matched us with a very experienced dog/cat sitter who came over before we left to also get an idea of our expectations. She was so, so, so very good! She provided us with very regular updates, gave our cats the space that they needed, spent 30 minutes each day with them and while our cats generally do not like strangers, both of them warmed up to her by the end of the trip and let her pet them! Our boy cat who was injured by the previous cat sitter really opened up, and he now not only roams the house again (he would not leave our bedroom prior to Fetch's sitter coming over after the trauma of this summer), but he gained weight while we were gone! Our very senior cats (15 years' old) are again acting like kittens and were very happy with Fetch's service. So we are also very happy. We came home to a clean house and happy cats. I cannot recommend Fetch more highly...an absolute pleasure to work with them. We have found our pet sitter for all future trips. THANK YOU!!! A+++++++!

I was thrilled to have found this service thanks to Jamie and his team's incredible customer service and communication. I really appreciated Jamie calling me and walking me through the process as someone new, and I felt very assured after speaking with him. Lisa was fantastic as a cat sitter, and my cat really immediately took to her. Lisa also did an awesome job informing me of Ray daily, which was a tremendous relief after we had a medical scare only a few weeks prior to us leaving for vacation. I cannot recommend this enough!

This company is amazing. Our sitter did a pre-visit so we could get to know her. She was so personable and really took her time to understand all the little things we do for our animals. While we were gone she visited 2 times a day for 30 minutes. Each visit we got video and pictures. On the very last day we got a "EMAIL" from our cat... it was super funny and sweet. Its these little extras that make the whole experience so amazing. Its also very affordable. Finally we have peace of mind when we leave for trips.

I've used Fetch ever since I moved to the area 6 years ago. Now that I am moving out of the area, I realized how very lucky I was to find this business. When I moved here, Fetch was recommended to me, and I didn't even look at other companies. I've had 3 walkers over the years, and all of them were great and reliable. I love that Jamie (the owner) takes a huge interest in his clients and the welfare of the animals. My dog doesn't deal well with strangers, but he liked Jamie immediately. Any time my walker was sick or away, Jamie took over my dog's walks personally. Everyone at Fetch (Jamie, the walkers, and the scheduling staff) is very responsive and very flexible. This was important to me as my schedule can be crazy. I wish I could take Fetch with me! I've contacted multiple dog-walking businesses in my new area, and only one of them had availability. I didn't realize how lucky and fortunate I was with Fetch; I trust them with my animals and my house. I would recommend Fetch to anyone without reservations, no matter what critter needs care.

Maggie, our Fetch petsitter has been so wonderful to work with. She always takes excellent care of our kitty and sends us lots of pictures (some are of the cat playing or letting us know where the cat was sunning herself, but also photos of her food bowl when we wanted to know how well she was eating and stuff like that). We always miss our kitty when we're away, but we never worry about her health or safety because we know Maggie is taking care of her.

Fetch hires dependable sitters who have a great rapport with my cats. I've trusted them for many years because they always come through for any request. Edited 4/7/24: Both of my cats became terminally ill in 2023. I was hesitant to travel because of their condition, but needed to a few times. Jamie and Lauren both went out of their way to give my cats extra care and attention while I was away.

I absolutely love this place! I’m so grateful for Ena and Lena and the care they provide. I met with Ena the day I needed to drop off my guinea pigs for the holidays and I could tell she is so passionate about the care she provides to animals. I received daily communication about my guinea pigs along with a daily picture while out of town. They’re also very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times; I didn’t have to miss work to drop off my furbabies and I was able to get them shortly after arriving back in town. This was my first time being away from them for an extended period of time and I couldn’t have asked for a better place for them. If you have small pets and you need a sitter, choose this place. You won’t be disappointed!

I brought my two guinea pigs (Baba Ghanoush and Razzle-Dazzle) to stay at Ensure for a week while I was out of town. I was immediately struck by how much the owner cares about small animals. I had been anxious since I had never boarded the guinea pigs before, but she set my mind at ease and told me exactly how she was going to take care of them while I was gone. The set up is extremely clean and colorful, with lots of safe places for guinea pigs to explore during floor time. They are given lots of attention, fresh hay, and juicy fruits and vegetables. In addition, I was sent detailed updates (with adorable photos) of my guinea pigs almost every day. They returned home happy and healthy. I would highly recommend Ensure PetCare and I will certainly be using them again!

When I went on vacation for a week, I was really stressed trying to figure out what to do with my cat and hoping for an alternative to boarding her somewhere that would have her in a cage all day. I found Lena's Ensured PetCare and it was perfect. She was quick to respond and very reasonably priced. My cat got to run around in a home rather than being confined in a kennel, and Lena sent me updates and several photos (two of which are attached) every other day. High quality care and definitely worth it. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a great experience boarding my guinea pigs here for two weeks! It was my first time boarding them, so I was pretty nervous, but Lena and Ena took amazing care of them. Took great care of our cat for the week we were gone! Sent lots of photos and detailed descriptions of how he was every day so we didn’t worry. The sitters are very friendly and accommodating, and you can tell they really care about your pets’ well being.

Ensure provided me an excellent service for a great price. While I was on my trip, I was assured that my fur baby was being taken care of. I was given daily updates that included pictures to show that my guinea pig was happy and safe. Drop off and pick up was also an easy process. They are easy to reach and flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. I am grateful I was able to find them before going overseas. Other businesses charged an excessive amount for similar services that weren't worth the price. I will be returning to this business again.

I left my cat Cool with Ensure for almost two weeks. Every day I received an update and photos. Cool roamed free and received lots of stimulation and attention, and even had supervised encounters with other small animals. It was very clear that Ensure is run by true animal lovers. They were flexible with drop off and pick up, responsive to all emails, and very pleasant to deal with. It was the first time I had left Cool with someone and it got to the point where I wondered if he would even want to come home after all of the love and excitement he had at Ensure.

Lena took great care of my cat for 6 weeks while I was traveling at the end of the year. I was nervous to be away for so long but Lena provided update often with videos, snaps and pictures that made me feel at ease. She gave me a great price and I would use her again anytime. My cat was very fond of her.

Highly recommend Ensure! Our rabbits got time to play in tunnels during the day, and they were given tons of attention. We also go daily pics and updates which was awesome. Also the space itself is decorated in the coolest way, it’s so cozy and comfy. I live an hour away, but it was well worth the drive and we’ll definitely be back!

I would HIGHLY recommend Bella to anyone!!! There are no words to describe how wonderful Bella is! I found Bella almost 2 years ago when I first got my dog, Roxy, and ever since she could not be more reliable. She is so great with her and treats her as if she is her own (and her kids love Roxy too!). I know for a fact that she is well taken care of while I am traveling and that makes me feel 1000x better; I don't need to worry about the love she is receiving while I'm away! Bella is always flexible and willing to care for her. Have appreciated Bella and will continuously use her for years to come!

CANNOT RECOMMEND BELLA ENOUGH! We have had Bella take care of our dog for the past 2 years when we go out of town. After a bad experience with a doggy day care center that felt impersonal and cold, Bella was a breath of fresh air. When our dog is with her, he really is a part of the family and I am able to relax while away because I know he’s in great hands. Our dog enjoys playing with her children and even going to work with Bella at the pet hospital. She is able to provide pick up and drop offs, lots of pictures every day as well as some grooming services. Bella is also very flexible and easy to contact. Our dog always returns exhausted and well cared for. Anyone should feel comfortable with their pet in her care. We cannot recommend her enough!

Bella has cared for our two dogs and diabetic cat for over a year now, and she is truly fantastic! She is flexible, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our fur-babies are happy and healthy. She has accommodated all sorts of issues for us, including last minute schedule changes and medication administration. Our dogs are usually nervous around people, but they always have a great time with Bella. She is also great about keeping us informed and sends plenty of photos after each visit. I cannot recommend her services highly enough - without Bella, we wouldn’t be able to travel nearly as much as we have lately! I am so comfortable with Bella caring for our animals. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!!

Bella is awesome! She’s been watching my dogs for over 3 years now and has always done an amazing job with them. She is very attentive, sends updates often, and offers pick-up and drop-off services. I know that anytime I leave my dogs with Bella and her family they will be well loved and well played with.

Bella did an amazing job taking care of our healthy cat and our sick cat while we were away. She administered medication as prescribed and provided daily updates to the worried pet parents. Bella was lovely to talk with and also took good care of our home. I highly recommend her!

Bella has been wonderful with my pups. In addition to taking great care of them, she keeps me well informed on how their doing by sending pics with every visit including fun selfies. They adore her and it’s very reassuring knowing they are safe while I’m away in travel.
