I came across this service while looking for local kennels on the Gold Coast, and i am so glad that i did. Pawshake is a brilliant alternative to putting your loved fur family member into kennels often with dire results. Not because they are awful but because they just dont give them the attention that they are used to, and they become distressed. I found Amelia through Pawshake and having Jack home stay with her was such a wonderful experience. She looked after Jack so well, sent photos of him in the home environment and on his walks and kept us informed of how he was doing. Jack will never be going back into kennels again. Thank you Pawshake for creating such a wonderful app.

Great App, and so far the best. Quick reply within 2 hours, really friendly people around you to take care of your Fur family, and you can only know via this App. Found a sitter located 8 min from my house, and what a great finding, Lisa is so nice and flexible with arrangements, and my little sweet Cally was so comfortable, found her laying with Lisa on her sofa, so relax and happy. Pawshake is a great service . We found Di and her wonderful family to have our very spoilt and loved sausage dog Frankie. As it was the first time leaving him I was very nervous. But di and her family treated him so well and I loved getting all the photos and updates of him . Frankie had the best time with them all and I now have no worries about ever leaving him with them again.

This is such a great app and service; can't recommend it enough. I've used it twice and the sitter I got is fantastic! I've had too many things go wrong in the past when having to take my pets to boarding accommodation. But after using this service, my pets are happier staying in their own environment and eating their own normal food and not breaking that routine. One of my pets is 17 and really cannot break that routine or switch of food because it will make him sick. The care and communication with the sitter was fabulous. The report cards are so good too. I'll be using Pawshake from now on.

Overall, we were a little hesitant to allow someone into our home to look after our Cavoodle while we were traveling. Pleasingly we found the website and overall set up quite good and though we had a few people cancel on us we did meet a lady who was lovely and did an amazing job looking after our dog. We'll be using this service again when required and that's probably the best compliment we can make for the service. It would be good if they could make a police clearance mandatory to be a sitter.

Holy Smokes Our sitter was amazing with the amount of care and effort afford to our little FurBabies, she ensured we'd recieve daily updates via text and even sent through photos of them. We will definitely be utilising these services again as the previous mob we went through completed the bare minimum as well as informing us that we would get daily updates to which none were afford and we even returned how to atleast a weeks worth of dirt litter trays. Our sitter was absolutely outstanding from PawShake, they were a local to so it made the whole ordeal so much easier on all parties, they ensured out babies were happy, well fed, entertained, and ensured they were not plotting any mischievous schemes during our departure from them. Great Commpany, Would %1000 recommend PawShake to anyone looking for pet sitters.

We have been able to have a holliday with knowing our dog is so well cared for. Aiya is a rescue dog and it is the 1st time she stays with Cheryl after being in shelters. Lance is a wonderful pet sitter, one of the few people we trust to look to look after my old boy cat. He always responds to requests promptly and is priced very fairly.

Lance is an honest, dependable and most importantly a caring doggy carer. We have had Lance doggie sit a couple of times now and our doggies think it's a treat when Lance comes over to see them. Can't recommend Lance enough for piece of mind looking after your animals

Our dogs Angus and Friday have been going to Paws and Relax for nearly 5 and 4 years respectively. They both started in puppy school there and then started going to doggy daycare. The Paws and Relax staff really love your dogs, they are genuinely interested in them and they have built a beautiful inclusive and respectful community with their clients. My dogs love it so much that sometimes the staff have to pretend they’re coming home with us in order to get them to walk to the car at the end of the day. Your pets will be in safe and caring hands while they’re in daycare.

Beautiful grooming, very friendly and welcoming. My little dog became fearful of grooming and so I had to find a new groomer. I am so grateful to have found Paws and Relax. They treat him nicely and he is no longer scared, and he looks amazing. Thank you !

Best doggy daycare. My dog has been going here for over 4 years. He's a very anxious dog but he loves P&R because the team their are so loving and gentle. They know their stuff about dog behaviour and create a welcoming, fun and safe environment for all the dogs. I love that they take a fear free approach to everything. The grooming service is also excellent and so convenient to be able to have that done during the day when he's already there. I don't have to try to get grooming separately on weekends. I'd give this business 10 stars if I could. Fantastic team and an important part of the village that helps me ensure my dog is living his best life.

My sausage dog absolutely loves going to day care and being groomed at Paws and Relax! The educators absolutely adore their pooch students and treat them like their own babies. I especially love the themed dress up days and the regular photos and videos posted throughout the day. The grooming team are very skilled and caring, providing a wonderful experience for doggies.

The most wonderful haven for dogs with busy parents!!! Tegan has always been the most wonderful fountain of knowledge always willing to offer advice to dog parents who need it. Their social media always makes me laugh and brightens my day and I wish all dogs got to have as much fun as the P&R family do!

The most trustworthy and reliable place I’ve sent my Cavoodle! We have tried multiple daycares for our Cavoodle all over Brisbane and this is the only one we would ever send him too. The staff are amazing and extremely supportive with making Archie feel comfortable as he does suffer with separation anxiety. Archie also gets groomed here and it’s been 10/10 every time unlike other places we have tried. We get photo updates during the day and a summary on pick up of how his day went. Big thanks to the whole Paws & Relax team!

The team at Paws & Relax were an absolute lifesaver when we moved to Brisbane with our Golden Retriever puppy and were in between AirBNB's and rentals. Again, when we got our second GR that had special medical requirements, they went above and beyond to provide amazing care. Thank you for all that you do!

My 12-year-old rescue dog, Knox was highly anxious with severe separation anxiety. I was lucky enough to get Knox a place at Paws and Relax, and they were fantastic with him. They assessed him on a couple of hourly visits, then put him in 1/2 day once per week until they felt he was comfortable and ready to stay longer and/or more frequently. Knox absolutely thrived there; he would scratch at the door to go in whereas at first he scratched to get out. He felt safe, loved and enjoyed being with the pack. It changed not only his life, but also mine...for the better! Knox sadly passed away a couple of months ago, but I'll always be grateful for the wonderful care he received at Paws and Relax. They are testament to what a great business really is.

Emily is a god send. We’re excited to have found her to look after our Tilly overnight. We were booked into a two-day conference and didn’t want to leave her home alone so she overnighted with Emily and we had a great time knowing she was in Emily’s loving care. The onboarding process was easy and very thorough. Emily requested a meet and greet beforehand so we all knew what to expect and it was clear that Tilly felt right at home as soon as we dropped her off. I highly recommend Emily, her attention to detail is incredible. No question goes unanswered and she thinks of everything! We’ll be regulars!

Finding then meeting Emily from Tailored Pet Sitting meant we had someone very special to look after our precious 18 month old dachshund Missy. She was in a safe, clean and pet appropriate environment receiving the care she was used to at home. Emily treated her as if her own but respected our preferences in regards to Missy's likes, dislikes, habits and routines. Emily strived to keep Missy happy, exercised and when required, stimulated through special dog puzzles and toys. Missy slept well too. On our return, Missy was very excited to see us but still went over to Emily for a pat and cuddle. We were more than happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Tailored Pet Sitting for those who want a home away from home and individual care and attention for their precious pet. Emily from Tailored Pet Sitting is amazing! She takes wonderful care of my old boy Jasper, who has ailments in his old age. Emily goes over and above to care for him, with such attention to detail. Emily was wonderful to work with. She looked after my dog so well, sent me regular photo updates and always took him for a daily walk. He’s a really high energy Jack Russell so it was great to know that he was getting his energy out! The booking process was also really straightforward and it was a great price.

First time user. Was really easy to get dogs registered. Staff were delightful. Both of my dogs clearly had a ball and were obviously well cared for. I'm sure both my puppies can't wait to go back. My pup had 10 days boarding at this place, not sure what happened to him, when we picked him up, red/dark red spots all over his body including back and belly, we had to visit vet the next day, see photos. The owner said they provided bath/grooming for dogs staying over 10 days, apparently this is not the case for my pup. They never brushed him during boarding also so knots all over the body. Will never come back and do no recommendation this place to anyone.

Neems and John are friendly, caring, and truly love dogs. The facility is clean, safe, and full of fun activities, and they send regular updates to keep you in the loop. My dog always comes home happy, tired, and excited to go back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, loving daycare for their pup!

I highly recommend Little Buddies for dog boarding! Ellie had a fantastic time and was treated with so much care and love. The play area is spacious and well-designed, providing plenty of fun for the dogs. The staff was attentive and ensured Ellie was safe and happy. She can't wait to return! ❤️

As the owner of a Furbaby that is a little anxious, I was struggling to find a carer that I felt comfortable with. John was very understanding of my concerns and after chatting for a while I booked Charlie in for a daycare day to see how she adapted, I was very impressed. Charlie has just come home from her first holiday at Little Buddies and she loved it. I received daily updates and photos which was nice to see that she was happy and making lots of new friends. I can’t thank the team at Little Buddies enough. We are already planning Charlies next staycation.

Banjo our Kelpie went to stay at Little Buddies for 4 days recently. He had a great time. We loved getting pictures of him hanging out with the other dogs and the updates on how he was doing. Our two dogs stayed with Little Buddies for a weekend. At drop off we felt very comfortable leaving them with the team, they were professional and you can tell that they love dogs. One of our pups required some extra care and medication, and she was well taken care of. We got regular updates and pictures of them playing which put us at ease knowing they were having fun. Easy pick up and drop off, close location compared to other kennels. Overall we are very happy with the service and we will be using Little Buddies next time we go away. We are so lucky and grateful to have found Little Buddies. Fantastic place and people who give your pup all the attention and love needed to make them feel comfortable when away from home. Amazing, amazing, amazing my pup just loves Little Buddy’s doggy daycare. She is always happy when I pick her up, and tied out from playing with her friends and doing activities. The pick up and drop off service is an awesome addition and nothing seems too much trouble for the wonderful kind and caring staff.

So happy we found Little Buddies! Neems and John are so lovely. I found Little Buddies initially as a place to put the pups when I have a busy work day. The impact on our life has been huge. Previously if I’m busy then the pups are naughty all night and prevent us from sleeping. After a day at little buddies I can confirm that they are happy and tired out. It’s good for them to have mental and social stimulation. I was initially very nervous because one of our dogs is very small and can be nervous around other dogs but I was very assured by the care that they took and loved seeing the updates. Donna was an amazing & experienced dog sitter. She was very calm & attentive to my puppy. She included fun, good care, compassion & toilet training into my puppy’s stay & followed up communications with me on a daily basis which was very reassuring to know my puppy was in good hands. Donna is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a genuine & committed person whom thoroughly enjoys taking care of your pet. Donna took caring for my puppy named Billy in her stride. I would recommend Donna due to her excellence & professionalism at all times. Thank you for ensuring my puppy was very well cared for…you certainly put us at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Donna again in the future.

Absolutely useless customer service. Was charged twice for a week of house visits because their terrible app doesn't work. After trying every way under the sun (ringing, emailing, using the website, screaming into the void) to contact them about it, still nothing. You can book a call back, but they just ignore it. They need to be reported for shady business tactics because I can see I'm not the only one who has lost money with no clear recourse to get it back. No shade to the pet sitter though, she's amazing. All shade to the shitty app with shitty customer service. Edit: Thank you for the concern about my eyesight, but I'd rather you put your concerns towards being helpful to my situation. No, I have not received any emails about this issue from your accounts team. I have checked all folders, and I still receive emails about my payments for the service, so my email is definitely in your system. Secondly, I booked 2 callbacks for specific times because I am usually unable to answer my phone at work. I was not called on either occasion. If you are very busy right now, I suggest making sure that the callback booking system does not allow people to book in, if you don't have staff to fulfil these bookings. Finally, I looked through the knowledge base for answers and could not find anything for my situation, nor is the escalations email on your contact us page. In any case, after trying several methods of communication and receiving nothing back, I would likely not have tried another email anyway. Please genuinely let me know if any of these criticisms are not valid, as I am happy to admit when I'm wrong. I appreciate any actions you can take to help resolve this issue.

Booked 2 months in advance , the sitter cancelled 2 weeks before the due date. PetCloud kept $150 of the $530 booking for a service that we didn’t receive. So not only did we have to find a new sitter that we felt comfortable with at short notice we are $150 out of pocket for a service that we didn’t receive and they had our $530 for months. Expensive lesson learnt. Within 24 hours of posting a one star review our disputed $150 has now been refunded and Petcloud has asked that I take down this review.

I couldn't be happier to have found PetCloud! The whole experience of using PetCloud has been amazing. They really put me at ease knowing that my dog is in safe and loving hands. I was able to find a reputable sitter during the holidays when every pet resort / kennel were fully booked out. It also makes me happy to know that I'm supporting individuals who love what they do as pet sitters. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family. OMG Kristy is just fabulous! You can tell from the first time you meet her that dogs are her world. I felt so comfortable leaving our Scruffy with her for 12 nights. Kristy provided lots of pictures of Scruffy enjoying his time with the other dogs as well as with Kristy. Kristy provided everything that Scruffy would have had had he been home with us. Will definetly be using Kristy again.

Have used Pet Cloud on a number of occasions and have always found trustworthy sitters for our dogs and house.. To compare, I had to use another service once before because there were no sitters available at time. Pet Clouds streamline system of sending out jobs to available sitters is so easy to get responses. As the other service, I had to go through each sitter and find one, which was the worst and antagonising experience. Pet Cloud wins hands down. I can contact pet cloud and get a response, as other service it was only through delayed emailing. Thanks Pet Cloud.

Simone was a fantastic pet sitter. From the time of the booking she was very easy to deal with, super accommodating with any requests and made the effort to come out and visit prior to commencing the booking. She was a great communicator, very friendly and most importantly fantastic with our dog, even taking the time to lay with her and pat her through a late night storm (very anxious during storms). I couldn't recommend Simon more highly.

Jo-Anne M (Adelaide) was fantastic! Her love of animals, knowledge and experience stood out above other pet sitters we’d met, and we felt comfortable and confident right from the start. She treated our pets and our house as her own, and we got daily updates and photos to keep us up-to-date with how they were. They were getting their own holiday at home and were well cared for with lots of love. Our house was immaculate when we came home, and our pets relaxed. Our cattle cross dog Bluey loves visiting Hanrob'd Brisbane pet hotel. He has visited twice now and each time has been very happy to walk in. He associates the facility with lots of fun with other dogs. The staff get to know their clients and seem to match them up well if they're sharing accommodation. Bluey has been very happy with his roomies. We are so happy with Hanrob we are confident leaving our new family member, Chesta, there as well. PS we love the report cards.

Cannot praise the Hanrob team enough for taking care of Tiffany. It’s her (and our) first time using a doggy boarding service and we so happy with the result. Tiffy came home so happy and fulfilled (a bit dirty but just from how much fun she had!) Recommend the “photos and update” package and the suite. Thank you again Hanrob for showering our baby with love and care.

Hanrob Pet Boarding is a fantastic facility! They took wonderful care of our Doberman for two weeks while we were away. The staff went above and beyond, even attending to a red eye after playtime and attempting to contact us and check if he had allergies and closely monitoring his weight and adjusting his diet as needed. They tailored his care to suit his routine, and we could tell he’d been truly well looked after by how happy he was and how warmly he responded to the staff. Thank you, Hanrob team! I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for exceptional care.

A wonderful experience for my storm phobic dog. I was very nervous deciding to board my dog for 12days, given the storm season however, my concerns were unfounded. The team were amazing, they took care with her and also kept me informed. When I collected her she was happy, looked great and confident. Special shout out to Amy who showed great care and kindness to my fur baby.

It's absolutely disappointing! We left our dog in this hotel for two weeks and he came back feeling sick and tired. He's also having trouble breathing after coming back from the hotel. He was healthy and energetic before coming to this hotel. I don't recommend people to go to this hotel because they said they are going to give us the report card about our dog but we didn't even receive it.

I highly recommend Hanrobs Brisbane. We have left our cat Stella in their care on a number of occasions. While I’m always sad to leave her, I know she is in very good hands. Hanrobs will let me know if there are any concerns with Stell and what they are doing to address them. The facility is very clean and the accommodation is a good size. The staff clearly enjoy their work as they are always happy when we drop Stella off. The location is very handy too. 10/10 for me.

My dog did a 14 day training and he also stayed here for a weekend. He was well looked after and they gave him lots of cuddles. His behaviour at home has been a lot better, with less barking and he is a lot more calm. He still pees inside sometimes (like when its raining outside) but apparently that would take a lot longer to fix than 14 days. Throughout the 14 day stay and train they gave him lots of treats with daily training sessions. They also gave him a bath and tidy before I picked him up. On pick up I got given a gift bag with many items and treats to continue training and also got instructions on what to do. I will definitely use hanrob more often for stays

I could not recommend this place enough!!! All of the staff are extremely kind, friendly, patient and loving of animals, and they go above and beyond to make sure all pets are comfortable and happy there. My german shepherd was initially very nervous around people and I struggled leaving her behind when I had to travel, until I came to Hanrob. They were mindful of her needs and gently formed a bond that has lasted for years now, and she loves spending time there. The staff also helped me introduce her to my partner's dog, and now they are best friends too! If you need reassurance that your pet will receive lots of love and great care during your trip, this is it. Thank you so much to everyone at Hanrob Brisbane for all you do for Bubbles, you have my eternal gratitude!

We have used Hanrob Brisbane on numerous occasions when we have escaped for holidays. The main thing we like about Hanrob is the staff and their genuine care of our 2 dogs. We can go away knowing that they will be well taken care of.

I recently had a disappointing experience with this pet boarding facility. After following all procedures through their online portal, including uploading and receiving approval for my dog's vaccination certificate, I was unexpectedly contacted via text after dropping her off, stating they didn’t have her certificate on file. This created unnecessary confusion. I was also not allowed to leave my dog's bed or blanket with her during her stay, which was concerning since it was her first time boarding at this facility. I understand the concern about items being lost or damaged, and I wouldn’t have minded if her inexpensive blanket from the op shop was destroyed. Despite this, they still refused. Oddly, when picking her up, I was repeatedly asked if I had left any items with her, further adding to the confusion. I was also disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to see where my dog would be staying or the play area when I dropped her off. Unfortunately, after her stay, my dog come home with kennel cough (K9 cough), which was confirmed by our vet. Although the facility contributed $100 towards the vet bill, it didn’t make up for the overall negative experience. Additionally, the facility is difficult to contact unless you are booking a reservation, and when I did manage to speak with someone at reception, I was met with poor attitude. The overall cost was also surprisingly high, even exceeding our own accommodation expenses while we were away. Given the confusion, lack of transparency, poor service, and now having a sad sick dog at home. I will not be using this facility again.

I have been getting my cavoodle groomed by Puptopia since she was a pup. The staff are just lovely and she always feels comfortable going there. They do a great job I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I can't recommend Puptopia enough for their outstanding Grooming and Daycare! Alfie, always comes back looking and feeling fantastic after his grooming sessions here. The staff is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring towards him. The daycare facilities are top-notch, providing a safe and stimulating environment for Alfie to socialize and play with other pups. The peace of mind I have knowing Alfie is in such capable hands is priceless.

I recently visited Puptopia, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find everything I needed for my new puppy. The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a fantastic variety of high-quality products. My puppy loved the toys and treats we bought, and I appreciated the helpful advice on training and care. Puptopia is now my go-to pet store. Highly recommended!

The grooming was excellent for my two cavoodles. They came back happy and beautiful, and got free daycare because they got a full groom! Staff were absolutely amazing, and made sure that I was comfortable before leaving the fur babies. 10/10 experience all round

Had an amazing experience when I took my pug Arya for a wash and daycare last week. Their groomers and staffs are well-trained, trusted and friendly that take amazing care of my dog. They really let my daycare worries go because they post lots of videos on their instagram that clearly show how your dog plays and rest. Been taking my dog here for a few years now for her grooming. They are good at getting you in for an appointment and good at communicating re the coat length, style, any issues etc.

We've had such a wonderful experience, and our little doggies (recently adopted) come home happy, calm and looking/smelling great after their baths and nail trims. The customer service is really fantastic, and we make use of the day care knowing our doggies are in caring hands and we can get on with our day without worrying about them! I got my little dachshund Bamboo visited the store last week. We got this beautiful little dress for Bamboo and other cute decors for puppy. Bamboo enjoyed her stay there and had a wonderful time play with other little dogs. It’s very clean and well organized.

I recently started using Puptopia for my dog's grooming and daycare needs, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. This place is a gem for pet owners! The grooming service at Puptopia is exceptional. Each time my pup comes out from a session, he looks absolutely adorable and well-cared for. The groomers at Puptopia are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and gentle with the animals. They truly understand the nuances of different breeds and tailor their service to each pet's needs. When it comes to daycare, Puptopia is unmatched. The facility is pristine, well-organized, and brimming with positive energy. I want to gate keep just how wonderfully the ladies here conduct their business so I can always get my own pup a spot but it just wouldn’t be fair. My golden retriever (big dogs love a bit of daycare time too) comes home reluctantly every visit because she’s had such a great time and she sits by the door in the morning waiting for her next day of play. A clean, friendly and enriching environment that I’m so chuffed to have found. 10/10 recommend - 5 stars isn’t enough.

Dash Dogz Daycare is a great place for the fur babies to play, socialise and have the best day ever instead of being sad and bored when they are home alone. I love that Dash Dogz posts so many videos and photos throughout the day so we can be more than sure they are getting the best treatment. My puppies absolutely adore it! They are always exited to get in and exhausted at the end of the day. Thanks Dash Dogz crew 🐶🐶

Couldn’t be happier with my decision to send Daphne here, At first it was just because there was maintenance at my house and I wanted her to be comfortable. But I’ve just been so happy with the Dash Dogz team and I love hearing about all the friends Daphnes been making.

Amazing! My 2 puppies absolutely love it here. Clean, fresh, inviting space. The staff are just the best. My 2 boys have also just completed their in-house training with Peachy Paws - such a great experience. The training was tailored to their individual needs, and plenty of resources to continue and build at home.

Our mini dachshund absolutely loves going to daycare!! The Dash Dog team are the best around, and genuinely care about all the dogs (and human customers). They’re super friendly and always willing to help out with any doggy questions. I love that they post plenty of photos on their socials, so we can follow along on how our puppy's day is. They also offer grooming and training! You can pick up your doggo up with a fresh cut and more behaved than when you dropped them off ☺️ would 100% recommend this place!

I took my corgi to this day care for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised! The staff were caring and attentive, and they made sure my furry friend felt right at home. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the updates they provided throughout the day. My corgi seemed happy and tired (in a good way) when I picked him up, which tells me he had a great time playing with the other dogs. I'll definitely be bringing him back!

The team at Dash Dogz Daycare are amazing. They understand the needs of your dog and are always willing to answer any questions you have. As someone who works in the office during the week, the team gives you the peace of mind that your dog is having a great time socializing and playing. They genuinely love your dog and go above and beyond. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is thinking about trying daycare.

The team at Dashdogz are amazing. It’s a wonderful clean space and they update their instagram stories all day so you can see your pooch playing and can keep updated on how they are. Willis loves going to Dashdogz!

Our experience with Dash Dogz has been phenomenal! They take such good care of our pooch, hes made so many new friends! He has had great grooming experiences and the style cut was the best he’s had (Australia's Cobber Dog) and well priced!

We had a wonderful experience with Don't Fret Pet! Our dog has separation anxiety, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving him at a kennel while we went away. Don't Fret Pet asked us detailed questions in order to find the ideal home for our dog. Pam did a perfect job looking after our dog - she took him out on walks, played with him, and sent us photos and updates each day.

Lee cared for our Elly May so well. It's a pleasure to find your pupper has had a happy experience. After a shy start day 1 with the other dogs on the afternoon walk I believe she was the life of the party after that.

Don't Fret Pets were an excellent service. They got back to me straight away after I put in my website request. Dianne kept me informed every step of the way when finding a minder for my pup. Setting up a meet and greet with Terry was smooth and Terry was a lovely man who took excellent care of my dog while I was away. I am very happy with the service I received from Don't Fret Pets and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I am a first time user of the service. Managed to get a wonderful carer to look after my 3 month old puppy. The carer was kind and I couldn’t have asked far anyone better to care for my puppy. Will definitely be using again

This was the first time that our 11 year old Beagle Florence was left with carers. I was recommended by a friend that also have a senior dog to No Fret Pets. There service was professional and caring. The booking process is easy and straightforward online. It was wonderful to meet Angie and David with Florence. Used Don't Fred Pet's service for our recent holiday. Initial registration was easy and was contacted promptly to pair us up with a minder. Location of minder was close and she was experienced, friendly and couldn't fault her. Very professional and truely committed to giving the best for your furbaby.

This was our first time leaving Salty with a petsitter. I felt reassured by the thorough vetting process Don't Fret Pet uses to select their petsitters. They called me to talk through the process, and having a meet and greet with the petsitter in advance was great. Knowing that there was a team of people behind the scenes who could assist if there was a problem was also very reassuring. Salty had an excellent time with Pam, and came home relaxed and happy. I would have no hesitation using Don't Fret Pet again, and have already pre-booked for another two upcoming holidays. I know Salty is in the best hands, with carers who love what they do.

I was very stressed about leaving my boys, let alone with a stranger, but Carol was just wonderful and spoilt them totally. Such a caring lovely lady.

Don't Fret Pet were efficient and thorough. A pet sitter was found quickly and our sitter, Marissa and her family were wonderful. They looked after our dog so well, kept us up to date with photos and messages. I would highly recommend this service.

Yesterday my puppy went for her first groom at the hound Hutt. I am so happy with the results! I was initially quite nervous as she has never had one done before, however the staff there reassured me and made me feel more comfortable. She looks absolutely adorable thank you so much! I would definitely be recommending to family and friends!

I had taken my mini spoodle Sheldon to several different groomers before the hound hutt, and he always came back extremely stressed and wouldn't settle for days afterwards. After grooms at the hound hutt, Sheldon has always a happy little chappy and has come home looking very handsome 😀 They even have doggy daycare, and after his first day, I received a photo and magnetic frame, a report card detailing the friends he had made and activities he participated in and a very happy VERY tired dog :) I always recommend the Hound Hutt 😀

We’ve been bringing our dogs here for 10 years. I’ve been extremely disappointed in the level of service under this new owner. I dropped in on my way past to book our 2 dogs in for a groom and the girl was so rude. It was such an inconvenience for her to come to the front desk and make a booking that she reminded me 3 times that I could book online, including passive aggressively saying “I’ll just look in the calendar for you, it’s exactly the same as if you look online yourself” after already pointing out I could book online. My answers to her were “Well I’m here now” and then “I was on my way past” and then finally “I like to speak to an actual person” Like I had to justify why it was more convenient for me in that moment to physically turn up! It was ridiculous! I asked for the next available time and aside from a 7am groom ( you know, the busiest time of the day in most households) she couldn’t get me in for several weeks. This isn’t even peak season, this is WINTER! Groomer only works Wed to Fri. She told me they were looking for another groomer. Well, you and me both because we won’t be coming back. I probably could have waited a few weeks, but she was so rude and obnoxious about booking online, I just walked out. I don’t know of any customer service protocols that include making your customer feel embarrassed about scheduling a booking in person. I got the message loud and clear, they’re too busy and important to actually speak to their clients. No matter how many years they’ve been a customer.

We have just finished the 4 week puppy school for our german shepherd puppy, she loved every class and had a great time playing with the other puppies. The staff were great to talk to and very friendly.

I'm very sorry to say that I am very unhappy with the latest groom they completed. I'm not sure what's changed as I've had her groomed at hound hut once before and there was no issue, in fact it was great, and when I booked I was assured it was the same groomer so I'm not sure what happened. At first I wasn't sure what was wrong other than they had taken way to much off her undercoat and her skin was showing through her coat, but on closer inspection it didn't look right, and not only taken too much off, but have also striped incorrectly, resulting in the broken off hair and that explains why it won't lie flat and instead sticks up in odd angles at different lengths. It also would have been EXTREMELY PAINFUL for her to have that done to her. She is also feeling itchy and uncomfortable because of what they've done and I'm having to bath her daily with aloveen to soothe her skin. She is also getting sunburnt because of how much they've taken off. I'm sure you can appreciate this is very upsetting to see my dog in this condition. I emailed them on the 1st Feb 24 to let them know I thought they should know that this is what their groomer has done and they either need more training in hand strpping a JRT or should not be doing this particular groom. However it's now 6th Feb and no response. So I'm writing this review so others' dogs don't get hurt like mine did. Very disappointed to say the least. Do not recommend.

Hound hutt are wonderful! I took my 2 little cavoodles bubble and squeak in for their first professional groom and they look and smell fantastic. The staff are so lovely and clearly love dogs. Bubble and squeak bounced out very happy. I highly recommend them

OMG what a wonderful place. I took my Shitzu there today after her having a very bad experience with her last groomer when she didn't eat or walk for a week after. Today she bounced out looking beautiful and extremely happy. The staff are excellent, the groomer is excellent and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Hound Hutt.

We started sending our young pup to The Hound HUTT for company while we were at work. Now she goes because we all love the amazing care and attention Tilly receives. She has the best time, every day that she goes. The aunties are always so happy to see her and we get informed feedback on her day. Great advice is offered, and we all feel like part of the family!
