As co-parents, we never thought we would have to leave both our babies for three weeks, and there is no one who came to mind but MDN. Adrian has been more than a foster parent to Gogo and Momo. In these last three weeks, we have seen both babies get so comfortable and loving in the company of Adrian, almost so that they are going to miss him badly. We left our baby Cookie with MDN Pet Care for 43 days! This was the second time we were using MDN team’s services and we’re just as happy with the results as we were the first time. Throughout the course Adrian gave us regular updates and was prompt with his replies. He took amazing care of Cookie. She adjusted well with the other pets there and was in a great condition when we brought her home again. I would 100% recommend MDN Pet Care to anyone looking for a safe home for their fur babies!

I hired Martin and Adrian from MDN Pet Care to look after my pets from my house while I travelled overseas. They did an amazing job following our given instructions and send lots of updates. We came home and I can tell my pets had really built a bond with them. And my house was also safe and sound. MDN pet care is a great service for looking after your dogs. I’ve been away 2 weeks for holiday and my pet has been looked after so well by Adrian, he’s so nice & sweet! he updated me photos about my dog every day and my pet seemed to be happy being with him. Veeru was wonderful taking time to allow my little anxious dog to relax and get comfortable prior to the clean. The results were amazing. We will now take our other dog for a teeth clean and will return for ongoing maintenance. So much better for our dogs (and wallet) than going to the vet.

Reggie, our mini groodle, had his teeth cleaned by Veeru. I was so impressed with the result and particularly, by avoiding an anaesthetic. When I picked him up afterwards he was a very happy boy and giving Veeru lots of kisses. This showed me he was not traumatised at all. I would highly recommend this procedure as the risks are greatly reduced, and the results are amazing. Reggie’s teeth are now dazzling!

Veeru took exceptional care of our two spoodles over a recent long weekend. Our boys had such a great time , we think they missed her on returning home !! Woofers looked after our dogs for a few hours recently while we were delayed at a meeting. We cannot recommend their service more highly! The handler conducted themselves very professionally, was confident interacting with the dogs and was very caring! We would not hesitate to use Woofers' services again.

I desperately needed to get my dogs nails cut as the place I usually go had stopped offering the service. Unfortunately my dog is very anxious and reactive (small dog syndrome!) and can be really difficult to handle. The staff at Woofers World were amazing, they were so considerate, they looked after both of us and were so kind. They weren’t phased at all by his reactive behavior and got the job done. I don’t know what I would have done without them, thank you!!

My worried whippet Albie has been attending Bayside Dog Lounge for almost 2 years now. We have seen it change hands and have loved both old owner Mark and now new owners from Woofers World. Initially I was worried what change may bring but we have been so happy with the level of care Albie has continued to receive and love the changes they have made to the place. Hand overs are always personalized and Albie (who has separation anxiety) cant wait to join his mates every time we go ( I don't get a second look back). Josh and Ashlie, who we see the most, have been just the loveliest humans and there is a lot of thought put into special days such as holidays and dress ups for Halloween. It is very cute. Loving the glimpses of their day on instagram as well. We love BDL and Albie definitely sees it as a safe second home. Thanks everyone :)

My partner and I can’t speak more highly of the staff and experience that our beautiful puppy gets at Bayside Dog lounge. She suffers with separation anxiety and was previously going to a different daycare centre nearby however it just didn’t seem like the right fit. As soon as we walked into Bayside Dog lounge, she was so happy to be there and now gets so excited and runs inside when she gets dropped off (which is a very different experience then the previous place we had at). A big thank you especially to Ash and Josh who have been absolutely fantastic in helping Alaska transition into the daycare. It’s taken a really big weight off my partner and I shoulder knowing that she is getting all of the love and attention her little heart desires at this daycare facility when we’re at work. We’ve also noticed a lot of improvement in her behaviour and training since she has been going here. Can’t recommend this facility enough!

Mark is an outstanding doggie babysitter, dog trainer and behaviourist. He's been looking after our 3 boys since 2013 and still does despite us moving all the way to Frankston! I'm an overly anxious doggie mummy with separation anxiety and I know I can leave my kids with him and go away with peace of mind! Trust me, I have looked into the very best kennels but I worry because one of our kids is a poo eater and at least I know Mark and his team are with the kids 24/7. It would of course be our labrador husky Boomboom who was very destructive when we first adopted him! Mark helped us considerably to get him settled with day outings and routine. More importantly, he taught us how to slowly integrate him in with other dogs because he is not fond of socialising with dogs! and still isn't, but at least we know now how to do it when the occasion rises. We inadvertently also adopted a husky whilst fostering him, and Momo has also been a flower slow to bloom, but by golly he is now so much more confident with humans with Mark's experience with the breed and how to manage nervous dogs. We're very thankful to have Mark and our boys are in the best hands with his knowledge and experience.

Our boy has been going with Mark for about 7 years and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Mark and his team are just brilliant and have him mixing with dogs there that he’s usually anxious around. He leaves happy and comes home happy every single time. We use Mark weekly, as well as whenever we travel. I have complete and utter trust in how Mark and his team manage my dog, and in their understanding and control of the different dogs and how they interact while in their care. Thanks Mark!

Our puppy has visited Mark twice a week since she was 2 months old. Mark and his team were very aware of her needs as a puppy and her integration into the main group. Neo has been attending Bayside Dog Lounge since COVID lockdowns were lifted around Oct 2020. We had tried so many different places but each time, he'd come home really anxious. Neo absolutely loves Mark and the team! He's happy to get dropped off & comes home a very happy boy. Mark took us on as clients even though his clientele list was full, explaining he only books X amount of dogs a day so that each pooch gets the attention & care they deserve. During a personal tough time, Mark was extremely understanding & offered to help out. Words cannot express how fantastic Mark & his team are 🙏❤️

I have trusted Mark with my dogs for 12 years and I don't trust very many people to look after them but I can relax when they are at Bayside dog lounge knowing that they are in professional and caring hands.

St Roch have been a gem of a find. Since moving to the bayside area, i was nervous to find a dog walking company i trusted with my precious pooch who has several special health needs. Fiona and Sarah have been warm and genuinely love the animals they walk. I know when I'm at work, my dog is on an exciting adventure and being looked over with the most careful eye. They are attentive to his needs and communicate well regarding any observations or concerns. I know my pooch is genuinely safe and happy when he is with St Roch. We love their products too - especially the healthy dried chicken breast, and the cute apparel such as the bandannas and ties.

Cannot thank enough the St Roch team who have brought such joy to Billie and Teddy. They love their walks with you and new found buddies. St Roch have a genuine understanding of matching the right dogs and personalities for a fun group walk. Am in awe with all that you do.

St. Roch have been great for my dog . . . he loves the regular group walks with his canine mates and also his overnight stays. The team there treat him as one of their own and are also great to have on hand for general dog advice. Highly recommended.

St Roch have been fantastic for our puppy Luna. We are first time dog owners and work full time, and we were looking for someone who understood that - Fiona and Sarah have absolutely delivered. Luna gets taken on walks every weekday, and with other dogs so she gets plenty of socialising time. It's also obvious how much they care about their dogs - little things like checking the water bowl, turning the aircon on on hot days, and even birthday wishes. Highly recommend!

Winter our GR, has been going there since February thanks to the puppy creche! The staff are great and are always so happy to see Winter. She's 7 months now and loves seeing her friends. They post lots of photos on FB which is great, so you can see your doggo having lots of fun!

Couldn’t recommend more, my pugalier isn’t the most easiest to get her nails clipped. However, the staff is always super accommodating and warm and bubbly, which makes me feel more at ease when I take her and not like she will burden them. She gets a little play with the other dogs and always loves going. I appreciate the staff being accommodating and I trust their opinion. it’s super easy to book an appointment during the week of and very reasonably priced. I was looking for a long time for a groomer and now, even if I move, I would be comfortable driving to get her nails clipped by unleashed. She definitely gets a lot out of her visit. Hopefully someday they can do overnight stays!

Sven has the best time at Unleashed. As soon as he figures out that he is going there, he goes absolutely crazy. All of the staff members are so friendly and I really feel like he is in wonderful hands.

This old boy doesn't do mornings well but once he's there he wants out of the geriatric area to hang out with the youngsters and keep an eye on them. When I pick him up he comes bounding out the feeling happy... And falls asleep in the car on the way home. He's well looked after and it has done him the world of good.

I brought my little pup for grooming the other day. Jasmine, the young and lovely groomer did a fantastic job with my little Kloppy! He smelled divine and looked oh so fresh afterwards! He’s been getting lots of compliments since his grooming! The ladies there are very lovely too. I dealt with Andrea on the phone and booking my pup in for a groom was a smooth process. Dianne, the other lady there was lovely to deal with as well. I was running 15 mins late to pick up my pup and they were very understanding and accommodating. I will definitely be bringing my pup back there for his grooming. 🐶🩵 Ameena & Kloppy!

I am somewhat disappointed in my dealings with Unleashed Doggie Daycare on the following; There is no scope to view inside the daycare as we were advised it would disrupt the dogs. Whilst I genuinely appreciated this, I couldn’t help but feel disappointed to say the least that there wasn’t live cctv footage as an option plastered up on check in. Whilst they upload pics and videos this doesn’t provide full scope of them being viewed throughout the day, therefore I deemed this aspect as unacceptable. On the evening of the collection our dog displayed signs of sniffles, sneezing and making odd sounds we’ve never heard before. We assumed it may have been a mild allergy. Four days on our dog is still in the compromised position whereby facing lethargy and a reduced appetite. I will be visiting our vet today to get an understanding as to what it is going on with the symptoms being displayed. Our clothing and furniture has what appears to be phlegm like mucous over it. Never in the span of his life has our dog had these symptoms (our vet can be contacted to verify this). Whilst this is the least of my concern, the website displayed a reduced rate of $90 which was not honoured. I was subsequently advised that the reason for that is that it hadn’t been updated (not the consumers issue) the least I would do as a business owner would be to honour the advertised rate based on good will rather than charge a “special rate” which was significantly higher. On the brighter side, a polite dedicated business woman who was friendly and went the extra mile of providing a paw print portrait of our dogs paws was most appreciated. I believe I would reconsider this venue if there was more transparency provided to its customers for their loved fur babies. Concerned,

Have taken our Labrador here a few times and the staff have always been friendly and accomodating. They gave us an adorable paw print painting on her first day and we love seeing all the photos on their social media. Would highly recommend.

They also post lots of pictures on their Facebook page throughout the day so you can see all the fun your dog is having. I have been a regular house & pet sitter using the Happy House Sitters site for quite a few years. The service works well for connecting you and those needing a sitter. I have matched up with several people needing someone to care for their home and pets. No complaints with the service. I have been experiencing major tech problems with my account for a few months now. I have been regularly leaving messages regarding what problems were happening, which even included knowing that a message was sent to my HHS inbox, but the message was missing from the inbox, so I could not communicate with whoever was trying to contact me. This meant both the owner and myself missed the chance to organise a potential sit. I don't have a problem with these tech problems happening, that's life, but what has been frustrating for me is the poor communication regarding the issues. Initially HHS staff communicated, sometimes, about the problems, now they simply ignore my messages with the knowledge that my account is faulty. There has been zero communication from them regarding 2 recent update messages where I was explaining the continuing issues. All the account issues remain unresolved to this day. I'd love to leave a positive review, I even let them know I needed a more "on board" communication style if they wanted a good review (which they had asked for), and this particular message was ignored. In summary, the site should work fine for both sitters and owners finding a way to connect. Unfortunately, as far as any tech issues, or efficient customer service goes, I cannot offer any positive comments.

I've been using Happy Housesitters for some months now and I had the best experience! It's easy to navigate and connect with potential house-sitting jobs and communicating easily with home owners. Also, you can save your favourite selections and go back to them, shortlist them and archive and other features to manage your account and lists. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Gina and Jim took such wonderful care of my dog and house for a month recently. I would give them 6 stars if I could. I came home to a happy dog and an immaculate house, outdoor area and pool. They kept in touch while I was away and it was so wonderful to come home and relax. They were so helpful and thoughtful when we got in late making sure they stayed the extra time so the dog would be fed and not alone. They had also left me some food so I wouldn’t have to go out immediately for groceries. I felt very confident leaving Gina and Jim in my home and was just so impressed when I got home. I hope I can be lucky enough to book them again for my next trip.

Our experience has been excellent! We lived in a beautiful home for nearly 3 weeks and had the added bonus of 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 fish. The home had a pool, wonderful outdoor facilities, in for theatre room and room for our caravan and we were able to bring our own dog to play with the little boys! The home owners had a great trip away together with the knowledge that we were caring for their home and loved ones. Thank you "Happy House Sitters". 🐕🐕🐕🐺🐺🐠🐠

Would give no stars if possible. Had issues from the onset and tried to be nice about it all at the beginning but then they started blaming me for their clunky website and password issues. Told me that they would provide a refund if it was due to their admin and when it was determined that it was their issue they turned it around and said it was my fault and that the issues was fixed quickly and so would not provide a refund. Obviously greedy and dishonest. My fault for not reading the reviews before signing up! Don't waste your time or money. There are other house sitting sites out there, so definitely use them and not this one. Definitely not Happy House Sitters! Had some weird message in the middle of it all saying I had been recommended by someone...seems strange when I had never even used them before. Update on their response. I did put in a dispute with PayPal to try and recover the fee, but was told by PayPal that they can only help with the actual payment process aspect and that there was no problem with the payment (which is true). Was told by PayPal to take other avenues to recover and dispute but decided not to due to the hassle and time involved, which is what a lot of businesses count on. So just beware and make sure you do your due diligence before purchasing anything and always read reviews. Also it wasn't a user error, it was a website error. There are a number of reviews about how clunky their website is. I did nothing wrong contrary to what they are saying.

One could not ask for more in house and pet sitters than Erin and Dave. They are a really great couple and Erin gave us regular Pooch Updates which made our trip so much more enjoyable. They left our house in immaculate condition and our dogs were healthy and happy upon our return. My only hope is that they are available for our next holiday !

We had an awesome house sitter minding our animals Milly Bella and Buddy. Our animals were cared for exceptionally well. Our home was also cared for. If you want a great house sitter Sue is the one. Her attention to detail of our home care was great.

I am a pet sitter and have been using Happy House Sitters for the last 5 years to fill gaps in the inner suburbs of Melbourne between my regular clients. It is easy to use and I am able to be just as selective as the pet owners so that finding the best fit is mutual. I would highly recommend it.

We had Vordon Brown and his lovely wife look after our 2 dogs for 11 days, I am so thankful to have them look after the dogs and the house, down to earth people with 2 small doges of their own. This is the first time we have ever used this site, and getting such nice people made us relax while away. On return the house was spotless the dogs were happy, Prior to meeting the couple you think do you lock this up hide this but once meeting them there was no worries at all extremely honest people. Would recommend them to anyone in fact you would be lucky to get them to look after your house and pets.

The first thing I did when I bought my cavoodle was to register her with Dogue Brighton. We have regular appointments booked well in advance for grooming. The daycare is so much fun and they do check temperaments before allowing a dog to join. It honestly is like a party for dogs out back!!! The other bonus is the quality of Australian made products from collars to food. We love stopping in here on our walk for a quick hug and maybe a treat. The team are extremely knowledgeable about dogs too so can help with advice on certain things (like my fussy eating puppy)! I highly recommend Dogue for grooming, daycare, food, quality products - anything dog related. *I am not affiliated in any way with Dogue, I just know how hard it is to find somewhere you have confidence in looking after you furry family member/s

DOGUE were absolutely amazing! Our groomer unexpectantly moved interstate and Reggie (mini groodle) desperately needed to be clipped after we had been overseas for a while. Tanya went above and beyond to get him in the next day and we were extremely pleased with his cut. When we picked Reggie up he was a relaxed and happy boy. I immediately booked him in for his next cut as I felt so confident in their skills and care for Reggie. Highly recommend!!

Just moved to the area. Took my little Maverick there to get his nails clipped. Great price! A retail/grooming place yet I felt sooooo at home. Customers in and out were gorgeous people and Tanya....... Words aren't enough! She was busy yet still accomodated Mav and I. She was truly all heart.. ... it dripped off her. The very best dog groomer in Bayside. We took our shaggy Border Collie, Panda, for grooming today, our first time at Dogue. Panda looked amazing after his 'do. The staff are friendly, welcoming and caring and their dog grooming is impeccable - what a change from the other Bayside groomers we have used in the past. Prices are very reasonable and we will never consider using any other groomer again. We cannot recommend the team at Dogue highly enough!!!!

I recently visited Dogue Brighton and can not speak highly enough of the service I received. The staff were extremely helpful. My Groodle was groomed and the staff did a great job. They discussed with me the look and how short I wanted and discussed the matting and knots that I was concerned with (thanks to ongoing lockdown). Pearl really enjoyed the experience too! I also love the products to purchase and have some nice looking bowls and collars!

I have 2 cavoodles who have been to Dogue once before... at that time Dogue did a great job... however when I took my dogs last week it was a very different story... They basically started on one dog then called me at 1.45.... 3 hours after I had dropped my dogs off.... to say his ears and tail had too many knots so I would need to take them to a vet to be groomed... the groomer had done a pre shave which I understand is not a finished job then I think decided that it was too much work to do both dogs so called me to pick them up with the BS excuse that they needed a vet to groom them!!!.....The state they gave me my dog back was disgraceful they had basically shaved him but left tuffs of hair everywhere....... they didn't bother to even try with the other dog....I have since had both dogs groomed at another groomers who had no problem with knots.... isn't that what groomers do?? I don't know if Dogue has got a new groomer who is not very good or was just having an off day... I noticed a review previously where Dogue had cut a dog during grooming and the owner was threatening to sue them so maybe they are scared to do anything other than very basic either way a not a place to use

If there was an option to give them negative five stars, I would do it. We have been their loyal customers for over three years. However, it would take me all day to write all of our bad experiences since May 2020. Unprofessional and rude are just two key words for this "salon". One of my two little dogs was seriously injured twice and I had to take him to the veterinarian for treatment which cost me lots of money. I will take legal action for sure!

Liz is wonderful! She has looked after my precious baby boy Ollie (ragdoll cat) when I have been away, giving him lots of cuddles and attention and sending me texts and photos to reassure me he is happy. She also goes the extra mile watering my plants, collecting mail and putting the bins out - fabulous service! I would highly recommend Liz and her team to anyone who needs loving pet caring.

Liz has been looking after our "girls" for over 10 years now. Liz loves animals and has pets of her own so she understands the special relationship owners have with their pets. The regular updates we get from Liz on how our girls are doing just confirms this. We know that our "girls" are safe and happy at home being well cared with Liz.

We've had Liz from Lonely Pets come to walk our elderly dog Poppy for over a year now, Liz is amazing, kind and patient with Poppy and Poppy loves her and looks forward to her visits. Great service and advice, and the service is run and staffed by people who really love pets, not just for money.

We have had carers from LPC (mainly Liz and Rudi) look after our cats for years. LPC are a professional outfit, but most importantly Liz and Rudi are kind, thoughtful and attentive to detail. They know our cats and take very good care. I love the photos they send us! I recommend them very highly.

The best care for our cat when we go away. Liz is so lovely and sends us updates and photos so we're reassured all is well.

I was really unhappy was the lack of communication from the carer. I had to chase them a couple of times to even set up the initial meet and greet (which in hindsight should have been a warning sign). Then during the actual care period there were barely any updates, even after I requested that these be provided daily. The reason I chose this company is because they promise peace of mind, but this is something they actually failed to deliver. I forked out hundreds of dollars for a service that is poor quality and am dissatisfied with. I would not recommend this company.

I would not trust anyone but Liz with my little terrorists, they love her and I can tell that they are happy in the photos she sends❤️❤️
