I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Marlen was such a blessing. We had another sitter cancel just a week before our vacation date so I was so relieved that she was able to step in at such short notice. She came to meet our pups a few days in advance so they would recognize her. While we were away, Marlen sent picture updates and made sure the dogs were cared for. Jerry gets a five star in every area! We actually connected on the phone before he ever arrived but once he got here, it was like we known each other forever! He was very thorough and how he was going to take care of the dogs and the house!! very friendly with the dogs, and they immediately connected with him!! dogs know when they are💖💖 he arrived early so he could become familiar with Circus and tinker and the house and we had a meal together and quickly became best friends! He sent pictures while we were away and updates. Every day. He was gone by the time we came back, but it honestly looked like he had never been in the house. I’m sure most folks say the nicest things about their sitter, but honestly, if there were a “super star” status available then Denise would win the prize as sitter of the year! From the start, Denise was an excellent communicator. While we were still in the decision phase, Denise was always available to chat either by FaceTime, telephone or text. It was so easy to choose Denise; as you can see from her countless 5 star reviews, she truly is the only pet sitter you’d ever need and the one everyone hopes to have. Denise came to our house eager to meet us, our pets and the quirks of our house. Denise has an excellent sense of humor and immediately put us all at ease. Our pets took to her as if she was a long lost friend (even our finicky Siamese cat was loving on her from the start). While we were gone, our dog had a non-emergency health issue come up and just like that Denise was taking her to our vet, and administered the dog’s meds like a champion (Denise is also a nurse BTW). Additionally, Denise brought our pup to her scheduled groom appointments and even made future appointments for us to make our return home as seamless as possible. Denise was even above and beyond helpful to our neighbors and they appreciated her giving them access to our refrigerator when theirs broke down on Thanksgiving Eve! When we got home we were super impressed by how perfectly immaculate our house was! Most sitters leave the house clean, but Denise met and may have even exceeded our military standards of clean and orderly. Seriously, our house felt like we never left it. Everything was spotless, shinny and clean. She didn’t miss a beat!! Our pets were so happy to see us but honestly, I felt like our pup and kitty were disappointed when we walked in the door (I believe they were expecting to see Denise!). Haha. If you are ever fortunate enough to have Denise apply for any of your sits then I can’t recommend her enough. Seriously, you can stop reviewing applicants and just go with Denise. She was awesome in every sense of the word and I hope she’ll come back and stay with our pets again.

Joanna and David were absolutely perfect!!!! This was my first actual time using a sitter and they went above and beyond what I expected. I have a 1 year old Bully Breed that I adopted 6 weeks ago, so if you know dogs you know what they had to deal with :)) They sent pics daily and kept me updated. We were not able to meet before I left but they were nice enough to stay to meet me when I returned. My house was cleaner than when I left, all bedding and towels washed. Charley, my dog, was happy to see me for a minute when I got home but immediately went back to play with David, so I am thinking she had a blast while I was gone. I am totally sold with this process after having Joanna and David here. If you have the chance to book them for your trip, you will not be sorry. Stephanie, Brian and baby Martin took fabulous care of our home and pets for two weeks. From the outset, communication was quick, smooth and friendly and it was clear that both Stephanie and Brian are reliable, professional and warm sitters who take all the various elements of a sit seriously. They kept us up to date with photos and messages, dealt proactively and competently with any unexpected issues that popped up, and most importantly showered our dogs and gerbils with attention and care throughout the time we were away. I brought my cavapoo here to get groomed and they did a great job! I showed them a photo of what I wanted him to look like and they followed it exactly. It took a little longer than expected but they kept me updated along the way and it was well worth it because he looks so cute. Very reasonable prices too!
Our puppy Mila is a rescue dog. When we took her to pet palace they were super sweet with us and with her. She is very nervous. They stayed in contact with us all the time she was there. Thank you very much for your staff they are just amazing.

Great price for service. We saw the vet got updated vaccines and a nail trim. Nice selection of pet accessories as well at reasonable prices. Dogs in the yard for boarding looked to be enjoying their stays and we plan on using the boarding service in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Pets Playa! I had to leave my two dogs there for four days while I was away, and I was honestly a little nervous at first. But from the moment I dropped them off, I knew they were in great hands. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, and they took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I felt comfortable leaving my pups behind. When I picked them up, both of my dogs were clearly happy and well-cared for. They were calm, content, and seemed to have enjoyed their time there. The facility was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for the dogs to play and relax. I could tell they had been given plenty of attention and love while I was away. I absolutely love Pets Playa and my pup Luna just adores Veronica! She is thoughtful and kind, has the perfect setup for the dogs to play and lounge around, and provides updates and pictures throughout the day. Without a doubt the best place to leave my Kika, when I can't take her with me on a trip. They treated her like family and she was happy and calm. Excelent place to take your loved ones, the dogs are kept seperate depending on size and temperment, the kennels are kept clean with ventilation, i take my Shepheard twice a week to socialize with other dogs.
We first visited Dog Holiday in August 2022 and our dog loved her time there. We recently relocated back long term to Playa Del Carmen from the UK. We commented that one major plus for our dog is that she no longer has to put up with the cold, wet, windy weather of the UK and can now have fun at "doggy daycare" with new doggy friends at Dog Holiday. As you can see from the pictures she had the best time! Marion is so lovely and the staff are always attentive and caring. I love the boutique feel of Dog Holiday and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their pet.
Wow!! Amazing! 🤩 STOP 🛑 and look no further!! 🥰🙌🙌 Marion and the entire team at Dog Holiday saved my worrying fur mama heart. With two small chihuahuas and one mini schnauzer I was so scared to leave my babies. Especially my one small pup who is timid and used to being with my husband and I always. When it came down to our move I had no one and needed help and found not only this wonderful, safe, loving and clean facility but the most beautiful people that gave our little ones the most fun and loving vaca home while we were traveling. Marion is always sending updates and videos and photos of the pups and she even is sure to look after their special dietary needs. My once anti social dogs are now dog holiday addicts. They go crazy wagging tails when they see Marion and the staff. When my kids are with them, I can rest easy and relax knowing they are in the most capable hands. 🙏🩷
We have left our dog for two overnight extended visits and one day visit. He LOVES it there and I can tell he is loved and well taken care of (even held during a rainstorm!) He is also so clean when he comes back. The owners are kind and warm people and even sent us pictures, or you can see your pet on their FB page. It is a very clean and well run facility, and the price is so reasonable. I highly recommend to others and we will be using them many times in the future. This place has saved my life! My dog stays there every day when I’m at work and whenever I go on vacation. They take such great care of the dogs he always comes home full of joy and super tired. When I arrive at dog holiday he cannot wait to go and see his friends I open the door to the car and he runs Inside as fast as he can! The prices are amazing especially compared to what I would pay back in North America. They also have other great services like grooming and bathing the dogs. Our dog goes here every day of the week and LOVES it. At the end of the day when it's time to leave, he tries to turn right back around to go back in and play with his friends. We call it, "The Party" and at the house when we say, "Do you wanna party?" he runs right to the front door. The staff and ownership are incredibly friendly. There is tons of space for the dogs to play, and they group them by size and temperament so that the dogs enjoy their days stress free. I wish I was a dog and went here instead of to work.
My dog Lost 1.2 kg in 17 days, Now is afraid of going to other dog hotels, never happened before. Pay attention to other similar comments, they are true. Had to recover with vitamins, etc etc Terrible , they mistreat animals!!!

Easy to deal with, they look like they know what they are doing. My dogs were enthusiastic to go back after a two week stay a few months before and pleased to see their handler again, which gives their review.
