My dog had a medical emergency while in John’s care and I credit him with saving my pup’s life. You couldn’t ask for a better sitter in a pressure situation. He also communicated regularly during the stay, keeping me posted on how my pup was doing. Would recommend John to anyone who needs a sitter they can trust.

Diane and Les were excellent pet and house sitters. Jet was a very happy dog when we returned and Diane had shared many photos of their days together while we were away on holiday. The house was very clean and tidy when we returned and some milk , bread and sweet treats had been left for us, which were very welcome after our 2 long flights home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diane and Les as sitters for your home and pets, everything was done to a high standard and Jet was happy in his usual environment , which is all we wished for. Cindy is an absolutely fantastic sitter and we feel very lucky to have had her care for our dog and our home whilst we went on our family holiday. Her communication before and throughout our sit was fantastic, and she even took our dog to the vet when he needed an unexpected checkup. She took great care of him and sent daily updates including videos and photos of their time together. We could tell that he felt very relaxed in her company. Thank you so much Cindy - it is a real godsend to have someone so kind and caring to take care of your pets and home and we would be delighted to have Cindy back again in future.

Wendy sat for us on three occasions this Summer and I can’t say enough good things about her. The dogs were well taken care of and she was, organized, tidy, and responsible. It’s great to find a house/pet sitter that you can rest easy knowing everything is taken care of. We are hoping she will want to spend more time in the PNW!

Care and compassion for my dogs was at the top of the list of John's attributes. He was the first sitter I have used through zeewoi that was close enough to come meet the dogs before the sit. John not only came for an initial meet and greet, but he made time to meet the pups a second time prior to my departure to better familiarize himself with both the dogs and my home. Having put the fear of God in him about Penny's reactivity (I might have been a bit over the top, but better more attentive than less!), he was cautious with her in the beginning. Later in the sit, they trooped off to the beach on multiple occasions - all good! My 10-yr-old was on some meds for a serious battle with arthritis, and John managed Cooper's needs beautifully. John even made a call and a trip to the vet to re-up Coop's prescription when it was clear he needed to continue the protocol. I received daily updates by  text, including photos and video; communication is hugely important to me. I feel blessed to have had John care for my fur-babies.

Duha was such a light to have in our home while we were away. She kept us updated with beautiful photos of our dogs throughout her stay and didn’t leave their side once. I’ve never felt so comfortable with any other sitter and I truly hope this won’t be the last time she sits for us.

Katrina and her family were amazing house sitters who took wonderful care of our dog. Our dog is reluctant to go on walks with new people, but the entire family pitched in and found ways to take her to the park. Her daughter developed a particularly close bond with our dog. Katrina communicated us frequently and we always felt reassured by her messages. We returned from our long trip to a spotless home and a beautiful cake in the fridge. What more could you want!

Christina handled Bridie's first-ever time without us perfectly.  We returned after 5 days to a happy, well-cared for and well-exercised pup --- and an emaculate house.  Christina knows dogs and helped us with a few Bridie issues.  We got photos and some updates while away. She was flexible and very sensitive to all of our needs.  Chrisrina is the best sitter that we have ever had.

Stephanie, Brian and baby Martin took fabulous care of our home and pets for two weeks. 

From the outset, communication was quick, smooth and friendly and it was clear that both Stephanie and Brian are reliable, professional and warm sitters who take all the various elements of a sit seriously.

They kept us up to date with photos and messages, dealt proactively and competently with any unexpected issues that popped up, and most importantly showered our dogs and gerbils with attention and care throughout the time we were away. We returned to a spotlessly clean home (with thoughtful touches of fresh milk, bacon and bread waiting for us) and happy, settled pets. 

In short, we would recommend Stephanie and Brian to anyone looking for reliable, attentive and proactive sitters for their pets and home. We would be delighted to welcome them back for another sit, should they ever find themselves in the area again.

Liz did an amazing job babysitting our home and our pets (3 cats and a dog). Communication with Liz was easy and we felt at ease knowing that everything was being taken care of. Liz took our dog Summer for daily walks and kept her entertained. We got regular photos of our pets which were great.
She even looked after and watered many of our outdoor and indoor plants! She was very tidy and our home was left spotless. If you are looking for a sitter we can't recommend Liz highly enough!
