I can’t rate the Dog In Black team highly enough! I’ve been using them every week for over a year now for my Border Terrier & large Lurcher for dogs walks, they’re always great communicators, send updates with pictures & have never let me down. I have also recently used them twice for home stay / house sit care & both times they were great & I know the dogs were much happier being looked after in their own home. Highly recommend the wonderful Dog In Black team!

Ruby was so professional with my puppy, the whole service from dealing with admin to keeping me updated with times of pick up and drop off. I got pictures during the day and this made me so happy as I knew my puppy was in safe hands. I look forward to having them take care of her once a week. To boost her socially and grow in confidence with other dogs. I would would definitely recommend 👌

Dog in Black and in particular Cihan are a real find. My dog is a rescue and finding the right person to look after her is quite challenging. Cihan spent enough time getting to know and understand her allowing him to tailor his care perfectly to her needs. Absolutely wonderful service from Dog in Black for a number of years now. My Labrador Ted has been walked by them 3-4 times a week for at the last two-three years. The carers over that time have always been fantastic, very communicative and clearly experienced and dog lovers in general. For anyone interested in more of the details, for the standing arrangements where your pup is walked 3-4 times a week on similar/the same days they aim to have the same carer do all of their walks. Its a great setup which means that my dog builds a great relationship/bond with the walkers. Special shoutout to Becky, Alana, Louise and Madika who have all at various times been Teds primary walker and have always done an amazing job. They send you lovely updates after the walk every day, and when you're having a bad day in the office its always nice to get a few pictures/videos of your dog out there living his best life. They have always been very flexible and quick to respond on the administrative side and I really have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks to all of the team and I look forward to many more years of one seriously happy and tired Labrador when I get in from the office.

Highly recommended! My two dogs, Finn and Aoife, have been doing daycare and walkies with Dog In Black for close to 2 years now. It has been a great experience, all of the carers have been polite, friendly and are fantastic with the dogs. Having seen the care and attention that Dog in Black have for dogs of all sizes, breeds and backgrounds, we did not hesitate to book our pup in with them. We had concerns as our pup is a little bit hyperactive but we need not have worried. We had regular updates throughout the day and our pup arrived back with a big smile on his face having loved his day out. I cannot recommend Dog in Black high enough and will be continuing to use them in the future.

Our puppy absolutely loves going to his adventure pup day care! We have noticed how much more independent he has become in only a few weeks. We really appreciate the flexibility, you are able to book as many days as you like which really fits into our work pattern. We’ve also found it really valuable to get professional feedback on a weekly basis (the training done during doggy daycare is also a little bonus) Couldn’t do without them now!

Jade’s service is perfectly professional & faultless, couldn’t recommend more highly. In our case, she gives once-a-day visits to our cat when we’re away. We are so lucky to have found Furry Friendz! We have used the service three times now. Jade is a reliable, professional cat sitter and we have been blessed since she started caring for our baby when we are away. Our cat is very shy and does not like to have other humans around apart from us. After only one day Jade started taking care of her, she immediately warmed up! Jade took care of our THREE kittens for three whole weeks whilst we were on vacation. Jade looked after our slightly nervous rescue cat when we went on holiday and we came back to find he had made a new best friend! Adrienn has been walking our dog for over 18 months now and has also looked after him whilst we have been away, both at her place and at ours. We love knowing that he has a great time with her and Gigi (through lots of updates), and is in safe and competent hands that we can trust. He is super happy to see them and obviously is happy and comfortable in their company. Always happy to accommodate last minute changes too which is helpful with a busy lifestyle!! Would definitely recommend for walks and dog sitting!

Adrienne has been working with our 6 month old Husky pup for around 3 months now and he absolutely adores her. He is always excited to participate in the puppy training sessions and she keeps him motivated, stimulated and thoroughly entertained. He is a very high energy dog and he comes away both mentally and physically satisfied. Adrienne has given both me and my husband great training guidelines both in the session and after in written notes, to help curb his more problematic behaviours such as mouthing and jumping up and he is remarkably better behaved on the lead. She kindly took him for a weekend stay training and he came back to us so happy and well behaved. We are very happy with the service provided and at a very reasonable value. Would highly recommend.

Adrienn is great to work with. She really listens and pays so much attention to the dogs and their behaviour. She brings homemade treats and loads of affection and knowledge to every session. She's helped us with our 2 cockapoos and I would recommend her to any dog owner.

They are absolutely brilliant. We have two jack Russell terriers, and needed some help, Adrienn came to do a 1-2-1 session, after 3 times our dogs behaved totally different. We can't recommend Happy Hounds enough. Our dog Coco, loves his sitter Ellie. She's is amazing, looks after Coco so well and we can see that every time she comes to pick him up. He's so so happy to see her and to go with her. Everything is very organised and so easy to manage on the website and we get multiple updates daily by whatsapp. Chloe is also very nice and so helpful with any questions you have. Unfortunately we're leaving the area and Coco won't be able to join daycare with Ellie anymore. If you're looking for a doggy daycare you're on the right place, they understand perfectly how important your pet is for you and they do anything to help the pet feel happy and the owners too. We have been using Happy Hounds and Cooler Cats for years and the service from Chloe and the team is amazing. Our dog always comes back so happy from his group walks and it’s clear he enjoys his time with his walkers immensely. The team’s help has been invaluable to us, making sure he gets the exercise and fun he needs, especially during our busiest times!

I got in touch with Happy Hounds when it was time to return to work (having gained a puppy during lockdown) and they were so helpful in getting me set up with recurring services, answering any questions I had and they made leaving my puppy to return to work so much easier both emotionally and practically. My pup really enjoys the daycare and the socialisation has helped her a lot in many training aspects (even if there is still work to do). They also provide daily updates (with pics) of your pooch while they're gone which is super reassuring and something to brighten your day. They're very fairly priced and just seem like a lovely bunch of people who love what they do. I'd definitely recommend this services to other dog owners - my puppy loves going and I don't have to worry at all while she's gone.

Without doubt the best dog walking service that we have ever used. The team at Happy Hounds are completely professional and always accommodating of last minute requests as best as they can. Our dog Dalton adores his walkers, is always excited to be picked up and comes home exhausted and happy, ready for a nap. We are sent videos of his outings which is really lovely for us, and the walkers are always vigilant to any changes in behaviour and report back to us if they have any concerns. Had our first boarding experience with Johanna who watched Olive for us and I must say how comfortable my husband and I felt with her ! We contacted Happy Hounds to organise daycare for our dog Ludo while I was pregnant, so that we could have some extra help to see me through the new born stage. My son is now 18 months and we’ve only now said our goodbyes! The service is excellent, so friendly and they always gave an update inc photos on the days Ludo was in daycare. I’ve been sending my two rabbits to Charlie for a few years and am always so happy with the love and care they receive with every stay. They get plenty of fresh veggies and outdoor time, and for me photo updates so I’m at ease while travelling. Even after a couple weeks away from home, both buns are very relaxed and that is down to Charlie’s outstanding knowledge of pet care and the welcoming environment she creates.

Charlie did a phenomenal job with our two pet rabbits! I was going on vacation for two weeks and I did extensive research to find the best pet hotel for my babies. Charlie went above and beyond with them. She made sure there was always lots of play time and provided beautiful photos when I asked for updates. She also helped clip their names and groom them! It was also super reassuring knowing my bunnies had access to A/C during the London summer heat! Have already rebooked for some future vacations but I can’t think of anyone better to have look after my bunnies ❤️

I often leave my rabbit, Robin, with Charlie when I go away as I know he will be in safe hands! He's been coming to A Furry World, for a few years now and seems to enjoy himself on his little adventures. I love that Charlie sends picture updates of what he's up to, and provides that extra bit of reassurance as an experienced animal carer. I always know that Robin is being well looked after, and he gets the added benefit of playing in the garden sometimes, which must be a real treat as don't have access to one at home! Highly recommend :)

Charlie was absolutely brilliant. She looked after our Hamster Nibbles while we were on holiday and we had complete peace of mind that he was being very well cared for. She sent regular pictures to us and always responded quickly to any communication. Would 100% recommend her to look after your pets!

My Guinea pigs love it there! Since finding Charlie I would not leave my piggies anywhere else, they are extremely well looked after and always come home happy and relaxed. Charlie would send pictures and updates to let me know how the piggies were getting on which helped me relax and enjoy my time away. Highly recommend by me and piggies :)

Charlie looks after both of my bunnies when we go away, she takes excellent care of them. I actually think they don’t want to come home! Communication is great and we receive photos and videos of the bunnies whilst away which is lovely. Gives me peace of mind to leave them in safe hands.

Charlie at A Furry World is an absolute godsend! I have now used her pet sitting services for my bunny babies three times in the last year - most recently for 11 days whilst travelling. Charlie is professional, caring and a genuine pet lover. She keeps you updated with how your pet is doing through emails and photos and puts the wellbeing of your pet at the forefront - confidently escalating any health concerns where necessary. My bunnies love her and I would happily use her services again in the future.

Furry World provided our bunny a caring and loving environment for the duration of it's stay with them. The proprietor is friendly, communicative and clearly cares a lot about the little creatures. We received regular updates on the rabbit's exploits including photos, which gave further assurance the bunny was having a cracking holiday away us:) Highly recommended !

We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Peter for Coco and Bella! They absolutely love their daily walks with him, and their recent holiday boarding experience was fantastic. Found Paws Galore online and sent an enquiry. From the first email response Kacey and the team have been fantastic. Very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had Jenny as our cat sitter for our two elderly (16&17 yo) cats. Jenny took time to understand their routines and needs. One of our cats has hypothyroid and Jenny was great at making sure our cat took her tablets and ensuring they had play time and strokes both morning and evening. I felt relaxed while we were away and I would recommend this company. Jenny also sent regular pics and updates and our cats seemed super happy in her care. Thank you team! I’m hugely grateful to Kacey and Brenda who looked after our cat over the summer for 2 weeks. This was the first time we’d used a cat sitter; we thought it was a better option for him to stay at home than to go to a cattery. Kacey’s service and prompt and organised; She found a sitter quickly and the booking process is very easy to follow. Brenda is a conscientious cat sitter, who did an amazing job looking after our cat, particularly as it was a lot of work getting him to eat for the first few days. She was very solutions oriented. Brenda kept us updated with texts and images so we knew he was safe, which meant we could get on and enjoy the holiday. By the end Brenda was his best friend and we came home to healthy and very loved little cat. Thank you Brenda!

I recommend! Lila came to care for my cat 2x a day for a few days while I was on a work trip, she sent me updates and pictures. When I came back my cat seemed happy (whereas previously she would be grumpy if I left her alone overnight..)

I needed a cat sitter pretty last minute because my usual company dropped the ball. I called Paws Galore thinking it would be the first of several calls to find an available pet sitter. I spoke to Kacey and she was very nice and understanding straight away. She assured me she could find a cat sitter and made me feel at ease. Within a few hours, I had a sitter assigned. The cat sitter contacted us quickly and was very communicative from then on. She made arrangements to come get the keys and meet our cats the next day. We took out trip and the sitter sent photos and detailed messages each day. She really went above and beyond when she came to visit the cats. She was really great! I am so glad that I found Paws Galore. I feel much more secure about leaving my cats with Paws Galore after one time than I did with the other company after years of using them. I've used Pets Galore now a couple of times and have had a great experience both times. My cats are fairly timid around new people and so I was apprehensive about leaving them in a total strangers' hands, but Kacey couldn't have been more supportive and understanding - especially since I had been let down very last minute by another company whose service was clearly 2nd rate. I was paired with Michelle, who as soon as I met her, made me feel much more relaxed. Her natural calmness and chilled demeanour clearly filtered down to the cats and I could see through my daily updates that they were perfectly happy - meaning I was also happy whilst on holiday! Great service from Kacey and the team in arranging dog sitting for Arlo and Indy at our hotel in London (shout out also to Montague on the Gardens). Lee our sitter was great arriving in good time to hand over our two Goldies and had no issue staying on later than planned when we had tube difficulties getting back from the O2. Highly recommend them.

Had my 8yr old corgi staying with the lovely family twice for the past two months over the extended family holiday, the loving care offered was incredible!
