Jemma has been looking after our cavapoo and Guinea pigs regularly for the last year. Our dog loves her and really looks forward to spending time with her. She is extremely reliable and sends regular photos etc to ensure we feel secure that our pets are enjoying themselves. I am so glad we found Jemma and would recommend her to anyone.

Jemma is the perfect person to look after your pets while you’re away. She’s a huge animal lover and treats them like they’re her own with lots of love and attention. Jemma looked after our two house rabbits and chameleon while we were away for four days. She messaged updates and photos every day. We felt totally comfortable with Jemma in our home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Fab service! Will definitely use Jemma’s PAWS again in future.

We were in Brighton for one day and needed someone to take our high energy dog, Minty, for a while whilst we were at an event. As soon as I contacted Jemma I knew she was the right person for the job. She was super helpful and I could tell by the questions she asked that she had a lot of knowledge and experience in caring for dogs. Minty was so well looked after and had a great time with Jemma, and we received plenty of text updates/photos too. I would highly recommend!

Jemma is so great with animals. She is professional and reliable and offers a dog walking service, as well as a sitting service. She has had lots of experience with her own dogs and looking after friends' pets. Jemma is very friendly with a bubbly personality!

I was very nervous of trusting a dog sitter with my dog who is anxious when meeting strangers. I needn't have worried. I met Jemma twice before the day, and we texted several times. My dog had a fabulous time with Jemma on the day, and Jemma sent me several videos showing what fun they were having. I would certainly recommend Jemma, who is a very professional, caring person.

Our little Biewer terrier was cared for by Jemma overnight. We received regular pup dates from Jemma to reassure us that Luna was settling and happy as this was the first time she had been away from family, Luna absolutely loved her sleep over and missed her companions the next day when we brought her home. Wholeheartedly would recommend Jemma to anyone looking for a pet sitter she was absolutely excellent.

Jemma ! is absolutely the best pet sitters/dog walkers I have ever come in contact with. she go above and beyond, and truly treat dogs like family. I have asked to look after Lilly when I was away, she is taking the best care of my furbaby. I receive detailed notes on the visit, as well as numerous pictures all day for my sweety dog. she is amazing animal loving. I would highly recommend Jemma!!

Jemma dog sat my Chihuahua and Morkie in my home whilst I was away for a weekend trip. The dogs loved her and Jemma kindly sent me videos of them out on their walks, having a ton of fun! You can tell Jemma absolutely adores dogs! She’s really friendly and her prices are great too - I would highly recommend her.

If you ever need you furry baby looked after or walked Jemma is the person! She is very friendly and reliable with years and years of animal experience, your fury baby will full in love with her. Very responsible would recommendations her time and time again.

Jemma has been a great help with both daycare and boarding for our pup Stanley who has been with her for six months and is always excited to see her, Max and Bambi. Jemma is reliable and always keeps us updated with regular communication. We would highly recommend

Cannot recommend muddy paws enough! Everytime I leave my dog with them I know he is safe, happy and having the best time. When he stays overnight I get the best updates of him playing and having fun! Would not go anywhere else! Highly recommend 🐾 …

Muddy Paws is a home away from home for our dog! From boarding to daycare, he loves it and is happily rushing to their front door each time. He has the best time with his doggy friends and thoroughly enjoys! The pictures and regular updates are incredible and the staff love each dog like they are their own! I can’t recommend Muddy Paws enough!

I couldn’t recommend Muddy Paws more. My dogs have been going there for both day care and boarding for years. They love it there, and have the best time! Lucy and Em really care about dogs, and are fantastic with them. They go out of their way to help you too!!! One time we got stuck on holiday because of flight delays, and they picked up extra food and kept the dogs for longer. I’ve used over days cares, but Muddy Paws are by far THE BEST!!

Muddy Paws are the BEST! Our choc lab Autumn has boarded with Lucy and Emily twice now and has returned a very happy dog who has obviously had a holiday of her own and really enjoyed it! They are wonderful with dogs, keep in contact with you with lots of pix and updates about your dog and we recommend them 100%. You can be sure that your fur baby will be in the best hands and looked after as one of their own, as if they were in their own home. Thanks!

I cannot recommend the girls at Muddy Paws enough. Our dog, Hadleigh, absolutely loves them. He drags me to the door as soon as I open the car. It is so lovely knowing he is in safe hands whilst we are at work. He's also stayed over a few times and I know he is in good hands. The girls also post on their Instagram through the day so we can see what he's getting up with all his friends. He even came home with a mother's day card for me last year with his paw print which is now framed in the living room. Thank you girls for keeping Hadleigh safe and entertained when we are at work or away, he absolutely loves you xx

Our cocker Raven has been going to muddy paws since we had her. She attends for day care regularly and boarding when we need it. She is always happy going in and cannot wait to get through the doors. They regularly update us through text and social media on how she is doing. Would definitely recommend 🖤🧡

Hector stays twice a week loves it ,also stayed overnight which in other kennels didn't go down very well with his anxiety but superb here highly recommend

Muddy Paws is amazing and are the only people we'd trust to look after our dogs. Dyl & Lexi drag us to the front door when dropping them off and don't look back! They love their visits! 100% recommend to anyone looking for someone reliable to look after their dogs.

I cannot thank Neil and the team enough for the fantastic care and attention they provided for Molly and lady last week. From the fantastic grounds to the clear love of dogs thus is by far the best kennels we have ever used. Lady us normally quite a nervous dog and the photos and videos posted shows she had a fantastic time and we had no need to worry at all. Neil even messaged me with update which was such a lovely personal touch. Molly and lady loved their stay thank you all.

We were extremely fortunate to get a space for our beagle, Casi, whilst we went on holiday. An initial meet and greet of the lodge and the owners put us right at ease. The facilities were of a very high standards and we could see that Casi loved playing in the woods, indoor turf and outdoor areas. It was important for us that Casi had the opportunity to socialise and run around with other dogs at the lodge. We could see from the daily Facebook posts that Casi had a lot of fun playing with the other lodgers which put us at ease to enjoy our holiday as much as she did! Diolch Neil and the rest of the team at the Luxury Dog Lodge, we’ll definitely bring Casi back!

Fantastic kennels. My two pups stayed there for a few days last week, their first time staying away. One is very excitable whilst the other is very nervous so I was a little anxious. Neil and the team were fantastic with them and they has a wonderful time. They were completely shattered coming home and having seen them on the videos on Facebook I can see why, they did nothing but play whilst outside. Would highly recommend Luxury Dog Lodge to anyone looking for a safe friendly place to board their dogs.

Had a recent visit to view the Kennels and meet Neil, fantastic set up. Neil has got such a vast knowledge of dogs and a fantastic way about him, loved how he was with my boys, they are booked in for our forthcoming holiday. This place is so well set out and the dogs truly are spoiled for space and all round care.i am totally confident leaving my boys with Neil and his staff

I was lucky enough to get Vernon looked after by Neil and the team at very short notice. He was extremely well looked after and I can't praise them highly enough. Vernon is already looking forward to his next stay Vernon says thank you.

We put our puppy Peggy on Luxury Dog Lodge for a week as we were going to Lapland. She had a great time. Lots of dogs to socialise with, which was what she needed. Neil posts videos of the dogs regularly so we could see her having fun. We will use Luxury Dog Lodge again when we holiday with peace of mind that she’s being well cared for. Thanks both for your special care of Peggy.

Amazing kennels, highly recommend. We have two large dogs that are like children to us, unless we found Luxury Dog Lodge we would not be going on holiday. Neil is extremely friendly and you can tell he loves the dogs. We get regular pupdates from the Facebook page and can see the boys enjoying themselves. Compared to kennels in the past they are hardly excited when we collect them which shows how much they enjoy their time away! A holiday or them as well as you!! As others have said, unless they can go into Luxury dog lodge then we wont go away! 5 Star.

Just been to visit this place. What a lovely guy Neil is and "luxury" says it all. It's immaculate . Plenty of room for the dogs with fields they can run loose. I can see how this place is constantly full. Luckily we could book Toby in as we are going away in November. Thank you Neil for you time. Looking forward to seeing you soon. Tracey

This is an a fantastic place where they care about the well-being of your pets. I was reluctant to leave our dogs anywhere but Neil and his team did everything to reassure us and kept us updated regularly. The dogs came back happy and I would have no hesitation recommending this to other reluctant dog owners, they really do care about your dogs 😊

Our boy had an amazing time with Neil in Luxury Dog Lodge so much so he didn't want to leave haha thank you so much again for looking after him whilst we were away loved seeing all the videos even if linc was like a rocket most of the time haha but will definitely use luxury dog lodge again in the future Neil was very friendly and welcoming and put us at ease at the very first time of meeting him. Linc was well looked after and he absolutely loved it . See you again soon 😀.

Excellent. Mandy is so good with our two dogs. We visit regularly. Both dogs look and smell divine when they come home. Would highly recommend going to Mandy for all your dogs grooming needs. As an extra special Christmas touch both dogs were given a little present and even had a festive photo taken by Mandy. Oreo, our King Charles Spaniel has been coming here for the last year or so and l really can't fault it. The owner is so lovely and does an amazing hair cut for Oreo everytime, friendly and efficient service. Would definitely recommend this place xx

Our two whippets have just spent four days at Hound Minded Sighthound Hotel and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience (for the dogs and us!) We were really anxious beforehand about having to board them for the first time ever, but Jon and Minty's genuine care and dedication really shone through from the minute we dropped them off. They took time to understand the dogs needs and preferences and it was clear that they had lots of experience with sighthounds which immediately put our minds at ease. We received daily updates and photos which was a lovely touch and so reassuring for us. It was clear that the dogs weren't missing us one bit! They had regular, varied walks and it was so great to see how much they were enjoying their stay. Jon and Minty's commitment to keeping us informed really allowed us to enjoy our time away without worrying about the dogs too much at all. We couldn't be happier with the service provided. Our dogs were so happy during their stay and it was such a positive, stress-free experience. We can't recommend Hound Minded Sighhound Hotel any more highly to any sighthound owner looking for an exceptional, safe and caring environment for their dog. Thank you so much for treating Marvin and Marilyn like family (and for sharing your hammock, rocking chair and bed with them!) They can't wait for their next holiday with you already! ❤️

Minty and Jon were absolutely fab with our two boys. One of our dogs can be anxious around new people but he took to them straight away which gave us reassurance they would be well looked after. Other reviews have said it’s a home from home for sighthounds and it really is. They take time before the stay to understand your dogs routine and any little quirks they may have. They provided us with lots of lovely updates of walks and sofa cuddles. We would definitely use them again in the future.

The most perfect place to leave your hound, we went away on holiday knowing Sammy was content and safe having his own perfect little trip snoozing with his new friend. Cannot recommend Hound Minded enough !!

Our Greyhound always has a fantastic time at Hound Minded. Minty & Jon take such good care of her, she's always reluctant to come home! It's so reassuring to know we can relax on our holiday knowing she's having a lovely time.

Never been so happy to leave my girl anywhere! Dotty is a really nervous girl, so I'm really anxious about leaving her anywhere, but from the off, Jon and Minty make you feel so comfortable and that they ways have your dog's best interests at heart. They make sure they meet you first, to make sure your dog is ok with theirs and that they're a good fit, they take on board everything you say about your dog's wants and needs and particular quirks and foibles, and they take into account the fact that sometimes, a strange house and strange people has an effect on your dog's anxiety and reactions, so they adjunct routines accordingly (always with the best of communication) to make sure your dog has the most comfortable and amazing time without you. I cannot recommend them enough; I know my dog is... Quirky! And anxious, and very fussy with her food and with the company she keeps, sometimes, and Jon and Minty have really gone out of their way to make sure she has the best of times with them, and I'm so, so grateful. They're worth their weight in gold, it's literally home from home, probably even better, because Dotty wasn't as thrilled as I imagined her to be when I went to pick her up 😂 Massive thanks to Hound Minded Sighthound Hotel. And for offering a taxi service next time, too. Amazing, they truly love the hounds ❤️

Very friendly, caring, and experienced hound lovers - my whippet cross had a wonderful holiday with Minty and Jon and their own hounds. He enjoyed long walks, playtime in the garden and lots of snuggles on the sofa. Sighthound paradise :-)

Hound Minded are extremely experienced and trusted professionals. They have looked after our dogs on a number of occasions and have never let us down. Their in-depth knowledge of the needs and behaviours of our lurchers has meant that they were able to look after both our dogs who have complex behavioural issues. We met Jonathan through a rescue organisation and so we knew we could trust him with our dogs explicitly. The boys always enjoyed and came back exhausted and happy. We were kept up to date with pictures and messages which put our anxieties at bay. They are fairly priced and communication was quick.

What a wonderful find it was when I spotted Hound Minded when looking for dog carers for my much cherished whippets. They go from home to home (in their opinion home to better home!). Exceptionally caring service; both Minty and Jon are born dog whisperers.. Highly recommended

Janine is so welcoming and friendly. Our dog Barney went to stay with her whilst we went away. He had not stayed before and is quite a clingy dog. When we arrived, Janine came out and welcomed us and greeted Barney by name and took him and us into her home to show us around so that we could see where he was staying. We went away with peace of mind that he was being well looked after. During the visit, Janine let us know how he was doing which was good. On return Janine handed over Barney, taking time to tell us how he had been and not just rushing us off. Thank you Janine…. We will be back soon xxx

Janine is just wonderful we needed a home boarder for our 10 year old black Labrador whilst we went on holiday for a week and nothing was too much trouble we had regular updates throughout the week.. and although he was happy to have us home he was in no rush to leave!! would 100% recommend and will definitely use again in the future. thank you so much for taking such great care of Hendrix!

Both Janine and her partner are lovely and very happy to spend time cuddling and walking our dog, who can sometimes be very excitable! Really lovely home for Nixi to be in for the week! Perfect from start to finish. We were let down by someone who was going to stay at our home with cookie. We were told about cwtches and cuddles by our friend. We phoned and talked to a lovely lady called janine We arranged everything with her and she made it very easy for us to be put at ease about our beauty. While we were away we were kept in touch via wats app with photos videos showing how cookie was looked after and integrating with the other dogs. It was a relief to see and watch our dog being v well cared for and looked after. When we collected cookie she was well groomed and smelled beautiful. Thank you janine for putting us at ease. This is the second time we have entrusted Alfie, our King Charles Cavlier spaniel, to the care of Janine. It was very obvious that he was pleased to see her again, and the videos she sent to us showed that he was very happy in the company of her and her own dogs. Janine has a gorgeous, secluded and safe garden, and we know that Alfie was well walked and fed (a King Charles lives for food!). Thank you, we were able to relax, confident that Alfie was in the very best possible care. We will leave him with you again - he would never forgive us if we did not.

My dog has never stayed away from home ever !! When I met janine I could see that she is a perfect dog lover . My little milo was besotted with her . She made our holiday and little holiday extra special. I Will highly recommend CWTCHES & CUDDLES . It is what it says in the title . Home from home ! . Karen is absolutely amazing! After a bad experience with another boarder, we found Karen after many recommendations. Our 1 year old black Labrador Finn was extremely nervous going to a boarders house again but, Karen has been amazing with him. She builds up his confidence more and more every time and now he doesn’t want to leave when we go to collect him! She sends regular pupdates and when he hasn’t been well, she knows exactly what to he gets the best care possible. Thank you Karen, it means the world to us that we can go away and know that Finn is happy and in the best of hands.

Thrilled by the level of care and love Karen gave my dog. She was amazing at keeping in touch even though I was on the other side of the world (Australia). I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to home board their precious dog.

Karen is such a caring and knowledgeable individual who loves dogs. Her garden and outdoor play area has all that any dog needs to play in a safe and secure environment. My dog is anxious but soon settled under Karen's calming influence. Regular pictures were sent to me to reassure me and i could see that he was comfortable and calm. I certainly would recommend Karen and her business to anyone asking my dog was constantly smiling in all the pictures 🥰

Karen is a very approachable and friendly border. When you meet Karen it is clear that she is passionate about animals and cares for the dogs like they are her own. My two dogs love going to stay with Karen… they go through the gate and don’t look back which means so much that they enjoy going to stay with her. Karen provides my dogs with so much care and attention,nothing is to much trouble … I wouldn’t send them anywhere else and when I’m away on holiday I feel relaxed knowing they are in her care .

I cannot rate Bont Elliot highly enough! Karen is so kind and caring with all of the animals. I was terrified to leave Nev for the first time but he had a ball. I had updates to put my mind at rest, and when he went back the second time, he ran in without a second look back. He’s looking forward to his holiday in November :) xxx

We put our 2 dogs in Miloo and yogi i was worried sick about putting them in for the first time the kennels was recommended by a friend who used them for years and I wasn't disappointed the dogs were so happy well looked after and didn't lose any weight at all the staff are a credit they looked after our boys excellent and our friends went up to see them twice when collecting thier dogs too which was wonderfull for me no worries at all my pooches will be holidaying there every time now thankyou to all the staff and my friends for reassuring me xx

Great place . have 2 dogs they have been going since they were 8months old .. Now 3years. They love it .. Staff are brilliant with them and have great knowledge of the dogs .. Was hesitant at first but when we collected them on their first visit they were fine

American XL Bully boarder🙌...Christine runs the most friendly dog boarding ever. Our rescue dog who's only 11 months weighs already 46kg and Christine still has him in her home. He loves this place so much, he jumps out of the car, runs across to the side path and to the back door , never even looks back to say goodbye ! He absolutely loves this farm, it's completely secure and an amazing place. Christine who owns the boarding farm , is so approachable and friendly, always giving us updates while he's there.

Linda and Mike are brilliant with our dogs (Sasha and millie) they are happy to go there. Would recommend

Lynda the owner is an expert on Yorkshire terriers. She is very caring and gets closely any potential owners to ensure that they are going to good homes. I have bought 2 dogs of Lynda and any concerns or worries over the last 10 years I have had she is only too happy to help out.

The only kennels I would use. My boys are excited going in - the tell tale sign of a great place for them to stay. Highly recommended.

My dog Denzel came from Linda at Knockingstone Kennels. He was half Dachshund and half Yorkie. I called him a Yordach. He was born on 9 January 2003 and he died on 16 July 2019. We met when he was about 8 weeks old and I was 58. I collected him from Linda 2 weeks later and we were besotted from then on. He was very ill and would have died but for a superb vet at Burry Port. Den spent most of his life in France where he was reared by British cats Thomas and Paisley who taught him kitten games and how to dig up mice and bring them back to me. When he grew up he looked after many kittens that we adopted. He was cremated and put in a grey and silver casket by a very kind French vet. I'm coming back to the Lanelli area and my beautiful boy is coming with me. Di Childs

Booked our cat Thor in for a week in August after reading the lovely reviews and we weren’t disappointed. We were shown around before leaving him and thought it was wonderful, very peaceful & lovely piped music. Angela very kindly sent me a photo of Thor when I messaged her a couple of days later & we were reassured that he’d settled in and was ok. He was very happy & chilled when he came home so think he enjoyed his holiday too! He’s since been back again in November.Thank you Angela & David for looking after him so well each time. We’ll have no hesitation in booking him in with you again & would highly recommend Sunny Meadow to anyone x

Wow what can I say I was a bit apprehensive putting our cat Casper into a cattery as he'd never been before and he's old. What a fantastic place 😃 He was treated with love. Every time we contacted Angela she always replied straight away. When we took him home we expected him to ignore us but no he was really happy I wouldn't hesitate to recommend sunnymeadow they definitely deserve 5* plus They took time out to chat with me for quite a while when picking him up really caring We'll definitely be using them again

Absolutely love Sunny Meadow. It’s a home away from home. We discovered Sunny Meadow about 5 years ago after it was recommended by a friend. We honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now. The care and attention given to our cats was outstanding. In 2022 just 24 hours after dropping my cats off, my beautiful Mr Bojangles (aka Beau) suffered a seizure. Angela phoned me as I was boarding the plane to inform me he had been rushed to Emerald, the emergency vets. I had no choice but to Board my long haul flight and hope for the best. Needless to say I cried for the whole flight. The communication from Angela and her family was outstanding. Beau suffered two more seizures while in Angela’s care and even spent a week under 24 hour observation in the vets. Again the communication was outstanding. Beau returned to Sunny Meadow for the last week of his stay and absolutely thrived. We were sent videos and daily messages. Whilst Beau was in his hospital stay our other cat was pampered and showered with love and attention. The videos of them being reunited brought tears to my eyes again and it’s a video I will always cherish. Unfortunately Beau died 6 months later of a rare brain disease that was extremely hard to diagnose. Our most recent stay was in July this year and again our three cats this time had a wonderful time. One of our cats had stayed twice before and she knew exactly where she was when we were waiting to check in. Her purring was off the scale. For our other two kittens it was their first stay and they were so content when we picked them up. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Sunny Meadow and the care they provide. I will forever be greatful for the love they provide for our furry family. I recommend them to everyone looking for a cattery. Thank you Angela and David for your wonderful facility and love 🥰

I read Jo's review with astonishment and disbelief! Our lovely boy Fin became seriously ill, with previously undiagnosed cancer, whilst we were on holiday and we are eternally grateful to Angela and her family for the wonderful and loving care they gave him. Angela used her own initiative , and time , to take him to the Vet for tests and later a diagnosis, and collected him out of hours to care for him herself . She contacted us (in Florida ) by text, Emails and phone calls to keep us updated. It’s a wonderful Cattery and the best we have used. We have recommended Sunny Meadows to our cat-loving friends and our boys are booked in for two more trips and several next year. Thank you Angela. We appreciate all that you do and all that you have done for us and the boys. PS the original recommendation to Angela’s Cattery came from a brilliant Carmarthen vet who used it herself!

Angela and David amazing people. Chalets are clean and feel totally happy leaving Sam there. Sam came home yesterday so we'll groomed and chilled. I wouldn't leave Sam anywhere else. The best!!

Having read the latest review posted by Jo, I feel compelled to write ours. We have nothing but praise for Sunny Meadow Cattery, run by Anglea and her family. Not only do they know how to look after cats in their care and are extremely professional, but react to issues as they arise. I say this as our cat Jemmima is diabetic and requires daily injections at a dosage recommend by our vet. Unfortunately, she suffered a seizure owing to incorrect advice by our vet and Angela and her husband took immediate action by way of taking Jemmima straight to her local vet for emergency treatment. If it weren’t for their quick response, Jemmima would be dead. Fact. We are still very appreciative and thankful for what they did and is one of the reasons why we continue to board our cat with them. Further, whilst Jemmima was in vetenary care, Angela updated us regularly and stayed with Jemmima until we arrived at the vets. I can say from experience that the welfare of the cats in her care is her number 1 priority. Cat owners must realise that she has more than one cat to care for and in cases such as ours, where medical attention is required, wanting Angela to execute crazy, trivial and controlling demands such as reporting on a cat’s litter tray habits falls short of reality and is most certainly not a priority!

This is my response to reply by owner to my original review posted on Saturday Glad to finally have a reply only took a google review to initiate a response! Our recollections differ somewhat but I am definitely not “befuddled”. Not allowed to settle in pen (similar to previous review by Jon) as “too much to sort out .” 1. Cats stay was only 48 hours & all meds pre measured (as directed by Langford small animal hospital), with each one in envelopes labelled with day & date, only needed AM & PM - not different days times as you stated. Only had to be administered, no dosage measurement needed by cattery as all pre prepared. No appetite stimulants needed to be administered during their stay also. Requested you note if had a poo - most catteries keep a record of wee/poo on charts as an indicator of well-being. 2. Cooled boiled water was provided by myself in 2 water bottles. 3. “Harassment?” - emailed you at 19.08 (Sat) approx 2 hours post drop off to check they were settled but you did not reply until 23.33 following day (Sun), and did NOT send any photos of them. Must be in cyber space with all of your other apparent replies. I sent one email 2 hours after collection (Mon) 19.59 to enquire why one of meds not given to which you DID reply to at 00.02 (as per your response below) but gave no reason as to why not administered only the “peculiar - sure I gave it” response. You have confused dates/times of these emails. Only Emailed you twice after this to ask to discuss their care ( approx 3 weeks after they had left) & sent 2 recorded delivery letters asking again to discuss their care with me but again no response. So if you call 2 emails and 2 letters over a 7 week period “harassment” then your definition differs from mine. 4. Asking other establishments about me? Only ever used one cattery previously in last 10 years without any problems so very untrue. I tried to contact you in a courteous professional way to discuss their care (as both cats were extremely unwell for weeks) but you continually ignored me and have now resorted to a personal verbal attack on me in your reply which is very unprofessional. Booked my furry babies in after visiting and exchanged lengthy emails outlining my cats personalities and their medications. First visit here (previous cattery used the owner retired) so apprehensive but Angela assured us that high quality care and administration of medications were not a problem . Gave detailed written instruction on arrival re medications -(prescribed previously by Langford small, animal hospital.) On arrival not allowed to settle cats in their pen so no idea where staying and unsettling for myself and cats . Never experienced this in previous cattery used. Text Angela approx 2 hours after drop off ( Sat 19.08pm ) to check all well and inform one of medications on list already given so not to worry as not in their meds box. Angela did not reply until 23.33pm Sunday ( following day) and said all settled and content and said presumed I did not want her to give them their tablets!!!! I replied by email and text very early and also tried to call to ensure all medications given as ALL necessary and she finally replied by text Collected my furry babies and both very distressed in their carriers when I arrived.( not sure how long they had been out of their pen). Greeted not by Angela but her husband which was strange as all previous dealings were with her. On our return home discovered one of my furry babies did not have all her medications and when questioned Angela stated in her text ”peculiar - was sure she had it” Both furry babies very unwell following their stay at Sunny meadow, requiring numerous vet visits and tests over weeks and re referral to Langford hospital and one treated for Guardia infection . I contacted Angela, to discuss their care, by email a few times and sent recorded delivery letters x2 but she has never replied- -just continually ignored me —- not the way to run a business!!! Not recommended ☹️☹️

I have taken both me cats Max and Macy to sunny meadows quite a few times now and always forget to write a review. This cattery is outstanding, my cats came home today so settled/ happy and smelling beautiful. I get so sad leaving them but knowing they are looked after by amazing people who love their animals and in a beautiful environment I feel very much at ease. Simply a home from home for our two fur babies. For us this was a perfect fit, the cats are happy, well greemed and beautifully cared for. Without a second thought I would recommend Sunny Meadow to fellow cat lovers

We left our two retrievers at Cys Ci for 10 days and were so happy with the care they received. We had daily updates and photos and could tell they were happy which meant everything to us. We rarely leave them so it was great to be so reassured. We would recommend Cys Ci to anyone wanting a safe, happy and caring place to leave their dogs knowing that they will be well looked after.

It's great to have this so close to us and we're using Cys Ci quite regularly. Cadi always seems happy, the staff are really friendly and we always get picture updates, can definitely recommend 👍😊🐕 …

We have been on holiday in Pembrokeshire and booked Yorkie and Dolly in to Cys Ci Luxury Dog Retreat for 3 days in our first week and the same for the second week, they loved it and after the first time could not wait to go back. My wife was a little worried as the British Bulldog, Dolly is very attached to her however she could not wait to go the second time round. Both Yorkie and Dolly came back tired both times with the team keeping us updated through the WhatsApp chat. Great work team, great service and Yorkie and Dolly loved it👍.

We have been taking our rescue dog to Cysci for a couple of years and he really enjoy's his visits. From a nervous start he now runs in happily and it is nice to see the pictures of him playing with the other dogs. The staff are friendly caring and helpfull and he even had a wash last time which was great. Highly reccommend.

I recently used Cys Ci after a recommendation from a friend. I had a tour round with Angharad and booked there and then the place is stunning. I left my two Labrador there for 5 nights the staff were all friendly. We had regular updates. When we picked them up the dogs didn’t want to leave. The dogs will be going back when we go on our next holiday. Highly recommended. Diolch Cys Ci

Our two Staffordshire bull terriers had an absolute lovely time here recently. Great staff taking care of them in a really lovely place with a big field for the dog's to have a run around. Had video updates from the staff to reassure us that the dogs were doing just fine. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use Cys Ci again. It's great that it's so local to us. Brilliant xxx

A fantastic place for dogs! Being very nervous to leave him anywhere, Cysci’s team have been great giving updates and a guided tour prior to his first visit. He loves his time there and runs in happy every time, a real peace of mind knowing he’s happy and cared for, socialising and having all the fuss. They’ve also been fantastic in using Welsh as his commands are in Welsh, ensuring he has consistency. With next to no recall the secure facilities let him have freedom whilst keeping him safe, and allowing him to be a dog doing dog stuff! Diolch Cysci!

Really approachable and reassuring people. Secure and beautiful grounds all enclosed. We had no problems leaving our dog to stay for a few nights and when he returned he was beaming with joy. Would highly recommend. Really accommodating when we asked if we could pick him up slightly outside the arranged times.

Brilliant. Secure and comfortable unit for our dog. Kind and reassuring staff. Our dog was exercised regularly throughout the day in spacious fields and on a fantastic dog obstacle course. We were updated daily with messages, videos and photographs. Our dog returned home happy and settled, unlike our experiences with other local dog boarding facilities. Would highly recommend and will use again without hesitation.

We booked in our vizla Besi for a few stays at Cys Ci, and she loved it!! The safe environment, and the friendly staff made me feel immediately at ease when dropping her off. We had regular pics and videos, and she was retuned well fed and beautifully clean. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.
