Amazing match was found for my dog while we were away in Asia. And am now about to book another pet stay . Fantastic service. You can completely relax it is extremely well run.

Am yet to use the service, however communication excellent, immediate response to email, most helpful and good advice. I contacted them because of good recommendations.

Wasn't interested in looking after our dog, after we enquired about dates they were already busy on they said they were busy and couldn't help, when asked about other dates they didn't respond to messages.

My dog loves it here. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

We went on a short vacation and could not bring our puppy with us. Happi Days looked after our little boy very well during our trip. Throughout his stay, they posted pictures of all the dogs in their care, so we could see how he was making friends with other dogs and was enjoying all the playtime. We recommend this great dog care place!

Our sweet, little dog stayed here for four nights. For the amount that we paid Happi Days to look after her, we then had to pay more than that again in vet fees to make her better after her stay. She came back to us filthy and stinking. Worse, she was utterly traumatised. Wouldn't move, wouldn't look at the kids, just absolutely a changed dog. God only knows what happened to her there, but it clearly wasn't good. She wouldn't eat for the first few days, and when she eventually did, she vomited it up again. Needed a load of medication and vet care to get her back to her usual happy self. Horrified by what happened to our poor dog. Goes without saying, will never use them again.

Our Jack has stayed at Happi Days several times while we're on holiday, and he seems to have a good time. They post photos on Facebook so we can see how he is.

We love them and our dog Amber loves them. We could not look after our furbaby without them. She was a very nervous and stressed dog before she started attending Happi days and now is lovely and relaxed and gets along with other dogs. We are so grateful for Helen and Emma and the team

absolutely fantastic, excellent qualified staff and plenty of them to feel assured your loved dog is in safe hands, plus they have loads of different areas and woodland walks, I know Queenie will always come home tired after non stop playing and she loves going there and good for her to socialise with other dogs. recommend ++++

Took our Cocker Spaniel there today for grooming. We attend Martlesham Happi Days but no groomer at present. Very welcoming staff and (Amy)? did excellent job with groom. Well satisfied and highly recommend.

Diablo loves this place, he can’t wait to get in there! Exceptional care, they really go above and beyond to look after our dogs. Thank you Happi Days!

This is an absolutely brilliant facility. Mabel loves it and all the staff love the dogs. Great socialisation, fun and care. Very flexible when needed.

Our little lab attends Happi Days every work day and absolutely loves it. They celebrate the dog's birthdays and always have themed events depending on the time of year. They also offer a discount if your dog attends more than a certain number of days a month. As of September we won't need daily day care for our pup but we'll still take him in on the odd occasion to see his pals.

So, so happy with the discovery of Happi Days! I thought it was just day care, I wasn't aware of the grooming service, a friend recommended them. We had Sophie as our groomer, the whole experience is a good one. You can feel the lovely atmosphere the second you walk into the place. Never been so impressed with a groomers, can't recommend them enough. I'd also like to point out the value for money. The amount of "extras" you get as the standard package is brilliant. For example, Pets At Home would charge extra for the nails cutting, Happy Days don't, that's just a standard thing they do.

Seems like a lovely place: we were looking for options on day time care from a surprise dog arrival. However, the cost was too much. I must specify that this is not a reflection on this company specifically. Dog daycare in general is an expensive cost which was something we cannot afford. This looked like the best in the area!

We take our dog to happi days and as soon as we mention the word she gets really excited. They do so much with her from partues to agility, walking in woods.

Plenty for dogs to do. They offer extras too for busy owners, like wash, groom, woodland walks. They take photos every day so you can see what your pooch got up to. Our dog has been for two half day sessions and comes home whacked but happy. Opens early and finishes late to fit in and the offer over night stays too.

Our dog goes to Happi Days Dog Day Care every week day and comes back home very tired so she must definitely enjoy her time there! They put daily pictures on facebook so that we can see what our dog has been up to. Staff are friendly. They also offer wood walks and other treatments but we have not tried them. I would definitely recommend them if you have got a high energy dog like ours (she's a beagle!). The price is also competitive in comparison to other creches.

Georgia is absolutely fantastic, Elvis our little dog loves her. Georgia is always so accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. I never have to worry about Elvis when Georgia is with him, she has never let us down and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Very professional and reliable service, we have a tricky rescue dog that is very reactive but Georgia was able to work with him. She walked him, boarded him and provided us with regular photo’s when we were on holiday and we were confident she could manage him safely (which she did). We would definitely recommend Georgia and ask for her help again, thanks 👍

We booked Georgia to look after our 2 dogs for our wedding, and the service she provided was amazing! We arranged for her to properly meet our dogs a few weeks before to get to know her as one of them is a rescue who can be quite nervous around new people, and they instantly loved her! On the day itself, she picked them up after we had our photos, walked and played with them and had them overnight. Her communication was great and she made sure to provide a family friend with updates to give to us throughout the day so we knew they were in safe hands. Weddings are already so stressful with so much going on, and she just made this aspect stress-free so we could enjoy our day without the worry of what was happening with our fur babies! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Georgia as a wedding chaperone for your dogs and for any other dog care services!

Georgia was recommended to me from a friend. I contacted Georgia as I was looking for pet care whilst I was on holiday. Georgia was very accommodating and explained in detail what she could offer. Georgia provided great service and I was supported with text updates whilst away. I was also alerted to a concern over my pets eye and I was able to reassure Georgia it was normal so no need to worry. I cannot recommend Georgia enough. My pets were well looked after. Clean. Well fed and able to be in their own home. Georgia cleaned up any mess and it’s so reassuring that this service is available. Georgia is so friendly and offers such a personal bespoke service. We have already booked her in for our next trip.

Georgia is absolutely WONDERFUL and I would highly recommend her services. She is professional, reliable and our dog just loves her. We never have to worry when Georgia is helping us out with either pet visits or overnight stays, she always communicates and sends lots of pictures and videos so we know our dog is happy. I can’t thank her enough and I’m so happy we found her!

We contacted Georgia to see if she would provide a cat visiting service while we were away for three and a half weeks. Georgia thankfully agreed after we gave a few details about our cats. Poppy and Barry received a first class service. They were very well looked after and well cared for. Georgia also kept us updated with regular texts. We were very grateful to Georgia for agreeing to look after Poppy and Barry as her business is centred around dog sitting. Cannot praise Georgia enough for what she did for us and everything was kept clean and tidy with all waste taken to the outside bin. FIVE STAR service definitely and thoroughly recommended.

Georgia has been walking and house sitting with our dogs and cats for a long time now. She communicates well and follows any requests to the letter. She is always here when she says she will be and has never let us down. I am so pleased we found her! 🥰 Our dogs love her so much, we say is Georgia coming today? And they get very excited 🥰 Georgia has stayed when we we’ve been away and also cares for our cats with love and care. I found Georgia’s dog care, like most of us find new services these days via a facebook search for local services available in my area. I know that this is how most business is advertised and services are found in this day and age. However when it comes down to finding someone who you trust to take care of your dog and give access to your home it’s a difficult service to find. Especially finding someone who’s a good fit and you feel safe with, there are so many people out there offering dog walking services that sometimes just think of it as a way to earn a few extra pennies and will be easy money. For those of us looking for dog walkers we want to know that we can trust them not just to look after are dogs but give access to are homes and feel comfortable that when we are not about are animals and are home are in good hands. Then there is the reliability aspect to find someone who can show up at the times we require so that it fits in with are working lives and are dogs routine. Some don’t see this as important , it’s only a dog I’ll get there when I get there they will be fine. Those of us hiring dog walkers hire them because we now it’s not as simple as that. So we ask for set times and just want those times met on a regular basis and maybe a little update after to say , yes all went well dog has been toileted and your homes safe. Well I work 2 jobs to support my dog and that type of message is the most important thing to me. To know my dogs ok my home is safe when I’m not around gives me absolute peace of mind. In Georgia’s dog care you will find absolute professionalism, from are first day meeting she was punctual listen to what was required not just for myself, but my dog to so much so that she thought best to meet him in a public place so she could see how his behaviour was and if she was comfortable with him. Before agreeing to take him on, not just arguing to for the extra money. Her communication has been consistent and excellent after every walk she provides me with an update and even a little pic to say how my dogs been. Her time keeping is excellent along with her reliability! She is often booked weeks in advance and I never have to question if she’s going to show up or not and do a good job. There’s no question Georgia’s dog walking service is a professional dog walking service it’s a great service to have found! So I highly recommend and encourage everyone to try.
