Very relieved at the great service that Elyse provided from Pawshake. My 20 yo pussy needed a lot of attention and cleaning up after and I was extremely happy to see she was looked after. Elyse even sent me videos so that I did not worry while on holiday. Excellant Service.

It was very easy to find a sitter with Pawshake. The app is well done and the communication with Charlie, our sitter was also very easy. Our 4 month puppy Paku has fallen in love with Charlie and her dog Opinel. We will use Pawshake again and Charlie is the perfect carer for Paku. We had a very tired and happy boy at home that night.

Easy online service to use. Brittany had a meet and greet with our 2 cats and took wonderful care of our boys, even sending some photos to us! Our cats were very relaxed when we came back. Will definitely use this service again

I had a fantastic experience having Sharon from Pawshake care for my cat while I was away. She was wonderfully communicative and kept me up to date on my cat’s care - despite my cat hiding from her throughout the week I was away! Pawshake was very easy to book care through and easy to use!

Thanks Pawshake for the creating a unique service like this. Having recently adopted a puppy, I was hesitant to put him into a dog kennel / hotel. As a child the only option we had was dog kennels, and our family dog was always traumatised when we collected her. Admittedly, things have improved since then, but even recently, I saw one Dog Hotel that offers just 30 mins of play time per day! And you have to pay extra if you want more socialisation. Unbelievable! With Pawshake we connected with a great petsitter (my glowing review of her is on the app) and it meant that our pooch had a holiday while we were away on our holiday! Regularly photos of him made us feel at ease, and when we collected him, he looked happy and well looked after. (And in addition, it was a LOT cheaper than dog hotels / kennels). Thank you!

Our second time using Drop-in dog care with Nikita while we are away and we are so glad we found her. Our dog Jack is 15 years old so for Nikita to stop in to feed and walk Jack each morning and night knowing he is comftourble in his own home being spoilt is such a relief. Nikita sends regular updates with videos and photos and takes him in the doggy van to the park and I can tell he is having the best time. I connected with Nikita at the Doghouse because I was needing someone who would be able to check in on my puppy a couple of times a day while he was growing and developing. From the get go, she has been fantastic. Communication is always clear and consistent, with regular photo updates of your dogs having a great time! Dogs are walked in smaller groups, and the doghouse have been able to accomodate last minute changes/walks when needed. I now have my working therapy dog walked by Nikita as well on her days off! Nikita and the Doghouse go above and beyond to care for you and your furry friends - could not recommend highly enough :)

Nikita from The Doghouse has been such a great support since we adopted our dog. He had significant separation anxiety issues and we were having a really hard time settling and training him. Nikita came over to our place totally prepared and provided us with a training plan (or bible) and an assortment of treats, tips and tricks for us. I hired Martin and Adrian from MDN Pet Care to look after my pets from my house while I travelled overseas. They did an amazing job following our given instructions and send lots of updates. We left our baby Cookie with MDN Pet Care for 43 days! This was the second time we were using MDN team’s services and we’re just as happy with the results as we were the first time. Best daycare in the west! They are always expecting my dog by name when he arrives and he has such a great time. He’s high energy so I know can be a handful but they’ve been proactive in working with him and creating an environment that works for him (and their other dogs). Online logistics are great, super easy to book days and check packages.

I almost hate to review this amazing business because I don’t really want it to get any busier than it is, but I feel like I owe this wonderful team some credit where it is due. Our dog goes here at least once a month to get her energy out and connect with her doggo friends. The staff here are skilled, very organised, careful about the temperament of each dog and the group they play with, and are careful to assess each dog before it is given the green light to attend ongoing. It’s a little expensive, but we know our dog will be taken care of and have the time of her life each time she goes. A wonderful bonus is the photos taken each day so that you can see just how fun your dog is having!! Thanks lovely team for being so great!

Ginger's introduction was a happy half day. The photos and video sent showed me she was relaxed, happy and certainly not showing any nervousness being among a group of dogs, She was happy to see me, but not frantic to leave. She slept all afternoon! She's definitely going to be a regular!

This is just a happy place, for dogs & humans ! Great service - our Polly gets collected twice a week, for fun times with all her mates. When she first started, the staff took time to teach her some basic behavioral skills, and that has set us all up for a great relationship ! I’ve been taking my 1 year old Cavoodle to dogs HQ since he was 5 months old. Reo absolutely loves going there. I am sure it is his favourite place. The staff do an amazing job looking after him. When I pick Reo up he is exhausted from having so much fun! It is clean, the dogs have a blast there. You get to watch your pup on the socials and get many photos! I highly recommend Dogs HQ! I sometime wish they open on weekends too this way I can put Reo there if I need to knowing he will be taken great care of. I can’t thank the staff enough there. 🐶💙

This is a great puppy daycare! Milo has been enjoying every single time he’s been there. He is a mini dachshund and I started taking him ever since he got all his shots. Started taking my two boys to Diggiddy Doggy Daycare in South Melbourne. Its only been few visits but they seem to be liking it so far, playing with and meeting new friends, and building their confidence. Loving the report cards after each visit letting us know what they've been up to ☺️ I look forward though for photo update to see my boys faces actually enjoying their time (we're used to be flooded with photo updates back from the old daycare which was really great), and it will be good to have something to show my friends whenever they ask which facility I take them to.

I have had such a pleasant experience with Diggiddy Dog Daycare in South Melbourne from the moment I called and spoke with the lovely Emma to visiting each week with all of the friendly staff that make you feel so welcome. I am a first time dog mum with a husky (Betty) who is a rescue and suffers with very bad desperation anxiety. Each visit my baby gets more and more comfortable and confident thanks to the amazing team of professionals who care, nurture and encourage her. I am so excited to continue our visits and watch her grow and flourish. Not only does my baby Betty have a pleasant experience (she is always smiling so big in her photos) but the team make me feel so welcome. This is the best daycare for pups and dogs. Harley (our 2 year old TT) has been coming here for nearly a year. He started off as a shy (and sometime reactive) boy, but quickly grew in confidence. He LOVES the team (who are all huge dog lovers) - Stef, Whitney and the groomers - and especially LOVES the amazing dogs. I have peace of mind knowing he is being looked after as the team match the right energy dogs together. I highly recommend this amazing place.

My puppy Bryn has been coming here once a week for a few weeks now and he’s always very excited whenever we come in through the door, so I’m confident that he likes the service. From my perspective the staff are always an absolute dream to speak to and all clearly have a deep love and respect for dogs. They also post pictures of your dog on a private group so that you can see them and you get a little report of your dogs day which is a nice touch. Right now I feel very confident leaving my dog with the team and hope to be a satisfied customer for years to come. EDIT I’ve been taking Bryn for a year now and he’s still scrambling to get in the building as soon as we arrive so he must still be enjoying it. The team are consistent with their attentive approach to customer service and I couldn’t feel more comfortable leaving my dog with them. Cheers guys.

Coming to Diggiddy is Monty's favourite thing to do. He just loves everyone there, staff and doggie companions. He tells everyone all about it on the car journey in, and can hardly wait to get in the door and start having fun. He enthusiastically joins in all activities and his behaviour and socialisation have improved greatly during the years he has attended Diggiddy. My little girl Izzy loves it here. The staff are very friendly and Izzy loves them so much. Anywhere else I leave her she cries when I walk away. When we arrive at diggity she doesn’t even look back. She has a lot of energy and can be a handful but the staff are never bothered by it, they seem to love her even more for it! She’s a more settled, happy dog after she has been there for a day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dog day care.

The first time my little Pippi's day care experience at the ripe old age of 11! She was a little timid at first and didn't really join in. The staff had her in a area on her own and slowly introduced new friends to her, whilst she got used to the environment and was not overwhelmed. I am pleased to say that after just two visits, Pip is very happy to attend. The staff are very caring, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Diggidy!

Our beautiful fur babies stayed for 10 days before their flight overseas to move to our new home … for two young socially anxious pups one of which is scarred of all men (apart from my husband) they absolutely loved their stay and were clearly so well cared for and loved !!! The pet postcards we regularly received were so detailed , reassuring & beautiful … Our dogs stayed with an independent dog sitter a few months ago and were treated appallingly , we actually got abusive calls & messages from the lady every day telling us our (at the time 6 month old puppy) was the worst dog she’d ever met and that she hated him and that he had a terrible personality and was the most terribly trained dog she’d ever met , she even told us to get on a 14 hour flight and come home a week early with our 8 month old child before receiving our visas because she hated him so much … our experience with the Pet Hotel couldn’t have been any further from that , actually they described our little man as well mannered, loving and so many other things that describe his personality perfectly & instead of tears each morning we had big smiles and warm hearts … our beautiful girl came out of her shell completely over the duration of her stay & we were told that staff loved getting to see her sweet little personality flourish in their presence … they spent so much time making friends with lots of other dogs of the same & similar breed and size & we honestly couldn’t recommend sending your fur babies here more !!! So glad we did … I don’t think they would have done as well as they did on their first ever flight if it wasn’t for their stay with this company …Thank you to everyone who cared for Yuna & Tidus from start to finish 😊

Great experience booking online and welcoming when we dropped off George. Although they didn't have a webcam, they posted a photo of out pooch with a smile from ear to ear. I Highly recommend them. The Pets Hotel in Port Melbourne has been my ‘go to’ place to send my pets to when I’m away. First Jay the Sheltie, now Anzac the cat. They have taken the time & care to get to know them and make them comfortable. They have always returned happy & healthy with a summary of how they got along during their time there. Good to know, when you’re away, that they will get the care & attention they need and any action required. Highly Recommend.

Great place to leave your pet during your time away. We were gone for 22 days and the staff feedback was excellent. We have a somewhat unsocial dog and upon checkout, we were informed she took to one staff member in particular and looked forward to playtime and did very well. This is her third stay at the hotel and the feedback was encouraging.

Our Samoyed “buddy” drags us in every time we take him for his weekly day care or when he is boarding there. On day care days he is so tired after reaching home that he sleeps straightaway. Buddy has been going to pets hotel since he was 3months old and now he is almost 1. Staff has slowly introduced him to others dogs as he is in the face wanting to play 100% of the time and daycare at pets hotel has taught him some manners on how to interact without getting growled at. After his recent boarding we noticed pets hotel has carefully managed his play and sleep times to not get him super tired when we went to pick him after a week and his double coat looked in good condition after the complimentary bath included with the boarding. Staff gave us positive feedbacks about his stay there and buddy had no stomach issues with the food provided in boarding. Great place to leave your furry friends in a professional setting without worrying about their well being and the pet sitter cancelling at the last moment.

Tayla has been walking our dog for a few months now and she's honestly the best dog walking service I've ever had. The dog is always excited to go on walks with them. He's always pooped after the walks. Really professional service and always quick to reply to changes in service requests. Plus you get really cute photos of your pooch on every stroll

I moved to Sydney in March 2018, I was really worried that bringing my Australian cattle dog to the big city was going to be a big disadvantage for her life. I quickly found Tayla through a mail drop in my local area. Once Tayla started walking / looking after Coconut (daycare) all my worries went out the window. Tayla is one of the most epic women I have ever met. She is caring and kind and looks after all the dogs like there her own. I felt like Coconut was as loved with Tayla as much as with me. Coconut always came home tired as though she had been for a gigantic walk (which is what she needs). Tayla is so understanding and adaptable to all of the dogs that she looks after. I cannot recommend her enough!

Our puppy Lonnie was so beautifully taken care of by Tayla during his three night sleep-over. Lons is a real homebody and takes time to get to know new peeps in his life - when we met Tayla we knew we instantly knew he'd be a-ok! We loved seeing the photos of his doggy adventures and Tayla kept us up to date on how he was doing. Tayla, thanks for all your care and love for Lonnie. He gives you four paws up!

Tayla is an amazing dog walker! We have an anxious dog, and he loved going out on adventures with Tayla! He even became less reactive towards other dogs and more friendly when he meets dogs! He especially loved going on swimming trips to the beach, and would come home very happy! We highly recommend Tayla! Anne has been part of our "family" since we bought home our gorgeous puppy home in June 2020. She was a saviour while we were in isolation at various times, including trips to the vet for us. Rocket absolutely adores Anne, and has the best time with his 4-legged friends. He goes on group walks at least once a week, and up to 3 times/wk - and comes home so happy and exhausted.

Anne has been an absolute delight to deal with since we first met when training our new border collie puppy. We booked Anne for a 4 hour 1:1 session and it set us up with the right tools to ensure we had little Jerry set up to be successful in his training. We then signed up for group walks (playgroup) and we now have Jerry in Tuesday - Friday. He absolutely LOVES the socialising and making new friends. It’s his fav part of the week, and you can see his excitement when Anne picks him up each day!

Anne is a caring, kind and thoughtful dog walker. She genuinely cares for the dogs and understands each one has is an individual with likes and dislikes. Our dog was a little anxious with other dogs but going out regularly with Anne has increased her confidence and happiness. I cannot recommend Anne enough. She speaks fluent dog!

We had Anne in a couple of weeks ago to do a 3 hour course to teach myself and my daughter how to train our 20 week old Cavoodle called Sadie. Anne was absolutely fabulous with the techniques she taught us, the knowledge and patience she has was amazing (especially with a 14 year old who wasn’t very interested in learning). She ended up spending 7 hours all up and the notes she sent were excellent as I’d forgotten a lot of the information from the day. She had a naturally kind and positive way with Sadie and you can just tell how much she loves her job. I have been putting all her training into action and it’s working like a treat with Sadie. I would highly recommend Anne to anyone looking for a trainer, walker or pet sitter as she’s totally awesome and I would absolutely trust her with our beautiful fur baby. Anne has been walking and helping train our 2 German shepherds for a number of months and has been amazing with them. They are always so happy to see her. Anne's communication from day one has been prompt and professional. I could not recommend her more.

Anne is fantastic - she’s reliable, knowledgable, responsible and caring. We have a sometimes-nervous doggo (Bonnie) who Anne has helped through both an obedience session and group dog walks. I can’t express how much, at every point, Anne has gone above and beyond in providing ongoing advice and support that has all genuinely helped us to understand Bonnie. I love seeing how happy Bonnie is on the group walks from the many pictures and videos that Anne shares during the session. We are always relaxed knowing Bonnie is in Anne’s capable care. I'd booked a family holiday over the Xmas period and Anne was our saving grace. She took care of our 2 Cavoodles with daily walks, a few treats and lots of cuddles. Anne was frequently in touch sending photos and videos whilst we were away, it really was reassuring to know the dogs were in great care and happy during our absence. There's no doubting Anne's incredible love of animals. She's super friendly, very professional and our dogs just love her. Highly recommended.

Anne has been a great help with our less than easy to manage puppy. Our chosen breed has been a handful from the day she arrived, we love her but jeepers! Anne's calm demeanour and her deep knowledge has helped us through the first year. We have implemented a range of Anne's suggested management strategies and these have made the situation better. We have no hesitation in recommending the Queen of the Hounds business and intend engaging Anne again in the future.

Anne has been a godsend for our rescue, little Astro. He has anxiety and missed out on some essential education as a pup. Anne has house sat for us several times & deals with his quirks happily. He has grown & is learning how to dog as part of a weekly group walk. Highly recommended

Could not be happier with Queen of the Hounds. She formed a great - instant - relationship with our Labrador and she kept us informed of his adventures through videos. Anne clearly loves dogs and we felt extremely comfortable handing our boy over to her. Highly recommend!
