Alex and Cindy were fantastic looking after Bailey. Plenty of space for him to run around and explore. There was other dogs there at the house which Bailey loved playing with, it helps when they are of similar breed and size. Definitely recommend them for your dog sitting needs we will be using them again when we’re away on holidays.

Alex and his family took great care of my dog for a few days while away on a recent trip. They provided regular updates and photos keeping me up to date, and also went above and beyond asking about my dogs daily routine and feeding schedule. The initial meet and greet ensured my dog was a suitable fit to stay, and it was nice to know my dog would also have some other well socialised buddies around to play with. Millie came for a day of doggy daycare and a groom. Wagz did a beautiful job! She looks so even and her face looks gorgeous. Sometimes after a groom she just wants to go home but I picked up the happiest dog. Thank you for taking such good care of our Millie. :)

I am travelling with my dog at the moment and wanted to spend the day on Rottnest Island. Alex and the team at Wagz were more than happy to my dog for the day. Even better they have a groomer on site so they were able to give my dog a bath and a brush for me too. I’m always hesitant leaving my dog in the care of others however I could tell thank Alex truely cared for my dog while he was in his care. If your chasing a dog sitter for the day or somthing more long term I couldn’t recommend the team at Wagz higher! Cheers, Lee

Dani and her team are caring, competent and dedicated. My fur baby has been attending twice weekly for a year and thrives on the attention and enrichment she receives. She has made so many fabulous furry friends and we both just love our Wagz daycare days!

So grateful for Dani & the team at Wagz! Our Husky Echo knows her daycare days, she can't wait to get there in the morning and is pleasantly exhausted by the time we pick her up in the afternoon. Cannot recommend Wagz enough for care for playful pooches and busy but loving dog owners. Our staffy X is there once a week and has so many friends, he is absolutely wrapt to go to daycare and is perfectly exhausted afterwards from a huge day of playing and socializing. Pharaoh is a better dog from going to Wagz each week and it is a small and reasonable price to pay to keep him well socialized, active and happy each week. Thank you Dani and team for the service you provide!

Dani has brought Wagz back to life. She genuinely cares about my fur babies. They run up to her every morning they come in- which says a lot for my picky Miss Pebbles. I feel comfortable leaving my babies in Wagz’ care. Thank you. Both my girls have wonderful haircuts on Wednesday, looking super cute. Dani dealt with me being an anxious mum, with a new groomer and a mum that can’t really explain what she wants. I’m very happy with how they both look. Xx

The Groomer at Wagz did really well with my pups, Picasso, 1st ever full groom and was happy to see and hear that my little pup (9 months) did very well for their 1st grooming session. And I can confirmed that my fur baby is very relieved to now have the ability to see more clearly with the hair out of the way and more free to sunbath and play without the long fur scuffing up. If you have a pet that is of puppy age (or any dog) and want their first grooming session/experience to go by comfortably/smoothly, Alex and his team got you covered and will take in everything you want done to heart and give you feedback that is honest and earnest on how they did and even what they did to make your fur babies dazzling. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Paddy’s days at Wagz are his absolute favourites - as soon as we drive up, he’s so excited to race out and get inside. I couldn’t recommend Dani and her team at Wagz more highly. Such a caring and genuine team. Thank you for everything that you do, we look forward each day to see photos of our boy having fun and hanging out with his mates.

Can’t recommend Perth Pet Boarding enough! Nicola and the team took amazing care of Teddy for the 3 and a bit weeks while we were away, and when needed, we’ll be using them again for sure. They were the best! Couple of snaps attached as proof of a happy pup being looked after and played with.

Best Kennels out pup has ever been in! The communication from the staff is amazing, with daily photos on their Facebook page. Kennels are clean, the dogs get to play daily on their own grass patch outside, and are fed premium food! Our dog was also washed free of charge on pickup day. He loved his stay and he will definitely be coming back!

The best kennels we have ever used! Nicola was spent time finding about our dogs before we booked. She got their characters very quickly, which shows she spent time with the dogs. We loved seeing the dogs on instagram, always happy and getting lots of attention. Picking them up, being greeted by two very happy dogs but they weren’t manic, they were calm, which said to us they had enjoyed their stay with Nicola and her team. I would highly recommend Perth Pet boarding to anyone.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Our two dogs stayed for three weeks and were loved and cared for by Nicola and her team as though they were her own. I often feel guilty leaving the dogs in a kennel but not this time they were exercised and had play time twice a day every day and even a bbq on the weekend. The regular Facebook photo and video updates assured me that the dogs were having the best time- so much so that I was worried they may never want to come home. Thank you so much Nicola and team!

An amazing place. Nicola leads a team of really dedicated and caring dog carers/lovers. I hate having to leave my dogs when I can’t take them with me BUT I know how well they are cared for with Nicola and the team. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I discovered Perth pet boarding after planning a last minute trip and needed to leave my shepherd for the first time ever, I called many kennels around but no phone call sounded promising until I came across this place. One phone call with Nicola And I was 100% sure she would love and take care of my pup Caesar as much as we do and I wasn’t wrong! I got to go on my holiday stress free knowing my pup was taken care of and i received updates every single day! I had a family emergency recently and called Nicola on the day I was leaving and she made the process so stress free and I got to drop Caesar off right after that phone call! This place is amazing and will love your dog as much as you do, Caesar loves being there and to him it’s not pet boarding it’s a vacation! Thank you for looking after him will definitely always be back for future trips

Nicola 100% came to our rescue when our usual Kennel decided our dog was too anxious for her to be comfortable with. Like most rescue dogs our Boy can be anxious around new people and other dogs, Nicola put so much love and attention into helping him settle in and kept us updated on his progress which helped us enjoy our holiday knowing he was being cared for the way he deserves . We will definitely be back !

Sorry. I forgot to put a description. The whole stress and worry of putting my girl into a kennel was completely washed away the first time I met the beautiful owners of Perth Pet Boarding. You can tell from the first second that they are proper animal lovers and have a true passion for their business. I was recommended this place from another highly rated kennel and you know if others in the business are recommended this place then it must be good. It absolutely is. My girl Ellie had the best time on her first stay and was looked after, so well that it made me feel bad when we got back home and I couldn't give her the level of attention she was getting 😅. It was like a holiday for her at the same time as my holiday. Another amazing thing is that they post regular, multiple posts daily, on their Facebook page with lovely photos of your fur baby so you can keep up to date while away without having to worry. I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my girl other than Perth Pet Boarding. They are truly amazing with the best service in Perth.

I highly recommend Perth Pet Boarding, Nicole took the trouble to befriend our very nervous, highly reactive dog for a long period (two and a half months). Felix had never been in a kennel before. Not only that, but she reassured me and my daughter daily, with updates and videos. He came back home happy, and relaxed.

First used Cosy Kennels in 2019 was very happy with the service back then, Lockie and Red looked very happy when we collected them Darran and staff did a great job looking after my fur babies have just had Lockie and Red stay there again and will always use Cosy kennels for future holidays. First time my dog Marley has ever been to a kennel he has anxieties and other issues so I was very concerned he wouldn’t settle in. I would like to thank Darren and your wonderful team for taking great care of Marley for two weeks he absolutely loved it there and I have even noticed a whole change in his personality that he seems way more chilled out now and lot less anxious. Boarded my two little ones here for a week. Absolutely first class service! They wanted for nothing, and were very well looked after. Medication administered as per instructions, too. I would not hesitate to endorse Cosy Kennels as the #1 place to take your fur babies to. Highly recommended.

I have used a few kennels around Perth for my dog and can safely say the level of personalism and professionaIism displayed by both Darren and dog trainer Cazz is exceptional. This is the only kennel in Perth where my dog has come back looking healthier and happier, and I could not recommend them more. Thank you Cosy Kennels!

Darren and his mum are absolutely awesome, I was in hospital for 2 weeks, they took in my cat straight away, and did me a good deal for him. Really nice people. Clean, well looked after.

We leave our pets here whenever we travel and have done so for over five years. Darran and his mum always look after our dog and cat, and our dog is always so excited to go, which is a great sign.

We were fortunate to have Tiffany stay at our home and take care of our pup for a period of 10 days. She took him to all his favourite places and was the most attentive 'aunty.' House and Pet Sitters are a very professional operation and I would trust anyone they recommended for this role.

I would highly recommend Jenny and her team of sitters. We had Henry come and look after our 2 babies. Our boy is very anxious and can be a lot to handle but Henry was amazing with both of them. I had daily updates with photos which made our holiday much more relaxing. On our return home, the babies were both happy and healthy, the house was also clean and tidy. I have used House and Pet Sitters for the past eight years and have been very happy with the service. After struggling to find sitters who covered our area and/or had availability I have found Jenny to be very reliable when I need a house sitter. All the house sitters provided, and most recently Tiffany, have been great with the dogs and the house is always left clean. Thank you!

From the start to finish, our experience with house and pet sitters was easy and everyone was amazing. Ben & Liz who looked after our pets and house were excellent. Our pets were well looked after and our house was kept in immaculate condition. We were very happy and Jenny was very accommodating and helpful through the process.

We were given Hannah and she is the most lovely soul I have met .My dogs absolutely loved her and I was able to approach her when I needed to see my dogs. Had a great experience for our two mini schnauzers. Our sitters were Ben & Liz and they were great. We did have to prompt for updates throughout the two weeks, but what we got was photos and videos of VERY happy puppies, clearly getting a lot of love. The house was left immaculate with bedding stripped, washed and drying on the line by 8.30am! We have requested another sit for the next holiday and hoping for Ben & Liz again!

We have used House and Pet Sitters for about 5 years. Recently the quality of the sits has been very poor. Our most recent , and last, experience was that the sitter came home drunk, had left his car and our house keys somewhere and so he tried to climb the front fence. When he couldn’t do this, he climbed the neighbour fence, at 3.30am, and then climbed into our yard. He ripped off our gutters and down pipe in the process. Unfortunately Jenny at House and Pet Sitters thought we were unreasonable in complaining and cancelled our future sits because “our requirements could not be met”. Unbelievable.

In highly recommend Pet and House Sitters. I have used them a couple of times and have always been very happy with the service. Our sitter takes wonderful care of our elderly dog and our house is always left spotlessly clean with a treat and some necessities left in the fridge for us. Jenny is very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be using them again.

Overall great customer service except your Phone System needs improvement. Website is straightforward to use in User friendly. Every time I have tried to call, am waiting to be answered a hour later every time.

Please don’t send text messages at 1.25am and 5.50am telling us about a news item. Am sure this can be done during normal business hours, ie, during the day. Some of us do keep our phones on at night in case of emergencies.

Not very happy with petcloud due letting go one of their sub contractor with letting the clients know find it hard to contact anyone about the issues I have sent email to them to stop service in 1 months notice to find out that they possibly assigned someone when I ask them not to
