Excellent service. Good communication and our little pups love it there. We feel very comfortable and confident that they're getting well looked after. Plus the guys often post pictures on their Instagram account of our pets whilst we're away which is nice to see.

Peterlee pets looked after my Pekingese dog Coco for 11 nights and did an amazing job,regular updates with photos whilst I was on my family holiday inTurkey,highly recommended and will use again in the future. Thank you Paul & Sonia.x

If your looking for a dog walker or somewhere to leave your dog whilst at work I can highly recommend thunder pawz, this was the first time I have left my boy with anyone, so I was obviously nervous but they could see this and during the day sent me updates and pictures to show how he was doing, can't thank you guys enough, and now have made more bookings for my boy, thank you again.

Absolutely brilliant place to bring dogs to play off lead. Lovely secure paddocks (we had the one with agility equipment in) water provided, poop bags if you run out and a dog poo bin within the paddock. We brought our 7 month old German Shepherd Puppy for his first socialising play with his now best friend and they loved it. Also a shaded area at the top of the paddock when it's very warm. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely brilliant place. The Huskies loved running around and didn't stop until they couldn't run anymore. The lady who runs it is a proper doggy person and is really lovely.

Our Dane’s go here all the time they are so excited as we are driving up the road to it they know exactly where they are going it’s Managed by a wonderful couple who has extensive knowledge and experience and are great when needing some help and advice would never go anywhere else wouldn’t even look at anything else

I have had some bad kennel experiences and this place is the best for my two Boxers. They scream as we drive up the lane and look at us very disinterested when we come back they LOVE IT. Jacqui and Mark are simply lovely what I call “proper dog people “ Don’t hesitate nothing to worry about at all.

Absolutely love this place, Mark and Jackie are amazing and Chase loves his time here no matter if it's an hour in the secure paddock or spending the day in doggy daycare. Mark and Jackie are always on hand to provide advise and guidance to help your pooch have the best manners. Can't thank them enough and will continue to use them.

Mark and Jackie were so welcoming and knowledgeable, they're real dog lovers. Mark explained a lot and showed us the techniques we needed to train our Rottweiler properly. Im now confident in taking him and controlling him on the lead. I also know if I have any problems or questions, they will be there to help. Take your dog along, you won't be disappointed. I was completely nervous to leave my dog for the first time at a Kennels, well on meeting Jackie went I went to view the kennels to seeing Mark with our dog when we dropped him off. My worries were no longer. Both are lovely people and fully confident around dogs (especially as ours is a Mali/GSD cross) The set up is superb and immaculately clean. They sent us pictures while we were away and you could see Frank looked happy and content. When we went to pick him up, not only were the cuddles and face licks amazing but you could clearly see he was comfortable and not rushing to get out. Frank wanted to show us where he had been playing in the paddocks our the back and his new tricks on the assault course. His ears were down and his tale wagging, you could see he was happy there. Not sure how we are going to live up to the heated kennels at home mind! Would I recommend? Most definitely, without hesitation! Thank you Mark & Jackie

Use the paddocks to allow my rescue dog to have a safe free running. Excellent facilities kept clean and. Covid19 friendly. Really friendly staff and very accommodating to ensure our visit requirements are fulfilled. Marley gives it 5 paws

We had a one to one with Mark for an hour. He showed us some simple methods of controlling our badly behaved dog which worked quickly. I can walk with it at my side now. Great set up at K9. Jackie helpful and pleasant

Mark was extremely professional and stopped out dog from being reactive to other dogs in less than 5 minutes! When I asked about further training he said he hoped it wouldn't be needed. I'm still working on the training and couldn't recommend them enough.

My sweet girls truly enjoy their time with Kris and Joanne. They are such kind, caring individuals, and their connection with every dog is remarkable. After the loss of my husband, I needed a place I could trust, and Kris has given me that peace of mind. I’m so grateful for the love and care they show my girls. Our 6 month old Bullmastiff Hank loves his days with Uncle Kris. Kris cares for him like his own and his passion and love for your dog makes it’s easy for us to go to work and not worry at all about him. Kris sends us loads of updates throughout the day, to see what Hank and all his friends are up to. We know Hank is well taken care of. Another bonus is when we collect Hank, we know he’s had a good day and is worn out so will be a good boy for us at home, as the puppy biting stage is draining😂. We would 1000% recommend Kris to anyone.

From the first instance of contacting Kris to get some more information about daycare he has been so lovely and accommodating. Kris came to our house to meet Maddie first and she took to him straight away. She really enjoys going and I love receiving all the photos and videos of her having the best time. It is great knowing I am leaving Maddie in such good, trusting hands. Kris is brilliant and you can tell the dogs he looks after are loved and treated like his own!

Absolutely brilliant, such a nice safe place for dogs to be, great for socialising but most of all peace of mind that your dog is being cared for and getting all the attention they need. Kris is so helpful and always keeps me updated with texts and videos when my dog is with him. I wouldn’t have been able to have a dog without him.

If you're looking for someone to trust with your pride & joy fur baby.. Look no further. When I found Kris I found a knowledgeable, passionate, caring & kind person for our puppy to spend time with while I work full time.. Our puppy is learning so much walking with her furry friends, she has loads of fun & excerts so much energy she is happy & worn out when we get home. Kris even takes the time to train her on the lead, recall & commands, which I'm so grateful for because I didn't really know where to start. We get pupdates via WhatsApp to show us how much she is enjoying herself which always brighten up my lunchtime. Thank you Kris & Joanne, I was apprehensive leaving her with anyone & you've really shown it was the best decision I could have made.

We couldn’t recommend Kris enough. Our dog Millie loves being with him. It’s an amazing service, kept up to date with video of her adventures with Kris and the dogs. She’s gained amazing social skills and loves her time with Kris. 100% recommend the amazing service!

Our puppy has been with Kris since he was 5 months old …. He loves him! He gets so excited when we tell him ‘Uncle Kris’ is coming to get him He has a great time with Kris’ dogs too! We love our puppy so much and NEVER feel anxious leaving him with Kris (even overnight) - it’s so reassuring to know you have someone who loves your dog as much as you do! HIGHLY recommend alpha omega if you want your dog to be settled and happy in ‘doggy daycare’

My labrador puppy Molly has been going to daycare at Alpha Omega Pet Services since November and absolutely loves her days there. She is so excited every time I pull up outside the house and can’t wait to see Kris and Joanne. This is my first experience of doggy daycare but I’m so pleased I decided upon Kris to look after Molly. Kris treat all the dogs in his care like his own and keeps me involved in her day by regularly sending video updates. It truly is a home from home for Molly and, knowing I can leave her with Kris and Joanne in full confidence she is being well looked after while I’m at work, gives me such peace of mind. Frankie Treated like Family. I have every trust in Kris to leave my frenchie, Frankie, in his care. He always puts pet's well-being and safety first, provides an excellent dependable dog service. Frankie loves to go, even though it's two years now, he still screams with excitement as I pull up outside Kris’s door. I love the adventure videos that he sends too, particularly the over night stay ones where Frankie is snuggling up with Kris on the sofa for belly tickles. All in all a five star service and would not take him anywhere else.

Wouldn’t trust any one else with my dog. They made a very nervous puppy into a very sociable playful dog! Ideal for people who work and don’t want their pets home alone!

I can't recommend Sarah from Square Care highly enough. She is flexible, responsive to messages and tries to accommodate us wherever she can. We use the dog walking, dog boarding and cat visit services and our pets love Sarah! The dogs are always happy with her, and she sends us regular photo updates so we are reassured. I’ve been using square care for about 6 months and Sarah is great. My dog isn’t the easiest of dogs and he needs a solo walk which is no problem for Sarah. She’s also flexible enough to accommodate any short notice change to walks I have needed in the past due to shift changes. 100% would recommend 🙂 …

I had a fantastic experience with Hetton-le-Hill Farm Dog Boarding! They took excellent care of my dog, making sure she was happy and well-cared for. The pickup was smooth, and they provided consistent updates throughout her stay. She was fed regularly, walked twice a day, and came back happy and healthy. I couldn't have asked for better care—highly recommend this service!

I recently had the pleasure of leaving my two dogs in the care of Hetton-le-Hill Farm and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Not only did they take excellent care of both my dogs, but they also worked wonders with my young dog’s behavior. My dog came home calmer and better-behaved. It was clear that David genuinely cares for the dogs and went above and beyond to make them feel at home. Cuba our border collie has had a wonderful week at Centre Barks, the longest my husband and I have left him and first time with Centre Barks since his trial in August. The staff are absolutely wonderful, unsung hero’s, we couldn’t fault a thing, daily photo updates on Facebook, feeding to his schedule / amount, and plenty of walking and attention given for a young border collie. They have so much land for multiple dogs, super clean kennels and plenty of care and attention 24/7. So impressed we are already booked for next year! Thank you again!

Gracie loves her holidays at Centre Barks and loves to play and get fussed by the girls who work there. Our dog has just stayed at centre barks for 6 days (never been left before) and she has had the time of her life! The staff upload photographs daily, so you can always see what your pet has been up to, they are very responsive on messenger and give verbal feedback on pickup to let you know how your dogs health, eating habits and general manner have been. The registration process was easy, but very thorough and they take the health and safety of all pets joining them, really seriously, in regards to vaccinations, flea, worming etc. We are beyond impressed and very thankful that we found Centre Barks for our dog.

My dog Alfie is 15 years old. In his earlier years stayed at various kennels yet was never happy. Centre Barks is so different. Alfie skips in and is reluctant to leave. On a previous visit was really unwell and CB had him to the vet and kept us up to date with regular updates. They really care for your pet. Can’t recommend their services enough.

This was our Cocker Spaniels 2nd stay here and the service is excellent. Very good drop off and pick up times. He stayed here from Sunday to Tuesday while we had a mini break in a nearby spa hotel. We had daily photo updates and he looked very happy and they said he was a sweety pie. Highly recommend

First visit with a friend and their dog to the play field. I can't give it 5 stars because I don't know about the booking or payment information... As I was only with my friend and their dog. I also don't know about any availability of toilets? You enter a gated car parking area (tall 6 or 7 foot fenced/ gated bit). Then you close the gates and can get your dog out in safety (they can't accidentally get out onto the road) The field has approx a 4 foot fence between it's enclosed car park and the field. The field is a reasonable size. It has a shelter with benching and a box of dog toys if you want to use them. There are some dog play items such as a ramp to walk up and down, a dog see saw, a hoop to jump through etc. The field is mainly grass. The external boundaries are all high fences. There is a little hedging at one side. It feels quite private. At feeding time we could hear some of the dogs who were boarding barking a little- they sounded like excited barks not stressed ones. That was nice to hear. It seemed a good enclosed exercise field.

My boxer dog is a regular at day care and absolutely loves it so we had no worries at all when she stayed whilst we went on holiday. The staff are great and knowledgeable about the dogs. I love that they have a variety of things to do and the fact they got my dog swimming was amazing! Regular photos and videos that are posted on social media are really good so you are updated daily on what a fabulous time your dog is having on holiday. Would thoroughly recommend Centre Barks to everyone.

Can’t recommend the guys at centre barks enough. Myself and my now wife booked our two pooches Rolo and Luna into their doggy hotel for the weekend during our wedding! Rolo and Luna where treat fantastically and where so happy and playful even after the many walks and playtimes they received by the team at Centre Barks!! 10/10 and 5 🌟 facilities and staff are a credit to their facility!! First time at Centre Barks' secure field today. Friendly staff on site, secure field with plenty for dogs to do whilst you're there! Everything you need for your time slot. Perfect for puppies to run off some energy 🐾

We have been taking our dogs here for over 10 years. Lyndsey and her staff really care for our dogs and even though our dogs are not fond of change, they are treated so well and looked after. A wonderful, helpful and caring kennals , can not recommend enough.

My dog Harry has come here for years and he loves it and I am never worried when he's there as I know he is looked after, you get a very personal service and everyone is so friendly and accommodating with medication, it just takes the worry away when you have to leave them. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Dogs left for hours barking regularly through school holidays. Dirty placed for dogs would Not place any of my dogs there. Owner even called Police to ask me to remove my review, eventhough I have said nothing that I wouldnt standby. This is the type of people they are.
