Unfortunately, I can’t recommend. I take my dog to other better place. I don’t want to write in detail because I believe there‘ll be a defensive response which of course I can understand to protect the business.

It's a great daycare for dogs, you immediately get the inpression that the owner and staff care a lot about the dogs and are really thoughtful. Our boston terrier Nhoa enjoys going and having social contact with many of her doggy friends there!

Google prevented me from writing a long and detailed review. Worst place you could leave your dog. Contract has poorly constructed statements which trick you in to believing they will feed your pet. They starved my 11 month old dog twice. Charged me for probe tag though my dog had already been at their facility twice. They faked statements about disobedience and said my dog hurt someone's leg, but that was clearly fake. Their staff spoke to me on asking for an explanation and said a dog would be disobedient if she/he is starved, but failed to admit that is why we had our incident. When the confusion about the food was understood and they backed out of daycare saying I should take my pet to another guy. I wouldn't leave my dog at dogy daycare Unterschleißheim even if they offered it for free. Update 26.8.2023: Since the Owner of the DayCare called me short while after I wrote the review and I could not answer. She called my Wife as well. I made the contract with you so call me please. And have a colleague with you who speaks English. Be it your legal representative too. Point to note their response to my review suggests they are confused but they would call the exact numbers in just a matter of short while after I wrote the review. The Owner calle dme form a number on that exact number I asked her why she passed me and my dog up to another Dog Care (more expensive and harder for me to reach), she never replied to that question, so before calling me again, please read that message again. My experience with the Dogy Daycare Unterschleissheim was pathetic and I expressed my view Truthfully. With their response, I find them to also be discriminative as they have poor reviews from others and they didn't dare reply to them with a threat to sue. They did that for me since they take me for granted since I am a Foreigner.

We from South Africa and we take our 2 cockerspaniel boys Noah & Ezra twice a week for day care and every time I walk in there they make me and my puppies feel like a million euros and nothing you ask is ever too much for them - when I fetch them they fall asleep within 4 minutes in the car that shows me the having a great time when they there during the day -thank you I really you guys looking after my furr babies like it’s your own I will recommend you over and over !!!!!!!!!!!

Short term dog care possible, very professional and friendly! Will definitely come again with our two doggies!

A great all-round package! I'm so glad we found this dog walking service! Knowing that Happy is out with his buddies and Lisa having a good time while I work really makes my life a lot easier! I'm always happy when the photos and videos come from dog kindergarten and I see how much fun my dog has in a pack. Happy has been going with me twice a week for about half a year now and I'm really very satisfied, everything works smoothly and the communication is really great - 100% recommended!

We came to Lisa through a recommendation and are very happy that everything went so quickly, easily and smoothly after the first inquiry. Lisa is super professional, sensitive, understands dogs and people sensationally, certainly not least because she is a trained TFA. This gives us a lot of security and a tip or two when dealing with the little macho guy😉. The dream is that, unlike other HuTas, Rico will be picked up and brought home every time - everything else could hardly be organized so easily with work, children and things to do. Important: Photos and video documentation of the tour are included every time!! Rico can't wait to jump into the spacious, cozy dog carriage and on "his" days he's already looking out for when it finally starts. Thank you Lisa🐶

You want to be a dog! When I look at the photo and video material, I repeatedly find myself wanting to stroll through the forest with the group of dogs and Lisa. The name Lisa (Monaco Pets boss) We can't say it out loud, otherwise Rupert sits in the hallway in front of the apartment door, waits for it to open and for the most wonderful thing to happen - namely that Lisa comes and he is allowed to join the supervised adventure group again. And after delivery home we have a pug who woofs happily and sleeps contentedly. We can only recommend it.

Lulu and I are so happy to have found Lisa! Lisa treats my dog as carefully as if it were her own, she is 100% reliable and simply a soulful person, the dogs certainly notice that too! The effort with daily pictures and the possibility that Lulu can spend the night there make your service very special! Thank you Lisa!!!!

We've been looking for something to do and change for our dachshund Timmy and some relief for ourselves for a long time and thanks to Lisa we found it all! She picks Timmy up twice a week in the morning and brings him back 4 hours later and he lies down peacefully and happily in his basket. One time he was so tired that he fell asleep in the hallway! Running free in the forest and interacting with dogs is a lot of fun for Timmy, which we also share in as Lisa always sends us photos and videos of the daily excursion almost live! Absolutely recommended for dog and owner!

Lisa from Monaco Pets is super personable and professional. Our dog Frodo goes out with the same group twice a week. Since he is still anxious, Lisa has chosen a suitable group for him and carefully introduces him to the other dogs. She picks him up in the morning and brings him back in the afternoon, always with nice conversations and helpful tips. There is even a video every time with impressions of the day. We can highly recommend Monaco Pets!

Lisa is simply great! Very attentive and loving, she treats the dogs like her own dogs and is also a role model as a dog mom. Dingo is really happy when Lisa picks him up. Lisa is also very flexible and adapts as needed. We are happy and super grateful to have Lisa in our lives :)
