Our pup Pablo has been going to Perth Pet Care for full day care (including pick up and drop off) since August/September 2021 to March 2022. He has always loved his time with them, and always arrives home completed knackered and chilled out for a good couple of days. The guys at the day care have always been professional, flexible and friendly as well as understanding of Pablo’s needs. Unfortunately he’ll no longer be going as beyond the age of one he’d need to be neutered to attend. If you’re looking to do that with your dog, I’d highly highly recommend Perth Pet Care for anyone looking for those kind of services.

Holly, my Bichon Frise had her first visit here since moving to the area. Absolutely delighted with the result! Already booked her in for her next visit. I was worried about finding a new groomer for Holly when I moved but but my worries are well and truly laid to rest. Fantastic service and great value.

Staff are amazing and so caring. Perfect place to leave your dog when you're busy or need to go out for the day.

My bulldog loves this place. He's boisterous to say the least but the staff are great with him.

I use the facilities here to wash my border terrier Milly, who likes rolling in stuff, great wash facilities, different scented shampoos, towel, driers and perfume, perfect!

My mums dog lady had her first groom today... wee thought she may need a few visits she was brilliant.. shes to go back for 1 more visit.. jst to tidy up.... emily the groomer didnt want to frighten her .... thankyou emily.. such lovely people.. plus they do a lot for dogs ...

The website states that it has DIY facilities but when you phone to book it's clear that it's only available when the resident groomer isn't using it. So you can't go when it suits you.

Our four legged baby is always incredibly happy and eager to go and play with his four and two legged friends. Bonus: after a session he's knackered and sleeps like a log.

Layla at Tails and Trails looked after my little dog Dora. She had her for the day and sent me regular updates and pictures. Dora had a great time walking with the pack, would definitely recommend tails and trails services. Layla is lovely

Layla looked after my 2 spaniels whilst I was on holiday for a week, they had never stayed away before so I was anxious, however I received regular updates & pictures/videos and was able to relax as I could see how happy my girls were, they were in Laylas home and being treated like her own. I cannot recommend highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Layla looked after our little sausage dog Maisy whilst we were getting married down the road at Inchyra. Layla also brought Maisy to our wedding for a couple of hours so she could be there on our special day. Maisy had the best time with Layla and she could not have been better cared for. Layla sent us lots of photos and video updates so we were absolutely confident she was settled and having a lovely time. I can’t thank Layla enough and we will absolutely be calling on her again to look after Maisy in the future. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring person to look after their furry friend!

Layla looked after our 2 dogs while we were at a wedding in the area. They went on 2 pack walks and stayed overnight at her lovely home. The dogs clearly had a great time as they've done nothing but sleep since! They were really relaxed when we picked them up. Layla was in regular contact with us and she's clearly very experienced with dogs. Would 100% use again and recommend!

We can't recommend Layla highly enough. From the outset we trusted her completely with our boys, Angus and Oscar. She has such a great manner with the dogs in her care and her wedding service was just perfect. First rate dog mum! Thank you, Layla.

Tails and Trails aka Layla offers a wonderful service, she came to meet Ruby and assess her skills and interactions with other dogs before taking her on 1-1 walks, then when Ruby was behaving well off lead she introduced her to pack walks. Ruby loves her weekly pack walks and is always excited to go and tired afterwards. I highly recommend this service.

Misty adores her trips with Layla and her doggie friends and loves her holidays with Layla. Can wholeheartedly recommend Layla- lovely with our Misty and totally trustworthy.

I adopted my dog in September of last year, not knowing much about his background other than him not being good around other dogs. I was worried how my dog would be, getting taken out with Layla, but I had no reason to worry at all, as he was so well behaved & enjoyed his first ever walk with Layla & a small pack. Layla set my mind at ease with pictures & videos. I would highly recommend Layla 🐶🐾

Layla is just wonderful! If I could give her 10 stars, I would! Our dog loves her so much, he gets SO excited every time I drop him off with Layla. She always sends us pictures and videos of his walkies which just makes my day. She has such a good way with him and all of the dogs she cares for.

Brilliant breeders! We had spoke with and met a few breeders but when we visited Alan we knew instantly that they were the breeder for us. They have a fantastic set up and clearly care that their pups go to good homes. We were able to visit on a regular basis. Both mum and dad were there, Duke and Wiggle, both lovely labs. We took our pup, Miso, home when she was 8 weeks and she has been doing great. Full marks from the vet, a great temperament and will do anything for some food. If I was (mad enough) to get another lab anytime soon it would be from Alan. Update a few months later: Our pup is doing great. She is so well natured, a dream to train, loves a cuddle as much as she does a rough game of tug.

Our puppy goes to daycare at Murie and recently stayed in the kennels for a weekend. He absolutely loves his time at Murie Kennels, and we are confident with leaving him in their capable hands. We also enjoy the daily photo updates from the pack walks. Thanks Alan, Neil and the rest of the team!

Had my dog groomed, terrible mistake, my dog did not get a haircut as asked, she was shaved completely. All her legs trimmings have been shaved away l, despite asking them scissor cut the legs and only clipper the back coat, neck and bottom. I am devastated to get my dog back looking like this. Would avoid this groomers like the plague

We got our first Labrador puppy from Alan at Murie kennels - I couldn’t recommend him enough, he has a genuine love for dogs and their all round well being which is very apparent when talking to him, he was so helpful with information and we knew when we first met Alan that he was the right breeder for us and we would get a healthy bred puppy , the puppy enclosure was immaculate and our pup is so well natured and friendly just like Alan’s own Labradors. We are so happy with our puppy and have full confidence in Alan and Murie Kennels if we ever needed to use the kennel services in future! :-)

My partner and I got a puppy from Murie Kennels back in October and I can honestly say it was the best choice we made. Not only is the team fantastic but our boy has got an amazing gentle temper. Alan was incredibly helpful and made our Labrador dreams come true. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

We would highly recommend Murie Kennels, Alan and the team are fantastic with the dogs. We had our 2 go in for the very first time, one is hyper and the other a nervous dog. Alan allowed them to visit a few times before the stay which helped reassure the dogs, his experience and advice is invaluable. Fantastic team, we will definitely use again.

We first started using Murie Kennels and Dog Walking last summer for their Daycare/Dog Walking service for our Siberian Husky puppy. He loves going when we are at work and on the days I am at home, he waits by the window at the usual pick up time incase the Daycare van appears for him! We then started using the kennels for him to stay whilst we had some mini breaks/holidays. First class care all round and Tikaani shows zero signs of stress or displeasure when he goes in. Lastly, we also use Alan to help with training. We have a young pup with boundless energy and we had worked with other trainers and some behaviours had, in fact, gotten worse. Have now been going to Alan regularly over last few weeks and the behaviours are improving, and I am enjoying walking him again. I am looking forward to continuing the training and Tikaani is enjoying the training sessions immensely. Alan has adapted his approach at times with Tikaani, whereas other trainers were sure every dog needed the same approach, and Tikaani has responded very well. I would thoroughly recommend Alan, Neil and the team for all your dog care/training needs and fully trust them to look after my boy!

I booked my two labs into Murie kennels for 3 nights last weekend and was very happy. Clean, modern spacious kennels in a beautiful location. Alan and other team member I met were lovely, obviously knowledgeable and caring. My dogs were well cared for and came out happy and well walked. The daily photos were a welcome bonus and it was great to see them enjoying their walks. Would definitely recommend and re-book in the future 😊

Our dogs seem super happy here. They recently had their second visit and it was so nice to see them happily go back into the kennel as if it were their home from home. Alan was also super helpful when we had to change arrangements on pick up due to delayed flight

Barking Mad is an excellent service! I have used Barking Mad for a number of years for my dogs and I've never been disappointed. Our dogs have been very well looked after and when the van pulls up to collect them there is great excitement from them about going on holiday! Elaine and John are genuinely caring towards the dogs and we leave them feeling confident that they will be well looked after and have a great time! Thoroughly recommend.

I have been a Barking Mad Host and service user for almost 20 years. Elaine and John are the third owners I have worked with and not only are they lovely people, they are by far the most enthusiastic, committed owners of the service. Not only do they ensure dogs have a fabulous holiday in appropriate surroundings, they have developed a very caring community for the Hosts. All your lovely dogs are looked after so well in their holiday homes.

After a bad experience with dog care some years ago, I thought I would never go on holiday again – until I found Barking Mad. My pooch has some quirky habits which require particular care and attention – John and Elaine came to the house to meet him, took note of everything down to the smallest detail and found the perfect host who catered for all his needs. I went to visit my family in New Zealand and had heaps of text messages, photos and video showing my dog out on lovely walks, having lots of fun and looking totally relaxed. I have already booked my next holiday and have every confidence that with Barking Mad, my dog will receive the same care, attention and love that he gets at home. I can’t rate this organisation highly enough, they are simply the best.

I cannot recommend barking mad fife enough. When your going on holiday you want your furry friend to be looked after the same way you look after them at home. You want peace of mind and reassurance, this is exactly what Elaine and John provide. No detail is missed out and they cover absolutely everything with you in a 2 hour initial meeting before they board your dog. Our dog has joint issues which can limit some activities, this issue was 100% taken on board while our dog was in Elaine and Johns care. I think it’s important to know any health issues your dog may have will be looked after correctly. You’ll receive updates with photos when you are away- chances are your furry friend is also having a 5 star luxury holiday of their own! The service is second to none and worth every penny. I cannot rate Elaine and John highly enough.

Since we first used John and Elaine at Barking Mad to look after our Gordon Setter "Floyd" for six weeks in 2017 we would not consider placing him anywhere else. He loves going with them and has the time of his life running with the pack in the hills and swimming in the sea. While he's away we get regular pictures and videos sent so we can see how happy he is. We would have no hesitation recommending them even for long stays. Peter and Maureen.

Our last dog Trey, a ‘silver surfer’ was always looked after so well and loved his holibags with Elaine and John. He was a withdrawn guide dog who had bad arthritic legs who just loved people and we worried how he would be staying with others. We needn’t have worried as he loved every second and was always cared for to our exact needs regarding his food and medication. When we lost him our two new girls who are rescue labradors now go on holiday with them too. As I am now disabled it was a huge worry for me that if I had to do anything at short notice, who would look after my dogs? I am so lucky that Elaine and John have always gone the extra mile for me when I have needed care for the girls at very short notice sometimes so that this now is not an issue. If anyone is considering dog care I would say let your dogs go on holiday with John and Elaine. You can have total peace of mind to enjoy whatever you are doing in the knowledge that your fur babies will be having a blast with the best care possible and being treated as part of a family with all their home comforts.

This is a wonderful service, run and owned by 2 devoted dog lovers. Elaine and John are friendly, caring and very professional people, they ensure that you and your dogs safety, comfort any special needs are their main priority. We were extremely happy with every aspect of the service they provided, which allowed my Wife and I to enjoy our break/holiday away, knowing that our 'Kizzi' was safe and happy! Many thanks to you both and we will be using your service anytime we ever wish to go away, when we are unable to take Kizzi.

Excellent service provided by wonderful and devoted staff. Nothing is too much for them as in our case when our pooch has to go to the vets, as she does once a month, it is no hassle whilst we are on holiday. Her dog sitter is excellent as well and we know that the dog is being well cared for. Keep up the good work and I would recommend them to anyone.

Once again I would like to thank John and Elaine for their exceptional service and dedication they gave us recently with Flora. Flora came back bouncy, full of life and started eating without me having to remind her. Whenever Flora sees the bag and the car draws up to fetch her she cannot contain her excitement. Sam was very welcoming and professional when he met us with our dog to get to know her - she was at home and settled in straight away. It’s clear how much dogs are loved and looked after in this home, and our dog loved running about with Leo. Would highly recommend and will be in touch again when we are next away. Our dog Leo went to stay for the first time with Sam for two nights. He had an amazing time! He loved playing with the other Leo and he enjoyed lots of cuddles. Sam went above and beyond to make him feel at home because it was his first stay there. We will definitely be using Sam again! My brother’s dog Ava stayed at Leo’s boarding for 2 nights. She absolutely loved it. The house was clean and dog friendly. The service was professional, good value for money and most importantly-the owner has a clear love of dogs! Whilst we were away, we received videos and photos of Ava having an amazing time, running around with their dog Leo. We have her booked back in again in October! I would highly recommend them!

More than happy to leave an excellent review for Sam after minding our dog . Sam’s a lovely guy who genuinely loves dogs and will look after yours as if it’s his own . Regular updates and photos of our dog along with Sam’s own dog let us see how well he was doing without us! Alfie loves his time at Leo’s Home Dog Boarding, I can leave him there with confidence which is rare with his separation anxiety. The updates are amazing and Sam is very supportive and accommodating around drop offs and pick ups.

Words will never fully describe how wonderful Adie Kennels and Cattery are… Stuart and Maggie are simply the BEST. From day one (almost 5 years ago) we have been made to feel welcome and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Our 9yr old golden retriever Jett has stayed with these guys a few times and always is returned to us in tip top shape. Brushed, walked and loved on - he is given medicine if necessary - you really can’t ask for more from this place. Definitely the best kennels we have ever used. We have a nervous rescue spaniel who is not comfortable with humans at all - he has been going to Adie Kennels for a few years now and he just loves Maggie & Stuart, goes off with them no problem and enjoys his cuddles and playtime with Maggie - even came home doing high fives once ! Nothing is too much trouble for them. We never have any concerns when we leave Spotty, knowing he is happy and comes home more confident with every visit. Can't recommend highly enough.

My cat Buddy is just back this morning from a 9 night stay with Stuart and Maggie. They are absolutely amazing and always look after Buddy so well. I can't recommend them highly enough, I would never put Buddy anywhere else. He's home looking fab and a happy boy. Hard to overstate the care that our dog Cara had recently at Stuart and Maggie’s! Great communication before the stay, fantastic care for Cara when she was upset during a thunderstorm and when our flight was delayed there was no problem with them having her for an extra night! All this with no drama our minds were always at ease - it’s clear to us that the animals come first at Adie. The care is simply outstanding. Thanks again guys and see you in November 😊😊

Cooper's first stay at a kennel and we were delighted with the service here. From the moment we picked up the phone we were reassured with the thorough, professional and friendly voice at the other end of the phone. When we arrived, the hand over was first class - a lovely setting with great facilities. All in all, great attention to detail which put us at ease with our pup's first stay away from home. Cooper is currently a tired boy from all the excitement of his holiday. Thank you and looking forward to returning in the near future.

Visited Kenmore for a friends birthday and was recommended Steph! She was great and happy to focus on the things we are training our young spaniel on. I asked a lot of questions ahead of her looking after Alba and she was brilliant at getting back (it was my first time leaving her with someone she hadn’t met before) and her form sent through ahead of meeting meant she knew all about my dog). She also sent through lots of updates which put my mi d at rest. Such a great person to care for your dog. If you dog has the opportunity to be looked after by Steph then they are one very lucky pooch!

Steph was fantastic in looking after our puppy whilst we had an evening and a day away up in Kenmore. Plenty of photo updates and a really high standard of professionalism. She clearly knows what she is doing! 10/10 would recommend.

We used Steph at Waggly Trails whilst on holiday in Aberfeldy so we could undertake river sport activities. Steph was professional, knowledgable and adaptable (our plans did kind of keep changing) and Daisy (our very lively 1 year old pup) had a wonderful time. Steph even met us on the river with Daisy, which was lovely for us all. I would have no hesitation recommending Waggly Trails for either holiday or regular pet support.

Steph was great with our dog when we were on holiday in the area. She looked after him for a few hours when we were visiting non-dog friendly places. I happily recommend her!

Beth is always my first choice to look after my dog and house when I’m away. She is very attentive to all my dog’s needs and sends daily updates with pictures which is always greatly appreciated. Beth also looks after our house impeccably, making sure it is always lovely and tidy when we arrive home. I would definitely recommend Beth to any of my friends and family!

My partner and I are absolutely thrilled with the level of care Beth provided for our 2 cats whilst we were away. Unfortunately one of our cats became unwell just days before we were due to depart however Beth was quick to assure us that under her care and supervision everything would be okay. Throughout the week, she went the extra mile to make sure the cats were not only taken care of, but also happy and comfortable. We got daily updates and photos as well as a full written debrief awaiting us when we arrived home. I was so relieved to see how well my cats took to her during her visits. And not only did Beth look after the cats as agreed but she also made sure our home was clean and tidy for our return. We would 100% recommend Beth for any pets sitting and we will definitely be booking again 😄

Highly recommend Perthshire Pet Services. Sarah is great with the horses, whether it be for a brush and a rug change or a bucket of feed they are always happy to see her.
