Nick is fantastic with our dog Poppy! She loves it when he picks her up for a walk. As shes 14 years old and has arthritis, he has perfectly tailored her walks to accommodate her abilities. He even knows the days she’s wanting to do more or the days she’s up to a slower ‘sniffing walk’. There have been some days all she has been up to is a quick outing for toileting then back in for cuddles and fuss. He really understands her needs, which can change on a daily basis. In any case, he gets her out for some fresh air, old-lady bladder relief and provides companionship while we can’t be there. Thank you Nick! We couldn’t be without you.

Aurora is a fantastic walker. She really cares about dogs and Rhia was clearly very happy with her walks. I felt totally secure with her service. Aurora is great with communication and send great pictures. I would highly recommend and will be using again in the future!

I'm very happy with Aurora's help to look after Bobby, my cat, for almost a week. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with good experience taking care of pets. Aurora comes to walk my energetic husky Mischa for me every now and then - and Mischa is delighted every time! Aurora takes wonderful care of her, sending me tonnes of pictures of their adventures together, and is 100% reliable. She is even great for last-minute appointments (so long as she can squeeze us in) and is always very communicative. Would recommend her services to anyone!

Aurora has looked after my cat a few times when I’ve been away. She is trustworthy and I feel she really cares about him. She understands that a cat needs love and attention just as much as they need food and water. I can enjoy going on holiday knowing that my companion is being well looked after.

Aurora took care of our Boston Terrier and Vizsla for one night, and we couldn’t be happier! She has awesome knowledge, especially she knew how to work with our energetic Vizsla. Super responsible, she follows all safety rules, ensuring our dogs were secure and comfortable. Aurora is also very communicative, competent, and incredibly nice. She is not just a sitter, she is a dog expert. Highly recommend!

Aurora is absolutely amazing. She came over to meet my cat, Pigeon, before taking on the job to make sure they both got on and she knew where everything was. Then, she was super thorough and asked for lots of details about Pigeon and her health and who our vets were etc. incase of any issues when she was cat sitting. This was massively appreciated and let me know Aurora was an amazing choice as cat-sitter! I got pictures of pigeon when I was away so I knew everything was okay and I felt so reassured the whole time which meant I could really enjoy myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aurora for cat-sitting again, and can't recommend others do the same!! And see attached for some lovely pics of Pigeon and Aurora!

Aurora took really good care of my Penelope (cat) when I had to go away urgently. They got on instantly so I knew she would be in great company. I received an update and photos everyday which was a great part of the service and Aurora kept me updated on anything else that occurred during the 2 weeks. I could not be happier with the service and I know Penelope was really looked after. I will definitely be using Aurora's services in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

Our cockapoo has been going to Aurora since April 2021 (when he was about 14 weeks old) for daycare 2-3 times a week and overnights, and he couldn’t be happier! Aurora, Diego and her dogs are his second family - they’ve taken such good care of him, I really don’t know what we would do without her. Even since we moved out of the area last month, we still send him for overnights because it’s such a comfort to know he’s somewhere where he’s loved and looked after. We have also sent him for longer periods when we have been away on holiday and she’s been great. She is always very reliable, communicative and really knows how to take care of animals. Do not hesitate to book, but be warned, your dog may have a new favourite!

We boarded our 4 guinea pigs with Cailie during our summer holiday and we're really happy with her service. Great communication, very accommodating in drop off and pick up and they came home in great condition. Photos and videos of them during our break helped us feel confident they were happy and being looked after well.. thanks. Will be using again!

From being a first time pet owner not having any knowledge of Catteries I stumbled across pixi pet care online and made an enquiry (best thing I ever did)! Cailey responded in great detail to the things I’d need if I haven’t already done so immunisation etc she helped me step by step through the whole process of the pre booking. Through out our cats stay there we were kept well informed of how he was via WhatsApp videos which was really good to see as it put my mind at ease knowing he’s being looked after. For anyone looking for a cattery I would 100% recommend Pixi Pet care. I look forward to using them in the coming future.

We’ve been sending our dog to daycare with Cailey since she was a puppy. She loves spending her time there with her friends and we feel reassured to know that our dog is having fun and being looked after well whilst we’re at work. Cailey is a dog lover and was also a great source of advice and support for us as new puppy owners. The daycare service is also great value for money compared to other options in the area. Our dog Millie stayed with Lulu for a week. We couldn’t be more pleased with the care she received. She very quickly settled in and spent her time by Lulu’s side and sitting on her lap. Millie doesn’t usually take to people well and it was lovely to see her comfortable and happy when we collected her. Lulu provided regular updates on how she was doing. Very highly recommended.

So I booked my pug Lulu into daycare and was surprised that the lady at daycare was also called Lulu.When I picked up Lulu at the end of the day my pug was extremely happy. I would thoroughly recommend It's a dogs world London. Very clean and friendly environment.

My dog bubbles absolutely loves going to its a dogs world. My dog is such an awkward dog but adores lulu so much that she never wants to leave. I would highly recommend to anyone with difficult dogs, lulu is so warming and always updates me on how bubbles is getting on.

Our cockapoo just loves it at Lulu's. He can't wait to get there when we take him, and though he's happy to see us when we pick him up, he also doesn't want to leave! He's made some really good doggy friends who he loves spending time with, and he always comes back worn out - what more could we want?! Highly recommended.

Had a unexpected trip to go on, was sad to leave my baby boy behind but leaving him in the care of Lulu helped me feel better. I contacted her every other day to check in, after the 2nd phone call I realised I had nothing to worry about. She is the most caring person I have ever met I'm not a person to leave reviews but when I find a service that is competitive rates and great customer care system I just had to leave a review. I could not recommend this dog carer enough. Before bringing my dog here a had a conversation with the lady that runs it and she was ever so helpful answering all questions that I had to ask. After the conversation I booked my little basset hound friend there for daycare. When picking him up he was in the very best of moods and the lady said he had a very good time with the other dogs playing for most of the day which was great to hear. I will be using this service more often and I was extremely happy to hear that they also offer dog boarding so if I ever need someone to look after Homer while I am on holiday I know where to go. Highly Recommended

This is the second time I've had my dog with Lulu and it's been great to know milo gets his home comforts while we're away. Lulu is very accommodating and aware of my dog's requirements.. He seems very happy when we pick him up!

Lulu is a fantastic dog sitter, she always takes good care of our cavlier king Charles spaniel, Louie who is always very happy to come round and spend time with her. This year we were away for a month and Lulu looked after Louie during that time. He is always happy to visit!

Couldn’t recommend enough, My dog stayed at Lulus for a few days while we went on holiday, we always get anxious leaving our dog but she was great, she answered all our questions about him, and even went out of her way and made him chicken as he wasn't eating his food.

We first used 4 Legged Friends Dog Walking when our dog was a puppy. Sian offered puppy visits and even though I was nervous leaving our pup at home when we were at work, she put us at ease instantly, by sending updates and pictures. It was the group walks and time Sian spent helping him socialise with other puppies that made him confident and friendly little dog. Our pup grew to love Sian and everyone at 4 Legged Friends and we did too! Great service by lovely people with a true love for dogs. Always worked to accommodate us, even at short notice and our dog always comes back so happy and content. I would certainly recommend if you have a dog and are looking for a “home away from home” for them and a fun and sociable environment for their walks.

Sian from 4 Legged friends has been looking after my new puppy in doggy daycare during the week while I am working. The puppy has the most wonderful time. When she sees Sian she is so full of joy, it’s lovely to see. It means a lot to me to be able to leave the puppy and not worry at all about her while gone. She gets a lot of love and attention, basic training and can socialise with other puppies and dogs who have been vaccinated. Soon she will start joining the pack for walks. Sian knows how to best integrate her into the pack and how much walking is safe for hip health while the puppy is young. I can not recommend this service enough.

Sian and her family have been looking after our dogs since they were puppies. They have been the most wonderful carers we could ask for. Always kind and energetic, they genuinely care about the dogs they look after. I can honestly say we have never had a moment of doubt that our dogs are both safe and happy in her care.

Sian is the kindest lady I have ever met. She gives my boy, Benji, so much love and care, and he has the best time on his walks with Sian and the group 🐾! Sian is extremely professional, reliable and responsible. She has been our dog walker/sitter since Benji was born and has never let me down. To Sian it isn’t just a business, the dogs are her life. She treats Benji like he is one of her own, which makes me feel incredibly secure and at peace at mind when he is with her. I recommend Sian to every new dog owner I meet, not only because I want their pups to have a good ‘social life’, but also because I want them to see how wonderful and kind Sian is. I’ll use Sian’s services forever, and would advise anyone reading this not to look at anyone else!!

4 legged friends are a fantastic reliable service. My puppy Baxter is always SO excited to go on great adventurous outings with Sian and her family. They drive out to wonderful areas and local woods. They offer training and have nice small groups for doggy socialising. Baxter also loves playing with Sian's little granddaughter who is lovely with him. Sian has been extra helpful during Covid where we were desperate for getting a groom for Baxter. She gave us lots of contacts and now Baxter has a nice cooling cut. I would reccomend 4 Legged Friends to everyone that wants a reliable, friendly and professional service and the value for money is exceptional.

A wonderful holiday for our lab! We couldn't be happier with Max's stay with Southgate Dog Walkers. He honestly had a better time there than if he'd come away with us. Welcomed by the friendly resident dogs from the moment he walked in (and who he was still playing happily with when we picked him up), he was very well looked after in a loving family environment. We really appreciated our daily update videos showing him having a blast on walks and snoozing at home, clearly very contented and well-exercised. We've already planned future boarding dates with SGW as it's clearly a fantastic option for us in north London.

We have used Premier dog walkers for the past couple of years and Mark and Warren are fantastic. Our dog Maggie loves her walks and Mark has been great with helping us with her training! I would highly recommend them.

Sam has been walking my pup for an hour each day, Monday through Friday, for about a week now. He’s incredibly trustworthy—I’ve even given him a key to my place. Communication is excellent; he always lets me know when he’s arriving and sends pictures and updates during the walk. My pup loves him and always is very excited! Before starting, Sam organized a meet and greet to understand our needs and schedule, which was really helpful. He’s easy-going and has a genuine enthusiasm for dogs. My partner and I are getting weekly help from Sam, and it’s been fantastic! If you’re looking for a reliable person to help with your dog, Sam is your guy

Whisky loves his days with Woofy dog care. It’s a great chance for him to socialise with a few other dogs. He is obviously well looked after and the focus is on lots of walks in beautiful parks 🙌🏻 Sam keeps us updated with regular photos and videos. Can be unprofessional with booking and communications

We have only been using Sam to look after our dog for about a week now, and so far the service has been reliable, safe, and easy to arrange. When I am at work Sam comes to pick up our dog and drop him off after the session, and Sam is very trust-worthy. He sends photos and videos of them together so we know when he has been picked up and dropped off at home. I look forward to continue using his services and we are so fortunate to have him so close in the area!

We’ve been looking for a new sitter since our previous one moved out of the neighbourhood, and we’ve finally found Sam. Quite happy with the experience so far, our dog Archie seems to be happy to spend time with him and we received a lot of pictures throughout the day. Sam looked after my two dogs for two weeks whilst we were away on holiday and I can honestly say, I think they are missing him already! We were kept up to date regularly with photos and videos of how they were doing, which was such a weight off of our minds! One of our dogs has some health problems but Sam was able to adapt his care to ensure she was properly cared for- she’s definitely missing his cuddles! We will be absolutely using this daycare again when we go away!

I met Sam while walking my dog and we got chatting while the dogs played. He informed me about his dog walking services and as my job is hybrid and there had been a change to my usual schedule of being in the office, I employed his services the same week. I have found Sam to be really flexible and can usually book him last minute when something pops-up. He sent me photos of my dog Morty all day. Morty returned home happy and tired from having play with Sam and the other dogs for the entire day. I will be using him for doggy day care and dog boarding regularly.

Anna boarded our hamsters for a month during a recent holiday. Upon our return, we found them happy, healthy and very tame. Anna doesn't provide only a reliable care for animals, she seems to be able to train them as well. We will definitely use her services again.
