We contacted Agnes when we were looking for someone to home board our Jack Russell, Poppy. We arranged to meet Agnes with her own dogs so that she could see how Poppy was with them. As Poppy is a rescue dog and had become very attached to us we were concerned that she wouldn't settle if we left her for a week. We needn't have worried though as she was very happy with Agnes and her family, and we received regular updates and photos showing us what she was up to. In fact when we went to pick her up she didn't seem too bothered and I think she would have been happy to stay longer. I would highly recommend Agnes Pet Sitting Services.

Highly recommend Agnes, who looked after our dog whilst we visited the RSC theatre. Agnes was very flexible with drop-off/pick-up times and responded to correspondence very quickly when booking. We were able to relax and enjoy the show knowing he was in safe hands. Our little dog very much enjoyed his country walk with Agnes and playing with the others who were visiting Agnes that day. We asked Agnes to care for my son's Greyhound whilst he got married at a hotel in Stratford. Agnes collected him from the venue, brought him back to have pictures taken with the bride and groom and returned him the next day. Agnes cares for our four legged friend as if he was her own. She’s friendly, dependable, incredibly caring, and kind to the animals she looks after and walks. I’m so pleased we found her, she has helped us out for 3 years now, from early puppy visits to walks and occasional overnight stays.

Our 3 dogs have stayed here a few times now. Very accomodating and friendly people who have a good knowledge and love of dogs. Visitors are welcomed without an appointment and kennels and runs are always clean. Our dogs have always come home happy after a stay at Bolstrode.

Always put the dogs needs first. Our dog has bee a frequent visitor for the last eleven years. She never has a problem going off with one of the girls. They tell us she gets many short walks per day. What can I say, we would be lost without them.

The first time I've used these kennels and I'm so pleased I've found somewhere close to home where I know my lovely, elderly dog is cared for so well. She needs cuddles as much as food and when she came home I could tell she had been really well cared for. The best kennels I've ever used.

I've been using these kennels for about 9 years now I think. My two staffies were always extremely well looked after during my regular 2-3 week visits to Australia, as well as shorter breaks. Over time Chris and Yvonne have become like extended family and I know I can trust them to do their very best for my precious cargo. I only have the younger one of the two now. Nowadays I live a 2hr drive away . However there is still nowhere else I would be happy to leave him for an extended period. Knowing he is safe and cared for and the peace of mind that brings is priceless.

Excellent kennels, our dog had an 18 day stay and came home A very happy dog, couldnt ask for any more really. Excellent prices and care, we will use this as our go to kennels from now on... they also do military discount which in England is a rarity, nice to know that there are people out there that actually appreciate what our soldiers do for us.

Lula our cockapoo stayed here for 2 weeks in may,first time she been away from us since having her,I've only met Chris and he was fantastic, Lula was well looked after and was so happy ,also Chris kept me informed throughout her stay,nothing was to much trouble thankyou so much,would definitely recommend xx🐶 …

My dogs have always loved coming here it is a home from home for them.

We recently moved from the US to England and were very weary of leaving our precious dog with anyone while we are aware. Sam has made us feel more than comfortable leaving our dog in her care. She is extremely responsive and communicative while we are away. Our dog always comes home well cared for and happy. She created a warm welcoming environment for us and our dog. We are happy to leave our dog with Sam and would recommend her for anyone!

We have been boarding our whippet with Wendy and Colin regularly. They are both so caring and professional in the way they look after Lola and their communication is excellent. We know that we are leaving her in good hands. She has always returned home happy and healthy. We would not hesitate to recommend the kennels.

Cannot recommend highly enough. We were really worried about boarding our dog. We did not need to board our previous dog so had no experience and no idea what to expect. Both Wendy and Colin impressed us immediately with their dog knowledge and attitude. He did not look back when we left him and was his normal excited self when we returned to collect him. We would have no hesitation in boarding him here again. Thank you both for taking such good care of him.

Recently put our dog Bailey in kennels for 1st time. Both Colin and Wendy were absolutely great, experienced in offering reassurance as I felt quite anxious. Came back off holiday, Bailey absolutely fine, good feedback. Both are very experienced and compassionate about dogs. Would highly recommend these kennels and certainly will be using them again.

We put the dogs Spirit and Honey into the kennels as we were having work done at the house which meant their was nowhere for the dogs while the work was being carried out. We can't thank Wendy and Colin enough. They were brilliant at making us feel confident in leaving the dogs with them and looking after their needs. Spirit is a sensitive dog and doesn't like change. We had to extend their stay at the kennels as we hit a few problems when the works were being carried out so it ended up being 6 weeks. We were worried about Spirit as when he has stayed in kennels previously he has always come back home poorly. We needn't have worried this time as they both came home happy and contented and Spirit was fit and healthy. We can't thank Wendy and Colin enough for their helpfulness and our weekly catch ups when we checked in on how the dogs were doing. We will only being using Rowan House in future when we need kennels and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. Tina and Christopher

Well. Just picked up Ed and Clary our very special rescue dogs. It's difficult to leave them behind but sometimes you just have to. I would not use any other kennels. Wendy is really understanding and takes care of the pups as if they were her own. She has a soft spot for Ed... Which is lucky because he has had a real tough journey in his early years and can be a challenge. Friendly, always accomodating even at short notice. Definately a five star service!!!

Wendy made us feel super comfortable leaving our 2-year-old Vizslador with her and Colin. We had a wedding nearby and Wendy was super accommodating.

100% would recommend Creature Comforts! My excitable dog absolutely loves his group walks and always comes back tired out - which is certainly a challenge! Hayley and Paul have been absolutely great with him, and always flexible if you need to drop in an extra walk due to work commitments etc.

We’re really happy and pleased with the service provided, Ivy loves both Hayley and Paul so much and is always really excited to see them! We think the time she is out for on the walks for is really beneficial for her - she always comes back tired and well exercised! We like that she is able to socialise with other dogs in a safe environment, and they try to match the energies of the dogs to support this.

I have used Creature Comforts for the last couple of years and not only has my Tilly made new friends but I have too. Both Hayley and Paul have gone above and beyond with their support. They are friendly reliable and so very caring for the dogs in their care. Tilly knows the days when she is going out and she waits looking out the window. She really loves her time out with them and she even cries when they go I know that Tilly is having a great time and she loves to go out and have fun and I know that she is being well cared for.

I’ve been using creature comforts since Ozzy was a puppy so over 2 years now and they are incredible. Ozzy loves going out with his gang, so much so that he hates walking alone now. Hayley and Paul care for Ozzy like he is their own. They are flexible, reliable and responsive. Thanks to creature comforts I can go out to work without having to worry about my dog. We would highly recommend. We have been using Creature Comforts for a year. Woody loves them. Every week he sits and waits at the window for Paul and he is so excited to see him. It’s nice to know Woody is getting the stimulation he needs. His recall has also improved from the walks.

Hayley walked my previous dog and now walks my very lively but loveable rescue puppy. The needs of each dog are very different but always more than met, and Archie has a fantastic time on his group walks. Being a lockdown pup and a rescue I was very concerned that he would have limited socialisation and the group walks and puppy socials have made sure that is not the case, he is growing into a well balanced dog with Hayley’s support. I always know that he will be safe, well looked after and happy, retuning from his walk excited to tell me about it and then fall exhausted into a deep sleep.

Dolly adores her walks with Paul and Hayley, they've concreted the training we started with recall and good manners. They're so accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend x

My two dogs absolutely love their group walks with creature comforts. My once shy and timid spaniel who used to shake now runs to the gate when she’s collected. I’m really grateful For their professional and caring nature with my previous pooches!

My dog was terrible off lead before Hayley started taking her for a walk. She's taught her recall and just general walking mannerisms and it's now a delight to walk my dog! Couldn't recommend her enough. Luna always comes home tired and content and sleep half the afternoon. Good value for the amount of time she's taken on a walk. Couldn't recommend enough!!!

I have being using Hayley services for the last few years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I find her to be very professional and very knowledgeable in the services that she offers. She treats my dog as if it was her own and he looks forward to his walks with her. I couldn't imagine nor would I want anyone else to take care of my dog. I can not recommend Hayley highly enough. You will not be disappointed by the service you will receive if you went with her.

Excellent service. Great people who clearly love dogs. Cody, our Mini Schnauzer has stayed a few times now and absolutely loves it. He gets a holiday and a chance to play in open fields with other dogs. Would highly recommend - worth every penny to know your dog is well looked after whilst you are away.

Our previous cat Larry was really happy going to Dolcot cattery, and our now cat Molly had six weeks there at the beginning of the year. We feel that they are treated really well and couldn't be happier.

I have used Claire's services for a number of years now and my dogs absolutely love her. I didn't think training my 2 pooches was even possible but started to see results literally after one session. Her knowledge and experience is incredible and always gives the best advise for the benefit of my dogs. She's a pleasure to have in our lives and we treat her as one of the family. She's honest, trustworthy and a pleasure to be around and I recommend her highly and without hesitation.

I have know Claire for several years and she would always be my go to whenever i have any behaviour quires or when i need help with any dog. Claire is consensus about providing the best quality care and the most detailed behaviour and training assistance. Claire is one of the most caring people i have ever had the chance to meet and call a friend. i would recommend her and Lexi and Pals to anyone.

Claire’s been walking our sassy sausage dogs for around 2 years now and it’s been the best investment we’ve ever made. Our boys can be quite reactive and anxious with new people and other dogs. Since Claire has been walking them she has worked wonders on their confidence and they are like different dogs! I am always amazed when Claire sends us videos on the walks of the boys walking happily with a pact of other dogs (even bigger dogs) and playing. Thank you so much Claire for all your hard work. Don’t know what we would do without you!

When I moved to the area it took me a long time to find Claire. I had a few trial and error people which I wouldn't go back to again. Claire has been a godsend and I am so grateful to her. She looks after my precious little dog exceptionally well and understands his needs. She's had a few overnight stays with my boy now and I don't think I'd trust anyone else with him. Claire is respectful, kind and honest and clearly loves what she does. I can't recommend Lexi and Pals enough.

Claire is amazing! She is our “go to person” for anything dog related and has on more than one occasion resolved issues that we have faced with both of our rescues. Our dogs love her and we have no hesitation in highly recommending her to any future clients. You wont be dissapointed in her work.

I can’t be more happy to recommend Claire to all dog owners! We reached out to Claire shortly after we adopted our Buddy and it was the best decision we could make to support his healthy growth. We initially started to have a 6-week puppy training but Buddy is now 6 months old and we still continue the training with Claire because it is the best way to keep him happy on his journey into adulthood which may be a little difficult and intense. We often laugh that puppy training is more for the owners than for the dog. Claire really helped us to understand the body language of our dog (and other dogs during the walks), thanks to that we know exactly what Buddy needs, how he feels, what other dog’s intentions are, and what we should do in a particular situations. Thanks to the training we can always be supportive parents for him. He feels safe and confident with us. Buddy loves Claire and from the first meeting we could see that she is a real dog whisperer. She’s got the knowledge, 20 years of experience and she’s a wonderful companion during our training walks - we always have a good laugh.

Clare is the dog whisper in my eyes. She is knowledgeable and a skilled dog trainer and behaviourist. She is the most professional, thoughtful and kind individual who adores her dogs under her care. Clare is my go to person when I have an issues with my dogs, as I trust her judgement. I recommend Clare to everyone.

Claire is an absolutely brilliant dog trainer. She has helped our dog so much. He was such a nervous little thing when we got him, but he really loves her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lexi and Pals to anyone.

We have been using Claire for a few years now for dog sitting while on holidays and occasional visits during the working day if I am at the office. Our boy isn't the easiest...he has health problems & weird quirks when it comes to eating, which can be stressful when it's so important that he eats at regular intervals (pretty much every 4-5 hours during the day) otherwise he gets sick. Claire is amazing with him, she is so patient if he is having one of his off days and doesn't want to eat. She will do whatever it takes to make sure he is OK. There have been a few occasions when he has been super poorly and needed veterinary treatment and she would always stay with him until I am able to get him to the vets, one time I was unable to get home quick enough so she even took him to the vets for me and I met them there. I know that Womble is in great hands every time we leave him in her care. She goes above and beyond to make sure we always come home to a happy and healthy boy. I wouldn't leave him with anyone else. 1000% recommend. :)
