We used Linn to watch our two cats while we away, and she did an amazing job. It was so nice to get to have them stay at home versus being separated for boarding. She administered medicine for one of our cats, tended to the litter box, made sure they got water/food, and played with them! Tremendous value for the price. She even got our mail for us. Would highly recommend!

The business owner is wonderful with pets. If you need to travel away from your feline fur babies for a short time, you can safely leave them in their comfortable home environment and Linn will come visit and feed them so they don't have to stay in a kennel. This service is super valuable to us.

This is the best place for day care and boarding! Linn is flexible to changing schedules, and quick to respond. She monitors the group closely, and makes sure all the dogs get along. Her yard is great for the dogs to run around, and the indoor space is great to keep them dry in the winter. I really like that when our dog boards here, that he is not in a kennel, and treated like family. Couldn't ask for a better place to send our dog to!

Linn is amazing!! She was a life saver! My husband and I have to travel a lot for work, and a lot of the travel is last minute. We gave Linn a set of our house keys, and we were able to call at the last minute and ask her to cat sit for us. When I travelled, I never worried about my little cats, I knew they were in good hands. I like Linn because she is a professional, she is licensed, and knows pet CPR! My cats are very shy, and don't always like strangers, but they loved Linn! I really felt that Linn genuinely cared for my cats. It was also nice to get pictures of my cats while I was on the road. I only wish that we still lived in Tacoma! **UPDATED: My husband and I had to travel for 3 weeks in a row. We didn't know what we should do with our cats. We don't live in Tacoma any more, and we didn't want to try a new cat sitter for that long. So Linn offered to board our cats! I can enjoy my vacation knowing that my cats are being looked after and cared for at Linn's place!

Linn is amazing with our dogs and has been extremely welcoming every time. She's also very accommodating with our needs. We moved further away but will continue to use her.

We take our two germans shepherds to Personal Pet Concierge and have loved them. We love that we get several updates from Linn several times while we are away, and we know that our dogs are being cared for throughout the day, not just left alone in a crate. We love that the dogs are not being kenneled and are in a home environment and aren't surrounded by a large number of other animals during their stay. Carter P.

We have taken our Mini Aussie Roo to stay with Pet Concierge a couple of times and she LOVES it. Lynn takes great care of her for a reasonable price as well. I appreciate that she sends updates with pictures of how Roo was doing while we were out of town which helped us relax knowing she was in great care. Roo always has a comfortable stay with dog beds, room to run and enjoys playing with the other animals that are staying with Lynn. Lynn even went the extra mile and bought us another bag of dog food when we ran out on the last day. Saved us a trip to the store on the way home when we picked up Roo. Highly recommend them for pet sitting.

I love Personal and Pet Concierge. Linn and her team make traveling for work easy and stress free. I never worry about my cat anymore because I know he's in really good hands. While their services are 100% great, I want to highlight a couple areas in which I think P&PC excel. The first is communication. This is an important area for me (I'm a writing teacher) and I find that many petsitting agencies and individuals struggle to maintain adequate communication before an after my travels. P&PC have been wonderful communicators. They reply quickly to my efforts to schedule care for my pet. They send me updates (including images) while I'm away. And they are always clear about billing, visit schedules, etc. I couldn't ask for more. The second area is care. In the past, when I would return from a long trip my cat would be all out of sorts from a lack of TLC. Since I've been working with P&PC, he seems to barely notice that I've been away. This is because they visit him often and they treat him like he matters (like he's their own pet). It's not just about keeping food in his bowl. In sum, I can't recommend these folks any higher. I don't think you'll find better pet care in the area.

AMAZING! Our rescue Border Collie, Quinn, had always been a little apprehensive around other dogs, especially males. He spent a week with Linn & Mark and their bevy of guests. Quinn had the time of his life! He was exhausted and content when he got home. It has now been several months since his stay, and we continue to see the positive after-effects of his visit. He remains confident and more social. As a matter of fact, we had a true test shopping at the hardware store yesterday. Quinn was relaxed and social with a male dog, even sharing a treat! I cannot recommend Samantha enough to take care of your pups! My guy is a bit standoffish with new people but took right to Samantha and she’s watched him a handful of times at this point. I can rest easy being out of town with Samantha taking care of him. She gives me regular updates on my fur baby and sends pictures to reassure me that he is safe, comfortable, and having a blast!

I can't say enough good things Samantha! From the moment I met them, I knew my dog was in great hands. They were warm, attentive, and clearly experienced with dogs. My dog, Rufus, is usually a bit shy with new people, but they took to Samantha right away. Throughout the entire stay, she kept me updated with pictures and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that my dog was happy, well-cared for, and having a great time. When I returned, Rufus was relaxed, well-fed, and even seemed a little disappointed to leave! Samantha went above and beyond, not only taking care of Rufus's basic needs but also ensuring they got plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection. It's obvious that they truly love what they do, and it shows in the way they care for animals.

Samantha was a fantastic sitter for my dog, Duke! She provided frequent updates and tons of pictures, which was a huge improvement over past sitters. Her communication was excellent, and it was clear she genuinely cared about Duke’s well-being. He got to play with her two dogs, and I could tell he was having the best time—by 9:30 a.m. on the first day, he had already hit his 18,000-step goal on his GPS collar! Samantha’s friendly demeanor and attention to Duke’s needs made me feel totally at ease. I’ll definitely be rebooking with her next time. Samantha and Anthony are amazing! We recently moved to WA and were looking for pet sitters for our two dogs and two cats. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint! Boarded my Frenchie Balenciaga with Good Karma Pet Care when I went on vacation from 08/21-08/23. I had never boarded him before and was super nervous but Chelsea made me feel so much better about boarding him. Chelsea was so knowledgeable and friendly and took extra steps to make sure I felt at ease leaving my pup for a couple days. I could tell immediately that Chelsea really cares about the dogs in her care. I would recommend anyone who needs pet care to choose Good Karma. This review is so long overdue. If you're looking for a great doggy daycare, listen to me, you are never going to find better ownership and staff for a doggy daycare than here. They all loved my sweet Ada like she was their own pup, and you can tell they treat every dog with individualized love and care, which is so immensely valuable and rare. I became well acquainted with the owner and staff in no time - they're all very kind, friendly, often hilarious if you ask for a good story. Something that is also so rare is how creative they are - we still have every seasonal/holiday photo, laminated paw stamp, ornament, etc. They are all treasures we will love forever and we're so happy they take the time to create memories for us of Ada. I also love that they keep up on posting photos of the daycare dogs on their Facebook, where my mom would 'like' photos and engage with the staff in the comments. The place really became a part of our family and something to share in common with coworkers too. Until we had to begin looking for other daycares in Olympia I don't think I understood just how rare and lucky I'd been to be taking her here for all these years. No where else begins to meet the high level of service and love we got at this place. So if I could give this place a 20 out of 10 I would. If you're going to starting taking your doggo here please be fair to the staff, be kind and be appreciative of the amazing work they do, because you won't find a place like this anywhere else. Thank you all for the amazing years. Ada and I miss you and can't thank you enough for the wonderful memories.

0 if I could. Shame on you for making a profit off of a lost dog instead of giving it back to the owners after knowing you found the owners!!! If I know anything on law, but this is theft. You are gonna owe courts and a lot of people a lot of money with these fees after what you did… Your company and the story reached Arizona. Congratulations you’re almost infamous.

This is extremely sad, I don’t know how you can operate this business while also not reuniting a family. I don’t know how you don’t feel any guilt or remorse for this poor family and her fur-baby. It’s unprofessional and quite frankly sick. Please give this lady her dog back that’s your responsibility and your obligation as a pet provider. The puppy is probably so sad and misses its family and vise versa. Please do the right thing here!

We purchased a 10 use daycare pass, and were not told about any expiration. We had used it once when we were suddenly informed of the very short expiration window. $200 down the drain.

I don't know how I would have survived the last 7 months without Chelsea Bassett and the whole pack at Hound Hangout! I received a donated puppy to train as my service dog. Despite planning on this for over a decade, I was in the midst of a deep depression when I got him and completely unprepared for the bundle of energy I received. But the care and support my Charlie got at Hound Hangout, as well as the socialization, helped us both survive his difficult puppyhood. I transitioned to working full-time work during that time and knew he was even happier with them than if I were home with him. He is going to turn out to be a great dog, thanks in part to the calm, balanced and fun environment in which he got to spend much of the most vulnerable months of his life. I was also hospitalized twice in that time. I probably would have worried myself even sicker without knowing that someone as competent and caring as Chelsea was taking care of him. THANK YOU!!!

Love Good Karma. I’ve been taking my dog there since he was 4 or 5 months old. He’s 1.5 now. He loves it there and they love him. Super reasonably priced. I love that you don’t have to make a 24hr + reservation for daycare. Some mornings unexpected work things come up and I need to take him to daycare for a half day. Never a problem. He always come home tired and happy! He also boards there when I have to go out of town. Love the owner Chelsea and her staff.

We have brought our dogs here for 6+ years. I highly recommend them.

Well they are nice people, and our dogs are treated great. But! They don’t listen to our request. We have old schnauzers. They need shaved and their paws cut short. This is the second time they have been here. Their hair is still a quarter inch out side of their pads. The rest of their bodies are trimmed but still long. Not shaved. They will be ok and look ok. I just don’t know if we should go back or try the place down 6th ave.

The absolute best. If this is a service you need, stop searching now and call Ayn. She constantly went above and beyond for my babies. She helped administer medicine for two of my dogs, and gave special care to one who went blind and ended up losing her eyes. My oldest became critically I'll and frail. Ayn took very special care of him until his final days. I don't know what we would have done without her.

We have used Go Dog Go Tacoma for over a year now. My two dogs get considerable anxiety when we are away. Ayn has been amazing with them. She understands their different personalities and during her visits calms each dog as they need. We happened to have her pet sitting during a heatwave and then the next time, a snowstorm. She moved things around to create cool spaces for our pets during the heatwave and to ensure they were safe and on this last visit, we touched base to be sure the dogs were warm enough when it snowed. I didn't worry for a second about the pets! She has GREAT availability - and never travels between Thanksgiving and New Year's. My only regret is that she doesn't watch kids as well :). My kids love her and my daughter always swarms her when we're setting up pet visits. I trust her with my pets and I know that if something went wrong, she'd have their best interest at heart.

I was really in a jam when my senior dog sustained a critical back injury and needed to be seen asap, but my car was not running. Go Dog Go came to the rescue, and then went above and beyond when vet after vet gave us conflicting information, sending us across town on a wild goose chase. I will definitely use Go Dog Go in the future if the need arises, and recommend them to anyone in need of a conscientious and caring professional for help with their canine-related needs.

Unfortunately I had to cancel last minute because of a situation beyond any of our control. GDG, was already on their way. The lady that came by(so sorry forgot your name)was extremely nice and understanding. I felt bad about cancelling so late so paid GDG half the fare it would have cost me. I also booked for 2 weeks out. Very respectful of fur your babies. Tansy her beloved companion is always on duty.🙂

Lucky Dog is the BEST! The owner was super patient with my pup, Madigan, when we first started her at Lucky Dog and she was adjusting from a cross-country move and a change in daycares. I know Madigan is well cared for by the way she behaves towards the Lucky Dog staff and how excited she is to see them every day.

I can't believe I haven't written a review yet! I've been bringing my puppy here for over a year, and previously had a dog attending for a couple years. The staff is fantastic and they do such a good job caring for my pup. He's a handful and they manage him SO well. The only bummer is that there isn't a camera for me to watch, but they post photos and those certainly warm my heart!

Tara (Tah-rah) Bergford is the owner and operator of this establishment, and she has been serving the community for over 20 years. Her prices are very fair, she and her staff treat my dog with love and care, and her hours and location are just what I need.

We’ve been using Lucky Dog Daycare for 10 years now and I really should have reviewed this place sooner, but better late than never! Lucky Dog is amazing on so many levels. The staff are top-notch and true dog lovers- they show a genuine interest in my pups and their well-being. They have a wonderful outdoor space where my dogs get lots of exercise and play time and since both of my dogs are now seniors, they are careful to monitor their activity and give them breaks when needed. The Lucky Dog team are incredibly friendly and compassionate people and I know I never need to worry about my dogs when they are there. I am grateful for the years of care that they’ve given my sweet boys and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!

My pup Miles has been going to Lucky Dog Daycare for several months now. He’s an energetic 8 month old pup and Tara and her amazing staff have been great with him. They are all so committed to providing safe and responsible care for the dogs in their care. They are the best. So glad we found them.

Second time I ever Boad my two furr babies and I had the best experience here. I felt very comfortable and relieved they were both well taken care of, best part they have out door access during the day which made it 10x better, I will definitely be bringing my babies here again for any future care. I recommend this place 100% . Only downside live webcam didn't work all the time to see them but they were quick in replying to be with an update

My pups love mini mutts! They love their teachers who are awesome & affordable! My babies are excited to go to daycare everyday and they come home snoozed out! I knew that would be their daycare once they went to the trial, i also love that they’re only with little dogs all day. I don’t have to worry about them getting trampled over by bigger breeds. They have been nothing but welcoming to my babies and i know my babies love them!!! ❤️

We board our two dogs here and know they are cared for. Great price and the staff are so friendly and you know they just love the dogs. We book the “suite” so our two dogs can share, and bring their beds and a few toys from home for them. The first time we boarded I even called to check in on them and the staff gave me updates and we’re understanding of my dog mom anxiety about leaving them for the first time ever. We’ve been back since and will continue to go here!

I cannot say enough good things about Mini Mutts!!!! Jessica and Leilani go out of their way to make my pup feel happy, safe and loved every time she’s there. They have taken the time and patience to get to know my nervous pup, and knowing that she is getting such personal care and love while I am away from her is absolutely priceless. We have tried many daycares, and this is truly the best place around! I’d give it 100 stars if I could :-)

We love Mini Mutts! Luna gets so excited when we get to the building. She can't wait to get in and play. The staff really loves the pups. They have a little retail section and they will clip your dogs claws for a reasonable add-on fee. They also have a grooming set up and you can schedule their groomer (who is paid separately from the daycare) to come while your pup is at daycare.

Very friendly worker. They literally get in the play area with the dogs and throw the ball. Really what I loved was there's cameras to watch your fur baby while she's there. Very good prices.

I have been bringing my dog Sturgill (7months) to mini mutts since February. He was a little nervous when he first started but he absolutely loves going to daycare now! We have used them to board him several times over the last month as we had a death in the family and had to go out of town a few times. He was well taken care Of. You can tell the staff really love the pups. He comes home exhausted from playing with his friends all day. I also like that they have cameras and I can check in on him throughout the day. I’m so glad I found mini mutts!

Such a great environment for small dogs! I can be sure that my dog will be safe and the staff are so friendly that I feel comfortable leaving my dog there. I have tried boarding and also really enjoyed it, especially because they have cameras so you can check up on your pooch anytime of the day. If you have a small dog, this is the place for you! :)

My dog 6 pound dog Puff was very shy at first and this group has helped him be more brave and social. He now gets excited when we pull in and he sees where we are. Great place for small dogs to board very safe and friendly.

Been to a few different day cares around Tacoma and Mini Mutts is by far the best! Lelahni and Jessica are wonderful people who really care about the dogs. The space is big and my dog is tired for two days after a day here. Highly recommend Mini Mutts!

Such an awesome place! They hosted our rescue for a Christmas party/Santa picture fundraiser and did a fantastic job! All the dogs had so much fun running around off leash playing with each other. They were very generous and accommodating. Would definitely recommend them for daycare and parties!

The owners Whitney and Steve are sincere and genuine people and care a lot about their business. Awesome doggy daycare facility in downtown Tacoma where if your dog is lucky enough to join the pack, they’ll come home with all sorts of stories about how great their day was at Dogworxx.

Love the staff they are always so fun and kind! Owners are awesome too. My dog is always happy to go there and tired when he comes home!

After having a bad experience at a doggy daycare we were nervous to try a new one but we were immediately comforted when we dropped our Husker off at Dogworxx with the environment and the extremely friendly welcome. She was helpful and answered all our questions. We were impressed with the staff and both pick up and drop off. Communication was awesome and the fact they posted videos and pictures for us gave us a look into his time there. We are so happy to have found a daycare we can use and trust.

I cannot say enough about this amazing place! This is doggie daycare like no other. Everyone here is a true dog lover, they will make you and your dog feel like family. Every dog is well cared for and loved. The space is well laid out, and is always immaculate. Lots of toys, tunnels, and a pool to keep the pups busy all day. From bark day parties to photos with Santa, this is a true dog community and there is no place my dogs would rather be!

This is a caring dog daycare. They have stable staff that have a relationship with the dogs and seem to really enjoy them. Tiffany, the owner is such a positive person. They have fun activities that keep your dog babies busy until they all take a nap at once. All the dogs get to shine in their Instagram posts. It’s too cute. Very nice people and the same dog friends everyday.

Honus just loves coming to DOGWORXX! Tiffany has just a wonderful place for the dogs. The K9 grass is awesome and small group size to give the dogs a great experience with personal attention. Great location downtown Tacoma. Love the half day option too. It's great to have a place for your dog when the weather or your busy schedule gets in the way of getting your dog some exercise. Love this place!

DOGWORXX has been a life changer for us. Quin absolutely loves it here, it is dog Disneyland ! The entire staff makes sure all the guests are so loved, safe and any special needs met. Refreshing to find people who truly love dogs and what they do. Tiffany and her team give so much to the community they live in and oat it forward. So many amazing things about this place! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Love that they post pics and videos throughout the day. Also the sniff cam is a great feature to check in on my dog having fun and getting exercise (which results in her being really tired at night). Highly recommend this quality dog care!!

We love Janice's Critter Care! We've used them several times to take care of out cats while we were away on longer trips. They take excellent care of our cats and promptly reply if we ask for an update.

We started to use Janice’s Critter Care when we moved to Federal Way in 2019 to care for our cat. The peace of mind that her team provides while we are away is most wonderful. Her communication, responsive, and loving care she provides is beyond amazing. This past December we went away when a snow storm arrived and she kept us in the loop on conditions and still made it to see our diabetic cat. This company is very personal and professional when it comes to onboarding and caring for furry loved ones. My pupper loved his carer and I'm so happy we went with them!! Tim & Janice have been watching our pets for 10 years now. They not only take care of feeding & exercising our dogs (mostly Newfoundlands, but we got a Rottie mix last year to add something new!), they bring in the mail and check the houseplants to see if they need water. Even better, they are able to look after our chickens when we are gone; managing their food, water and treats and giving them a little time and human conversation while gathering eggs. Our four hens are my "Birds with Benefits" and I would not trust them alone or with someone who would scare them and cause them to stop laying those delicious eggs. We were able to see where our kitties would be staying once we dropped them off and they had a whole room with lots of toys, tunnels, and cat trees etc to themselves which was fantastic. 😻. We only needed to bring their food and carriers - everything else was provided. Sharyn provided email updates with pictures throughout our trip which we were always happy to see. When we picked them up after getting home, all four were happy and healthy and were in their carriers ready to go at the appointed time. 😸 We are very happy with the service and will definitely be back when the need arises again!

This will forever be my choice for boarding for my cat, Aladdin! Sharyn was absolutely amazing! She immediately put my mind at ease. She gave him love and attention (which my cat needs a lot of). She also sent us photos and text messages every day! It was so nice having the peace of mind that he was being fed, cuddled and taken care of. I would 100% recommend! The cat condos are also so spacious! I’m definitely going to go with Grit City Kitty next time we are out of town!

Our top choice for cat boarding! We were able to enjoy a trip abroad knowing our cat was in the best care and not stuck all day in a boarding kennel. Sharyn prepared the best cat room for our cat’s needs and kept us updated with sweet pics of our cat while we were away. She also works professionally with cats and cat fosters. I really trust Sharyn with my cats and my home. She is communicative, on time, trustworthy/diligent/aware, and dedicated to providing a positive experience for both the owner and the cats. I have needed many home visits and the cats just love her—even the standoffish one. They can tell she’s a cat lover! I have a slightly more complicated food and sometimes medication regime and she always handles with ease. She did a free meet and greet the first time to ensure a smooth transition into her care, answered all my questions and made me feel confident in her service. She also sends great photos of them during her visits which is always appreciated. I’ve seen the large and cozy cat boarding room and was impressed and think it’s a great option for those who need it. I have senior kitties who get quite stressed with transport so I’ve opted for twice daily home visits, which is more expensive per day but still a great value when you consider that she spends quality time with them in addition to the feeding/litter box scooping needs. Plus it’s worth a lot to be able to trust someone wholeheartedly with your house key/alarm code. She really goes above and beyond while the cats are in her care and in general once you’re a client. Hire Grit City Kitty if you can!

Sharyn took great care of our two cats while we were away. We were nervous because one cat was recovering from a serious health condition (a complete urinary obstruction) and needed close observation in case it recurred. Sharyn already had first-hand experience with that condition and knew how to handle it, plus - because our cats stayed with her, and her business is in her home - she was able to keep a really close eye on him. Both cats did really well under Sharyn’s expert care and we were very relieved and grateful. Sharyn truly knows cats and there are enormous advantages to the fact that her business is located in her home, particularly if you have a medically fragile cat who needs close attention.

I’ve been bringing my magical dog Melon, who has two wet noses and dry paws, to Wet Nose is Dry Paws for almost two years now. They’ve been the most dependable and reliable people I’ve ever encountered. Melon means the world to me; she’s my best friend, pal, and buddy. I trust her with very few humans, and most of them work here at Wet Nose is Dry Paws. The owners genuinely care about the animals. They rent a foster organization called Wet Nose is Foster, which helps locate and place animals in the Pacific Northwest. It’s an excellent place. I couldn’t in good conscience take her anywhere else.

WNDP is excellent!! Everyone is so kind and they all make you feel like your dog is the best dog ever. They send adorable pics and report cards during boarding stays and have special treat options to help your dog stay engaged during their time at the facility. Our dog is always so excited to go - for daycare or boarding! Highly recommend!

This is one of our favorite places for our dog, Ben. When we are in town visiting family, we always bring him here for doggie daycare. Ben lets us know how much he likes it there by dragging us to get in. They also did a great job grooming him during this last trip. I highly recommend them.

Wet Noses Dry Paws is the best! Our dog Dexter loves it there. He has the best time all day, and comes home exhausted. The staff are amazing, friendly, and clearly love their pack. Their Instagram feed is a daily source of joy, and never fails to bring a smile to my face. We love our dog very very much, and trust them with him with no reservations.

Well I just started taking my dog here a few months ago and this is the second dog daycare that I've been to. I liked the first dog daycare but they only accepted small dogs so I had to Branch out and I went off of reviews to go to this place. Upon walking into the place I got Good vibes and the employees were very friendly. Most importantly, my pup stormy felt safe and her first day went very well. She loved it. I've been taking my dog here pretty much everyday and my dog absolutely knows when we're pulling up. She wants to get out of the car so bad to get inside! I highly recommend this place and I'm pretty sure my pup does too. I was reading a lot of negative reviews and you know doggie daycares are not for every dog, people just need to understand that. And when dogs are around other dogs even though they've been vaccinated they can still get sick, it's going to happen. It's normal. It's just like a little kid going to a daycare being around other kids they're going to get sick. Anyhow, I highly recommend this place. They have the downstairs for big dogs and the upstairs for puppies and little dogs. They have cameras where you can check in on your pup. They have tons of toys and things and activities they can just run around and do. It's pretty cool and large. Very happy I found this place.

We are super happy with Wet Noses Dry Paws. We have been happy customers for over a year when we adopted our pup from their adoption branch. Our dog means the world to us and I feel so relieved to have a safe place that he loves to stay at for daycare, boarding and grooming. Horray for WNDP!

WNDP is a wonderful find for our Westie! Friendly, patient, caring staff. Hears my concerns about treats that could cause allergies in my dog. He is returned to me happy and tuckered out. Comes back clean, not like a former daycare where he would be returned sprayed with doggie pee, presumably from a bigger dog. My pup is always eager to go into the playground here, a reassuring sign.

Our dog Willow has the best time at daycare, she always comes home so happy and tired. We also board her here when we go on trips, the staff is super great at sending updates.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I’m hoping if this can reach one person that may listen it will save your dog from trauma. My dog’s behavior changed significantly after boarding here. I was told there were issues with behavior, but I believe she was reacting to her poor treatment while being boarded. Over time I started to notice her behavior at home had changed, she was more anxious and less trusting of humans. Even me. I took her to the vet to discuss her behavior, and they told me that she’s likely been put in some extremely uncomfortable situations while being boarded resulting in the changes in her behavior. Potentially being handled aggressively, and overstimulated. Can I prove this happened? No. But before I started boarding her here my dog was the most trusting girl, with no fear of humans. Her last boarding/daycare facility never sent me any negative feedback. I think the staff here do not have proper training and do not understand dog behavior, in my case telling me my dog had behavioral issues when she was likely highly stressed and reacting to her environment. They also had dog toys on the floor, which is not safe with so many dogs as possessiveness is so common. We also noticed she had paw pad injuries, which I was never informed of if they even noticed. I don’t know what happened behind closed doors, but please do not bring your dogs here.

My mini Aussie, Marley, has been going here for over a year and both he and I absolutely love it. The team that works there are great people and so kind. Marley gets excited as soon as he gets out of the car and smiles when he's greeted. Compared to other daycares that I've been to, this place is by far the best. The dogs get treated with the care you expect, not like other places that I've had horrible experiences at. Not only is the daycare great, but dog park is so convenient in this rainy state. If the weather is bad outside, he can still get his exercise at WNDP. While we're on the subject of praise, the boarding here is the best I've ever seen. They have cage less boarding which is so good for my spoiled pup because he's used to sleeping on a bed and getting cuddles all night. I highly recommend this place. I won't ever go anywhere else. My pup Raspberry has been coming to Paws Play since April 2023. This is my first experience with a doggy daycare and I couldn’t be more happy! I love seeing the updates on IG and TikTok while I’m at work, and I love that they do different events/activities for the dogs. We do daycare twice a week and she has so much fun that I don’t think she’s ready to leave when I pick her up! She sleeps amazing after a full day of playing with her friends and I’m happy knowing she’s in good hands when I’m at work!

My dog Luna has been going to Paws Play for almost three years and always has a great time. They work hard to make sure each dog had their personal needs met and enjoys every visit. Luna also loves boarding when I am out of town and I feel great leaving her with people she loves!

My dogs love this place. They cant wait to get out of the truck to play with all their friends. The staff is super fantastic. We do daycare, boarding and buy all our food from them. Super care of my pets and provide competitive prices on food.

Boarded my dog here for a 5 day vacation. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff or care my dog received. He had a blast and played so much that he slept for a whole day after coming home haha. If you miss your pet, they will give you status updates and even send photos. I have attached a few. Look how happy he is! Cute! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s definitely cheaper than some spots, but they should charge even less due to the poor service and treatment they provide to the pups. My dog used to cry on the car ride there - he only gets excited now when we go to his new daycare. Don’t think that’s any coincidence. They’re contained to a windowless warehouse space - *they do not take them outside at all*. So they just poop and pee on the hard cement all day. They randomly kicked our puppy out, mind you with no warning at all, due to his “behavior”. When I dropped him off that day, they took him in and then the girl immediately told me she’d be giving him a bath because he just laid in another dogs pee. Like it was our fault.. maybe she should’ve cleaned up the mess sooner? Then I proceeded to watch her scream at the dogs. She seemed miserable (she was the only one working and there had to be at least 20 dogs in there). When we went to pick him up after we were notified he was kicked out, we thought he bit someone or something. Turns out their reasoning was he was just too rambunctious.. because he’s a PUPPY. Why would they let a less than 1 year old puppy into their daycare to begin with if they didn’t want to handle puppy energy?? Before leaving with him we asked if he’d gotten that bath and instead of answering the question, the manager/owner (I think her names Tabitha) just proceeded to talk badly about our dog. My partner said, “right you just told me you thought he was too much, I’m just asking if he was given a bath like we were told he’d be given.” The owner replied “I’m not sure.” She should not be allowed to operate this business. Ended up being a blessing in disguise because we found a new daycare - Kate is pricier than paws play but the dogs run around outside, and she seems like she loves what she does. She’s also only said very nice things about our pup - “he’s always so positive” for example. He’s got high energy but he’s a very good dog. Moral of the story, Kate’s an angel and Tabitha sucks. Don’t put yourself or your dog through this.

My dog loves this daycare, he’s so happy when I pick him up. One thing that really stood out was how seriously they take the trial run to make sure your dog is a good fit. The owner mentioned that they also do “down time” so the dogs can have space and don’t run themselves ragged playing constantly. I’m very grateful they open at 5:30, which allows me to make it to work on time (only daycare in the area open this early, btw!). Staff members are always so kind and friendly. Really glad we found this place.

Best doggy daycare ANYWHERE!!! Super great staff and doggy friends for our Mika. We take our pup once a week when my husband goes into the office. Mika is always so super excited to go in that it’s hard for her to contain her excitement. Aside from the daycare we’ve also had Mika stay for boarding. We like that she gets her own space and not have to be in a kennel since she doesn’t stay in a kennel at home. Seriously we could not be happier with Paws Play.

Our dog loves Paws Play! We tried other daycares before we found Paws Play on a recommendation from our boarder. The others were bigger groups and didn't seem to interact with the dogs too much and our dog didn't seem too happy to be there. After his first day at Paws Play he was tired and happy and definitely enjoyed the smaller pack there and the interaction the staff has with him. Now he knows when we are there and runs to the door to get in! It is nice to know that he is in caring hands while we are working as he is able to play but they give him time to rest too when they see he is tired. We are so glad we found Paws Play and our pup is too!

My Chloe loves paws play! We have done both daycare and boarding here and each time we come back she is just so excited to be there! She always comes back home so happy and the staff here enjoy having her. They are always happy to tell me how she was while she was boarding/at daycare and point out her doggy friends. They accommodate to her needs, she doesn’t do well in kennels or in the suites (she is a stage 5 clinger and just wants to be around someone) so they accommodate her and don’t force her to stay in there. She also loves playing ball and the last time I picked her up they had given her her own ball that she just carried around all day. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. We had a terrible experience boarding our Chloe at another place, she came back a zombie and was obviously not happy to be there at all. I have not seen anything remotely close to our experience with the first place at paws play! They treat the pups like their own and give them the freedom to run around and play all day long. I am so happy that we found paws play!

Our pup Cedar has been coming since June 2022. The prices for daycare and boarding are very reasonable. They do great fun events and always show the dogs having a good time on Instagram. My dog loves coming back here each time. They know her well and greet her everytime she comes in. They have been great when she needed transportation and they were great calming my nerves the 1st time we boarded her. Just a good caring place to bring your dog.
