Our rescue dog, who is excitable and mental as much as he is loveable & cuddly, loves going to Showpaws dog day care. He usually is crashed out as soon as he gets home, from a full day or walks & play time with his friends, it helps us feel completely at ease knowing he is really well looked after. Highly recommend Showpaws. Tish has a super knowledge of dogs and has often given us some useful insight into canine behaviour, which has help us as owners/dog parents get a better understanding of our fur baby.

We have been taking Rhubarb to Showpaws for the past 8 months, twice a week, and she absolutely loves spending the day there. Tish or Riaan pick her up on the days she's with them and is always excited to see them. When we pick her up at the end of the day you know she's going to sleep well that night after plenty of exercise and play with the other dogs. Highly recommend Showpaws as it puts our minds at rest that she is in safe hands and having fun.

Our dog started going to Showpaws when he was 13 weeks old. He will turn 7 next year! He loves his walks and goes bounding up to the door each morning (3-4 days) to see his ‘pack’ with a waggy tail 🙂 The love and care for dogs from Tish and Riaan is so clear to see and after a lovely woodland walk with all his friends he gets to hang out in their home and garden with the rest. I wouldn’t consider him going anywhere else and really appreciate their flexibility when our work schedule changes. Everyone always comments on how grounded and sociable our dog is; we’ve put a lot of hard work in, but Showpaws has had a huge part to play in this. Thank you Tish and Riaan, us and Mr D Love you!

Tish and Riaan are great. Our Labrador Xena loves them to bits and always has fun every time they come and taker her for her walks. I highly recommend Showpaws to all dog owners.

Frank has been going to Tish and Riaan for a number of years and he absolutely loves it. He jumps out of the car and sits at the front door every time. They really treat all the dogs like their own and I regularly pick Frank up and he’s sat on the sofa watching telly with Riaan. Thanks Tish and Riaan

We have been using Pets For Life for a while now they are absolutely fantastic! Ali and Tine are very knowledgeable and have given us great service even at late notice. Our dog spends all of his holidays at Pets For Life as well as daycare and we trust them implicitly, he has come on leaps and bounds since going there. Our dog loves Ali and can’t wait for the door to open when she comes to collect him. They are a very hardworking team and it’s abundantly obvious how much they care. We highly recommend them if we could give more than 5 stars we would!

Absolutely fantastic. I have total trust in Tine and Ali. Barley loves it. When he comes home he literally goes straight to sleep. It's been so good for him to socialise and learn how to behave with other dogs in a safe environment.

We've had two of our dogs with Tine and Ali over the years, right from when they were puppies, and I can't recommend them enough. They are so caring and helpful, love dogs, and have so much knowledge - I don't know what we would have done without them!

Beth was absolutely brilliant looking after our cat Merlin when we were on holiday. Beth was really professional and took in all the information she needed to keep Merlin’s routine the same. He instantly loved Beth and was giving her head bumps and coming in for strokes. Whilst we were away Beth sent pictures of him playing and having a brush, which was really reassuring and set our mind at ease. We also had a few things around the house that needed looking after while away e.g. house plants and Beth looked after those too. It was so lovely to come home and find Merlin so relaxed and everything looked after. I’ll definitely come back to Beth when we’re next away and highly recommended her. Beth genuinely cares about animals, is accommodating and highly conscientious.

We are so happy we found Beth. She listened to our needs and came to meet the dogs at home, they instantly took to her and just love it when she arrives to take them out. They have such a variety of walking routes with Beth and she sends me such wonderful pictures. Beth herself is fantastic and knows what the dogs like and need. I highly recommend her.

I can always trust Beth to look after my cat Waldo when I go on holiday. She is trustworthy, reliable and communicative. Sends me photos and updates and is so lovely - I'm very lucky to have found her!

Beth has been taking my hound for walks for many months now since I first got her from a young age. Beth has not only walked her but helped me train her to be better on the lead, as well as many other things going above and beyond what’s expected from a dog Walker. She’s always polite and informative giving me updates on every single walk she goes on, she’s developed quite a bond with Pop and knows her favourite places. She evens wears a body cam to take videos to send me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beth to anyone seeking dog Walker services.

I use Beth's Pooches & Paws every week to walk my dog Brody while I'm working. Brody ADORES Beth and Simon and you can tell that they love him too. Their service is extremely reliable and I'm happy for them to have a key to my home and use as needed. I'll definitely be using their house-sitting service when lockdown ends. Also, it's very reassuring that Beth used to work in a vets, and you can tell that she takes the responsibility of your pet very seriously. In summary, I cannot fault Beth's Pooches and Paws and feel very lucky to have found them.

Beth has been walking our mini dachshund for about six months now and we couldn't be happier. Our dog is very anxious of other dogs and has a few behavioural needs and Beth has always listened and taken on board exactly how Buzz needs to be walked. It's also very rare to find someone who will do one-to-one on-lead walks and it's exactly what we need! She has also always listened very carefully about his medical needs and is very attentive to all of Buzz's requirements. She has also stayed at our house to look after both the dog and the cat and looked after both wonderfully. She is very good at communicating and always very professional. We hope to use Beth for our animals for a long time to come!

Beth is outstanding. She cares for my dog as he's her own. She's friendly and so very kind and considerate. We can't say her name indoors as my dog goes nuts with excitement that she has arrived for him. We use the code word B.E.T.H.!

My boy absolutely loves his time at MONKI! Whenever it’s nearly time for pick up, he waits at the window, looking out longingly for his MONKI transport! He’s made some great friends at daycare, the update pictures you get throughout the day clearly prove he’s having the best time! They put on some brilliant activities for everyone, giving the dogs both mental and physical stimulation! I put my trust in another local day-care provider, but the team at MONKI out-strip them by miles! Look no further, these guys are the ones to trust with you fury one!

They have a great structure and are amazing with our dog-girl Sookie. They take really good care of all doggies there and keep sending us pictures through the day so we can follow Sookie's adventures. Always on time, the whole team is excellent in communication and are genuinely dog lovers. Thanks for taking such good care and guaranteeing a great time for Sookie :)

I couldn’t recommend MONKI enough! Our doggo has the best time. She comes home absolutely exhausted haha They send photo updates throughout the day and let you know how they’re getting on. Our dog have become extremely well behaved after having just a few sessions with MONK, and she has picked up some good new habits too. The best thing is that they deal with pick up and drop off so you literally have nothing to worry about. The team are absolutely amazing at MONKI, and I highly recommend them to everyone!!

I cannot recommend MONKI enough. From the first meeting with Linda and Mike, our pup was besotted with them (and not just because of the treats Linda gave him). They took time to get to know and understand little Freddie, and we were so confident they would take amazing care of him. He's been three times so far and is loving it! THE PRACTICAL STUFF 1. My partner and I don't drive, so the fact that Freddie is collected and dropped off (exhausted) is such a plus for us. 2. Mike and Linda have great procedures in place to protect all of the dogs, including asking for proof of vaccinations. This was massively reassuring. 3. It's stressful sending your pup off with strangers, so the photo and video updates throughout the day are incredibly welcome. He always looks so happy (as you can see)! 4. They adapt activities for age and size, meaning the dogs are safe and engaged. We're so happy we found MONKI Dog Care. Worth every single penny!

I highly recommend Monki Dog Care. The team are fantastic; they are super friendly and show a lot of love for our dog Daphne. When she attends I know she is well cared for and having the best day, as evidenced by the wonderful photos we get sent. Can't thank them enough.

We love Monki! Our dog Patrick has been going to Monki day care for about 6 months now and he absolutely LOVES it. The best part is that unlike a lot of others, the girls at Monki really look after the dogs with activites (and down time) rather than just leaving them to run around in a field. They have helped hugely with Patricks recall and with his overstimulation. He really is a happier and better behaved dog since joining!

Monki Day Care are amazing!! They have looked after my dog so fantastically! They send picture updates everyday that your dog is there and let you know what there up to and how they are getting on!! My dog has become much better behaved since attending and the staff are all super friendly! You don’t need to worry about being at home for pick up or drop off as they will do all that for you aswell!!

I couldn't recommend Monki Dog Care highly enough, I would give them 10 stars if I could. Our doggo has the best time, and comes home exhausted and happy - we couldn't ask for more. The whole team are so helpful and friendly (shout out to Brooke in particular!) and they are always happy to answer questions whenever we have them. My puppy absolutely loves her days at Monki and I can’t recommend it highly enough! She is always very excited and happy when she sees them come to pick her up and comes back tired and happy. Linda and Mike are friendly, professional and very supportive.

My dog absolutely loves going to Monki day care. She runs out of the house to jump onto the doggy bus (once on a lead of course!). The whole team are super professional, kind and seem to love being with the dogs. I love receiving regular photo updates throughout the day to see Maggie enjoying herself! So glad I found The Pantiles Walker! My black Lab is super energetic, and Georgia handles him like a pro. It’s such a relief having someone reliable nearby who I can trust to take care of him. He always has a great time on walks and comes home completely zonked out. Couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter – highly recommend!

Obi ADORES his days at Bruce’s! From the moment his bus driver picks him up to the moment he gets home, tired and happy, I know he’s having the best time with lovely humans and his doggy friends. Highly recommend!

Marley loves Bruce’s doggie day care, he waits for Isabel at the window and goes nuts when he sees her pull up in the bus to collect him. He has so much fun when he’s there that he curls up for a cuddly sleep with me when he gets home. The staff there are amazing and I would highly recommend it, especially at this time when our dogs really need the interaction and socialising. He makes lots of new doggy friends and plays interactive games, I know he just loves going. They also send you regular photos to show you how your dog is doing and keep you updated.

My Golden retriever attended Bruce's and has loved every moment. He is always excited to see his driver, he loves getting in the van every week. They team are excellent, they arrange all the dogs according to temperament so I know that he's having fun in a safe environment. I'm kept well informed, I love getting photos of his time in day care. The whole process has been so easy. From my initial visit, to arranging his hours/transportation to invoices. Bruce's is a very well organised, professional organisation. I thoroughly recommend Bruce's Doggy Daycare!

Lovely community feel, where our dog has certainly thrived

Bruce's DDC provides a completely secure environment for my Beagle to run free, off lead. I get photos of her on her mornings there, which I genuinely appreciate. She seems to have a different activity when she goes from "What's in the box?" scent games to climbing over obstacles to simply playing with other dogs. She is happy and alert when we arrive and has clearly had a busy morning as she sleeps most of the afternoon when she gets home. It is great to give her time to socialise, engage her brain and to be off lead. Due to Covid I haven't really had the chance to have a proper conversation with the people who take care of her, but they all seem very nice in the brief hand over time. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Murphy absolutely adores his days at Bruce’s Tunbridge Wells! The team at Bruce’s are absolutely wonderful, great communication and extremely friendly accommodating service always. From puppy training classes with Georgina at 3 months old, joining day care at 4 months old and now nearly 11 months Murphy is definitely a Bruce’s pup through and through! Couldn’t recommend enough!

There is poor communication between staff which leads to the customers time being wasted. They have no issue cancelling last minute. The staff aren’t particularly friendly or apologetic for their shortfalls. The play doesn’t look to be worth the price. There is a strong feeling that profit is the priority and customers/dogs are a necessary evil to meet this. I made enquiry online and was contacted the following day to discuss my dogs breed. I was transparent about my dogs breed and they invited me to a taster session to see if it would be a fit. I didn’t attend and was called to explain why and rebook. I rebooked. In the week before the second session, I received a follow up email and a phone call to confirm my attendance. On attending I was told my dogs breed was unsuitable and he wouldn’t be admitted. Vile treatment and extremely annoying and time wasting. Don’t recommend.

Bruce’s Tunbridge Wells is amazing! Ruby joined when she was a young and scared puppy and they were incredibly caring and took the time to help her settle. The staff are incredible with Ruby and I can fully trust them. They always have fun activities for the dogs which helps with enrichment and play - Ruby always comes homes exhausted after a fun day. I honestly can’t recommend them enough

I’m so glad I found Caroline who looked after our two cats for 5 days doing twice daily drop in visits. I had some difficulty getting someone local to Wadhurst so I did a quick search and her name popped up. Thankfully she was willing to come and do drop ins for us from Crowborough. From the first initial contact to meeting my cats, providing her DBS and insurance checks, Caroline was really professional and supportive. I had not had a drop in pet sitter before so as this was our first time, I was really at ease with Caroline and her natural connection to animals. Caroline put me at ease after the first introductory visit with my cats and I was able to give her detailed instructions, as one of my cats has IBS. Caroline was really attentive to these instructions and she also communicated very well throughout the time we were away, sending photos and videos that put our minds at ease. My children really appreciated the videos as they are a part of our family like everyone’s pets are. We definitely have missed our cats and are so grateful they were taken care of so well. I highly recommend Caroline as a pet sitter to anyone looking for someone who puts your mind at ease when going on holiday. Thank you so much Caroline! I’m so glad we found you!

Caroline hands down is the best dog sitter and only dog sitter we would ever have! We had to call with short notice due to being let down by someone else and Caroline managed to fit us in and take all the stress out of us on our wedding day! She is very professional, sends updates of your pets and honestly puts you at ease the moment you meet her! With out a shaddow of doubt I would highly recommend her, you will not be dissapointed! We are now actually looking to re-book and plan some more dates in advance 💗 if you need a dog sitter for a few hours or a longer period, Caroline is your lady!

Caroline and Edward looked after our labradoodle for the weekend just gone. It was the first time we had used Caroline's services. Caroline came ahead of her stay to meet our dog, sent us DBS, insurance and first aid certificates and was keen to know all about our dogs routine. During the weekend she sent lots of happy updates and we returned to a dog who was the least excited to see us after a weekend away he's ever been 😂 I am so glad I found Caroline and would highly recommend her. She even left a lovely bag of treats for our dog as a goodbye gift. 🐕

This was a first time for me, leaving my fur babies with a stranger in my home for a week but from the get go, I felt very comfortable with Caroline and she did a lovely job. My dogs received lots of love, attention and walkies and Caroline sent us daily pics/updates which was very much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caroline and would happily utilise her services again if the need arose.😊

Caroline is amazing, simple. I was so anxious about leaving our 2 sausages but right from the first day all the worries disappeared. The regular daily updates and photos were amazing but more to the point I felt as though she really got to know their personalities and quirks. I would recommend Caroline any day and will absolutely book again because how wonderful for our dogs to have someone else in their little lives who they love as much as they love us.

Caroline looked after my dog, two cats and my house for ten days. She’s fantastic! I got updates every day with photos of my happy pets. My dog is strong and boisterous but I felt happy to leave her with Caroline as I totally trust her ability to walk her and look after her with her kindness and patience. As well as looking after the pets, Caroline watered my plants and left my house clean and tidy. I strongly recommend Caroline’s services!

Caroline and Edward looked after my clingy little dog for a week. It was the first time in his 7 years that we left him and I was very nervous about leaving him and entrusting my house to strangers. But Caroline was brilliant. I received updates and photos at least twice a day and a lot more on the first day which put me at ease and I could relax seeing that my dog seemed happy and very well looked after. Everything went perfectly well, and the house was spotless when we came home. She took on board what I told her about him being scared of larger dogs and followed his routine. I will certainly use Caroline's services again and would recommend her to anyone who wants their pets looked after with love and care.

Paws and Claws are amazing! They have my naughty beagle 3 days a week and he adores going with them. No only does he get spoilt rotten with a load of love, attention and games they also do enrichment activities with regular walks. We get loads of photo updates of him playing with his doggy friends. They are so reliable and have such a superb team. Alfie has actually become a lot calmer at home and better around other dogs and people. Thank you so much for looking after my cheeky monster. Our Springerpoo (3) has been going to Paws and Claws one day a week for 2 years. She is always over the top excited to go in the van that collects her. She seems to love being with the caring staff & being with the other dogs. Shattered when she comes home!! Highly recommend P&C's!!!

Our puppy, Pepper, loves it at paws and claws. You may ask how I know? Well, when we have bumped into Julia or Octavia outside of doggy day care, it is like pepper has met a pop star! She literally lets out a bit of wee with excitement. Which is highest level of excitement in Peppers world. They also been amazing with helping us out with the odd extra day (at the last minute) and advice for us, as we have never had a dog before.

The team at Paws and Claws have been hugely supportive with Bella. The health and safety of the doggies is always a primary concern along with loads of fun. Bella is soooo excited when she hears the van pull up, it makes me a tad jealous!

Alfie adores Paws&Claws he goes once a week and knows exactly when that day comes around he looks out the window waiting for his lift to play day !! where he has so much fun and care and a few treats , he comes home totally exhausted

We recently boarded our two guinea pigs with Pet Fayre and found the whole experience to be 5 star. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all the animals she looks after so we knew our girls were in safe hands. Reasonably priced. Stress free. Our girls came home happy and healthy and had even had their nails trimmed while they were there. Highly recommend

Our bunny loves his stays at Pets Fayre. The cages are large and very clean. Rachel and the team take amazing care of their small guests. They will even send you photos of them whilst you're away. Recommend highly.

We take our bunnies in regularly and the price is great. They are super friendly in the store and really helpful. They have the option to put the buns indoors or outside depending on where your buns usually live. Absolutely would recommend for your pet needs.

We are so happy that a few years ago, we had no one we could leave our rabbit with, when we were going away for 2 weeks...Being forced to find a place, we have find the Pets Fayre and since then we are going away with nothing else but a peace of mind. They are absolutely amazing, you can tell that they know what they are doing and how they love all kinds of animals. As for our rabbit he cannot wait for us to leave him there, his suitcase is packed before ours... 😀

We have used Pets Fayre twice now for pet boarding for our hamster and we always feel reassured when leaving him. Rachel is very caring and so knowledgeable. Our hamster always has a lovely time and comes back happy & healthy! We will be using Pets Fayre again.

Rachel and the team at Pets Fayre are the only people/place that I would leave my guinea-pigs with while I'm away. They are looked after and taken care of so well that I'm pretty sure my piggies prefer staying with Rachel than with me. Couldn't recommend more!

Pets Fayre have looked after our bunnies, Lavender and Bluebell, many times and we will continue to book them in every time we go away. Very helpful and friendly service, lovely clean environment and they look after the bunnies extremely well.
