Dog Sitters in Pine Mountain Club, CA

I had brought my dog here while I had to travel for work for 4 days. Got back and picked him up and nobody mentioned anything about my dog being injured. The second I got home I realized my dog had a huge cut where the skin was actually hanging off of his nose that was packed with dirt. To me personally it looked like a dog bite due to the size and it being a half circle. I called and was told they had put him in a kennel that another dog had chewed up so there were sharp areas and they noticed him multiple times sticking his nose through where it had been chewed. then why didn't you move him to a different kennel??? Or cover that spot????? There is also no way they didn't hear him crying with how badly he was injured. It has now been over 2 weeks since we picked him up and the huge skin flap finally fell off and now my young dog is going to have a ginormous scar across his face because of the negligence of this business. If you love your animal, do not bring them here! Pictures start with the day we picked him up to yesterday when the skin fell off. The scar is going to be huge and is cover a lot of his face.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!! Minus Zero stars! This place should not be in business and should be investigated!! My dogs contracted Kennel Cough on their first and LAST stay. Unfortunately our only boarding place Fur and Feather Mill Creek pet resort had no availability and had to take them here but it’s a mistake I will NEVER do again. Employees and manager Tracy do not care! They have washed their hands with the waver that is signed upon drop off. My pets are my family and I cannot believe this business has the audacity to say they have never had a kennel cough case within all their years of business. They have no protocol in place for situations like this. I also plan on taking further action on this matter.

ZERO STARS! Do not take your pet here under any condition! We boarded our dog here because our favorite kennel, Fur & Feathers, had no availability. Our dog was here for 1 week and he was very healthy when we brought him here. We informed them that he does have a collapsed trachea and occasionally coughs when he gets excited, which is not a sickness. Upon picking him up, he came home with bloody diarrhea and SEVERE kennel cough. He was having trouble breathing when we picked him up and we immediately took him to Animal Emergency that evening. He was diagnosed with SEVERE KENNEL COUGH and bloody stool. He was given a shot, prescribed an antibiotic, and was given Panacur and Fortiflora for his stomach. He is also on cough tabs and canine aspirin. It has been 36 hours and he is not better at all. The OWNER is rarely at the kennel, according to the staff of 2 college aged girls. I made 3 phone call attempts, but the owner was never available. Finally, I made a trip back down to the kennel. The girl upfront called the owner for me to speak with. I spoke with the owner over the phone today. I was hoping she would be sympathetic to our situation, but that was the opposite of what happened. She was demeaning, accusing, arrogant, and wouldn’t hardly let me talk. I guarantee she will comment on this with an arrogant and disrespectful response, with 100 reasons why she is right and I am wrong. I am sickened by this whole experience. Please do not use this business, unless you also want a $357 vet bill, a very sick pet, and terrible customer service from the owner. Paws & Claws please remember the value of your customers feelings and concerns. You completely shut me down and tried to overpower my voice. It’s sickening… we of course will never return. Save yourself a massive headache and go somewhere else.

I love this place they help me and my dog when he was very very ill a few years ago and they have several payment options as far as the bill is concerned.

Best resort for my fur baby! The staffs are so sweet and always welcome my dog with big smiles. Another best thing is that they upload pictures of dogs and show how much fun they have there.

My puppy loves this place, so I love it too. I've boarded her and also dropped her off for daycare. She's definitely opened up more and socializing with other dogs. Each time I drop her off she can't wait to get back there to play. Whatever toys or items I drop her off with, always make it back home. Staff post pics in their portal and respond to messages, they make check in and pick up a breeze. Highly recommend.

My two pups had their first ever boarding experience here. They seemed very happy when we came to pick them up after being away for 2 nights. I will definitely use them again for boarding… only bummer I would say is I sent them with 2 benebones to keep busy in the kennel and they came home without them. I always see posts of dogs during their stay and was hoping to see some of mine or emailed pictures but I didn’t receive anything. Other than that, I’m happy with the service. Thanks ladies!

Edit 12/7/22: We've taken our dog back a few times, and I think Charlie (different Charlie than the other review) is more excited to be dropped off than to be picked up. Very happy to have found this place! I'm not sure if my Yelp review will show up here, but the short version is that the people are great, the facility is still being finished but is already very good, and they clearly care about the dogs and their dogs' families. We may take our dog back for a day or half day just to hang out, he seemed to like it there so much!

My Bichon loved it here. He's a shy guy and not aggressive. He really enjoyed playing with the other small breeds. We will surely use Paws and Claws again.

Worst place ever! They do not care about your dog and the owner has a terrible attitude do not recommend

We are new to the area and were anxious to let someone watch our dog while we were gone. Elizabeth and the team at Loving Care Pet Sitting made the process very simple and comfortable. We know our dog is well taken care of while we are out of town. Elizabeth communicates with is while we are away to ease our nerves of leaving our dog. Amazing! I have been using this company for several years and they are fantastic. They have always treated my dog so well and I trust them completely to take care of her all the time. They are truly lovely people to work with as well.

I had mt little snouzer pup here in Sept of 2009, told me that she would have plenty of space to sun, and taken for walks three times a day. When I returned to pick her up (unexpectedly) I found her to be in a small carrying kennel. When I asked the owner about she said the weather was bad and it was for security, it was overcast but not dangerous. I was pretty ticked, $20.00 a day and put in that small kennel.

Fabulous Owners and place They take such great care of my Australian Cattle dogs everytime they stay. I have used them for more than 10 years now. They have done all the training of my babies as well.

Good convenient service and the people are very caring understanding knowledgeable people and my dog Love's them he gets excited when they come to pick him up or when we get there to drop him off and my dog does not like most people

I really want to acknowledge Hailey and entire team at F & F downtown. Our labradoodle Jack has stayed multiple times with these folks while we are out of town. Everyone is excellent and so professional which definitely puts my mind to rest! Alex, Barry everyone just the best. Aside from boarding , Jack is groomed here by Hailey! She is WONDERFUL ! Kind, patient ..treats Jack as if he were her own. Thanks again Hailey - we SO SO APPRECIATE YOU!!

I'm so glad I came across this place! I was a little nervous at first as this was our first time ever leaving our husky for a whole week. We weren't sure how she was going to react and we were afraid she was going to think we abandoned her or something. Well I was wrong! She had the best time and made new friends and she behaved so well! They sent me a picture of her every other day and would let me know how she's doing. When we picked her up it was almost like she never missed us! She came to say hi to us and wanted to go back inside to play with her new friends. Lol!! We will definitely bring her back next time we go to Southern Cali for vacation. Thank you Fur and Feathers for taking good care of Stormy! 💕

We've been taking our dog to Hailey for the past couple of years to get groomed, and we absolutely love her. The facility is always clean & the employees are always friendly. The prices are definetely reasonable. They also offer many other things like boarding and day care. Hailey always does such a great job with our baby Bandit. A lot of people refuse to work with huskys, but Hailey is always so sweet and patient with Bandit. I have told many people about this place, and I always refer people with pets to Hailey for grooming.

Had a last minute weekend trip pop up on a Friday morning, and having just relocated to Bakersfield from Michigan two months ago, knowing no one here yet to watch our dog Hank, we were in a bind. I called around and this location helped me right away with getting booked! My interaction with them on the phone immediately put me at ease. We’ve never had Hank boarded anywhere and I was very nervous dropping him off but the facility and staff were so great, it really eased my worries. He’s a little guy, so I get nervous leaving him anywhere but the staff let me know how well he played with the other small dogs. They do a great job grouping the dogs together based on temperament and size. I am so glad we have a trusted place in town to take Hank now, and I’ll be scheduling an appointment to get him groomed as well.

Fur and Feathers are nothing but AMAZING!!!! Just yesterday I took Oreo and Buttercup (owner/surrender) fur babies to get groomed. Their fur was so matted and tangled. They looked so miserable with all the fur. I dropped them off at 9:00am and picked them up at 1:00pm, when I saw them for the first time after their hair cuts and baths they look like totally different dogs, so happy and full of life!!!! Such an AWESOME transformation!!! I highly recommend Fur and Feathers !!!!! Their prices are very reasonable as well, not to mention the friendly and loving staff, they will treat your fur baby like family!!!

I have my two dogs in day care with Fur and Feathers and they love being there. I love the care they are given and the grooming is excellent. I have one high energy and one low energy dog and they both get what they want/need and come home tired, happy and ready for more. thank you guys for caring about my pets as much as I do.

Please support this wonderful place. The people treat our Emmie with such love and patience. Emmie was abused real bad before my husband found her. Emmie cant handle change and she has separation anxiety . But she loves this place. They have helped her to come out of her shell a bit. Emmie still has problems and we are trying to help her. She has alot of fear. But Fur and Feathers has really helped her to not be so afraid. She still has along way to go. But with the help of her favorite place to go to Fur and Feathers she maybe someday maybe will forget abt all the horrible things that was done to her. Thank you so much Fur and Feathers!!!!

We got a puppy just a few weeks before we had to go on vacation so we were freaking out thinking “Who is going to take care of her when we are gone?” So, we did some research, read the previous reviews, called them up made an appointment for a day care visit so our puppy could try out the place before we actually made the choice to use them for boarding... we all took a leap of faith and, we made THE RIGHT CHOICE! Kona, our puppy, was received with love and was cared for so well that we decided to leave her there for the whole week we were out on our vacation. They posted pictures on their Facebook page about her having fun with her new friends, they were on top of her the whole time and they gave her the medication she was prescribed for a stomach ache she had. When we picked her up, our puppy looked like she didn’t miss us at all, our puppy made new human friends and furry friends and she was so happy. Now, we take her to day care every day so that she can see her friends and play all day while we are at work and when we pick her up she’s tired and takes a nice nap in the car... the next day she knows her routine and she’s happy to go back to day care. The staff is great, they already know her and they are all so nice to her. They keep track of her progress, let us know how she did during the day, accommodate any needs we have and just over all take care of her like we would at home. We highly recommend this place because simply dogs don’t lie, Kona comes home happy every day!

The staff were very kind and professional. They were extremely approachable and understanding of multiple calls to check in. However, I will not be going back because I do not feel like they had the knowledge to care for my bird, and I'm sure my pet had a horrible time. My first concern was upon arrival; my bird was to stay in a loud room with bigger, louder birds. Also in the room was a loud (small, yappy) dog, who's pen area was immediately adjacent to my trembling pet bird. I asked if the dog was going to be there the whole time, and they said "We can move him if you'd like?" and I said yes please! I got a well-intentioned email from the staff about halfway through the stay, with a picture of my pet and a caption to indicate that he is loving it there and is doing just fine. The picture was of my bird at the top corner of the cage, feathers puffed, trying to keep distance from the phone/camera that was taking the picture from INSIDE the cage. An experienced person would know not to intrude on his space. I came back a few days later to pick up my bird, only to find that the SAME DOG is still RIGHT next to his cage, barking incessantly! I asked if the dog had been housed right here this whole time and he said yes, and this employee was not aware of the concern about the dog I shared with the employee I had spoken to when I dropped off my bird! I immediately scooped up my bird to console him and get him to stop shaking, and I left without another word, NEVER wanting to come back. It's safe to assume my bird was so scared for several days and nights, and this suspicion was confirmed when my bird took two days to come out of his cage and start behaving normally. They are nice, well-intentioned people who clearly love all pets, but my assessment is that they need to follow through with what they promise clients, and to learn about bird behavior/etiquette. I have attached the photo they sent me. As you can probably tell, the camera is inside his cage, he is keeping his distance, his cheek feathers are puffed up, and his head is dead-on facing the 'threat' (camera) ready to bite, instead of head to the side to curiously eyeball the camera. You can also see the dog I asked them to move in the background!

Fur & Feathers is amazing! My mother passed away unexpectedly, and they took in her three dogs without hesitation until we were able to find good homes for them. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

This place is great and have been coming here for over 15 years. They listen to your needs and requests and fully take care of your do with deshedding shaping nail trims and all kinds of different cuts to your liking. I have used Wally personally for years and I’m always impressed with how the dogs look upon completion. I’ve also used Gilbert but he has moved to the downtown location. Either way you are well taken care of. I have two Australian shepherds and for the whole day treatment it puts me back $140 but their trims last nearly all summer. Hope this helps. These people make sure your dog has the best and most fun experience. They personally tailor and cater to your dogs specific needs, and make sure it is taken care of. When we mention fur and feathers Ace gets wild and so exited. We can tell he is being loved and properly taken care of. Thank you!

Title: Extremely Dissatisfied with Grooming Service Review: ⭐️ I recently brought my German Shepherd to this grooming salon with high hopes for a proper grooming session. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Not only did they fail to properly groom my dog, but they didn't even bother to shed her excess hair. To make matters worse, the entire process took a staggering 8 hours! I had to shed her myself again at home and unbelievable amount of shedded hair! Terrible service. See picture and video for proof. This was an absolute waste of my hard-earned money and precious time. I expected a professional establishment to understand the specific grooming needs of a German Shepherd, but it seems like they were completely clueless. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for the specific breed requirements left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise pet owners to steer clear of this establishment if they value their time, money, and the well-being of their furry friends. It's truly disappointing to come across such a subpar grooming service. My German Shepherd deserved better, and so did I as a paying customer.

Outstanding service. My bird loves staying here. Also, I had an emergency after work, as my bird plucks her feathers and caused herself a blood feather. When I called they told me to bring her right down, Manager Pam is amazing as she took care of it right away and even had a toy for my bird to take home. I highly recommend Fur and Feathers as they truly care about your pet. I appreciate the care they took with me and my bird!

My Husky loves going to daycare. I have never had any issues and the staff are so nice and handle Sven with love and care.

My mom was in the hospital and I needed to board her dogs for 2 days. They were able to accommodate my last minute request and also fit in a grooming appointment. My mom loves Fur & Feathers and now I know why…everyone I encountered was nice and professional. They remembered my mom’s dogs and greeted them by name! The true test is how happy the dogs are when arriving at Fur & Feathers. My mom was so happy to be reunited with her dogs a they looked fantastic after being groomed!

I left my fur baby there twice and I have nothing but great things to say. Every time I pick up my dog he is excited, has a wet nose and loves it when we go check him in. I have been to a few dog boarding places and this one by far is his favorite compared to the other ones! The other ones his energy is low, shakes and has a dry nose, so I am forever taking him to this one.

I have always had a great experience with staff at F&FPR, from scheduling to drop offs and pickups of my fur babies. My pets are groomed by Gilbert and he always does a great job!

We recently moved back home from out of state and it’s great to see that even after three years, their facility is just as awesome. Wonderful daycare. Staff is super pleasant and accommodating. Grooming can get booked up fast anywhere but they were able to help with a personalized same day appointment for one of my golden retrievers. Wally was great and I think our pup looks fantastic. Most importantly, pups always seem happy and well- exercised after playing at their daycare.

I took my puppy Dottie to Paws Stay and Play for the first time being away from home. I really appreciated the cameras so I could have ease about my puppy's stay. I looked at her throughout the days. I had as much anxiety as, l think she had. Dottie was able to interact with other little puppies and seemed to enjoy herself every day we were out of town. I called daily to check on Dottie and I was given details of her day. The facility was clean and all staff are really nice and welcoming. We had them take care of our two frenchies, Tibby and Tabby. They had a some trouble with Tabby being snappy but they were able to get past that and took care of our dogs. I would say that they went above and beyond in taking care of our 2 precious babies. Special shout out to Roya for being patient with Tabby.

We are new to the Santa Clarita valley and just used Paws Stay and Play for the first time and they far exceeded any expectations. I was nervous because we have a big dog (90 lbs) and wanted to make sure he would get enough attention/supervision while we were away for 11 days. We paid for him to stay in a Presidential Suite and it was definitely worth the extra money. Naomie and Lars were frequently in contact with me via text and even FaceTimed me so I could see my dog while we were away (we were also able to check in on him through the cameras anytime we wanted). When our dog was in the play area with other dogs, there weren't too many packed in there (it was the perfect amount) and they were always supervised. Whenever Naomie or Lars were on their phones, it was because they were sending me photos/videos. I cannot recommend this place enough -- I haven't been able to find anything close to it in the SCV. They are attentive, professional, very clean (they request vaccination records for every dog before they can enter), and treat the dogs exceptionally well. It's a smaller doggy daycare so they always have enough people to pay attention to the dogs. If you're looking for a doggy daycare or somewhere to board your dog, I highly recommend Paws Stay and Play (trust me, I did research for weeks before we ended up choosing them as well as doing two walk throughs).

Our dog Boomer loved his boarding stay at Paws Stay and Play. We were out of town for a couple days but I could see through the cameras provided that he was being well taken care of at all times. There is also constant supervision during play time. Roya and her staff are accommodating, courteous, and professional; you can tell they love your pets just as much as you do. I will be choosing Paws Stay and Play for my dog's boarding and daycare needs from now on!

We searched so many places to leave our puppy including far out to even the Valley area and decided to finally trust and leave him for boarding at Paws Stay and Play. My wife and I were so glad and amazed at the care and love they put in for our puppy while we left for a week. The best part of this place is that you can see your dog through a mobile app 24/7! They keep the place very clean and safe and we couldn't be happier! We will definitely come back for our Saint to board if needed! Thank you!!!

Roya and her team are the best! This was mine and my family's first time here and we are VERY pleased. We left our 4 dogs while on vacation and had peace of mind knowing they were in great hands. Our girl Bailey stayed for 2 days at Paws Stay and Play for the first time and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, it was evident Bailey was in good hands. One of the features that put my mind at ease was the ability to view Bailey on cameras throughout her stay. This transparency allowed me to see firsthand how well she was doing and provided a reassuring glimpse into her day. The daily pictures and updates I received were great and they truly warmed my heart. The dedication of staff and their genuine love for animals was evident in every interaction and service provided. They went above and beyond to ensure that Bailey felt at home and received the attention and care she deserves. Thank you Paws Stay and Play for taking such great care of Bailey! We have a high energy dog that needs a lot of fun and love, which is why she gets very excited when we pull into Paws Stay and Play. They take excellent care of her, we can watch the cameras when we miss her (super convenient), and she comes home with the best manners and energy depleted after a stay - you really can’t ask for more from a great boarding / day care!

Fantastic place with people who truly care. My dog has a lot of separation anxiety, but had to be boarded while we were traveling for the holidays. They took excellent care of her, even hand-feeding her since she was so anxious she wouldn't eat. They kept me constantly informed on how she was doing, and all the cameras were very helpful so we could check on her any time. Highly recommend!

What an incredibly caring kennel facility. The employees took care with our dog, who had never been boarded before, & made her and us feel very secure. We were able to get updates via the video cameras and some courtesy updates from the employees taking care of her. We definitely feel good about being able to go on trips and know our dogs will be well taken care of.

My dog seem well taken care of. I didn’t notice any problem with my dog. It was their first pet resort and away home. I will have my French bulldog stay there again next time.

I was going on a family trip and needed babysitting for my 2 dogs. This place was affordable and my dogs were absolutely fine when I picked them up after leaving them here for 4 days. $180 for them to supply the food and a extra request is great with me for my two dogs and the staff was very friendly. I'll definitely use these guys again if I ever need my dogs watched after again.

Open air boarding facility. My dog did well. Cowen's has been around a long time. I have boarded other dogs with them previously. Budget friendly. If your hiring a facility or petcare service to take care of your pets don't be lazy. Go check out the facility and meet the people in advance. Last minute arrangements for your pets is a bad idea so plan ahead. I have more bookings for my pup later this year.

Great service. They took care of my two dogs; one who does not like strangers, so I was concerned as to how well the staff would be able to care for him. To my surprise, they were able make friends with him and he was well cared-for. The staff is very passionate about what they do and their actions show it. The kennels are clean, large and well-kept. I have no problem leaving my dogs with them again.

I take my dogs here every time I leave town and they do a good job looking after them. My dogs are excited to go there which I see as a good sign and clearly like the staff. The prices are good and I've never had a problem. I take my dogs about once per month on average. I recommend to friends. A lot of reviews are decrying the grooming - I don't get my dogs groomed here. I typically bathe them after a stay. It is an outdoor kennel after all, and dogs smell after being outside. They have coverage from the sun for shade and misters, and there are houses to insulate if it's cold.

I searched for months for a place I felt comfortable leaving my k9 companion. Everyone seemed very caring & assured me my dog would be happy there & treated well with the best of care. My dog is my emotional support dog & even though it was very difficult leaving him I am so happy I chose Cowen's. They communicated with me with updates & photos through texts on a regular basis. Everyone took great care of him & he made many friends there. He was happy & in great condition when I picked him up!!! I recommend Cowen's Pet Resort to everyone😊

We've been using Cowen's for about ten years now and our dog loves it. She gets excited as we pull in the driveway and can hardly wait to get into the office! We always hear good things about her when we come back and can tell that they've been attentive to her needs. I met a lady who used to work there once and when I mentioned what my dog would do she said that she would often see that kind of reaction. She said the pets love it there and the staff really loves animals.

All I can say is that Cowen's pet resort, is an amazing place to leave you dog over night(s). The staff are so welcoming and sweet! I am that kind of person who thinks of their pets as my children, and I want nothing but the best for my dogs. All I can say is my dog was dropped off happy and when I picked him up he was still happy. Which was just wonderful! The prices are affortable and the staff was nothing but kind of enough to let me know how my dog was doing. I am glad my dog was well taken care of! (:

My husband picked up our dog Max today from a 3 night stay. Max was filthy, smelled awful, and starving. Between all of his toes on both the front and back legs is raw. His paws were completely swollen and he wouldn't stop licking them. His face is red and swollen where a muzzle would go. Cowens boosts about their pet grooming, but I think whoever attempted to groom him caused him harm. I'm terribly disappointed and cannot understand how this could happen. Our dog is loving and cooperative and should not have been returned to us this way. I hope others read this and understand that not everyone is going to care for your pets. We will not be taking our dog back. Max doesn't shed much, but after bringing him home, his fur is almost falling out. I have taken pictures of all of these things and wish I knew how to upload them

This place is terrible. The dogs are in outside cages with other dogs all around them they are able to bark and bite at each other between the chain length fencing that separate them. I saw two dogs going at each other between there kennels. I only kept my Boxer there one night and when I brought her home she slept for 12 straight hrs. I can only imagine the what she whent through during the night. I normally board her at furs and feathers pet resort but they were booked. Never one time has my dog came back from furs and feathers in the condition she came back from Cowen's. I will never use them again.

Just got home from vacation, using Fun Fur U for the first time. Kim and Kendall let us know what was happening at every visit. Dogs are very happy and house looks great. Very impressed, and we'll be using them from now on. Great service at a great price. Thanks ladies !!!

Kimberly has provided our family with expert care over the last 10 years! We have used her team for both short trips and long trips and never worry when we’re away from our pets. Our dog has special needs and anxiety and Kimberly is amazing with her. She creates a meal calendar with every detail regarding our pets’ preferences. She sends texts and pictures at every visit and leaves a log with times and notes. I recommend Kimberly for anyone! But especially those with pets who have special needs, medications or anxiety.

We want to share our experience with Fun Fur U-In home Pet Care. Kimberly has been taking of our pets for many years!! We had five babies, 2 dogs and 3 cats and she watched our cats when we went on a vacations. Also our dogs when we were gone all day. She is so caring and I loved it when she would put on funny/cute hats on our pets and send pictures. I loved it!!! I’m one of those pet parents that don’t leave their pets with ANYONE!!!! I know my animals are in GREAT hands and I’m very confident they will be taken care of. Sadly we lost our 5 babies over the last 2 years and she was there to help even when they were elderly and ill. I've been utilizing Kimberly's service for years and she's always provided the most professional and conscientious care for my cats. She makes it a point to engage with my pets, and goes out of her way to make sure they're happy while I'm away. She also does a great job with simple house chores--watering plants, feeding the birds, etc.--that gives me extra peace of mind. She's an excellent resource for pet owners in the Antelope Valley!

Kimberly and her staff at FunFurU Petsitting are hands down the best pet sitting team within the Antelope Valley! I had a challenging work assigment which required me to travel to Oklahoma city nearly every other week for about a year and a half and I knew that even though the job sucked, my lovely fur kids Joey and Maddie were well cared for and loved while I was away. Kimberly sends daily photos when she visits where it was obvious my kitties were thouroughly enjoying the love and attention Kimberly provides, but also had the secondary effect of lifting my spirits while I was away. I cannot recommend her enough!

I found Kimberly to be a caring and professional individual when she took on the insulin injections for our "adopted" Yorkie. I needed to be out-of-state and my husband is not medically able to do these injections. Kimberly entered our home showing love and attention to all 3 of our dogs who loved having her around. She then performed the injection twice a day for 7 days and additionally spent time with my husband to give him a little attention as well. I truly appreciated her attention to detail, her commitment to quality of service and care, as well as her positive attitude. I will continue using her in the future as needed.

Kimberly has been taking care of my boys (shar peis) for years. KIMBERLY is simply the best. She goes out of her way to ensure they are well taken care of. I would recommend Fun Fur U for anyone that will not accept anything but the best for their pets. It takes stress off you and them when you have to go away. I am completely convinced that you can find no one else that will care for your pets like she does.

I don't know what I would do without Fun Fur U. I travel a lot and am always comfortable knowing they will care for my cats and dog as if they were their own. The short report and cute photo that comes with each visit makes me feel closer to home. I can say from personal experience that Kimberly and her team will do whatever is required to handle any, and I mean ANY situation that comes up.

Kimberly is incredibly professional. Every visit, we get pictures of our pets in their play sessions, and reports on how they are doing. I used to use a kennel, but my dogs are so much happier being at home, and Kimberly takes such amazing care of them. My dogs think it’s a treat when she comes :)

I found BCK about 2 years ago after one of my dogs was attacked at boarding. I decided no more daycare but a facility where my dogs had some space, care and did not interact with other dogs. I did try another place and my dogs came home stressed. But after the first time boarding at BCK they were very relaxed upon return. Every time I brought them they were excited and greeted Jessica and the crew with excitement. Aug was a brutal month for me workwise and they were boarded almost the whole month. It was great knowing they were being cared for and safe. I did get an email when they noticed the dogs were not eating like normal and they wanted to know if there was something they should do. I loved that they kept me informed and I told them it was probably stress and sure enough, it passed in a day or two. Unfortunately I won't be boarding there as I moved out of state, which is part of the reason they were there so much in August. I had a whole house to pack up. I want to thank everyone at BCK for the great treatment of Toby and Max! They will miss you guys and so will I!

We have been taking our dogs here for many years when our dogs were young and now old. Our dogs LOVE this place. The staff is extremely caring. They treat our senior dogs with love, kindness, patience, and compassion. They go above and beyond what other places provide. The owner is very knowledgeable about breeds and different temperaments. She has always been able to provide quality advice when asked. We love that they are constantly evolving. They keep learning new techniques and striving for ways to be better instead of sticking to old ways. We highly recommend them for boarding needs.

My boy LOVES coming to Bouquet Canyon Kennels. If dogs could speak, mine would say this is his second family and that he likes coming here more than hanging out at home. We do day boarding and overnight boarding anytime we have a vacation planned or if I’m traveling for work, since my dog cannot be left alone yet. I have a 18 month old GSP and he is wild and requires a lot of attention. Every time we pick him up he is so tired, which means he played hard and got lots of love. I refuse to take him anywhere else, especially since he has made so many friends coming here. We are so thankful for Jessica and her staff for taking such great care of our dog child! ❤️

I have complete trust in the staff in taking care of my Lab. They care about my dog like she’s their own. When I drop her off for boarding I have no worries the rest of my day. Just love the staff Gina and Sadie

We’ve been taking our German Shepherd here for a while now, she’s had several stays, everyone is so happy to see our dog, but more importantly our dog is happy to see them. Wouldn’t take our dog anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Great family owned and operated kennel. I could tell they truly took care of our dogs. After a 3 day stay, the family understood each of our 3 dogs personalities and remarked on behaviors. Most kennels aren't as aware of their visitors. Great communication too. When one dog had loose stool they emailed us immediately.

Rude! Disrespectful staff and didn’t inform me my dog got hurt. Don’t take your animals here. They’re unsympathetic if your animal got hurt they just say “per our contract it’s not our problem” INSANE!

I highly recommend Bouquet Canyon Kennels! They absolutely love my dog and my dog absolutely loves them. They have plenty of staff members to help care for the dogs and their pricing is very reasonable. Making reservations online is very easy and if I ever need to contact them, they are very responsive whether it is by email or phone call.

I love this place. Phyllis is an excellent groomer. She does a great job with my Harley.

I showed up, unannounced, to drop off shot records for my dog, and was able to see the place. The dogs were in huge runs and the place was clean. None of the dogs seemed in distress. The staff was nice and welcoming. I left my dog during fourth of July and I asked how they were going to manage the anxiety. They said they have the dogs inside, and play music for them. When I picked up my dog they gave me updates on how she did and all staff came to say goodbye to her. It made me feel like they took time to care for my dog. My dog was happy and healthy.

We've been using Sczyr's for 1.5 years now for our dog and she loves it. They take good care of her and are inexpensive!

I had boarded my dog here before but when I picked him up today. His eyes were all funky and he’s weak. He’s walking wobbly. I’m praying he bounces back but not sure at this point

We highly recommended this kennel. They treat our dogs very well here. Our dogs seem very relaxed and happy when we pick them up. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Thank you all for taking such good care of our babies.

Excellent experience all three visits to the kennel. The first visit was a week long. The other two times, we put the dogs in the kennel overnight when we stay with family as we travel to and from Arizona. We have peace of mind knowing that the dogs are safe and well cared for.

The employees here are so good to our pets when we go away and cannot take them with us. Our dogs are happy to see them and never act strange when they get home which assures us that they are very well taken care of. Our doggies home away from home!

I’m a great customer there, my dog is always the nicest dog, so they say, and yet I’m charged a special pitbull price for the nicest and smallest female pitbull. This is a HORRIBLE policy. If the pit is heavy or a lot of work the owner should be charged extra. If not, then not. Please stop judging my dog based on her supposed breed, of which I have no papers at all. I have videos of her raising a kitten. She’s a very nice and motherly dog.

Loved it. I will always take my dogs here, when I leave town, from now on. It was nice to have peace of mind while vacationing. Im just mad I waited so long to try it out. For some reason I thought it would be super expensive so I never inquired. I was wrong. Super affordable and worth every penny.
