K9 Splash and Dash is fantastic! We have been using them for several years and have always been pleased with them. The environment is very clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and treats each dog as if it's their own. My Shih Tzu, Marshmallow is always excited to go in, he loves all the groomers! He looks great, has a clean smell (not overly perfumed) and a cute little seasonal bandana on when we pick him up. We have used several groomers, Nick, Joey, and Megan to name a few, and have been pleased with them all. Please don't hesitate to use them for your little fur baby, you won't be disappointed!

We love K9 Splash! Our dog is hesitant to go in initially, but by the time we pick him up, he is happy and beautifully groomed. All the groomers are sweet and seem to really love being involved in your pet’s life!

We’ve been taking our two dogs to K9 Splash And Dash for 9 years now, and they never have disappointed us. Our babies come home with all their grooming needs, smelling amazing with a new scarfs to match the season, which is an additional touch that we appreciate! Joey did their grooming today and made them look cuter than they already are!!

My 2 mini doxies just received their first shape up after a few months of going without being groomed since we moved, and this place was absolutely amazing! We had an early 8am appointment and were greeted with happy tones and smiles on a gloomy, rainy day! The staff was great with my wild ones and they looked and smelled great when I picked them up! Their bandanas were super cute as well! We will definitely be back!

Joey is amazing!! I have 2 senior dogs and he is so gentle with them!! They always look and smell amazing! I highly recommend him!

I can't say enough good things about K9 Splash n Dash. From the moment we walked through the door, it was clear that this is a place where dogs are treated like royalty. My dog, Knuckles, absolutely loves his time there, whether it's for day care or boarding. The staff at K9 Splash n Dash are incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure every dog feels special and cared for. Knuckles is always excited to see his favorite handlers, and it's clear they genuinely love what they do. The facility is clean, spacious, and filled with fun activities to keep the dogs engaged and happy. What really sets K9 Splash n Dash apart is the personal attention they give to each dog. They know Knuckles by name and treat him like a celebrity. It's such a relief to know that he is in such good hands when I'm at work or away. We lucked out finding this place as our Thor desperately needed a full service spa day and nail grinding. He’s a pretty sweet old man, and we know he’s happy when his butt wags with his tail. The staff loved him just as much, and said he was such a good boy. He smells so good, his fur is soft, nails look great, and he’s ready for his 50 naps (but who doesn’t love a good nap?). I believe our groomer was Nick, and we will definitely go back!

Megan was our groomer today for our sweet girl Mocha and she did an amazing job! We just lost my sweet pup Binx this past weekend and we've all been having a hard time including Mocha. Megan was so understanding and caring! She took very good care of our pup!

I have a 9 month old Irishdoodle that needed his first full groom/haircut. I was nervous to try a new place but they were so friendly and laid back, which made me and my pup feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. When I picked my puppy up he was happy and looked amazing for his first haircut!!! Definitely recommend if you have a doodle type dog, or any dog for that matter!!!

the ultimate grooming professionals they always have appointments available and we get to choose a groomer and they’re very reasonably priced. Don’t walk but run to call them. You won’t be disappointed. God bless you.

PSA TO PET OWNERS⚠️ DO NOT USE WRIGHT PET CARE!!! We went on a 9 day trip and booked with them and the sitter whose name was Fletcher was the worst pet sitter. We were in contact all week with him and he blatantly lied to us the entire time. We came home and my cats did not have any food in their bowls for at least 2 days. Both litter boxes were full to the point where it was a solid brick of litter. There was feces all over my room since my cats couldn't use their own box. We even asked him if they had enough food and he said they did but they obviously did not. I had back up food for them and we left cash just in case. He obviously couldn't care less about my animals and it's concerning that this company is still going to let this guy pet sit. Thankfully we got a full refund but it still doesn't help the fact my animals were neglected. This company should seriously consider who they hire out to pet sit as Fletcher is not fit to do so. This disgusts me so much. I wish I could put zero stars.

I reached out to Wright Pet Care for assistance with our 1 year old 86lb American Bulldog mix. We went out of the country for a three week vacation and Wright Pet Care made it easy for us to enjoy our vacation. Not once did we worry about our "baby". They were great, providing us pictures and regular updates. Also taking care of his unique food and medical considerations. They truly treated our dog as one of their own... like a part of their family. 10/10 we will use them again.

Nice place to stay with family and friends

My wife and I dropped off our fur baby Barry for daycare so we could spend a few hours at the zoo. No appointment needed! It was nice being able to check and see Barry online and watch him play with the other pups. Really gives you peace of mind if you get a little separation anxiety leaving your pet for the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable of their services. Seems like a great place if you want to spend the day at the beach since they’re just a few minutes away from Pensacola Beach. We’re looking forward to boarding him soon for a few days. We know he’ll be in great hands! PS. Your dog will be very tired when he comes home :)

Stopped in for their open house. Owner & staff were very friendly & thorough during the tour. Prices are really fair. Dogs seem to have a lot of play/interaction time. I will definitely consider boarding my furbaby there.

Friendly staff, no appointment needed (after initial onboarding), dogs seem to love it. Doesn’t always smell great walking in though and I’ve had to avoid some stray poop at least twice (probably more a reflection on the dog owners than the staff though), but overall good place to let your pups socialize and play.

Very professional staff. I took three dogs for full day daycare service, one of them did not do well the second day, but the personnel at the dog stop handle the situation very well and communicated everything with me instead of trying to push the situation and force my dog to stay. They understood he was struggling and was very stressed and called me to picked them up. This tells me that they care more about the well being of the dog instead of collecting money for the service. Great place that cares for the furry ones!

To preface this review I would like to say I’m only giving this establishment 2 stars based on the employees. They were kind, helpful and genuinely seemed like nice people. However, my first experience here was seriously lacking in professionalism and put my puppy in a dangerous position. What he experienced at 4 months old during his temp test has now set the precedent for his future interactions with other dogs. This is what happened: We called ahead and confirmed that a temp test could be performed today so we could possibly introduce our puppy to daycare and start desensitizing him to new dogs and social interactions. I let the staff know multiple times (by phone and upon arrival) this would be his FIRST interaction with another dog. I asked on the phone how the process was performed and was told they would put him in a small dog room (he’s a pom puppy and only 3.5 lbs) and introduced to another small dog of similar size and calm nature to see how he react. Both would be leashed. Then depending on how he reacted they would slowly add in more dogs and gauge his response. None of this happened. We were understandably not allowed to watch the test in person, so we watched on the dog camera for the toy room. From the time he left our care till we were able to pull up the camera feed was about 5 minutes. Within that time we saw our 3.5 lbs puppy unleashed in a room with 4 other unleashed dogs chasing him down around the room. These 4 other dogs were double in his size and extremely active puppies. The largest was a grey hound that dove at my dog and chased him around the trainers legs before they picked him up and left the room. The grey hound continued to jump and try to reach my dog in the trainers arms until they left the room. From my perspective they had ZERO control of the situation. Once my dog was returned to me he was absolutely terrified and shaking. This is completely unprofessional and a dangerous precedent to set for testing the dogs that come into your care. Their solution was to come back in 2 months, rather than conduct an appropriate temp test. Unleashing him in a room with 4 other high energy larger dogs is not a temp test. I would like to ask this to the business: What training do your handlers receive to be capable of properly performing these temp tests? What accreditations do they hold to be certified to do this? Where is this showcased as I do not see it anywhere on your website? This visit has set my young puppy up for failure when it should have been success. I trusted your establishment based on your outstanding reviews to take care of my animal. You did not and he was in danger. If I was in the room, I would have immediately stopped the test and taken my puppy back. To everyone reading this I offer a word of caution before you choose this location and to the management I welcome a discussion on this matter. Thank you. Edit/update: In response to management’s reply I have lowered my review to a one star. They clearly do not care to address issues as they did not even read my review in its entirety. To management: a few of your details are wrong. Let me set the record straight on a few things within your response. First, my dog is a he not a she. Second, I clearly stated a grey hound puppy not Great Dane. Third, you are incorrect in your assessment of what happened. I witnessed this live with my spouse through your dog web camera feed. You may review your own feed to see what we saw. Please consider rereading my earlier review to get a better account of what happened today. I appreciate your advice and will keep that in mind for training with him. Have a nice evening.

I absolutely love this place! We were on vacation and noticed a lot of beaches don’t allow dogs. We were worried about leaving my Belgian Malinois at our rental but found this place, dropped her off for a day! I was able to get pictures and call any time to check on her, I would definitely take her back when I come back in the area! Thank you for loving my baby!

Our golden was scheduled for 4 nights of boarding while we were traveling out of country. We paid in advance for 4 nights. We get a voice mail on day three to pick our dog up due to kennel cough. Plus he had been throwing up for two days. Picked our dog up that night and no one at dog stop could tell us any details of our pets problems. Now we have a $40+ credit that we can not get back. "Must be used instore, but only on certain services". Will never use this place again.

I’m so thankful for Dog Stop. My dog loves it. A great place for socialization and for him to get out any pent up energy. The staff are awesome!!! I recommend this place highly, your dog will be very happy!

Love this place. I was there in town for a few weeks and I was able to drop my boy off to them anytime. I like that I didn't have to schedule a appointment and they were always friendly and accommodating. My boy was always wore out when he came home. Great place and staff!

Their staff is the kindest, most accommodating, and well trained I’ve seen and my dog has been to 3 local doggy daycares. Juliet LOVES going so much more than the other places that we drive 45 minutes each way with the bridge out just so she can go here is no where else! Picture of Juliet because she’s cute!

My dogs just stayed with Jason for the second time. They were so excited to see him again! They love him so much that i actually had trouble trying to get them to leave with me when I went to pick them up! Jason really is the best!!! I don’t worry about my dogs for even a hot second while he has them!

We traveled to the Pensacola area for a family wedding, & stayed at an airbnb that is pet friendly. We were not permitted to leave our well behaved & trained yellow Lab at the airbnb while at the wedding, without being crated. She is not a crate kind of girl, & we were so fortunate to find Jason! He allowed us to bring our girl by a few days prior, to meet him & take a dip in his pool! Wow, she was so happy!! We had a blast at our family wedding, & had absolutely no worries about our little girl! If you're ever in need of a trustworthy & loving pet sitter, Jason is your guy! He saved the day for us, & we can't thank him enough!😃❤️🐾

I have a retired EOD K9 that I lovingly refer to as my “special needs child.” My K9 served 4 years in Somalia and before I adopted him at his retirement, he had never been inside a home. Needless to say, it was a lot of (very rewarding) hard work to acclimate him to “civilian life.” I think everyone wants the absolute best for their pets, but any pet sitter I hire also needs to be able to handle my K9, given his size, strength and endless energy. I went years without having anyone I could fully trust, until I met Jason. Who better to pet sit my K9 than a Marine?! I knew immediately upon meeting Jason than I was suddenly going to be able to vacation again, without worrying about my K9. True to his word, Jason sent constant pics and videos while I was away and I didn’t worry even for a second about my K9. You will not find a pet sitter in the area that loves dogs as much as Jason, and he genuinely treats them as his own family.

Thank you Jason for watching my rooster Rambo and all my chickens and kitties! You are a God send! I appreciate how you made me feel so at ease knowing that you were caring for all my animals while I was gone. I especially appreciate the pictures you sent me every day so I could see them.! Your daily communications, professionalism, trustworthiness and your easygoing, get it done attitude are priceless. I will most definitely call you again when I need someone to watch my flock!

Jason is a great communicator and easy to work with. My pups love going to visit. I have peace of mind when Jason has the pups.

We've used Jason several times over the last couple of years. Our dogs love him!!! We get a video or picture with every visit. Jason also is not intimidated by our 120# dog and takes great care of our senior dog. Best of all our pups are not stressed out when we get back from a trip.

Jason is an excellent pet sitter. We were lucky to find him in our neighborhood. He’s trustworthy, punctual, flexible, and always dependable. He truly cares for our two dogs, who absolutely love him. Jason stopped by one time just to say hello while he was on our street, our dogs absolutely went ballistic they were so happy to see him.

Jason is a wonderful pet sitter going way above and beyond. We never have to worry about our pets while we are away. He always sends us pictures, videos, and updates each time he visits. He treats each pet special from our bearded dragon to out dogs to our guinea pig. Highly recommended!!

Jason is amazing with our two boston terriers. They were less than 6 months old when we needed "drop ins" during the workday, and he followed our direction to carry them to pen area (still house training). The dogs love Jason, and we love to see photos/video that they are having fun while we work/are away. He was great while they were spay/neutered in separating them and adjusting schedules when needed. (He even texted to ask how they were doing on surgery day!) We are so grateful for Jason's caring and attention to detail!

Jason watched our labradoodle puppy Bernadette for us over New Year’s eve weekend while my husband and I were out of town and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. He sent photos of her multiple times a day as well as photo updates on his FB page and we knew she was in good hands the entire time. She is scared of fireworks, but he made sure that she was safe and calm on New Year’s Eve & that she had all the cuddles and care we could have asked for! She came home to us happy and well fed. We will absolutely be bringing Bernadette to stay with Jason again soon!

Jeff and Donna are the best! We have used them several times for week long vacations and always pleased. I am very picky and protective of who I trust with my 3 dogs but also to stay in my home. My 3 dogs are so comfortable with Jeff and love when he comes to stay! :) I always get pictures while I'm away which I love - puts my heart at ease! Jeff stayed at our home to care for our 3 dogs, during a recent vacation. We loved the updates on our pups while we were out. Also, one of our dogs was not so into eating and Jeff went above and beyond to get him to have his meals. We highly recommend Jeff and Donna and have plans to use them again!

Jeff and Donna have been our go to pet sitters in Richardson Texas and now in Florida. We trust them completely with our two dogs. We just got back from ten days out of state, and when we walked in, we found our dogs were happy and healthy and excited to see us. They quickly calmed down and treated us like we hadn't been away! Clearly, they received great care. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough about the quality of their work. Jeff and Donna both came to visit prior to us using them the first time for an overnight sitting. Our dog had no issues with them and that is always a good sign. They are very quick to respond, thorough, and easy to work with. They were very attentive to our pets needs (which aren't much) but still no issues. We have recently used their services again on a multi day trip. Zero issues, good communication, updates multiple times per day. They will continue to be our "go to" folks when we need someone to step in and take care of our dog when we cannot take him along. I’ve been going to PPR for years now. They take good care of our dogs and the staff is really nice. It’s also great that they’re connected to the nearby vet clinic. We get vet services like shots and tests while they’re boarded which is very helpful for our busy schedules.

The entire staff here and at EastHill Animal hospital are amazing. My King Charles Cavalier runs to them in joy every time he visits. Thanks for all you do for PJ!!

Luna had a great time during her boarding. They are very busy facility and I would call right away when you need boarding. They always got back to my voicemails.They even sent me pictures when they don't advertise it which was super nice since I was worried about my baby. They don't offer afternoon pick up times on the week ends because the receptionist aren't up front but in the back helping the kennel staff. The receptionist even did Luna bath and she came back smelling very nice. So she was able to let me know how she did in the bath. I appreciate the staff working hard .

My puppies spent the night as guests of the Pensacola Pet Resort for the first time this weekend and we were very happy with the care of my angels and the interaction offered by the staff. We have a very intelligent Labrador who made it a point to turn back around and say good-bye, and give a kiss to one of the members of the Pet Resort Family. Our lab Mickey is 10 years old and very spoiled; for him to enjoy a place is very reassuring to us. (Both of our boys Love the pool that is available)Our second sweet angel is a 5 year old Belgian Malinois (Tigger) with the energy level of 3 or 4 normal dogs and about an eighteenth of the attention span! We are very excited about the possibility of finding a new 'Home away from Home' for our two K9s, as we like to travel often (and for extended holidays). Knowing that there is a safe and comfortable place for our angels to stay, with an attentive staff, will make our holiday more relaxing and enjoyable.

I recently boarded my 2 dogs the weekend of May 9th-13th. When researching for a place to have my dogs stay, Pensacola Pet Resort was top on my list. They had me fax over our dogs vaccination records and stated my 2 dogs would need a Fecal and in order to stay at the resort. Our total was around $570 which to my husband and I was very reasonable being it was last minute for booking the stay. The resort promised us we would receive updates that Included texts and pictures throughout the weekend which we never received. It took me on my vacation to constantly call throughout each day, demanding updates on the dog. Come the 13th for pickup day. My husband and I realized that our younger dog had this cough that wouldn’t go away. I am very disappointed to find that our dog has a case of Kennel Cough which was never stated or notified during the weekend. In addition, my older dog has a cut on his face which was there prior to dropping them off. I’m not sure how are dogs were treated during their stay. I wouldn’t recommend boarding your doggies at this place as they’re irresponsible in communication and care of dogs under their custody.

Our boys(great Dane and Rottweiler) LOVE THIS PLACE. Anytime we bring them,they run from the car to the door. They live their people and pet friends at Pensacola et resort!

great facility! felt so good to know my dog was in good hands, they even let you tour the entire facility before booking, which i think is awesome. will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends. got so many cute photos throughout her stay which made me feel even better cause lord knows i can’t stand being anywhere without my dog. they even let her bring a toy home with her from her stay! how sweet!! it’s a great feeling when you pick up your pet and see how happy they are around the staff

We recently moved back to the area and selected Pensacola Pet Resort to care for our 8-year old yellow labrador retriever while traveling out of town. Our dog stayed for 4 nights and was obviously well taken care of when we picked him up! He smelled so good from his bath, was up to date on his immunizations, and their vet even prescribed him some meds for a minor intestinal issue. Whenever we called for an update on how he was doing the tech was extremely kind, professional, and let us know exactly how he was doing - he was obsessed with the pool and enjoyed some fun playtime with the other pups during his stay! Everyone we talked to and met was so friendly and gave thorough responses to any questions we had. Pensacola Pet Resort was fantastic to work with and my husband and I highly recommend them for boarding needs.

Used to board our dog a couple of times. Wasn't told there were any issues the first time. The second time we dropped our dog off, they told us that she didn't get to play with other dogs because "the girls didn't know how to handle dogs who rough housed." Which mind you, our dog hasn't ever been aggressive to any animal The kicker was when we got home we noticed her Kong water bowl wasn't in her bag. We kept getting the run around that nobody could find it and that we didn't bring it in (which we know isn't true because we always pack her water bowl). Based on them not being able to find it, I'm assuming an associate stole it because it was at their facility. I asked if they'd compensate due to them losing it/being stolen. They said no. Called to try and speak with the owner on a possible solution but never heard back. Pretty unhappy with our experience.

Honestly not sure what I would do without Pensacola Pet Resort. I adopted my dog Joe a few years ago and he was/is incredibly hesitant with new people. Add to the fact that he’s 90lbs he’s quite intimidating for most people. I was recommended this place and never looked back. They are so fantastic with him and he now comes around quickly after I leave. I know Melissa and the rest of the crew take amazing care of him and they are always so happy to see him. It gives me the needed peace of mind while I’m away. They were also there for me last minute during a family emergency and were so understanding when I had to keep extending his stay. Simply the best place around! <3

We recently boarded our pup Charlie at Pensacola Pet Resort 2 when we had to go out of town. Kyleigh and Bre were simply the best! They were incredibly professional and kind throughout the entire process, making it as easy as possible for us. They even sent me pictures of Charlie to keep us updated on how happy he was while staying there. If you need to board your dog, this is the place to go!

I live on the opposite side of town and still make the drive to take my dog to stay and play at Pensacola Pet Resort, Too. That’s a testament to how well they treat my baby. I know he’s in good hands and will always have a fun time while there. Thank you for throwing an adorable birthday party for Mochi while I was out of town, plus sending all the photo updates!

We've taken our 2 (male & female) Cavaliers here before (and are are going again in a few days) where they did a great job of washing & cutting their hair. They pay close attention to trim the head hair to match the rest of the body and even little requests like not adding perfumed after-products (due to my own sensitive allergies). We also greatly appreciate how we can drop off the dogs there in the a.m. & they ensure getting the vet appointment next door taken care of, so we don't have to switch them from one building to the other, especially helpful for our school & work schedules during the week. It's been great to line up the vet appointment & grooming appointment for this reason. The staff is friendly & the price is pretty average considering the quality & care they receive.

I was charged $47 for a bath and nail dremel for a yorkie! Not even a grooming! And my dog is still filthy, and her nails do not seem to have been done either! I've been bringing her here for a couple of years, mainly for boarding, but not anymore!

Stellar customer service and animal service. The only reason I don’t still bring my boys here is due to distance since moving. Super pleasant and exceedlingly helpful front desk staff. I know my cat Leu was always loved especially when staying for his emergency extended visit(not health related, he is fine!!). And my dog Falkor loved it there so much he got happy tail! Thankfully that is the extent of my concerns, as long as my boys are happy I am happy. This is the third business I have used for my dog Falkor and it was the first time he was happy to be dropped off. That alone says a lot to me about the caliber and quality of service one can expect here. Special thank you to the above and beyond accommodations Bri made for me during my time there. Thank you to all of the staff!

Had an amazing first experience here! Pet Resort Too took exceptional care of my two small dogs for an entire weekend from Friday morning until Sunday evening. The online forms were thorough and easy to access and fill out. Once I submitted those, I received a phone call for setting up a stay about 2 days later. My primary vet's office was able to email all of my dogs' vaccination records easily (vaccination available if proof cannot be obtained). I chose to pack my own blanket, dog food and toys; however food was available for purchase. The care providers at Pet Resort Too made sure to ask behavioral questions such as " do your dogs enjoy play time with others, do they have separation anxiety, are they food/toy aggressive, do they like other dogs or people" etc. This made me feel so comfortable that they were taking all of this into consideration. My boyfriend was able to drop my dogs off without any issues, and I was able to pick them up just as easily. One of the care providers even assisted me in carrying my belongings back to the car while I kept the dogs on leashes. Let me also add, that the fee for additional pets is deeply discounted!!! I literally paid 1/3 of what I had expected to for a long weekend like that, day care included. They also have pool play, grooming, and other services available that I did not opt for, but may in the future. Professional, safe, respectful, loving, affordable. Everything I was looking for in a dog boarding facility!!!

I was a little nervous about leaving my puppies here while I traveled, but I was able to talk with staff daily and get a personalized report. Conversing with them, I could hear how much they enjoyed my puppies and their personalities. When I picked them up, they were very happy to see us. Very happy. And yet while they were excited to see us, I was also happy to see that they seemed to have begun to attach to the staff, as well, which told me that they were treated well.
