Katy is such an amazing person and caretaker for your beloved pet. She has watched my two cats a few times and they are always extremely happy after her visits. My shy girl hides from everyone but makes biscuits and purrs for Katy. She sends lots of pictures to keep your mind at ease.

Katy checked up on our 5 cats while away visiting family and sent us daily updates with pictures via email. We have nothing but positives things to say about Katy. Me and my girlfriend will be getting her services again in the future. Thank you so much. 😸

Katy is the best dogwalker ever! My dog, Mischa, and I miss her so much after she recently moved from Vancouver. For years, she has consistently made Mischa (and all the other dogs) happy and taken them on quality hikes. Katy is very conscientious and truly cares about the happiness and well being of all the dogs in her charge. She is also communicative, accommodating and understands the needs of dog owners. She always provides photos of the hikes and boarding and I was always at ease knowing Katy was taking the best care of my Mischa. Oh, and she also took great care of my kitties when they were alive. Katy was always 100% dependable!

Katy at Furkids is fantastic. She was our dog Jaq's walker and border and we are really going to miss her now that she has moved to Kelowna. Jaq was always so excited to see Katy for his walks and I had full trust that he was in amazing hands while we were away. Katy is a great communicator and would send daily pictures of all the adventures he was having, some attached here. I have already recommended her to friends in Kelowna and will continue to do so!

We love Katy!! Honestly, it’s been hard to find reliable pet care and our two little dogs don’t do well in kennels. We have a mini poodle and a shitzhu poodle mix. We found Katy through a referral and I can confidently say my two pups get so excited going to her house which makes us happy and worry free! She sends updates and pictures all the time and you can really tell they get spoiled like they’re her own. Yes, kennels are probably a bit cheaper, but knowing our dogs have freedom, friends, cuddles and lots of play time along with hikes makes home boarding 100x better. Dogs are so smart and ours have shown us when they don’t vibe with someone. They adore Katy and her two little dogs Kevin and Pogo! We’re no longer stressed about planning trips and who’s going to puppy sit. Highly recommend Katy for boarding, day care or even just taking your dogs for a hike! She’s the best! Thank you Katy for all that you do for our boys!

Katy is amazing! She took care of my very shy kitty for 3 weeks and Luna to my amazement was on her lap on the very first day! Highly recommended!

Katy is absolutely excellent. She’s cared for our dogs for nearly nine years. I really don’t know what we would have done without her. She’s welcomed our babies into her home and family like they were her own. Our dog knows what days she’s coming and eagerly sits at the door each morning for Katy to arrive. We have used all of Furkids’ services (hikes, boarding and photography), and couldn’t be happier! Everything Katy does is with care and love for her Furkids. Katy communicates well, always finds a way to help, and goes above and beyond expectations! She even includes amazing fun photos of the hikes each day! Choose Furkids, I promise, you won’t regret it!!

Katy was absolutely fantastic with our pup! He stayed with her for a week while we went on a vacation and Katy was lovely - she kept us updated with cute photos, stories and videos every day, and took him on great walks. She is truly passionate about giving the best care to your furkids, we can’t recommend her enough.

Katy is the best there is. She walked and boarded my dog for years but that was just the tip of the iceberg: she truly cares, she is 100% reliable, and she is a really wonderful person. My dog was so excited every time she saw her, which speaks volumes... and it was a relief to know she was in such good hands every time I went away. Katy is also awesome with cats. And you get amazing pictures! It was like losing a family member when she left Vancouver, and I don’t think we’ll ever be able to find her equal. Suffice to say, I would not hesitate to recommend her - walk don’t run to have your fur kids in her care!

Katy from Furkids Pet Care is truly fantastic. As most pet owners are, we are very particular as to who we entrust with our quirky boy, Bob the Dog - and back in 2018 Katy checked all the boxes, and we've been with her ever since. Katy is wonderful with animals - she puts their safety at the forefront at all times, and makes sure all her packs are perfectly suited to each other. She gives them so much love and attention, and Bob just adores her! On top of that, she takes absolutely stunning pictures on her walks - we always looked forward to receiving them after her time with Bob, so we could see all the shenanigans! While we do miss her terribly, we are happy for Katy and her new start in Kelowna, and highly recommend all of her services.

Sandee is amazing. Our two dogs both love it here. Treated well, many toys to play with, and a pool. They even got to pick their room!

Wanted to possibly book our puppy there and went to see the property & meet the Owner. The lot was filthy! No grass. What little equipment that was there was filthy. Crap everywhere/tools/broken wire fences. They keep dogs in a back shed with a futon in it & lousy loud rock music playing constantly. I was mortified. I couldn't imagine leaving my Morkie puppy alone in one of their sheds. The Owner was fake overly friendly but quickly lost her patience. The property is NOT what it portrays on the website. We drove away thinking "no way". We left our puppy with another establishment.

We've been taking our dogs (and cats) to Whiskers and Woofers for years and I'll tell you that this is hands down the best place you'll find for boarding your pet. My dogs are always super excited when we drive up to the property because Sandee shows them so much love and attention and there is plenty of room for your bowser to run and play. She'll even tell you what friends they made during their visit and what they enjoyed. You might be on vacation while your dog is here, but certainly your dog is having more fun than you. Expect your pooch to sleep well once you return home as they get lots of exercise and attention.

Where do I start?! Lets start with the recommendation, if you're looking for an excellent place to have your puppy stay while you're away and know that they will be looked after, this is 100% the place for them to go. I dropped our two puppies off before we went on holidays and would receive updates throughout our time away. Whiskers and Woofers had been recommended to us by our doggy daycare. We came home to our puppies being happy and clearly well cared for. Sandee, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for looking after our girls while we were away. It had been over two years since we had travelled and we were both comforted knowing that they were being looked after. Circumstances what they were, we were also very thankful that our Winnie was in great spirts and that she spent her time doing what she loved, playing, socializing and napping. We have you to thank for that. :) Cadence will be back the next time we are in need of someone to look after her. Thanks again -M&A

Great individual care of our pet. This not a kennel with a bunch of cages your pet gets stuffed in. It is a ranch up in the hills and very limited pets taken per day. Our dog has special needs and is looked after very well. Text and picture updates if you ask!! Sandy is a true animal lover and we couldn't feel more comfortable leaving our pet there.

Our rescue girl LOVES Sandee. Our girl is afraid of her own shadow half the time and doesn't have much trust in humanity anymore, but just adores Sandee. As soon as we say her name she gets the full on head tilt and starts doing zoomies because she knows she gets to go play and rip around. Sandee always takes good care of my baby and sends pictures if we are gone for extended period of time. She is the best, hands down!!!

We love (as does Jordie) Wiskers and Woofers. He is always treated very well and enjoys his stay. Sandee us wonderful to all the furry kids!

We absolutely LOVE Sandee and Whiskers & Woofers! Our dog is deaf and we have always been concerned about leaving her at regular kennels of fear that she won’t get the special attention she needs. We trust Sandee with our pup and our pup absolutely LOVES going to play all year ‘round! There is no one else we would leave our pooch with. Thanks Sandee!

Sandee makes me feel safe to leave my precious baby. I am consistently impressed by the calm environment. When the fires came, Sandee managed the animals' trauma with grace and professionalism. I highly recommend this facility.

Our puppy (well not so puppy anymore) loves doggie day camp, meeting other pups and she always comes home happy. Our four cats stay with Sandee too, but being cats they would much rather be home scritching our furniture - next best thing to Home tho! We were going to give Whiskers a one star review cause we are a bit selfish and particular and want to be able to book at the last minute :)

We are so grateful to have found Dogsters! Upon adopting our little Mitty—a ten pound, rat terrier/Scottish terrier/mini pin—as a rescue, we recognized the value of socialization with other dogs, but were feeling a little nervous about how to do so. Jan from Dogsters was so kind and understanding, easing our anxiety with her gentle guidance & reassurance. Mitty is now a happy little camper, playing with his new doggo pals every week at Dogsters Daycamp!

Our puppy loves to go to Dogsters, is happy when we drive up and always comes home tuckered out afterwards. Jan knows our puppy well and how she likes to play and also when she's tired and needs a rest.

We highly recommend Dogsters Day Camp! Jan is amazing with the dogs and is committed to giving every dog the best care she can. Whether we need day care or overnight care, Jan is available and responds quickly. The acreage is ideal for the dogs to get fresh air all day, socialize, run, and burn energy. Our Labradoodle's tail wags frantically when he hears Jan's name because he knows the adventure that lies ahead! He has been going there since he was a puppy after we had an awful experience at another daycare in Kelowna and we feel very blessed to have found this hidden gem!

Lenny, my three year old Aussie/Sheltie cross has been attending Dogsters both the day camp and for boarding for over a year now; most recently, he boarded there for nearly three weeks, whilst I was away on vacation. I am so happy with Dogsters. Jan clearly loves dogs and her actions show that. Lenny was nervous at first; just his nature; now he thoroughly enjoys being at Dogsters, I typically take Lenny to Dogsters twice each week, and Lenny gets excited before we arrive; quickly jumps out of the car and runs to be let in. Great place. I cannot recommend it too highly.

Our boy Norman loves going to Dogsters! Very calm and clean environment! Jan is great:) Norman gets wildly excited when we mention we’re heading to day camp!

Hands-down, the best place in Kelowna. Hugo visits Jan and the doggy crew every summer for the past two years now. Soon as we pull up, he’s howling in the car and wagging his tail ready to meet his friends for the day!

Maxi had a great time running and playing with all his newly made doggy friends at Dogsters! We appreciated following @dogstersdaycamp on Instagram to keep up with our boys latest shenanigans and playful wrestling matches. We felt comfortable and trusted Jan to provide the best care for our fur baby while we were away. She was very accommodating and allowed us to pick Max up for family time during the day on the Okanagan Lake and drop him off for sleep overs at night where we are sure he and his friends partied all night. Would highly recommend Dogsters Day Camp to families looking for someone to treat their pets as one of their own until they're back in your care.

Amber loves going to Dogsters, has fun time all day and has learned so much while she was there. Dogsters day care are fantastic. I wish I could come with her.

My dog loves going there. she has been boarding there quite and lot recently, and she does really well. Its a wonderful place to leave your dog.

We are so pleased to find Dogsters Day Camp for our precious French Bulldog, Ace. From our first meeting with Jan, we felt at ease leaving our boy knowing that safety is her number one concern with all the dogs. Ace is excited for his visits, and very relaxed when we arrive to pick him up!

I am blown away by Dogg about boarding services :) Linda and Arthur, the owners, and the staff provide compassionate, knowledgeable, attentive, patient and highly experienced care. All the staff provide a loving, attentive, nurturing environment. The facilities are immaculate, modern, comfortable, and well equipped. My dog, Daisy looks forward to coming to daycare during the week and gets along well with all of the other dogs. Like one big family. The expert training and personalize care have made a huge positive result in Daisy’s behavior. I would highly recommend anybody who needs great care for their dog to sign their family member up to Dog about boarding.

After moving to West Kelowna over a year ago, I needed to find a daycare and boarding service for my (then) 8 month old Berniedoodle. We tried a few other places both in West Kelowna and Kelowna and they certainly were not the fit for Monte. Then we came across Linda and Art - from the initial contact and the interview process I was impressed! And then we started going and getting to know them and that was it! Their dedication to their work, their love for what they do and the level of care they have for my Monte is second to none. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed this last year without Auntie Linda and Uncle Art! They have expanded their team and seem to have found individuals who share the same mentality for the work they do and care for those who attend. Thank you both so much!!

My dog Brigus has had the very best experience at Doggabout Daycare and Boarding. He attends twice a week and can’t wait to go in. He boarded for 6 nights while we were on holiday. I can’t recommend them enough for the best facility and personal care that he is given. If you need a safe and happy place for your dog to have fun and socializing give them a call.

My dog used to dislike being dropped off at other peoples houses, daycares, boarding places and Kennels... But man does our dog LOVE to go to Dogg About. Makes my wife a little Jealous on how excited our dog get's when she knows she's going to spend the day there. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Lynda and Art. My dog is high energy w/ high separation anxiety. Art and Lynda were patient and provided me with much guidance after working to see that she would integrate with the dogs that are already here. They did not take her in without checking both myself and her were a fit which is significant to me as new dogs have to work with my dog and that provides me with significant comfort everytime she is dropped off. I could go on and on but the facility is clean and Art and Lynda truly care about your furry family.

We highly recommend this place! Arthur and Lynda are wonderful! My dog gets so excited we go there and is so tired when he gets home! We love the Instagram reels of dogs enjoying their time there!

Can't say enough good things about Arthur and Linda at dogg about! Our golden absolutely loves going there as apposed to a different dog daycare where he would flop outside the door and did not want to be there. Will always recommend dogg about to anyone asking about a really good daycare and boarding!

Lynda, Arthur and the staff at DOGG About have a done a fabulous job with our dog since starting doggy daycare a few months ago. Five stars!

We have been taking our 3 year old French Bulldog here weekly for almost 2 months now and he absolutely loves it. The owners Lynda & Arthur are amazing and love all the dogs like their own! The facility is awesome and very clean! We are so happy we found them & would highly recommend!

The facility is very clean. The staff are very nice and clearly love the dogs. They are particular with how things are done in the best interest of the dogs.

Sue is absolutely wonderful. We have hired her multiple times to care for our 2 cats and she is quite the cat whisperer. Sue is punctual, always sends lots of messages and photos and we always come home to a clean house. We never worry when Sue is looking after our girls!

Sue was absolutely great. You can see she loves what she does and really cares for the animals. Was able to squeeze me in on short notice, really cared for our cat, always showed with all the attention given to her. Communicated extremely well with messages and videos to give us a peace of mind. And as a business carries it professionally with proper paperwork and information exchange.

Sue has been a lifesaver for me and my two cats - one diabetic. Managing a diabetic cat can be quite stressful and finding somebody as wonderful as Sue has been a huge relief for me. The regular messages and videos she sent during her visits assured me that the boys were content and clearly bonding with Sue. Knowing my diabetic boy was was healthy and genuinely happy in her care alleviated the stress I always feel when I'm away. Sue's attention to detail was much appreciated - from ensuring she had my authorization for emergency vet care if needed, to keeping the litter box sparkling clean. Without a doubt I'll be turning to Sue for my future pet sitting needs Thank you Sue for your exceptional care and genuine love for my furry boys!

There are lots of pet sitting businesses out there. This isn't one of them. When Sue says "We love them like you do" she isn't kidding one bit. Not only would our cat, without a doubt, move in with Sue in a heartbeat given the opportunity, I'm quite sure he loves her more than he loves us. Sue has not only taken care of our feisty ginger tabby multiple times a year when we go away, she has absolutely gone above and beyond anything I would imagine a pet sitter would do. I can't count the times Sue has waited for him to come home in the evenings to make sure he was okay, or gone back to check that he made it home from his adventures. Our dogs adore Sue, and during our sweet 14 year old dog's last year of life when he barely made it up on his arthritic knees, she was the one he would stand up for to greet at the door with kisses, so happy to see one of his favourite people. Sue has stayed with one of our deathly ill backyard chickens while we were away skiing in the winter when she suddenly took a turn for the worst, and was willing to take her in to have her put down if necessary. There simply isn't enough space here to describe how quite literally Sue takes care of other people's pets as if they were her very own. I would not leave my animals in anyone else's care. We book our vacation time around Sue's availability because leaving them with her gives us the most priceless thing of all- complete peace of mind that our animals are taken care of with so much love. Sue is professional, caring, quick to act when necessary, a pleasure to communicate with, always friendly and flexible and has a great deal of experience with all types of animals and a range of needs. My favourite part of going away is getting daily videos and photos of what our fur babies are up to when we are away, it's not necessary but so appreciated and such a kind gesture. Sue ensures that our animals are taken care of from the beginning right to the moment I walk through my front door when I return, ensuring that we text to let her know we have arrived and our pets are safely in our care again. This is not the kind of pet sitter that you can just find anywhere, Sue is an absolute gem with a heart full of love and we are so fortunate to have found her!

Sue is the best. Extremely reliable and professional. Constant videos and pictures of my cat while I'm away eases my mind. I recently had a cancelled flight and she was able to check in on my cat within minutes! Her performance is truly beyond what is reasonable to expect! I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Sue and Ben are truly the most caring pet sitters ever! My Lucy's needs are always first and I never worry about her when I pick her up. I love their flexibility in when I can pick her up and drop her off. True gems K-Town Cats and Dogs!!

Sue is a lovely person and brings a high level of professionalism and dedication to caring for pets left in her care. She recently took care of our cat, Coco, for 2 weeks while we were out of the country on a family vacation. We were worried about leaving Coco but Sue communicated with us daily, via email and/or text, and we could see that she and Coco were bonding and it was going well. Sue has an affinity for cats and truly enjoys them! Coco was happy to see us when we returned but spent several days watching the front door to see if her friend Sue was coming to visit. Cats! Had to do 2 out of town trips back to back, new in town, and luckily found Sue! The vet had not updated all my dog's shots, so he couldn't go to a kennel. Sue came and met us and Moozie loved her! She came 3 times a day and fed, walked and spent time with him. He was just fine when I got home and I was very comfortable leaving him in Sue's care! Would definitely recommend Sue to anyone needing "fur baby" care!!!

Best Cat-sitter in the world. I have a very shy cat who runs under the bed anytime someone comes to the condo, within minutes Sue had my cat come to her. Sue is awesome, I call her the "cat whisperer". While I was away, Sue sent me an update every day showing me her interaction with my cat, she was purring, rolling over, being petted and she even let Sue brush her. I really appreciated the updates and I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with K-Town Cats and Dogs. I strongly recommend this business to anyone looking for an extremely caring pet sitter!!!

The Shardlows and their staff are so great! We are so thankful they were available to accommodate our anxious dog, Gus. It’s not always easy to find a kennel that is set up for Gus as he can be barrier reactive and dog selective. I loved that the kennels are private, with their own indoor/outdoor space. The team also assessed our dog to ensure he had suitable play mates for his behaviour. We received a photo update which was above and beyond, and we were so thrilled to hear he bonded with a few team members and was able to enjoy himself and the refreshing doggy pools they have set up! I really appreciated the thorough intake form, and in-person followup discussion at drop off. I felt they took the time to understand our dog’s needs ahead of time, which was greatly appreciated and reassuring. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area, thank you so much!

I take my special needs kitty Tiger here frequently when I am away over the weekend and she is always well taken care of. The staff is lovely. Only wish they had some extended pick-up times in the evening as it is sometimes hard for me to pick her up before 6 pm. Thanks Team KPR for looking after my baby when I can’t!

Having a dog who is sound sensitive and leash reactive can be a challenge especially when having to kennel them. The staff at Kelowna Pet Resort have always gone that extra mile to ensure our pet has a comfortable stay. Daily emails are shared to keep us informed of how his stays are going. We recently boarded our two fur babies here for the first time and were so pleased with our experience! We very much appreciated all the care that was given to our two dogs while we were away getting married. They are very kind, prompt and accommodating with their communication. Their buildings are beautiful and kept in pristine condition. I have never been to a boarding facility that smelled so clean and nice. Our boys even smelled great upon pick up which is a big feat of its own! They were so happy and healthy when we picked them up too! I feel so happy to have found a facility we can trust so whole heartedly!! :)

Kelowna Pet Resort is the BEST! Our lil’ man, Simba, was in their care back in April. Staff at the resort were very friendly, informative, accommodating & kept us up to date on everything. Email response was fast & online booking was easy. We were beyond excited for Simba to have his own private catio attached to his suite. We are confident he enjoyed his stay, as we were returned with a VERY happy kitty. Thanks so much to everyone at the resort! ❤️

Highly recommend the Cat Boarding at Kelowna Pet Resort! My beautiful very elderly (~24 years old) cat stayed with them Apr 19-28 and was so well cared for by the staff. They were able to accommodate her feeding schedule, medication, and keep track of her bowel movements. During the tour I did a couple weekends prior, I was able to pick out which room I'd like her in as well as the furniture for it (to allow her visibility out the window without her having to jump onto anything taller than a chair) and I brought her favourite pillow and blanket for her room. They also sent me emailed updates to ease my anxiety as she's got a few health concerns, and some beautiful photos! On top of all that, the cost is very affordable. I will absolutely be using their cat boarding services in the future.

We had such a great experience with Kelowna Pet Resort. I messaged them very last minute, only 2 days before leaving on a 10-day trip, and they replied back immediately, accommodating all our needs. I was blown away by the amazing level of customer service from all of them. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Aliza and Diana the most, and I have nothing but great things to say about them! Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your animals are comfortable, AND they make sure the owners feel comfortable too by sending updates whenever asked. They also sent a few photos while we were gone, too. They always replied within the hour to any of my emails and have always been so helpful! 100% would recommend!!! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you, everyone, for taking such great care of my two cats, Polly and Tigger! 😻😸

Dianna and Brad are so warm and kind. They made us feel so at ease leaving our dogs with them for the first time. The best place in Kelowna for boarding and daycare services for your pet!. Situated just minutes from the airport in the Glenmore area is the cutest little hobby farm with four stand alone buildings each dedicated to caring for big dogs, little dogs, cats, and daycare guests.There are lot's of fur-iendly and knowledgeable staff caring for the pets, luxurious suites for your pet to stay, and large play areas both indoors and out. I never worry about my pets while I'm away and they are all always so excited coming up the driveway to the resort! I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is-I won't take my dogs anywhere else. I love the Kelowna Pet Resort!

Well, it’s with great sadness that I tell you that my Eddie Munster passed away. He lived a good long life 16 years. Eddie had a great disposition, and he was just very sweet. He was so loyal to me, it was unreal how loyal. He always had to have me in sight. I’m so grateful I had 16 beautiful years with him.And pretty much all of that time he has spent his holidays at Barknfly. He had a lot of fun there. I know that I can see that from the pictures. I am very grateful for the love and care that the staff of Barknfly have given Eddie over all these years, Whenever I was on holidays, I always felt at ease That he was in your care. so thank you very much Barknfly staff, you guys were great. From the bottom of my heart I thank you.❤️

Bark n' Fly Dog Daycare and Boarding has been absolutely wonderful for our dog, Hobbes! Recently, we had to extend Hobbes' stay twice due to my husband's unexpected illness, and the team could not have been more understanding and accommodating. They rearranged things seamlessly to keep Hobbes with them for longer, and we are so grateful for their flexibility. Hobbes is always so eager to jump out of the car when we arrive—it's clear he loves his time there! He enjoys playing with the other dogs and soaking up all the attention from the amazing staff. They got to know him right away, and we love hearing the fun stories they share about Hobbes' adventures when we pick him up. A special thank you to Tammy, who went above and beyond to help us during a difficult time. It's such a comfort knowing Hobbes is in such loving, capable hands when we're away. Highly recommend Bark n' Fly for anyone looking for a caring and fun place for their furry family member!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family, and it was clear that they truly cared about Brandi’s well-being. They took the time to get to know her, ensuring she was comfortable and happy throughout her stay. Brandi can be a bit anxious, but the team at Bark N Fly tailored their care to fit her specific needs. They provided regular updates , which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Staff are friendly they treat your dog like family. Lots of space to run and play. Good value for price my pup us always tired when he gets home and loves going there.

I used Bark N' Fly ever since I moved to Kelowna 13 years ago and it's the absolute best temporary housing for my cat. I will never take her anywhere else. They post photos of your pet every week day on their FB page to have little updates and give the pets lots of love. Tammy has been so helpful and knowledgeable, she goes above and beyond for your animal(s). She personally picked up my cat when I was in a bind and dropped her off when I got home, although the shuttle service isn't in season. I highly recommend Bark N' Fly to anyone who truly loves their pets and wants to leave them with a trustworthy kennel!

I can't say enough good things about the service provided each and every time we use Bark n' Fly! The staff is super helpful and friendly and both our pups come home happier than they were we dropped them off! This is dog boarding done right and Kelowna residents are lucky to have a place their dogs can call a "home away from home".

So so so happy with this kennel. My little pup came back pooped from playing so much! We saw lots of pictures of her playing with the pups as well! Check in was great and staff were really open and responsive to questions as it was our first time sending our pup there. Would recommend.

We have used Bark & Fly previously for our 12 year old border collie, but only for daycare and our dog always seemed very happy when we picked him up at the end of the day… This time we were going on a two week vacation and could not take our 2 dogs with us so we had to Board our loyal companions at Bark & Fly in a deluxe kennel for 2 …We were very nervous with our decision because we normally take our dogs with us on vacation in our motorhome but this time, we were going on a cruise ship and couldn’t take them So off to Bark and Fly they went for two weeks and when we got back from our trip they looked extremely happy, healthy & clean and there were no Issues at the kennel with our 2 dogs it’s an extremely clean facility and the staff is top-notch as they really seem to love the animals and their jobs that they do so very well…This is truly a five star pet resort and worth the money that we paid for their accommodation care & attention while we were away (peace of mind) Thank you Bark and Fly staff very much for looking after our pets… we highly recommend this facility for your furry companions 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Woofy World! From the moment I reached out to them, I was met with incredible friendliness and professionalism. The team is extremely attentive and clearly passionate about what they do, demonstrating a deep knowledge of dog care and training. Juliana, who assisted me directly, was exceptionally attentive. The kennel environment is impeccably clean and well-organized, providing a safe and comfortable space for the animals. It is evident that they strive to maintain the best possible conditions for their four-legged guests. The dogs have spacious areas to play and socialize, which made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog there. I highly recommend Woofy World to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to leave their pet. The dedication and care of the team are truly unmatched. We left our senior dog on long-term stays with the Woofy team twice in the past two years. The whole team is very caring and knowledgeable. Our dog needed special attention due to health conditions, and the team always made sure she was fine and reported back to us. They also administered her medications during her stay. If I ever have a dog again, I will definitely leave it under Woofy’s care.

When we got a puppy, our biggest concern was where I would leave my dog when I needed to travel. So, recommended by some friends, we tried Woofy World Kennels. Our first experience was fantastic, Nala had a lot of fun! Since then, every time we come to drop her off, she gets very excited to come in and play with her furry friends! We love Woofy World Kennels and highly recommend it!

Teca loves the kennel! The staff are super friendly, affectionate, and careful with the dogs. My dog needed to be medicated during her last visit, and she was really well looked after. The manager is super accessible and attentive. honestly, this is the only place that I would board her.

Woofy World has been a great kennel for our old dog. We have a 120lb dog so he is put in the big dog pen when he goes. We never have any trouble dropping him off, he is always happy to be there. We had one instance where we had to leave him at the kennel with a hurt leg. The Woofy World staff was kind enough to keep him close and let our vet come to the kennel to check on him. I called to check on him and they said they were letting him Follow them around all day because that was more comfortable for him. I feel very comfortable leaving our dog at Woofy World. The price is competitive to other kennels.

Steer Clear! On June 12th my 25lb Jack Russell was attacked by an 85lb Giant Schnauzer. Thankfully the wounds were superficial, but it could have been much worse. I still haven't been given any reasonable explanation as to how this happened other than to be told by the manager "I have no idea" and to have the blame placed on another employee. The manager tells me that the small dog enclosure is NEVER used for large dogs and yet on this day it was? Apparently a long time, "well trained" employee somehow made the huge mistake of not only not noticing that my dog was "hiding" outside but also let the large dogs out into an enclosure that they're never supposed to go into in the first place. There is something else going on here. I would have expected the owner to reach out to me after an incident like this, but absolute silence. We were told by the manger (twice) that the vet bill and daycare fees would be reimbursed to us. I forwarded the invoice as requested and again was met by silence. That is, until two weeks later when I emailed again with the threat of legal action. Finally the owner was all of a sudden responsive, telling me that he's glad my dog is ok, and confirming that a reimbursement would be e-transferred to me "by Monday." Monday has come and gone, and not surprisingly, no e-transfer and no follow-up by owner Marcel Frigon. I certainly would never take any dog to this place again and would not recommend it to anyone while under current ownership and management.

I LOVE BARK BARN! I was on the fence… do I really need to hire a dog walker? And thought I’d give it a try back in October. The answer is HECK YES! while my dog Marvin and I get out for 2 walks a day, his twice weekly pack walks with Jess are really wonderful for him in so many ways - they have built his confidence in the car, improved his socialization with other dogs and increased his activity levels. He comes home tired and so so happy. Jess is amazing. I trust her with Marvin completely. She is a great communicator, is reliable and so so good with dogs. Marvin does flips when he sees her. Bonus that she picks up and drops off the doggies and even checks them for ticks! I mean… just look at how happy he is with Jess!!

Jessica has been a life saver for us. We have been using her dog walking services for over a year now and couldn't be happier. Both my husband and I work from home and like many do not have the time to take our dog for longer walks during the week. Jessica has been a key part of our family, our dog Strudel looks forward two his weekly walks and comes home tired and satisfied. I have also seen an improvement in his behavior, he is much better in the car, his recall has improved and socializing with other dogs have been great for him. I would highly recommend Bark Barn to anyone, Jessica is the most kind, positive and good-hearted person I have ever met, she does truly love all the animals and I can see how they gravitate to her. In addition to that, she is reasonably priced and very accommodating with our schedules and needs.

Jessica has been walking my puppy since I got her in Feb. My crazy schedule and all! I feel at ease knowing my puppy is well taken care of. I get random updates and photos. She is only a text away! My Maggie is always happy when Jessica picks her up for a walk and adventure!

Jessica has been watching my puppy since I first got him in February at 8 weeks old. She always keeps me informed and up to date when she has my dog for the day or overnight. This was amazing for my new puppy mom anxiety in the beginning. She's been extremely flexible when she can to accommodate changes in my schedule or to help me out when I am tired after a night shift. Having a puppy and working shift work would not have been possible if it was not for Jessica. My puppy absolutely loves going to her house and getting to play with his best friend ( her dog Miller). I also love how Jessica clips his nails for me! Would 11/10 recommend Jessica for her services.

Jessica is amazing with my dog, Kia! It has been such a great experience from day 1 meeting each other to several months of weekly treks. Kia is often not good with new people but Jessica was patient and supportive, they soon became best friends. So grateful to have someone I trust spend time taking my pup out while I'm at school. Highly recommend her services!

Jessica has been walking our pup since shortly after we moved to Kelowna. She has been a lifesaver in helping us make sure that our rambunctious pup gets exercise and socialization. Our pup loves her and looks forward to their treks! She truly loves the pups and is so kind and lovely. I cannot say fantastic things about her and her business and would absolutely recommend her to anyone !!

Lola has had several overnights here and loves it- she comes back exhausted and happy every time. She starts getting excited as we approach Jessica’s place. Lola is well cared for! Lola also loves Sabrina. Jessica responds quickly and is very professional. Jessica is often flexible and accommodating. I would trust both Jessica and Sabrina with Lola anytime. Jessica has been walking my dog Jackson for me since I moved away for school in the fall and I don’t know if I can describe how amazing she is in one review. My dog is a good boy but he’s picky about who he likes and he is my baby so I don’t really trust him with most people, but he absolutely ADORES Jessica. She has been nothing but incredible to me, she’s punctual, so kind and if Jackson loves her then obviously I do too. The second Jessica pulls up in front of our house Jackson is spinning in circles, jumping around and over the moon excited to go on their little adventure and he always comes home exhausted which is no easy feat. She has been so amazing with communicating to me and incredibly flexible with her schedule and I recommend her to people every chance I get. With me having to live away from him during the school year I get so much peace of mind knowing that he gets to go out with Jessica and I will be sticking with her for everything Jackson related for as long as I have him.

Bark barn has been such a big help when we are at work. Jessica is flexible with scheduling, trustworthy and gives us updates to how our dog is doing. Our dog loves having his play and walk time with her and we know he is in safe hands. It's a relief knowing we have someone we trust who can check in on him and take him out while we work our long shifts.

Jessica has been providing care for our puppy Winston since we got him in January. She is so incredibly organized and professional, always gets back to you quickly. She has been very accommodating and flexible when it comes to our schedules and every exchange with her has always been the most friendly and positive. Love her and Winston loves her!

Great place for my boys. My cat needs insulin shots twice a day and was being fussy with food (important he eats with his shot). Natasha and team kept me in the loop and my boys safe while I was away on vacation. Thankyou!

This is a great place to bring the dogs when we're at work or go on vacation. We were very apprehensive of taking nibbler to any dog place as he is a small breed. After reading many reviews of other people with small dogs being injured at day cares (not here though). So we decided to try it out and we're not dissapointed. Nibbler and Miley are both small dogs and they love it here. They are always so excited when we arrive to drop them off. Really a better way to help burn off some energy for them, more than just going for a walk with us. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming too. The only down side would be that they close by 5. It makes it a little difficult for us to be able to grab them as we work 9-5 or out of the area. Other than that though, the 0730 drop off time is nice.

My boston terrier has been going here for almost 2 years and my newer adopted rescue for only a short few weeks .the staff are nothing short of amazing! My rescue was leash reactive toward other dogs and humans when we adopted her and I really didn't know if daycare would be an option but the staff were so patient and kind that after only a couple of visits she loves it there and no longer barks at other dogs or people . My boston loves it as well , they both come home happy and tired .I would give them 5 stars but unfortunately the hours of operation are not the most convenient if you work 9-5 as their drop off is 730am and their pick up is by 5pm .I'm hoping this changes in the future

My dog was crying after leaving the Kennel this time. That means that he was happy there. They always take a good care of my little love. I had a problem comming back from my trip so I called and asked for help because I couldn't pick him up on time so they where so kind and kept chester for another night with no doubt.

I had my two dogs groomed again today by Skylar. She always does an amazing job and my dogs love her so much! The ladies there are all so compassionate and professional and treat the animals as if they were their own.

Excellent kennels and grooming. Our dog recently stayed at A1 Kennels for a week. On a daily basis the staff posted photos of the dogs playing outside, which was great as we could see he was enjoying himself. He also had a 'spaw' day and looked absolutely beautiful when we picked him up.

We will never be back to this kennel. One time our dogs had diarrhea for days after so the next time we had to bring our own food. When we picked them up only a portion of the food was gone. We aren't sure if they weren't fed or the instructions to use our food wasn't followed. Then we were charged for 3 days when the dogs were only there for 2. When we went to ask why the girl at the front desk was aggravating and would only say it's our policy. There are many good kennels in town. We just wanted to warn others before these things happen to them. Try somewhere else. By the way, I am not one to write negative reviews unless I feel it's necessary.
