Best boarding, daycare & vet. So thankful for Riverbend. They have always taken the best care of my dog Mollie and when she needed to be seen by Dr. Fay they took care of that. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my dog was well cared for. Thank you Sara & extra thanks to Derrick for taking Mollie to be seen. Ziggy loves going to River Bend Pet Center for Play Day. Staff make the experience equally as enjoyable for me. Does not get much better, it is a win win for all. Dr. Brandy Fay has been all of my pets Veterinarian (2nd mother), since she started practicing. No words to describe her excellency on every measurable level.

We love this place. My pup always loves coming here, the staff is great, good communication, and most importantly I feel like my dog is safe here.

My cat Cowboy received nothing but the best while he was boarded there. All the staff was so attentive and kind. Everyday on my vacation I received a picture and update in a text. It really made my vacation worry free knowing he was cared for with love.

Great groomers but I have been trying to get ahold of someone to just schedule a grooming for about two weeks. Left a message with a person who said I would get a call back, never did. Since then I’ve left two messages and haven’t heard anything back.

When a Dr Cares they GET DOWN CLOSE and PERSONAL Dr Fay takes every case every pet as if her very own, we know as she has been on 2 life threatening journeys with us and we have worked very closely with her over the years and seen the tears of sadness and joy in her eyes along with ours. She is ONE IN A MILLION. It takes more than a Veterinarian to make a GOOD DOCTOR. Anyone can be a Vet, not every vet is a GOOD ONE. SHE IS THAT ONE IN A MILLION!

We love taking our animals to see Dr. Fay! She is so kind & always remembers us, so I don't feel like I'm having the same conversations over & over at each visit. I also love her willingness to try different options to suit our family needs the best!

All three same. Litter babies been using Dr Fay since they had their first shots 9 years ago. Sadly the. Choc passed last year. But Dr Fay was compassionate and caring all through her illness

Absolutely Love Dr. Brandy Fay We had a pregnancy scare with our Labrador June, she rushed right in as; we got there before she did. She had a full day of surgeries spay/neuter scheduled. Took June back right away and was able to put us and June at ease after only about 30 minutes had passed. 2 days later... June welcomed 4 healthy Puppies, 2 girls then 2 boys. Friendly staff, clean, well put together offices. Love that they also sell great products, offer puppy classes, have a private dog park available for use and more. 🐇🐕🐩🐈🐾

We love River Bend Pet Center! We began attending the puppy socialization as soon as we got our puppy. It's such a good way to socialize pups safely while a trainer oversees to make sure the playtime stays fun and appropriate. She also gave tips and information throughout the sessions - it's like free training. Now we've also just completed Basic Obedience and it was a wonderful experience. It has made all the difference in making our puppy a well behaved member of the family. We're looking forward to doing dayplay and boarding there as well. Hannah is amazing with dogs and people. Her gentle but firm methods help both dogs and owners succeed. Beautiful facilities. All the staff is so friendly and skilled - overall wonderful.

Our first experience with Nelly's Ark was fabulous. I have two, very bonded lab/gsp pups, littermates 9 years old. Much to my surprise they did very well and we're very happy. I was also thrilled with the results. Of course they did not need clipping but they needed good baths to get a lot of hair out and they needed a good nail clipping as well. This is not something that they do willingly at home. One person they're even exclaimed how happy my boy was when she met him in the bath! I would have bet a lot of money that he would have had his tail between his legs and been shaking during his bath but no, he was greeting everybody with a smile and a tail wag. How could I give this place anything less than five stars!!

Going with a good middle ground 3 star review as I haven't had my pet actually stay here but I took a tour that left a bad taste in my mouth. There is only someone there about 3 times a day according to our tour guide plus kennels are wire walls, this makes me incredibly anxious for reactive or aggressive dogs who they say they will take anyways. No walks are given, just a short yard time. The facility seems run down and has an overpowering chemical smell. Just be cautious please. I went in to take a look before I scheduled to have my dogs there and this place only set me on edge, there's no way I'd feel comfortable leaving them there.

Our dog Honey Bear is a Chihuahua that hates people and will not trust anyone except her own pack, her family of humans. We worry about leaving her anywhere but this time we had no choice. She has a hard character as she will trust no one, but thankfully she was warm and safe and cared for for 5 days and 4 nights last Thanksgiving weekend. She was happy to see us and recovered quickly from her melancholy of missing us. We were thankful she was well cared for in spite of her being a little difficult with strangers as she always is. I've had other places turn us down because they couldn't handle her, but at Nelly's Ark they took good care of her and we are very thankful.

Our family had a Great Wolf lodge trip planned. We decided to board our 20-month-old, intact male GSD. My wife searched kennels in the surrounding area. Nelly's Ark came up as the best. There is a reason. First off, the facility is clean. You can tell they take pride in its appearance. Second, the staff is top-notch. They were professional, friendly, and respectful. The extra special care they provided for my boy Dutch, was immensely appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone looking to board their pup. Thanks Nelly's. 10/10

They truly care about our dogs and go the extra mile to be sure they're comfortable - whether that's during their grooming session or a few day boarding stay. My dog went in looking like a used mop! She has long hair and was a mess! She came out looking like a young puppy! Totally beautiful! The staff were kind and friendly.

Have taken our dog Lady there for boarding twice and will again for future trips. She's been well cared for while we were gone for a week both times. Staff is friendly and loving, you can tell they care. Boarding fees are reasonable as well.

Our dog is very sensitive to his personal space and can’t stay at other boarding services. We drove him down 1.5 hours from Seattle for 2 weeks and the staff took great care of him with zero issues- he came back a happy dog! It is well worth the drive and we are very grateful for how professional Nelly’s Ark is !

Amy and Rae took care of my kitty, Bella, while I was at a knitting retreat this weekend. I felt so confident that they would make sure that she was fed, watered, litter box cleaned and she was happy! They were able to give Bella her asthma inhaler which was so comforting to me! I will always use Oh My Dog Sitters for my pet's care in my absence.

Amy and her team are *great* and the Client Portal system is a huge time-saver. All of the sitters are great and the daily visit check-in, with an activity report and photos, is so reassuring. I would highly recommend Oh My Dog to anyone looking for a pet sitter!

Amy and her crew were the best!!! Came and met my animals before and then got on the floor with them and played. They made me feel so comfortable to leave all 4 animals in their care. They came 3 times a day and walked the dogs and loved on them every visit. Each visit they contacted me to say they were there, sent pics and then gave details of their visit. They let me know when they left and how the dogs went potty and what treats or food they gave them. Highly recommend Oh My Dog (sitters) I look forward to having them in the future

Can't gush over Amy and her crew enough. The care they take and attention to safety detail is top notch. And our dogs go bonkers when they see Amy or Brenda out and about, so I know they are given the best times on their walks and visits! With Amy and crew I know our kitty is well cared for while we are gone! I love the daily reports letting us know how things are going. They even take the time to ensure our hummingbird feeders are full. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Amy and her team are the best pet sitters we have ever worked with. We never have to worry about our pups while out of town, and get photos and written updates with each visit through the app they use (also super convenient.) They are understanding and accommodating of our two rescue dog's needs and quirks, and truly go above and beyond to make sure our dogs are happy while we are gone. We always use OMD to care for our precious pets while away. The team is very professional, caring, and attentive to details. I recommend them highly for both cats and dogs. We always get fabulous notes and photos while we’re away which gives us peace of mind on our trip, and our pets are very well taken care of, including meds as needed and special notes.

Amy has watched our cats twice now and she is awesome! She sends daily updates and pictures. She goes above and beyond for our pets and house and it really helps remove any anxiety we have with leaving our pets at home while we are gone.

I love the personal experience whenever I shop there for my dogs. Julie already knows what food my dogs need when I walk in. If she doesn't have something that I want in stock she will special order it whenever I ask. She is also very good about keeping in stock the foods that she knows we feed regularly so it's usually always available when I need it. I also love the convenience of all of our training classes being given here on location as well. Lisa is very good with the dogs and training the humans as well! 😁 This is our favorite and only pet supply and training center "all in one" go to! I highly recommend! 😍

I called before going, and the person with whom I spoke was personable and efficient so I chose that store. In person, she was helpful and made a suggestion which I took, and I left with a product that worked very well! I don't know her name, but will call her Starr. Just wanted the owners to know she is an asset to their business!

Great shop with knowledgeable staff who are passionate about pets! We did puppy classes here and loved it. Phenomenal doggy daycare here too. Well supervised and a well managed pack by confident, competent staff. Lisa is the bomb!!! She has worked with us 1 on 1 in our home. She really takes the time to listen, empathize and educate us. She is always honest, attentive and can read both humans and animals very well. No gimmicks, just results. She knows her stuff and is the sweetest ray of Irish sunshine!!!

Love taking my pups to classes there! Lisa truly trains the whole pack; dogs and humans. I've been working with her over 9 years with 4 different dogs. Some easy trainers and others with behaviors. She's got a heart of gold and really wants what is best. The staff is also very knowledgeable about the health of your dog or cat.

This pet store has a large selection of treats, chews, toys and more with prices that beat other pet shops by far. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable if you're in need of something specific. It's also the gateway to doggy daycare and doggy classes with the best trainer I've ever met.

I am so thankful for Pacific NW Pet Center! They have helped us narrow down food allergies, and have high quality food options (and treats) in stock that worked for our rescue dog with many allergies. When one of the dogs needed specialty food that they didn’t offer, they custom ordered it in! When one of my foster dogs came to me underweight and with skin issues, they provided guidance and options to help him get healthy again. Also check out their training company, Pest Paw Forward! They’ve helped me make amazing progress with my dogs, and foster dogs. Thank you Julie, Lisa and the rest of the team!

I'm so happy I stopped at Pacific NW Pet Center when I noticed their sign about dog training classes. Julie gave me all the details, including the surprisingly low prices compared to other places we researched. I could tell right away she has a great understanding of puppy behavior and training methods.

I love Bug. She's my favorite employee at any store I've ever visited. The ladies that work here are always happy to help you find things (like Bug), and have a solid amount of information and resources to share no matter the situation. One of them mentioned they don't (or try not to) carry any foods that have been subject to any recalls, and I think that's really fantastic and shows how much they actually care about your pets. Such a friendly environment with a great selection of natural foods, chews and treats! They are very helpful in assisting you in finding the best products for you and your pets. They also offer a variety of training classes and frequently host adoption events for a local rescue. Highly recommend! (Also, Bug, the shop cat, is the best little greeter)

I moved from out of state and was really hoping to find a great place to bring my dog for boarding and daycare that he would fit into. He LOVES it at Carolyn’s. With a not super social but really high energy dog, Carolyn’s is the perfect place for him and I always trust he will be taken care of and come home calm and tired. What you get for the price is definitely worth it. They have plenty of staff and care for all the pups and make sure they all are grouped together so they get along. Everyone is really nice and you can tell they really care. They post updates during the day which is a cute way to check in on your pup. Everything from our first meet and greet day to extended boarding, I know my dog will be taken care of and enjoy his time. Highly recommend this place.

We found Carolyn’s K9 Retreat earlier this summer when looking for a doggy daycare and boarding for our sweet six month old Aussiedoodle, Gus. They were very responsive to set up a plan to help Gus get accommodated so we could board him for our vacation in a month. All the staff members are so kind and loving to all the pups! Our Gus had some separation anxiety issues during his first doggy daycare stays and his first overnight stay. The staff was very patience with Gus and able to help him calm down and become habituated to the new environment! Gus was able to have a wonderful stay at Carolyn’s while we were able to enjoy a road trip through Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana. I would totally recommend Carolyn’s K9 Retreat for doggy daycare and boarding, especially for dogs who are not fully kennel trained!

BEST DOGGY DAYCARE IN TOWN! The space is great and the staff is super friendly. My pup gets very excited every time we drop him off, and fulfilled and exhausted by the time we get home. This truly is an outstanding place for your dog(s) to socialize and get their needed exercise.

This is like Disneyland for dogs! My dog loves this place and feels right at home here! She gets super excited when we arrive. The staff are phenomenal and very attentive. My dog is a smaller dog too and gets shy but the staff has helped her feel comfortable and welcome. She has made great doggy friends and loves staying here for the day or overnight. Your pet is in good hands when going to the Carolyn’s K9 retreat!

I LOVE this place. My pup is 1 month into classes & he LOVES it! I can hardly home him back when we arrive. When I pick him up, he's tuckered out from playing & learning. Bringing him here has helped my pup in solicitation & gives him lots of time to play with other dogs. Best part is seeing the daily pics posted on FB throughout the day while my pup is there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We are so happy we’ve chosen Carolyn’s K9 Retreat as our local daycare/boarding spot. We appreciate that they require a meet & greet and a full day of daycare prior to boarding to ensure it’s the right fit for everyone. We also love that they’re a no-kennel facility so our boy can lounge on a couch as he would at home. We trust their staff & know Wally is in caring, capable hands when he’s under their care!

My dog isn’t the easiest- Lola jumps all the fences, has separation anxiety and is on medication. I’ve never been able to leave her anywhere! Until Carolyn and her team!!!! Carolyn and her husband own this amazing sanctuary for our dogs! All of the employees are exceptionally caring and attentive. I now feel so comforted that we have found a place to care for our baby!!! They keep me updated as to how she is doing when I am out of town and my heart is happy knowing she is happy there.

Carolyn’s K9 Retreat is doggy Disneyland for our dog! He gets so excited when we pull into their parking lot and doesn’t want to leave when we pick him up! They send pictures and texts and treat him like family! I cannot recommend this place more! Simply one of a kind and THE BEST! Gunner will be going here forever! 0 stars. My dog went once and will never return. They advertise daycare and it is not daycare. I had a weird feeling so made sure to ask how my dog did and all 3 guys said she did great and got along well. I asked about the schedule as I heard my dog screaming and she was in a kennel (I specifically said she does not kennel). I was told daycare is in the kennels and get out 3 times a day for 20 mins. I can leave my dog in a house all day long for free. The website states daycare dogs kennel from 11am-1pm. They will kennel your dog all day. When I sent messages today attempting to address these issues for a second time I could not get an answer just nonsense beating around the bush. Don’t waste your money. Don’t put your dog through it.

My family took a 4 day vacation to Great Wolf Lodge and needed a place nearby to board our pup Arlo. He's a very high energy 1 1/2 yr old golden retriever and we had no idea how he would do staying somewhere besides his home for 4 days and 3 nights. But he did great. I can't say enough about this place. It's just a few minutes off the freeway in Centralia and 10 min down Hwy 99 straight to Great Wolf. The property is set back in a residential type area but off of several streets tucked back. There's a beautiful main home the family lives in and then their business is down a gravel driveway to the back. They have a very impressive setup. Several buildings with different purposes. Training, grooming, doggy daycare and boarding. When I saw the property and setup it was obvious they are devoted to what they do. Check-in was easy, I handed Arlo over with collar, leash, a new Tuffy toy with no stuffing, his blanket and his food. They will feed your pup what they feed their dogs for a small extra fee but we felt keeping him on his own diet was best. They provide a raised bed for your dog so we just brought his blanket so he had something from home. They asked about his social behavior and we explained he's gone to the dog park a couple times but hea not an alpha dog so we worry about other dogs being aggressive. So they found a nice female labrador retriever dog for him to play with during his stay. They are very careful to ensure all dogs are current on vaccines and that if dogs aren't fixed they are kept with other unaltered dogs. When we picked Arlo up he was of course excited to see his family. But he was happy, and it was obvious he was well taken care of while he was there. He had outside playtime and got to socialize and we were happy with our experience. Price of $35/night also seemed very fair. Next family trip we will definitely be using their services again!

I had a last minute grooming & single day boarding and they were very accommodating. A very busy establishment with very affordable prices.

I did like this place overall. When I took my dog home after he stayed overnight for a couple days with Centralia Pet Resort I noticed my poor dogs collar was overly tightened while he was there and he couldn't breathe properly and he was basically suffocating for I don’t know how long! So please make sure you examine your pets when you pick them up! I do not recommend this business for proper overnight dog care.

We dropped off our lab for the dog daycare service while we went to Great Wolf Lodge for the day. The staff were all super friendly! She seemed super happy to go and when we picked her up we could tell she had a great day of play. Next time we come back, we’ll definitely make a visit.

Our dog is excited to go there. As soon as she hears "are you ready for vacation," she runs to the door.

Second time watching my dog was difficult for them. They are pretty old and not able to handle dogs who have energy. IF you have a dog with a lot of energy DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. They can't handle it. Plus who knows how much attention they actually give your dog. We picked up our dog who was hungry and had blood shot eyes. Our dog was not invited back, not like we'd bring him back anyway. But they did try and take care of him and put in the effort so 3 stars. They seem pretty ok so I'm bumping it to 4 stars.

I took my daughter's husky here when she was in California to visit. They did such a wonderful job with her! Provided some guidance to my daughter on how to manage a husky as well as fit her collar properly. The difference in behavior in only one day was notable! We will definitely be back.

They were accommodating to our needs and came through last minute for us. A wonderful, clean environment. I find it reassuring to know they're there for future reference. I can't recommend them highly enough!

The best boarding facility, the owners awesome people. They took excellent care of my dog. The facility is clean and kept warm on the cold days my dog was there. I will use them again. I boarded our dog again for 10 days and once again they did an excellent job.

Dogs were fine after a week at this kennel. My frenchy came into heat and they kept her separate in her own heated room. We will use them again

We took our dogs here during spring break. Teresa the owner was great with them. If I messaged her asking for updates she was quick to respond and reassure me my dogs were doing good. We plan to use them again on our next vacation.

Country Road Kennels is the best hands down! We are so happy we found this place as we no longer have to feel guilty boarding our dogs when they are in the care of Teresa. Our dogs always get a nice kennel with real walls (not a wire cage), along with plenty of time to stretch there legs and/or lay outside under the sun at affordable prices. No up-charges for extra exercise or yard time! Not to mention that Teresa has excellent communication and always goes the extra mile with service and support.

They took wonderful care of our two four-year old German Shepherds that had never before been kenneled before. The girls came home happy and not the least bit stressed. Thank you so much! Dave & Michele

Great stay for our little doggo! Very affordable price and they really seem to care about the dogs. We had to cut our stay short unexpectedly and they didn't charge us for the remaining days without being asked! Looking forward to bringing our doggo back in the future.

Karen is seriously a master of her craft. When we first met her, we could tell right away that she's highly personable and extremely competent when it comes to dog-care. We enlisted her help several times throughout the years and every time our dog, Jake, was beyond excited to see her. She's professional, flexible, funny, and great at caring for our fur baby.

I hired Karen for daily weekday walks for 6 weeks. She arrives timely, has strong communication skills and my dog loves her! I was looking for service with someone experienced, trustworthy, reliable, licensed, and insured and Karen met all this criteria and more. Look no further for your pet care!

Karen is a gem. Reliable, trustworthy, prompt and very considerate. We've used her services for almost 2 years now, through the pandemic. She has been wonderful. Our German shepherd loves her and we do too. You could not find a better person to take care of your pet. 10 Stars from us.

You will not be disappointed. Karen has been caring for my pups on and off for nearly a decade. The last six months of his life my 100lb boxer stopped using his rear end. Karen came several days a week, put him in his wheelchair, cleaned up after him (no easy task), but most importantly, genuinely cared enough to help me track his needs. She took one of the best pictures I have of my old man. I took a few years to get my next dog, which Karen has now walked several days a week for four years. My dog LOVES her walks. If I happen to be there when Karen comes my dog does not even acknowledge my presence. Karen is communicative, reliable, flexible, and trustworthy. I have never once worried about my pets in her care. When my dog allows me to chat with her, I genuinely enjoy her company.

Karen is reliable and goes the extra mile. We have used her service for our kitty for several years. Karen is also a fun person to chat with and we know our furry family member is in good hands!

Karen's Walkies! service is outstanding. She's reliable, professional, friendly, smart, and a pleasure to know. She's been extremely responsive and flexible when our travel plans have changed on very short notice. She's great with checking the house while we're gone and she's very easy to work with. I'm so glad I found Oly Walkies! My family took a much-needed trip to the coast, but needed to find a reliable and trustworthy person to tend to our flock of chickens. Over a period of several years I used Walkies and the experience was very positive. Even when i had a crazy, out-of-control hunting dog, she was well taken care of by Karen and loved seeing her pull up with her own dog. The two became besties. Julie is AWESOME!!!! We haven't cut our dogs nails for YEARS because he hates to have it done and no one seems to be able to do it!! Julie jumped right in and literally did it in NO time at all and my dog had no problem at all. Thank you so much Julie!

My Tater and Tot have been going to Kissy Pet since she was just getting busy! They LOVE all the updates and play areas, they’ve done such a wonderful job making it the best area for dogs of all sizes and personalities. She does pick up/drop off if it’s an emergency without question, and of course if scheduled. Our dogs get so excited to see Christina and just hop right in her car! Our Tater is a little anxious and she is the perfect person to trust him with. I have referred a handful of friends and everyone LOVES her too! She is so trustworthy and it’s so comforting to know our fur babes are safe and cared for when we can’t be there with them. 💯 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We left our 9 month old labradoodle with Christina for two weeks and she’s amazing. She sent us pictures of our dog playing and having a good time with his friends everyday. She texted how my dog’s day went. Christina even brushed his thick doodle hair which others don’t do and even if they do they charge extra. Our pup came home healthy and happy. We’ll be leaving him soon with Christina again soon. She’s the best.

This is my puppers second home. He loves going to Kissy’s place and enjoy an entire day of playing and interacting with other friendly pups. Secure environment, and my dog definitely gets the same home environment feel. Highly recommended for any fur parents who are looking for a trustworthy sitter!

We've used Kissy's Pet Sitting a couple times now for long weekends for my shy and anxious dog. She always is happy when we pick her up! I like the in-home environment as my dog wouldn't do well in a kennel with other dogs. Christina is great with the dogs and very flexible to work with. My go-to place for leaving my dog for our trips that we can't take her with us.

Christina has taken care of our dog Phoebe multiple times, ranging from a few days to 2 weeks. She took amazing care of her every time and sent pictures and updates every few days, which was so appreciated. Phoebe is pretty slow to warm up but she was so comfortable with Christina and we knew she was always in great hands. 14/10 would recommend Christina :)

We love taking our lab to Kissys! Christina is so easy to work with and updates us on our baby. We know Shelby our lab is safe and happy and completely living her best life with the other pups. I tell all my friends about her and her business! It totally makes me feel like I’m dropping off Shelby at a friends house to play.

Can not recommend Kissy’s Pet Sitting enough! My pup has had some anxiety in the past staying at larger daycare / boarding facilities so the fact that Kissy’s is in home makes the world of difference. Our sweet girl will happily get out of the car for her stay and that helps so much with the anxiety I have leaving her. Christina was so kind as to send lots of updates while we were away for a week and even checked in with us when she noticed our pup was limping - I so appreciate the level of care. The booking and meet and greet process was super easy - 10/10 recommend!!!

We had a very traumatic experience with boarding in the past, so we were very hesitant and selective when looking for someone new to watch our pup Loki. Christina went above and beyond to keep us reassured while we were gone. Loki had an absolute blast, as evidenced by all the pictures and videos that Christina sent. I also love that she actively posts on Instagram stories so we get glimpses of Loki throughout the day. We have continued to use her services when we go out of town and would recommend again and again!
