We are over the moon with the service Tess provides at Perth Pet Palace! We were very worried leaving our beautiful puppy Alfie with someone while we were on holiday, but as soon as I spoke to Tess I felt we could relax knowing he was in good hands! Tess is so knowledgeable about Cavoodles & dogs in general. Alfie even came home from his little 5 night stay-cay better behaved! Tess took him for many walks a day & pampered him with love. She also sent a billion photos & videos a day, which we loved! We will 1,000% be using her again for our next holiday. Thanks a mill aunty Tess! You're the best!

Tess has been Mabel's, our almost 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel's dog walker and sitter, since she was 12 weeks old. Mabel absolutely loves her walks and staycations with Tess and her other doggy friends. Tess treats all of her dogs like they're her own and when we travel, it's such a relief, knowing our girl is so well looked after. I would absolutely recommend Tess to anyone!

Tess recently looked after Oakley when we went on holiday. He’s never stayed away from home before so I was worried how he might go. I definitely didn’t need to worry. Tess and her gorgeous dog Ted E welcomed Oakley into their lives and home and looked after him as if he was theirs!! I got multiple photos and videos every day of their wonderful adventures and I could see how happy and settled he was. He even came home slightly better behaved so that was a bonus!!! If I could give more stars I certainly would. Tess is amazing!!

Can’t recommend highly enough! Tess is absolutely amazing with dogs. Our two boys, Bailey and Mo spent two weeks with Tess, while we had renovations going on. She was incredible - adventurous and fun, caring and generous with cuddles. Tess shared daily updates so we could see how much fun the boys were having. They had an amazing holiday and we could get on with things knowing they were feeling happy and loved. Our little cavoodle pup Angus has stayed with Tess a couple times now, and we would not hesitate to have her look after him every time we are away. My two cavoodles Layla and Bella stayed with Tess for a week recently and had such a great time they did not want to come home. Tess was loving and caring and exercised them regularly. All the staff at K9to5 Littles are just amazing. The way they look after your fur baby is absolutely top notch, so much so that my sausage dog is a tad depressed when he comes home! lol He loves it there so much. I’m incredibly grateful to have such a fabulous daycare for my boy to go & know he’s always in the best of hands.

We have been sending Sunny to K9-5 for the past two years and can’t recommend this doggy day care enough. The staff are amazing, Sunny is always so excited at drop off to see her friends, the photo updates are fabulous and the birthday parties are a highlight. It’s such a great way for Sunny to socialise with other dogs in a safe environment and makes us feel so much better heading to work knowing she isn’t sitting at home waiting for us to come home.

My cocker spaniel Reggie loves coming to K9to5!! He is now 2 and been going once a week for about 18 months. He bounds out the car when he arrives and is so excited to play. The staff are all very friendly!

I have been taking my doggo here since the beginning of the year and I feel so incredible grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare that he absolutely loves going too. It was the best decision we made, for him to be socalising with other dogs and being cared for by the amazing friendly staff. They have created such a positive community for all, it is an extremely well run business - I cannot recommend it enough.

My boys Tim Tam and Merlot have been to going to K9to5 daycare for over 13 years and they have received an excellent care from the staffs. They are always happy going to their K9to5 daycare as they can meet and make many friends and get a lot of attention and love from the staff there. I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about each and every dog. Our Zoe has the best time playing with her furry friends and always comes home happy and tired. The facilities are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. They have plenty of toys and activities to keep the dogs entertained. I also appreciate the photos they post throughout the day, so I know Zoe is having a great time. It’s clear that the team here loves what they do, and it shows in the way they treat the dogs. The team at K9 to 5 take so much care and love looking after our little fur babies. My dog Alfie has been going to K9to5 since he was a year old (now 4!) and I can confidently say he is delighted every week when we drop him off. We have been bringing our Gino to K9to5 for over a year and it's honestly the best thing we ever did! Everyone is wonderful here they take such good care of all the dogs, with lots of activities and fun. At the end of the day we have a tired happy boy that can't wait to go back and see all his friends!

Percy has been going to K9-5 for approx 5 years and knows exactly what day of the week day care day is! He is so excited to go and comes home absolutely exhausted from all of the playing! The staff treat him like their own and on the couple of occasions when he needed a little medical attention, they were amazing. The team have created a fun and safe environment for Percy to socialise with other dogs and it has made the world of difference as he has matured. He loves it so much, and so do I !

I have nothing but good things to say about this dog day care. Max loves his day at day care and comes home so tired it's made him an easier dog to manage at home to as he can be very high energy. All the staff are lovely especially the young lady who gives updates about how Maxes day was when we collect him on a Friday afternoon she is so warm and you can tell she loves her job, I so appreciate the extra help with training they do as we are working on Max not jumping on people and I really love the photos they take especially when it's one of the dogs birthdays it's so cute. Lastly I really appreciated the beautiful Christmas photo of Max they took and made into a fridge magnet for a little gift it's one of my favorite photos of him you guys definitely go above and beyond and it's really appreciated thanks again

Was recommended this daycare by other dog owners in our neighborhood and I would definitely recommend it to others as it's been amazing. Sarah and her team are very friendly and professional and take the time to get to know the dogs. They provide photos during the day on Facebook so we know our puppy is always happy. The area is spacious enough for our working dog and they have lots of obstacles and games. Our dog is always so excited to go here and doesn't want to leave afterwards. We have also seen an improvement in her puppy behavior since she started going here.

We have been impressed with how our dog chilli is looked after and welcomed in doggydaycare. The staff have always been welcoming and Chilli our dog loves going there. Chilli becomes very excited when she realises she is going and to us that is a sign she is well looked after at the centre.

Going on holidays has always been slightly stressful not knowing my mini schnauzer boys would be happy and get the same care and attention as they do at home. They can be a bit high maintenance 😆. Our boys have stayed with Jennifer twice now, and to see how much they enjoy their stay, the love she gave them, updates with photos and how now they get so excited to see her means that going away without them is no longer going to be stressful for any of us. Fast response, so caring and nurturing. Felt at ease leaving my boy Tux with her, he was so comfortable in her environment which is completely equipped with everything your dog will need. He had so much fun socializing, playing and going on walks. She updated me with photos and messages throughout his stay. So lovely to deal with will definitely be using her services again. Jennifer went above and beyond for the care of our dogs whilst we were out of the house for two weeks. She took them to the park/water a lot, made sure they were well fed and cared for. It was hasslefree even though we did give her some issues, but she dealt with them despite them being difficult! I am so glad to have found Jen! She is super accomodating as I need to drop my dogs off at 5:15am. She is easy to communicate with, keeps you updated and sends pictures/videos through out the day. It can be daunting to leave your dog with someone you haven’t met before but you can trust Jen to take great care of your dogs. One of my dogs (Gringo) is a handful and I appreciate how patient Jen is with him. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for daycare/sitting. Jennifer is amazing! She has looked after our dachshund several times and absolutely spoiled him with attention every time- he loves her! Jennifer has been really helpful and flexible and easy to arrange stays with. She sends regular videos and photos which is great. Our boy can be nervous and has separation anxiety but Jennifer is like a dog whisperer and knows exactly how to manage him. I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter!

Jennifer looked after ours two dogs Cleo and Goliath. They absolutely loved their stay and got to meet new doggie friends too. I would definitely recommend Jennifer to look after your pets as she is a true dog lover. She even sent us regular pics and videos as my daughter was missing them.

Julie's kennels provided excellent care for my Dog's recent stay. She entered the kennels with a previous injury which required 4 different medications to be administered during her stay. She had a bandaged foot which had to remain dry, she had to wear a cone, and she also required a prearranged vet visit to change the bandage. All of this was accomplished without hesitation. I would highly recommend Julie's kennels.

My dog has stayed twice now for a week each time. He has been happy and very relaxed away from home. Staff are passionate about caring for each of their guests. They were able to give me a detailed handover on my dog’s experience. What he did, what he ate, if he got on well with other dogs etc. I would definitely recommend this boarding kennel. Staff deserve 5 stars as well. Thank you 🤩

We had the worst experience at this kennel, staff lying and making offensive false comments about our dog just to prove she is correct. We previously had great service and accommodation for our dog when Shannon was in charge, but since she left, the service has gotten extremely bad! the owner, Julie, doesn't understand anything about customer service, rather than diffusing a tense situation, she further escalated it, she is absolutely irresponsible and very unreliable, don't trust your beloved family pet to these people.

First time leaving our doggy, the care seemed fine, I liked how they let the dogs have a play with the ones that get on.

We sent our fur baby in for a week.we have sent him to another boarding kennel before and he was happy and relaxed when he came back. We chose this place as it was nearer to our home.However, when we dropped him off he was happy. When we picked up, its been 2 days and he seems withdrawn and quiet with tail tucked under. He is always a happy and active boy, its sad for us to see him this way. Makes us wonder what might have happened.The lady at the teception seemed flustered and generally staff there did not seem friendly.We are definetely not sending our fur kid back there again. 👎

I can highly recommend Julies Boarding Kennels to anyone looking at boarding kennels for theirs dogs! Shannon was absolutely amazing with Amy and we are so grateful for the time Shannon spent with us leading up to Amy’s first stay. After a not so nice experience with another boarding kennel it was a huge relief to find Julies boarding kennels. We were so impressed with Shannon and Lexy’s experience with challenging rescue dogs like Amy, I felt extremely comfortable with leaving Amy in their capable hands for the weekend. Amy came home happy, content, soft and clean! Thank you both for taking such good care of Amy and bathing her! We look forward to using Julie’s Boarding Kennels again when we are away next.

Terrible experience. My male dog has been left with a female dog and the kennel owner found them "stuck" and it resulted in an unplanned pregnancy for the female dog. They didn't even contact us but were told when we picked up our dog. Very unprofessional and shocking from a long established boarding kennel.

Loki and I love coming here… Loki has his friends and his favourites… the staff are friendly and I adore Brittany and Lexi who have such loving personalities. When I leave my Loki Bear. I know he is safe and has a great time because he basically walks himself to the back door and barely says goodbye. Little jerk.

I can't reccomend these guys enough! Working FIFO sure has it's Downfalls around leaving my furbabies behind, however, knowing my pets are in great/safe hands makes it that little easier being away. Julies Boarding Kennels and Cattery go above and beyond as well as empathetic towards other people's lifestyles working FIFO. I also want to say thank you the Team and especially Tania (Reception/Admin) for all your efforts and always being in positive spirits! Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed, so thank you!😁

I’ve recently started dropping my border collie Goose off with Tracey at UpDogs and I can’t recommend this daycare enough. I get video updates twice a day of Goose having the best day and he comes home tired and happy. Highly recommend this place for your best friend!

Family owned which absolutely means family to my dog. The care and love given to my pup when she visits is amazing not to mention the above and beyond details too like homemade treats to take home after each visit and the special visits and birthdays!!! Highly recommend to any busy humans who are out all day and their dog could use some fun and running around

Our dogs love coming here! It has an outdoor area with grass, paddling pool for hot days, a ball pit, sandpit, and heaps of other activities for them! Tracy sends lots of vids throughout the day so I can see what they’re up to and the friends they’ve made that day. Super cute!

My 2yr old Cavoodle Charlie had his first day care experience at Updogs. Tracy is lovely & explained everything to me as I was a nervous mummy leaving my Charlie. Tracy also sent me videos of Charlie playing which put me at ease. Charlie had the best time with his new friends and came home and fell asleep. Will definitely be a regular at updogs 🐶😊

My 6 month old pup, Murray, has so much fun with Tracy at Updogs. Professional set up, caring owner and reasonable price. If Murray had thumbs it would be 2 thumbs up from him!

Updogs has become a wonderful part of Rebels weekly routine, she has the absolute best time and looks forward to every visit. Tracy is excellent, keeping me updated with lots of photos/videos throughout the day and even sends Rebel home with home made goodies, which makes the experience even more so special. I Can not recommend Updogs more highly, we love being apart of the Updogs gang!

Our spoodle Harvey just had his first half day at Updogs, and I was thoroughly impressed. He had the best time, and it was wonderful to see the videos of him playing and having such fun. I was impressed with the set-up, especially the sandpit and the outdoor area, and it's a great space for dogs to play or chill out. I was very comfortable leaving our furbaby with Tracy, who is obviously such a dog lover. I will be recommending Updogs to all Harvey's friends.

Tracy and her team are amazing. Teddy loves spending time playing with his friends and the setup is awesome. He was so tired after his first day he couldn't even walk up the stairs to bed! I also love getting videos of his day, especially while I was away. Highly recommended.

We have used AllPets several times a year for over 5 years now and have always felt that we are leaving our pets and home in good hands. We have had some excellent sitters - singles and couples and all very caring and very pet loving people. The girls in the office - Gemma, Lee and Catherine are friendly and Jan runs a very professional business. If we have been away for long sits (4 or more weeks) she usually does a visit to the home to make sure everything is running well. We mention AllPets House sitters to lots of friends and family and thoroughly recommend them. We are just home from two weeks away and we had an excellent young couple Celeste and Fernando looking after Teddy (4 year old Retriever) and Scout (2 year old grey cat). They sent us photos and updates every so often which is lovely when you are away from home and your 'fur babies' . We have our next two trips already booked for this year. We used Allpet sitters when we travelled overseas and I can’t recommend them enough. Robbie was our sitter and she looked after our cat so well! It was really peace of mind to know Robbie was there to look after her and we loved receiving photos and videos of how she was doing. We have used All Pet House Sitters twice now - both times we were away for approximately a month overseas and have been delighted with the service we received. On both occasions our house sitters had done a fantastic job looking after both our home and the pets (we have a 6 year old schnauzer/poodle cross and a 3 year old cat). The dog, particularly, can get a bit stressed when we're away and we find it is so much better for him to be cared for in his own environment and sticking to his usual routine. We have been very happy with the care and professionalism shown by all the Allpet staff who handled our bookings. They really understand the anxiety that many pet owners feel when having to leave their beloved fur babies and have thought through all the details very well. It is also reassuring to know that the housesitters have the back up of the office staff at all times in case of any unforeseen eventuality eg delayed flights back home or the like. We would definitely use Allpet's services again and are happy to recommend them to any pet lovers looking for reliable and caring house and pet sitters.

We used All Pet House Sitters to look after our very precious Dalmatian in August/September 2015 when we were overseas for a month. We were thrilled with everything about this service. Jan was so professional and efficient and was an absolute delight to do business with. David and Rachel, our house sitters were so gorgeous. We met them a few times before going away and couldn't of been happier. While we were away we received constant updates and photos which was brilliant. Our dog Lilly was so spoilt and so well cared for. We would definitely recommend this service and will be using it again when leaving our pets when we are on holidays. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We no longer feel guilty leaving our animals to have a holiday as they are just as happy being cared for by lovely people in their own environment.

When our original house / dog sitter plans fell through, we came across Allpet House Sitters. Jan and her team were very efficient with their communications, and I appreciated their thorough sets of documentation for us to prepare and go through with our sitter. Andrew was an amazing sitter, sending us regular updates, taking great care of our dogs, going absolutely above and beyond with maintaining and cleaning the house; buying us some eggs, bread, milk and a box of chocolates ready for our arrival back. Will definitely be using Allpet House Sitters again (and asking for Andrew!).

Our first experience with All Pet House Sitters was absolutely fantastic. Claire and Lucas were amazing with our little dog, two cats, goldfish, garden and house. They kept us regularly updated with news about the animals, and were such lovely people that all the dog-walking people at our local park will miss them (as will we). Alison and Bob were amazing. From the first time I met them, they gave off a warm and friendly vibe and our cat felt immediately comfortable with them. When we were away on our trip, Alison kept us updated with photos of our pets and any other info from home. When we arrived back from our holiday, the house was spotless, there was fresh bread in the kitchen and fresh milk in the fridge. It was just such a stress free experience and we would like to thank you for recommending Alison and Bob for our house sit.

My partner rang & explained our situation. They told us to come down straight away on Xmas eve. The staff were so fantastic & amazing. They check our GSD straight away & we didn’t have to wait. Morley Vet has been brilliant to us with our dog and also our little bird that had to recently go to Bird Heaven They were so professional and so sensitive and respectful to us and our little bird that we had since a very young age. Doctor Chase was amazing showing so much empathy and handled everything with so much respect We would highly recommend Morley Vet. I had to bring my guinea pig in on a Sunday, it was an emergency. Although my guinea pig couldn't be saved because of his old age and the severity of his ailment, and had to be euthanised, both the Vet and the receptionist were nothing short of lovely, efficient and sympathetic. Many thanks 🙏🐾🌈 …

If I could put ten stars I would!! We had to put my Dad's dog (Raven) into boarding as he had an unexpected stay in hospital. The lovely lady who answered the phone when I rang in a bit of a panic was so kind, caring and informative. When we dropped Raven off the staff were really friendly and helpful. We also asked if she could be vaccinated while she was there as she was due the following week and they were happy to do that. We picked her up today and she has come home happy and healthy. A big thank you to all the staff at Morley Vetcentre - you are all wonderful. We would highly recommend and will certainly use you again should the need arise.

Can’t fault them. They have been amazing with all our pets but especially with our Lilly who sadly passed away recently. They were so empathetic and they even sent a handwritten card to our family after she passed.

Outstanding customer service outstanding care for my cat the vet that treated my cat was so caring so knowledgeable told me from the start what my cat needed done gave me updates on the costs which were very reasonable considering my cat had to have X-rays and a surgical procedure done which the team done a outstanding job on my cats leg I just wanted to say thank you to Morley vet clinic and the vet that treated my cat and the caring staff

The staff here are amazing and apathetic. Our little ginger boy cat passed away yesterday and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

My much loved cat was a victim of hit and run, so therefore I am extremely grateful for the care they gave to Simba. Being a pensioner though, I am just sorry I will be paying it off for years to come!! VETS are very good.

I couldn’t recommend Emily enough!!! The care she has given to our fur babies over the years has been unmatched. She has a genuine love for all animals and goes above and beyond every single visit. Unfortunately we no longer use Pet Friends due to a job change and moving house however I would highly recommend anyone needing a pet sitter to use Pet Friends & Emily. We can’t thank her enough for all the love she has given to our babies- mostly to Luna love bug- we are convinced he loves his aunty Em more than us!! I highly recommend pet friends From the very 1st phone call communication was clear and Sharon did all she could immediately from then the service was started and my pets were very taken care of I felt nervous at the start but it was very short lived as everything is documented and the reports were excellent I cant thank you enough for the response even as my request was very last minute.cant recommend enough

It is always a little nerve racking leaving fur children at home, but especially when they are old. We were so relieved with the care and compassion shown by Jenny from Pet Friends in looking after our 4 cats - 1 requiring some special care. Receiving daily updates and gorgeous photos helped with our stress of leaving them home and allowed us to really enjoy our holiday knowing they were in great hands. She is usually very stress with stranger after attacked by a neighbour dog last year. Her first time boarding with Helen for 9 days when I am away to attend business conference. They are so nice, professional and patient with fare price. Elsa and Shelley are the best for taking care of Guinean pigs. I highly recommend them! They will send pictures and notes to me every time after they take care of my piggies, and they help me feed them and clean the space. They are great!
