We had a great first experience with Bubbly Pup Grooming & Spa this weekend. There was a cancellation which meant they were able to fit our boy in to their schedule. He had some matting after being inactive and nervous after his neutering. Staff at Bubbly Pup were very understanding and asked us about our preferences and listened to what we wanted. Teddy came out happy and so cute! He’s ready to go back to daycare looking fresh and feeling so soft! Thanks so much to all the staff that helped make our nervous boy’s first appointment so great.

Family run, top notch service, and they genuinely LOVE ALL THE DOGGOS. Marina has been grooming our goldendoodle for at least 3 years now, and she's hands-down the best groomer we've ever had. We get what we want every single time, which other groomers really struggled with, and Doodle hair can be alot. I attached a picture here of my guy mid-way between appointments too, because her cuts are so good, here still looks fantastic weeks later 😘

We have brought our dog, Nova, to Bubbly pup twice now! They are AMAZING!!!! The very first time going to them was our first time ever bringing our girl to the groomers because we had just gotten her! They were so accommodating and fit us in the day we called! They were so welcoming, sweet and put us at ease about leaving nova with them! They are quick, efficient and take such great care of Nova! She always comes out tail wagging, smiling and smelling fresh! They are just insanely nice, and genuinely care about the dogs! I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

They are the most amazing people. Best groomers. They do such a wonderful job with our pups. Lulu & Brady are very nervous but they love going there. They are kind and gentle. Took my 4 month old goldendoodle to get his first groom and they did an amazing job! They really put so much effort into his groom and he came home soft as can be smelling incredible. This was our first time using a groomer for our dog, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they exceeded all of our expectations. I have a large breed anxious dog, and they were great with him! They are super friendly, responsive and made us feel comfortable with the process. We even came up with a plan to help manage our dogs anxiety moving forward. Highly recommend!!

We have been bringing our dogs (now on our third) to Gibson's for daycare and boarding for years. They love dogs and it shows - each of our has had different personalities and needs, and all - from young to geriatric - have been well cared for and happy there. Highly recommended!

Do you love your pet? Of course you do! Please do not trust these untrained people at Gibson's in Grafton. We dropped our two, tail-wagging, excited & happy Border Collies off on August 27 and only one came out with us upon pick up 10 days later. The other was suffering brain trauma from the staff letting her suffer for at least 45 minutes with an epileptic seizure before getting her to her Dr. at Tufts, 10 min away. My little Ruby was hospitalized for a month and has not walked since. Please use extreme caution when boarding your loved ones here...I wish I could turn back the hands of time. Oh and by the way, Bob Gibson does not feel any responsibility for his negligence in getting her medical help right away, even though we were told that this was his procedure in case of a seizure on his watch. Buyers' Beware! And if I could have given this 0 stars I would have done so.

I love this place . Ive been taking Diego to the Worcester/Grafton st. location for over 6 years. I've never had an issue . I had him Lodge at the resort once and again no issue and honestly ....the staff and service are top notch Ive since been switching up daycare between both the Grafton & Worcester locations just to mix it up and so that my little guy Diego can feel comfortable & become familiar with all the staff and the environment provided. Bob along with the ladies @ Gibson are EPIC! THANK YOU ! You guys continue to provide epic service & my pup is a happy pup!!

My dog had a great time staying here once again. She goes to daycare here and is always SO excited to arrive. This visit we kenneled her for 12 days. She came home happy, tired, clean and silky from her exit bath. I have been kenneling my dogs with Gibson's for about 15 years and they are always wonderful.

My labs Gorham (10 y/o) and Iggy (3 y/o) have now boarded at the Grafton location on multiple occasions. When we get close to the facility, they can hardly contain their excitement. The staff are attentive and responsive, prices are reasonable and competitive, and most importantly, they don’t discriminate about specific dog breed nor do they require that your dog be fixed. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

We love Gibson’s. Our dog is always happy when we drop him off for boarding or grooming. Bob is very attentive and kind. Our sheepadoodle loves Kim the groomer. She really takes the time to make the dogs comfortable and at ease. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My dog loves to play at Gibson’s. I peek in the window before I pick him up and all tails are wagging!! The staff shows him so much attention and patience. They noticed some spots on him and pointed them out to me right away. He had been at another daycare and they never said a word to me . Super friendly!

We are truly grateful that we found a place that our dog Tripper absolutely loves!! He always knows where is he is going the minute we take the turn around the bend on 140. His tail starts wagging, he starts "talking" and cannot wait to get out of the car. Every person that works there Tripper greets with incredible glee and enthusiasm. Our pets are as important to us...and we want the best care possible. Tripper definitely thinks that daycare is his second home....we know that it's definitely his 2nd family!! He has been going there for the last 10 years, and I can't imagine him going anywhere else!! The staff is awesome! So friendly and caring. If Tripper gets tired from playing outside (he is an old man now!) and needs to have down time, he lets them know by going to the door and the staff lets him inside. The owners & staff have accommodated us every single time we have called-whether it be for last minute care or an end of day call asking "can he spend the night". They have never turned us away.

Linda, Owner of PAWSITIVELY PETS, truly adores and understands dogs. Our dog, a Samoyed, always has a good experience when she stays with Linda for boarding and is always happy to come back. Linda does a great job with grooming her thick coat and knows exactly how to pace this so she looks great and does well every time. Linda is a gem and we are lucky to have found her!

I am SO pleased I found Linda and Pawsitively Pets to groom our Cavachon! My pup is a bit of a nervous girl, and Linda did a great job of treating her kindly, and giving her a great cut! I could not be happier with her services, and look forward to having a long term relationship!

We love Pawsitively Pets. More importantly our dog, Poppy, loves going here. She is always super excited to get there and comes home happy and worn out. We have been using Pawsitively Pets for over 6.5 years now and can not even imagine going somewhere else. Having Poppy in a home based daycare/boarding makes it super comforting knowing that she will not be a kennel or run by herself. Linda is super friendly and accommodating even when we have called with last minute requests for boarding/daycare. I definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

So thankful to have found a cat groomer who knows how to give my kitty his bi-annual shave without stressing him out too much. She grooms him on Saturdays when there are fewer dogs around (which is a must for him because he is very sensitive and scared of dogs). When he comes home he is not shaking or upset like he has been at other groomers. She also ADORES HIM and snuggles him while she's grooming him, which reassures him and means a lot to us. We love Linda!

I have a long haired cat that had many mats on him. What Linda at Pawsitively Pets did was beyond amazing!! Not a single mat left, nails cut and all groomed. He’s a bit of a brighter so I’m not sure how she accomplished it but well worth the money! It’s hard to find a cat groomer. Definitely recommend! 🩵🩵🩵😸😸. He’s a happy kitty and I am more than a pleased cat mama! 🙏

We took our 1 year old boy, Teddy, to see Linda for a bath & trim! We were a little nervous because we know he can be a little scared - and he was! We were so happy when we picked him up and he was not only cute with his little fluffy self and his bandana, but also very happy. We can’t thank you enough for looking after our boy. Linda is very kind and sweet to my dog Shadow. My dog has been with her day care program for over a year now. Linda did a great job helping my anxious baby transitioning to a new environment. Linda is one of the few cat groomers in the area, but that doesn’t mean she’s not the best! She is very kind, accommodating, & respectful to us as owners, and especially to our feline friend. She performs an exemplary job right down to the nails. Our cat consistently comes back looking, smelling. and feeling so soft. We highly recommend her, and her prices are extremely fair. I recently started taking my dog, Daisy, to Blue Dingo Dogs for daycare and I’m extremely impressed with their services. The staff are certified in Fear Free boarding and daycare, which is evident in the way they interact with Daisy. She always comes home happy and well-cared for. The facility’s focus on low-stress handling and positive reinforcement aligns perfectly with what I want for my pet. It’s reassuring to know that Daisy is not just being watched, but also mentally stimulated and treated with kindness. Best groomer ever. I deal with a lot of rescues and I have total confidence in bringing them to these ladies and dealing with rescues a lot of times the behavior is questionable to say the least they handle it with ease confidence and sensitivity to the animal recommend them highly.

i have an anxious little guy and being in a space surrounded by other dogs and noises can be stressful for him. however, cheryl is so good with him!! i am very grateful to her for keeping him beautiful, clean and comfortable ❤️

We bring both our golden retrievers here for grooming. They do a great job at tubbing them up, clipping, and making our boys look handsome and they smell great. We are very happy with thier work.

This was my first time using Creature Comforts. We were forced to find a new groomer after the one we had been using suddenly closed. I am so happy we found them. I have a large Bernese Mountain Dog with a lot of fur and they did an absolute great job. They made sure to clean up the problem areas I had mentioned that were especially important to me (behind his bum and in his ears) They were also very fast! It took just over 2 hours to groom him. Grooming can be stressful for some dogs so I’m glad this was a quick session for him. Some groomers I have used in the past would keep him 6 hours! Would definitely recommend!

Creature Comforts is the best pet groomer we have experienced. They truly love dogs and listen to the customer's requests. We have 3 dogs groomed there on a regular basis and they are always so cute when freshly groomed.

Cheryl and Erica have been grooming my doodles for 3 years. One of my doodles is difficult and needs more attention. The empathy and understanding from Cheryl and Erica is very much appreciated.
