I cannot recommend Gippsland Paws and More enough. I was absolutely blown away by not only the facilities, but also the staff and the culture present at this kennel. Every interaction I had left me feeling more confident and relaxed my dogs were going to get the best experience while we were overseas. Nothing I asked was ever met with any hesitancy or with an attitude I was asking too much. I could rave for days about this kennel but will briefly summarise below: -fed own food -was allowed to bring crate + toys + bed + jackets -medication given daily -dogs stayed together in a run that had an outside section. -dogs from different households don’t interact. -exercised in a big area daily. -supplements given. -staff give off such good vibes!! Again I cannot rave enough about how FANTASTIC this kennel is and it is SO reasonably priced. This kennel is the unicorn of all kennels in Victoria.

Oh my gosh! Life is so much easier now that I feel safe to leave my Max somewhere. Gippsland Paws and more came highly recommended by a trusted work colleague. It’s non pretentious and they have zero concern showing you through the impeccably clean facility. The facility is temperature controlled for those hot or cold days/nights. There are two buildings, the office/cattery and then the separate dog facility which is a respectable distance from the cats. The cats in there from what I’ve seen are really relaxed and chilled, they’ll come for a pat through the caged play area. The staff gained my trust really easily by the relaxed, friendly and professional approach. The measurement of how Max feels is by the wagging tail and he just goes off with ‘his friends’, the staff. He doesn’t even look back at me 🤣🤣 There have been no negatives to having Max stay here.

Amazing team, super friendly and look after our border collie so well. Charlie has stayed here many times over the last 2 years. They get busy at weekends so book ahead. Highly recommend.

All our furkids have loved going to Aunty Sams over the years. As soon as we tell them they are going to see Aunty Sam, Aunty Tegan and Aunty Tracey they race in to the back of the car and stay there until we leave, even if we’re not going until the end of the day 🤣. We’ve send Tiger to this place many times, the experience has always been incredible. The first time with them was even only months after he had a major surgery in his knee. I’ve communicated about his special care requirements and they reviewed and promised that dogs from different families are separated at all times, so safety won’t be an issue at all. When we picked him up, Tiger’s mobility was maintained well, couldn’t be thankful enough for that. Can also choose to pay a small fee for a bath before picking up, love how worry free the entire experience has been.

It was a great experience! I was very relieved that the dog was handed over to them! Ask about your dog's eating habits before you leave. On average three or four days will also send some photos to us to see! The dog is having a great time there! The price is also very reasonable! This is the best dog boarding service I've ever seen!

I was very anxious to leave my 2 dogs at a kennel. After meeting the team at Anchorage kennels l booked them in for 10 days over Christmas. They always responded to my messages quickly and after seeing pictures of them playing, l knew l had made the right decision. Can't thank you all enough, my boys came home happy, will definitely use again.

The best boarding ever! My dog Damon has been to many different boarding before, but none of them have been as fun as here. The staff here are very professional and dog friendly. They take great care of my dog.Damon was here for 2 months straight and never got sick during that time. They take the dogs for free time for half an hour every day, in the morning and in the afternoon, which is my favourite. Because large dogs really need this amount of activity!

Anchorage looked after our two cats and dog during the Christmas break. They provided photo updates by Facebook. When we picked them up they were happy and super clean. Thank you for looking after our little ones.

We sent our 6-year-old Rottie boy for boarding for nearly 20 days, he came back home happy, clean and healthy. We are very satisfied with the service, will definitely send our dog here again next time!

We left our dog there for a week and felt that the dog was well taken care of. The boarding environment was also very clean and tidy, and the service was also good. The employees here were very enthusiastic.

Due illness and injury I haven’t been able to write a review on this boarding kennel. We dropped out little white dog off to this kennel early in May this year while we went away for nine days picking her up the day after Mother’s day, 13 th May. When Maggie and her bedding was brought out to me I was in a state of shock. She was wet, bedraggled and very smelly. Her bedding was in a worse condition. It was saturated, muddy and stank of other dogs. Maggies doesn’t have a doggy smell. But she was stinking and her bedding was disgraceful. We paid a lot of money to have our dog looked after and it was evident from her condition that she wasn’t looked after and that obviously her bed was used by other dogs. I was speechless with anger. I had to clean up our car after having the stinky wet bed and dog in the car. I would not recommend this kennel and have since heard other horror stories about this kennel.

I sent the puppy here in the coldest weather, and it's obvious that she was taken care of very well. The lady patiently selected friendly dog neighbors for Peppa. The speed of updating photos during the foster care process is also very fast. Thank you very much for taking care of Peppa. See you during the Christmas holiday!

I foster my dog here, and I am very satisfied with their service! Staffs are very responsible. They send me photos and videos to let me know what my dog is doing, which makes me feel very relieved. The most important thing is my dog is having a great time here! Every time I took him home, he was full of vitality and happiness. I highly recommend this foster care centre. They really care about the happiness of every dog!

I can’t recommend Fiona enough! She’s incredibly caring, patient, trustworthy and professional. My dog has loved going on group walks with her!

Fiona took such good care of our bunny Nola whilst we went away during the busiest time of the year, and with such a reasonable price. It was our first time going away without her and which initially made us very worried, but Fiona reassured us the whole time by sending us updates and photos of how Nola was doing. The ease of communicating with Fiona made us feel that Nola was in good hands— and indeed she was. Would definitely recommend to any bun parent! Thank you Fiona!

With budgies and cockatiels at home who are used to being out of the cage all day, I needed someone to look after them at home while away on holidays. Fiona did a great job visiting them at home, making sure they have enough food, fresh water and vegies while we were away. Fiona also updated us by text message every time she visited. It really is great to have someone you can trust and have the peace of mind that your animals are looked after. Thanks Fiona, I found my trusted pet sitter :-)

Fiona and Kirsty have helped us out with a few last-minute dog minding arrangements for our dogs for over a year now. Whenever we get home our dogs are happy and healthy. They are very flexible with preferences and timing. And cheaper than Kennels by far. Highly recommended.

My little man has stayed here for daycare n sleepovers, he loves it, I cannot rate Barb n the workers Enuff, they go above and beyond to help me out wherever they can. Highly recommend doggy daycare. It is a homely environment for my little man, he is not stuck in a cold concrete room. It gives me peace of mind when I have to go to hospital that he is well looked after. Thankyou to you all

Use this service occasionally when I am leaving my dog for the day (or more) as she's a big sook and loves company. They take care of her and she's always got other dogs to play with so she's happy.

Disappointed When l picked up my dog the male was trying to catch my dog and in order to do this he shoved a few of the other dogs out of the way and told them to get out of his way. He pushed the back section of their bodies. I had to wash my dog as soon as l got home. This was a last minute booking. I will not return.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. It was our dogs first experience in a boarding kennel and we had piece of mind that he was in great hands. They were great with providing updates and giving our dog the best of care. We also had him groomed by Deb and that had him looking and smelling fantastic. We couldn’t recommend this place enough! Will definitely use their services again in future.

Deb, Chris and Nicki are absolute legends. Our German Shepherd was with them for over two weeks. He can be anxious and have stomach issues but they handled everything perfectly. We picked up a happy pup. Hands down the best place in the area. Can’t recommend Deb and her team enough.

Took wonderful care of our aging dog whilst we had a weekend in Lakes Entrance. We also got our dog groomed while she was there and they did a wonderful job. Very friendly, welcoming and caring.

Brought our young pup in for OUR first kennel experience. Chris and Deb are such kind caring dog people that we trust them implicitly. The premises are spotless, communication is brilliant and the care is superb. All our worries as first time dog parents were put at ease and our dog was thriving when we came back for her. Used the grooming portion of Pets in Paris (Deb T’s Grooming). Deb was absolutely fantastic with my Aussie Bulldog. He’s very sensitive about his feet and gets very stressed (and in the past aggressive) when his feet are handled. Deb did an amazing job keeping him as calm as possible and managed to get all of the nails he needed done complete. I’m so relieved to find someone who did such a good job with my boy!

Our 11yo Cavador stayed here for about 7 weeks whilst we travelled overseas. We could not have been happier! This was over winter and Deb and Chris reassured us that the temp of the kennels would not get below 18 degrees. He got daily exercise and supervised play with other dogs and lots of human contact. They put a coat on him on a particularly cold morning and sent us a video of him during his stay. He came home washed and very excited to see us. They feed the dogs top quality food and he had even put on a little weight (he was a little underweight). Thankyou so much Deb and Chris, Buddy will be back for a visit soon!

I’m very pleased, I honestly wish I could give a higher rating, the customer service was amazing I felt welcome and comfortable with leaving my dog with a stranger. My dog was super happy with her beautiful new haircut. I was even given tips on how to keep my dogs fur healthy in the future Thank you so much I will be back again keep up the good work 👍🏼

Oz Pet Minders have been a reliable, efficient and caring dog sitting organisation that has impressed us. Our dog has beet treated very well with many long walks that he loves. They take great care of the dogs in their care, keep us updated and do as they promise. Our dog is always happy to go off with Oz Pet Minders and is equally happy and healthy when he returns. Up until tonight the service of dog walking has been great. Tonight though I came home and my dog was missing. When I tried to contact the business there was no answer. I never got a call back till an hr later in which time I was beside myself with worry. They had my dog for the whole afternoon and forgot about him. So disappointed and upset.

After 11 days staying with Kim and her dog Rocky, my cavoodle came home happy to see me, but definitely much more settled and happier than our other boarding kennel experiences. I knew he was well looked after. In all of the other kennel experiences he had, as soon as he got in the car, he would tell me about it in his own way, he would usually be hoarse from all the barking often experienced in those places, and very nervous days after. Going on a longer holiday than usual, I wanted to make sure my furbaby was going to be well looked after. I chose Pets N Paws because Kim provides daily playtime and walks, she gives treats which is lovely, as my dog loves that and treats are not usually offered in kennels, she has a big fully enclosed backyard with a huge covered area so I could feel secure knowing he couldn't escape, and I had peace of mind that he would be indoors at night. When I met Kim and Rocky, I felt at ease to leave my boy in her care. Bringing him home, I'm glad we did. Thanks Kim

Good groomer, and is always the case, individual groomers vary. Shaved or long, pick one that is good and you'll be happy as.

Tamara looked after our dog Teddy for a weekend. He was treated as if he were at our own home. I'd highly recommend her to care for your pooch!

Cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Linda and Rod looking after our two Cavoodle's, Oscar and Poppy for 10 days. Linda is incredibly thorough and thoughtful in her service and genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. Linda updated us every day whilst overseas with pictures and videos, which reassured us that they were very, very happy. Oscar and Poppy had never been away from home before so I was a bit nervous, however I had nothing to worry about it was like home from home to them, lots of walks to the beach and doggy parks. I would definitely recommend them to any dog owner. And they will be back again. Thank you Linda and Rod.

Great experience with using these kennels. We were away for a week, and it was our first time using any kennels. Eastside Boarding Kennels were wonderful and very reassuring, we messaged their Facebook to check in, and they made sure to send us picture updates of our pupper, which settled our nerves.
