My husband and I went out of town for a 10 day cruise. Amanda at Pet Palace was amazing. She gave me updates at each port and she post videos of all the dogs so you can see how well your dog is adjusting. My pug Monster always seemed to be having so much fun in the videos. I highly recommend Pet Palace if you're looking for a friendly and reliable place to board you dog.

Called Amanda week before we went on a little mini vacation and she was very accommodating with meeting Roxi on short notice! Roxi started the tail wagging when we dropped her off so I know she was excited. Would highly recommend Amanda and Pet Palace!!

Pet Palace really helped me out last minute taking care of my sweet fur babies. It was really easy leaving my babies in their care. Amanda is the most kind and nourishing pet sitter we’ve ever had, she went above and beyond with making my pets feel safe and secure in her care. I will always recommend Pet Palace to everyone I know!

I boarded my three boys at Pet Palace for the first time and they did wonderful! I expressed my worries to Amanda and she took them into consideration and updated me periodically to settle my nerves. Definitely booking again! I can assure you that your babies will be taken care of if you book with Pet Palace!

Amanda was super nice. I called her the morning I left for a trip and she still took my babies for the weekend. She made sure my pups had their beds and were comfortable. Her rates are really affordable too. My pups really enjoyed their time with her and the other dogs. I loved that she posts videos of the pups on her TikTok and instagram! I will definitely call her again to watch my pups!:)

Had snarky comments because I wanted certain things for my dog and had questions about the contract and she canceled on me last minute because I said maybe we got off on the wrong foot completely unprofessional for someone that runs a business and I expect a comment back from her gaslighting me. (Response back to her)- If you handled your self like a professional you would not getting a 1 starr and yes I did have plans for him but the place he was gonna be staying changed last minute and I had questions about the contract you chose to send me the contract and I went over it and wanted to make sure 7 days is a long time, sorry you have to be petty that is not my problem after I said we got off on the wrong foot you chose to block me but you wanna make me the bad guy ?

Amanda took our two babies for six days.. We've never had our puppies boarded before and wasn't sure howd they'd do but she did great with them and sent pics and videos tbe whole time so we could see how they were doing.. Would highly recommend and will be using her again in the future..

Amanda cared for our two adult border collies and a super-hyper mini Aussie puppy, in our home, while we were on vacation. She was very responsible and did everything we agreed to before hand. It is obvious she loves dogs, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the job she did. Her pricing is reasonable, and I recommend her without hesitation.

Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and informative! The facility is very clean and well maintained. Maggie loved all the people and all her new fur friends! We can’t wait to see all the fun Maggie is going to have at Camp Bow Wow.

The inside and outside of the building is always clean! The staff is so friendly and welcoming always quick to answer any questions I may have! They treat Moose like one of their own fur babies! He loves coming to Camp Bow Wow!

I am so glad this opened! Our dogs are our world and that’s how they are treated at bow wow! We are relieved that we never to stress when we travel because they are in good hands. The manager Brittani is the biggest animal lover you will meet and she will treat your pet as her own. The facility is kept so clean and communication from the moment you request a reservation is quick, easy and professional. I love that you can log on the cameras and see them. We just love camp bow wow!

Lola loves Camp Bow Wow! I love that I can watch her while she is there. She seems to have so much fun. The bath they gave her was great! She looked so clean and smelled really good!

Excellent place! Our pups LOVE going to see their friends and staying overnight too. The people are so sweet and always follow our pups vitamin routine instructions. When one pup was in a cone and had to stick to low activity, they ensured our pup did just that but still had fun. AMAZING place!!!!!

AMAZING experience. We used them for the first time a couple of weeks ago and were extremely impressed. Facility is beautiful, extremely clean and did not stink at all. The providers are so friendly and welcoming and offered any updates as we wished even including pictures. Leaving our pet for the first time was a bit hard on us but receiving this quality care made it that much easier. Worth every dollar spent! I will suggest one thing. For any newcomers it was a bit confusing to find as there isn’t really a noticeable sign. As you can see our dog had a fantastic time!

They took such great care of both of my babies (dog and cat) and were quick in responding to me about how they were doing along with sending me photos. They both had plenty of space and my dog Winston {the Husky) got to play with other dogs outside during the day. I was worried about finding a good place for them while I was out of town because not only is my dog on medication, but they have never left home over night before, someone I trusted was always home with them when I left town. This time everyone I normally get to watch them was going with me so needed to board them for the first time. I was not disappointed! I could tell they were both well taken care of and they were both happy and healthy when picking them up. I will definitely be using Turner and Pooch again in the future.

Took a long time to find a great dog place in Midland as we had a negative experience at another place in town and made us fearful about anywhere else. But Turner and Pooch is a great local option in Midland! They are friendly, can tell they truly love dogs, text you pics while you're away (pics attached), and have a clean facility. Highly recommend for day-care or extended stays - our two labs love the place (see pics for proof)!

Dex and Gracie get so excited when I say "Ready to go to Turner & Pooch?" I have never left my dogs anywhere, and with a referral from Becky Applegath, decided to let them go to daycare here. I knew for sure I'd picked a winner on the second day. We get within a mile of Turner & Pooch and my dogs start dancing around and happy whining! We have boarded them 3 times now and they are happy, well exercised, and well fed when I pick them up. They sleep well after every visit! The Turners are amazing, and quickly becoming part of our family! Over the weekend, we took Dex and Gracie to the dog park (a first for them!) in Lubbock and they did so well playing with the other dogs, and running. Our success is 100% due to Turner and Pooch and supervised play time.

Melissa and her family are dedicated to what they do. They care about your pets and care for them like their own. Pets aren’t kenneled. Rather, they stay in good sized “suites” with outdoor access. They get lots of play time and love.

For several years we used another boarding facility in Midland that, due to significant management changes, was not providing adequate care for our animals…the last stay they came back with puncture wounds, bloody fur and infections…it was abundantly clear we needed to find a new facility. I chose Turner and Pooch based on their reviews and how easy it was to communicate with Melissa. I just picked my dogs up from their first stay and can say I am very impressed with her staff and facility…we have dogs that require medication and special diets due to age and they really knocked it out of the park …I cannot recommend them enough.

They take care of your fur kids! Ours are always super happy to go which let's us know they approve of them too. We've got two large very young coonhounds and they get lots of needed play time here. At Thanksgiving they even reached out about a puppy gourmet dinner for them.

We love taking our boxer to Turner and Pooch .. they are so friendly and they even have their family play with Gunner .. best place in Midland , I only wish they were a little closer . They are very clean and they always have and do fin things for all the fur babies that stay there . I love how I get updates on my boy as well and pictures .. I can’t say enough good things about here . Melissa is always so nice and gets back with me fairly quickly when i text to check on my baby and they love my boy just as much as I do , like one of their own .. We started using this kennel on a recommendation and couldn't be happier with the service we receive! They are accommodating with pet toys, blankets and food and my dogs are always well taken care of. My boxador is easy going but my terrier mix is a rescue and he can be a lot to handle. They never complain or give me attitude about him. On our last trip out of state our flight was delayed and the kennel had no problem keeping the dogs for two extra days. It was a lot of stress off of our shoulder

I have been taking my dogs here for years now. I love the family that runs the kennel. They always remember my dogs and they are well taken care of. We have never had any problems. I highly recommend them. I wouldn't take my babies anywhere but here.

These people are wonderful. We had a 42nd anniversary trip planned and had scheduled to leave our dogs with 432 Dogs there in Odessa but when we arrived the owner became baligerant and told us to "pack up our dogs and" leave after we asked to tour the inside of his facility. He said our presence would disturb the dogs he was currently boarding. Like our dogs going in by themselves wouldnt?? Also, his facility was not at all what his website portrayed. It turned out to be a fenced in storage unit. Don't even know if it was heated because the owner wouldn't answer any questions. We were left Ina lurch and called Kozy Country Kennel. They let us tour their facility and spoke with us at length about our dogs and the care they would receive while in their care. They saved our vacation. Can't say enough good things about them.

I boarded my 2 small dogs Choncho and Pearla for a couple days here. The place is very clean and doesnt have that dog smell that some kennels get. There were several large dogs outside playing and having a great time, they obviously love being there. The service is great and the price is even greater. We will definitely be using Kozy Country Kennel any time we need to board here in odessa.

Staff is very friendly and the dogs seem to be well taken care of. Payment is by only cash or check so be ready for payment when dropping off your 4 legged family members. My only reason for not rating 5 stars is due to very little grass which leads to dusty conditions. I have used different kennels in other cities and have seen nicer conditions but you will pay a lot more for those places. For the money, you can't beat Kozy Country Kennels

Left our 2 mini schnauzers for 5 days. When we picked them up, they started cowering around us. They are usually excited and very happy. Both dogs have injuries on their backs and sides. Both yelp and whimper when touched. Abuse happens in this place, I WILL NEVER take my babies back to this horrible place. If you don't like animals, don't open a boarding kennel! I called the lady to ask her what happened to my dogs, and she just stammered and couldn't tell me a thing. What a joke. I now have my 2 top breed best friends acting like they have been beaten for an entire life time. Shame on such evil people for doing this to the most sweet innocent things on earth!

I have used the daycare as well as the grooming services from Denise. They took very good care of my 2 mini aussies. Bristol is happy anywhere but Talladega is really afraid of strangers. They handled him so well and I couldn't be happier. He can be a handful, yet they took the time to take really good care of him. I highly recommend Kozy Kennel

Very very appreciative of this company, and the dedication they put into my puppy. I have sent my puppy to other places and was very upset with the look in my baby girls eyes upon pick up. But when sending her here, she was brought back home she was happy and i honestly don’t think she wanted to come back home. I find so much comfort knowing when we leave out of town and return she is in the best hands. Love love love!

Mr Keith is awesome!!!! We needed a last minute boarder and he came through in a clutch. Came out for a home visit and met us and our German Shepards. Next day he came and picked them up which was a major plus! We received updates and videos twice a day on how they were doing, then when we return home Keith delivered them safe and sound. I highly recommend USA Resort for boarding and training their great we will definitely be using Keith in the future. Thank you again!!

Used USA K9 Resorts for boarding this past week and was extremely impressed with the Kieth and the whole operation. He came to my house and met my two dobermans, not only for his benefit but also for theirs. When he came to pick them up, they were happy to see him. He kept in contact with me while we were out of town, with pictures and their progress. Delivered them back home when I returned from my trip. I know Lobo and Louie are looking forward to their next "vacation".

Keith did an amazing job watching my girl! There was great communication with videos of her daily and he went above and beyond while watching her. All around a great experience, you can tell that he really cares about the dogs!

If I had social media I’d def be sharing more about my dogs stay! We have been looking for years for good boarding close to us. Keith and his Wife are very respectful, knowledgeable and professional! Sweet and straight to the point! THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Very clean space! Kenny (my dog) had the special treatment SEVERAL UPDATES without having to ask and when we asked we got a response quickly! Kenny came out from being with them extremely happy 😃 We only did boarding not training but if we had a larger breed aside from boarding and looking for any training I would highly recommend! Such a skilled and knowledgeable instructor! Amazing what he can accomplish in such a short amount of time. We are beyond pleased with everything he was able to accomplish. My girl went there with absolutely no training and returned home today able to sit stay down recall doesn’t pull on a leash and he even has her able to jump in and out of my truck! Would absolutely recommend his board and train program again and again!

Keith was great he showed up quickly upon short notice had a great introduction with my Dog. He sent me updates and returned him home as soon as we got back. We really appreciate him and the time he spent with our Dog.

I needed a place to bring my cat for the day and thank goodness I found this place! I was really impressed with how clean it looks and smells inside. Crystal and her husband are incredibly nice and I will definitely use them again! I’m so very appreciative of their service and the reasonable pricing.

We were very nervous about leaving our baby boy behind but Crystal was easily accessible and answered all of my questions. My husband and I were probably a little too much, asking for videos, pics, ect but this being our first time, Crystal was very patient with us, and we deeply appreciate that. Our boy seemed in good spirits and happy.

Very disappointed. I’m giving one star, because I appreciated the last minute availability. I wish I could add affordability to my list of pros, however the 28$ per night rate I was given was false. When I made the drive to drop off my dog, I was told the rate would be 25$ for the four nights, with an additional 28$ for the first three nights because it was a holiday… okay that was fine. The total was 184.00$, as I went to pay the lady said “ops let me add the tax I forgot”… the total was then 193$. Okay… that was fine too, as I’m sighing my receipt I noticed the “taxes” were put in as an 9$ tip. Im a huge supporter of small businesses so I let it slide. But it got worst when I went to pick my dog up. First off, I had to be there at 2:30 and the doors didn’t even open to more then 15 min after. Then as I went to pick up my dog and her belongings (bed, toy, bone, and 40lbs unopened dog food bag) they said I didn’t bring any food with me… but I DID and I demanded they find it, to which they said they accidentally gave it to the man who came before me (who had two large dogs) and they can reimburse me 15$ because the dog food was about empty( probably because they were feeding two large dogs with it). Will never come here again. Also the living conditions were terrible for the animals.

I placed my pups here for about a week while I went on vacation. My pups did not look mistreated or scared. They were well taken care of. They have dogs in the office area which show how well they take care of them, I was expecting to smell poop and pee immediately after entering becasue I could see them from the window, but it seems to me that they keep the pets clean and pick up after them immediately. I will definitely be using there services again.

I have been to Crystal’s numerous times. I never have to worry when I drop off my English Mastiff. I know he is in great hands, especially since I know that Crystal is a pet lover herself. The staff has been doing a great job in taking care of my friendly giant, will definitely be booking future stays and recommending friends and family

This place is absolutely amazing and the staff are friendly yet professional. My paw baby loves it there and without a doubt I know they take the time to provide her play time because she is exhausted when I pick her up. Her last visit included ice cream treat, photo/report card, and a luxurious blueberry bath, she smelled so good when I picked her up. Definitely recommend this place. October 22-27, 2023, Fall visit. I think the pics speak volume as to how much my fluffy Jazzy Pink just loves this place. She loves people and other pets as this one picture show her enjoying play time with a new playmate.

I love how attentive they are to my old pup. He still gets his wild hair and likes to play but tires quickly and the way they have the dogs play times, relaxing times, eating times, and bedtimes set up is great. They'll message you if you want during your pets visit, they also have other options for you to select from while your pet stays with them. The place is clean and well kept, and the workers are so kind. I'm very particular when it comes to my dog and they followed every request I had to a T. Highly reccomend for anyone needing a boarding place for your fur-child or just a place to play for the day. They also offer pick up and drop off services, how convenient 😊

We boarded our kitty in the private cat condo’s over the holiday, and we are absolutely content with the high level of attention and top notch care that he received. The cat condos are very spacious, and the play room is large and has toys and scratching posts to entertain all and any types of cats. When we arrived, they had already personalized his cat condo with his name and drawings on the door, small detail but meant so much to us and was very welcoming. Boots (our kitty), has a pretty specific eating routine and Paws&Play was sure to accommodate and even messaged us to give us updates. We opted in for the daily pictures and notes, it was the high point of our day being hundreds of miles away and getting to see him playing or being loved on by the incredible staff. Overall, I could not be any happier with the level of care and attention that Boots received, we will absolutely be returning in the future!

The staff at Paws & Play are so friendly and very attentive. My pet, Austin loves to go play with friends and I can relax knowing he is in good hands. I can text the staff anytime during his stay any they are quick to respond. Highly recommend!

There is no review I can give that would properly express my gratitude to Paws & Play, especially manager Kirsten. My dog loves this place and they deal with all his behavioral quirks, where other facilities won’t. They genuinely love my Murphy and that was abundantly clear this past week. He suffered a serious medical emergency while kenneled at P and P over the holiday. His condition was not caused by anyone, just happened to emerge at the worst time, while I was thousands of miles away. Even though it was one of their busiest weeks of the year, P and P was willing to do anything to help me and my dog. They provided transport to different medical facilities, even willing to take him to another city for diagnostics. It was clear that their hearts were hurting as much as my own. They reached out regularly during his hospital stay to check his condition and offer any support. Once he was ready to be released but not well enough for daycare, they offered to care for him in isolation with plenty of one-on-one attention and care for his medical condition. I was finally able to relax and now can enjoy the remainder of my travels visiting my family. I am assured that my dog is with people who care about him. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️

TOP NOTCH boarding facility I have had the opportunity to use!! Friendly, loving and clean facility to board your special fur baby. They have individual suites for your baby all sizes and AWESOME play areas designated just for your loved one. I can’t say enough good words for this facility from the time of scheduling to drop off and pick up!! The groom/spa day made my little guy look and smell awesome!! The daily text pics and updates along with the hilarious bedtime/tuck in story reading was the best!!! I truly felt like my baby was in the best of care!! I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anybody needing to board your special fur baby! Thank you Paws & Play Pet Resort for making it the best time!!

My pup always has a blast when he stays here. I can tell because he is still sleeping the day after I picked him up. Staff truly cares and goes out of their way to accommodate my ever changing schedule. Opted for the frosty paws treats this time and it’s apparent they are a hit! We have been customers for almost three years and never had anything notable to report. On November 20th we dropped our four dogs off for a nine day stay. When we returned on the 29th to pick them up the staff had a very peculiar reaction. While waiting for them to bring our dogs out (which is usually pretty quick) a staff member came out to explain away some injuries that happened to two of the dogs…injured feet they treated with liquid bandage. We arrived home with no issues but later that evening we felt a raised spot on our yorkie and upon inspection found it was a puncture wound, we later found a second wound on his hindquarters. We also found puncture wounds on our shitzu’s ears, one was all the way through. Over the next couple of days we took both of them and our Shepard mix to the vet and in addition to the puncture wounds two had infected feet and they all had conjunctivitis. We ended up spending about $500 in treating these issues and have reached out to our credit card company to try and recoup some of the costs and cancelled all future reservations.

Paws and Play does such a great job with our fur-baby. He loves his time there boarding, and always wants to run back in during the next drop off! Highly recommend the team there!

Sterling loves going and get excited as we pull up to the building. Staff is great and always friendly. I know when I drop him off he will be in good hands and have fun playing.

They took my dog when I had surgery and kept her for almost three weeks. She was well taken care of and returned home happy, healthy, smelling good and even had her nails trimmed. I highly recommend this business. The people there were wonderful to my little fur baby. Sassy and I both thank you!

We have used Furry Friends Pet Lodge several times & I highly recommend it! The owners are extremely accommodating & the prices can't be beat. It is out of the way & a little inconvenient but is well worth the visit!

We have boarded our two dogs with Claws and Paws twice, and it has been a great experience both times. They have taken excellent care of our babies both times. We took both trips on the spur of the moment and they took them in despite being busy. When we pick them up, they let us know in detail how the dogs did. So, each animal is being paid attention to during their stay.

Absolutely loved my experience with Claws and Paws! My dog rolled in something dead, she got me in within the hour, bathed her four times, washed her collar, dried, & also clipped her nails. Great price, and very sweet lady! Wish I would have found her sooner!

Great kennel services and the owner is very nice! This location is unique in comparison with other kennels in the area, because each dog has its own backyard doggy door to use when they need to go potty and even outside each kennel is separated by a chain link fence, so other dogs wouldn't get into fights with each other. We left our a little wild to strangers, large breed dog there on several occasions and he has always been taken care of very well, not stinky, like at other kennels, well fed and had a plenty of water, never had a kennel cough also. The only downside of this service is that fill up pretty fast especially on major holidays or school breaks when most of people traveling, so you need to call and book it as much in advance as possible

Best place to board your animals. Best service . They keep the place sanitary and know every animals needs. Its cool inside the dogs get plenty of running and play time. They don't just sit there. Pins are very large. Would pay double the price they ask. Never had a problem . Booking your animal needs to be in advance.....Highly recommended!!!!

First and foremost yea the price was very cheap but as we came and dropped off our pets, the place looked nothing like what the website advertises. It smelled absolutely horrible like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The area where for our dogs was riddled with feces. Walking inside the odor was very putrid and when we picked up our pets it was unreal. They were so traumatized by the stay that we have been unable to control them. Our dogs are smart and very well trained and it has been an experience unlike any other. I can almost guarantee they are not under any supervision all day or all night. This place is more like a pound rather than a boarding place or daycare for that matter. I will NEVER bring my pets here ever again and I encourage anyone else reading this post to keep your pets away from this place

Our 1 year old boxer came home happy and clean from her long weekend at 432DOGS! It was fun to receive a video of her playing while we were away, knowing she was having a blast for her first time at puppy hotel. Thanks for taking such good care of our very active doggie!

We have boarded our dogs other places over the years, but have never had pick up and delivery service, home visit before boarding, videos or updates during their stay. The last time we were gone, there was a strong thunderstorm in Odessa, one of our dogs is afraid of thunder, so I texted Keith to see how she was doing. I received a video and text reassuring me that she was fine. I will never board our dogs anyplace else.

Keith came to do an in home introduction with my male husky and a stray male German Shepard mix with anxiety & aggression issues. We really appreciated his honesty about the assessment of this troubled stray & the struggle for cohabitation with another dog and the months of daily training it would take to rehabilitate first. We tried several techniques but the GS wouldn’t stop barking long enough to focus on commands or training. Keith did not charge us for his time, knowing that the GS would need 1:1 rehabilitation from past trauma before he could be trained properly. We really appreciated Keith’s time & compassion.

The place looked really good from the outside and the person i talked to was very nice. Update- I have left my dog here more times in the last few months and they have been absolutely amazing! My dog is always excited whenever I take her here and she comes out happy too! I have had to leave my dog here and notify them very last minute and they have still been able to help me out always! They respond very promptly and have great prices for their services. I’d recommend them to everyone and have!

We are always so satisfied with boarding our dog with 432 dogs. Keith has always been accommodating for the times/schedules that work best for us, and is very responsive when arranging the boarding. We love the convenience of having our pup picked up and dropped off at our house. We get pictures/videos while we are away and our pup has a blast! We always recommend 432dogs to anyone looking to board or train in Midland/Odessa area!

After 6 days with Kieth our 17 week old Great Dane puppy came home walking AMAZINGLY on a leash & seems much more patient. I’ve also noticed she doesn’t walk in front of me anymore like she used to like as if to trip me, she is always right beside my knee almost leaning, never in front...Incredible. We can definitely tell she had a good time getting to socialize with other puppers. He sent us pictures, videos and kept us updated on her the whole time and even picked her up and dropped her off! If you want to board your dog in Odessa...this is THE place!

I’ve been taking my dog here ever since we have moved down to Odessa! Keith and his family take great care of my little poodle! He is always excited when they pick him up! The best part is I don’t have to worry about him because Keith sends me photos and videos of his wonderful stay. Never choosing anything but 432Dogs!!

Such a great and caring place to take our fur baby! I was so happy to find a boarder that cares about the well being of our dog. It was wonderful to have pick up and drop off service. They took the time to meet us and our puppy before the date we needed so that they could learn the environment at home. Lots of pics were sent to show us how they were doing during the day. I feel like they provided as much love to our puppy as we would at home.

Love bringing my dogs here, they send me updates on their well being and treat my pets with care! They even offer training and have an area for pets to run and play!
