I boarded my dog Koda here over the weekend and she had a blast!!!! She made lots of friends and seeing her so happy in the pictures made me feel loads better knowing she wasn’t sad and alone. They even gave her an exit bath when I picked her up which was such a nice surprise!!! She smelled great and it was nice to not have to do it after a long day of traveling. They are also super fair in pricing and we will 100% be back for any boarding, day care, training or grooming needs!

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I have used Ashley and Abbie regularly for walking my dogs as well as check in on my kitties. They are wonderful to work with. Very dependable- they have never missed an appointment. I know they have a busy schedule but will do their best to fit you in for a last minute visit. Recently, I was home recovering from surgery and I got a chance to observe my pets when they Abbie or Ashley arrive to take them for a walk…. My dogs get so excited to see them. You can tell that they genuinely care about animals. Also, they take the best photos of my fur babies!!

The owners of Animal People Dog Boarding & Day Care (Aaron and Ashley Babaa) know what they are doing. Both are epic dog lovers and will care for your dog just as it were their own. This venture is born out of their equal passion to care for and board dogs in a dignified manner. Beautiful clean facility with new state of the art kennels to keep your dogs. This place WAS great and has been fantastic! I was going there for almost two years now. It's 45 min for me and has been well worth it! Both my dogs have come a long way and can't wait to see how much further they progress. 😊 However, the owner has abandoned this to move onto something else and it is under new management that has been a dissapoinment and changed what they have said so I will no longer be back there and will find something else. Therefore, I no longer suggest this facility.

Dog School Charlotte provides excellent training for pup and human! We are very pleased with our progress. We were having significant problems with our rescue. Dog School Charlotte folks are professional, courteous, extremely responsive and always on time! We are looking forward to continuing our advanced obedience & group training with them! Highly recommend!!

We love Animal People! Our pup is always excited to go and tuckered out when she gets home. If anyone is going to take care of our floof, they need to be animal people, just like us! Affordable care by folks that love our pup like just like we do!

Ashley and Aaron offer a warm and welcoming home away from home for your fur babies. The facility is kept clean and well organized and the dogs have plenty of indoor and outdoor space to run and play. I love that they send pupdates to the owners to let them know how their fur baby is doing. I have complete confidence recommending them to anyone!

Simply the best! We can’t recommend Animal People enough. Our pup spent two weeks with their team, and she had the best time. We got regular updates and photos throughout her stay. It’s very evident everyone on the Animal People team truly care for each pet in their care.

My sweet boy, Baire, LOVES coming here! He is so excited that he jumps out the car 😂 I know that he is in great hands because of how he reacts when he gets dropped off. Everyone here is so nice and I can tell that they love what they do and take care of all the fur babies as if they were their own. I appreciate all the care and service given toward me and my dog. The prices are reasonable and includes daycare with boarding- I appreciate this so much because I would have to pay separately for this at other places. Thank you so much Animal People!!

I normally take my dogs to Pet Palace to be boarded, but decided to use just their grooming services this time, and Madison did amazing on my puppers. They came out so cuteeeee, and she did exactly what I asked for!! Thank you, Madison!

Excellent facility. The facility is clean. The staff does an excellent job caring for my dogs. I always feel comfortable and confident when traveling knowing my dogs are in good hands. Highly recommend the Charlotte location.

Thanks to Pet Palace I was able to know that my dog Benny was able to settle in just fine. I was very scared to let him go to boarding for the very first time because he is very shy and timid around new people but Pet Palace kept him and me at ease. They called me and updated me on how he was doing and thankfully he was doing excellent. I am so happy that I am able to leave him in Pet Palace’s care while on vacation in the future.

The new groomer Madison is not good. I took my dog here for a full groom, which includes a bath, hair cut, full blow out, etc. Upon picking him up, I noticed he wasn't given a blow out. His hair still appeared curly the same way it was when I brought him in. I asked the manager if Madison had any issues with grooming the dog and was first told that Madison would have noted any fidgeting or other issues on his paperwork and that she didn't leave any notes of any problems. I showed a picture of how my dog normally looks after grooming and the manager agreed that it appeared a blow out had not been given and we rescheduled for my dog to come back in to receive the service. I drove across town today for the service and Madison had a bad attitude. She claimed that she'd heard I didn't like my dog's groom. When I told her what the issue was, she first claimed that she HAD given my dog a blowout. She later stated she WASNT able to give him a blow out because he wouldn't allow her to. Which story is it??? She was argumentative and didn't seem to want to help fix the issue. She also never called me after the groom was done to notify my dog was ready. I had to call back in to check on the dog, at which time, the manager claimed she thought Madison had called to let me know he was ready..wasting two hours of my time for which I could have picked up the dog. The manager also subsequently admitted that Madison hadnt previously told them this new story about my dog not allowing her to do his blowout and this was the first time she was hearing this story almost a week after. Upon picking up my dog after two hours today, Madison had trimmed my dog's ears (in a choppy uneven way) and STILL hadn't blown him out for a SECOND TIME. Madison claimed the dog would not let her...even though this dog has been groomed here several times in the past, including by her, without issues. Will not return. Unfortunately, the grooming services have gone down since the old groomer left in talent and attitude. Don't take your dog to Madison unless you want to pay for services you won't receive and then be lied to about whether she did it or not. She appears young and immature and apparently doesn't realize her services are a reflection of her reputation and brand! As an aside, this grooming service was thankfully paid with a reward so I didn't pay the full amount. If I had, I would have been very upset to have spent almost $80 for a poor groom. This company should be careful about having customers to pay for services they aren't providing through Madison...pretty sure it isn't a legal practice.. Manager was kind and respectful though but should ensure staff is providing the services customers pay for and not telling conflicting stories about why the services aren't provided. Madison should be reprimanded.

We have been entrusting Pet Palace with the care our two loving puppies Cocoa and Martini for 4 years now. They do such a great job providing medicine for our older dogs and giving them lots of love. Shout out to the entire group. Thank you Melissa for always being so kind and for the new doggie treats

My girl has been coming here for a few years and she loves it! Everyone is so kind and sweet. I travel for work a lot so I’ve had to leave my dog here plenty and the staff is always so accommodating. We love pet palace.

My dog Molly absolutely loves Pet Palace. When I say “you want to go play with other dogs” she knows we are going to Pet Palace. She drags me into the front doors! The workers there are the absolute best. I feel so comfortable leaving her there. She comes home tired and happy! I love love this place and the employees there! They do care about the pets and I totally recommend them to my friends!

My dog is a small Pomeranian which is very sheltered and hardly ever goes around other dogs or other people only family for that matter, and it was also hhis second time leaving him some where else. So I asked Pet Palace to keep him separated from other dogs. I was gone for 4 days and kept calling and they said that he wasn't eating that much but I felt like they were doing their best to take care of him. Bottom line, no issues and I would take him back again.

I boarded my cat Lukey when I went out of town for 12 days and it was the first time I booked him with Pet Palace, they took good care of him. I reserved a cat townhouse with a window view. They provided some treats and a litter box in his townhouse. I gave them his wet food, left his bed and toys while he stayed there. I called a few times to get an update and employees were friendly and attentive. I also scheduled a one on one playtime.I totally recommend it since Lukey enjoyed his stay there!!

Melissa was absolutely great! She was so helpful and gave me all the information I needed. I would highly recommend her facility! She is absolutely amazing!!!

My sweet Turkey loves Club Fetch! He always gets so excited when we pull in for daycare, and is always greeted by lovely, smiling staff who are excited to see him as well. These staffers genuinely care about my little boy. As someone whose dog is my whole entire world, I can leave him there with confidence and an eased mind. They also have great special events with ADORABLE photoshoots, and are always willing to give Turk a nail trim if I ask! 10/10! We love Club Fetch!

We always board our dogs here and they always come home so happy and so well taken care of, Club Fetch does a great job. Our dogs aren’t huge players with other dogs, and the staff always gives them attention and makes sure they are loved. They are happy to see them and so kind. Our dogs have medicine(s) and they always administer them correctly and ask questions. They have good space for dogs to run/play given its South End. We always get outside picture of them! Overall I feel like my dogs are loved, happy, and safe when they are there. The staff is always accommodating when we have had to change plans last minute and or several days out. Recently Stephanie especially helped me when I was in a crunch - she was kind and professional. I give whole the staff, the system they run, and the facilities five stars!!

Aspen did such a good job grooming our Great Pyrenees! When we originally took him to Club Fetch he was scared and didn’t let anyone touch him but Aspen worked with us over 3 sessions to make sure he was comfortable. By the third time we took him in there she was able to completely groom him! She has the magic touch!

Club Fetch saved the day! Memorial Weekend, I had to run out of town and the Dogsitter that we had booked was no longer available. This would have been our dogs first long ride and we didn’t want to chance it so we took a chance on Club Fetch. Lindsey was very friendly and you can tell she’s an absolute dog lover. She made sure to discuss the various packages that they offered and got us squared away. We selected the pack and play package where your pet would get cuddles and story time and we would get a photo report card of how he was going each day. The photos, while some were not good, did put us at ease seeing his face. Some of the photos were blurry, others seemed to have on a filter, or just a bad shot- nonetheless we were grateful for having them save the day. We made it to see my aunt (who was ill and hospitalized and back to Charlotte). Here is where our feelings dampened. Upon return, we were told about additional fees, that were not disclosed at drop off, additionally, we ordered a spa bath and they must’ve forgotten as they ran to do it after I called and said I was on my way and they brought him out soaking wet and not dried with no fragrance. To top it off, I was told that he wasn’t a fan of the dryer when he’s had several spa baths previously at another facility. The lady that assisted me upon my return was very lackluster and nonchalant and borderline rude. I stood my ground and told her what was covered with me upon my check-in and what wasn’t and I was told she was adjusting the bill. Oh, I forgot to mention, when I returned on Tuesday, they had me in the system for a 6 night stay and he was there for 4 nights. I was billed for a package for 6 nights and he was only there for 4…this is what the lady told me she corrected. I swiped my card, got our pup and left. Once I got home and reviewed the invoice I noticed that I was still overcharged. I called and left a message and the next day Lindsey returned my call and said she was getting the error corrected and refunding me a little more for all of the trouble. I’m on the fence about returning because my pup did return and had diarrhea for a few days. His vet gave him some meds for his stomach and now he is on the mend. Read everything before signing and double check everything. Keep in mind if you are boarding your pet during any holiday that there is an up charge for boarding during those “peak” times. I was told that over the Memorial Day weekend they had over 100 dogs there. They also offer doggie cookies as a sweet treat and an add on for your pup. I ordered a Memorial Day cookie and I was suppose to get a photo of him with it, but someone missed the mark. Not sure, if we will return but this first time visit was definitely chaotic.

I have brought my dog here a couple of times after a recommendation from my girlfriend. Wow! I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences so far! Laura went above and beyond, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely continue to bring my pup here

Poppy LOVES club fetch! We had tried another daycare in the area which went horribly. I was so worried bringing her to a new place she/I would have the same experience. It was NOTHING like the other daycare. Lindsey took the time to explain their process and philosophy, tell me exactly how they were going to get poppy to warm up to them, and followed through on that promise to get Poppy to love daycare. After just 3 trips there, poppy now sprints inside, tail wagging, so excited to have a day of play with all her friends (human and puppy!). I am so grateful for the amazing staff they have there.

Bear and I love club fetch! The staff is all amazing and friendly and they know who bear is as soon as he walks in! When I ask bear “you wanna go to daycare?” He immediately gets excited and runs to the door! Cannot recommend enough! Lindsey is amazing and knows the dogs by name, she is the best!!

I have been taking my dog Meli to Club Fetch for a year. I could not be happier with the employees at club fetch. It gives me so much comfort knowing that she is well taken care of every time she goes to daycare and that she doesn’t have to be at home while I’m at work. She loves playing with other dogs and every time I pick her up at the end of the day her tongue is hanging out of her mouth and she has a big grin on her face! I highly recommend every service at club fetch. Meli also gets groomed there and she looks adorable every time! It’s nice because you can drop them off for daycare and they can get grooming services while they are there. Thank you club fetch for making our babies happy and safe!

After boarding my dog here for the first time for a weekend I was disappointed at pick up on Sunday. After requesting a bath during the online check in process and in person at time of drop off, when we clarified a basic shampoo and dry on Sunday morning, my dog was not bathed prior to pick up. I left two comfort toys at the facility with my dog and both were missing a time of pick up. The only response was "sorry", there was no offer of reimbursement, replacement, or even to take down a mailing address to mail the toys if found.

My yorkie needed a grooming desperately. We had tried a groomer after moving to Charlotte and I was not too happy with them. It took a while to find a place near me that I was comfortable going to and Club Fetch was perfect as well as Jackie his groomer. I will definitely go back. She did an awesome job and he looks adorable!

I have no idea who Sammie and Lola are. My dogs do not attend there. I came in to help the owners build the fences and saw first hand the mangertall blonde chick grab a small white dog by the color and drag it over 4 dogs to get it inside. I do bc not play when it comes to any sort of abuse or neglect. I was paid to be quiet but that didn’t last.

We’ve been taking this 135 lb big baby since he was a puppy and Christie and her amazing staff have taken the best care of him. They truly care and take care of your canines. Highly recommend.

Our dog Franklin is SO happy at Carolina Doggie Playland. He goes a few times a week and gets so excited when he drop him off and he sees where we are. He’s also been boarded there and loved it. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and loving to our pup. And to top it all off, they have the best prices in town! I would recommend CDP to anyone.

Brought my 4 month old lab retriever here and now he’s 8 months and it’s helped socialize him so much. The staff are PHENOMENAL. If there was a 6th star I’d happily rate it such. Never had an issue with pick up or drop off and they care for your furry friend as if they were their own.

Carolina Doggie Playland is a wonderful place for dogs. We have been taking our dog, Franklin, to CDP since he was a little pup. He loves it there and so do I. The staff are amazing and they know each dog by name and personality. They make sure every dog is happy and comfortable, and they adjust the activities according to the dogs' energy levels and temperament. They really care about the dogs and their well-being, and it shows. I am so thankful for all that they do to make Franklin's life (while I am at work) happy and filled with love. I mean this from the bottom of my heart. I was a little nervous to bring him there when I read some of the older reviews and I just caution you to remember that anyone and their mother can write a review on Google. I have been there, toured the facility and I have one happy doggo that comes home to me every day. Thank you all for being so lovely!!

We have brought our pup here for the past couple of months and she loves it! She starts running towards the door to see her friends (pups and people), something she has never done at other daycares. The staff is super friendly and professional as well. Would definitely recommend!

This is such a great place. Boarded our German shepherd over the weekend and got picture reports on their app. And a full report on the nail trimming. I usually just book the appointments for daycare or service or boarding on the app and it's super easy!

Great place for dogs, we came to Charlotte to visit family and needed a last minute place to leave our dog Pingo, and even though this is a very busy weekend, Hanna, Loren and Quinn were wonderful! We brought him for an evaluation and they took him at that moment! The subsequent days , our dog would jump off the car to enter the facility. I highly recommend this place, the ladies were wonderful with dogs and very accommodating! When we come back to Charlotte we will be bringing Pingo here!

I rarely write reviews but I had to make an exception this time given our amazing experience with Carolina Doggie Playland earlier this month. The bottom line is that the owner Christie and her assistant Loren are the most compasonate and caring people I have ever dealt in all the years of boarding our pets. They always made us feel like we were the most important customer they had and cared for our dog as if she was their own. The circumstances of our relationship changed from a simple overnight stay to a multi-week need. During that time our family had so many challenging events but we never had to worry about our dog because Christie and Loren had her covered and then some. I will never hesistate to do business with them again or recommend them to others. They are unique soles that I rarely have the opportunity to meet these days. We're very thankful for all you do!!

Unsafe, nasty conditions for your pets. The employees try their best to be as safe as possible but the owner refuses to make accommodations safe. She lies to clients about their pets in order to still make money while completely ignoring your pets and disregarding their health, safety, and happiness. The proof is in their Facebook page reviews. Please do your research and TOUR the facilities you take and possibly leave your fur babies at.

My three pups had wonderful experiences at Skiptown. The attentiveness to not only them but to myself and my partner have been beyond my wildest expectations. We will definitely become members and enjoy Skiptown as much as possible!

Couldn’t recommend enough!! My pup loves to come here. When we drop him off to daycare, he doesn’t even look back to say goodbye because he’s so excited! He always comes back happy and falls asleep on the car ride home since he is stimulated and content with his stay. I also love the little reports and updates with photos they send. We also come to the park occasionally and enjoy it as well. 10/10

I am really impressed by both the staff and facilities at Skiptown Atlanta. All of the staff are so friendly and seem genuinely happy to greet your dog. And more importantly, my dog LOVES it. He gets so excited to see his human (and dog) friends at daycare. I've also had him groomed here a couple times and have been very happy. I will also be using their boarding services over the holidays.

My 6 month old puppy's first groom, Miranda did a wonderful job making sure my puppy was comfortable and safe, I am excited to continue coming here!! She also had a BLAST at daycare!!!

The play area is great! However, we made an appointment in person to have our dog groomed a week in advance for 8am. We woke up early on our weekend to get ready and get our dog (who desperately needs a grooming before our trip and now won’t receive one) to Skiptown. After making the drive we were told whoever we made the appointment with never actually put it on the books and they turned us away. Super inconvenient and unprofessional.

Thank you Lizzy A. for always taking the best care of Zara! We are very particular about her cut and she kills it every time! Not to mention Zara loves her. I know our dog is in great hands every time we drop her off with Lizzy.

We visit Skiptown quite often. Our pups love all the other friendly dogs. We love watching them have such a great time. The staff is excellent. They’re super attentive and quick to clean up behind the dogs. Scout and Phoebe love the staff too, especially Aiden. I don’t know how they do it, but Aiden seems to know every dog by name and is super sweet and knows how to handle disruptive dogs. We are so happy that we found this place. Good people, good dogs, good drinks, it’s a win win.

My dog had done 3 days of daycare, one overnight stay, and had a nail trim at Skiptown. All have been very positive experiences. They meet you at your car for drop off and pick up. My dog is scared and of all people, but is happy to see skiptown employees. I think the service is much better than other dog daycares I have been to.

My wife and friends absolutely love Skiptown! Such a fun place full of great people, doggos, and drinks. Even if you don't have a dog, you can come here for free and just have a great time with all of the other guests. The workers are wonderful and it is so nice how they keep up after the dogs for you so you can enjoy time with friends. Definitely worth a visit!

Warning! This can happen to your dog! The attached pictures show my dog’s legs 1 month after sustaining chemical burns at Pet Paradise. I left my dog here for 1 night and came back at the end of the next day, picked him up and noticed he was acting strange. After finding his back legs oozing pus and his hair in a hard bloody matte, I took him to the doctors. At one point he also vomitted some blood. 2 emergency trips to the vet over 2 days and thankfully they were able to treat him. Pet paradise never gave me an answer as to how this happened to my dog, which means they haven’t fixed the issue. If they haven’t fixed the issue then that means your dog is also in danger of suffering the same or worse fate as my golden retriever. I will note the management at pet paradise was sympathetic and paid all the vet bills for my dog which I appreciate. But I will never leave my dog here again and probably will never use another boarding facility.

The staff are all SO nice and accommodating. The lobby smells good for a place with a revolving door of pets all day long. The view behind the counter of the outside looks like a fun pet resort. The grounds are very pleasant looking. Animals don’t mind going with the staff. It’s not at all like a vet visit..lol. Also somehow my pup looks so nice when I come to pick him up. I’m pleasantly pleased!!!

I cannot say better things about this Pet Paradise location. When I lived in Florida, I found Pet Paradise and would take my dog, Scout often. When I moved to CLT, I found this location and it is GREAT. I love that you are able to add on services like baths, extra day-camp play time, ice cream treats and report cards so you can see photos of your dog throughout the day along with how he/she is doing! Some of the rooms have cameras you can pay for if you need that comfort and peace of mind. Scout always has a blast here. The staff is amazing, friendly and so great at what they do. I will continue to recommend this location and company to everyone for their fur babies! THANK YOU Pet Paradise for always going above and beyond for our family.

My dogs love it here! They are well cared for and secure. Everyone who works here is pleasant and kind, and you can tell they love the animals.

We adopted Poe from the animal control shelter and fell in love instantly despite how difficult it was with his behavior. The staff at pet paradise charlotte were so understanding and helpful in making sure Poe had a group to play with when he is boarded. We ended up leaving him for the 28 board and train and are SO happy we did!! We brought him home yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We know that we have a lot of practice to do with him so that his behavior transfers into our home but he is settling is so well that we aren’t worried at all. Jenny and Krista were absolutely phenomenal and we would 10/10 recommend anyone to bring their pet here for training. They made sure he was incredibly loved and that his brain was stimulated his whole stay.

We love Pet Paradise in Charlotte. Friendly staff, clean environment and efficient check-in and check-out process and most importantly, they take excellent care of our Scooby. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is always so friendly from the moment I’ve walked in. They’re definitely pet people because they always greet my dog as well. He has anxiety and they are super accommodating to have the groomer come out and say hello and pet him before taking him back. And his haircuts are always on point! I would definitely recommend Pet Paradise for grooming. We haven’t used the boarding facilities.

I normally use rover because I like having my dog watched in a home and getting updates. Rover let me down though so I went with Pet Paradise and I an genuinely so happy with my choice. I paid the incredibly great value of $5 a day for a report card and the pictures I got were amazing. The people at Pet Paradise were all so nice and made me feel comfortable dropping my dog off. When I picked him up he was all happy and jumping everywhere on me and also on the worker who brought him out. He only ever jumps on people he really likes (me, my mom and sister are it). So him doing that made me know everything I needed to about the place, he bonded with the workers which means they took great care of him. I plan to use Pet Paradise for the foreseeable future and recommend it! Worth every penny.

You want to know what kind of boarding to expect here? The best. These people care so much for each and every dog that is dropped off. They take great notes and listen and follow up on any special care your pup may need during their stay. The services they offer are fairly priced and always delivered as or above what they advertise. I strongly recommend this place for stays of any length!

I've used Happy Hounds twice a week for the last several months and had my Boomer stay with Holly for a week. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Very dependable & very loving! Never worry about a no-show or that my baby wouldn't be well cared for plus Boomer loves them! Highly recommend!!

I just moved to the Charlotte area and had to go out of town for a wedding. I contacted Happy Hounds regarding a meet and greet. From the first message, Holly was amazing. She was very prompt in responding and took the time to meet with us to see if home-style boarding would work. The online portal made it very easy to schedule, communicate and pay for the services. When I picked up my dog, he was very happy and I could tell he had the best time :) Huge peace of mind knowing that my dog is in great hands! All around a wonderful, stress-free experience. What an amazing discovery finding Happy Hounds has been! Such a relief to find an alternative to boarding and kennels. Happy Hounds is the best boarding option for me in the Charlotte area! I have been in-home boarding with Holly for several years. I could not recommend Happy Hounds highly enough. Your dogs are treated like family, and the communication is wonderful; I always am reassured and reminded that my senior dog is having fun and being an angel. I will be using them for dog walks in the future, too!

We had a wonderful experience with this service! We left our dog with Holly during a week-long trip out of town. He normally has some anxiety issues so boarding him was not an option for us. For the same price we were able to leave him with a passionate, caring dog lover in a home-like environment who treated him like family. We got lots of reassuring photos and updates while we were gone and Brownie was very happy! We will definitely use Happy Hounds again and again!

Happy Hounds is amazing! Happy Hounds is the first pet sitting we’ve used and they completely exceeded our expectations. One of our dogs is blind and Holly was super comfortable with her. When we came to pick our dogs up, they were happy to see us but not happy to leave! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this service! We got an 8 week old puppy which we were completely unprepared for in regards to potty training and needing multiple walks per day. Needless to say when Monday morning came around I panicked. Holly was so accommodating on such short notice. She came over to meet my baby free of charge and was able to give me multiple options for us to choose from in order to best meet our needs. Our little one requires 2 and sometimes 3 walks per day, our schedule may very week to week and this has been no problem at all for a very reasonable price. Our puppy is always calm (as a puppy can be) and happy when we get home. Holly pays such great attention to our baby and has been great in reinforcing all of her training needs. I get wonderful text messages and pictures that help reassure me that she is doing well and she always looks so excited to be out with Holly. Happy Hounds is a caring attentive service for your pets needs and is extremely reliable and affordable .

Happy Hounds is the BEST. Holly cares for my dog 4 times a week while I am at work. This has been so helpful for me because not only does Holly walk her and let her out, she is also super flexible and caring. She can give my dog treats and chew toys that I only want her to have for half the day, leave her in or out of her crate, etc. Holly sends me a status update and picture every day, which I love getting! She's also really been there for us in a pinch when I unexpectedly need a last-minute walk and has even cleaned up puppy accidents a couple of times... My dog also home boarded with Holly over a long weekend. She was so well-cared for and it was so easy for me because Holly picked her up and dropped her off for me. The prices are also the cheapest I have seen in Charlotte. I didn't think I would be able to afford a dog walker but Happy Hounds has been tremendously valuable to me (and cheap)!

I've used a few different pet-sitting services over the years and Happy Hounds is by far the best! Holly is amazing. Not only does she take excellent care of my dog, but she's respectful of my home as well. She brings in the mail and trash bins; knows how to work my alarm system; will turn lights on and off and will even spend the night when I have to go out of town for work. She is responsive to new sitting requests and always sends an update (and picture!) via text when she's at my house. Best of all, she loves what she does and it shows! Her human clients and her pet clients love her equally as well!

Happy Hounds is the best! Holly and Mike alleviate our worries when we are out of town. Our sweet girl is 15 years old and has special senior needs. They understand and take extra care to make sure she is happy, comfortable and taken care of. Love the pictures we get with the status texts!

THE BEST PLACE FOR DAYCARE AND BOARDING! Dogs All Day is the only place I trust to leave my two babies. Their staff is great!! They get to know the personalities of the dogs and even have their own pet names for my 2. I feel so good when I go out of town knowing that they are safe and sound AND HAPPY at DAD!!! They've been going there since they were puppies so it's like a second home for them :)))

We are so grateful to have a place that takes great care of our baby when we go away! I love that we can see him on the cameras and know he’s having fun with his friends! We’re so happy with our experience with dogs all day!

I worked here for some time. The staff are not properly trained to handle sensitive dogs and regularly mistreat them as a result. Your sweet little man gets called insults by staff because he anxiously misses his mom, and the only solution they provide (and allow you to do) is to put that dog back in his cage. There is also a great deal of hazards, I don't want to go into detail as these would be actually accusations of criminal negligence, but know your baby is very much being given the bare minimum in terms of quality in almost every metric. Anita calls it "the Walmart of dog daycares" and you absolutely will be getting that value, minus the bigger corporate structures that would ensure a level of quality and hold her accountable for the mistreatment of animals and staff. I was gonna say was gonna say I "quit" in early winter 2024, but they actually took me off the schedule when I put in my two weeks then fired me when I called it unprofessional. So that's the kind of people who run the place bare minimum. That being said, things may have changed (or I am a big huge liar) so take what I say as hearsay, but know that there are probably more qualified people to take care of your animals. AND it's worth noting they give you a discount if you leave a positive review :^) (or did at one point anyway)

Brody LOVES Dogs All Day! As soon as we pull in the parking lot, he can't get inside fast enough. We take him one to two times a week and found that with so much space to run in comparison to other day cares, he is the most playful and happy at Dogs All Day. They also offer half days which is awesome! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable - I always know he is in good hands! Best day care in Charlotte by far!

When I first started taking my puppy to Dogs All Day, she was shy, nervous, and hesitant to play with other dogs and be around other humans. Dogs All Day helped my pup get out of her comfort zone and now it is her favorite place! She loves all of the caretakers there and playing with the other dogs. I can’t thank Dogs All Day enough for always taking fantastic care of my dog. She is a mini aussie with a lot of energy and they do a great job of letting them play all day and get all of their energy out in the yards outside.

My dog has trouble with his appetite if he’s in a new environment. After talking to staff and calling to check in on if he’s eaten while boarded for the weekend, the staff quickly assured me they were watching him and making sure he ate enough. They gave him so extra goodies to make him more comfortable, and even took the time to hand feed him at first to get him going. I was so anxious to leave him, but I’m so happy with the care he received here. They truly LOVE dogs!

The best doggy daycare/boarding in town! We feel confident taking our 2 beagles here. The staff are all so kind and really seem to get to know our pups. The facility is clean and has great indoor and outdoor space. We know our dogs are well taken care of here!
